Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present application relates to a folding hook structure, a child car frame including the folding hook structure, and a child car. [Background technology]

[0002] A child car is a vehicle that is widely used in our daily lives. Usually, a child car includes a frame, wheels, a seat, and an armrest. Here, the frame is formed as the main frame of the child car, the wheels are attached below the frame to provide walking function, the seat is hung over the frame so that a child can sit, and the armrest is located above the frame so that a user can push the child car. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0003] In some environments, the frame of the child car needs to be folded to improve the portability of the child car. In such a case, the frame needs to be designed in a foldable shape to reduce the overall volume of the child car. For this reason, in order to unfold or fold the frame, it is necessary to provide a swivel joint and a folding hook structure for locking or releasing the swivel joint on the frame. Considering that the child car is a product for infants and young children, the swivel joint and the folding hook structure need to have the characteristics of being safe, reliable, and easy to operate. [Means for solving the problem]

[0004] According to one aspect of the present application, there is provided a folding hook structure for placing a first part and a second part that are rotatable relative to each other in an unfolded state or a folded state, the folding hook structure including a case fixed to the first part and at least partially accommodating other members of the folding hook structure, a turntable fixed to the second part and installed on the case rotatably about a rotation center relative to the case, the turntable having a folding hook groove on a turntable surface, and a folding hook provided in the case, movable between a locked position and an unlocked position along a radial direction of the turntable, the folding hook groove including a circumferential section extending in a circumferential direction of the turntable with the rotation center as a center of a circle, and a radial section extending from the circumferential section in a radial direction of the turntable. Here, in the locked position, the folding hook engages with a radial section of the folding hook groove to prevent relative rotation between the case and the turntable, and in the released position, the folding hook is slidable along a circumferential section of the folding hook groove to allow relative rotation between the case and the turntable.

[0005] In one embodiment, the case is provided with a folding hook receiving space extending in a radial direction of the turntable, the folding hook includes a slider portion and a protrusion located on the slider, the slider portion is received in the folding hook receiving space and is slidable along the folding hook receiving space, and the protrusion protrudes into the folding hook groove of the turntable.

[0006] In one embodiment, the radial section of the folding hook groove extends from one end of the circumferential section in a direction away from the center of rotation of the turntable, and an inclined groove is formed obliquely on a side wall of the radial section facing the circumferential section, so that the radial section becomes wider as it approaches the circumferential section and becomes narrower as it moves away from the circumferential section.

[0007] In one embodiment, a folding hook elastic member is provided between the folding hook and the case, one end of the folding hook elastic member abuts against the case and the other end biases the folding hook to the lock position.

[0008] In one embodiment, the folding hook structure further includes a sliding member at least partially disposed within the case and movable along a radial direction of the turntable between an extended position approaching the turntable and a retracted position away from the turntable. Here, a notch is provided on the outer periphery of the turntable. In the release position, the notch can be aligned with the sliding member as the turntable rotates. If the notch is not aligned with the sliding member, the sliding member abuts against the outer periphery of the turntable and cannot move to the extended position. If the notch is aligned with the sliding member, the sliding member can move to the extended position and engage with the notch to lock the rotation angle of the turntable relative to the case.

[0009] In one embodiment, the outer periphery of the turntable further includes a recess located at a position substantially opposite to a middle position of the circumferential section of the folding hook groove. In the locked position, the recess is aligned with the sliding member such that the sliding member abuts against the recess. Here, the depth of the recess is designed to allow the first and second parts to rotate relatively to each other due to an external force.

[0010] In one embodiment, the folding hook structure further includes a trigger member that passes through the case along the axial direction of the turntable and includes an operation section exposed to the outside of the case and a trigger section abutting against the slide member inside the case. The trigger member is operated to move along a direction perpendicular to the turntable, thereby moving the slide member from the extended position to the retracted position.

[0011] In one embodiment, a trigger member operating surface is provided at an end of the trigger section, and a slide member operating surface corresponding to the trigger member operating surface is provided on the slide member. The trigger member operating surface and the slide member operating surface are inclined surfaces provided corresponding to each other and can contact each other, so that movement of the trigger member along a direction perpendicular to the rotating disk can be converted into movement of the slide member along a radial direction of the rotating disk.

[0012] In one embodiment, the inclined surface of the operating surface for the trigger member extends from near the bottom wall of the outer case toward the inner case and is arranged so as to be even closer to the turntable at the bottom wall of the outer case, thereby forming an inclination angle with respect to the rotation axis of the turntable, and the inclined surface of the operating surface for the slide member and the operating surface for the trigger member have the same inclination angle.

[0013] In one embodiment, a sliding member elastic member is provided between the sliding member and the case, the sliding member elastic member being configured to bias the sliding member toward the extended position.

[0014] In one embodiment, the case includes an outer case and an inner case, one of the outer case and the inner case includes a bottom wall and a side wall standing along an outer periphery of the bottom wall, and the other of the outer case and the inner case is fitted to the side wall to form a closed structure with the one of the outer case and the inner case, where the one of the outer case and the inner case is fixed to the first part, and the second part is joined to the rotating disk through a slot in the side wall.

[0015] In one embodiment, the first and second parts are both tubular members. When the folding hook is in the locked position, the first and second parts are in an unfolded state. When the folding hook is in the released position, the first and second parts are in a folded state.

[0016] According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a child car frame including an upper frame having an upper joint, a lower frame having a lower joint, and the above-mentioned folding hook structure described in the present invention connected between the upper joint and the lower joint, wherein the first part is the upper frame and the second part is the lower frame.

[0017] According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided a child car comprising a seat, wheels, and the above-described child car frame described in this specification, wherein the seat is fixed to the child car frame and the wheels are attached to one end of a lower frame of the child car frame adjacent to the ground.

[0018] Hereinafter, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0020] In this specification, the present invention will be described and explained by specifying examples, but the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, etc. Specifically, many modifications can be made to these embodiments, etc., within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention, without departing from the present invention.

[0021] The directional descriptions such as "front", "back", "upper", and "lower" in this specification are merely for ease of understanding, and the present invention is not limited to these directions and can be adjusted according to actual situations.

[0022] First, refer to FIG. 1A to FIG. 2B. FIG. 1A is a perspective view of a child car frame according to the present invention. FIG. 1B and FIG. 1C are enlarged views of a part of FIG. 1A, respectively showing the specific structure of the folding hook structure 100 on the left and right sides. As shown in the drawings, in this embodiment, the child car has two frames symmetrical to the left and right, each frame extending from the lower wheel to the upper armrest. The frame has a long linear tubular structure and is divided into an upper frame and a lower frame. The folding hook structure 100 is provided between the upper frame and the lower frame. The upper frame is joined to the folding hook structure 100 via an upper joint 300, and the lower frame is joined to the folding hook structure 100 via a lower joint 200. The upper joint 300 and the lower joint 200 can rotate relative to each other via the folding hook structure 100, allowing the upper and lower frames to be unfolded and folded (Figures 6A and 6B show the upper and lower frames in a folded state).

[0023] The folding hook structure 100 of the present invention provides a pivot joint between the upper joint 300 and the lower joint 200, while providing a locking function to lock and release the rotation between the upper joint 300 and the lower joint 200, as will be described in more detail below.

[0024] Fig. 2A is a perspective view of the frame of the child car according to the present invention from another angle. Fig. 2B and Fig. 2C are enlarged views of a part of Fig. 2A, respectively showing the specific structure of the folding hook structure 100 on the left and right sides.

[0025] Although the drawings show the car with a symmetrical frame, joints and folding hook structure 100, it should be understood that the car of the present invention can have other types of frames, for example asymmetrical frames, and the folding hook structure 100 of the present invention can be used alone on a single frame to provide the function of locking and releasing the relative rotation between two members, or can be used on any other type of device.

[0026] Next, please refer to Figures 3A and 3B. Figure 3A is a perspective view of the frame of the child car according to the present invention, in which the inner case 110b, the rotating disk 160, the sliding member 140 and the folding hook 150 in the left folding hook structure 100 have been removed to show the specific structure of the outer case 110a and the trigger member 130. Figure 3B is an enlarged view of a part of Figure 3A.

[0027] As shown in the drawings, the case 110 in this embodiment includes an outer case 110a and an inner case 110b. Here, the outer case 110a is located outside the child car and has a bottom wall and a side wall surrounding the outer periphery of the bottom wall. The inner case 110b is located inside the child car and is fitted into the side wall of the outer case 110a. In this way, the outer case 110a and the inner case 110b form the case 110 having a closed structure. At least a part of the other members of the folding hook structure 100 is accommodated inside the case 110, thereby forming a clean appearance of the entire folding hook structure 100. The lower joint 200 is fixedly connected to the outer case 110a, and the upper joint 300 passes through a slot located in the side wall and is connected to the turntable 160 inside the case 110 (details will be described later).

[0028] In other embodiments, the positions of the inner case 110b and the outer case 110a can be interchanged. For example, the inner case 110b can be located outside the child car, and the outer case 110a can be located inside the child car. The lower joint 200 can be connected to the inner case 110b, and the upper joint 300 can be connected to the rotating disk 160 inside the case 110.

[0029] In this embodiment, the bottom wall of the outer case 110a is formed in a heart shape. Specifically, one side of the bottom wall of the outer case 110a has a circular portion for forming a space for accommodating the rotating disk 160. The other side of the bottom wall opposite the circular portion has a raised portion for accommodating members such as the trigger member 130 and the slide member 140. In other embodiments, the bottom wall may be formed in other shapes as long as it can accommodate the above-mentioned members.

[0030] An outer rotating shaft hole 111a is formed in the circular portion of the bottom wall. A rotating shaft (not shown) passes through the outer rotating shaft hole 111a, the rotating disk 160, and an inner rotating shaft hole 111b formed in the inner case 110b, so that the rotating disk 160 can be rotatably installed inside the case 110. A folding hook accommodating space 112a for accommodating the folding hook 150 is further formed in the circular portion of the bottom wall. In one embodiment, the folding hook accommodating space 112a is formed with a chute or slide rail extending in the radial direction of the rotating disk 160, so that the folding hook 150 can slide along the radial direction.

[0031] FIG. 3B shows the slide member 140 and the trigger member 130 more clearly. The slide member 140 is provided on the raised portion of the bottom wall and is provided slidably along the radial direction of the rotating disk 160. That is, the slide member 140 can move between an extended position approaching the rotating disk 160 and a retracted position away from the rotating disk 160 along the radial direction of the rotating disk 160 on the outside of the rotating disk 160. The function of the slide member 140 is to be inserted into the notch 165 of the rotating disk 160 so that the rotation between the rotating disk 160 and the case 110 is locked (FIG. 5B). In this embodiment, the slide member 140 includes a strip-shaped portion and a slide member operating surface 143 (inclined surface portion). Here, the strip-shaped portion can slide along the radial direction of the rotating disk 160 and be inserted into the notch 165 of the rotating disk 160. The sliding member operation surface 143 extends from the vicinity of the bottom wall of the outer case 110a toward the inner case 110b, and forms an inclination angle with respect to a direction perpendicular to the bottom wall (i.e., a direction parallel to the rotation axis of the rotating plate 160). The sliding member operation surface 143 approaches the rotating plate 160 near the bottom wall of the outer case 110a, and moves away from the rotating plate 160 near the inner case 110b.

[0032] The trigger member 130 passes through the case 110 along a direction parallel to the rotation axis of the rotating plate 160 and includes an operation section 131 exposed to the outside of the case 110 and a trigger section 132 abutting against the slide member 140 inside the case 110. The trigger member 130 can move the slide member 140 from the extended position to the retracted position by being operated to move along a direction perpendicular to the rotating plate 160. Specifically, the trigger member 130 includes an operation section 131 and a trigger section 132. Here, the operation section 131 passes through the inner case 110b and extends to the outside of the case 110 so that a user can press the trigger member 130. The trigger section 132 is located inside the case 110 and has a trigger member operation surface 133 facing the slide member operation surface 143 of the slide member 140. The trigger member operation surface 133 has approximately the same inclination angle as the slide member operation surface 143. In this way, when the user presses trigger member 130, trigger member 130 slides toward the inside of case 110 (specifically, slides toward outer case 110a). At this time, trigger member operation surface 133 comes into contact with and presses slide member operation surface 143 of slide member 140, causing slide member 140 to slide in a direction away from rotating disk 160.

[0033] Next, please refer to Figures 4A to 4C. Figure 4A is a partially enlarged perspective view of the child car frame according to the present invention, in which the outer case 110a and the rotating disk 160 of the folding hook structure 100 on one side are removed to show the inner case 110b, the trigger member 130, the slide member 140 and the folding hook 150. Figures 4B and 4C are further enlarged views showing the slide member 140 and the folding hook 150 in Figure 4A, respectively. As shown in the drawings, the inner case 110b is provided with an inner rotating shaft hole 111b, a slide rail 112b for the folding hook, a slide member 140 and a slide rail 113b for the slide member. These structures can correspond to the corresponding structures in the outer case 110a to form a complete storage space.

[0034] 4A to 4C, it can be clearly seen that the folding hook 150 is provided on the case 110 so as to be slidable in the radial direction. More specifically, the folding hook 150 includes a slider portion 151 and a protrusion 152 located on the slider portion 151. Here, the slider portion 151 is accommodated in the folding hook accommodation space 112a and can slide along the folding hook accommodation space 112a. The protrusion 152 extends into the folding hook groove 161 of the turntable 160 (FIG. 5B). A folding hook elastic member 153 may be further provided between the folding hook 150 and the case 110. One end of the folding hook elastic member 153 abuts against the case 110 and the other end biases the folding hook 150 to the lock position.

[0035] 4A to 4C further show the slide member 140 seen from the other side. In one embodiment, the slide member 140 may further be provided with an elastic member 145 for the slide member at one end facing the side wall. The elastic member 145 for the slide member abuts against the side wall at one end (the side wall is not shown in FIGS. 4A to 4C ) and abuts against the slide member 140 at the other end, thereby biasing the slide member 140 to move toward the rotating plate 160. In this way, when the user does not press the trigger member 130, the slide member 140 has a tendency to be inserted into the rotating plate 160, but when the user presses the trigger member 130, the abutment between the trigger member operation surface 133 and the slide member operation surface 143 causes the trigger member 130 to push the slide member 140 in a direction away from the rotating plate 160 against the biasing force of the elastic member 145 for the slide member.

[0036] 4A-4C, the upper joint 300 and the lower joint 200 are not shown, so that the entire folding hook structure 100 is not connected to the upper and lower frames. In use, the upper and lower frames are connected to the rotating disk 160 and the outer case 110a by the upper joint 300 and the lower joint 200, respectively. In other embodiments, the upper and lower frames can be directly connected to the rotating disk 160 and the outer case 110a. In other applications, the folding hook structure 100 can be connected to different types of members that rotate relative to each other to provide a rotation pivot and to lock and release the mutual rotation between these members.

[0037] Next, refer to FIG. 5A to FIG. 5B. FIG. 5A is a side view of the child car frame according to the present invention, in which the details of the inside of the folding hook structure 100 on one side are shown as a cross-sectional view, and the folding hook 150 is in the release position. FIG. 5B is an enlarged view of a part of FIG. 5A. As shown in the drawing, the rotating disk 160 is located in the case 110 and can rotate around the rotation axis. The rotating disk 160 has a folding hook groove 161 on its surface, which includes a circumferential section 162 and a radial section 163. Here, the circumferential section 162 extends along the circumferential direction of the rotating disk 160 with the rotation center as the center of the circle, and the radial section 163 extends along the radial direction of the rotating disk 160 from the circumferential section 162.

[0038] As shown in Fig. 5B, when the folding hook 150 is located in its release position, it is located in the circumferential section 162 of the folding hook groove 161. In this way, the folding hook 150 will not hinder the mutual rotation between the turntable 160 and the case 110. When the folding hook 150 is located in its lock position (Fig. 6B), it is located in the radial section 163 of the folding hook groove 161. In this way, the folding hook 150 will prevent the mutual rotation between the turntable 160 and the case 110.

[0039] In one embodiment, the folding hook groove 161 is a through groove that penetrates the rotating disk 160. In another embodiment, the folding hook groove 161 can be recessed from the surface of the rotating disk 160 to form a recessed groove without penetrating the rotating disk 160. In one embodiment, the radial section 163 of the folding hook groove 161 is located at one end of the circumferential section 162 and extends in a direction away from the rotation axis. In another embodiment, the radial section 163 can be located in the middle of the circumferential section 162 and extend in a direction toward the rotation axis.

[0040] In one embodiment, the sidewall of the radial section 163 of the folding hook groove 161 facing the circumferential section 162 is formed with an inclined groove 164 at an angle, so that the radial section 163 is wider closer to the circumferential section 162 and narrower farther from the circumferential section 162. In this way, when the folding hook 150 is in the locked position (i.e., when the folding hook 150 is in the radial section 163 of the folding hook groove 161), the folding hook 150 can slide along the inclined groove 164 to its released position (i.e., the folding hook 150 slides to the circumferential section 162 of the folding hook groove 161) as long as the user forcefully rotates the turntable 160 in the unfolding direction.

[0041] As can be seen from FIG. 5B, a notch 165 is provided on the outer periphery of the rotating disk 160. In the release position of the folding hook structure 100, the notch 165 can be aligned or not aligned with the sliding member 140 as the rotating disk 160 rotates. When the notch 165 is not aligned with the sliding member 140, the sliding member 140 abuts against the outer periphery of the rotating disk 160 and cannot move to the extended position. When the notch 165 is aligned with the sliding member 140, the sliding member 140 can move to the extended position and engage with the notch 165, thereby locking the rotation angle of the rotating disk 160 relative to the case 110.

[0042] In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the circumferential section 162 of the folding hook groove 161 extends within a range of arcs of 160° to 200°, and the notch 165 is located at a position corresponding to the circumferential section 162 of the folding hook groove 161. In other embodiments, the circumferential section 162 of the folding hook groove 161 can have a different extension range, for example a larger or smaller extension range. Also, the position of the notch 165 can be changed. In this way, the relative positional relationship between the upper joint 300 and the lower joint 200 in the folded and unfolded states can be changed.

[0043] Next, refer to FIG. 6A to FIG. 6B. FIG. 6A is a side view of the child car frame according to the present invention, showing the details of the inside of the folding hook structure 100 in a cross-sectional view in one side of the folding hook structure 100, and the folding hook 150 is in the locking position. FIG. 6B is an enlarged view of a part of FIG. 6A. As shown in the drawing, the outer periphery of the turntable 160 is further provided with a recess 166 located at a position substantially opposite to the middle position of the circumferential section 162 of the folding hook groove 161. In the locking position, the recess 166 is aligned with the sliding member 140. At this time, the sliding member 140 abuts against the recess 166. In one embodiment, the depth of the recess 166 is set so that the sliding member 140 can slide out of the recess 166 when the turntable 160 and the case 110 rotate relatively due to the action of an external force. For example, both sides of the recess 166 connected to the outer periphery of the rotating disk 160 can be provided as inclined edges for the slide member 140 to slide out of the recess 166. In this manner, the slide member 140 can contribute to maintaining the upper joint 300 and the lower joint 200 in the folded state. In addition, when the user needs to unfold the upper joint 300 and the lower joint 200, the user can feel that the body frame has been separated due to the change in resistance caused by the slide member 140.

[0044] As described above, the folding hook structure 100 according to the present invention actually provides two kinds of locking structures. One locking structure can lock the folding hook structure 100 in one rotational position, for example, in a folded position where the upper joint 300 and the lower joint 200 are close to each other, by fitting between the folding hook 150 and the folding hook groove 161 on the rotating disk 160. The other locking structure can lock the folding hook structure 100 in another rotational position, for example, in an unfolded position where the upper joint 300 and the lower joint 200 are opposite each other, by fitting between the sliding member 140 and the notch 165 on the outer periphery of the rotating disk 160.
