DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0011] <<Recording Media>> A recording medium 10 of the present disclosure has a transparent substrate 1 and an image-forming layer 5 provided on one surface of the transparent substrate 1 (see FIGS. 1 to 4). The recording medium 10 of the present disclosure can be used to produce a decorative sheet 50 by forming an image 25 on the image-forming layer 5 . The decorative sheet 50 produced using the recording medium 10 of the present disclosure can decorate the object 100 to be decorated. The recording medium 10 of the present disclosure can be used to form an image 25 on the image-forming layer 5 to produce a decorated product 200. A decorated item 200 can be produced by bonding the decorative sheet 50 produced using the recording medium 10 of the present disclosure to an object to be decorated. 1 to 4 are schematic cross-sectional views showing an example of a recording medium 10 according to the present disclosure. The recording medium 10 according to the present disclosure is not limited to the form shown in the drawings. The recording medium 10 according to the present disclosure may have a different configuration from the form shown in the drawings. The configurations of the respective drawings may be combined.
[0012] (Transparent base material) The transparent substrate 1 has transparency. In the present disclosure, the transparency means a transparency that allows the image 25 formed on the image-forming layer 5 to be visually recognized from the transparent substrate 1 side after the image 25 is formed on the image-forming layer 5. As an example, the transparent substrate 1 has a light transmittance of 10% or more for any wavelength in the wavelength range of 350 nm or more and 500 nm or less. As an example, the transparent substrate 1 has a light transmittance of 10% or more over the entire wavelength range of 350 nm or more and 500 nm or less. As an example, the transparent substrate 1 has a light transmittance of 10% or more for any wavelength in the visible light range. As an example, the transparent substrate 1 has a light transmittance of 10% or more over the entire visible light range. In the present disclosure, the term "transparent" includes colorless transparent, colored transparent, and translucent. As an example, the transparent substrate 1 is colored with a colorant.
[0013] The recording medium 10 of the present disclosure has an image-forming layer 5 provided on one surface of a transparent substrate 1, and the other surface of the transparent substrate 1 has a hologram pattern. In the recording medium 10 of the present disclosure, at least a part of the hologram pattern on the other surface of the transparent substrate 1 is exposed. The hologram pattern on the other surface of the transparent substrate 1 can be exposed to give it a holographic appearance. If another member is provided on the hologram pattern of the transparent substrate 1, the holographic appearance disappears in the area where the hologram pattern overlaps with the other member.
[0014] In one example of the recording medium 10, the entire other surface of the transparent substrate 1 has a hologram pattern, and the entire hologram pattern is exposed. In one example of a recording medium 10, the entire other surface of the transparent substrate 1 has a hologram pattern, and a part of the hologram pattern is exposed. In the recording medium 10 as an example, a portion of the other surface of the transparent substrate 1 has a hologram pattern, and the entire hologram pattern is exposed. In the recording medium 10 as an example, a portion of the other surface of the transparent substrate 1 has a hologram pattern, and a part of the hologram pattern is exposed. When a portion of the other surface of the transparent substrate 1 has a hologram pattern, the other portion of the other surface of the transparent substrate 1 that does not have the hologram pattern may or may not be exposed.
[0015] The exposed holographic pattern on the other surface of the transparent substrate 1 can impart a holographic effect to the decorative sheet 50 and the decorated product 200 produced with the recording medium 10 of the present disclosure due to the difference in refractive index at the interface between air and the unevenness that forms the holographic pattern. Such a transparent substrate 1 can impart a holographic effect by making the difference in refractive index larger than that of a substrate that can impart a holographic effect by utilizing the difference in refractive index between materials, and can impart a stronger holographic effect. In the present disclosure, the term "holographic effect" refers to a state in which incident light is diffracted by surface irregularities, causing an object to appear to have a color different from that of the material it is made of.
[0016] 16A, 17A, 18, and 19 are partial plan views showing examples of hologram patterns possessed by the transparent substrate 1. FIG. FIG. 16B is a schematic cross-sectional view showing an example of the AA cross section of the transparent substrate 1 in FIG. 16A. 17B to 17D are schematic cross-sectional views showing examples of the AA cross section of the transparent substrate 1 in FIG. 17A. As shown in each figure, the other surface of the transparent substrate 1 has projections and recesses that form a hologram pattern. An example of the hologram pattern is a structure in which recesses and protrusions are regularly arranged. There is no limitation on the hologram pattern of the transparent substrate 1, as long as the difference in refractive index between air and the other surface of the transparent substrate can produce a hologram effect. The hologram pattern of the other surface of the transparent substrate 1 is not limited to the form shown in the figure and the shape described below. An example of the hologram pattern has a linear shape when viewed in a plan view (see Figs. 16A and 17A). In this type of hologram pattern, a plurality of convex portions extending continuously in one direction are regularly arranged in a direction perpendicular to the one direction. In one example, the direction in which the convex portions extend continuously is the longitudinal direction of the recording medium 10. This type of hologram pattern can stably peel the plate from the transparent substrate 1 when the transparent substrate 1 is embossed by a roll-to-roll method using a plate having a concave-convex pattern, and can form a hologram pattern without defects on the transparent substrate 1. As an example, the hologram pattern has a square lattice shape when viewed from above (see FIG. 18). As an example, the hologram pattern has a triangular lattice shape when viewed from above (see FIG. 19).
[0017] The pitch between the convex portions that form the hologram pattern (see symbol "P1" in Figs. 16 to 19) is not limited, but is preferably 0.1 to 10 µm, and more preferably 0.5 to 5 µm. The hologram pattern of this form can strongly express a hologram effect. In the present disclosure, the pitch between convex portions forming a hologram pattern refers to the center-to-center distance between adjacent convex portions when the transparent substrate 1 is viewed in plan view. It may also be the distance between adjacent concave portions. The pitch between the convex portions forming the hologram pattern may be interpreted as the pitch between the concave portions forming the hologram pattern, the width of the convex portions forming the hologram pattern, and the width of the concave portions forming the hologram pattern. The pitch between recesses forming the hologram pattern means the center-to-center distance between adjacent recesses when the transparent substrate 1 is viewed in plan (see symbol "P2" in Figs. 16 to 19). The width of the convex portions forming the hologram pattern refers to the width of the convex portions when the hologram pattern is viewed from above (see the symbol "W1" in Figs. 16 to 19).
[0018] There is no limitation on the height of the convex parts forming the hologram pattern (see symbol "T1" in Figures 16 and 17), but it is preferably 0.1 μm or more and 2 μm or less, and more preferably 0.15 μm or more and 1 μm or less. This type of hologram pattern can strongly express a hologram effect, and even if fingerprints or the like are attached to the hologram pattern, this hologram effect can be maintained. In addition, the hologram pattern is easy to form. The same is true for the depth of the concave parts forming the hologram pattern.
[0019] The cross-sectional shape of the recess that forms the hologram pattern is not limited, and examples of the cross-sectional shape include a rectangular shape (see FIG. 17C), a trapezoidal shape (see FIG. 17B and FIG. 17D), a V-shape (see FIG. 16B), a stepped shape, a shape having a curved shape, etc. An example of a shape having a curved shape is a U-shape. The cross-sectional shape of the convex parts that form the hologram pattern is not limited, and examples include a rectangular shape (see FIG. 17C), a trapezoidal shape (see FIG. 17B), a triangular shape (see FIGS. 16B and 17D), and a shape having a curved radius.
[0020] As an example, the cross-sectional shape of the recess that forms the hologram pattern has an inclined inner wall surface (see Figs. 16B, 17B, and 17D). This hologram pattern is easy to form.
[0021] As an example, the transparent substrate 1 has a thickness excluding the convex portions of the hologram pattern (see the symbol "T2" in Figs. 16 and 17) of 3 µm or more and 1000 µm or less.
[0022] (An example of a method for forming a transparent substrate having a hologram pattern) In one example of the transparent substrate 1, a hologram pattern is formed on the transparent substrate 1 before the hologram pattern is formed, using a plate having projections and recesses corresponding to the hologram pattern. As an example, the transparent substrate 1 is made of a single member. As an example, the transparent base material 1 is made up of a plurality of members. The plurality of members may be made of the same material or different materials.
[0023] As an example, the transparent substrate 1 includes a transparent substrate main body 1C and a transparent substrate protection part 1D (see FIG. 4A). The transparent substrate main body 1C has a hologram pattern. The transparent substrate protection part 1D covers a part or the whole of the hologram pattern of the transparent substrate main body 1C. As an example, the transparent substrate protection portion 1D covers the surface of the convex portions that form the hologram pattern of the transparent substrate main body portion 1C. As an example, the transparent substrate protection part 1D covers the surface of the recess that forms the hologram pattern of the transparent substrate main body part 1C. The transparent substrate protection part 1D, as an example, covers the surfaces of the convex parts and concave parts that form the hologram pattern of the transparent substrate main body part 1C. In this form of transparent substrate 1, the transparent substrate protective part 1D can impart durability to the other surface of the transparent substrate 1. As an example of the transparent substrate 1, a hologram pattern is formed on a laminate 1' (see FIG. 4B) in which a member 1C' to become transparent substrate main body part 1C and a member 1D' to become transparent substrate protective part 1D are laminated, using a plate having projections and recesses corresponding to the hologram pattern.
[0024] The hologram pattern may be formed by a processing method such as mechanical processing or laser processing.
[0025] The transparent substrate before the hologram pattern is formed may be interpreted as a laminate of the image-forming layer 5 and the transparent substrate before the hologram pattern is formed.
[0026] As an example, the transparent substrate 1 has a transparent substrate base 1A having no holographic pattern and a transparent substrate convex portion 1B that will become a convex portion of the holographic pattern formed on the transparent substrate base 1A (see FIG. 3). The transparent substrate convex portion 1B may be formed by lamination, or may be formed by applying and drying a coating liquid. There is no limitation on the method of applying the coating liquid, and a conventionally known coating method may be appropriately selected and used. Examples of the coating method include gravure printing, screen printing, and reverse coating using a gravure plate. Other coating methods may also be used. The same applies to the methods of forming various layers described below. The transparent substrate base portion 1A and the transparent substrate protruding portion 1B may be made of the same material or different materials. A transparent substrate base portion 1A on which a transparent substrate convex portion 1B is provided forms a transparent substrate main body portion 1C, and a transparent substrate protective portion 1D (not shown) may be provided so as to cover a part or all of the uneven surface of this transparent substrate main body portion 1C.
[0027] The transparent substrate base 1A may be interpreted as a laminate of the image-forming layer 5 and the transparent substrate base 1A.
[0028] There is no limitation on the material of the transparent substrate 1, and examples thereof include polyester, polyolefin, polyvinyl chloride, polymethacrylate, polypropylene, polycarbonate, cellulose acetate, polyethylene derivatives, polyamide, polymethylpentene, acrylic resin, acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer (AS resin), vinyl resin such as vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, ultraviolet absorbing resin, epoxy resin, polystyrene, polyurethane, urethane-modified acrylic, acrylic-modified urethane, silicone-modified resins thereof, mixtures of these resins, ionizing radiation curable resins, ultraviolet curable resins, etc. Examples of polyester include polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, etc. The transparent substrate 1 may be made of a material other than the above. The transparent substrate 1 may include a plurality of materials.
[0029] A preferred embodiment of the transparent substrate 1 includes at least one of acrylic, polyester, and silicone-modified resin, and has good durability.
[0030] As an example, the transparent substrate 1 has one surface subjected to an adhesion treatment. Examples of the adhesion treatment include corona discharge treatment, flame treatment, ozone treatment, ultraviolet treatment, radiation treatment, surface roughening treatment, chemical treatment, plasma treatment, low-temperature plasma treatment, and grafting treatment.
[0031] (Image forming layer) A recording medium 10 of the present disclosure has an image-forming layer 5 provided on one surface of a transparent substrate 1 (see FIGS. 1 to 4). The image 25 can be formed in the image-forming layer 5 by various image forming methods. There are no limitations on the type of the image-forming layer 5 or the components of the image-forming layer 5, and they can be appropriately set depending on the image 25 to be formed in the image-forming layer 5. The component contained in the image-forming layer 5 may be one type or two or more types.
[0032] Examples of the image forming method capable of forming the image 25 on the image forming layer 5 include a sublimation transfer method, a melt transfer method, an inkjet printing method, and a toner printing method (laser printing method). The sublimation transfer method is an image formation method in which a thermal transfer sheet provided with a color material layer containing a sublimation dye is used, and thermal energy corresponding to image information is applied to the thermal transfer sheet to transfer the sublimation dye contained in the color material layer to the image forming layer 5, thereby forming an image 25. The melt transfer method is an image formation method in which a thermal transfer sheet having a color material layer containing meltable ink is used, and thermal energy according to image information is applied to the thermal transfer sheet, causing the color material layer to melt or soften due to the application of thermal energy, and the color material layer is transferred layer by layer to the image forming layer 5 to form an image 25. The inkjet printing method is an image formation method in which inkjet ink is ejected from a nozzle by pressure waves generated by piezoelectric drive, or by heating to generate air bubbles in the ink inside a tube and eject the ink, thereby adhering the ink to the image formation layer 5 to form an image 25. The toner printing method is an image formation method in which toner is fixed (fused) to the image formation layer 5 by electrostatic transfer using heat from a laser or the like. The image 25 may be formed by offset printing, gravure printing, flexographic printing, screen printing, etc. The image 25 may also be formed by other printing methods.
[0033] As an example, the image forming layer 5 contains a component capable of receiving a sublimation dye. The image forming layer 5 of this type can form a clear and high-density image 25 by a sublimation transfer method. Examples of components that can accept sublimation dyes include acrylic resins, acrylic-styrene copolymers, polyolefins, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, polyvinyl acetate, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymers, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, polyacrylic esters, polyesters, polystyrene, polyamides, ethylene, copolymers of olefins and other vinyl polymers, ionomers, cellulose resins, polycarbonates, epoxy resins, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol, and gelatin. Examples of polyolefins include polypropylene. Examples of polyesters include polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate. A preferred embodiment of the image-forming layer 5 contains at least one of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, acrylic-styrene copolymer, polyester, and epoxy resin. Among them, the image-forming layer 5 containing a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer is preferred in that a denser image 25 can be formed by the sublimation transfer method.
[0034] The thickness of the image forming layer 5 is not limited, and can be appropriately set according to the image forming method, etc. The thickness of the image forming layer 5 capable of forming the image 25 by the thermal transfer method is preferably 0.1 μm or more and 10 μm or less. The thickness of the image forming layer 5 capable of forming the image 25 by the inkjet printing method is preferably 0.1 μm or more and 50 μm or less, more preferably 1 μm or more and 40 μm or less, and even more preferably 3 μm or more and 30 μm or less. In addition, the thickness of the image forming layer 5 capable of forming the image 25 by the toner printing method is preferably 0.01 μm or more and 5 μm or less, and more preferably 0.05 μm or more and 1 μm or less.
[0035] There is no limitation on the method for forming the image-forming layer 5. The image-forming layer 5 may be formed by laminating a film or the like onto the transparent substrate 1, or may be formed by applying a coating liquid for the image-forming layer and drying it.
[0036] (Primer layer) A recording medium 10 as one example of the present disclosure has a primer layer 3 provided between a transparent substrate 1 and an image-forming layer 5 (see FIG. 2). The recording medium 10 of this form can improve adhesion between the transparent substrate 1 and the image-forming layer 5.
[0037] Examples of components of the primer layer 3 include acrylic resin, polyurethane, polyolefin, polyester, epoxy resin, urea resin, melamine resin, phenol resin, vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyvinylpyrrolidone, cyanoacrylate, etc. The component contained in the primer layer 3 may be one type or two or more types.
[0038] The primer layer 3 may be formed by applying a coating liquid and drying it, or may be formed using an adhesive film. The thickness of the primer layer 3 is preferably 0.01 μm or more and 10 μm or less, and more preferably 0.02 μm or more and 5 μm or less.
[0039] <<Decorative sheet>> The decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure includes a transparent substrate 1 and an image layer 20 provided on one surface of the transparent substrate 1 (see FIGS. 5 to 11). The other surface of the transparent substrate 1 has a hologram pattern. The other surface of the transparent substrate 1 is exposed. The hologram pattern of the transparent substrate is exposed. The decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure can impart a holographic appearance to the object 100 to be decorated. The decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure can be used to produce a decorated product 200 that has a holographic appearance. 5 to 11 are schematic cross-sectional views showing an example of the decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure. The decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure is not limited to the illustrated forms. The decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure may have a different configuration from the illustrated forms. The decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure may be a suitable combination of the illustrated forms. The decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure may have some configurations removed from the illustrated forms.
[0040] (Transparent base material) The transparent substrate 1 of the decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure can be the same as the transparent substrate 1 described in the recording medium 10 of the present disclosure. The transparent substrate 1 described below has a hologram pattern on the other surface of the transparent substrate 1.
[0041] (Image Layer) The image layer 20 has an image 25 thereon. When the surface of the image layer 20 facing the transparent substrate 1 is designated as the first surface and the opposite surface is designated as the second surface, an example of the image layer 20 has an image 25 formed on the first surface side (see FIG. 6). An example of the image layer 20 has an image 25 formed on the second surface side (see FIGS. 5 and 7 to 11). An example of the image layer 20 has images 25 formed on the first surface side and the second surface side. As an example, the image 25 of the image layer 20 entirely overlaps with the hologram pattern. As an example, the image 25 of the image layer 20 partially overlaps with the hologram pattern. As an example, the image 25 of the image layer 20 is formed on the entire surface of the image layer 20 .
[0042] When the image layer 20 has an image 25 formed on the first surface side, the transparent substrate 1 may be formed on the image 25 (see FIG. 6).
[0043] As an example, the image layer 20 has an image 25 formed on the first surface side and is transparent. As an example, the image layer 20 has an image 25 formed on the first surface side, and does not have transparency. As an example, the image layer 20 has an image 25 formed on the second surface side and is transparent. In the present disclosure, the image layer 20 having transparency means that the area where the image 25 is not formed has transparency.
[0044] An example of the image layer 20 is an image 25 formed on the image-forming layer 5 of the recording medium 10 of the present disclosure. A decorative sheet 50 as one example of the present disclosure is obtained by forming an image 25 on the image-forming layer 5 of the recording medium 10 of the present disclosure. A decorative sheet 50 as one example of the present disclosure has an image layer 20 formed on a transparent substrate 1 having a hologram pattern. A decorative sheet 50 as one example of the present disclosure is obtained by forming an image layer 20 on a transparent substrate 1 having no hologram pattern, and then forming a hologram pattern on the transparent substrate 1. Examples of the method for forming the image layer 20 include lamination and transfer.
[0045] The image 25 of the image layer 20 is not limited, and may be, for example, an image 25 formed by various image forming methods described in the recording medium 10 of the present disclosure. A preferred form of the image 25 is a thermal transfer image formed by a sublimation transfer method or a melt transfer method. More preferably, it is a thermal transfer image formed by a sublimation transfer method. By forming the image 25 as a thermal transfer image, a decorated product 200 with a higher design quality can be manufactured by the decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure.
[0046] (Adhesive layer) The decorative sheet 50 as one example of the present disclosure has a layered structure in which an adhesive layer 30, an image layer 20, and a transparent base material 1 are layered in this order (see Figs. 7, 10, and 11). The decorative sheet 50 of this form can integrate the decorative sheet 50 and the object 100 to be decorated with the adhesive layer 30 of the decorative sheet 50. The decorative sheet 50 of this form can be suitably used when the object 100 to be decorated does not have adhesive properties.
[0047] The adhesive layer 30 contains an adhesive component. Examples of the adhesive component include acrylic resin, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, vinyl acetate resin, polyester, epoxy resin, polyimide, and synthetic rubber. The components of the primer layer 3 of the recording medium 10 of the present disclosure can also be used. The adhesive layer 30 may contain one type of adhesive component or two or more types of adhesive components.
[0048] The adhesive layer 30 may have a single layer structure or a laminated structure in which layers having adhesive properties are laminated. An example of the adhesive layer 30 is a laminated structure in which layers having adhesive properties are provided on both sides of a member having no adhesive properties. An example of the adhesive layer 30 is a laminated structure in which layers having adhesive properties are provided on both sides of a film or the like.
[0049] There is no limitation on the method for forming the adhesive layer 30, and examples include a method of applying a coating liquid and drying it, a method of forming it by transfer using a transfer sheet to which the adhesive layer 30 can be transferred, and a method of forming it by laminating an adhesive film or adhesive sheet.
[0050] The thickness of the adhesive layer 30 is preferably 1 μm or more and 1000 μm or less.
[0051] (protective layer) The decorative sheet 50 as one example of the present disclosure has a laminated structure in which a protective layer 40, an image layer 20, and a transparent substrate 1 are laminated in this order (see FIGS. 9 and 11). In this form of the decorative sheet 50, the image layer 20 can be protected by the protective layer 40. An example protective layer 40 contacts the image layer 20 .
[0052] The decorative sheet 50 as one example of the present disclosure has a layered structure in which an adhesive layer 30, a protective layer 40, an image layer 20, and a transparent base material 1 are layered in this order (see FIG. 11). In this form of the decorative sheet 50, the protective layer 40 can suppress the migration of components of the image 25 in the image layer 20 to the adhesive layer 30 side. In this form of the decorative sheet 50, the image 25 can be suppressed from bleeding.
[0053] The protective layer 40 contains, as its components, acrylic resin, polyester, polyurethane, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, cellulose resin, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol, etc. The protective layer 40 may contain one type of component or two or more types of components.

[0055] The glass transition temperature (Tg) of the main component of the adhesive layer 30<the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the main component of the first protective layer (relationship (1)). The main component here means the component that is contained in the largest amount among the components contained in the adhesive layer 30. The same applies to the main component of the protective layer 40. As an example, the first protective layer contains a component having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 50° C. or higher, preferably 60° C. or higher, as a main component.
[0056] A preferred embodiment of the protective layer 40 includes a layer containing an ultraviolet absorber. This embodiment of the protective layer 40 can improve the light resistance of the image 25 of the image layer 20. This embodiment of the protective layer 40 is suitable when the image 25 of the image layer 20 is a thermal transfer image formed by a sublimation transfer method. A preferred embodiment of the protective layer 40 has a laminated structure including a layer containing an ultraviolet absorber and a first protective layer. [0070] The decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure may be read as the decorative article 200 of the present disclosure.
[0071] <<How to make decorative items>> The method of manufacturing a decorated product according to the present disclosure is a method of manufacturing a decorated product using a recording medium 10 and an object 100 to be decorated, and includes an image forming step and an integration step. The method for manufacturing a decorative article according to the present disclosure can manufacture a decorative article 200 that has a holographic appearance. The method for manufacturing a decorative article according to the present disclosure can manufacture a decorative article 200 with excellent design. 12 to 14 are process diagrams showing an example of a manufacturing method for a decorative article according to the present disclosure.
[0072] The recording medium 10 used in the decorative product manufacturing method of the present disclosure is the recording medium 10 of the present disclosure. The object 100 to be decorated can be appropriately selected from the objects 100 to be decorated described above.
[0073] (image forming process) The image forming step is a step of forming an image 25 on the image forming layer 5 of the recording medium 10 (see FIGS. 12A, 13A, and 14A). There is no limitation on the method for forming the image 25, and various image forming methods capable of forming the image 25 on the image forming layer 5 may be appropriately selected. The image 25 formed by the dye sublimation transfer method and the melt transfer method is preferable because it can improve the design of the manufactured decorative article 200. The image-forming layer 5 in each of the following steps is the image-forming layer 5 on which the image 25 is formed.
[0074] (integration process) The integration step is a step that is performed after the image formation step, in which the recording medium 10 and the object to be decorated 100 are integrated on the image formation layer 5 side of the recording medium 10 (see Figs. 12B, 13C, and 14C).
[0075] In one example of the integration process, the recording medium 10 and the object to be decorated 100 are integrated using the adhesive layer 30 (see FIG. 12B). The manufactured decorated product 200 has a layered structure in which the object to be decorated 100, the adhesive layer 30, and the recording medium 10 are manufactured in this order.
[0076] (Adhesive layer formation process) The method of manufacturing a decorated product as an example of the present disclosure includes, between the image forming step and the integration step, an adhesive layer forming step of forming an adhesive layer 30 on the image formation layer 5 side of the recording medium 10. As an example, a manufacturing method of a decorated product includes, prior to the integration step, an adhesive layer forming step of forming an adhesive layer 30 on the attachment surface of the object 100 to be decorated. The adhesive layer 30 may be appropriately selected from the adhesive layer 30 described in the decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure. The adhesive layer 30 may be formed by appropriately selecting the method for forming the adhesive layer 30 described in the decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure. As an example of a method for manufacturing a decorated product, an object to be decorated 100 having an adhesive surface is used. The method of manufacturing a decorated product including the adhesive layer forming step and the method of manufacturing a decorated product of the present disclosure using the object to be decorated 100 having adhesive properties can easily integrate the recording medium 10 and the object to be decorated 100.
[0077] (Glossy layer formation process) The manufacturing method of the decorated product as an example of the present disclosure includes, between the image forming step and the integration step, a gloss layer forming step of forming a gloss layer 35 on the image formation layer 5 side of the recording medium 10 (see FIG. 14B). As an example, a manufacturing method for a decorated product includes, prior to the integration step, a gloss layer forming step of forming a gloss layer 35 on either the attachment surface side of the object 100 to be decorated or the opposite side thereof. As an example of a method for manufacturing a decorated product, an object to be decorated 100 having a glossy layer 35 is used. The gloss layer 35 can be appropriately selected from the gloss layers 35 described in the decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure. The gloss layer 35 can be formed by appropriately selecting the method for forming the gloss layer 35 described in the decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure. The manufacturing method of the decorated article including the glossy layer forming step can manufacture the decorated article 200 having a better holographic appearance.
[0078] (Protective layer formation process) The manufacturing method of the decorated product as an example of the present disclosure includes, between the image forming step and the integration step, a protective layer forming step of forming a protective layer 40 on the image formation layer 5 side of the recording medium 10 (see FIG. 13B). The protective layer 40 may be appropriately selected from the protective layers 40 described in the decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure. The protective layer 40 may be formed by appropriately selecting the method for forming the protective layer 40 described in the decorative sheet 50 of the present disclosure. As an example of a method for manufacturing a decorated product, an object to be decorated 100 having a protective layer 40 on a bonding surface is used. The method for manufacturing a decorated product including a protective layer forming step and the method for manufacturing a decorated product of the present disclosure using the object to be decorated 100 having the protective layer 40 can protect the image layer 20 with the protective layer 40 . When the decorated product 200 manufactured by the method for manufacturing a decorated product of the present disclosure has an adhesive layer 30, by forming a protective layer 40 between the adhesive layer 30 and the image layer 20, bleeding of the image 25 can be suppressed.
[0079] The method for manufacturing a decorative article according to the present disclosure may include two or more of an adhesive layer forming step, a gloss layer forming step, and a protective layer forming step, and may also include other steps. When the decorative article 200 manufactured by the method for manufacturing a decorative article of the present disclosure has an adhesive layer 30 and a protective layer 40, it is preferable that the protective layer 40 is formed so as to be located closer to the image-forming layer 5 than the adhesive layer 30. The same applies to the gloss layer 35. When the decorated article 200 manufactured by the method for manufacturing a decorated article of the present disclosure has a protective layer 40 and a glossy layer 35, the positional relationship between the protective layer 40 and the glossy layer 35 does not matter.
