Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a wheelchair support device for a barber shop and a hair washing stand device for a barber shop. [Background technology]

[0002] Stores that provide haircut and hair-washing services, such as barber shops and beauty salons, may be used not only by able-bodied people but also by the elderly and disabled. However, many elderly and disabled people use wheelchairs, and when wheelchair users visit a barber shop or beauty salon, they generally transfer from their wheelchairs to a barber chair or similar. However, this transfer requires a great deal of effort, and if a caregiver is not present, it places a physical burden on the wheelchair user. In addition, when store staff such as barbers provide support, they may be unfamiliar with the operation and may drop the wheelchair user, causing injury to the wheelchair user.

[0003] In response, various technologies have been proposed that enable wheelchair users to receive services such as hairdressing or beauty treatments while remaining in their wheelchairs.

[0004] One example of prior art is a known system in which a support member that supports and holds a wheelchair in a tilted position is provided in a barber's shop near barber equipment such as a hair-washing sink, allowing wheelchair users to receive hair-dressing services while leaning backwards while in their wheelchair (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

[0005] Another example is a known device that has a shampoo sink, a wheel mounting plate with wheels attached, and an extendable support post between the wheel mounting plate of the shampoo sink, and the shampoo sink can be positioned at any desired position by extending or contracting the support post (see, for example, Patent Document 2). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0006] [Patent Document 1] JP 2005-103194 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2009-112565 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0007] In the device of Patent Document 1, the support member is generally gate-shaped and includes a pair of upright stays and a horizontally disposed support part that connects the upper end parts of the stays, and the handle of the wheelchair is fastened to the support part using a retaining belt. In other words, in the case of the device of Patent Document 1, the wheelchair is fixed and supported with the front wheels in a raised position, which may cause a feeling of uneasiness to the wheelchair user.

[0008] In addition, in the device of Patent Document 2, the aforementioned support pillar is provided so as to be extendable and retractable by an electric pantograph type actuator. For example, when a wheelchair user is supported at an incline together with the wheelchair (with the front wheels raised), there is a limit to the inclination angle, taking into consideration the anxiety and safety of the wheelchair user. In the device of Patent Document 2, the shampoo sink is raised and lowered in a horizontal position, and in such a case, the sink cannot be positioned appropriately over the head of the wheelchair user, and there is a possibility that the device cannot be adequately adapted to the wheelchair user.

[0009] It can be said that Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 leave room for improvement in terms of eliminating anxiety and improving convenience.

[0010] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and provides a wheelchair support device for a barber shop and a hair washing table device for a barber shop that enable a wheelchair user to receive hairdressing or beauty services such as a haircut or hair washing by tilting the wheelchair while sitting in the wheelchair, while eliminating the anxiety associated with the tilting of the wheelchair itself and increasing convenience during the service. [Means for solving the problem]

[0011] The above-mentioned object of the present invention can be achieved by the following configuration. (1) A wheelchair support device for a barber shop, comprising: a first mounting section formed into an extending plate-like shape for a wheelchair to be placed on, and divided into a first mounting section on which a pair of front wheels of the wheelchair are placed and supported when the wheelchair is placed on the barber shop; and a second mounting section on which a pair of rear wheels of the wheelchair are placed and supported when the wheelchair is placed on the barber shop; a swivel holding section that holds the mounting sections so that they can be swiveled as a single unit; and a lifting section that raises and lowers the first mounting section in a height direction and tilts the first mounting section so that the front end of the first mounting section in the fore-and-aft direction of the wheelchair is lower than the rear end when the first mounting section is raised. (2) The first mounting portion is provided with a pair of front wheel holding portions that clamp and hold each of the pair of front wheels in their width direction, and each of the front wheel holding portions includes a pair of clamping claw portions, a first slider portion that allows the distance between the pair of clamping claw portions to be adjusted, and a second slider portion that holds the pair of clamping claw portions and the first slider portion together and slides the wheelchair in the front-to-back direction or along the width direction when the wheelchair is placed on the mounting portion, as described in (1). (3) The second mounting section is provided with a rear wheel stopper mechanism to prevent the pair of rear wheels from coming off the second mounting section, and the rear wheel stopper mechanism includes: a rocking member arranged as a rod extending along the front-to-rear direction of the wheelchair when it is placed thereon, and a tip end of the rocking member is supported so as to be rockable along the height direction on the second mounting section; a locking member arranged as a rod extending along the width direction of the wheelchair when it is placed thereon, and connected to the tip end of the rocking member at its middle part, and having locking parts at both ends for locking the pair of rear wheels when the wheelchair is placed thereon; and a locking mechanism for locking the rocking member at a height position when the rocking member is rocked in its height direction and the locking parts of the locking member engage with the pair of rear wheels. (4) A hair washing table device for a barber shop, comprising: a sink portion; a first base portion supporting the entire device including the sink portion from a supporting surface; a first side frame and a second side frame erected on at least one side of the first base portion; a second base portion holding the sink portion so that it can be tilted in the vertical direction; a link mechanism having a plurality of links which are rotatably connected to each other, one end of which is connected to the first side frame and the other end of which is rotatably connected to one end of the second base portion; and a guide piece portion which is formed to extend in an elongated shape, has a guide hole formed along its longitudinal direction, and has a base end which is connected to a specified drive shaft and is supported to be rotatable around the specified drive shaft, and a pin portion is arranged on the side of the other end of the second base portion, and the pin portion is inserted into the guide hole of the guide piece portion. (5) A barber's hair washing table device as described in (4), further comprising an extension mechanism that is erected on the first base portion and is extendable and contractible, and when the guide piece portion rotates by the specified drive shaft and the extension mechanism extends to press the protrusion upward, thereby supporting the sink portion in a swivellable manner relative to the first base portion via the protrusion and the second base portion. (6) A hair washing stand apparatus for a barber shop according to (4) or (5), wherein a plurality of wheels are arranged on the first base portion.

[0012] According to the configuration of (1) above, the lifting section lifts up the first placement section in a tilted state so that its front end portion hangs down, in other words, is lower than its rear end portion. This tilted lift-up allows a wheelchair user in a wheelchair to receive hairdressing or beauty services such as a haircut or hair wash by tilting the wheelchair, and at that time, it is possible to eliminate the sense of anxiety associated with the tilting of the wheelchair itself and to increase convenience. According to the configuration of (2) above, the pair of clamping claws clamps and holds the front wheels of various sizes, and the first slider part and the second slider part regulate the front wheels in a desired position so that they are aligned in the front-rear direction (straight). This improves safety even when the wheelchair is placed on the placement part. According to the above-mentioned configuration (3), when the rocking member is rocked in its height direction and the locking portion of the locking member engages with the pair of rear wheels, the rocking member is locked at that height position by the locking mechanism. This lock restricts the wheelchair placed on the support from moving on its rear wheels, and prevents the wheelchair from coming off the support. This restriction further increases safety even when the wheelchair is placed on the support. According to the configuration of (4), when the user rotates the guide piece so that its longitudinal direction is approximately aligned with the horizontal direction, the link mechanism is contracted as a whole, and the second base part is set to a position where it is approximately aligned with the horizontal direction. This realizes the first initial state of the hair washing stand device. On the other hand, when the user rotates the guide piece so that its longitudinal direction is approximately aligned with the vertical direction (height direction), the link mechanism is expanded as a whole, and the second base part is inclined so that its front end is upward. This realizes the second initial state of the hair washing stand device for the barber shop. As a result, the sink part is arranged at an incline in the initial state, and the hair washing stand device for the barber shop can be appropriately installed with respect to the head of the wheelchair user, which is supported at an incline by the wheelchair support device for the barber shop. In other words, the link mechanism and the guide piece are included, and the pin part arranged on the side of the second base part is inserted into the guide hole of the guide piece part, thereby realizing switching between the first initial state and the second initial state. This allows a single unit to be used by a variety of users, including able-bodied people and wheelchair users, by switching the initial state appropriately. According to the configuration of (5) above, the sink part is supported swivelably relative to the protrusion via the second base part and the first base part via the second base part. In other words, even if the sink part is arranged tilted in the second initial state, the sink part can be adjusted to any tilt angle by the telescopic mechanism with the tilted position as the reference (initial state). According to the above-mentioned configuration (6), the device body can be easily moved to any desired location. Effect of the Invention

[0013] According to the present invention, a wheelchair user can receive hairdressing or beauty services such as a haircut or hair wash by tilting the wheelchair while sitting in the wheelchair, eliminating the anxiety associated with the tilting of the wheelchair itself and increasing convenience.

The accompanying drawings are to be referred to according to the direction of the symbols. Unless otherwise specified in the following description, the "front-rear direction" of each device body is the direction along the front-rear direction of the wheelchair when the wheelchair is placed or installed, and the "left-right direction" or "width direction" of each device body is the direction along the left-right direction or width direction.

[0019] (First embodiment) A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0020] [Basic configuration of wheelchair support device for barber shops] An example of the basic configuration of a wheelchair support device 100 for a barber shop according to this embodiment (hereinafter also referred to as a "wheelchair support device") will be described with reference to Fig. 1. Fig. 1 is an overall perspective view illustrating an outline of the wheelchair support device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention.

[0021] 1 shows a state in which a first mounting section 120 of the mounting section 110, which will be described later, is raised (lifted up) with the wheelchair 10 placed on the mounting section 110. In the initial state of the wheelchair support device 100, the first mounting section 120 of the mounting section 110 is lowered so that its height is approximately the same as that of the second mounting section 140, and the mounting section 110 is made flat as a whole (see below). When the heights are approximately the same, a wheelchair user enters the device body from the rear while seated in the wheelchair 10. Also, in FIG. 1, the wheelchair user is not shown, and only the wheelchair 10 is shown.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 1, the wheelchair support device 100 of this embodiment is composed of a mounting section 110 on which a wheelchair 10 is placed with its user seated thereon, a swivel holding section 160 that holds the mounting section 110 so that it can rotate as a whole, and a lifting section 170 that raises and lowers a first mounting section 120 (see below) of the mounting section 110.

[0023] In the mounting section 110, a pair of front wheel holders 121 are disposed in the first mounting section 120 for holding the pair of front wheels 20 of the wheelchair 10 by clamping them in the width direction (see below). Also, a rear wheel stopper mechanism 143 is disposed in the second mounting section 140 for preventing the pair of rear wheels 30 of the wheelchair 10 from coming off the mounting section 110 (second mounting section 140) (see below).

[0024] The lifting section 170 is disposed to the side of the device main body, and includes a hydraulic piston device (not shown) and a support bar 171. The support bar 171 is made of a metal plate-like member, and extends along the left-right direction (width direction) of the wheelchair 10 when the wheelchair 10 is placed in a specified position on the upper part of the placement section 110, and the hydraulic piston device raises and lowers this support bar 171 via a wire 176 (see below).

[0025] [...Configuration of a pair of front wheel holders] An example of the configuration of the pair of front wheel holding parts 121 will be described with reference to Fig. 2. Fig. 2 is an enlarged perspective view illustrating the configuration of the front wheel holding parts 121 shown in Fig. 1.

[0026] As shown in FIG. 2, each of the pair of front wheel holding parts 121 includes a wheel guide part 122 formed in a long plate shape, and a holding main body part 124 disposed adjacent to and in front of this wheel guide part 122.

[0027] Wheel guide section 122 is made of a long metal plate, and its tip is formed to be gradually curved upward (in the height direction), and restricts the movement of front wheels 20 of wheelchair 10 so that they do not derail from the front of wheel guide section 122. In addition, a plurality of grooves 123 are arranged in parallel along the longitudinal direction on the surface of wheel guide section 122. These grooves 123 enable each of front wheels 20 of wheelchair 10 to be appropriately guided in the front-rear direction of the device body.

[0028] The holding body 124 includes a pair of clamping claws 125 , a first slider portion 126 , and a second slider portion 129 .

[0029] The pair of clamping claws 125 are bracket members made of flat metal plates, and are fixed to the first slider portion at their base ends. The pair of clamping claws 125 are arranged parallel to each other so that they can clamp the front wheel 20 therebetween.

[0030] The first slider portion 126 and the second slider portion 129 are made of a composite material including a resin member and a metal member, and are provided by a movement mechanism consisting of guide rails 127, 130 and guide rail sliders 128, 131 that move along the guide rails 127, 130.

[0031] The first slider portion 126 is provided so as to be able to adjust the distance between the pair of clamping claw portions 125. The second slider portion 129 is provided so as to integrally hold the pair of clamping claw portions 125 and the first slider portion 126 and to be able to slide in the front-rear direction or along the width direction of the wheelchair 10 when the wheelchair 10 is placed on the placement portion 110.

[0032] With this configuration, the pair of clamping claws 125 can clamp and hold the front wheels 20 of various sizes, and the first slider 126 and the second slider 129 can restrict the front wheels 20 to be aligned (straight) in the front-rear direction at any position. This restriction can improve safety even when the wheelchair 10 is placed on the placement section 110.

[0033] [··About the configuration of the rear wheel stopper mechanism] The configuration of the rear wheel stopper mechanism 143 will be described with reference to Fig. 3. Fig. 3 is an enlarged perspective view illustrating the configuration of the rear wheel stopper mechanism 143 shown in Fig. 1.

[0034] As shown in FIG. 3, the rear wheel stopper mechanism 143 includes a swinging member 144, a locking member 145, and a locking mechanism 148.

[0035] The rocking member 144 is made of a hollow metal pipe member and is arranged to extend in the front-rear direction. A rotation shaft (not shown) is provided in the diameter direction at the base end of the rocking member 144, and the locking mechanism 148 holds the rocking member 144 so that it can rock around this rotation shaft as the center of rotation. That is, the rocking member 144 is arranged to extend like a rod in the front-rear direction when the wheelchair 10 is placed on it, and is supported to be rockable in the height direction with its base end fixed to the second placement part 140.

[0036] The locking member 145 is also made of a hollow metal pipe member and is arranged to extend along the width direction. The locking member 145 is fixedly connected to the tip end of the swinging member 144 at its middle part. Locking parts 146 are arranged at both ends of the locking member 145. The locking parts 146 are made of a cylindrical resin member with a bottom, and are attached to cover each end of the locking member 145. The outer circumferential surface of the locking part 146 is formed with a plurality of convex parts or a plurality of groove parts (not shown) for improving frictional force, for example. A flange part 147 is arranged on the tip edge of the locking part 146 along the circumferential direction. The flange part 147 is provided to extend radially outward. The locking parts 146 arranged at each end of the locking member 145 come into contact with each of the pair of rear wheels 30 of the wheelchair 10, thereby locking each of the pair of rear wheels 30.

[0037] The lock mechanism 148 includes a lock lever 149 and a lever locking portion 150. The lock lever 149 is formed by bending a flat metal member, and is rotatably attached to the swinging member 144. The lever locking portion 150 is also formed by bending a metal member, and is fixed to the second mounting portion 140. The lever locking portion 150 is intermittently formed with a plurality of notches 151 for locking the tip of the lock lever 149 along its longitudinal direction. The tip of the lock lever 149 is hooked and fixed in one of the plurality of notches 151, so that the lock lever 149 is restricted (fixed) at a predetermined position in a plurality of stages. Due to this restriction, the swinging member 144 is fixed at its height position via the lock lever 149.

[0038] With this configuration, when the rocking member 144 is rocked in its height direction and the locking portions 146 of the locking members 145 engage with the pair of rear wheels 30, the rocking member 144 is locked at that height position by the locking mechanism 148. This lock restricts the movement of the wheelchair 10 placed on the mounting portion 110 by its rear wheels 30, and prevents the wheelchair 10 from coming off the mounting portion 110. This restriction makes it possible to further increase safety even when the wheelchair 10 is placed on the mounting portion 110.

[0039] [··About the configuration of the mounting section and the rotating holding section] An example of the configuration of the mounting unit 110 and the swivel holding unit 160 will be described with reference to Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. Fig. 4 is a plan view illustrating the configuration of the swivel holding unit 160 shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 5 is a plan view illustrating the configuration of the mounting unit 110 shown in Fig. 1. 4, for convenience of explanation, the mounting part 110 is shown detached from the swivel holding part 160. In a normal use state, the mounting part 110 is attached to the swivel holding part 160.

[0040] As shown in FIG. 4, the swivel holder 160 includes a frame body 161 and a swivel mechanism 162 disposed on the rear side of the frame body 161.

[0041] The inner frame of the frame body portion 161 is formed in a substantially circular shape corresponding to the outer shape (see below) of the mounting portion 110. The turning mechanism 162 is configured to include a shaft holding portion 163, a plurality of roller support shafts 164, and a plurality of passive rollers 165.

[0042] The shaft holding part 163 is disposed at the center of the inner frame of the frame body part 161, and rotatably holds a rotating shaft (not shown) disposed on the back surface of the second mounting part 140. Each of the multiple roller support shafts 164 is radially disposed at approximately equal intervals in the rotating direction (circumferential direction) of the mounting part 110 in the inner frame of the frame body part 161. Each of the multiple roller support shafts 164 rotatably holds at least one passive roller 165. Thereby, the rotating holding part 160 can hold the mounting part 110 rotatably as a unit by placing the mounting part 110 on the passive roller 165.

[0043] As shown in FIG. 5, the placement unit 110 is formed in a disk shape (one example of a plate shape) so that the wheelchair 10 can be placed thereon, and is arranged to extend along the horizontal direction. The placement unit 110 is divided into two parts in the front-rear direction of the wheelchair 10 when the wheelchair 10 is placed at a specified position. Therefore, the placement unit 110 is basically configured to include a first placement unit 120 in the shape of an arc plate arranged in front of the placement unit 110, and a second placement unit 140 in the shape of an arc arranged in the rear of the placement unit 110. The first placement unit 120 supports the front wheels 20 of the wheelchair 10, and the second placement unit 140 supports the rear wheels 30 of the wheelchair 10. When the support bar 171 of the lifting unit 170 described above rises, the bottom surface of the first placement unit 120 of the placement unit 110 engages with the support bar 171 and is pushed up (lifted up). Thereby, the first placement unit 120 of the placement unit 110 is provided so as to be able to rise and fall. In the initial state, the first placement portion 120 of the placement portion 110 is lowered so that its height is approximately equal to that of the second placement portion 140, and the placement portion 110 is made flat as a whole.

[0044] In this embodiment, on the dividing surface of the first and second mounting sections 120 and 140, a rectangular convex portion 152 is formed on the second mounting section 140 in a plan view, and a concave portion 132 corresponding to the convex portion 152 is formed on the first mounting section 120. The engagement of the convex portion 152 and the concave portion 132 allows the first mounting section 120 and the second mounting section 140 to be turned integrally. Similarly to the first mounting section 120, a pair of wheel guide portions 141 is also provided on the second mounting section 140. The pair of wheel guide portions 141 of the second mounting section 140 are arranged side by side with the wheel guide portion 122 of the first mounting section 120 in the front-rear direction, and can guide the front wheels 20 and the rear wheels 30 of the wheelchair 10 in the front-rear direction integrally and continuously with the wheel guide portion 122 of the first mounting section 120.

[0045] 4, a pair of protruding pins 172 protruding upward (in the height direction) are disposed in the middle of the longitudinal direction of the support bar 171, and pin holes (not shown) are formed in the rear surface of the first mounting portion 120 corresponding to the protruding pins 172. When the first mounting portion 120 is lifted up by the support bar 171, each of the protruding pins 172 of the support bar 171 enters into the pin holes of the first mounting portion 120. This entry restricts the horizontal and rotational movement of the first mounting portion 120, and the first mounting portion 120 is stably held and raised or lowered even when it is raised or lowered.

[0046] As described above, the lifting unit 170 lifts the support bar 171, thereby lifting up the first mounting portion 120 of the mounting portion 110. At this time, in this embodiment, the lifting unit 170 lifts up the first mounting portion 120 with its front end portion hanging down, in other words, with the first mounting portion 120 tilted so that its front end portion is positioned lower than its rear end portion.

[0047] The inclined lift-up allows wheelchair users to receive hairdressing or beauty services while sitting in the wheelchair 10, and eliminates the sense of anxiety that may come with the inclination, while increasing convenience. The inclination angle is set in the range of 8 to 10 degrees. Setting the inclination angle in this range makes it possible to more reliably eliminate the sense of anxiety of wheelchair users.

[0048] As shown in Fig. 5, the swivel holding part 160 is also provided with a pair of slide barrel bolts 166 for locking the rotation of the mounting part 110. In this embodiment, the device is manually rotated by a user of the device body or a barber or other staff member, but this is not limiting. For example, the shaft holding part 163 may be provided with a power transmission mechanism in which a chain belt and gears are combined, and the rotating shaft of the second mounting part 140 may be automatically rotated by the power transmission mechanism.

[0049] [··About the lift mechanism configuration] An example of the configuration of the lifting mechanism 175 of the lifting section 170 will be described with reference to Fig. 6. Fig. 6 is an enlarged perspective view illustrating the configuration of the lifting mechanism 175 shown in Fig. 1. 6 shows the structure of the lifting mechanism 175 (see below) of one of the left and right lifting sections 170. The other side (opposite side) has a similar structure, so illustration and description thereof will be omitted.

[0050] 6, the lifting section 170 includes a lifting mechanism 175 in addition to a hydraulic piston device (not shown) and a support bar 171. The lifting mechanism 175 basically includes a wire 176, a pulley 177, a guide rail section 178, and a lifting guide section 180.

[0051] The wire 176 is connected at its base end to the hydraulic piston device, and is fixed at its tip end to the fastening projection 173. The fastening projection 173 has a through hole 174 formed at its tip end for fixing the wire 176, and is fixedly provided so as to protrude from each end of the support bar 171. The wire 176 is also hung on a pulley 177 fixed to the main body of the lifting unit 170 by welding, for example. Therefore, when the wire 176 is wound up by the hydraulic piston device, the support bar 171 is pulled up through the pulley 177 and the wire 176 and rises accordingly. Conversely, when the wire 176 is loosened by the hydraulic piston device, the support bar 171 descends accordingly.

[0052] The guide rail portion 178 is made of a plate-shaped metal member and is disposed along the up-down direction (height direction). Its front and back surfaces and its inner side in the width direction serve as guide surfaces 179. The lift guide portion 180 is formed in a substantially box shape and is disposed integrally with the end portion of the support bar 171. Three guide rollers 181 are rotatably attached to the inside of the lift guide portion 180. Two of the three guide rollers 181 (not shown) are disposed opposite the front guide surface 179 and the back guide surface 179 of the guide rail portion 178 so as to be able to abut against each of them, sandwiching the guide rail portion 178 in the front-back direction.

[0053] As described above, the two guide rollers 181 are provided inside the lift guide section 180, and are disposed with a play (gap distance) between their outer diameter and the guide rail section 178. When the front wheel 20 of the wheelchair 10 is placed on the first placement section 120 and the support bar 171 is raised or lowered, the front end of the first placement section 120 automatically hangs down due to the presence of the play and the placement position of the front wheel 20 of the wheelchair, and the first placement section 120 can be raised or lowered in this state. The remaining guide roller 181 rolls while in contact with the side surface of the guide rail portion 178, thereby being able to guide the support bar 171 in the up-down direction (height direction) while restricting movement in the width direction.

[0054] [Basic configuration of hair washing equipment for barber shops] An example of the basic configuration of a hair washing stand device 200 for a barber shop according to this embodiment (hereinafter also referred to as "hair washing stand device 200") will be described with reference to Figs. 7 to 9. Fig. 7 is an overall perspective view illustrating an outline of the hair washing stand device 200 of this embodiment. Fig. 8 is a side view illustrating the configuration of the hair washing stand device 200 shown in Fig. 7. Fig. 9 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which a user receives a hair washing service while sitting on a wheelchair 10. 8, for convenience of explanation, the sink portion 210 and the inclined locking mechanism 252 are omitted. In a normal use state, the sink portion 210 and the inclined locking mechanism 252 are attached to the second base portion 250 (see below).

[0055] As shown in Figures 7 and 8, the hair washing stand device 200 is basically configured to include a sink portion 210, a first base portion 220, a first side frame 230, a second side frame 240, a second base portion 250, a gas cylinder 260 (an example of an extension mechanism), a first link mechanism 270 (an example of a link mechanism), a guide piece portion 280, and a shock absorbing mechanism 290. When used for a wheelchair user, the hair washing stand device 200 is used in a state where the wheelchair 10 is tilted by the above-mentioned wheelchair support device 100. In other words, the hair washing stand device 200 is disposed behind the wheelchair support device 100 and used in a state where the wheelchair user lies on his / her back (see FIG. 9).

[0056] Sink section 210 is formed in a bowl shape from synthetic resin such as polyester resin or fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP). A neck support mat 211 is attached to the center of the front side of sink section 210 (the rear side of the paper in FIG. 7), and recesses 212 are provided on both sides of neck support mat 211 (both ends of the front side of sink section 210). Recesses 212 are formed by being recessed inward in the width direction. The recesses 212 prevent physical interference between sink section 210 and handle 40 of wheelchair 10 (see FIG. 9). The sink portion 210 may be formed, for example, by press molding using a metal plate such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or an aluminum alloy.

[0057] The first base portion 220 is formed by bending a metal pipe member inversely in a substantially U-shape, and has a pair of side portions 221 and a hanging portion 222 connecting the ends of the pair of side portions 221. The first base portion 220 is disposed extending along the placement surface (horizontal surface). Wheels 223 are rotatably disposed at each of the ends of the first base portion 220. This allows the user to grip the handle member 233 (see below) of the first side frame 230 and tilt the device body as a whole. The user can then rotate the wheels 223 in this state to place it in any desired location.

[0058] A first side frame 230 is erected on a pair of side portions 221 of the first base portion 220. The first side frame 230 is also formed by bending a pipe member inversely into a substantially U-shape, similar to the first base portion 220. A handle member 233 is attached to the center of the hanging portion 232 of the first side frame 230. Furthermore, a second side frame 240 is integrally joined to the pair of side portions 231 of the first side frame 230 by welding or the like. The second side frame 240 is also formed by bending a pipe member into a substantially U-shape. The base end of the side portion 241 of the second side frame 240 is integrally joined (fixed) to the middle portion of the side portion 231 of the first side frame 230 by, for example, welding, so that the pair of side portions 241 are both inclined with respect to the placement surface.

[0059] The second base portion 250 supports the sink portion 210 so that it can tilt in the vertical direction (along the vertical direction). The second base portion 250 is provided with a flat portion 251, a tilt support portion (not shown), and a tilt locking mechanism 252. The flat portion 251 forms the structural foundation of the second base portion 250, and the tilt support portion is disposed at its center. The tilt support portion supports the sink portion 210 so that it can tilt at its tip portion. The tilt locking mechanism 252 includes a slide hole 253 and a locking rod 254 inserted into the slide hole 253. The base end portion of the locking rod 254 is connected to a part of the tilt support portion, and the locking rod 254 is fixed at an arbitrary position of the slide hole 253, whereby the tilt support portion is locked in the tilted state. As a result, the sink portion 210 is fixed and held by the second base portion 250 at a predetermined tilt angle.

[0060] Gas cylinder 260 is erected at an incline toward the front relative to first base portion 220. A foot pedal 261 is provided at the lower end of gas cylinder 260, and the user can adjust the length of gas cylinder 260 by stepping on foot pedal 261. In other words, gas cylinder 260 is provided to be extendable and retractable.

[0061] In this embodiment, the hair washing stand device 200 has a first link mechanism 270 and a guide piece portion 280 (see below) so that the second base portion 250 can be switched between two initial states, a first initial state and a second initial state. In addition, the shock absorbing mechanism 290 absorbs shocks during the process of switching between the first initial state and the second initial state (see below).

[0062] The first initial state is an initial state in which the second base portion 250 is arranged substantially parallel to the horizontal direction, and is suitable for able-bodied people other than wheelchair users. The second initial state is an initial state in which the second base is arranged at an angle, and is suitable for wheelchair users. In this way, the hair washing stand device 200 has the first initial state and the second initial state, and thus can accommodate a variety of users with a single device.

[0063] [...Cooperation between the first link mechanism, guide piece, and gas cylinder] An example of cooperation between the first link mechanism 270, the guide piece 280, and the gas cylinder 260 will be described with reference to Figures 10 and 11. Figure 10 is a schematic diagram illustrating a first initial state of the structure including the first link mechanism 270 and the guide piece 280 shown in Figure 8. Figure 11 is a schematic diagram illustrating a second initial state of the structure including the first link mechanism 270 and the guide piece 280 shown in Figure 8.

[0064] As shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, the first link mechanism 270 includes a first link 271 and a second link 272 each made of a long flat plate. The first link 271 and the second link 272 are rotatably connected to each other, and an upper end of the first link 271, which is one end of the first link mechanism 270, is integrally connected to the hanging portion 232 of the first side frame 230 by welding or the like (an example of a connection). A lower end of the second link 272, which is the other end of the first link mechanism 270, is rotatably connected to the rear end of the second base portion 250 (one end in the front-rear direction: an example of one end). A drive shaft DA extending in the width direction is disposed at a predetermined position of the second side frame 240. A user can manually rotate the drive shaft DA around the center of rotation via an operating lever CL (see FIG. 8).

[0065] In addition, a telescopic lock mechanism 300 is disposed adjacent to the first link mechanism 270 and between the first side frame 230 and the second base portion 250. The telescopic lock mechanism 300 includes a rod 301 and a rod holding portion 302. The rod holding portion 302 holds the rod 301 so that it can slide in its longitudinal direction, and is provided so as to be able to fix (lock) the rod 301 at any slide position. The telescopic lock mechanism 300 is used to lock the posture of the second base portion 250 when the posture is switched to the first initial state or the second initial state by the rotation of a guide piece portion 280 described later.

[0066] The guide piece 280 is formed to extend in an elongated shape, and a guide hole 281 is formed along the longitudinal direction. The guide piece 280 has a base end connected to the drive shaft DA described above, and the base end is supported so as to be rotatable about the drive shaft DA as a rotation center. A pin 255 is disposed on the side of the front end (the other end in the front-rear direction: an example of the other end) of the second base portion 250. The pin 255 is inserted into the guide hole 281 of the guide piece 280, and slides inside the guide hole 281 as the guide piece 280 rotates.

[0067] With this configuration, when the user rotates the guide piece 280 so that its longitudinal direction is substantially aligned with the horizontal direction, the first link mechanism 270 is contracted as a whole and the second base part 250 is set to a position substantially aligned with the horizontal direction, as shown in Fig. 10. In this state, the extension lock mechanism 300 is locked and the second base part 250 is fixed in this position. This realizes the first initial state of the hair washing stand device 200.

[0068] On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 11, when the user rotates the guide piece 280 so that its longitudinal direction is substantially vertical (height direction), the first link mechanism 270 is extended as a whole, and the second base part 250 is inclined so that its front end is upward. Similarly, in this state, the telescopic lock mechanism 300 is locked and the second base part 250 is fixed in this position. This realizes the second initial state of the hair washing stand device 200. As a result, the sink part 210 is disposed inclined in the initial state, and the hair washing stand device 200 can be appropriately installed on the head of the wheelchair user that is inclined and supported by the above-mentioned wheelchair support device 100 (see Fig. 9).

[0069] In this way, the hair washing stand device 200 is configured to include the first link mechanism 270 and the guide piece portion 280, and the pin portion 255 disposed on the side portion of the second base portion 250 is inserted into the guide hole 281 of the guide piece portion 280, thereby realizing switching between two initial states, the first initial state and the second initial state. As a result, as described above, the hair washing stand device 200 of this embodiment can be used by a single unit by appropriately switching the initial state in response to various users such as able-bodied people and wheelchair users.

[0070] 10 and 11, in this embodiment, a protruding frame portion 256 (an example of a protruding portion) is integrally disposed on the lower end (rear surface) side of the second base portion 250. The protruding frame portion 256 is formed in a substantially U-shape and has a pair of vertical bar portions (not shown) and a horizontal bar portion (not shown) connecting the tip ends of the pair of vertical bar portions. The base end of each of the pair of vertical bar portions is fixed to the lower end portion of the second base portion 250. The horizontal bar portion is disposed so that its longitudinal direction is along the width direction, and each of its ends is connected to the tip ends of the vertical bar portions.

[0071] 11, when the state is switched to the second initial state, that is, as the guide piece 280 is rotated by the drive shaft DA, the protruding frame portion 256 is disposed close to the tip of the gas cylinder 260. At this time, the user operates the foot pedal 261 to extend the gas cylinder 260, thereby bringing the tip of the gas cylinder 260 into contact with the circumferential surface of the horizontal bar of the protruding frame portion 256. In this state of contact, the gas cylinder 260 is further extended, thereby pressing the protruding frame portion 256 upward.

[0072] This pressure causes sink section 210 to be supported swivelably relative to protruding frame section 256 and first base section 220 via second base section 250. In other words, even if sink section 210 is arranged tilted in the second initial state, it is possible to adjust sink section 210 to any tilt angle by gas cylinder 260, with the tilted position used as a reference (initial state).

[0073] [...About the shock absorbing mechanism] An example of the configuration of the shock absorbing mechanism 290 will be described with reference to Fig. 12 and Fig. 13. Fig. 12 is a schematic diagram illustrating the operation of the shock absorbing mechanism 290 shown in Fig. 8 in a first initial state. Fig. 13 is a schematic diagram illustrating the operation of the shock absorbing mechanism 290 shown in Fig. 8 in a second initial state.

[0074] 12 and 13, the shock absorbing mechanism 290 is attached to prevent the second base part 250 from suddenly tilting or dropping in the process of switching between the first initial state and the second initial state. The shock absorbing mechanism 290 basically includes a spring cylinder 291, a slide guide part 293, a second link mechanism 295, and a support piece part 297.

[0075] The spring cylinder 291 is provided so as to directly absorb impact in the expansion / contraction direction by the elastic force of the spring. The spring cylinder 291 is connected at its tip to the second base part 250 so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction. The slide guide part 293 is formed in a bottomed box shape, and the spring cylinder 291 is housed in the slide guide part 293 at its base end. Therefore, the spring cylinder 291 is guided by the slide guide part 293 so as to be slidable in its expansion / contraction direction. A locking pin part 292 is disposed at the base end of the spring cylinder 291, and a locking long hole 294 is formed in the slide guide part 293 corresponding to the locking pin part 292. When the spring cylinder 291 is guided by the slide guide part 293, the locking pin part 292 slides (slides) in the locking long hole 294, thereby preventing the spring cylinder 291 from falling off the slide guide part 293. In other words, the spring cylinder 291 and the slide guide part 293 maintain a connected state without being separated.

[0076] The support piece portion 297 is formed in a long plate shape, and extends horizontally from the first base portion 220. The support piece portion 297 serves as a structural foundation for the second link mechanism 295. The second link mechanism 295 is provided by connecting a plurality of links 296, the tips of which are connected to the lower end portion of the slide guide portion 293, and the base ends of which are connected to the tip portion of the support piece portion 297. In other words, the second link mechanism 295 adaptively supports the spring cylinder 291 and the slide guide portion 293 in accordance with the guiding conditions of the spring cylinder 291 and the slide guide portion 293.

[0077] With this configuration, the shock absorbing mechanism 290 can adaptively guide the spring cylinder 291 by the slide guide portion 293 and the second link mechanism 295 in response to the change in posture of the second base portion 250 during the switching between the first initial state and the second initial state. This enables the shock absorbing mechanism 290 to directly absorb the shock by the spring cylinder 291 even if the second base portion 250 suddenly tilts or falls.

[0078] [Advantages of this embodiment] As described above, the present embodiment of the barbershop wheelchair support device 100 includes a mounting portion 110 which is formed in an extending plate shape for the wheelchair 10 to be placed on and which is divided into a first mounting portion 120 on which the pair of front wheels 20 of the wheelchair 10 are placed and supported when the wheelchair 10 is placed on it, and a second mounting portion 140 on which the pair of rear wheels 30 of the wheelchair 10 are placed and supported when the wheelchair 10 is placed on it, a swivel holding portion 160 which holds the mounting portion 110 so that it can swivel as a unit, and a lifting portion 170 which raises and lowers the first mounting portion 120 in the height direction and tilts the first mounting portion 120 so that the front end of the first mounting portion 120 along the fore-and-aft direction of the wheelchair 10 is lower than the rear end when the first mounting portion 120 is raised.

[0079] For this reason, the lifting section 170 lifts up the first placement section 120 in a tilted state so that its front end portion hangs down, in other words, is lower than its rear end portion. This tilted lift-up allows the wheelchair user to receive hairdressing or beauty services such as a haircut or hair wash while sitting in the wheelchair 10 by tilting the wheelchair 10, and at that time, it is possible to eliminate the sense of anxiety associated with the tilting of the wheelchair 10 itself and to increase convenience.

[0080] In addition, according to this embodiment of the barber shop wheelchair support device 100, the first mounting portion 120 is provided with a pair of front wheel holding portions 121 that clamp and hold each of the pair of front wheels 20 in their width direction, and each of the front wheel holding portions 121 includes a pair of clamping claw portions 125, a first slider portion 126 that allows the distance between the pair of clamping claw portions 125 to be adjusted, and a second slider portion 129 that holds the pair of clamping claw portions 125 and the first slider portion 126 together and allows the wheelchair 10 to slide in the front-to-rear direction or along its width direction when it is placed on the mounting portion 110.

[0081] Therefore, the pair of clamping claws 125 clamps and holds each of the front wheels 20 of various sizes, and the first slider part 126 and the second slider part 129 restrict each of the front wheels 20 to be aligned in the front-rear direction (straight) at any position. This improves safety even when the wheelchair 10 is placed on the placement part 110.

[0082] According to the present embodiment of the wheelchair support device 100 for a barber shop, the second mounting portion 140 is provided with a rear wheel stopper mechanism 143 for preventing the pair of rear wheels 30 from coming off the second mounting portion 140. The rear wheel stopper mechanism 143 is arranged in a rod-like shape extending along the front-rear direction of the wheelchair 10 when the wheelchair 10 is mounted thereon, and the tip of the rear wheel stopper mechanism 143 is supported by a swinging member 144 so as to be swingable along the height direction relative to the second mounting portion 140 when the wheelchair 10 is mounted thereon. the locking member 145 being arranged in a rod-like shape extending along the width direction of the wheelchair 10 in a vertical direction, connected at its middle part to the tip part of the oscillating member 144, and having locking parts 146 arranged at each of its two ends for locking the pair of rear wheels 30 when the wheelchair 10 is placed on it; and a locking mechanism 148 which locks the oscillating member 144 at that height position when the oscillating member 144 is oscillated in its height direction and the locking parts 146 of the locking member 145 engage with the pair of rear wheels 30.

[0083] Therefore, when the rocking member 144 is rocked in its height direction and the locking portions 146 of the locking members 145 engage with the pair of rear wheels 30, the rocking member 144 is locked at that height position by the locking mechanism 148. This lock restricts the movement of the wheelchair 10 placed on the support section 110 by its rear wheels 30, and prevents the wheelchair 10 from coming off the support section 110. This restriction further increases safety even when the wheelchair 10 is placed on the support section 110.

[0084] In addition, according to the hair washing table device 200 for a barber shop of this embodiment, the device includes a sink portion 210, a first base portion 220 that supports the entire device including the sink portion 210 from a mounting surface, a first side frame 230 and a second side frame 240 that are erected on at least one side portion 221 of the first base portion 220, a second base portion 250 that holds the sink portion 210 so that it can be tilted in the vertical direction, and a first link 271 and a second link 272 (an example of a plurality of links) that are connected to the first link 271 and the second link 272. The first link mechanism 270 (an example of a link mechanism) has one end connected to the first side frame 230 and the other end connected to one end of the second base portion 250, and includes a guide piece portion 280 that is formed to extend in an elongated shape, has a guide hole 281 formed along its longitudinal direction, and has a base end connected to a predetermined drive shaft DA and is supported to be rotatable about the predetermined drive shaft DA. A pin portion 255 is disposed on the side of the other end of the second base portion 250, and the pin portion 255 is inserted into the guide hole 281 of the guide piece portion 280.

[0085] Therefore, when the user rotates the guide piece 280 so that its longitudinal direction is approximately aligned with the horizontal direction, the first link mechanism 270 (an example of a link mechanism) is contracted as a whole, and the second base part 250 is set to a position that is approximately aligned with the horizontal direction. This realizes the first initial state of the hair washing stand device 200. On the other hand, when the user rotates the guide piece 280 so that its longitudinal direction is approximately aligned with the vertical direction (height direction), the first link mechanism 270 is expanded as a whole, and the second base part 250 is inclined so that its front end is upward. This realizes the second initial state of the hair washing stand device 200. As a result, the sink part 210 is disposed at an incline in the initial state, and the hair washing stand device 200 can be appropriately installed on the head of the wheelchair user that is supported at an incline by the wheelchair support device 100. That is, the device is configured to include a first link mechanism 270 and a guide piece 280, and a pin portion 255 disposed on the side of the second base portion 250 is inserted into a guide hole 281 of the guide piece 280, thereby realizing switching between two initial states, a first initial state and a second initial state. This allows a single device to be used by a variety of users, such as able-bodied people or wheelchair users, by appropriately switching the initial state.

[0086] According to the present embodiment of the hair washing table device 200 for a barber shop, a protruding frame portion 256 (one example of a protruding portion) is disposed on the lower end side of the second base portion 250, and further includes a gas cylinder 260 (one example of an extension mechanism) that is erected on the first base portion 220 and is extendable and retractable. When the protruding frame portion 256 is disposed close to the tip of the gas cylinder 260 with the rotation of the guide piece portion 280 by a predetermined drive shaft DA, the gas cylinder 260 extends to press the protruding frame portion 256 upward, and the sink portion 210 is supported swivelably relative to the first base portion 220 via the protruding frame portion 256 and the second base portion 250.

[0087] Therefore, sink section 210 is supported swivellably relative to protruding frame section 256 (an example of a protruding section) and first base section 220 via second base section 250. In other words, even if sink section 210 is arranged tilted in the second initial state, sink section 210 can be adjusted to any tilt angle by gas cylinder 260 (an example of an extension mechanism) with that tilted position as a reference (initial state).

[0088] Moreover, according to the hair washing stand device 200 for a barber shop of this embodiment, a plurality of wheels 223 are provided on the first base portion 220. Therefore, the device body can be easily moved to any desired location.

[0089] Although the description of the specific embodiment is finished above, it goes without saying that the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiment as an example. It is clear that a person skilled in the art can think of various modifications, corrections, substitutions, additions, deletions, and equivalents within the scope of the claims, and it is understood that these also naturally belong to the technical scope of the present disclosure. In addition, the components in the above-mentioned embodiments may be arbitrarily combined within the scope of the invention. [Industrial Applicability]

[0090] The present invention is useful as a wheelchair support device for a barber shop and a hair washing stand device for a barber shop, which allows a wheelchair user to receive hairdressing or beauty services such as a haircut or hair washing by tilting the wheelchair while sitting in the wheelchair, and which eliminates the anxiety associated with the tilting of the wheelchair itself during the service and increases convenience.
