Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention constitutes the frame of a weaving machine. Fixed The present invention relates to a loom comprising a pair of side frames which are structural members, each of which is provided with a beam support for supporting a warp beam and which supports a beating device, and a drive mechanism which drives and rotates the warp beam including a beam gear, wherein each of the side frames comprises a main frame which supports the beating device, and a let-off frame which is fixed to the main frame and supports the beam supports, the let-off frame being placed on a floor surface and fixed directly to the floor surface. [Background technology]
[0002] In a typical loom, the frame is configured by connecting a pair of side frames with a number of beams. As disclosed in Patent Document 1, each side frame is configured by a main frame, which is the main part supporting the beating device and the woven fabric beam, and a let-off frame supporting the warp beam, and the let-off frame is fixed (connected) to the main frame. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2004-204418 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] In a loom in which the side frame is composed of a main frame and a let-off frame as described above, the main frame supports the beating device and the cloth beam as described above, and is also the part on which the shedding device is mounted, and is the main part of the side frame. Therefore, in the side frames of a typical loom, the let-off frame is a smaller structure than the main frame. In addition, in a loom, the drive mechanism for rotating the warp beam is generally provided in the let-off frame that supports the warp beam.
[0006] In a loom, the side frame vibrates violently during weaving due to the vibration caused by the beating operation (so-called beating vibration). In addition, in a loom, the warp beam vibrates due to the influence of the warp tension fluctuation, which is called beam vibration, and the side frame is also affected by this beam vibration.
[0007] In this way, the side frame vibrates as a whole during weaving. Moreover, in the side frame, the let-off frame is a smaller structure than the main frame as described above. Therefore, during weaving, the let-off frame vibrates more violently than the main frame. The drive mechanism is generally provided by being attached to the let-off frame as described above. Therefore, as a result of the let-off frame vibrating violently as described above, the drive mechanism itself also vibrates violently during weaving.
[0008] In addition, inside the drive mechanism, there are multiple meshing portions of the gear members, and between the drive mechanism and the warp beam, there is meshing between the gear members attached to the drive transmission shaft of the drive mechanism and the beam gear of the warp beam. If the drive mechanism itself vibrates violently as described above, wear between the gear members at these meshing portions may be accelerated or the gear members may be damaged, causing problems such as failure of the drive mechanism.
[0009] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT EMBODIMENT An object of the present invention is to provide a loom in which vibrations of the drive mechanism itself, which can cause breakdowns, are reduced more than in the past. [Means for solving the problem]
[0010] The present invention constitutes the frame of a weaving machine. Fixed The premise of this loom is a loom comprising a pair of side frames which are structural members, each of which is provided with a beam support for supporting a warp beam and which supports a beating device, and a drive mechanism which rotates and drives the warp beam including a beam gear, wherein each of the side frames comprises a main frame which supports the beating device, and a let-off frame which is fixed to the main frame and supports the beam supports, the let-off frame being placed on a floor surface and fixed directly to the floor surface.
[0011] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a loom, the drive mechanism of which is: The drive transmission shaft is connected to the beam gear on the inside of the side frame via a gear member, and the drive transmission shaft is inserted into a through hole formed in the main body frame. It is characterized in that it is attached to the main body frame.
[0012] In the loom according to the present invention, the through hole may be formed as an elongated hole. Effect of the Invention
[0013] In a typical loom, the side frames are configured such that the main frame is a sufficiently large structure compared to the let-off frame. Therefore, with regard to vibrations occurring during weaving, the vibrations in the main frame are sufficiently smaller than those in the let-off frame. In the present invention, the drive mechanism is attached to such a main frame. Therefore, according to the present invention, the vibrations of the drive mechanism itself during weaving are sufficiently smaller than those in the case where the drive mechanism is attached to the let-off frame. This makes it possible to reduce the occurrence of breakdowns in the drive mechanism, etc., caused by the drive mechanism itself vibrating violently.
[0014] In a typical loom, the drive mechanism includes a drive transmission shaft that is rotated by a drive source such as a drive motor. A gear member that meshes with the beam gear is attached to the drive transmission shaft. The drive mechanism is generally provided by being attached to an outwardly facing wall surface of a side wall of the side frame. Thus, a through hole is formed in the side frame for inserting the drive transmission shaft of the drive mechanism, and the drive mechanism is provided with the drive transmission shaft inserted through the through hole and the gear member protruding from the side wall of the side frame.
[0015] The axial dimension of the warp beam used in a loom corresponds to the weaving width, but the flange size (flange diameter) is appropriately selected by the user of the loom in consideration of production conditions, etc. Furthermore, the diameter of the beam gear in the warp beam generally corresponds to the flange diameter. The mounting position of the drive mechanism relative to the side frame is set so that the gear member meshes with the beam gear at an appropriate position. Therefore, the mounting position is set to a different position for each warp beam having a different flange diameter (beam gear diameter) as described above.
[0016] Since the side frame has a through hole for inserting the drive transmission shaft at the mounting position, the through hole is formed at a position corresponding to the selected warp beam. In other words, when the flange diameter of the selected warp beam is different, the position at which the through hole is formed in the side frame is different. Therefore, when manufacturing a loom (side frame), the side frame needs to have the through hole formed at a position corresponding to the flange diameter of the selected warp beam. In addition, a mold is used to manufacture the side frame. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare molds with different positions of the through hole according to the flange diameters expected to be selected, the number of which is equal to the number of types of warp beams expected to be selected. And, manufacturing a side frame for each selected warp beam in this way or preparing multiple types of molds affects the manufacturing cost of the loom (side frame).
[0017] In contrast, by forming the through hole in the side frame through which the drive transmission shaft is inserted as a long hole, the position through which the drive transmission shaft is inserted can be set arbitrarily within the range of the long hole. In other words, the mounting position of the drive mechanism can be set arbitrarily without changing the position of the long through hole itself, and can be set to a position according to the selected warp beam. Therefore, a side frame with a through hole formed in this way can accommodate multiple types of warp beams with different flange diameters, and fewer dies can be prepared. As a result, the manufacturing cost of the loom (side frame) can be reduced. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0019] An embodiment of a loom according to the present invention will be described below with reference to Figs.
[0020] In the loom 1, the frame 2 is mainly composed of a pair of side frames 3, 3, which are connected by a plurality of beam members 4 in a state where the two side frames 3, 3 face each other in the width direction (thickness direction).
[0021] The loom 1 also includes a beating device 5 that includes a reed 5a and a mechanism for swinging the reed 5a. The beating device 5 includes a rocking shaft 5b that is driven to rotate back and forth, a number of sley swords attached to the rocking shaft 5b, and a sley supported by each sley sword and to which the reed 5a is attached. The beating device 5 is supported by the pair of side frames 3, 3 with the rocking shaft 5b supported between the pair of side frames 3, 3.
[0022] The loom 1 also has a weaving beam 13 at its front in the front-rear direction for winding up the woven fabric W. Note that the front-rear direction here refers to a direction perpendicular to the width direction of the loom 1 (the longitudinal direction of the beams 4) in a plan view. The weaving beam 13 is also supported by the pair of side frames 3, 3 with shaft portions at both ends supported by the side frames 3.
[0023] Furthermore, the loom 1 is provided with a warp beam 15 for feeding out warp threads T, at the rear side in the front-to-rear direction. In the loom 1, each side frame 3 is provided with a beam support 20 for supporting the warp beam 15. The warp beam 15 is supported by the pair of side frames 3, 3 via the pair of beam supports 20, 20, with shaft portions at both ends supported by the beam supports 20.
[0024] In the loom 1 as described above, each side frame 3 is formed such that the portion supporting the warp beam 15 is a let-off frame 33 that is separate from the main frame 31 that supports the beating device 5 and the fabric beam 13. The let-off frame 33 is fixed to the main frame 31, which is the main part, to form part of the side frame 3. That is, each side frame 3 is composed of the main frame 31, which is the main part and supports the beating device 5 and the fabric beam 13, and the let-off frame 33, which is fixed to the main frame 31 and supports the warp beam 15.
[0025] More specifically, the main frame 31 is shaped like a box with an open outer surface (outer wall) as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. The side frames 3, 3 are connected to each other by the beams 4 in the main frame 31 as described above. The connection positions are two positions in the upper part of the main frame 31 and two positions in the lower part, totaling four positions. However, the upper connection positions are two positions, one spaced forward from the center of the main frame 31 and the other spaced backward from it in the front-rear direction. The lower connection positions are two positions near the center.
[0026] Furthermore, the main body frame 31 is installed on an installation surface (floor surface) 19 in a weaving factory or the like, and in the illustrated example, it is installed on the installation surface 19 via a raising member 14 for adjusting the height position of the main body frame 31. The raising member 14 is a block-shaped member having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and is attached to the lower surface of the main body frame 31 using a screw member such as a bolt. In addition, the raising member 14 is fixed to the installation surface 19 by an anchor bolt provided so as to protrude from the installation surface 19, so that the main body frame 31 is installed (fixed) to the installation surface 19.
[0027] The let-off frame 33 is a part of the side frame 3 that supports the warp beam 15, and is fixed to the rear side of the main frame 31 so as to be integrated with the main frame 31. However, the warp beam 15 is supported by the beam support 20 on the loom 1 as described above. Therefore, the let-off frame 33 supports the beam support 20. Moreover, in the loom 1 of this embodiment, the let-off frame 33 and the beam support 20 are molded integrally, and each is part of a single let-off structure.
[0028] As shown in Fig. 3, the portion (sending frame portion) 33 of the sending structure corresponding to the sending frame is composed of a base portion 33b which is a portion to be installed (fixed) on the installation surface 19, and a support portion 33a which is substantially a housing-like portion provided in a standing manner on the base portion 33b. In the illustrated example, the support portion 33a is formed so that its inward-facing side is open and a reinforcing rib is formed near the center in the front-rear direction. The support portion 33a is directly fixed to the installation surface 19 at the base portion 33b, and has a height dimension such that, in the fixed state, its upper end is located above the lower surface of the main frame 31 which is installed on the installation surface 19 via the raising member 14 as described above.
[0029] In addition, in the let-off structure, the portion above the let-off frame portion 33 is a portion (beam support portion) 20 corresponding to the beam support. The beam support portion 20 has a support portion 20a having an arc-shaped support surface for receiving the bearings 18 fitted to the shaft portions at both ends of the warp beam 15, and a guide portion 20b whose upper surface is continuous with the support surface and extends rearward from the support portion 20a to guide the warp beam 15 toward the support portion 20a. The beam support portion 20 also has a clamp lever 20c for holding the warp beam 15 received in the support portion 20a. The clamp lever 20c is provided rotatably relative to the support portion 20a, and is fixed to the guide portion 20b by a fixing means 20d such as a bolt in order to hold the warp beam 15 (bearings 18) received in the support portion 20a.
[0030] The sending structure is fixed to the inner wall on the rear side of the main body frame 31. Specifically, the sending structure is positioned in the side frame 3 with the guide portion 20b of the beam support portion 20 facing rearward and part of the sending structure overlapping with the main body frame 31 in the front-rear direction. However, the positional relationship between the sending structure and the main body frame 31 is such that the support surface of the beam support portion 20 of the sending structure is located rearward of the rear end of the main body frame 31 (the support portion does not overlap with the main body frame 31). In addition, the sending structure is fixed to the main body frame 31 at multiple points by screw members such as bolts with its outer wall abutting against the inner wall of the main body frame 31 in the positional relationship as described above in the front-rear direction.
[0031] In addition, while the output structure is fixed to the main frame 31 in this manner, the output structure is fixed to the installation surface 19 at the base portion 33b of the output frame portion 33 by an anchor bolt that is arranged so as to protrude from the installation surface 19.
[0032] The loom 1 also includes a drive mechanism 40 for driving and rotating the warp beam 15 supported by the beam support portion 20 of the let-off structure. More specifically, the warp beam 15 includes a beam gear 17 attached to the outside of the beam flange 16 as shown in Fig. 4. The drive mechanism 40 includes a let-off motor M as a drive source for driving and rotating the warp beam 15, a drive transmission shaft 44 having a pinion gear 46, which is a gear member that meshes with the beam gear 17 of the warp beam 15, fixed to one end thereof, and a gear box 42 that houses a gear train for connecting the output shaft of the let-off motor M to the drive transmission shaft 44.
[0033] In the drive mechanism 40, the gear box 42 is formed in a housing shape. The send-off motor M is attached to the gear box 42 by being fixed to one of both side surfaces of the gear box 42. The send-off motor M is attached with its output shaft facing the gear box 42 and inserted into an insertion hole 42a formed in the one side surface of the gear box 42. The gear box 42 is attached to the side frame 3 with both side surfaces parallel to the vertical direction and the width direction and with the one side surface (the side surface to which the send-off motor M is attached) facing rearward.
[0034] In addition, an insertion hole 42b having an inner diameter slightly larger than the shaft diameter of the drive transmission shaft 44 is formed in the end face (rear end face) of the gear box 42 that faces the side frame 3 when attached as described above. The drive transmission shaft 44 is provided in a form that is inserted through the insertion hole 42b, with one end side to which the pinion gear 46 is fixed as described above projecting from the gear box 42, and the opposite end side being rotatably supported by a bearing or the like inside the gear box 42 relative to the gear box 42. The drive transmission shaft 44 and the output shaft of the send-off motor M are connected by a gear train (not shown) including gears attached to each of them.
[0035] In addition, the drive mechanism 40 including the send-off motor M and the gear box 42 is provided with the gear box 42 attached to the outer wall of the side frame 3. Since the gear box 42 is attached to the outer wall of the side frame 3 in this manner, the drive transmission shaft 44 is provided in a state of penetrating the outer wall of the side frame 3. Therefore, the side frame 3 is formed with a through hole that allows the drive transmission shaft 44 to pass through.
[0036] As described above, in the loom, the drive mechanism for driving and rotating the warp beam is attached to the side frame. The loom according to the present invention is configured so that the drive mechanism is attached to the main frame of the side frame. Since the drive mechanism 40 is attached to the main frame 31 in this manner, the through hole through which the drive transmission shaft 44 passes is formed in the main frame 31. In this embodiment, the through hole is formed as an elongated hole. An embodiment of such a loom (this embodiment) will be described in detail below.
[0037] 3, a through hole 31a through which the drive transmission shaft 44 passes is formed in the lower part of the rear side of the main body frame 31 at a position overlapping with the outer periphery of the beam gear 17 of the warp beam 15. The drive mechanism 40 is attached to the main body frame 31 by the gear box 42 in such a manner that the drive transmission shaft 44 passes (is inserted) through the through hole 31a as described above. Note that the attachment position of the gear box 42 is naturally set at a position where the pinion gear 46 attached to the drive transmission shaft 44 is in a predetermined meshing state with the beam gear 17 of the warp beam 15.
[0038] In this embodiment, the through hole 31a is formed in a keyhole shape, and is composed of a round hole portion 31a1 and a long hole portion 31a2 formed to be continuous with the round hole portion 31a1. The long hole portion 31a2 is formed in front of the round hole portion 31a1 and extends in a direction parallel to the front-rear direction. The long hole portion 31a2 is formed in a position such that the position of its center line in the up-down direction is approximately aligned with the center position of the round hole portion 31a1.
[0039] The inner diameter of the round hole 31a1 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the pinion gear 46 fixed to the drive transmission shaft 44. On the other hand, the vertical dimension of the long hole 31a2 is slightly larger than the shaft diameter of the drive transmission shaft 44. Furthermore, the longitudinal dimension of the long hole 31a2 is larger than the shaft diameter of the drive transmission shaft 44, and in the illustrated example, is about 1.5 times the shaft diameter.
[0040] In this way, the through hole 31a in this embodiment is formed in a keyhole shape consisting of a round hole portion 31a1 whose inner diameter corresponds to the outer diameter of the pinion gear 46, and an elongated hole portion 31a2 whose vertical dimension corresponds to the shaft diameter of the drive transmission shaft 44. This minimizes the effect of vibration of the warp beam 15 on the gear train in the gear box 42 via the drive transmission shaft 44.
[0041] More specifically, when the drive mechanism 40 is attached to the main body frame 31, the attachment is usually performed with the pinion gear 46 fixed to the drive transmission shaft 44. Therefore, the through hole 31a needs to have a size that allows the pinion gear 46 to pass through. Therefore, the through hole 31a is formed to have the round hole portion 31a1 as described above. Then, when the drive mechanism 40 is attached to the main body frame 31, the pinion gear 46 is passed through the round hole portion 31a1, so that the drive transmission shaft 44 is inserted into the through hole 31a.
[0042] In addition, the through hole 31a is generally elongated in a direction parallel to the front-rear direction, but is not formed to a size that allows the pinion gear 46 to be inserted over the entire front-rear direction, and the portion excluding the round hole portion 31a1 is formed as the elongated hole portion 31a2 having the above-mentioned size. The elongated hole portion 31a2 is a portion of the through hole 31a that includes a position where the drive transmission shaft 44 is inserted when the gear box 42 is attached to the attachment position. Therefore, the position where the round hole portion 31a1 is formed in the main body frame 31 is a position other than the position where the drive transmission shaft 44 is inserted when the gear box 42 is attached, and in the illustrated example, it is a position that overlaps with the beam gear 17 of the warp beam 15 in a state where it is supported by the beam support portion 20.
[0043] During weaving, the loom 1 generates so-called beam vibration, in which the warp beam 15 vibrates due to the influence of tension fluctuations in the warp threads T. When such beam vibration occurs in the warp beam 15, the drive transmission shaft 44 connected to the warp beam 15 (beam gear 17) via the pinion gear 46 is also affected and vibrates. When the drive transmission shaft 44 vibrates, not only the gear train connecting the drive transmission shaft 44 to the let-off motor M but also the entire gear box 42 supporting the drive transmission shaft 44 and the gear train etc. vibrates, increasing the vibration, which may cause problems such as accelerated wear of the gear train.
[0044] Therefore, in order to reduce the vibration as much as possible, the gear box 42 is fixed to the main body frame 31 in the vicinity of the through hole 31a through which the drive transmission shaft 44 is inserted. Specifically, when fixing the gear box 42 to the main body frame 31, the fixing position is brought closer to the drive transmission shaft 44, which is a vibration source in the drive mechanism 40, so that the influence of the vibration of the drive transmission shaft 44 can be further suppressed. Therefore, the fixing position of the gear box 42 is set in the vicinity of the through hole 31a through which the drive transmission shaft 44 is inserted. That is, the gear box 42 is fixed to the main body frame 31 at the fixing position set in such a manner in the vicinity of the through hole 31a. This makes it possible to reduce the vibration in the drive mechanism 40 as much as possible.
[0045] Moreover, the through hole 31a in this embodiment is not entirely sized to allow the pinion gear 46 to pass therethrough, but is shaped like a keyhole as described above, and the portion through which the drive transmission shaft 44 is inserted when the gear box 42 is attached is the elongated hole portion 31a2 of the above-described size. The through hole 31a allows the fixing position of the gear box 42 to be brought even closer to the drive transmission shaft 44, so that the setting of the fixing position can further reduce vibrations in the drive mechanism 40, and it becomes possible to prevent the occurrence of problems such as those described above due to the influence of the vibrations as much as possible.
[0046] The gear box 42 is fixed to the main body frame 31 using a screw member such as a bolt. Specifically, near the upper and lower edges of the long hole portion 31a2 in the main body frame 31, insertion holes 31b for inserting the screw member are formed. Meanwhile, near (around) the insertion hole 42b in the gear box 42 through which the drive transmission shaft 44 is inserted, female screw holes (not shown) are formed in a shape corresponding to each insertion hole 31b. Then, after aligning the positions of each insertion hole 31b with the positions of the female screw holes, the screw member is inserted into the insertion hole 31b from the surface facing the inside of the outer wall of the main body frame 31, and the screw member is screwed into the female screw hole of the gear box 42, whereby the gear box 42 is fixed to the main body frame 31.
[0047] As described above, the gear box 42 is attached to the main frame 31 at a mounting position where the pinion gear 46 attached to the drive transmission shaft 44 is in a predetermined meshing state with the beam gear 17 of the warp beam 15. Therefore, the mounting position differs depending on the diameter of the beam gear 17 of the warp beam 15 expected to be used in the loom 1 (the warp beam 15 selected by the user who uses (purchases) the loom 1). If the mounting position differs, the insertion position of the drive transmission shaft 44 inserted into the through hole 31a also differs.
[0048] Specifically, as illustrated in Fig. 5, when the diameters of the beam gears 17a, 17b are different between the warp beam 15a shown by a solid line and the warp beam 15b shown by a broken line, the position of the pinion gear 46 meshing with the beam gears 17a, 17b is different between the warp beam 15a and the warp beam 15b used in the loom 1, as illustrated, and the insertion position of the drive transmission shaft 44 with respect to the through hole 31a is different accordingly. In the illustrated example, the beam gears 17a, 17b are different between the warp beam 15a and the warp beam 15b, which have different beam flange diameters, but in a loom, the diameters of the beam gears may be different even if the diameters of the warp beams (beam flanges) are the same. In that case, the insertion position of the drive transmission shaft 44 with respect to the through hole 31a will naturally be different.
[0049] In this way, if the diameter of the beam gear 17 in the warp beam 15 used in the loom 1 is different, the insertion position of the drive transmission shaft 44 with respect to the through hole 31a will be different accordingly. Therefore, by forming the elongated hole portion 31a2 in the through hole 31a, which is the portion through which the drive transmission shaft 44 is inserted when the gear box 42 is attached to the main body frame 31 as described above, into an elongated hole shape as described above, it becomes possible to accommodate multiple types of warp beams with different specifications (beam gear diameters) even if the through holes 31a formed in the main body frame 31 have the same shape.
[0050] Furthermore, by making the through hole 31a a hole whose long hole portion 31a2 is formed at a position and size taking into account the specifications (beam gear diameter) of the warp beam expected to be used in the loom manufactured using the main frame 31, it becomes possible to use the main frame 31 for any of the multiple types of warp beams with different specifications that are expected to be used in this way.
[0051] Specifically, the through hole 31a is formed so that the long hole portion 31a2 is located and sized to include the insertion position of the drive transmission shaft 44 when the warp beam with the beam gear having the smallest diameter among the warp beams expected to be used is used, and the insertion position when the warp beam with the beam gear having the largest diameter is used. The insertion position is closer to the front as the beam gear diameter increases (the insertion position is closer to the rear as the beam gear diameter decreases). By forming the through hole 31a (long hole portion 31a2) in this manner, it becomes possible for the main frame 31 to be used for all warp beams expected to be used.
[0052] In addition, since the specifications of the warp beam including the diameter of the beam gear are generally determined before the manufacture of the loom, which is the time when the user decides to purchase the loom, the mounting position of the gear box 42 is already determined according to the specifications of the warp beam (beam gear diameter) at the manufacturing stage of the loom. On the other hand, if the through hole 31a (long hole portion 31a2) in the main body frame 31 is formed as described above, it is not necessary to make the through hole through which the drive transmission shaft 44 is inserted according to each specification of the warp beam selected by the user during the manufacturing of the main body frame 31, and it is only necessary to make the mounting position of the gear box 42 at a position according to the specification. Incidentally, the insertion hole 31b on the main body frame 31 side through which the screw member is inserted when the gear box 42 is attached to the main body frame 31 is provided at a position according to the mounting position of the gear box 42 according to the specification of the warp beam during the manufacturing stage.
[0053] In the loom 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above, the drive mechanism 40 is attached to the main frame 31 of the side frame 3. The main frame 31 is a structure that is sufficiently larger than the let-off structure including the let-off frame section 33. Therefore, the vibration of the drive mechanism 40 itself during weaving can be made sufficiently smaller than when the drive mechanism 40 is attached to the let-off structure (the let-off frame section 33). As a result, the occurrence of breakdowns of the drive mechanism 40 and the like caused by the strong vibration of the drive mechanism 40 itself can be reduced as much as possible.
[0054] Furthermore, in the loom 1 of this embodiment, the through hole 31a through which the drive transmission shaft 44 of the drive mechanism 40 is inserted is formed as an elongated hole. This allows the main body frame 31 of the loom 1 to be used in any of a plurality of warp beams with different specifications that are expected to be used. Therefore, when manufacturing the loom 1 (main body frame 31), it is not necessary to manufacture different main body frames 31 for each warp beam specification (beam gear diameter), which reduces the manufacturing cost of the loom 1 (main body frame 31).
[0055] Furthermore, in the loom 1 of this embodiment, the through hole 31a through which the drive transmission shaft 44 is inserted is formed in a keyhole shape consisting of a round hole portion 31a1 having an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the pinion gear 46, and an elongated hole portion 31a2 whose vertical dimension corresponds to the shaft diameter of the drive transmission shaft 44. This makes it possible to position the gear box 42 closer to the drive transmission shaft 44 than when the through hole 31a is an elongated hole having a size that allows the pinion gear 46 to be inserted as a whole. As a result, it is possible to further reduce vibrations in the drive mechanism 40 caused by beam vibrations, and to prevent problems such as accelerated wear of the gear train in the gear box 42 due to the influence of the vibrations as much as possible.
[0056] The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above (the above embodiments), but can be practiced in the following modified embodiments.
[0057] (1) Regarding the through hole formed in the main body frame and through which the drive transmission shaft is inserted, in the above embodiment, the through hole 31a is formed as an elongated hole in a portion (shaft arrangement portion) that is arranged on the drive transmission shaft 44 when the gear box 42 is attached to the main body frame 31 so that the main body frame 31 can be made common to the specifications (beam gear diameters) of the multiple warp beams expected to be used. In addition to the shaft arrangement portion, the through hole 31a is formed as a hole having a portion (gear passing portion) that is used only to pass the pinion gear 46 when the gear box 42 is attached to the main body frame 31, in order to make the size of the shaft arrangement portion close to the shaft diameter of the drive transmission shaft 44 (to make the attachment position of the gear box 42 close to the drive transmission shaft 44), taking into account the vibration of the drive mechanism 40. As a result, the through hole 31a is formed in a keyhole shape. However, the through hole through which the drive transmission shaft is inserted is not limited to being formed in this way.
[0058] For example, in cases where the effect of beam vibration on the gear train in the gear box is small, the fixing position of the gear box relative to the main frame can be set at a position away from the drive transmission shaft. In such cases, the through hole may be formed to a size that allows the shaft arrangement portion to pass the pinion gear. In such cases, the gear passing portion (a portion dedicated to the passage of the pinion gear) is not necessary, and the through hole is formed only by the shaft arrangement portion.
[0059] In addition, in the above embodiment, the shaft arrangement portion is formed as an elongated hole as described above, and the longitudinal direction is formed parallel to the front-rear direction. However, when the shaft arrangement portion in the through hole is formed as an elongated hole, the longitudinal direction of the shaft arrangement portion is not limited to a direction parallel to the front-rear direction, but may be a vertical direction or a direction that forms an angle with respect to the vertical direction and the direction parallel to the front-rear direction (diagonal direction). In other words, depending on the specifications of the multiple warp beams expected to be used, the insertion positions of the drive transmission shafts in the main body frame (at the position where the beam gear and the pinion gear are in a predetermined meshing state) are not necessarily aligned in a direction parallel to the front-rear direction, so the longitudinal direction of the shaft arrangement portion may be a direction corresponding to the direction in which the insertion positions are aligned. Furthermore, the direction in which the insertion positions are aligned is not limited to a linear direction, so in some cases, the shaft arrangement portion may have a curved shape.
[0060] In the above-described example, the through-hole is formed so that the shaft arrangement portion is an elongated hole in order to standardize the main frame for the specifications of multiple warp beams expected to be used, but in the present invention, the through-hole is not limited to the shaft arrangement portion being formed as an elongated hole. For example, when the specifications of the warp beams expected to be used in the loom to be manufactured are one type, or when the specifications of the warp beams (beam gear diameters) differ depending on the warp beams, and forming a through-hole is not a problem, the through-hole may be formed so that the shaft arrangement portion is a (simple) round hole.
[0061] When the shaft arrangement portion is formed simply as a round hole, the hole diameter may be set to a size close to the shaft diameter of the drive transmission shaft, and the through hole may be formed as a hole having the shaft arrangement portion and the gear passing portion. Alternatively, the hole diameter of the shaft arrangement portion may be set to a size that allows the pinion gear to pass through, and the through hole may be formed only by the round hole-shaped shaft arrangement portion.
[0062] (2) In the above embodiment of the loom, the side frame 3 is configured so that the let-off frame and the beam support are integrally formed as a let-off structure. However, the side frame in the loom on which the present invention is based is not limited to being configured in this way, and may be configured so that the let-off frame and the beam support are formed separately. In this case, the side frame is provided so that the beam support is supported by the let-off frame, and the let-off frame is fixed to the main frame.
[0063] In the above embodiment, the let-off frame (let-off structure) is fixed to the inner wall of the main frame 31. However, the let-off frame in the side frame of the loom that is the premise of the present invention is not limited to being provided on the inner wall. For example, the let-off frame may be fixed to the rear end surface of the main frame.
[0064] In the above embodiment, the main body frame 31 does not have an outer wall, but if the main body frame has an outer wall, the sending frame may be provided in a form fixed to the outer wall of the main body frame. Specifically, in the above embodiment, the main body frame 31 is in a housing shape with an open outer surface (outer wall), that is, the main body frame 31 does not have an outer wall. However, as shown in Fig. 6, if the main body frame 31 is in a housing shape with an outer wall 31c, the sending frame (sending frame section 33) may be provided in a form fixed to the outer wall 31c.
[0065] In this case, a through hole 31a' having the same shape and size as the through hole 31a, through which the drive transmission shaft 44 is inserted, is formed in the outer wall 31c at a position facing the through hole 31a in the width direction. Then, the gear box 42 of the drive mechanism 40 is fixed to the outer wall 31c with the drive transmission shaft 44 inserted through the through hole 31a' and the through hole 31a.
[0066] (3) In the above embodiment, in the drive mechanism 40 for driving and rotating the warp beam 15 (beam gear 17) in the loom 1, the drive transmission shaft 44 and the output shaft of the let-off motor M are connected by a gear train including gears attached to each. However, in the drive mechanism for driving and rotating the warp beam (beam gear) in the loom on which the present invention is based, a gear attached to the output shaft of the let-off motor and a gear attached to the end of the drive transmission shaft opposite the pinion gear may be connected by a belt member.
[0067] The present invention is not limited to the examples described above, and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
