Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a terminal, a wireless communication method, and a base station in a next-generation mobile communication system. [Background technology]
[0002] In the Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) network, Long Term Evolution (LTE) has been specified for the purpose of achieving higher data rates and lower latency (Non-Patent Document 1). In addition, LTE-Advanced (3GPP Rel. 10-14) has been specified for the purpose of achieving higher capacity and greater sophistication of LTE (Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) Release (Rel.) 8, 9).
[0003] Successor systems to LTE (e.g., 5th generation mobile communication system (5G), 5G+ (plus), New Radio (NR), 3GPP Rel. 15 or later) are also being considered. [Prior art documents] [Non-patent literature]
[0004] [Non-Patent Document 1] 3GPP TS 36.300 V8.12.0 “Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access (E-UTRA) and Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN); Overall description; Stage 2 (Release 8)”, April 2010 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] In future wireless communication systems (e.g., NR), it is expected that beams transmitted from transmission points (e.g., Remote Radio Heads (RRHs)) placed along the path of a fast-moving vehicle (e.g., a train) will be used to realize wireless communication in the vehicle.
[0006] However, there has been no sufficient consideration as to how to control wireless communication in a mobile object by utilizing beams transmitted from each transmission point.
[0007] Therefore, an object of the present disclosure is to provide a terminal, a wireless communication method, and a base station that can appropriately control wireless communication in a mobile body. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] A terminal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a receiving unit that receives information regarding application of Doppler correction for transmission of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) to one or more transmission / reception points arranged on a moving path, and based on the information, For each uplink Transmission Configuration Indication (TCI) state applied to the PUSCH transmission, and a control unit that determines application of the Doppler correction to each of the one or more transmission and reception points. Effect of the Invention
[0009] According to one aspect of the present disclosure, wireless communication in a mobile object can be appropriately controlled. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0011] (TCI, spatial relations, QCL) In NR, it is considered to control reception processing (e.g., at least one of reception, demapping, demodulation, and decoding) and transmission processing (e.g., at least one of transmission, mapping, precoding, modulation, and encoding) in a UE of at least one of a signal and a channel (referred to as a signal / channel) based on a transmission configuration indication state (TCI state).
[0012] The TCI state may represent a state that is applied to a downlink signal / channel. The equivalent of the TCI state that is applied to an uplink signal / channel may be expressed as a spatial relation.
[0013] The TCI state is information on the Quasi-Co-Location (QCL) of signals / channels, and may be called spatial reception parameters, spatial relation information, etc. The TCI state may be configured in the UE for each channel or for each signal.
[0014] A QCL is an index that indicates the statistical properties of a signal / channel. For example, when a signal / channel and another signal / channel are in a QCL relationship, it may mean that it can be assumed that at least one of the following is the same (QCL with respect to at least one of the following) between these different signals / channels: Doppler shift, Doppler spread, average delay, delay spread, and spatial parameter (e.g., spatial Rx parameter).
[0015] In addition, the spatial reception parameters may correspond to a reception beam (e.g., a reception analog beam) of the UE, and the beam may be specified based on a spatial QCL. A QCL (or at least one element of a QCL) in the present disclosure may be replaced with a spatial QCL (sQCL).
[0016] A plurality of types (QCL types) of QCL may be defined. For example, four QCL types AD may be provided, each having different parameters (or parameter sets) that can be assumed to be the same. The parameters (which may be called QCL parameters) are as follows: QCL Type A (QCL-A): Doppler shift, Doppler spread, mean delay and delay spread, QCL type B (QCL-B): Doppler shift and Doppler spread, QCL type C (QCL-C): Doppler shift and mean delay, · QCL type D (QCL-D): spatial reception parameters.
[0017] The UE's assumption that a given Control Resource Set (CORESET), channel, or reference signal is in a particular QCL (e.g., QCL type D) relationship with another CORESET, channel, or reference signal may be referred to as a QCL assumption.
[0018] The UE may determine at least one of a transmit beam (Tx beam) and a receive beam (Rx beam) for a signal / channel based on the TCI condition or QCL assumptions of the signal / channel.
[0019] The TCI state may be, for example, information about the QCL of the channel of interest (in other words, the Reference Signal (RS) for that channel) and another signal (e.g., another RS). The TCI state may be set (indicated) by higher layer signaling, physical layer signaling, or a combination of these.
[0020] In the present disclosure, higher layer signaling may be, for example, any one or a combination of Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling, Medium Access Control (MAC) signaling, broadcast information, and the like.
[0021] The MAC signaling may be, for example, a MAC Control Element (MAC CE), a MAC Protocol Data Unit (PDU), etc. The broadcast information may be, for example, a Master Information Block (MIB), a System Information Block (SIB), Remaining Minimum System Information (RMSI), Other System Information (OSI), etc.
[0022] The physical layer signaling may be, for example, Downlink Control Information (DCI).
[0023] The channel for which the TCI state or spatial relationship is set (specified) may be, for example, at least one of a downlink shared channel (Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH)), a downlink control channel (Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH)), an uplink shared channel (Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH)), and an uplink control channel (Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH)).
[0024] In addition, the RS that has a QCL relationship with the channel may be, for example, at least one of a synchronization signal block (SSB), a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS), a sounding reference signal (SRS), a tracking CSI-RS (also called a tracking reference signal (TRS)), and a QCL detection reference signal (also called a QRS).
[0025] An SSB is a signal block including at least one of a Primary Synchronization Signal (PSS), a Secondary Synchronization Signal (SSS), and a Physical Broadcast Channel (PBCH). An SSB may be referred to as an SS / PBCH block.
[0026] An information element of the TCI state ("TCI-state IE" of RRC) set by higher layer signaling may include one or more pieces of QCL information ("QCL-Info"). The QCL information may include at least one of information on an RS having a QCL relationship (RS relationship information) and information indicating a QCL type (QCL type information). The RS relationship information may include information such as an index of the RS (e.g., an SSB index, a Non-Zero-Power (NZP) CSI-RS resource identifier), an index of a cell in which the RS is located, an index of a Bandwidth Part (BWP) in which the RS is located, etc.
[0027] In Rel.15 NR, both the QCL type A RS and the QCL type D RS, or only the QCL type A RS, can be configured for a UE as at least one TCI state of the PDCCH and the PDSCH.
[0028] When the TRS is configured as the RS of QCL type A, unlike the demodulation reference signal (DMRS) of the PDCCH or PDSCH, the same TRS is expected to be transmitted periodically over a long period of time. The UE can measure the TRS and calculate the average delay, delay spread, etc.
[0029] A UE in which the TRS is set as a QCL type A RS in the TCI state of the DMRS of PDCCH or PDSCH can assume that the parameters of the QCL type A of the DMRS of PDCCH or PDSCH and the parameters of the QCL type A of the TRS (average delay, delay spread, etc.) are the same, and can therefore obtain the parameters of the DMRS of PDCCH or PDSCH type A (average delay, delay spread, etc.) from the measurement result of the TRS. When performing channel estimation of at least one of the PDCCH and the PDSCH, the UE can perform more accurate channel estimation by using the measurement result of the TRS.
[0030] A UE configured with a QCL type D RS can determine a UE receive beam (spatial domain receive filter, UE spatial domain receive filter) using the QCL type D RS.
[0031] An RS of QCL type X in a TCI state may refer to an RS that has a QCL type X relationship with a certain channel / signal (its DMRS), and this RS may be called a QCL source of QCL type X in the TCI state.
[0032] (HTS) In NR, it is assumed that a beam transmitted from a transmission point (e.g., RRH) will be used to communicate with a terminal (hereinafter, also referred to as UE) included in a moving object (HTS (high speed train)) such as a fast moving train. Existing systems (e.g., Rel. 15) support communication with a moving object by transmitting a unidirectional beam from the RRH (see Figure 1A).
[0033] FIG. 1A shows a case where RRHs are installed along the moving path (or moving direction, traveling direction, traveling path) of a moving object, and a beam is formed from each RRH in the moving direction of the moving object. An RRH that forms a beam in one direction may be called a uni-directional RRH. In the example shown in FIG. 1A, the moving object receives a negative Doppler shift (-f D ) is received.
[0034] Note that, although the case where a beam is formed in the direction of travel of the moving body is shown here, this is not limited to the case, and a beam may be formed in the opposite direction to the direction of travel, or a beam may be formed in any direction regardless of the direction of travel of the moving body.
[0035] In Rel.16 and later, it is assumed that multiple (e.g., two or more) beams will be transmitted from the RRH. For example, it is assumed that beams will be formed in both the moving direction of the moving object and the opposite direction (see Figure 1B).
[0036] 1B shows a case where RRHs are installed along the moving path of a moving object, and beams are formed from each RRH in both the moving direction of the moving object and the opposite direction of the moving direction. An RRH that forms beams in multiple directions (for example, two directions) may be called a bi-directional RRH.
[0037] In the example shown in FIG. 1B, when the moving object is in the middle of two RRHs (RRH#1 and RRH#2 in this case), the signal is switched from a negative Doppler shift (Doppler offset) to a positive Doppler shift with higher power. In this case, the maximum Doppler shift change range that requires correction is -f D From +f D This is double the change compared to the unidirectional RRH.
[0038] In the future, it is desirable to support communications in mobile objects moving at speeds of 500 km / h or more by utilizing multiple RRHs arranged along the moving path (without the assistance of a macro cell).
[0039] 2 shows an example of a case where a moving object communicates with a transmitting / receiving point (RRH#1 in this case) arranged on the moving path. Here, a case where the RRH transmits DL signals / DL channels using multiple beams is shown. The transmitting point may be at least one of a unidirectional RRH and a bidirectional RRH.
[0040] In the example of Fig. 2, each beam transmitted from the RRH corresponds to one TCI state. Each TCI state may have a TCI state period (TCI#X period). In the example of Fig. 2, a UE included in the HST receives one or more SSB / CSI-RS in one period in which a TCI state applies.
[0041] In Rel. 17 and later, it has been considered to perform Doppler shift correction (which may also be called Doppler Compensation or Pre-Doppler Compensation) in transmission of a downlink (DL) signal / channel from a TRP to a UE in an HST. By performing Doppler correction in advance when transmitting a DL signal / channel to a UE, the TRP can reduce the effect of Doppler shift when the UE receives the DL signal / channel. In this disclosure, the correction of Doppler shift for transmitting a DL signal / channel may be called DL Doppler correction.
[0042] In Rel. 17 and beyond, it is considered that the UE will support the following variants A, B, C, and E when the same DL DMRS port is associated with multiple (e.g., two) TCI states as a source reference signal: Variation A: one TCI state is related to {average delay, delay spread} and another TCI state is related to {average delay, delay spread, Doppler shift, Doppler spread}; Variation B: one TCI state is related to {mean delay, delay spread} and another TCI state is related to {Doppler shift, Doppler spread}. Variation C: one TCI state is related to {delay spread} and another TCI state is related to {average delay, delay spread, Doppler shift, Doppler spread}; · Variation E: Multiple (2) TCI conditions are associated with {mean delay, delay spread, Doppler shift, Doppler spread}.
[0043] Fig. 3 is a diagram showing an example of Doppler correction of DL in an HST. In the example shown in Fig. 3, RRHs #0-#7 are arranged along the movement path of the HST. RRHs #0-#3 and RRHs #4-#7 are connected to baseband units (BBUs) #0 and #1, respectively. Each RRH is a bidirectional RRH, and forms beams using each transmission / reception point (TRP) in both the traveling direction of the movement path and the opposite direction to the traveling direction.
[0044] In the example shown in Figure 3, the TRP that forms a beam in the direction of travel of the moving path and the TRP that forms a beam in the opposite direction of the moving path transmit DL signals / channels to the UE in the HST after performing Doppler correction. When the UE receives a signal / channel transmitted from TRP#2n-1 (n is an integer equal to or greater than 0), the UE receives a negative Doppler shift (-f in Figure 3). D ) occurs. In addition, when the UE receives a signal / channel transmitted from TRP#2n (n is an integer equal to or greater than 0), a positive Doppler shift (+f D 3, TRP#2n-1 performs positive Doppler correction, and TRP#2n performs negative Doppler correction to reduce the effect of the Doppler shift when the UE receives a signal / channel.
[0045] Furthermore, in Rel. 17 and later, when performing the above-mentioned Doppler correction, it is being considered to make the Channel State Information Reference Signal (CSI-RS) / Tracking CSI-RS (also called Tracking Reference Signal (TRS)) transmitted from each TRP (a TRP that forms a beam in the direction of travel of the moving path and a TRP that forms a beam in the opposite direction to the direction of travel of the moving path) independent (different) CSI-RS / TRS (which may be called distributed CSI-RS / TRS).
[0046] If the CSI-RS / TRS transmitted from each TRP is a common CSI-RS / TRS, the Doppler shift occurs frequently, which may impair the reliability of communication. Therefore, the use of distributed CSI-RS / TRS is being considered to ensure the reliability of communication.
[0047] However, there has been insufficient consideration of Doppler compensation for UE transmission of UL signals / channels, which may lead to reduced reliability of communications and may limit the increase in communication throughput.
[0048] Specifically, if Doppler correction is not performed on UL transmissions by the UE (e.g., PUSCH / PUCCH), the signals / channels received by the TRP in the direction of travel of the UE moving via the HST and the TRP in the opposite direction to the direction of travel will have different Doppler shifts.
[0049] In this case, if the UE performs different UL transmissions for each of the TRPs in the direction of travel and the TRPs in the direction of travel and the opposite direction, or if each of the TRPs in the direction of travel and the TRPs in the direction of travel and the opposite direction performs UL transmission reception processing (e.g., decoding, demodulation) independently, the effect of the Doppler shift can be ignored without performing Doppler correction for the UL. However, if the TRPs in the direction of travel and the TRPs in the direction of travel and the opposite direction cooperate with each other to perform UL transmissions in a composite manner for any transmission mode of the UE, the Doppler shift in each TRP may adversely affect the composite processing in each TRP.
[0050] Therefore, the present inventors have come up with a method for appropriately performing Doppler correction when a UE in a moving body transmits an UL signal / channel.
[0051] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The configurations described in each embodiment may be applied alone or in combination.

[0053] In the present disclosure, the terms index, ID, indicator, and resource ID may be interchangeable.
[0054] In the present disclosure, a moving object may be anything that moves at a predetermined speed or faster, and may be, for example, a train, a car, a motorcycle, a ship, etc. Furthermore, communication between a UE and a transmission point (e.g., an RRH) included in the moving object may be performed directly between the UE and the transmission point, or may be performed between the UE and the transmission / reception point via the moving object (e.g., an antenna installed on the moving object).
[0055] In addition, in this disclosure, a UE included in a mobile unit (HST) may simply be referred to as a UE.
[0056] In addition, in the present disclosure, “A / B” may be read as at least one of A and B, and “A / B / C” may be read as at least one of A, B, and C.
[0057] In addition, in the present disclosure, Doppler shift, Doppler frequency shift, Doppler correction, Doppler spread, Doppler shift value, Doppler correction value, Doppler frequency offset, Doppler offset, Doppler frequency offset value, Doppler offset value, etc. may be read as interchangeable. In addition, in the present disclosure, Doppler correction used for transmitting a UL signal / channel may be simply referred to as Doppler correction or may be referred to as UL Doppler correction.
[0058] Furthermore, in the present disclosure, information that sets / instructs whether or not to apply Doppler correction for transmitting a UL signal / channel may be information that sets / instructs application of the Doppler correction, or information that enables application of the Doppler correction. Furthermore, information that sets / instructs whether or not to apply Doppler correction for transmitting a UL signal / channel may be information that sets / instructs enabling or disabling application of the Doppler correction. Furthermore, information that sets / instructs whether or not to apply Doppler correction for transmitting a UL signal / channel may be referred to as information regarding the Doppler correction.
[0059] In the following, each embodiment of the present disclosure will be described using PUSCH as an example of an UL signal / channel to which Doppler correction is applied, but each embodiment of the present disclosure can also be applied as appropriate to UL signals / channels other than PUSCH (e.g., PUCCH).
[0060] Furthermore, in each embodiment of the present disclosure below, each RRH may have two or more TRPs, and the transmission / reception directions of signals / channels (which may be called beamforming directions) may be two or more directions.
[0061] In addition, in the present disclosure, the UL DMRS for UL signals / channels (e.g., PUSCH / PUCCH) associated with multiple (e.g., two) TCI states may be of a QCL type defined in Rel. 17 or later, and a TCI state setting for multiple TCI states associated with the above DL DMRS may be applied.
[0062] (Wireless communication method) <First embodiment> In a first embodiment, the UE may perform Doppler correction for transmission of an uplink (UL) channel / signal (eg, PUSCH) in a serving cell.
[0063] The UE may receive a setting (setting information) / instruction (instruction information) for performing the Doppler correction from the network (NW). The setting information / instruction information may be set / notified / instructed to the UE by at least one of higher layer signaling (e.g., RRC signaling / MAC CE) and physical layer signaling (e.g., a specific field included in DCI). The setting information / instruction information may be information for setting / instructing whether or not to apply Doppler correction to PUSCH transmission corresponding to one or more beams / spatial relationships / UL TCI / UE panels / TRPs.
[0064] <<Embodiment 1-1>> In embodiment 1-1, the UE may determine / judge whether to apply Doppler correction based on the implementation of the UE. In embodiment 1-1, the UE may estimate the value of Doppler correction based on a reference signal (e.g., DL TRS) corresponding to a beam / spatial relationship / UL TCI / UE panel / TRP.
[0065] For example, the UE may determine to apply UL Doppler correction and determine the beam / spatial relationship / UL TCI / UE panel / TRP to which the UL Doppler correction is applied based on the implementation of the UE (embodiment 1-1-0).
[0066] Also, for example, the UE may receive configuration information / instruction information regarding whether to apply Doppler correction to one or more specific beams / spatial relationships / UL TCIs / UE panels / TRPs, and then the UE may determine to apply Doppler correction to the instructed beams / spatial relationships / UL TCIs / UE panels / TRPs based on the implementation of the UE (embodiment 1-1-1).
[0067] Also, for example, the UE may be applied with Doppler correction applied to DL signals / channels defined in Rel. 16. In this case, the UE may be configured to measure the Doppler shift of the DL signals / channels and report the measured Doppler shift to the NW (embodiment 1-1-2).
[0068] In embodiment 1-1-2, the measured Doppler shift may be one value per BWP / CC / band / UE, or one or more values corresponding to each beam forming direction (e.g., the direction of travel, the direction opposite to the direction of travel) / UE panel / TRP.
[0069] In embodiment 1-1-2, the UE may be instructed / configured to apply Doppler compensation to the UL signal / channel, and may determine the value of the Doppler compensation for the UL signal / channel based on the value of the Doppler shift reported by the UE (e.g., the most recent reported value).
[0070] In embodiment 1-1-2, a single value (e.g., f offset ), the UE may report the measured Doppler shift value as -f, where the Doppler correction value to be applied to the UL signal / channel transmitted for a certain beamforming direction (e.g., heading) / UE panel (e.g., heading side panel) / TRP (e.g., heading side TRP) is -f offset At this time, the UE may determine that the value of Doppler correction applied to the UL signal / channel transmitted to another beamforming direction (e.g., the direction opposite to the traveling direction) / UE panel (e.g., a panel on the opposite side to the traveling direction) / TRP (e.g., a TRP on the opposite side to the traveling direction) is +f offset It may be determined that this is the case (embodiment 1-1-2-1).
[0071] In addition, in the embodiment 1-1-2, multiple (for example, two) values (for example, f offset_1 and f offset_2 ), the UE may report the measured Doppler shift value as +f, where the Doppler correction value to be applied to the UL signal / channel transmitted for a certain beamforming direction (e.g., heading) / UE panel (e.g., heading side panel) / TRP (e.g., heading side TRP) is +f. offset_1At this time, the UE may determine that the value of Doppler correction applied to the UL signal / channel transmitted to a certain beamforming direction (e.g., the direction opposite to the traveling direction) / UE panel (e.g., a panel on the opposite side to the traveling direction) / TRP (e.g., a TRP on the opposite side to the traveling direction) is +f offset_2 It may be determined that this is the case (embodiment 1-1-2-2).
[0072] Note that the Doppler shift values and Doppler correction values in each embodiment of the present disclosure are merely examples, and the values and signs may be arbitrary.
[0073] <<Embodiment 1-2>> In embodiment 1-2, when a UE receives information that configures / instructs it to apply Doppler correction for transmission of a UL signal / channel, the UE may use the information to be instructed on the value of the Doppler correction to be applied to one or more beams / spatial relationships / UL TCIs / UE panels / TRPs.
[0074] The information may be commonly set / instructed for multiple serving cells used to transmit UL signals / channels, or may be set / instructed independently for each different serving cell. The UE may use the information to receive at least one of whether or not UL Doppler correction is applied and the value of the UL Doppler correction. After receiving the information, the UE may apply the estimated / instructed Doppler correction value to the UL signal / channel (e.g., PUSCH (PUSCH including DMRS / data signal)).
[0075] Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example of application of Doppler correction for transmission of UL signals / channels in the first embodiment. The configuration of the RRH in Fig. 4 is the same as that in Fig. 3. Note that, for simplicity, the BBU, the moving path, and the moving object are not shown in Fig. 4.
[0076] In the example shown in FIG. 4, when the UE uses the UE panel #1 to transmit a UL signal / channel to a TRP (TRP #2n-1) on the opposite side of the traveling direction, the UEoffset In addition, when the UE transmits a UL signal / channel to the TRP (TRP#2n) in the direction of travel using the UE panel #2, the UE applies a Doppler correction value of -f offset By applying these Doppler corrections, each TRP is calculated as -f D and +f D The Doppler shift can be reduced.
[0077] According to the first embodiment described above, it is possible to appropriately determine the Doppler correction (value) to be applied to the UL signal / channel.
[0078] <Second embodiment> In the second embodiment, a case will be described in which configuration information for configuring application of Doppler correction for transmission of UL signals / channels is notified to the UE via RRC signaling.
[0079] <<Embodiment 2-1>> The UE may be configured via RRC signaling to apply or not apply Doppler correction for transmission of UL signals / channels for a particular beam / spatial relationship / UL TCI / UE panel / TRP in a serving cell.
[0080] Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an example of application of Doppler compensation for transmission of UL signals / channels in the second embodiment. In the example shown in Fig. 5, the RRH has six TRPs, and transmits and receives signals / channels using different TCI states (TCI#0-#5) based on the geographical domain (physical location) of the UE.
[0081] In embodiment 2-1, for example, the UE may be configured, via RRC signaling, as to whether or not to apply Doppler compensation for the transmission of UL signals / channels for a specific TCI state. For example, the UE may be configured, via RRC signaling, to apply Doppler compensation for the transmission of UL signals / channels for TCI#0, TCI#1, and TCI#2, and not to apply Doppler compensation for the transmission of UL signals / channels for TCI#3, TCI#4, and TCI#5.
[0082] <<Embodiment 2-2>> The UE may be configured via RRC signaling whether to apply Doppler correction for transmission of UL signals / channels for a particular beam / spatial relationship / UL TCI / UE panel / TRP in a serving cell, and the Doppler correction value to apply.
[0083] In the present disclosure, the Doppler correction value to be applied may be set / instructed to the UE using at least one of higher layer signaling (e.g., RRC signaling) and physical layer signaling (e.g., DCI). In addition, the absolute value of the Doppler correction value to be applied may be notified to the UE, or information (index) for notifying the value to be applied from a plurality of values (candidate values) may be notified to the UE. In addition, the UL Doppler correction value applied by the UE may be a correction value calculated from the DL Doppler correction value, may be determined by the UE based on the moving speed of the UE itself, or may be notified to the UE by another terminal (e.g., a moving object carrying the UE).
[0084] The embodiment 2-2 will be described with reference to Fig. 5. In the example shown in Fig. 5, for example, the UE may be notified of the application of Doppler correction for the transmission of UL signals / channels to TCI#0, TCI#1, and TCI#2, and the Doppler correction values corresponding to each TCI state, via RRC signaling. Also, the Doppler correction values indicating that Doppler correction for the transmission of UL signals / channels is not applied to TCI#3, TCI#4, and TCI#5 may be notified. For example, the application of Doppler correction value #a, Doppler correction value #b, and Doppler correction value #c to TCI#0, TCI#1, and TCI#2, respectively, may be notified, and the Doppler correction value #d indicating that Doppler correction is not applied to TCI#3, TCI#4, and TCI#5, respectively, may be notified. The Doppler correction value #d may be a specific value (for example, 0).
[0085] According to the second embodiment described above, application of Doppler correction for transmission of UL signals / channels can be appropriately controlled using RRC signaling.
[0086] <Third embodiment> In the third embodiment, a case will be described in which configuration information for setting application of Doppler correction for transmission of UL signals / channels is notified to the UE via the MAC CE.
[0087] <<Embodiment 3-1>> The UE may use the MAC CE to configure whether or not to apply Doppler correction for transmission of UL signals / channels for a particular beam / spatial relationship / UL TCI / UE panel / TRP in a serving cell.
[0088] In embodiment 3-1, the MAC CE used to determine whether to apply Doppler correction for the transmission of a UL signal / channel may include a plurality of specific fields. The plurality of specific fields may include at least one of a field indicating a serving cell (serving cell ID field), a field indicating a BWP (BWP ID field), a field indicating a spatial relationship / TCI state (spatial relationship field / TCI state field), and an indication field of Doppler correction for the transmission of a UL signal / channel for each spatial relationship / TCI state field (embodiment 3-1-1). The indication field of Doppler correction may be a specific number of bits (e.g., 1 bit).
[0089] Fig. 6A is a diagram showing an example of a MAC CE in the third embodiment. The MAC CE in the example shown in Fig. 6A includes a serving cell ID field, a BWP ID field, a TCI state field (TCI state #1-#i (i is a positive integer)), a Doppler correction indication field (denoted as DC_1-i) corresponding to the TCI state, and a reserved bit (denoted as R). DC_i is a Doppler correction indication field corresponding to TCI state #i. The UE may determine whether to apply Doppler correction to the corresponding TCI state based on the Doppler correction indication field.
[0090] Also, in embodiment 3-1, the MAC CE may include at least one of a field indicating a serving cell (serving cell ID field), a field indicating a BWP (BWP ID field), and a Doppler correction indication field for transmitting a UL signal / channel corresponding to each of the TCI states (active TCI states) (embodiment 3-1-2). When the Doppler correction indication field indicates a first value (e.g., 0), the UE may not apply Doppler correction to the active TCI state corresponding to the field indicating the first value. Also, when the Doppler correction indication field indicates a second value (e.g., 1), the UE may apply Doppler correction to the active TCI state corresponding to the field indicating the second value.
[0091] Figure 6B is a diagram showing another example of a MAC CE in the third embodiment. The MAC CE in the example shown in Figure 6B includes a serving cell ID field, a BWP ID field, a Doppler correction indication field (denoted as T0-T127) corresponding to a TCI state, and a reserved bit (denoted as R). Ti (i is a positive integer) is a Doppler correction indication field corresponding to TCI state #i. The UE may determine whether to apply Doppler correction to the corresponding TCI state based on the value of the Doppler correction indication field.
[0092] In the example shown in FIG. 6B, the MAC CE may not include inactive TCI states, but may include only active TCI states. When the MAC CE includes only active TCI states, the TCI state #i may indicate the i-th active TCI state. When the MAC CE includes only active TCI states, the overhead of notification to the UE can be reduced.
[0093] <<Embodiment 3-2>> The UE may be configured via RRC signaling whether to apply Doppler correction for transmission of UL signals / channels for a particular beam / spatial relationship / UL TCI / UE panel / TRP in a serving cell, and the Doppler correction value to apply.
[0094] In embodiment 3-2, the MAC CE used to determine whether to apply Doppler correction for transmission of a UL signal / channel may include a plurality of specific fields. The plurality of specific fields may include at least one of a field indicating a serving cell (serving cell ID field), a field indicating a BWP (BWP ID field), a field indicating a spatial relationship / TCI state (spatial relationship field / TCI state field), and a field for indicating a value of Doppler correction for transmission of a UL signal / channel for each spatial relationship / TCI state field (embodiment 3-2-1). The field for indicating the Doppler correction value may be a specific number of bits (e.g., x bits (x is an integer)), may be based on the number of Doppler correction values supported by the UE, or may include 0.
[0095] The field for indicating the Doppler correction value may indicate an absolute correction value or a reference value (relative value, offset) based on a specific correction value, which may be, for example, the first non-zero correction value included in the MAC CE.
[0096] Also, in embodiment 3-2, the MAC CE may include at least one of a field indicating a serving cell (serving cell ID field), a field indicating a BWP (BWP ID field), and a field for indicating a Doppler correction value for transmitting a UL signal / channel corresponding to each of the TCI states (active TCI states) (embodiment 3-1-2).
[0097] According to the third embodiment described above, it is possible to appropriately control the application of Doppler correction for transmitting UL signals / channels using MAC CE.
[0098] <Fourth embodiment> In the fourth embodiment, a case will be described in which instruction information for instructing the UE to apply Doppler compensation for transmitting a UL signal / channel is notified to the UE by using DCI.
[0099] <<Embodiment 4-1>> The UE may be instructed whether to apply Doppler compensation for transmission of UL signals / channels for a particular beam / spatial relationship / UL TCI / UE panel / TRP in a serving cell using a specific field included in the DCI, which may be included when specific higher layer signaling (e.g., RRC signaling) regarding Doppler compensation for transmission of UL signals / channels is configured.
[0100] The DCI including the specific field may be a DCI (for example, DCI format 1_0 / 1_1) that schedules the transmission of a UL signal / channel (for example, PUSCH). In addition, the DCI including the specific field may be a DCI format other than the DCI that schedules the transmission of a UL signal / channel (for example, PUSCH), or may be a newly defined DCI format that assumes the operation of the HST.
[0101] The particular field may have a particular number of bits (e.g., 1). If the UE receives the particular field with a first codepoint (e.g., 0), it may determine not to apply UL Doppler compensation. Also, if the UE receives the particular field with a second codepoint (e.g., 1), it may determine to apply UL Doppler compensation.
[0102] The embodiment 4-1 will also be described with reference to Fig. 5 as an example. In the embodiment 4-1, for example, a specific field included in the DCI may be used to set for the UE whether or not to apply Doppler compensation for transmission of a UL signal / channel for a specific TCI state. For example, when the value (code point) of the specific field indicates a first value (e.g., 0), the UE may determine not to apply Doppler compensation, and when the value (code point) of the specific field indicates a second value (e.g., 1), the UE may determine to apply Doppler compensation.
[0103] In the example shown in FIG. 5, for example, a UE may be instructed to apply Doppler compensation for the transmission of an UL signal / channel to TCI#1 for PUSCH transmission, and not to apply Doppler compensation for the transmission of an UL signal / channel to TCI#3 for PUSCH transmission, using a specific field included in the DCI.
[0104] <<Embodiment 4-2>> The UE may be instructed whether to apply Doppler correction for the transmission of UL signals / channels for a particular beam / spatial relationship / UL TCI / UE panel / TRP in a serving cell and the value of the Doppler correction using a specific field included in the DCI, which may be included in the DCI when a specific higher layer signaling (e.g., RRC signaling) regarding Doppler correction for the transmission of UL signals / channels is configured.
[0105] The DCI including the specific field may be a DCI (e.g., DCI format 1_0 / 1_1) that schedules the transmission of a UL signal / channel (e.g., PUSCH). Also, the DCI including the specific field may be a DCI format other than the DCI that schedules the transmission of a UL signal / channel (e.g., PUSCH).
[0106] The specific field may have a specific number of bits (e.g., 2). When the UE receives the specific field with a specific code point (e.g., 00), the UE may determine not to apply UL Doppler compensation. When the UE receives the specific field with a code point other than the specific code point (e.g., 01, 10, 11), the UE may determine to apply UL Doppler compensation. In this case, the UE may determine a candidate value corresponding to a code point indicated by DCI from multiple Doppler compensation candidate values preset in higher layer signaling, and apply the candidate value to the transmission of the UL signal / channel.
[0107] The embodiment 4-2 will also be described with reference to Fig. 5. In the embodiment 4-2, for example, a specific field included in the DCI may be used to instruct the UE whether or not to apply Doppler compensation for transmission of a UL signal / channel for a specific TCI state and a Doppler compensation value corresponding to each TCI state. For example, the UE may determine whether or not to apply the Doppler compensation based on the instructed Doppler compensation value corresponding to each TCI state.
[0108] In the example shown in Fig. 5, for example, a field value (code point, for example, 10) indicating a Doppler correction value for the transmission of a UL signal / channel may be notified to the UE for TCI#1 for PUSCH transmission using a specific field included in the DCI, and the UE may determine the Doppler correction value to be applied based on the value of the field. Also, a field value (code point, for example, 00) indicating that Doppler correction for the transmission of a UL signal / channel is not applied to TCI#3 for PUSCH transmission may be notified to the UE, and the UE may determine that Doppler correction is not to be applied to TCI#3 based on the value of the field.
[0109] The field for indicating the Doppler correction value may indicate an absolute correction value, or may indicate a reference value (relative value, offset) based on a specific correction value.
[0110] According to the fourth embodiment described above, it is possible to appropriately control the application of Doppler correction for transmitting UL signals / channels using DCI.
[0111] <Fifth embodiment> In the fifth embodiment, a UE capability regarding application of Doppler compensation for transmission of a UL signal / channel will be described. The UE may report (transmit) to the NW whether it has the capability.
[0112] The UE capability for application of Doppler correction for transmission of UL signals / channels may be defined as whether Doppler correction for PUSCH / PUCCH corresponding to one beam / spatial relationship / UL TCI / UE panel / TRP is supported or not.
[0113] In addition, the UE capability for application of Doppler correction for transmission of UL signals / channels may be defined as whether or not Doppler correction based on configuration / instruction using RRC signaling / MAC CE / DCI is supported for PUSCH / PUCCH corresponding to one beam / spatial relationship / UL TCI / UE panel / TRP.
[0114] Also, the UE capability regarding application of Doppler correction for transmission of UL signals / channels may be defined as whether Doppler correction for PUSCH / PUCCH corresponding to one beam / spatial relationship / UL TCI / UE panel / TRP for multiple serving cells is supported jointly / independently or not.
[0115] Each embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied under at least one of the following conditions: when the UE reports the UE capability corresponding to the at least one of the above to the NW, and when the at least one UE capability is set / activated / instructed to the UE by higher layer signaling. Each embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied when a specific higher layer parameter is set / activated / instructed to the UE.

A user terminal 20 may be located in at least one of the cells. The arrangement and number of each cell and user terminal 20 are not limited to the embodiment shown in the figure. Hereinafter, when there is no need to distinguish between the base stations 11 and 12, they will be collectively referred to as a base station 10.
[0122] The user terminal 20 may be connected to at least one of the multiple base stations 10. The user terminal 20 may utilize at least one of carrier aggregation (CA) using multiple component carriers (CC) and dual connectivity (DC).

The macro cell C1 may be included in FR1, and the small cell C2 may be included in FR2. For example, FR1 may be a frequency band of 6 GHz or less (sub-6 GHz), and FR2 may be a frequency band above 24 GHz (above-24 GHz). Note that the frequency bands and definitions of FR1 and FR2 are not limited to these, and for example, FR1 may correspond to a frequency band higher than FR2.

[0132] The PDSCH transmits user data, higher layer control information, a System Information Block (SIB), etc. The PUSCH may transmit user data, higher layer control information, etc. Furthermore, the PBCH may transmit a Master Information Block (MIB).
[0133] Lower layer control information may be transmitted by the PDCCH. The lower layer control information may include, for example, Downlink Control Information (DCI) including scheduling information of at least one of the PDSCH and the PUSCH.

[0135] A control resource set (CORESET) and a search space may be used to detect the PDCCH. The CORESET corresponds to resources to search for DCI. The search space corresponds to a search region and a search method for PDCCH candidates. One CORESET may be associated with one or multiple search spaces. The UE may monitor a CORESET associated with a certain search space based on the search space configuration.
[0136] One search space may correspond to PDCCH candidates corresponding to one or more aggregation levels. One or more search spaces may be called a search space set. Note that the terms "search space," "search space set," "search space setting," "search space set setting," "CORESET," and "CORESET setting" in the present disclosure may be read as interchangeable terms.
[0137] The PUCCH may transmit uplink control information (UCI) including at least one of channel state information (CSI), delivery acknowledgement information (which may be called, for example, Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest ACKnowledgement (HARQ-ACK), ACK / NACK, etc.), and a scheduling request (SR). The PRACH may transmit a random access preamble for establishing a connection with a cell.
[0138] In the present disclosure, a downlink, an uplink, etc. may be expressed without adding "link." Also, various channels may be expressed without adding "Physical" to the beginning of the channels.
[0139] In the wireless communication system 1, a synchronization signal (SS), a downlink reference signal (DL-RS), etc. may be transmitted. In either case, as described above, the method of realization is not particularly limited.
[0183] For example, a base station, a user terminal, etc. in an embodiment of the present disclosure may function as a computer that performs processing of the wireless communication method of the present disclosure. Fig. 10 is a diagram showing an example of a hardware configuration of a base station and a user terminal according to an embodiment. [0184] In this disclosure, the terms "apparatus," "circuit," "device," "section," "unit," and the like can be read interchangeably. The hardware configurations of the base station 10 and the user terminal 20 may be configured to include one or more of the devices shown in the drawings, or may be configured to exclude some of the devices.
[0185] For example, although only one processor 1001 is shown, there may be multiple processors. Also, the processes may be performed by one processor, or the processes may be performed by two or more processors simultaneously, sequentially, or in other manners. Also, the processor 1001 may be implemented by one or more chips.
[0186] Each function in the base station 10 and the user terminal 20 is realized, for example, by loading a specific software (program) onto hardware such as a processor 1001 and a memory 1002, so that the processor 1001 performs calculations, controls communications via a communication device 1004, and controls at least one of reading and writing of data in the memory 1002 and the storage 1003.
[0187] The processor 1001, for example, operates an operating system to control the entire computer. The processor 1001 may be configured with a central processing unit (CPU) including an interface with peripheral devices, a control device, an arithmetic unit, a register, etc. For example, at least a part of the above-mentioned control unit 110 (210), transmission / reception unit 120 (220), etc. may be realized by the processor 1001.
[0188] Moreover, the processor 1001 reads out programs (program codes), software modules, data, etc. from at least one of the storage 1003 and the communication device 1004 into the memory 1002, and executes various processes according to the programs. As the programs, programs that cause a computer to execute at least a part of the operations described in the above-mentioned embodiments are used. For example, the control unit 110 (210) may be realized by a control program stored in the memory 1002 and operated by the processor 1001, and the other functional blocks may be realized in a similar manner.
[0189] The memory 1002 is a computer-readable recording medium, and may be configured by at least one of, for example, a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Erasable Programmable ROM (EPROM), an Electrically EPROM (EEPROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), and other suitable storage media. The memory 1002 may be called a register, a cache, a main memory (primary storage device), and the like. The memory 1002 can store a program (program code), a software module, and the like that is executable to implement a wireless communication method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0190] Storage 1003 is a computer-readable recording medium and may be constituted by at least one of, for example, a flexible disk, a floppy disk, a magneto-optical disk (e.g., a compact disk (e.g., a Compact Disc ROM (CD-ROM)), a digital versatile disk, a Blu-ray disk), a removable disk, a hard disk drive, a smart card, a flash memory device (e.g., a card, stick, key drive), a magnetic stripe, a database, a server, or other suitable storage medium. Storage 1003 may also be referred to as an auxiliary storage device.
[0191] The communication device 1004 is hardware (transmission / reception device) for performing communication between computers via at least one of a wired network and a wireless network, and is also called, for example, a network device, a network controller, a network card, a communication module, etc. The communication device 1004 may be configured to include a high-frequency switch, a duplexer, a filter, a frequency synthesizer, etc., in order to realize at least one of Frequency Division Duplex (FDD) and Time Division Duplex (TDD). For example, the above-mentioned transmission / reception unit 120 (220), transmission / reception antenna 130 (230), etc. may be realized by the communication device 1004. The transmission / reception unit 120 (220) may be implemented as a transmission unit 120a (220a) and a reception unit 120b (220b) that are physically or logically separated.
[0192] The input device 1005 is an input device (e.g., a keyboard, a mouse, a microphone, a switch, a button, a sensor, etc.) that accepts input from the outside. The output device 1006 is an output device (e.g., a display, a speaker, a Light Emitting Diode (LED) lamp, etc.) that performs output to the outside. The input device 1005 and the output device 1006 may be integrated into one device (e.g., a touch panel).
[0193] In addition, each device such as the processor 1001 and the memory 1002 is connected by a bus 1007 for communicating information. The bus 1007 may be configured using a single bus, or may be configured using different buses between each device.
[0194] Furthermore, the base station 10 and the user terminal 20 may be configured to include hardware such as a microprocessor, a digital signal processor (DSP), an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic device (PLD), a field programmable gate array (FPGA), etc., and some or all of the functional blocks may be realized using the hardware. For example, the processor 1001 may be implemented using at least one of these pieces of hardware.
[0195] (Modification) In addition, the terms explained in this disclosure and the terms necessary for understanding this disclosure may be replaced with terms having the same or similar meanings. For example, a channel, a symbol, and a signal (signal or signaling) may be read as mutually interchangeable. A signal may also be a message. A reference signal may also be abbreviated as RS, and may also be called a pilot, pilot signal, etc. depending on the applied standard. A component carrier (CC) may also be called a cell, a frequency carrier, a carrier frequency, etc.
[0196] A radio frame may be composed of one or more periods (frames) in the time domain. Each of the one or more periods (frames) constituting a radio frame may be called a subframe. Furthermore, a subframe may be composed of one or more slots in the time domain. A subframe may have a fixed time length (e.g., 1 ms) that is independent of numerology.
[0197] Here, the numerology may be a communication parameter applied to at least one of the transmission and reception of a signal or channel, and may indicate at least one of, for example, a subcarrier spacing (SCS), a bandwidth, a symbol length, a cyclic prefix length, a transmission time interval (TTI), a number of symbols per TTI, a radio frame structure, a specific filtering process performed by a transceiver in the frequency domain, and a specific windowing process performed by a transceiver in the time domain.
[0198] A slot may be composed of one or more symbols (such as an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbol, a Single Carrier Frequency Division Multiple Access (SC-FDMA) symbol, etc.) in the time domain. A slot may also be a time unit based on numerology.
[0199] A slot may include multiple minislots. Each minislot may be composed of one or multiple symbols in the time domain. A minislot may also be called a subslot. A minislot may be composed of fewer symbols than a slot. A PDSCH (or PUSCH) transmitted in a time unit larger than a minislot may be called PDSCH (PUSCH) mapping type A. A PDSCH (or PUSCH) transmitted using a minislot may be called PDSCH (PUSCH) mapping type B.
[0200] A radio frame, a subframe, a slot, a minislot, and a symbol each represent a time unit for transmitting a signal. A different name may be used for the radio frame, the subframe, the slot, the minislot, and the symbol. Note that the time units such as a frame, a subframe, a slot, a minislot, and a symbol in the present disclosure may be read as interchangeable with each other.
[0201] For example, one subframe may be called a TTI, multiple consecutive subframes may be called a TTI, or one slot or one minislot may be called a TTI. That is, at least one of the subframe and the TTI may be a subframe (1 ms) in the existing LTE, a period shorter than 1 ms (for example, 1-13 symbols), or a period longer than 1 ms. Note that the unit representing the TTI may be called a slot, minislot, etc., instead of a subframe.
[0202] Here, TTI refers to, for example, the minimum time unit for scheduling in wireless communication. For example, in an LTE system, a base station performs scheduling to allocate radio resources (such as frequency bandwidth and transmission power that can be used by each user terminal) to each user terminal in TTI units. Note that the definition of TTI is not limited to this.
[0203] The TTI may be a transmission time unit for a channel-encoded data packet (transport block), a code block, a code word, etc., or may be a processing unit for scheduling, link adaptation, etc. When a TTI is given, the time interval (e.g., the number of symbols) in which a transport block, a code block, a code word, etc. are actually mapped may be shorter than the TTI.
[0204] In addition, when one slot or one minislot is called TTI, one or more TTIs (i.e., one or more slots or one or more minislots) may be the minimum time unit of scheduling. Also, the number of slots (minislots) constituting the minimum time unit of scheduling may be controlled.
[0205] A TTI having a time length of 1 ms may be called a normal TTI (TTI in 3GPP Rel. 8-12), a normal TTI, a long TTI, a normal subframe, a normal subframe, a long subframe, a slot, etc. A TTI shorter than a normal TTI may be called a shortened TTI, a short TTI, a partial or fractional TTI, a shortened subframe, a short subframe, a minislot, a subslot, a slot, etc.
[0206] In addition, a long TTI (e.g., a normal TTI, a subframe, etc.) may be interpreted as a TTI having a time length exceeding 1 ms, and a short TTI (e.g., a shortened TTI, etc.) may be interpreted as a TTI having a TTI length shorter than the TTI length of a long TTI and equal to or greater than 1 ms.
[0207] A resource block (RB) is a resource allocation unit in the time domain and the frequency domain, and may include one or more consecutive subcarriers in the frequency domain. The number of subcarriers included in an RB may be the same regardless of the numerology, and may be, for example, 12. The number of subcarriers included in an RB may be determined based on the numerology.
[0208] In addition, an RB may include one or more symbols in the time domain, and may have a length of one slot, one minislot, one subframe, or one TTI. Each of one TTI, one subframe, etc. may be composed of one or more resource blocks.
[0209] In addition, one or more RBs may be called a physical resource block (PRB), a sub-carrier group (SCG), a resource element group (REG), a PRB pair, an RB pair, etc.
[0210] Furthermore, a resource block may be composed of one or more resource elements (REs). For example, one RE may be a radio resource region of one subcarrier and one symbol.
[0211] A Bandwidth Part (BWP), which may also be referred to as a fractional bandwidth, may represent a subset of contiguous common resource blocks (RBs) for a numerology on a carrier, where the common RBs may be identified by the index of the RBs relative to a common reference point of the carrier. PRBs may be defined in a BWP and numbered within the BWP.
[0212] The BWP may include a UL BWP (a BWP for UL) and a DL BWP (a BWP for DL). One or more BWPs may be configured for a UE within one carrier.
[0213] At least one of the configured BWPs may be active, and the UE may not expect to transmit or receive a given signal / channel outside the active BWP. Note that the terms "cell", "carrier", etc. in this disclosure may be replaced with "BWP".
[0214] The above-mentioned structures of radio frames, subframes, slots, minislots, and symbols are merely examples. For example, the number of subframes included in a radio frame, the number of slots per subframe or radio frame, the number of minislots included in a slot, the number of symbols and RBs included in a slot or minislot, the number of subcarriers included in an RB, the number of symbols in a TTI, the symbol length, the cyclic prefix (CP) length, and other configurations can be changed in various ways.
[0215] In addition, the information, parameters, etc. described in the present disclosure may be represented using absolute values, may be represented using relative values from a predetermined value, or may be represented using other corresponding information. For example, a radio resource may be indicated by a predetermined index.
[0216] The names used for parameters and the like in this disclosure are not limiting in any way. Furthermore, the formulas and the like using these parameters may differ from those explicitly disclosed in this disclosure. The various channels (PUCCH, PDCCH, etc.) and information elements may be identified by any suitable names, and therefore the various names assigned to these various channels and information elements are not limiting in any way.
[0217] The information, signals, etc. described in this disclosure may be represented using any of a variety of different technologies. For example, the data, instructions, commands, information, signals, bits, symbols, chips, etc. that may be referred to throughout the above description may be represented by voltages, currents, electromagnetic waves, magnetic fields or magnetic particles, optical fields or photons, or any combination thereof.
[0218] Furthermore, information, signals, etc. may be output from a higher layer to a lower layer and / or from a lower layer to a higher layer. Information, signals, etc. may be input / output via a plurality of network nodes.
[0219] Input and output information, signals, etc. may be stored in a specific location (e.g., memory) or may be managed using a management table. Input and output information, signals, etc. may be overwritten, updated, or added to. Output information, signals, etc. may be deleted. Input information, signals, etc. may be transmitted to another device.
[0220] The notification of information is not limited to the aspects / embodiments described in the present disclosure, and may be performed using other methods. For example, the notification of information in the present disclosure may be performed by physical layer signaling (e.g., Downlink Control Information (DCI) and Uplink Control Information (UCI)), higher layer signaling (e.g., Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling, broadcast information (Master Information Block (MIB) and System Information Block (SIB)), Medium Access Control (MAC) signaling), other signals, or a combination thereof.
[0221] The physical layer signaling may be called Layer 1 / Layer 2 (L1 / L2) control information (L1 / L2 control signal), L1 control information (L1 control signal), etc. The RRC signaling may be called an RRC message, for example, an RRC Connection Setup message, an RRC Connection Reconfiguration message, etc. The MAC signaling may be notified, for example, by using a MAC Control Element (CE).
[0222] Furthermore, notification of specified information (e.g., notification that "it is X") is not limited to explicit notification, but may be made implicitly (e.g., by not notifying the specified information or by notifying other information).
[0223] The determination may be made based on a value represented by a single bit (0 or 1), a Boolean value represented as true or false, or by comparing numerical values (e.g., with a predetermined value).
[0224] Software shall be construed broadly to mean instructions, instruction sets, code, code segments, program code, programs, subprograms, software modules, applications, software applications, software packages, routines, subroutines, objects, executable files, threads of execution, procedures, functions, etc., whether referred to as software, firmware, middleware, microcode, hardware description language, or otherwise.
[0225] Additionally, software, instructions, information, etc. may be transmitted or received over a transmission medium. For example, if the software is transmitted from a website, server, or other remote source using wired technologies (such as coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, twisted pair, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL)), and / or wireless technologies (such as infrared, microwave, etc.), then these wired and / or wireless technologies are included within the definition of transmission media.

For example, at least one of the base station and the mobile station may be an Internet of Things (IoT) device such as a sensor.
[0233] Furthermore, the base station in the present disclosure may be read as a user terminal. For example, each aspect / embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied to a configuration in which communication between a base station and a user terminal is replaced with communication between a plurality of user terminals (which may be called, for example, Device-to-Device (D2D) or Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X)).
