Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, and more particularly to a separation member for use in a surgical instrument and a surgical instrument. [Background technology]

[0002] A stapler applied in surgery is a surgical instrument that can suture a patient's wound and cut off excess tissue, and is widely applied to tissue resection and anastomosis in minimally invasive surgery such as abdominal surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, and thoracic surgery. The stapler enters the body through a sleeve of a puncture tool that is accurately positioned at the surgical site, then makes a longitudinal incision in the tissue, and applies staples to the opposite sides of the incision to transcribe and anastomose the tissue, similar to a stapler. The stapler includes an end effector, which includes a staple bin sheet and a staple resist sheet, the staple bin sheet is used to receive the staple bin, and the stapler further includes a cutting member, which is operably supported against the staple bin sheet. When the doctor determines that the end effector has properly gripped the tissue and is in a closed position, the doctor can trigger the stapler to cut and suture the tissue.

[0003] In the course of surgery, a doctor may need to cut and suture a specific target tissue, but these target tissues are attached to other tissues. For example, a doctor may need to cut and suture a blood vessel, but the blood vessel is usually attached to other tissues, and in order to cut and suture the blood vessel, the doctor needs to peel the blood vessel from other tissues, place the blood vessel between a staple resist sheet and a staple bin sheet, and finally cut and suture the blood vessel with a stapler.

[0004] When a physician operates an existing surgical instrument, when a particular target tissue needs to be cut and sutured, the physician typically needs to repeatedly adjust the angle of the surgical instrument to align the distal end of the end effector with the target tissue, urge the surgical instrument along a direction toward the distal end, separate the target tissue with the distal end of the end effector, and then position the target tissue between a staple resist sheet and a staple bin sheet to cut and suture the target tissue.

[0005] However, the designs of the distal ends of existing end effectors are not adapted for ablating target tissue, and it is time-consuming and tedious for a physician to separate target tissue using the end effectors of a surgical instrument. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0052] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings and examples below. It should be understood that the specific examples described herein are merely for the purpose of interpreting the present invention, and do not limit the present invention. All other examples obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without creative work are all within the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0053] The terms "proximal", "rear", "distal" and "front" as used in the present invention are relative to a clinician who operates a handle assembly of a surgical instrument. The terms "proximal" and "rear" refer to the portion closer to the clinician, and the terms "distal" and "front" refer to the portion farther from the clinician. For example, the handle assembly is on the proximal side and the rear side, and the end effector is on the distal side and the front side, and further for example, the proximal end of a part refers to the end relatively closer to the handle assembly, and the distal end refers to the end relatively closer to the end effector. In the present invention, the relative positional relationship of each member of the separation member, for example, the relationship relative to the "proximal" end or the "distal" end, refers to the state in which the separation member is attached to the surgical instrument. The terms "upper" and "lower" refer to the relative positions of the staple resisting sheet and the staple bin sheet of the end effector, specifically, the staple resisting sheet is "upper" and the staple bin sheet is "lower".

[0054] The "longitudinal direction" is defined as a direction from far to near or near to far. The "longitudinal direction" of the separating member is defined when the separating member is attached to the surgical instrument. The "longitudinal direction" of the packaging box is defined when the separating member is attached to the packaging box, i.e., the longitudinal direction of the packaging box is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the separating member. In addition, the fact that a member extends in the longitudinal direction means that the length of the member is greater than its width, e.g., the entire member is elongated, but it should be understood that "extending in the longitudinal direction" does not limit the specific shape and installation position of the member.

[0055] The surface of the separating member close to the target tissue is defined as the “front surface,” and the surface away from the target tissue is defined as the “rear surface.” Specifically, when the separating member is actuated, the concave surface of the actuating part approaches the target tissue and can peel the target tissue from other tissues, and the surface on which the concave surface is located is defined as the front surface, and the surface on which the convex surface is located is defined as the rear surface.

[0056] As will be understood, these orientations, "proximal", "distal", "posterior", "front", "upper", "lower", "front" and "rear", are defined for ease of explanation, but because surgical instruments may be used in many orientations and positions, these terms for describing relative positional relationships are not limiting and absolute. "Vertical orientation" is also defined for ease of explanation. In the present invention, if there are other clear definitions and limitations, the above definitions should be subject to the above clear definitions and limitations.

[0057] In the present invention, unless otherwise clearly specified and limited, the term "connection" should be understood in a broad sense, for example, it may be a fixed connection, a removable connection, a movable connection or integration, a direct connection, an indirect connection through an intermediate medium, an internal communication between two elements, or an interaction relationship between two elements. "Connect" does not include integration, but the meaning of "connection" is the same as "coupling". Those skilled in the art can understand the specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention according to the specific situation.

[0058] FIG. 1 illustrates a surgical instrument 100 of the present invention.

[0059] 1, the surgical instrument according to the present invention is a stapler, preferably an electric stapler. The surgical instrument 100 includes a main body 10 and a battery pack 12 removably attached to the main body 10. Those skilled in the art can imagine that the surgical instrument may also be a manual stapler, and any solutions that are the same or similar to those in this embodiment are all within the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0060] The main body 10 includes a rod assembly 14, a housing 16 provided at one end of the rod assembly 14, and an end effector 18 provided at the other end of the rod assembly 14, within which a cutting member (not shown) is provided.

[0061] The rod assembly 14 includes a sleeve 20 and a mandrel (not shown) housed within the sleeve 20. A motor and a transmission mechanism are provided within the housing 16, and the motor drives the end effector 18 and the cutting member via the transmission mechanism. The end effector 18 includes a staple bin seat 28 and a staple resisting sheet 30 pivotally connected to the staple bin seat 28, the staple bin seat 28 being adapted to operably support a staple bin assembly (not shown) located therein, the staple resisting sheet 30 being selectively movable between an open position and a closed position to either grasp or loosen tissue. The cutting member is provided within the end effector 18 and adapted to cut tissue, and the staple bin assembly is adapted to suture tissue.

[0062] The transmission mechanism includes an end effector drive device, which drives the staple resist sheet 30 of the end effector 18 to rotate relative to the staple bin sheet 28 to selectively move between a closed position and an open position. Typically, the drive device of the end effector 18 includes a gear, a cam, and a sleeve 20, and the gear drives the sleeve 20 to move linearly by the conversion of the cam, and the sleeve 20 moves linearly to drive the staple resist sheet 30 to rotate by the conversion mechanism. The specific structure of the end effector drive device is the same as or similar to that of the prior art, and therefore a detailed description thereof will be omitted here.

[0063] The transmission mechanism further includes a cutting member driving device, and the cutting member driving device generally includes a gear, a rack, and a mandrel, and the gear rotates to drive the rack, the mandrel, and the cutting member to move linearly, so that the cutting member can cut the tissue. The specific structure of the cutting member driving device is the same as or similar to that of the prior art, and therefore a detailed description thereof is omitted here.

[0064] When the surgical instrument is used, first, the end effector driving device drives the sleeve 20, and further drives and rotates the staple resist sheet 30 to align with the staple bin sheet 28 and grasp the target tissue; then, the motor is started and rotates forward, the cutting member driving device drives and feeds the cutting member through the mandrel, and the cutting member moves from the initial position to the final position within the end effector 18 of the surgical instrument, and the cutting member synchronously propels the staple pusher block in the staple bin to move from the initial position to the final position, achieving the effect of cutting the excess tissue and suturing the tissue after cutting; then, the motor is reversed, and the cutting member driving device drives the cutting member through the mandrel to retract to the initial position; further, the end effector driving device drives the sleeve 20, and further drives the staple resist sheet 30 to open and loosen the tissue; finally, the end effector driving device drives the sleeve 20, thereby driving the staple resist sheet 30 to close. Of course, both before and after use of the surgical instrument, the staple resist sheet 30 must be closed against the staple bin sheet 28, so that the end effector 18 can be inserted into or removed from the patient's body through the sleeve of the puncture tool, and a detailed description of this will be omitted here.

[0065] 2 to 15 show a separating member according to a first embodiment of the present invention, which is used in combination with a surgical instrument 100. As shown in FIG.

[0066] 1 and 2, the present embodiment further provides a separating member 200 for use in combination with the surgical instrument 100, which is used to separate tissue, specifically, the separating member 200 is used to separate a target tissue from other tissues, which facilitates the surgical instrument 100 to cut and suture the target tissue. For example, a doctor first uses the separating member 200 to separate a blood vessel from other tissues, and then uses the surgical instrument 100 to cut and suture the separated blood vessel.

[0067] The detachment member 200 is removably connected to the surgical instrument 100. That is, the detachment member 200 is switched between a first state and a second state, where in the first state the detachment member 200 is connected to the surgical instrument 100 and where in the second state the detachment member 200 is disengaged from the surgical instrument 100.

[0068] Thus, when it is necessary to use the separating member 200, the doctor connects the separating member 200 and the surgical instrument 100, and the doctor first uses the separating member 200 to separate the target tissue from other tissues, and then the doctor moves the surgical instrument 100 forward so that the target tissue enters between the staple bin sheet 28 and the staple resist sheet 30, and operates the surgical instrument 100 to cut and suture the target tissue. When it is not necessary to use the separating member 200, the doctor switches the separating member 200 from the first state to the second state, and detaches the separating member 200 from the surgical instrument 100, to avoid the separating member 200 occupying the surgical space and affecting the convenience of the surgical instrument 100 to cut and suture other tissues.

[0069] Specifically, the detachment member 200 is removably connected to the end effector 18 of the surgical instrument 100. The end effector 18 is an actuating member of the surgical instrument 100 that directly contacts tissue to cut and suture the tissue, and the detachment member 200 is removably connected to the end effector 18 to conform to the operating habits of a physician and facilitate the physician's operation.

[0070] More specifically, the separating member 200 is detachably connected to the staple resisting sheet 30 of the end effector 18. Since other members such as staple pins are not attached to the staple resisting sheet 30 of the existing surgical instrument 100, the separating member 200 is detachably connected to the staple resisting sheet 30, and the staple resisting sheet 30 is used rationally without affecting the attachment and removal of other members (e.g., staple pins), and the design is more rational. More specifically, the separating member 200 is detachably connected to the distal end of the staple resisting sheet 30, which is more compatible with the operating habits of a physician and facilitates the physician's operation.

[0071] 3 to 5, the separating member 200 includes an attachment portion 220 and an actuation portion 230. The attachment portion 220 is removably connected to the surgical instrument 100, specifically, to the distal end of the staple resist sheet 30 of the end effector 18. The actuation portion 230 is used to peel off tissue.

[0072] The attachment portion 220 and the surgical instrument 100 are detachably connected via a mating mechanism. The mating mechanism includes an insertion mechanism and an engagement mechanism. The insertion mechanism includes an insertion portion 222 provided on the separation member 200 and an insertion passage 50 provided on the surgical instrument 100. The engagement mechanism includes an engagement portion 240 provided on the separation member 200 and an engagement port 60 provided on the surgical instrument 100. The insertion passage 50 communicates with the engagement port 60, and specifically, the engagement port 60 communicates with the proximal end of the insertion passage 50 and penetrates the side wall of the insertion passage. When attaching the separation member 200, the insertion portion 222 and the engagement portion 240 are inserted into the surgical instrument 100 along the insertion passage 50, and after being inserted by a predetermined stroke, the engagement portion 240 is engaged with the engagement port 60, and the separation member 200 is fixed to the surgical instrument 100. As a result, the attachment portion 220 of the separation member 200 and the surgical instrument 100 achieve a detachable connection by insertion and engagement, making attachment secure and removal easy.

[0073] The mounting portion 220 includes an insertion portion 222 and an engagement portion 240 connected to each other. The engagement portion 240 and the surgical instrument 100 are elastically mated. That is, the engagement portion 240 is connected to the surgical instrument 100 under the action of an elastic force and is detached from the surgical instrument 100 against the action of the elastic force, so that the connection is secure and attachment / detachment is easy. The source of the elastic force may be the elasticity of the engagement portion 240 itself, or another elastic body may be in contact with the engagement portion 240 and provide the elastic force to the engagement portion 240.

[0074] Specifically, the engagement portion 240 and the engagement port 60 are elastically mated together. That is, the engagement portion 240 is engaged with the engagement port 60 under the action of an elastic force, thereby fixing the separating member 200 to the surgical instrument 100. The engagement portion 240 can be disengaged from the engagement port 60 against the action of the elastic force, thereby disengaging the separating member 200 from the surgical instrument 100.

[0075] The engagement portion 240 has a first end 241 and a second end 242, the first end 241 is connected to the insertion portion 222, and the second end 242 and the surgical instrument 100 are elastically aligned with each other. Specifically, the second end 242 rotates around the first end 241, so that the separation member 200 is fixed to or detached from the surgical instrument 100, and further realizes a removable connection. The second end 242 rotates around the first end 241, i.e., the rotation axis is located at the position of the first end 241. In this embodiment, the rotation axis of the second end 242 is perpendicular to the central symmetric plane in the vertical direction of the separation member 200. In this embodiment, the first end 241 is located at the distal end relative to the second end 242, and a person skilled in the art can imagine that the first end 241 may be located at the proximal end relative to the second end 242.

[0076] Specifically, the first end 241 includes a rotating shaft 243, the insertion part 222 is provided with a shaft hole 224, the rotating shaft 243 is attached to the shaft hole 224, the rotating shaft 243 rotates within the shaft hole 224 to rotate the engaging part 240, and finally detachably connects the separating member 200 and the surgical instrument 100. The rotating axis is the central axis of the rotating shaft 243.

[0077] The shaft hole 224 is partially open, and the rotating shaft 243 is partially housed in the shaft hole 224. That is, the circumferential extension angle of the shaft hole 224 is smaller than 360 degrees, for example, the circumferential extension angle of the shaft hole 224 is 180 degrees. Since the shaft hole 224 is partially open, the operation of attaching the rotating shaft 243 to the shaft hole 224 is very easy, and further, the size of the separating member 200 can be reduced, and the structure of the separating member 200 becomes more compact.

[0078] A first end 241 of the engagement portion 240 is attached to a first side surface 229 of the insertion portion 222. The first side surface 229 refers to the surface on the back side of the insertion portion 222, and is not limited to the flat area indicated by the reference numeral 229. A second end 242 of the engagement portion 240 protrudes from a second side surface 227 of the insertion portion 222. The second side surface 227 refers to the surface on the front side of the insertion portion 222, and is not limited to the flat area indicated by the reference numeral 227. The insertion portion 222 is provided with an opening 228 penetrating the first side surface 229 and the second side surface 227, and the second end 242 protrudes from the second side surface 227 by penetrating the opening 228 from the first side surface 229.

[0079] As a result, the opening 228 provides space for the movement stroke of the second end 242 of the engagement portion 240, i.e., the thickness of the insertion portion 222 itself provides space for the movement stroke of the second end 242 of the engagement portion 240, not only making the structure reliable but also further reducing the size of the separation member 200, and making the structural design very reasonable.

[0080] The second end 242 of the engaging portion 240 and the engaging opening 60 of the surgical instrument 100 are elastically mated. In this embodiment, the engaging portion 240 itself does not have elasticity, and the separating member 200 further includes a supporting portion 250 abutting the engaging portion 240, and the supporting portion 250 elastically supports the engaging portion 240. At least a portion of the supporting portion 250 is made of an elastic material, and the supporting portion 250 provides an elastic force to the engaging portion 240. That is, the engaging portion 240 only needs to realize the function of mating with or separating from the surgical instrument 100, and the supporting portion 250 only needs to realize the function of providing an elastic force, and the two members of the engaging portion 240 and the supporting portion 250 fulfill their respective roles, which reduces the process requirements for the engaging portion 240 and the supporting portion 250 and can better meet the demands of mass production.

[0081] The support portion 250 is provided on the first side surface 229 of the engagement portion 240 and is spaced away from the second side surface 227 relative to the engagement portion 240 so as to apply an acting force toward the second side surface 227 to the engagement portion 240 to maintain the engagement portion 240 in the engagement port 60 without the action of an external force, thereby maintaining the engagement portion 240 in the first state connected to the surgical instrument 100.

[0082] Specifically, the support portion 250 has a first portion 251 and a second portion 252 connected together, the first portion 251 being connected to the first side surface 229 and the second portion 252 abutting the engagement portion 240 and providing an elastic force to the engagement portion 240 such that the engagement portion 240 has a tendency to engage with the engagement port 60.

[0083] In order to reliably fix the support part 250 to the separation member 200, the mounting part 220 is provided with a connection part 260, and the support part 250 and the mounting part 220 are fixed by welding at the connection part 260. Those skilled in the art can imagine that other suitable fixing methods may be used depending on the materials of the support part 250 and the mounting part 220.

[0084] As described above, the shaft hole 224 for mounting the rotating shaft 243 is partially opened, and the support part 250 covers the open part of the shaft hole 224 to prevent the rotating shaft 243 from falling off from the opened shaft hole 224. Specifically, the connection part 260 is provided adjacent to the shaft hole 224, and the connection part 260 is separated from the second end 242 of the engagement part 240 with respect to the shaft hole 224. The distal end of the first part 251 of the support part 250 is fixed to the connection part 260, so that the support part 250 extending from the distal end toward the proximal end can naturally cover the shaft hole 224, and the structural design is very reasonable.

[0085] As can be seen from the above, the position of a part of the rotating shaft 243 is defined by the shaft hole 224, and the position of the other part is defined by the support part 250. Compared with the case where the support part 250 is stacked in the completely closed shaft hole 224, the size of the separating member 200 can be obviously reduced, and the structure of the separating member 200 becomes more compact.

[0086] As emphasized, the present invention is multifaceted in reducing the size of the separating member 200, and through these designs, the reduction in size may not be recognized by the naked eye (e.g., smaller than 1 mm), but it is very important for the size of the separating member 200. The reason is that the end effector 18 of the surgical instrument 100 and the separating member 200 both need to penetrate the sleeve of the puncture tool to enter the patient's body and operate, and in order to realize the purpose of minimally invasive surgery, the sleeve of the puncture tool has a standard size (e.g., 5mm\10mm\12mm\15mm), and the width of the end effector 18 and the separating member 200 must be smaller than the diameter of the sleeve of the puncture tool. Therefore, when the designer designs the end effector 18 and the separating member 200, even if the designer cannot meet the requirement of reducing the size to 1 mm, it must be realized by the designer through repeated consideration and repeated optimization of the structure.

[0087] As described above, the first end 241 of the engaging portion 240 is attached to the first side surface 229 of the insertion portion 222, and the first portion 251 of the support portion 250 is connected to the first side surface 229. In order to better position the engaging portion 240 and the support portion 250, the first side surface 229 of the insertion portion 222 is recessed inward to form an accommodation space 226, i.e., the insertion portion 222 of the mounting portion 220 is provided with an accommodation space 226, and a part of the engaging portion 240 is accommodated in the accommodation space 226. The accommodation space 226 includes an opening 228 penetrating the insertion portion 222, and the second end 242 of the engaging portion 240 protrudes from the opening 228 in the first state to engage with the engaging opening 60. When the separating member 200 is in the first state, a part of the engaging portion 240 is accommodated in the accommodation space 226. Preferably, when the separating member 200 is in the first state, a part of the support portion 250 is also accommodated in the accommodation space 226.

[0088] The receiving space 226 can receive at least a part of the engaging portion 240 and also receive at least a part of the supporting portion 250, so that the engaging portion 240 and the supporting portion 250 are prevented from all protruding out of the first side surface 229 of the inserting portion 222, and the space of the inserting portion 222 itself is used rationally, so that the size of the inserting portion 222 can be reduced, and the structure of the inserting portion 222 can be more regular. The receiving space 226 can receive a part of the engaging portion 240 and further realize the restriction on the engaging portion 240, and the second end 242 of the engaging portion 240 is located in the opening 228, so that the second end 242 can change its position under the action of elastic force to perform its function. Preferably, a part of the supporting portion 250 is received in the receiving space 226, so that the supporting portion can be prevented from interfering with the inserting passage when the inserting portion is inserted into the inserting passage.

[0089] In this embodiment, the insertion part 222 and the engagement part 240 themselves do not have elasticity, and the separation member 200 further includes an elastic body abutting against the engagement part 240, which abuts against the engagement part 240 to elastically support the engagement part 240. The elastic body is a support part 250, at least a part of which is made of an elastic material, and the support part 250 provides an elastic force to the engagement part 240. Those skilled in the art can imagine that the engagement part 240 itself may have elasticity, and all solutions using the same or similar to this embodiment are all within the protection scope of the present invention.

[0090] In this embodiment, there is no other elastic body between the support part 250 and the engagement part 240, and only the support part 250 provides elastic force to the engagement part 240, that is, the elastic body that abuts against the engagement part 240 and elastically supports the engagement part 240 includes only the support part 250. A person skilled in the art can imagine that after the support part 250 is provided, another elastic body such as a second elastic body is provided between the support part 250 and the engagement part 240, and the second elastic body and the support part 250 jointly provide elastic force to the engagement part 240. Alternatively, the support part 250 may not be provided, and elasticity may be provided to the engagement part 240 only by the other elastic body, and all solutions using the same or similar to this embodiment are all within the protection scope of the present invention.

[0091] The second end 242 of the engagement portion 240 includes an engagement surface 244 and a slope 246 that is angled from the engagement surface 244. As shown in FIG. 3, the engagement surface 244 extends vertically, and as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 6, the engagement surface 244 abuts against the side wall of the engagement port 60 to prevent the separation member 200 from falling off the surgical instrument 100. As shown in FIG. 3, the slope 246 extends with an upward inclination in the direction from the proximal end toward the distal end, where upward refers to the direction toward the opening of the engagement port 60. Guided by the slope 246, the second end 242 changes position as the engagement portion 240 rotates during the process of being inserted into the insertion passage 50, and thus the insertion portion 222 and the engagement portion 240 of the separation member 200 can be smoothly inserted into the insertion passage 50 in the direction from the distal end toward the proximal end.

[0092] The second end 242 of the engagement portion 240 further includes an upper surface 248 provided between the engagement surface 244 and the inclined surface 246. The upper surface 248 has a predetermined width, which makes the structure of the second end 242 more reliable. The upper surface 248 may be a flat surface, or may be an inclined inclined surface 246. When the upper surface 248 is an inclined surface, it is preferable that the inclination angle of the upper surface 248 is smaller than the inclination angle of the inclined surface 246.

[0093] It should be noted that in this embodiment, the engagement portion 240 is integrally molded, and those skilled in the art can imagine that each part of the engagement portion 240 may be molded separately and integrally connected by a specific connection method, and all solutions using the same or similar to this embodiment are all within the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0094] As described above, the attachment portion 220 of the separating member 200 includes the insertion portion 222 for attaching the engagement portion 240. With reference to Figs. 4 to 6, the insertion portion 222 extends in the vertical direction, and correspondingly, the insertion passage 50 extends along a direction from the distal end surface of the surgical instrument 100 toward the proximal end, specifically, the insertion passage 50 extends along a direction from the distal end surface of the staple resist sheet 30 toward the proximal end.

[0095] As known to those skilled in the art, the staple resist sheet 30 is provided with a feed groove 33 extending in the vertical direction, which accommodates a part of the cutting member of the surgical instrument 100 and guides the movement of the cutting member, and the feed groove 33 is provided in the center position of the staple resist sheet 30 and extends in the vertical direction. The insertion passage 50, the engagement opening 60, and the feed groove 33 are communicated with each other, are provided coaxially, and have a regular structure.

[0096] The engagement opening 60 communicates with the proximal end of the insertion passage 50 and penetrates the side wall of the insertion passage 50. Specifically, the engagement opening 60 penetrates the side wall of the staple resisting surface 31 of the staple resisting sheet 30.

[0097] As a result, when it is necessary to attach the separating member 200 to the surgical instrument 100, the separating member 200 is aligned with the insertion passage 50, and the separating member 200 is advanced along a direction from the distal end toward the proximal end, and during the advancing process, the insertion passage 50 abuts against the inclined surface 246 of the second end 242 of the engaging portion 240, causing the engaging portion 240 to rotate against the elastic force provided by the support portion 250 until the second end 242 of the engaging portion 240 and the insertion portion 222 are smoothly inserted into the insertion passage 50, and the advancing of the separating member 200 is continued until the second end 242 of the engaging portion 240 is aligned with the engagement opening 60, and the second end 242 of the engaging portion 240 rotates in the opposite direction under the action of the elastic force provided by the support portion 250, and the second end 242 protrudes from the second side surface 227 of the inserting portion 222 and is engaged with the engagement opening 60, thereby attaching the separating member 200 to a predetermined position.

[0098] The side wall of the insertion passage 50, specifically, the side wall located on the staple resist surface 31 of the staple resist sheet 30 of the insertion passage 50, includes a first hollow portion 51 and a second hollow portion 52 communicating with the engagement opening 60, the second hollow portion 52 being located at the distal end relative to the first hollow portion 51, the width of the second hollow portion 52 being greater than the width of the first hollow portion 51, and the width of the engagement opening 60 being greater than the width of the first hollow portion 51.

[0099] During the process of inserting the separating member 200, the wider second hollow portion 52 can make the insertion operation of the separating member 200 easier. During the process of moving the separating member 200 in the second hollow portion 52, the engaging portion 240 does not need to rotate against the elasticity of the supporting portion 250, so the supporting portion 250 is not deformed, the service life of the separating member 200 can be extended, and an increase in the resistance force caused by the contact between the engaging portion 240 and the second hollow portion can be avoided. When the inclined surface 246 of the second end 242 of the separating member 200 contacts the first hollow portion 51, the second end 242 of the engaging portion 240 is in contact with the elasticity of the supporting portion 250. and moves inside the first hollow portion 51, and when the separating member 200 moves to the second end 242 of the engaging portion 240 to align with the engaging opening 60, since the width of the engaging opening 60 is greater than the width of the first hollow portion 51, the engaging surface 244 of the engaging portion 240 can abut against the side wall of the engaging opening 60 adjacent to the first hollow portion 51, and the second end 242 of the engaging portion 240 rotates in the opposite direction under the action of the elastic force of the supporting portion 250 to protrude from the second side surface 227, whereby the second end 242 is smoothly engaged with the engaging opening 60 and the separating member 200 is attached in the predetermined position.

[0100] As can be seen from the above, the rational design of the first hollow portion 51 and the second hollow portion 52 not only can extend the service life of the separating member 200, but also makes the installation operation of the separating member 200 simple and easy.

[0101] The length of the second hollow portion 52 is greater than the length of the first hollow portion 51. That is, in the process in which the engaging portion 240 moves in the long second hollow portion 52, the engaging portion 240 does not need to rotate against the elasticity of the supporting portion 250, and the supporting portion 250 is not deformed, thereby extending the service life of the separating member 200.

[0102] The width of the first hollow portion 51 is equal to the width of the feed groove 33. The feed groove 33, the engagement port 60, the first hollow portion 51, and the second hollow portion 52 are arranged coaxially, which can ensure that the separating member 200 is in a proper position after being attached and does not deviate from the central axis, making it easy for the doctor to operate the separating member.

[0103] The second hollow portion 52, the first hollow portion 51, the engagement port 60, and the feed groove 33 form a passage groove that extends from the distal end to the proximal end in the side wall of the insertion passage 50.

[0104] The distal end of the staple resist sheet 30 is provided with a first wedge-shaped portion 39 having a first inclined surface 38, and the proximal end of the operating portion 230 is provided with a second wedge-shaped portion 239 having a second inclined surface 238, and after the separating member 200 is attached to the staple resist sheet 30, the first inclined surface 38 abuts against the second inclined surface 238.

[0105] The first inclined surface 38 abuts against the second inclined surface 238, so that the first wedge-shaped portion 39 and the second wedge-shaped portion 239 are stacked, and the separating member 200 can be attached to the staple resist sheet 30 more reliably. In addition, the first wedge-shaped portion 39 can make the distal end of the staple resist sheet 30 thinner than the other portions, and the second wedge-shaped portion 239 can make the proximal end of the working portion thinner than the other portions. That is, even if the first wedge-shaped portion 39 and the second wedge-shaped portion 239 are stacked, the size of the joint portion is not obviously increased. On the one hand, the stacking ensures the attachment, and on the other hand, the stacking does not obviously increase the size, so the design is very reasonable.

[0106] The second hollow portion 52 is provided in the first inclined surface 38. The mounting portion 220 extends along a direction from the second inclined surface 238 toward the proximal end, and has a compact structure and a rational design.

[0107] The combined thickness of the first wedge portion 39 and the second wedge portion 239 corresponds to the thickness of the staple resisting sheet 30 adjacent the proximal end of the first sloping surface 38 and / or corresponds to the thickness of the separation member adjacent the distal end of the second sloping surface 238.

[0108] The term "corresponding to the thickness" means that the thickness is approximately equal, and the formation of a step at the joint between the separating member 200 and the staple resist sheet 30 is avoided, thereby avoiding injury to tissue.

[0109] As described above, the separating member 200 includes an attachment portion 220 and an actuating portion 230, which is used to dissect tissue.

[0110] The working portion 230 includes a proximal end 231 and a distal end 232, and the width of the working portion 230 gradually decreases along the direction from the proximal end 231 to the distal end 232. When the working portion 230 ablates tissue, the narrow distal end 232 preferentially contacts the tissue, and the narrow distal end 232 can be easily inserted into the tissue to ablate the target tissue from other tissue, making the operation easier.

[0111] At least a portion of the working portion 230 extends in an arc shape from the proximal end 231 toward the distal end 232, and the working portion 230 has an arc shape extending inwardly concave working surface 234. The arc shape extending working surface 234 allows the working portion 230 to smoothly penetrate a gap between a target tissue and other tissue when separating the tissue, and can better guide the end effector 18 to penetrate the gap between the target tissue and other tissue, making the separation member 200 and the surgical instrument 100 easier to operate.

[0112] When the working part 230 extends in an arc shape and the working surface 234 extends in an arc shape, the back surface of the working part also extends in an arc shape. The working part 230 has a regular structure and a beautiful appearance.

[0113] The outer contours of the working portion 230 and the mounting portion 220 of the separating member 200 have no obvious corners, and all the contours are filleted to prevent the corners from cutting the tissue.

[0114] As described above, the separating member 200 is attached to the distal end of the surgical instrument 100. The surgical instrument 100 has an attachment end for attaching the separating member 200, and the separating member 200 further includes an elastic member 280, which abuts against an end surface of the attachment end. Specifically, the elastic member 280 abuts against an end surface of the distal end of the staple resist sheet 30.

[0115] Because the end face of the distal end of the mounting end is hard and the elastic member 280 is flexible and deformable, when the elastic member 280 abuts against the end face of the distal end of the mounting end, not only is it possible to prevent the end face of the distal end of the mounting end from damaging tissue, but it is also possible to reduce the risk of tissue being caught in the gap between the end face of the distal end of the mounting end and the separating member 200, thereby avoiding unnecessary pulling on the tissue and thereby avoiding damage to the tissue.

[0116] The outer surface of the elastic member 280 protrudes from the outer surface of the attachment end or is flush with the outer surface of the attachment end. Specifically, the staple resist sheet has a staple resist surface 31 and a back surface 32, and in this embodiment, preferably, the outer surface of the elastic member 280 is flush with the back surface 32 of the staple resist sheet 30 or protrudes from the back surface 32. When peeling off the target tissue from other tissue, the attachment end on one side of the back surface 32 of the staple resist sheet 30 easily damages other tissue, so the outer surface of the elastic member 280 is flush with the back surface 32 of the staple resist sheet or protrudes from the back surface 32, which can maximally prevent the end surface of the distal end of the attachment end from damaging the tissue and maximally reduce the risk of the tissue being caught in the gap between the end surface of the distal end of the attachment end and the separating member 200.

[0117] The separating member 200 is provided with a slot 290. The mounting end has a first outer surface 91, the separating member 200 has a second outer surface 202, and when the separating member 200 is in the first state, the slot 290 is located at the adjoining portion of the first outer surface 91 and the second outer surface 202, and the elastic member 280 is provided in the slot 290. The slot 290 can better mount the elastic member 280 without affecting the function of the elastic member 280.

[0118] The outer surface of the elastic member 280 protrudes from or is flush with the second outer surface 202. Although the slot 290 can better attach the elastic member 280, there is a risk that the proximal and / or distal ends of the slot 290 may injure tissue, and by having the outer surface of the elastic member 280 protrude from or be flush with the second outer surface 202, not only is it easier to attach the elastic member 280, but it also avoids injuring tissue.

[0119] The shape of the elastic member 280 matches the shape of the slot 290 to maximize the prevention of tissue damage. The elastic member 280 is interference-fitted with the slot 290, which not only ensures the attachment of the elastic member 280, but also makes it easy to prevent the elastic member 280 from protruding from the surface adjacent to it, thereby maximizing the prevention of tissue damage.

[0120] The slots 290 extend in the circumferential direction, which makes the attachment of the elastic member 280 more secure.

[0121] The bottom surface of the slot 290 is uneven; specifically, the bottom surface of the slot includes recesses and / or protrusions, which increases the frictional force between the slot 290 and the elastic member 280 and enables the elastic member 280 to be securely attached to the slot 290.

[0122] The shape of the bottom surface of the slot 290 is set symmetrically with respect to the central symmetric plane in the vertical direction of the separation member 200. The regular structure makes the force received by the elastic member 280 uniform, which can better prevent tissue from being injured.

[0123] In this embodiment, the elastic member 280 is an independently molded member, and the elastic member 280 is manually installed in the slot 290. Those skilled in the art can imagine that the elastic member 280 can be injection molded in the slot 290, and all the solutions using the same or similar to this embodiment are all within the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0124] 7 to 13, this embodiment further provides a packaging box 300 for the separating member 200, and the separating member 200 can be housed in the packaging box 300. The packaging box 300 provides an exterior for the separating member 200, making it easy to transport and store the separating member 200. The separating member 200 and the packaging box 300 form an assembly, and the assembly may be sold and purchased separately, or may be combined with the surgical instrument 100 to form a surgical kit and sold and purchased together, and regardless of the selling and purchasing method, any of them can meet the needs of doctors to dissect target tissue. Of course, the separating member 200 of this embodiment may be sold and purchased separately.

[0125] The packaging box 300 includes a receiving portion 320 for receiving the separating member 200, and the separating member 200 can be inserted into the receiving portion 320, i.e., received in the packaging box 300. The packaging box 300 includes a housing 350, one side surface of which is recessed inward to form an open receiving portion 320, and the receiving portion 320 has an open end, which makes it easy to insert the separating member 200 into the packaging box 300 or remove it from the packaging box 300 through the open end.

[0126] The receiving portion 320 has an open end and a closed end 330 spaced apart from each other, and the shape of the closed end 330 may match the shape of the distal end 232 of the separating member 200, or the shape of the closed end 330 does not have to match the shape of the distal end 232 of the separating member 200, as long as the closed end 330 can restrict the insertion of the separating member 200. Therefore, when the distal end 232 of the separating member 200 abuts against the closed end 330 of the receiving portion 320 during the process of inserting the separating member 200 into the receiving portion 320, the operator can sense that the separating member 200 is received in a predetermined position.

[0127] The receiving portion 320 is provided with a protruding rib 324, and the protruding rib 324 is provided with a guide surface 326, so that the separating member 200 slides into the receiving portion 320 along the guide surface 326. The guide surface 326 allows the separating member 200 to be inserted into the receiving portion 320 more easily and accurately.

[0128] The convex rib 324 is further provided with an abutment surface 328, which meets with the guide surface 326 and is provided at an angle, specifically an obtuse angle. The abutment surface 328 is closer to the closed end 330 of the receiving section 320 than the guide surface 326, and the abutment surface 328 restricts the separating member 200. Specifically, when the separating member 200 is inserted into the receiving section 320, the abutment surface 328 abuts against a part of the operating surface 234 of the separating member 200, so that the separating member 200 is more securely accommodated in the receiving section 320.

[0129] As can be seen from the above, the convex rib 324 can not only limit the size of the accommodating portion 320, but also guide the operation of sliding the separating member 200 into the accommodating portion 320. After the separating member 200 is slid into the accommodating portion 320, the convex rib 324 can further restrict the separating member 200, and the structural design is very reasonable.

[0130] 11, a protrusion 322 is provided on the surface of the receiving portion 320. The protrusion 322 can support the actuating portion 230 of the separating member 200 and can reduce the contact area between the actuating portion 230 and the receiving portion 320, so that the insertion and removal operation of the separating member 200 is easier. In this embodiment, the protrusion 322 extends in a substantially strip-like manner in the vertical direction, and the protrusion 322 extends along the vertical direction. Those skilled in the art can imagine that the protrusion 322 may have other shapes.

[0131] As previously mentioned, the separating member 200 includes a resilient member 280 that abuts against an end face of the mounting end of the surgical instrument 100. Preferably, an outer surface of the resilient member 280 protrudes from an outer surface of the working portion 230 of the separating member 200 such that the resilient member 280 resiliently abuts against an inner surface of the receiving portion 320.

[0132] During the process of inserting the separating member 200 into the receiving portion 320 of the packaging box 300, when the elastic member 280 elastically abuts against the inner surface of the receiving portion 320, the operator can sense this damping action, and this damping action provides the operator with operation feedback, which allows the operator to confirm whether the separating member 200 is accommodated in a predetermined position. That is, the closed end 330 described above not only allows the operator to sense that the separating member 200 has been inserted into a predetermined position, but also provides the operator with further feedback by elastically abutting against the inner surface of the receiving portion 320, further improving the operation experience. Furthermore, the frictional force between the elastic member 280 and the inner surface of the receiving portion 320 can prevent the separating member 200 from falling out of the receiving portion 320.

[0133] As described above, the separation member 200 and the surgical instrument 100 are removably connected via a mating mechanism, and the separation member 200 is switched between a first state and a second state, in which in the first state the separation member 200 is connected to the surgical instrument 100 and in the second state the separation member 200 is disengaged from the surgical instrument 100.

[0134] In this embodiment, preferably, the packaging box 300 can not only accommodate the separating member 200, but also switch the separating member 200 between the first state and the second state. That is, the packaging box 300 can not only provide packaging for the separating member 200, but also be used as a tool for attaching and detaching the separating member 200 to and from the surgical instrument 100, and is very cleverly designed.

[0135] Specifically, the packaging box 300 includes an operating member 340, which acts on the mating mechanism to switch the separating member 200 from the first state to the second state. More specifically, the operating portion 342 acts on the engagement mechanism to switch the separating member 200 from the first state to the second state.

[0136] The operating member 340 includes an operating portion 342 and a drive portion 348 connected together. The operating portion 342 is pressed by an operator, and the drive portion 348 acts on the engagement mechanism to switch the separating member 200 from the first state to the second state.

[0137] The operating unit 342 performs a first movement and drives the driving unit 348 to perform a second movement, thereby switching the separating member 200 from the first state to the second state. The first movement includes a rotation, and the second movement includes a rotation.

[0138] The packaging box 300 includes a housing 350, which is partially recessed inward to form the receiving portion 320, and includes a first side wall 351 and a second side wall 352 surrounding the receiving portion 320, and a gap 353 is provided between the first side wall 351 and the second side wall 352, and the first side wall 351 forms the operating portion 342. The gap 353 extends in a vertical direction along a direction from one end of the housing 350 to the other end, and the extension length of the gap 353 is smaller than the extension length of the housing 350. Due to the presence of the gap 353, the first side wall 351 can move relative to the second side wall 352, thereby moving the driving portion 348 and ultimately acting on the separating member 200 to switch the separating member 200 from the first state to the second state. Furthermore, the first side wall 351 is a part of the housing 350, and a part of the housing 350 forms the operating portion 342, so there is no need to provide any additional members to form the operating portion 342, resulting in a simple structure and a rational design.

[0139] The operating part 342 rotates to rotate the driving part 348. Specifically, the first side wall 351 includes a connecting end 344 and a free end 346, the driving part 348 is connected to the free end 346, and the free end 346 rotates around the joint part between the connecting end 344 and the second side wall to rotate the driving part 348. There is no need to provide any additional members, and the structure is simple and easy to operate.

[0140] The rotation axis of the free end 346 is perpendicular to the central symmetric plane in the vertical direction of the packaging box 300. The rotation axis of the free end 346 is parallel to the rotation axis of the engaging portion 240. The structure of the assembly formed by the separating member 200 and the packaging box 300 becomes regular.

[0141] The connecting end 344 of the operating part 342 is made of an elastic material. Preferably, the operating part 342 is made of an elastic material as a whole. Thus, when the free end 346 is pressed, the connecting end 344 is deformed to rotate the free end 346 around the joint portion between the connecting end 344 and the second side wall. Thus, the doctor can move the driving part 348 against the elastic force of the operating part 342 itself to switch the separating member 200 from the first state to the second state. The structure of the packaging box 300 is made simpler by using the elasticity of the operating part 342 itself. As shown in Figures 8, 11, and 12, the elasticity of the operating part 342 itself allows the free end 346 to be maintained in a lifted state without receiving an external force.

[0142] Both the operating portion 342 and the driving portion 348 extend in a vertical direction, and the directions of extension of the operating portion 342 and the driving portion 348 are perpendicular to each other. The operating portion 342 and the driving portion 348 extending in a vertical direction and perpendicular to each other provide a sufficient stroke for the driving portion 348 to effectively drive the engagement portion 240, thereby allowing the separation member 200 to be smoothly disengaged from the surgical instrument 100.

[0143] The operating portion 342 is connected to the driving portion 348, and the two are fitted together to achieve abutment against the engagement portion 240. The operating portion 342 and the driving portion 348 are two independent members, specifically, the driving portion 348 is a pin, and the pin is fitted with a hole in the operating portion 342 to achieve the connection between the driving portion 348 and the operating portion 342. Those skilled in the art can imagine that the operating portion 342 and the driving portion 348 may be integrally formed.

[0144] 11 and 12, the housing 350 is provided with an opening 354 through which the actuator 348 can pass. The opening 354 and the actuator 348 are arranged opposite to each other, so that when the actuator 348 is attached, the actuator 348 passes through the opening 354 before being connected to the operating part 342, and the opening 354 is easy to insert an attachment tool to energize the actuator 348, and the structural design is reasonable. The actuator 348 is connected to the free end 346 of the operating part 342, and the opening 354 is correspondingly opposite to the free end 346 of the operating part 342, and the layout is reasonable.

[0145] The width of the driving portion 348 is smaller than the width of the passage groove (including the second hollow portion 52, the first hollow portion 51, and the engagement port 60, which are connected in sequence) of the staple resist sheet 30. During the process of detaching the separating member 200 from the surgical instrument 100, the driving portion 348 moves within the passage groove and can maintain a state of pressing the second end 242 of the engagement portion 240.

[0146] As can be seen from above, the operating member 340 acts on the engagement mechanism to switch the separating member 200 from the first state to the second state.

[0147] The distal end of the accommodating portion 320 is closed to form a closed end 330, and when the separating member 200 is attached to the surgical instrument 100, the packaging box 300 in which the separating member 200 is accommodated moves the separating member 200 toward the surgical instrument 100, and the closed end 330 propels the separating member 200 to insert it into the surgical instrument 100, and thus the closed end 330 of the accommodating portion 320 of the packaging box 300 propels the separating member 200 to switch from the second state to the first state.

[0148] The packaging box 300 is made of a transparent material, which not only makes it beautiful, but also greatly contributes to the operator's observation of whether the attachment and detachment operation is appropriate when using the packaging box 300 to attach and detach the separating member 200.

[0149] Application scenarios of the separating member 200 of this embodiment will now be described.

[0150] After the separating member 200 is shipped and before it is used, the separating member 200 is positioned in the receiving section 320 of the packaging box 300, the elastic member 280 of the separating member 200 elastically abuts against the inner surface of the receiving section 320, and the separating member 200 is maintained in the packaging box 300 under the action of the elastic force of the elastic member 280.

[0151] When a doctor needs to dissect tissue with the separating member 200 while using the surgical instrument 100, the doctor holds the housing 350 of the packaging box 300, aligns the mounting portion 220 of the separating member 200 with the insertion passage 50 provided in the staple resist sheet 30 of the end effector 18 of the surgical instrument 100, and propels the packaging box 300 in a direction toward the surgical instrument 100. During the propelling process, the insertion portion 222 and the engagement portion 240 of the separating member 200 move along the insertion passage 50 until the second end 242 of the engagement portion 240 is aligned with the engagement opening 60 and engaged with the engagement opening 60, at which point the separating member 200 is attached to the surgical instrument 100.

[0152] Thereafter, the surgeon pulls the packaging box 300 in a direction away from the surgical instrument 100 against the frictional force between the packaging box 300 and the inner surface of the receiving portion 320 due to the elastic force of the elastic member 280, and separates the packaging box 300 from the separating member 200, and the surgeon can peel the target tissue with the separating member 200. Specifically, the narrow distal end 232 of the working portion 230 of the separating member 200 is aligned with the junction site between the target tissue and other tissue, and the surgical instrument 100 and the separating member 200 are propelled forward until the separating member 200 peels the target tissue from the other tissue.

[0153] After the separating member 200 separates the target tissue from other tissue, the physician moves the surgical instrument 100 forward along a direction toward the distal end 232 to place the target tissue between the staple resist sheet 30 and the staple bin sheet, and then the physician can cut and suture the target tissue with the surgical instrument 100.

[0154] In the process of using the surgical instrument 100, when it is no longer necessary to dissect tissue, the doctor removes the separating member 200 from the surgical instrument 100, to avoid the separating member 200 occupying space and affecting other operations when the surgical instrument 100 does not require the separating member 200. Specifically, the doctor aligns the packaging box 300 with the separating member 200 and moves it to accommodate the separating member 200 in the accommodation portion 320 of the packaging box 300, and then the doctor presses the free end 346 of the operating portion 342, rotates the free end 346 around the connecting end 344 until the driving portion 348 abuts against the inclined surface 246 or the upper surface 248 of the second end 242 of the engaging portion 240, and continues to press the free end 346 of the operating portion 342, and the second end 242 of the engaging portion 240 is released from the engaging opening 60. The driving unit 348 drives the second end 242 of the engaging portion 240 to rotate it against the force of the supporting unit 250 until the surgeon pulls the packaging box 300 in a direction away from the surgical instrument 100, and the packaging box 300 disengages the insertion portion 222 of the separating member 200 from the insertion passage 50, thereby separating the separating member 200 from the surgical instrument 100, and the separating member 200 detached from the surgical instrument 100 is positioned in the receiving portion 320 of the packaging box 300, returning to its previous state of not being used after being shipped. In addition, after the driving unit 348 disengages the second end 242 of the engagement portion 240 from the engagement port, the driving unit 348 maintains a state of pressing the second end 242 of the engagement portion 240; in other words, during the process of disengaging the separating member 200 from the surgical instrument 100, the driving unit 348 constantly presses the second end 242 of the engagement portion 240 to urge the second end 242, the driving unit 348 moves within the passage groove, and finally the packaging box 300 disengages the separating member 200 from the surgical instrument 100.

[0155] 16-17 show a separating member 200a used in combination with a surgical instrument according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

[0156] The following description will focus on the differences between a separating member 200a of this embodiment and the separating member of the first embodiment.

[0157] In a first embodiment, the elastic member extends annularly in the circumferential direction, and the annular elastic member is attached to the slot between the separating member and the distal end surface of the staple resisting sheet.

[0158] In this embodiment, the elastic member 280a is bag-shaped, and at least a part of the working portion 230a is inserted into the elastic member 280a, and at least a part of the working portion 230a has the same shape as the elastic member 280a. Specifically, the part of the working portion 230a from the distal end to the mounting end of the surgical instrument is inserted into the elastic member 280a. The end surface opening at the proximal end of the elastic member 280a abuts against the distal end surface of the mounting end, preventing the distal end surface of the mounting end from damaging the tissue.

[0159] FIG. 18 illustrates a separation member for use in combination with a surgical instrument according to a third embodiment of the present invention.

[0160] The following will mainly describe the differences between the separating member 200b of this embodiment and the separating member of the first embodiment.

[0161] In a first embodiment, a first end of the engagement portion includes a pivot axis, the pivot axis is integrally molded with another portion of the engagement portion, an open shaft hole is provided in the insertion portion, the pivot axis is partially received in the shaft hole, and the support portion covers the open portion of the shaft hole, thereby allowing a second end of the engagement portion to rotate around the pivot axis.

[0162] In this embodiment, the separation member 200b includes an independent rotating shaft 243b, a pin hole 299b through which the rotating shaft 243b can pass is provided at a first end of the engagement portion 240b, and circular holes 298b corresponding to the two ends of the pin hole 299b are provided at the attachment portion of the separation member 200b, and the rotating shaft 243b passes through the first circular hole 298b, the pin hole 299b, and the second circular hole 298b in that order to rotatably attach the first end of the engagement portion 240b to the attachment portion. The rotating shaft 243b is in close contact with the first circular hole 298b and / or the second circular hole 298b to prevent it from falling off.

[0163] In this embodiment, the shape of the elastic member 280b of the separating member 200b and the mating mechanism between the elastic member 280b and the operating portion 230b are the same as in the second embodiment, and therefore detailed description thereof will be omitted here.

[0164] 19 and 20 show a separating member used in combination with a surgical instrument according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.

[0165] The following description will focus on the differences between the separating member 200c of this embodiment and the separating member of the third embodiment.

[0169] The following description will focus on the differences between a separating member 200d of this embodiment and the separating member of the second embodiment.

[0170] In the second embodiment, the engagement portion itself is not elastic, and the support portion provides an elastic force to the engagement portion so that the engagement portion has a tendency to lock into the engagement port of the surgical instrument.

[0171] In this embodiment, at least a part of the engagement portion 240d itself is made of an elastic material, and the engagement portion 240d itself has a tendency to be locked to the engagement port of the surgical instrument, i.e., no additional elastic body is provided to provide elastic force to the engagement portion 240d, and the structure is simpler.

[0172] In this embodiment, the proximal end of the engagement portion 240d is connected to the attachment portion 220d of the separation member 200d, the engagement portion 240d is deformed, and the distal end of the engagement portion 240d rotates around the proximal end, so that the engagement portion 240d is engaged with or disengaged from the engagement port, and finally the separation member 200d is switched between the first state and the second state. Note that no additional rotation axis is provided at the proximal end, and the distal end rotates around the connection portion between the proximal end and the attachment portion 220d.

[0175] The following description will focus on the differences between a separating member 200e of this embodiment and the separating member of the fifth embodiment.

[0176] In the fifth embodiment, the engagement portion is provided on the front surface (second side surface) of the attachment portion of the separating member, and the engagement portion fits into an engagement port provided on the surgical instrument.

[0177] In this embodiment, the engagement portion 240e is provided on the back surface of the mounting portion 220e of the separating member 200e, and the engagement opening 60e is provided on the back surface 32e of the staple resist sheet 30e, and the engagement portion 240e provided on the back surface of the mounting portion 220e engages with the engagement opening 60e provided on the back surface 32e of the staple resist sheet 30e to realize a removable connection between the separating member 200e and a surgical instrument.

[0178] Since the engagement opening 60e is provided on the back surface 32e of the staple resist sheet 30e and is not affected by the staple bin sheet, the operation member of the packaging box can be operated on the back surface 32e of the staple resist sheet 30e to realize the attachment and detachment of the separating member 200e. The operation space is enlarged, making the operation easier.

[0179] The distal end of the engagement portion 240e and the separation member 200e are connected by a method such as welding, and the engagement portion 240e itself has elasticity, thereby realizing switching between the first state and the second state, and detailed description thereof will be omitted here.

[0180] 27 to 29 show a separating member used in combination with a surgical instrument according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention.

[0181] The following description will focus on the differences between a separating member 200f of this embodiment and the separating member of the fifth embodiment.

[0182] In the fifth embodiment, the proximal end of the engagement portion is fixed to the attachment portion of the separation member, and the distal end of the engagement portion is fitted into the engagement port of the surgical instrument.

[0183] In this embodiment, the distal end of the engagement portion 240f is fixed to a portion of the separation member 200f other than the engagement portion 240f, and the proximal end of the engagement portion 240f is fitted into an engagement port of a surgical instrument.

[0184] In this embodiment, the separating member 200f is provided with an accommodation cavity 297f, which extends along a direction from the proximal end of the mounting portion toward the actuation portion, the accommodation cavity 297f is partially located in the actuation portion, a mounting shaft 296f extending vertically is provided at the distal end of the accommodation cavity 297f, and a mounting hole capable of receiving the mounting shaft 296f is provided in the engaging portion 240f. The mounting hole is fitted with the mounting shaft 296f to realize the fitting between the distal end of the engaging portion 240f and the separating member 200f. The proximal end of the engaging portion 240f can rotate relative to the distal end to realize engagement and disengagement with the engaging port.

[0185] In this embodiment, the mounting shaft 296f is a cylindrical shaft and the mounting hole is a circular hole, but the engagement portion 240f does not rotate around the axis of the mounting shaft 296f, and the rotation axis of the engagement portion 240f is the same as in the previously described embodiment, and the rotation axis of the engagement portion 240f is parallel to the operating surface of the separation member 200f.

[0186] As described above, in the present invention, the doctor first separates the target tissue from other tissues with the separating member, then the doctor moves the surgical instrument forward to place the target tissue between the staple bin sheet and the staple resist sheet, and operates the surgical instrument to cut and suture the target tissue. The separating member separates the target tissue, making the doctor's operation simpler and easier, and the engagement mechanism elastically fits the separating member and the surgical instrument, making the connection secure and easy to attach and detach.

[0187] In the present invention, the elastic body abuts against the end face of the mounting end, minimizing the risk of the end face of the distal end of the mounting end damaging tissue and minimizing the risk of tissue becoming caught in the gap between the end face of the distal end of the mounting end and the separating member.

[0188] In the present invention, the packaging box can not only provide packaging for the separation member, but also serve as a tool for attaching and detaching the separation member to the surgical instrument, which is very cleverly designed. In the present invention, the elastic body can not only avoid damaging tissue, but also prevent the separation member from accidentally falling off when the separation member is contained in the packaging box.

[0189] Although the present specification is described according to the embodiments, each embodiment does not include only one independent technical solution, and this description manner of the specification is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should take the specification as a whole, and can also appropriately combine the technical solutions in each embodiment to form other embodiments that are understandable to those skilled in the art.

[0190] The above detailed description is merely intended to specifically explain the possible embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention; all equivalent embodiments and modifications made without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention should be included within the protection scope of the present invention.
