Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a clothes treating device, and more particularly to a clothes treating device including an upper first treating device and a lower second treating device. [Background technology]

[0002] A clothes treating device is a device in which laundry such as clothes and bedding is placed in a drum and the laundry is subjected to necessary treatment such as removing dirt from the laundry or drying it.

[0003] When a laundry treatment device is installed to remove dirt from laundry, the laundry treatment device performs processes such as washing, rinsing, spin-drying, and drying, and the laundry treatment device is classified into a top loading type and a front loading type depending on the way the laundry is loaded into the drum.

[0004] The laundry treatment device includes a cabinet that forms an exterior, a tub that is housed in the cabinet, a drum that is rotatably attached in the tub and into which laundry is placed, and a detergent supply device that supplies detergent into the drum.

[0005] When washing water is supplied to the laundry contained in the drum and the drum is rotated by a motor, dirt on the laundry is removed by friction between the drum and the washing water.

[0006] The detergent supplying device has a detergent supplying function to improve the washing effect. Here, the detergent means a material for improving the washing effect such as a textile detergent, a textile softener, and a textile bleach. The detergent may be in powder form or liquid form.

[0007] On the other hand, when the clothes treating device is provided for drying laundry, the clothes treating device provides dry air to the laundry to remove moisture from the laundry.

[0008] The laundry treatment device comprises a cabinet, a drum rotatably disposed within the cabinet, and a heating means for heating or drying air provided to the laundry.

[0009] Dry air is supplied to the laundry contained in the drum, so that moisture present in the laundry is evaporated and removed by the dry air, and the moisture in the laundry is removed.

[0010] Korean Laid-Open Publication No. KR10-2018-0021921 A1 discloses a laundry treatment device equipped with multiple treatment devices, in which a first treatment device is provided on the upper side and a second treatment device is provided on the lower side.

[0011] In this laundry processing device, the first processing device and the second processing device have a large load, and during the installation process, the first processing device is lifted above the second processing device and assembled.

[0012] However, during the assembly process of placing the first processing device on top of the second processing device, it is not easy to determine whether the first processing device has been placed in the optimal assembly position on the second processing device, and if the first processing device is not placed in the optimal assembly position, it is detrimental to the stacked structure and assembly stability of the first and second processing devices.

[0013] Furthermore, since the first processing apparatus has a large load, determining and locating the optimal assembly position while arbitrarily moving the first processing apparatus places a large burden on the assembly work.

[0014] Meanwhile, even if the first processing apparatus is placed in the optimal assembly position, if the first processing apparatus is not stably fixed in the corresponding position, the position of the first processing apparatus may fluctuate, which may cause inconvenience in use.

[0015] Therefore, it is an important issue in this technical field to easily grasp the optimum assembly position of the first processing device on the second processing device and to stably fix and support the first processing device at the optimum assembly position. [0113] In one embodiment of the present invention, the first processing device 10 includes a first garment opening 16 and a first cabinet door 17, and the first garment opening 16 and the first cabinet door 17 are provided on a first front panel 112. That is, the first processing device 10 is provided in a front-loading manner.

[0114] In addition, the second processing device 20 includes a second garment opening 26 and a second cabinet door 27, and the second garment opening 26 and the second cabinet door 27 are provided on the second front panel 122. That is, the second processing device 20 is provided in a front-loading manner.

[0115] In conclusion, the garment processing apparatus 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention has a configuration in which the first processing apparatus 10 and the second processing apparatus 20 of the front-loading type are stacked in the vertical direction (Z). The cross sections of the first processing apparatus 10 and the second processing apparatus 20 viewed from above may be the same or different, as necessary.

[0116] For example, as described below, the first processing apparatus 10 may be formed so that its length in the front-rear direction (X) is shorter than that of the second processing apparatus 20. The length in the lateral direction (Y) of the first processing apparatus 10 and the width of the first processing apparatus 10 are the same as those of the second processing apparatus 20.

[0117] The first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26 may have a variety of sizes and shapes, and while Figure 2 shows the first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26 as being circular and having the same cross-sectional area in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, this can be modified as desired.

[0118] The first cabinet door 17 and the second cabinet door 27 also vary in size and shape to correspond to the first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26. Figures 1 and 2 show the first cabinet door 17 and the second cabinet door 27 having a circular shape and the same cross-sectional area according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0119] The first cabinet door 17 and the second cabinet door 27 respectively open and close the first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26. That is, the first cabinet door 17 and the second cabinet door 27 can regulate the opening of the first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26.

[0120] When the first cabinet door 17 and the second cabinet door 2 open the first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26, the user can place garments into the first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26 as needed, and operate the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 as needed to perform the desired garment processing.

[0121] The first cabinet door 17 and the second cabinet door 27 have various operating modes, for example, the first cabinet door 17 and the second cabinet door 27 may be provided in a sliding mode or in a removable mode.

[0122] 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the present invention in which one side of a first cabinet door 17 and a second cabinet door 27 are hinged to a first front panel 112 or a second front panel 122, respectively, to open and close a first garment opening 16 and a second garment opening 26.

[0123] The first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26 are provided at the center of the first front panel 112 or the second front panel 122, respectively, but their positions can be changed if necessary. The first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26 are arranged side by side in the vertical direction (Z).

[0124] The first cabinet door 17 and the second cabinet door 27 are also arranged next to each other in the vertical direction (Z) and spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction (Z). The areas that the first cabinet door 17 and the second cabinet door 27 occupy on the first front panel 112 or the second front panel 122 vary.

[0125] By providing the first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26 in the first front panel 112 or the second front panel 122, the user can conveniently use the first garment processing device 10 and the second garment processing device 20 even if the total height of the garment processing device 1 increases.

[0126] 1 and 2 show a state in which a control panel 200 is provided in a clothing treatment device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The clothing treatment device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a control panel 200 disposed between the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122, and connected to the first treatment device 10 and the second treatment device 20 by signals.

[0127] The control panel 200 is disposed between the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122. The control panel 200 is signal-coupled to either the first processing device 10 or the second processing device 20.

[0128] The control panel 200 has a front portion 210 on the front side and side portions 240 on both sides in the lateral direction (Y). The side portion 240 includes a first side portion 242 on one side in the lateral direction (Y) and a second side portion 244 on the other side.

[0129] The control panel 200 has an upper surface 220 on its upper side and a lower surface 230 on its lower side. The front surface 210, the side surface 240, the upper surface 220, and the lower surface 230 are connected to each other. For example, the side surface 240, the upper surface 220, and the lower surface 230 extend rearward from the front surface 210.

[0130] A front portion 210 of the control panel 200 is exposed to the outside and forms a front surface of the garment treatment device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention together with the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122. A side portion 240 of the control panel 200 is exposed to the outside in the lateral direction (Y), and an upper portion 220 and a lower portion 230 are inserted between the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122 and are not exposed to the outside.

[0131] The control panel 200 is connected by signals to either the first processing device 10 or the second processing device 20. The control panel 200 includes a display unit 213 on a front portion 210 for displaying the status of the first processing device 10 and / or the second processing device 20, and an input unit for inputting operation commands for the first processing device 10 and / or the second processing device 20.

[0132] An electrical component section 224 is provided inside the control panel 200, i.e., behind the front section 210. The electrical component section 224 is electrically connected to the first processor 10 and / or the second processor 20 to exchange status information or control signals.

[0133] For example, the electrical equipment unit 224 may include a control unit of the first processing device 10 and a control unit of the second processing device 20, may include an integrated control unit that controls both the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20, may include a panel control unit that is controllably connected to the control unit of the first processing device 10 and the control unit of the second processing device 20, or may be controlled by the control unit of the first processing device 10 and the control unit of the second processing device 20 without a separate control unit.

[0134] A rear portion may be provided on the rear side of the control panel 200, or in one embodiment of the present invention, the rear of the control panel 200 may be open. The control panel 200 disposed between the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122 is located at the bottom of the first processing device 10 or at the top of the second processing device 20.

[0135] The control panel 200 is disposed between the first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26. That is, in one embodiment of the present invention, the control panel 200 is disposed between the first cabinet door 17 and the second cabinet door 27.

[0136] 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122 have the same or similar width in the lateral direction (Y). Also, the control panel 200 has the same width as the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122.

[0137] FIG. 2 shows that, according to one embodiment of the present invention, first front panel 112, second front panel 122 and control panel 200 all have the same width W.

[0138] Since the control panel 200 has the same width W as the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122, sufficient internal space can be secured for the control panel 200 to be connected to the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20, and space can be easily secured for the first display unit 214 and the second display unit 215 which display the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20, respectively.

[0139] As will be described later, the control panel 200 together with the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122 form the front exterior of the garment treatment device 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0140] In one embodiment of the present invention, the control panel 200 is located between the first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26, between the first cabinet door 17 and the second cabinet door 27, or between the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122, thereby ensuring a convenient location for the user to view and operate the control panel 200.

[0141] For example, if the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 are provided with their own control panels, the first processing device 10 is located above the second processing device 20, making the location of the control panel of the first processing device 10 inconvenient for the user to operate.

[0142] In addition, since the control panels of the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 are provided separately, it is inconvenient for the user to operate the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 together.

[0143] On the other hand, the clothing treatment device 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention has a single control panel 200 connected to both the first treatment device 10 and the second treatment device 20, which is convenient for the user to operate the first treatment device 10 and the second treatment device 20 together.

[0144] Furthermore, in one embodiment of the present invention, the control panel 200 is disposed between the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122 at a height that corresponds approximately to the user's waist, thereby ensuring a convenient height for user operation.

[0145] In addition, as described below, in order to ensure a height that improves user convenience, in one embodiment of the present invention, the height of the second front panel 122 is formed higher than the height of the second side panel 125, i.e., the second processing device 20, and the control panel 200 is positioned higher, thereby further improving convenience of use.

[0146] In addition, since the upper end of the second front panel 122 is located higher than the upper end of the second side panel 125, a structure that is advantageous in terms of arrangement and connection between the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 is realized.

[0147] 1 and 2 show a second processing device 20 having a detergent opening 28 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the embodiment of the present invention, the second processing device 20 has a tub 24 therein, and the second drum 22 is rotatably mounted within the tub 24.

[0148] The second front panel 122 includes a detergent opening 28 into which the detergent storage unit 30 is inserted, the detergent opening 28 being located between the second garment opening 26 and the control panel 200 .

[0149] That is, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second treatment device 20 is a laundry machine in which detergent and wash water are poured into a tub 24 to wash clothes contained in a second drum 22. The first treatment device 10 is a dryer, a washing machine, or any other device for treating clothes.

[0150] In one embodiment of the present invention, the second treatment device 20, which includes a tub 24 and into which wash water and detergent are poured, can significantly increase the load, and in one embodiment of the present invention, the second treatment device 20 is provided below the first treatment device 10 and supported on the ground.

[0151] The second drum 22 is disposed within a tub 24 and is rotatably connected directly or indirectly to a motor or the like. In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, a front-loading system is adopted in which a second garment opening 26 and a second cabinet door 27 are provided on a second front panel 122, so that the front of the second drum 22 is open and the rotation shafts are arranged in the front-rear direction (X) to rotate.

[0152] Meanwhile, the second processing device 20 includes a detergent storage unit 30 in which detergent is stored. The detergent storage unit 30 can be pulled into or out of the second cabinet 120 by a user through the detergent opening 28.

[0153] For example, a user can separate the detergent storage unit 30 from the second cabinet 120, store detergent in the detergent storage unit 30, and then pull the detergent storage unit 30 into the second cabinet 120 through the detergent opening 28.

[0154] 1 and 2 are schematic diagrams showing a detergent storage unit 30 inserted into a detergent opening 28 provided in a second front panel 122 of a second processing device 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0155] The detergent opening 28 is located between the second garment opening 26 and the control panel 200. That is, the detergent opening 28 is located above the second garment opening 26 and below the control panel 200.

[0156] In one embodiment of the clothing treatment device 1 of the present invention, the second treatment device 20 is positioned below the first treatment device 10 and placed on the ground, and the detergent opening 28 is positioned above the second clothing opening 26 to facilitate the insertion and withdrawal of the detergent storage unit 30 through the detergent opening 28.

[0157] In one embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure that the control panel 200 is positioned in a way that allows the user to advantageously use it, the distance between the control panel 200 and the first garment opening 16 is made the same as the distance between the control panel 200 and the second garment opening 26.

[0158] That is, the control panel 200 is located at the center between the first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26 in the vertical direction. In other words, the control panel 200 is disposed at the same distance from the first cabinet door 17 and the second cabinet door 27, respectively.

[0159] This allows the user to use the first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26 while simultaneously using the control panel 200 which has a position that is not biased to either one, improving convenience of use.

[0160] Meanwhile, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second garment opening 26 is provided at the central side of the second front panel 122, the detergent opening 28 is provided at one side of the upper part of the second front panel 122, and the control panel 200 is located above the detergent opening 28.

[0161] The detergent opening 28 is provided at the upper end of the second front panel 122. The detergent opening 28 is also positioned biased to one side of the upper part of the second front panel 122, taking into consideration the shape of the second garment opening 26, etc.

[0162] 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the present invention in which the detergent opening 28 is biased to one side in the lateral direction (Y) at the upper end of the second front panel 122. The detergent opening 28 is located on the left or right side at the top of the second front panel 122.

[0163] In addition, the control panel 200 is located above the detergent opening 28. That is, the detergent opening 28 formed in the second front panel 122 is located below the control panel 200 which is located above the second front panel 122.

[0164] Thus, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first garment opening 16, the control panel 200, the detergent opening 28, and the second garment opening 26 are arranged in this order from top to bottom. However, the first garment opening 16, the control panel 200, the detergent opening 28, and the second garment opening 26 do not necessarily need to be arranged side by side in the vertical direction (Z), and there may be differences in their relative positions in the vertical direction (Z).

[0165] For example, based on the lateral direction (Y), the first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26 are respectively positioned on the central side of the first front panel 112 or the second front panel 122, while the detergent opening 28 may be positioned biased to one side of the second front panel 122.

[0166] However, the detergent opening 28 can be located relatively lower than the first garment opening 16 and the control panel 200 and relatively higher than the second garment opening 26 in the vertical direction (Z).

[0167] The cross-sectional shape of the detergent opening 28 as viewed from the front can vary, and Figs. 1 and 2 show a detergent opening 28 having a generally rectangular cross-section according to one embodiment of the invention.

[0168] Meanwhile, referring to Figures 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second front panel 122 includes a filter opening 29 into which a filter unit 40 that collects foreign matter from the wash water is inserted, and the filter opening 29 is provided on one side of the lower part of the second front panel 122.

[0169] The filter unit 40 is drawn into the second cabinet 120 through the filter opening 29 and is connected to a flow path of the wash water discharged from the tub 24. The filter unit 40 can remove foreign matter from the wash water discharged from the tub 24 after the washing process is performed.

[0170] However, the role of the filter unit 40 is not limited thereto, and the filter unit 40 may filter foreign matter from various objects as necessary. For example, the filter unit 40 may remove foreign matter from the washing water for the washing process before the washing process is performed.

[0171] A user can pull or pull the filter unit 40 into or from the second cabinet 120 through the filter opening 29. The pulled-out filter unit 40 can be reused after cleaning or replaced.

[0172] Since the filter unit 40 has a relatively long retraction and withdrawal cycle in relation to the detergent storage unit 30, in one embodiment of the present invention, the detergent opening 28 into which the detergent storage unit 30, which has a relatively short retraction and withdrawal cycle, is retracted is located on the upper side of the second front panel 122.

[0173] In addition, the filter opening 29, into which the filter unit 40, which has a relatively long retraction and withdrawal cycle, is retracted, is disposed on the lower side of the second front panel 122, thereby improving convenience of use and realizing a structure of the second front panel 122 with excellent space utilization.

[0174] Furthermore, the wash water discharge flow passage connected to the tub 24 within the second cabinet 120 is located at the bottom within the second cabinet 120 to facilitate the discharge of the wash water, and in one embodiment of the present invention, the filter unit 40 and the filter opening 29 are provided at the bottom of the second front panel 122 to be efficiently connected to the wash water discharge flow passage.

[0175] On the other hand, like the detergent opening 28, the filter opening 29 is positioned biased to one side in the lateral direction (Y) of the second front panel 122, taking into consideration the shape and area of the second garment opening 26.

[0176] 1 and 2 show a detergent opening 28 and a filter opening 29 positioned offset to one side in the lateral direction (Y) of the second front panel 122 according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0177] The detergent opening 28 and the filter opening 29 are positioned offset to one or the other side, for example to the left or right, from the center of the second garment opening 26 based on the lateral direction (Y) and are arranged side by side in the vertical direction (Z).

[0178] However, it is not necessary that the detergent opening 28 and the filter opening 29 are both biased in one side direction (Y); the detergent opening 28 can be biased in one side direction (Y) and the filter opening 29 can be biased in the other side direction (Y).

[0179] 2, the clothing treatment device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes, from top to bottom, a first clothing opening 16, a control panel 200, a detergent opening 28, a second clothing opening 26, and a filter opening 29, arranged in that order.

[0180] These components do not necessarily need to be aligned vertically (Z) in a row, but their relative vertical positions are defined. For example, the filter opening 29 may not be located vertically below the center of the second garment opening 26, but may be located relatively below the center of the second garment opening 26.

[0181] Meanwhile, the detergent storage unit 30 inserted into the detergent opening 28 has its front surface exposed forward to form one surface together with the second front panel 122. That is, the front surface of the detergent storage unit 30 is flush with the second front panel 122.

[0182] The detergent storage unit 30, whose front surface is aligned with the outer surface of the second front panel 122, forms the front appearance of the second processing device 20 together with the second front panel 122. Figures 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the present invention in which the front surface of the detergent storage unit 30 is aligned with the outer surface of the second front panel 122. A handle is formed on the front surface of the detergent storage unit 30 so that the user can easily hold it.

[0183] Referring to FIG. 2, when the garment processing device 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention is viewed from the front, the control panel 200 is provided above the second front panel 122, the first front panel 112 is provided above the control panel 200, the first front panel 112, the control panel 200 and the second front panel 122 have the same width, the center of the first garment opening 16 is located at the center of the first front panel 112, the center of the second garment opening 26 is located at the center of the second front panel 122, the first garment opening 16 and the second garment opening 26 have the same shape and are arranged side by side in the vertical direction (Z).

[0184] In addition, in the second front panel 122, the detergent opening 28 is located above the second garment opening 26 but can be located below the control panel 200, the detergent opening 28 can be located offset to one side at the upper part of the second front panel 122, the filter opening 29 is located below the second garment opening 26 and the filter opening 29 can be located offset to one side at the lower part of the second front panel 122, and the detergent opening 28 and the filter opening 29 can be positioned side by side in the vertical direction (Z).

[0185] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 3, in the clothing treatment device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the upper end of the second front panel 122 is located in front of the first side panel 115 to support the first side panel 115 rearward.

[0186] That is, the second front panel 122 is arranged so that its upper end protrudes upward from the second processing device 20; in other words, the upper end of the second front panel 122 is positioned higher than the upper end of the second side panel 125 so as to support the lower part of the first side panel 115 rearward.

[0187] In addition, the control panel 200 is located above the upper end portion of the second processing device 20 that protrudes upward, and the lower end of the first front panel 112 can be located above the lower end of the first processing device 10.

[0188] For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the control panel 200 is disposed on the lower front side of the first processing device 10, facing the first front panel 112 above and the second front panel 122 below.

[0189] Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second processing device 20 is formed such that the height of the second front panel 122 in the vertical direction (Z) is greater than the height of the second side panel 125. That is, the second processing device 20 is formed such that the length of the second front panel 122 in the vertical direction is greater than the length of the second side panel 125 in the vertical direction.

[0190] The lower end of the second front panel 122 and the lower end of the second side panel 125 are located at the same height, so that the upper end of the second front panel 122 can protrude upward from the second side panel 125 or the second processing device 20 and can be located in front of the first processing device 10.

[0191] Therefore, a part of the second front panel 122 can form a part of the front surface of the first processing device 10. An upper end of the second front panel 122 is located in front of the first side panel 115 of the first processing device 10, and therefore the second front panel 122 can support the first side panel 115 rearward.

[0192] 3 shows a height H1 of the upper end of the second front panel 122 protruding upward from the second processing device 20. The height H1 of the upper end of the second front panel 122 may vary as required.

[0193] In the clothes treatment device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first treatment device 10 and the second treatment device 20 are manufactured and assembled together in the space in which they are used. At this time, the second treatment device 20 is placed on the ground in the space in which they are used, and the first treatment device 10 is placed on the upper side of the second treatment device 20.

[0194] When the first processing device 10 is placed on the second processing device 20 in this manner, the upper end of the second front panel 122 serves as a guide for the correct attachment position of the first processing device 10.

[0195] For example, when an operator slides the first processing device 10 forward while positioning the first processing device 10 roughly above the second processing device 20, the lower part of the first processing device 10 can come into contact with the upper end part of the second front panel 122 positioned forward, thereby determining the optimal fastening position of the first processing device 10 based at least on the front-to-rear direction (X).

[0196] Furthermore, when the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 are fastened to each other so as to be stacked, the upper end portion of the second front panel 122 supports the first processing device 10 toward the rear, thereby maintaining a stable connection.

[0197] The second front panel 122 is formed to be longer in the vertical direction than the second side panel 125. That is, the second front panel 122 is formed so that its upper end is higher than the upper end of the second side panel 125 so that the upper end protrudes upward without impairing the overall design of the second processing device 20.

[0198] The top end of the second side panel 125 corresponds to the top end of the second processing device 20. Therefore, in one embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to increase only the vertical length of the second front panel 122 while maintaining the design values of the other panels in the second processing device 20.

[0199] For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, even if the height of the second front panel 122 is increased, the detergent opening 28 of the second treatment device 20 is positioned below the upper end of the second side panel 125. That is, in one embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to increase only the height of the second front panel 122 while maintaining the position of the detergent opening 28 and the vertical length of the second side panel 125 as they are.

[0200] As a result, as described above, when the first processing device 10 is stacked on top of the second processing device 20, the second front panel 122 acts as a stopper that determines the position of the first processing device 10, while at the same time increasing the height from the ground of the control panel 200 located on the top of the second front panel 122, thereby ensuring a position that is convenient for the user to use.

[0201] For example, in contrast to disposing the control panel 200 between the second front panel 122 and the first front panel 112, which have the same height as the second side panel 125, if the second front panel 122 has an increased height than the second side panel 125, the height of the control panel 200 will be relatively higher, thereby providing a position where the user can operate the control panel 200 with their hands or conveniently visually identify the display unit 213.

[0202] On the other hand, the lower end of the first front panel 112 is positioned higher than the lower end of the first processing device 10 or the lower end of the first side panel 115 so that the upper end of the second front panel 122 and the control panel 200 are positioned on the front side of the first processing device 10.

[0203] The upper end of the first front panel 112 is located at the same height as the upper end of the second side panel 125, and therefore the height or length in the vertical direction (Z) of the first front panel 112 is shorter than the height or length in the vertical direction (Z) of the first side panel 115.

[0204] Since the lower end of the first front panel 112 is positioned higher than the lower end of the first side panel 115 or the upper end of the second side panel 125, the lower part of the front of the first cabinet 110 is open or exposed forward, and the open lower part can be covered by the control panel 200 and the upper end of the second front panel 122.

[0205] The upper end of the second front panel 122 is located below the first front panel 112 and in front of the first side panel 115, and depending on the position of the lower end of the first front panel 112, the first side panel 115 is exposed forward to form a coupling relationship with the second processing device 20, or the second front panel 122 easily guides their arrangement.

[0206] The lower end of the first front panel 112 is spaced upward from the upper end of the second front panel 122, forming a space between the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122, and the control panel 200 is disposed in this space.

[0207] The control panel 200 is connected to the first front panel 112 at its upper portion and to the second front panel 122 at its lower portion. That is, the first front panel 112, the control panel 200 and the second front panel 122 form the front surface of the garment treatment device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the upper ends of the first front panel 112, the control panel 200 and the second front panel 122 form the front surface of the first treatment device 10.

[0208] The height of the first front panel 112 or the position of the bottom end of the first front panel 112 may vary depending on the height of the control panel 200 and the height of the top end of the second front panel 122 .

[0209] Meanwhile, in the clothing treatment device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122 have different lengths in the up-down direction (Z).

[0210] Referring to Figure 3, the length in the vertical direction (Z) of the second front panel 122, whose upper end is located in front of the underside of the first processing device 10, i.e., the height H3, is longer than the second cabinet 120 that forms the appearance of the second processing device 20.

[0211] In addition, the first front panel 112, whose lower end is disposed so as to be spaced upward from the second front panel 122, is formed so that its length in the vertical direction (Z), i.e., its height H2, is shorter than that of the first cabinet 110 or the first side panel 115 which form the appearance of the first processing device 10.

[0212] In this manner, the first front panel 112, which is installed at a reduced height so that the front of the lower side of the first processing device 10 is open, and the second front panel 122, which is installed at an increased height so that its upper end is located in front of the lower side of the first processing device 10, have different heights.

[0213] Furthermore, the length in the up-down direction (Z) of the second front panel 122, i.e., the height H3, is longer than the length in the up-down direction (Z) of the first front panel 112, i.e., the height H2. The deviation between the height H2 of the first front panel 112 and the height H3 of the second front panel 122 or the specific values of H2 and H3 may vary as required.

[0214] In one embodiment of the present invention, the height H2 of the first front panel 112 is formed shorter than the height H3 of the second front panel 122, so that the upper end or upper end of the second front panel 122 is located at the front side of the lower part of the first processing device 10 to support the first processing device 10 rearward, and a structure in which the lower end of the first front panel 112 is separated upward from the second front panel 122 is effectively realized.

[0215] Referring to FIG. 3, the control panel 200 is inserted into a space formed when the lower end of the first front panel 112 is spaced upward from the upper end of the second front panel 122 .

[0216] That is, the control panel 200 can be inserted between the lower end of the first front panel 112 and the upper end of the second front panel 122 and positioned at the lower front side of the first processing device 10. As described above, the control panel 200 is disposed between the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122, improving the convenience of use for the user.

[0217] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, the front portion 210 of the control panel 200 exposed forward between the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122 is positioned in line with the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122 in the vertical direction (Z).

[0218] That is, the front part 210 of the control panel 200 is located on one surface together with the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122. The first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122 may form one surface connected via the front part 210, and the control panel 200 may be connected to the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122 to form one surface.

[0219] The first front panel 112, the second front panel 122 and the front portion 210 of the control panel 200 together form a front surface of the garment treatment device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As also shown in FIG. 2, the front portion 210 of the control panel 200 extends along the lateral direction (Y) and has a width W corresponding to the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122.

[0220] Meanwhile, Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the control panel 200 separated from the clothing treatment device 1 in one embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Figs. 2 to 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, the front portion 210 of the control panel 200 includes a first display portion 214 and a second display portion 215.

[0221] The first display section 214 indicates the operating state of the first processing device 10 , and the second display section 215 indicates the operating state of the second processing device 20 .

[0222] In one embodiment of the present invention, a user can monitor and control the operation status of the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 through a single control panel 200 .

[0223] The front portion 210 of the control panel 200 is provided with a display portion 213 which allows the operating status of the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 to be visually confirmed, and the display portion 213 includes a first display portion 214 which shows the status of the first processing device 10 and a second display portion 215 which shows the status of the second processing device 20.

[0224] The first display unit 214 and the second display unit 215 may be provided in various forms, for example, as shown in Figures 2 and 4, in a form separated from each other, or in a form that shows information divided on a unified area.

[0225] In one embodiment of the present invention, a single control panel 200 is provided with a first display unit 214 showing the status of the first processing device 10 and a second display unit 215 showing the status of the second processing device 20, so that the user can easily check the status of the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 and can easily control the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 by operating the operation unit.

[0226] The operation unit may be provided in an integrated form for operating both the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20, or a first operation unit for operating the first processing device 10 and a second operation unit for operating the second processing device may be provided.

[0227] Meanwhile, FIG. 5 shows the control panel 200 which is coupled to the lower frame 300 described later, FIG. 6 shows a perspective view of the control panel 200 from the rear, and FIG. 7 shows a cross section of the control panel 200 which is coupled to the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122.

[0229] For example, the control panel 200 has an upper surface portion 220 extending rearward from the upper end of the front portion 210 which is connected to the first front panel 112, i.e., the lower portion of the first front panel 112, and a lower surface portion 230 extending rearward from the lower end of the front portion 210 which is connected to the second front panel 122, i.e., the upper portion of the second front panel 122.

[0230] The control panel 200 forms a stable connection structure by connecting the upper surface part 220 and the lower surface part 230 to the first front panel 112 or the second front panel 122, respectively. In addition, as will be described later, the side surface part 240 is connected to the lower frame 300, thereby improving connection stability.

[0231] There are various ways for the control panel 200 to be coupled to the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122. For example, the control panel 200 moves toward the first processing device 10 from the front of the first processing device 10 and is inserted between the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122. During the process of inserting the control panel 200, the panel fastening parts 260 provided on the upper part 220 and the lower part 230 are coupled to the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122, as described below.

[0232] 7, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second front panel 122 includes an upper bent portion 123 extending rearward from the upper end of the front surface 133. As shown in FIG.

[0233] The upper bent portion 123 is formed by bending the front surface 133 of the second front panel 122. That is, the upper bent portion 123 is formed by bending the upper end of the second front panel 122 backward.

[0234] The upper portion of the control panel 200 is coupled to the lower bent portion 113 of the first front panel 112 , and the lower portion is coupled to the upper bent portion 123 of the second front panel 122 .

[0235] Specifically, the control panel 200 inserted between the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122 is arranged so that its upper portion, i.e., the upper surface portion 220, faces the lower end bending portion 113 of the first front panel 112, and its lower portion, i.e., the lower surface portion 230, faces the upper end bending portion 123 of the second front panel 122.

[0236] The upper surface portion 220 of the control panel 200 is provided next to the bottom bent portion 113 of the first front panel 112, and the lower surface portion 230 of the control panel 200 is provided next to the top bent portion 123 of the second front panel 122. Furthermore, the bottom bent portion 113 of the first front panel 112 and the top bent portion 123 of the second front panel 122 are also provided next to each other.

[0237] An upper surface portion 220 provided on the upper side of the control panel 200 is coupled to the lower end bent portion 113 of the first front panel 112 , and a lower surface portion 230 provided on the lower side of the control panel 200 is coupled to the upper end bent portion 123 of the second front panel 122 .

[0238] The upper end bent portion 123 of the second front panel 122, whose upper end is located in front of the lower side of the first processing device 10, is located higher than the upper end of the second side panel 125 and supports the lower portion of the control panel 200, i.e., the lower surface portion 230.

[0239] In addition, the lower end of the first front panel 112 , which is spaced upward from the second front panel 122 , is supported by the upper part of the control panel 200 , that is, the upper surface part 220 .

[0240] That is, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first front panel 112, the control panel 200 and the second front panel 122 form a mutual support structure in the vertical direction (Z) by the upper end bending portion 123, the lower surface portion 230, the upper surface portion 220 and the lower end bending portion 113, thereby improving the structural stability of the clothing processing device 1.

[0241] Meanwhile, Fig. 5 shows a panel fastening portion 260 provided on the upper surface portion 220 of the control panel 200, and Fig. 6 shows a panel fastening portion 260 provided on the lower surface portion 230 of the control panel 200. Fig. 7 shows a schematic cross section of each panel fastening portion 260 provided on the upper surface portion 220 and the lower surface portion 230 of the control panel 200 coupled to the lower end bent portion 113 of the first front panel 112 or the upper end bent portion 123 of the second front panel 122.

[0242] 5 to 7, the upper surface portion 220 and the lower surface portion 230 each include a panel fastening portion 260 that is coupled to the lower end bent portion 113 or the upper end bent portion 123 that faces the upper surface portion 220 or 230, respectively.

[0243] The panel fastening portion 260 is provided in a hook type and coupled to the lower end bent portion 113 or the upper end bent portion 123, or is provided in a protrusion type and is inserted into the lower end bent portion 113 or the upper end bent portion 123 to be coupled thereto.

[0244] 5 to 7 show a panel fastening portion 260 that is inserted into and coupled to the lower bent portion 113 of the first front panel 112 and the upper bent portion 123 of the second front panel 122 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The number, position and shape of the panel fastening portions 260 may vary according to need.

[0245] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface portion 220 and the lower surface portion 230 each include an opening 262 that opens in the vertical direction (Z), and a fastening elastic portion 265 that extends from the inner side of the opening 262 and crosses the opening 262. [0285] In addition, the front portion 210 of the control panel 200 is positioned alongside the front surface 133 of the second front panel 122 in the vertical direction (Z), and the upper end fastening portion 124 is provided on the upper end bending portion 123 extending rearward on the second front panel 122, so that the upper end fastening portion 124 is positioned rearward of the front portion 210 of the control panel 200.

[0286] That is, the upper fastening portion 124 is located between the control panel 200 and the front bent portion 116 of the first side panel 115. Therefore, the upper fastening portion 124 is coupled to the front bent portion 116 of the first side panel 115 behind the front portion 210, and the coupled structure between the first side panel 115 and the upper fastening portion 124 is shielded from the outside by the control panel 200. Figure 7 shows the upper fastening portion 124 located behind the front portion 210 of the control panel 200.

[0287] 7, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper fastening portion 124 is located rearward of the lower surface portion 230 of the control panel 200. That is, the lower surface portion 230 extends such that its rear end is located forward of the upper fastening portion 124. As a result, when the control panel 200 is inserted between the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122 in front of the upper fastening portion 124 and coupled, structural interference between the control panel 200 and the upper fastening portion 124 can be avoided.

[0288] In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, the side portion 240 of the control panel 200 extends so that its rear end is located rearward of the bottom portion 230 and is disposed opposite the first side panel 115 .

[0289] That is, the extension length of the side portion 240 based on the front portion 210 is longer than the extension length of the bottom portion 230. The bottom portion 230 of the control panel 200 has a rear end located forward of the upper end fastening portion 124 to eliminate structural interference with the upper end fastening portion 124, etc., and the side portion 240 extends so that its rear end comes into contact with the first side panel 115 to shield the inside of the control panel 200 from the outside.

[0290] FIG. 6 shows a side portion 240 having an extension length in the front-rear direction (X) longer than that of the bottom portion 230 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0291] Meanwhile, FIG. 9 shows an upper frame 400 disposed between the upper end fastening portion 124 and the first side panel 115 according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 10 shows the upper frame 400 connected to the first processing device 10 as viewed from the front.

[0292] 9 and 10, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second processing device 20 includes an upper frame 400, which is connected to the second side panel 125 between the second front panel 122 and the second side panel 125, and an upper end portion located above the second side panel 125 is connected to the front end bending portion 116 together with the upper end fastening portion 124.

[0293] That is, the lower end of the upper frame 400 is located between the second front panel 122 and the second side panel 125 , and the upper end protrudes above the second side panel 125 .

[0294] Specifically, the upper frame 400 is located at the upper side on the front surface of the second processing device 20 and is coupled to the second side panel 125 of the second processing device 20. Also, the upper frame 400 is coupled to the first processing device 10 to fasten the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 to each other.

[0295] The upper frame 400 is disposed on the rear side of the second front panel 122, and in front of the second top panel and the second side panel 125 of the second processing device 20, as shown in Fig. 17. That is, the upper frame 400 is disposed between the second front panel 122 and the second side panel 125.

[0296] The upper frame 400 is coupled to the second side panel 125 on both sides in the lateral direction (Y), and may also be coupled to the second front panel 122 at the front. The upper frame 400 contributes to improving the structural stability and strength of the upper side of the second processing device 20.

[0297] The upper frame 400 is fixed to the second processing device 20, and its upper portion extending upward is coupled to the underside of the first processing device 10. The upper frame 400 has a surface aligned with the second front panel 122 and is disposed on the front side of the second processing device 20.

[0298] An upper portion of the upper frame 400 is coupled to the front bent portion 116 of the first side panel 115. The upper frame 400 is coupled to the front bent portion 116 of the first side panel 115 together with the upper fastening portion 124 of the second front panel 122.

[0299] That is, the upper end fastening portion 124 is provided at the upper end of the second front panel 122 and is connected to the first processing device 10, and the upper end fastening portion 124 is provided to cover the upper frame 400 from the front, that is, the upper end fastening portion 124 can be connected to the first processing device 10 together with the upper frame 400 while covering the front surface of the upper frame 400.

[0300] The upper frame 400 is provided in the shape of a plate having a surface aligned with the front surface 133 of the second front panel 122, and is disposed between the second front panel 122 and the second side panel 125 in the second processing device 20 and connected to the second side panel 125, and an upper portion protruding upward from the second processing device 20 is disposed between the upper end fastening portion 124 of the second front panel 122 and the front end bent portion 116 of the first side panel 115 and connected to the front end bent portion 116 of the first side panel 115. The upper frame 400 is connected to the front end bent portion 116 together with the upper end fastening portion 124.

[0301] Meanwhile, FIG. 8 shows the upper end fastening portion 124 and the upper frame 400 being connected to the first side panel 115 via the insulating connecting member 450, and FIG. 9 shows the upper end fastening portion 124, the upper frame 400 and the insulating connecting member 450 being separated from each other.

[0302] As shown in Figures 8 and 9, a clothing processing device 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an insulating connecting member 450 disposed between the upper frame 400 and the front end bending portion 116 to insulate the upper frame 400 and the upper end fastening portion 124 from the front end bending portion 116.

[0303] In one embodiment of the present invention, the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 correspond to devices independent of each other, and each includes an electrical component therein, such as a motor or a control unit.

[0304] When a leak occurs in either the first processing device 10 or the second processing device 20, it is necessary to prevent the leaked electricity from affecting the remaining one.

[0305] That is, the first processing apparatus 10 and the second processing apparatus 20 must be electrically insulated from each other to prevent leakage between them.

[0306] Therefore, in one embodiment of the present invention, an insulating connecting member 450 is used to connect the upper frame 400 of the second processing device 20 to the first processing device 10, and the upper frame 400 is connected to the first processing device 10 via the insulating connecting member 450.

[0307] The insulating connecting member 450 is made of an insulating material, which may be a plastic material, a rubber material, or a mixture of plastic and rubber, depending on the requirements.

[0308] The insulating connection member 450 fastens the upper frame 400 and the first side panel 115 to each other, and insulates between the upper frame 400 and the first processing apparatus 10. Figures 16 and 17 show a structure in which the upper frame 400 is connected to the first side panel 115 of the first processing apparatus 10 through the insulating connection member 450 and is insulated from the first side panel 115 according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0309] The insulating connection member 450 may be provided in various shapes and may fasten the first processing device 10 and the upper frame 400 in various fastening manners. For example, the insulating connection member 450 may be provided in a hook shape, a fastening member (to be described later) may be inserted into the insulating connection member 450, or the insulating connection member 450 may be in contact with one surface of the upper frame 400.

[0310] Referring to FIG. 10, in one embodiment of the present invention, the lower portions of the upper frame 400 on both sides in the lateral direction (Y) are connected to the second side panel 125, and the upper portions of the upper frame 400 are connected to the first side panel 115 via insulating connecting members 450.

[0311] The upper frame 400 is provided with a surface aligned with the front surface 133 of the second front panel 122, extends in the lateral direction (Y), and at least a portion of both sides in the lateral direction (Y) is disposed in front of the second side panel 125.

[0312] The lower portion of the upper frame 400 is connected to the second side panel 125 and the upper portion is connected to the first side panel 115. That is, the upper frame 400 is connected to both the first front panel 112 of the first processing device 10 and the second front panel 122 of the second processing device 20 on both sides in the lateral direction (Y).

[0313] Meanwhile, FIG. 11 shows a perspective view of the insulating connecting member 450, and FIG. 12 shows a cross-sectional view showing the coupling structure of the first side panel 115, the insulating connecting member 450 and the upper frame 400.

[0314] 11 and 12, in one embodiment of the present invention, the insulating connecting member 450 includes a first fastening portion 460 and a second fastening portion 470. The first fastening portion 460 is coupled to the first side panel 115, and the second fastening portion 470 is coupled to the upper frame 400, and the second fastening portion 470 can provide insulation between the upper frame 400 and the first side panel 115.

[0315] Specifically, the insulating connecting member 450 has a first fastening portion 460 and a second fastening portion 470 connected to each other, and the insulating connecting member 450 is fixed to the first side panel 115 by the first fastening portion 460 being coupled to the first side panel 115.

[0316] The upper frame 400 is fixed to the insulating connecting member 450, which is fixed to the first side panel 115, thereby forming a fixed or coupled structure between the upper frame 400 and the first side panel 115.

[0317] The manner of connection between the first fastening portion 460 and the first side panel 115 and the manner of connection between the second fastening portion 470 and the upper frame 400 may vary according to need. For example, a fitting or hook type connection may be used, and the mutual connection may be formed by a fastening member penetrating the insulating connecting member 450 as shown in Figs. 11 and 12.

[0318] The upper frame 400 is connected to the first side panel 115 via an insulating connecting member 450 made of an insulating material, so that insulation between the upper frame 400 and the first side panel 115 is achieved by the insulating connecting member 450 .

[0319] For example, as shown in FIG. 19, the second fastening portion 470 of the upper frame 400 is located between the upper frame 400 and the first side panel 115 to prevent the two from directly contacting each other and to insulate the two from each other.

[0320] Meanwhile, the first fastening portion 460 is provided extending upward from the second fastening portion 470 connected to the upper frame 400, and the upper frame 400 connected to the second fastening portion 470 is fastened to the first side panel 115 via the first fastening portion 460.

[0321] The upper frame 400 has its upwardly extending side connected to the second fastening portion 470 in the second processing device 20, and the first fastening portion 460 is connected to the first side panel 115 while being connected to the second fastening portion 470, so that the first fastening portion 460 is located above the second fastening portion 470.

[0322] That is, a first fastening portion 460 located at the upper portion of the insulating connecting member 450 is connected to the first side panel 115, and a second fastening portion 470 located at the lower portion of the insulating connecting member 450 faces the side of the upper frame 400 and is connected to the upper frame 400.

[0323] In other words, the first fastening portion 460 is provided to extend upward from the second fastening portion 470, and the second fastening portion 470 is provided to extend downward from the first fastening portion 460.

[0324] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 11, in one embodiment of the present invention, a fastening member is included to form a coupling structure of the insulating connection member 450 , and the fastening member includes a first fastening member 462 and a second fastening member 472 .

[0325] The first fastening member 462 penetrates both the first fastening portion 460 and the first side panel 115 to fasten the first fastening portion 460 to the first side panel 115, and the second fastening member 472 penetrates the upper frame 400 and is inserted into the second fastening portion 470 to fasten the upper frame 400 to the second fastening portion 470.

[0326] That is, the upper end fastening portion 124 of the first front panel 112 and the upper frame 400 are coupled to the insulating connecting member 450 or the first side panel 115 by a fastening member, i.e., the second fastening member 472. The second fastening portion 470 can insulate between the second fastening member 472 and the first side panel 115.

[0327] Specifically, the insulating connecting member 450 is connected to the first side panel 115 and the upper frame 400 via a first fastening member 462 and a second fastening member 472. The first fastening member 462 is provided in the form of a screw or a rivet, and penetrates both the first fastening portion 460 and the first side panel 115.

[0328] Because the first fastening member 462 does not directly contact the upper frame 400 , the first fastening portion 460 does not need to provide insulation between the first fastening member 462 and the first side panel 115 .

[0329] Meanwhile, the upper frame 400 is penetrated by the second fastening members 472, and the second fastening members 472 penetrating the upper frame 400 are coupled to the second fastening portions 470 of the insulating connecting member 450. At this time, the second fastening portions 470 are formed to insulate the second fastening members 472 and the first side panel 115 from each other.

[0330] The second fastening member 472, which penetrates the upper frame 400 and contacts and is electrically connected to the upper frame 400, needs to be electrically insulated from the first side panel 115, and therefore, the insulating connecting member 450 according to one embodiment of the present invention is formed such that the second fastening portion 470 insulates between the second fastening member 472 and the first side panel 115.

[0331] There are various ways in which the second fastening portion 470 insulates between the second fastening member 472 and the first side panel 115. For example, the second fastening portion 470 is disposed on the front side of the first side panel 115, and the second fastening member 472 is inserted and coupled only to the second fastening portion 470, excluding the first side panel 115, while penetrating the upper frame 400, thereby being insulated from the first side panel 115.

[0332] 11 and 12, the second fastening portion 470 may surround the second fastening member 472 to provide insulation between the first side panel 115 and the second fastening member 472. As shown in FIG.

[0333] 11 and 12, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second fastening portion 470 includes a fastening insulator 474. The fastening insulator 474 extends through the first side panel 115, and at least a portion of the second fastening member 472 is inserted into the fastening insulator 474 to provide insulation between the second fastening member 472 and the first side panel 115.

[0334] The fastening insulator 474 is provided in a hollow shape and extends in the insertion direction of the second fastening member 472 to penetrate the first side panel 115. That is, the second fastening member 472 is formed to penetrate both the upper frame 400 and the first side panel 115, and the portion that penetrates the first side panel 115 may be surrounded by the fastening insulator 474.

[0335] The second fastening member 472 that penetrates the upper frame 400 penetrates the second fastening portion 470 and is inserted into and coupled to the fastening insulator 474. The second fastening member 472 can penetrate the upper frame 400 or the first side panel 115 in the longitudinal direction, like a screw or a rivet.

[0336] The fastening insulator 474 allows the second fastening member 472 to have a length that penetrates the first side panel 115 together with the upper frame 400 and is connected to the second fastening part 470, thereby improving the connection strength. Since the second fastening member 472 is ultimately inserted and connected inside the fastening insulator 474 of the second fastening part 470, insulation is provided between the first side panel 115 and the second fastening member 472. As a result, the upper frame 400, which is electrically connected to the second fastening member 472, is insulated from the first side panel 115.

[0337] The fastening insulator 474 may be provided with an extended end sealed so that the second fastening member 472 is housed inside, or the extended end may be open so that the end of the second fastening member 472 is exposed to the outside of the fastening insulator 474.

[0338] The fastening insulator 474 may surround at least a portion of the second fastening member 472 that is aligned with the first side panel 115 to accommodate at least a portion of the second fastening member 472 and provide insulation between the first side panel 115 and the second fastening member 472. The first fastening member 462 and the second fastening member 472 may be spaced apart from each other so as to be electrically isolated from each other.

[0339] Meanwhile, the fastening insulation portion 474 is provided so as to penetrate the front end bent portion 116 of the first side panel 115. The front end bent portion 116 has a surface aligned with the first front panel 112, and the first fastening member 462 and the second fastening portion 470 have a length extending in the front-rear direction (X) and are provided so as to penetrate the front end bent portion 116 along the front-rear direction (X).

[0340] The insulating connecting member 450 and the upper frame 400 are located in front of the front end bent portion 116 of the first side panel 115 , and the fastening insulating portion 474 can extend rearward from the second fastening portion 470 to pass through the front end bent portion 116 .

[0341] That is, as shown in FIG. 12, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper end fastening portion 124, the upper frame 400, the insulating connecting member 450 and the front end bending portion 116 are stacked in order, and a fastening member, i.e., the second fastening member 472, can penetrate from the upper end fastening portion 124 to the front end bending portion 116 to fix the upper end fastening portion 124.

[0342] The second fastening member 472 is coupled to the second fastening portion 470 by being at least partially inserted into the fastening insulator 474 of the second fastening portion 470 of the insulating connecting member 450. Since the second fastening portion 470 has the fastening insulator 474 penetrating the second side panel 125, the bonding force between the insulating connecting member 450 and the first side panel 115 is strengthened, and the bonding force between the second fastening member 472 and the second fastening portion 470 is also strengthened, thereby improving structural stability.

[0343] Meanwhile, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper end fastening portion 124 of the second front panel 122 is penetrated by a second fastening member 472 together with the upper frame 400 and fastened to a second fastening portion 470 .

[0344] FIG. 12 shows a cross section of the upper end fastening portion 124, the upper frame 400, the insulating connecting member 450, and the front end bending portion 116 of the first side panel 115, which are stacked and connected by a fastening member, i.e., the second fastening member 472.

[0345] The upper fastening portion 124 overlaps with the upper frame 400 and the insulating connecting member 450 in the front-rear direction (X), and the second fastening member 472 penetrates the upper fastening portion 124, the upper frame 400, the insulating connecting member 450, and the first side panel 115 of the second front panel 122 in that order to be coupled to the second fastening portion 470 of the insulating connecting member 450. The upper fastening portion 124 may be electrically connected to the second fastening member 472 and the upper frame 400.

[0346] Since the second front panel 122 is connected to the first side panel 115 by the upper end fastening portion 124, the fixing force of the second front panel 122 is improved and at the same time, the fastening structure between the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 is reinforced, which is advantageous.

[0347] Note that Fig. 13 shows a lower frame 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 shows the lower frame 300 provided at the lower part of the front side of the first processing device 10, Fig. 8 shows the lower frame 300 coupled to the first processing device 10 above the upper end fastening part 124, and Fig. 9 shows the lower frame 300 of Fig. 8 separated from the first side panel 115 of the first processing device 10.

[0348] 4 and 13, in the garment processing device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first processing device 10 further includes a lower frame 300. The lower frame 300 is coupled to the control panel 200 at the rear of the control panel 200 to fix the control panel 200.

[0349] The lower frame 300 is provided to be coupled to and fixed to the control panel 200 inserted between the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122. The lower frame 300 is provided below the first front panel 112 and behind the control panel 200.

[0350] That is, the lower frame 300 is located below the first front panel 112 , in front of the first side panel 115 , and behind the control panel 200 to be coupled to the control panel 200 .

[0351] The lower frame 300 is coupled to the control panel 200 while being fixed to the first processing device 10. There are various ways of coupling with the control panel 200. For example, the side portion 240 of the control panel 200 is coupled to the side end extension portion 330 of the lower frame 300 to fix the control panel 200.

[0352] 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, the lower frame 300 is coupled to the first side panels 115 on both sides in the lateral direction (Y) facing each other.

The upper end extension portion 320 extends along the lateral direction (Y) like the main frame surface 310 and extends forward from the main frame surface 310.

[0370] The upper coupling part 350 is provided on the upper end extension part 320. The upper coupling part 350 protrudes upward from the upper end extension part 320 located below the first front panel 112 and is coupled to the lower part of the first front panel 112.

[0371] The number, position, shape, and manner of coupling the upper coupling parts 350 to the first front panel 112 may vary according to need. The upper coupling parts 350 include a panel inserting part 353 that is inserted into the lower bent part 113 of the first front panel 112.

[0372] The lower bent portion 113 is provided next to the upper extension portion 320 , and the upper coupling portion 350 includes a panel insertion portion 353 that protrudes toward the lower bent portion 113 and passes through the lower bent portion 113 .

[0373] The panel inserting portion 353 passes through the lower end bent portion 113 of the first front panel 112 and is inserted into the lower portion of the first front panel 112. The upper coupling portion 350 is coupled to the first front panel 112 as the panel inserting portion 353 passes through the lower end bent portion 113.

[0374] In one embodiment of the present invention, the lower frame 300 is connected to and fixed with the first side panel 115, connected to the front control panel 200 to fix the control panel 200, and connected to the first front panel 112 via the upper end extension 320 to support the first front panel 112, thereby effectively improving the structural stability of the clothing treatment device 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0375] 15 is a cross-sectional view of the lower frame 300, the control panel 200, and the first front panel 112 fastened to each other. With reference to FIGS. 14 and 15, in one embodiment of the present invention, the panel insertion portion 353 extends at least partially at an angle such that the upper end is positioned forward of the lower end.

[0376] That is, the panel insertion portion 353 is inclined forward as it approaches the upper portion. The inclined portion of the panel insertion portion 353 may be formed on the entire panel insertion portion 353 or on only a part of the panel insertion portion 353.

[0377] Because the panel insertion portion 353 extends at an angle, its upper end is positioned close to the front, which causes the lower end bending portion 113 of the first front panel 112 to move from the front to the rear, making it easier to insert the panel insertion portion 353 and strengthening the fixing force of the first front panel 112 with the panel insertion portion 353 inserted.

[0378] Meanwhile, the upper joint portion 350 further includes an upward extension portion 354. The upward extension portion 354 extends from the upper end extension portion 320 toward the lower end bending portion 113. The panel insert portion 353 is provided at the upper end of the upward extension portion 354 and penetrates the lower end bending portion 113.

[0379] The first front panel 112, for example, the lower bent portion 113 of the first front panel 112 and the upper extension portion 320 are spaced apart from each other. The upper surface portion 220 of the control panel 200 is inserted between the upper extension portion 320 and the first front panel 112.

[0380] The upper joint portion 350 includes an upward extension portion 354 extending upward from the upper end extension portion 320 , and a panel insertion portion 353 extending from the upward extension portion 354 is inserted into the first front panel 112 .

[0381] The upper coupling part 350 includes a first upper coupling part 351 and a second upper coupling part 352. The upward extension part 354 is included in the first upper coupling part 351. That is, in the first upper coupling part 351, the upward extension part 354 extending from the upper end extension part 320 extends to the lower end bending part 113 of the first front panel 112, and the panel insertion part 353 is provided at the upper end of the upward extension part 354 and is inserted into the first front panel 112 by penetrating the lower end bending part 113.

[0382] The shape and extension direction of the upward extension portion 354 may vary, and FIG. 14 shows an embodiment of the present invention in which a plate-shaped panel insertion portion 353 extending inclined forward is provided at the upper end of the plate-shaped upward extension portion 354.

[0383] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper connecting portion 350 may include an upper support portion, and the upper support portion may be provided with the panel insert portion 353. For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper connecting portion 350 may include a second upper connecting portion 352, and the second upper connecting portion 352 may include an upper support portion, and the upper support portion may be provided with the panel insert portion 353.

[0384] Specifically, the upper support portion is provided on the upper end extension portion 320 and supports the lower end bent portion 113. That is, the upper end of the upper support portion contacts the lower end bent portion 113 and supports the lower end bent portion 113 upward.

[0385] The upper support portion has a surface for supporting the lower bent portion 113 or is provided in the form of a protrusion so as to contact the lower bent portion 113 .

[0386] When an upper support portion is provided in the upper joint portion 350, for example, in the case of a second upper joint portion 352 including an upper support portion, a panel insertion portion 353 is provided on the upper support portion and passes through the lower end bent portion 113.

[0387] That is, the second upper joining portion 352 is provided so that the upper support portion contacts the lower end bending portion 113 at the upper end extension portion 320, and the panel insertion portion 353 is provided so as to protrude upward from the upper support portion contacting the lower end bending portion 113 and penetrates the lower end bending portion 113.

[0388] As described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper joint portion 350 is configured to include an upper support portion that supports the lower end bending portion 113, and the lower portion of the first front panel 112 is supported upward by the lower frame 300, thereby providing structural stability.

[0389] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 14 , the upper support portion is spaced upward from the upper end extension portion 320 and includes an upper support surface 357 arranged alongside the lower end bent portion 113 to support the lower end bent portion 113 , and the panel insertion portion 353 extends from the upper support surface 357 .

[0390] The upper support surface 357 is provided adjacent to the lower end bent portion 113 and also adjacent to the upper end extension portion 320. That is, the upper support surface 357 is provided in a form offset upward from the upper end extension portion 320.

[0391] The upper support surface 357 preferably comes into surface contact with the lower surface of the lower end bent portion 113 to support the first front panel 112 .

[0392] In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper support portion further includes an upper connecting portion 358 that connects the upper support surface 357 and the upper end extension portion 320, and the panel insertion portion 353 is provided at the front end of the upper support surface 357 and extends at least partially inclined so that the upper end is located forward of the lower end.

[0393] The upper support surface 357 is formed in a plate shape and is arranged next to the lower end bent portion 113, and is connected to the upper end extension portion 320 by an upper connecting portion 358. That is, the upper support portion has the upper support surface 357 connected to the upper end extension portion 320 by the upper connecting portion 358.

[0394] Meanwhile, in the case of the second upper coupling part 352 having an upper support part, the panel inserting part 353 extends upward from the front end, i.e., the front side, of the upper support surface 357. As a result, the first front panel 112 is supported on the upper support surface 357 while moving rearward above the lower frame 300, and the panel inserting part 353 penetrates the lower end bent part 113 to be coupled.

[0395] In addition, the upper connecting parts 358 are provided on both sides and the rear side of the upper support surface 357 to stably fix the upper support surface 357 to the upper extension part 320 .

[0396] In one embodiment of the present invention, the upper connecting portion 350 includes a first upper connecting portion 351 having an upward extension portion 354 and connecting to the first front panel 112, and a second upper connecting portion 352 including an upper support portion and supporting and fixing the first front panel 112, thereby efficiently determining the connecting strength and supporting strength between the first front panel 112 and the lower frame 300. The number and positions of the first upper connecting portion 351 and the second upper connecting portion 352 can be varied as required.

[0397] As shown in Figures 13 and 14, in a clothing processing device 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention, the lower frame 300 includes side end extensions 330, which extend forward on both sides of the lower frame 300 and are connected to the control panel 200.

[0398] As described above, the lower frame 300 has a main frame surface 310 that separates the control panel 200 from the inside of the first processing device 10, and is provided with an upper end extension 320 for supporting and fixing the lower portion of the first front panel 112.

[0399] Furthermore, in one embodiment of the present invention, side end extensions 330 are provided extending forward from both sides in the lateral direction (Y) of the main frame surface 310, so that the lower frame 300 is connected to the first front panel 112 on the upper side and at the same time connected to the control panel 200 on the front side via the side end extensions 330, thereby realizing efficient space utilization and connection structure.

[0400] The side extensions 330 include a first side extension 332 provided on one side of the lower frame 300 in the side direction (Y) and a second side extension 334 provided on the other side of the lower frame 300 in the side direction (Y).

[0401] 13, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first side end extension 332 includes a hook insertion portion 336 into which a side hook 246 provided on the control panel 200 is inserted, and the second side end extension 334 includes a through coupling portion 338 that is coupled to a through member 248 that penetrates the control panel 200. FIG 11 shows the first side end extension 332 provided with the hook insertion portion 336 as viewed from the rear.

[0402] The first side end extension portion 332 includes a hook insertion portion 336 into which a side hook 246 provided on the control panel 200 is inserted. The control panel 200 includes a first side portion 242 on one side in the lateral direction (Y), and the side hook 246 is provided on an inner side of the first side portion 242.

[0403] Specifically, the first side end extension portion 332 is provided on one side of the main frame surface 310 in the lateral direction (Y) so as to face the inner surface of the first side portion 242, and the side hook 246 is provided between the first side portion 242 and the first side end extension portion 332.

[0404] The side hooks 246 protrude toward the first side end extension 332 and are inserted into the hook insertion portions 336 of the first side end extension 332 to secure the control panel 200 to the lower frame 300 .

[0405] The side hook 246 protrudes from one side to the other in the lateral direction (Y) of the control panel 200 and is inserted into the first side end extension 332 of the lower frame 300 .

[0406] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the control panel 200 further includes a hook extension 247. The hook extension 247 extends rearward from the front portion 210, is located between the first side portion 242 and the first side end extension portion 332, and is spaced apart from the first side portion 242, and has a side hook 246 provided at its extended end.

[0407] The hook extension portion 247 extends rearward from the rear surface of the front portion 210 of the control panel 200 and is spaced apart from the inner surface of the first side portion 242, i.e., the surface of the first side portion 242 facing the other side in the lateral direction (Y) of the control panel 200.

[0408] The side hook 246 and hook extension 247 are provided between the first side portion 242 of the control panel 200 and the first side end extension 332 of the lower frame 300, and the side hook 246 is provided at the end of the hook extension 247 spaced apart from the first side portion 242, so that the hook extension 247 is bent and deformed so that the side hook 246 is inserted into the hook insertion portion 336 during the process of inserting the control panel 200.

[0409] For example, if the hook extension portion 247 is in close contact with the first side portion 242 or the side hook 246 is provided on the inner surface of the first side portion 242, during the process of inserting the control panel 200, deformation occurs in the first side portion 242 of the control panel 200 itself as the side hook 246 reaches the hook insertion portion 336 of the first side end extension portion 332, resulting in inconvenience or damage to the connection.

[0410] However, in one embodiment of the present invention, a side hook 246 is provided on a hook extension portion 247 spaced apart from the first side portion 242, so that during the process of connecting the control panel 200 and the lower frame 300, the hook extension portion 247 is partially bent and the side hook 246 moves toward the hook insertion portion 336, thereby enabling effective connection.

[0411] Meanwhile, the control panel 200 is provided with a second side portion 244 on the other side in the side direction (Y), and the side end extension portion 330 further includes a second side end extension portion 334. The second side end extension portion 334 is provided on the other side in the side direction (Y) of the main frame surface 310 and faces the inner surface of the second side portion 244.

[0412] The second side portion 244 of the control panel 200 is penetrated by the penetration member 248, and the second side end extension portion 334 of the lower frame 300 positioned to face the inner surface side of the second side portion 244 includes a penetration coupling portion 338 to which the penetration member 248 is coupled. Figure 5 shows the penetration member 248 penetrating the second side portion 244 of the control panel 200 and coupled to the penetration coupling portion 338 provided on the second side end extension portion 334 of the lower frame 300.

[0413] The through-coupling portion 338 is penetrated by the penetrating member 248 like the second side portion 244, or is coupled by inserting the penetrating member 248 that penetrates the second side portion 244. The penetrating member 248 may have various shapes such as a screw shape or a rivet shape.

[0414] In one embodiment of the present invention, the first side end extension portion 332 of the lower frame 300 is connected to the first side portion 242 of the control panel 200 via the hook insertion portion 336, and the second side end extension portion 334 of the lower frame 300 is connected to the second side portion 244 of the control panel 200 via the through-connection portion 338, thereby improving assembly efficiency and realizing a structure with excellent connection stability.

[0415] For example, when the first side end extension 332 and the second side end extension 334 of the lower frame 300 are both hook-connected to the control panel 200 via the hook insertion portion 336, the connection stability is lower than when the penetrating member 248 is used, and it is disadvantageous in separating the control panel 200 when necessary.

[0416] Furthermore, if the first side end extension 332 and the second side end extension 334 of the lower frame 300 are both connected to the control panel 200 using the penetrating member 248, there is no means for fixing the control panel 200 in an appropriate connection position with the lower frame 300, and additional steps and configurations are required in the assembly process, which is disadvantageous.

[0417] Thus, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first side portion 242 of the control panel 200 and the first side end extension portion 332 of the lower frame 300 are connected to each other via the side hook 246 and the hook insertion portion 336, thereby effectively fixing the position of the control panel 200 at the initial stage of connection of the control panel 200.

[0418] In addition, the second side portion 244 of the control panel 200 and the second side end extension portion 334 of the lower frame 300 are pierced and connected to each other via the penetrating member 248 and the piercing connection portion 338, making it easy to connect and disconnect and maintaining a stable connection structure.

[0419] 13 to 15 again, in one embodiment of the present invention, the main frame surface 310 of the lower frame 300 is curved so that the front surface is convex and the rear surface is concave, and a protrusion 316 is provided at the rear to form a space.

[0420] The protrusions 316 are aligned in the longitudinal direction of the main frame surface 310 and extend along the lateral direction (Y) of the lower frame 300. In addition, the front surface of the protrusions 316 is convex and the rear surface is concave, so that a space is secured behind and the protrusions 316 do not interfere with the components inside the first processing device 10.

[0421] Fig. 15 shows that the base cabinet 15 of the first processing device 10 is provided behind the main frame surface 310 of the lower frame 300 according to one embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 8 shows that the convex portion 316 of the main frame surface 310 is bent to correspond to the base cabinet 15, and a space is secured in which the base cabinet 15 can be provided without interference between the lower frame 300 and the base cabinet 15 located at the rear. The base cabinet 15 corresponds to the first lower panel of the first processing device 10, or is provided on the first lower panel.

[0422] The protrusion 316 is formed including the upper side of the main frame surface 310, and the upper end extension 320 extends from the protrusion 316. That is, the protrusion 316 has a shape in which the space on the rear side is open upward.

[0423] The protrusion 316 extends downward from the upper end of the main frame surface 310 along the lateral direction (Y). The connection hole 312 is provided on the protrusion 316 or is positioned to avoid the protrusion 316.

[0424] The lower frame 300 has a convex portion 316 formed to include the upper end of the main frame surface 310, and the rear space is open upward, so that the arrangement space for the base cabinet 15 and the like located behind the lower frame 300 can be effectively secured, and the support strength of the first front panel 112 supported by the upper end extension portion 320 can be effectively improved.

[0425] As described above, the lower frame 300 includes the upper coupling portion 350, and in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface portion 220 of the control panel 200 has a coupling portion receiving groove 269 into which the upper coupling portion 350 of the lower frame 300 is inserted and received.

[0426] FIG. 5 shows the control panel 200 coupled to the lower frame 300 such that the upper coupling portions 350 are positioned within the coupling portion receiving grooves 269.

[0427] Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface portion 220 of the control panel 200 is inserted between the lower end bend portion 113 and the upper end extension portion 320, and as described above, the upper end extension portion 320 includes an upper coupling portion 350 that protrudes upward and is inserted into the lower end bend portion 113.

[0428] In addition, the top surface portion 220 includes a coupling portion receiving groove 269 that is open rearward and into which the upper coupling portion 350 is inserted from the rear.

[0429] The connection portion accommodating groove 269 has a shape extending in the front-to-rear direction (X) taking into consideration the insertion direction of the control panel 200, and is wider than the upper connection portion 350. The rear end portion is positioned opposite the upper connection portion 350, and the upper connection portion 350 is inserted inside through the rear end portion which is open to the rear.

[0430] That is, while the control panel 200 is moved from the front to the rear of the lower frame 300 and inserted therein, the upper coupling portion 350 of the lower frame 300 moves from the rear to the front of the coupling portion receiving groove 269 and is inserted into the coupling portion receiving groove 269 .

[0431] As a result, even in a structure in which an upper end extension portion 320 having an upper connecting portion 350 that connects to the first front panel 112 and supports the first front panel 112 is provided on the lower frame 300 and the upper surface portion 220 of the control panel 200 is inserted between the upper end extension portion 320 and the lower end bending portion 113 of the first front panel 112, the upper connecting portion 350 that protrudes from the upper end extension portion 320 of the lower frame 300 toward the lower end bending portion 113 can be positioned without structural interference due to the connecting portion accommodating groove 269, and the upper surface portion 220 of the control panel 200 can also be inserted between the first front panel 112 and the upper end extension portion 320 of the lower frame 300 without interference from the upper connecting portion 350.

[0432] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the control panel 200 further includes an electrical component part 224 and an electrical component coupling part 228, and the upper end extension part 320 of the lower frame 300 includes a front receiving groove 324 into which the electrical component coupling part 228 is inserted and received.

[0433] On the other hand, Figure 6 shows an electrical connection part 228 that protrudes inward from the upper surface of the control panel 200, Figure 7 shows the electrical part 224 inside the control panel 200 and the electrical connection part 228 that protrudes downward from the inner surface of the upper part 220 of the control panel 200, and Figure 13 shows a lower frame 300 in which a front storage groove 324 is formed.

[0434] The electrical component coupling parts 228 protrude downward from the inner surface of the upper surface part 220 and are coupled to the electrical component part 224 in the control panel 200. A plurality of electrical component coupling parts 228 are provided, and as shown in Fig. 6, each of them has a protrusion shape and is inserted into a groove provided in the electrical component part 224, or as shown in Fig. 7, each of them is provided so as to support the rear surface of the electrical component part 224 from behind.

[0435] Meanwhile, the upper end extension portion 320 of the lower frame 300 is located below the upper surface portion 220 of the control panel 200, thereby interfering with the movement of the control panel 200, in which the electrical connection portion 228 contacts the front end of the upper end extension portion 320, during the insertion process of the control panel 200.

[0436] 13, in one embodiment of the present invention, a front receiving groove 324 is formed at the front end of the upper extension part 320, into which the electrical connector 228 is inserted and received.

[0437] The front receiving groove 324 is disposed to face the electrical component connecting portion 228. That is, the front receiving groove 324 is located behind the electrical component connecting portion 228. The front receiving groove 324 extends in the front-rear direction (X) taking into consideration the connecting direction of the control panel 200, and the front end is open forward.

[0438] When the control panel 200 is inserted between the first front panel 112 and the second front panel 122 , the electrical connector 228 is inserted into the front receiving groove 324 through the open front end of the front receiving groove 324 .

[0439] In addition, as shown in Figures 6 and 7, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface portion 220 of the control panel 200 is configured so that the length extending rearward from the front surface portion 210 is shorter than that of the lower surface portion 230, thereby preventing interference with the upper end extension portion 320 of the lower frame 300.

[0440] As described above, the upper surface portion 220 of the control panel 200 is disposed adjacent to the upper end extension portion 320 of the lower frame 300 in the vertical direction (Z), the upper end extension portion 320 of the lower frame 300 has an upper connection portion 350 that is connected to the first front panel 112, and the upper surface portion 220 of the control panel 200 has an electrical connection portion 228.

[0441] As such, the upper end extension 320 of the lower frame 300 and the upper surface 220 of the control panel 200 each include configurations for connection and support relative to each other or relative to the first front panel 112, which may result in structural interference between them.

[0442] Taking into consideration the above structural features, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface 220 of the control panel 200 is formed shorter than the lower surface 230, thereby preventing structural interference between the upper end extensions 320 of the lower frame 300 and effectively improving the structural freedom between them.

[0443] Meanwhile, as described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface 220 of the control panel 200 is provided with the upper surface fastening elastic portion 266 and the lower surface 230 is provided with the lower surface fastening elastic portion 267 .

[0444] Referring to FIG. 6, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper fastening elastic portion 266 is arranged to cross the upper opening 263 along the lateral direction (Y) of the control panel 200, and the lower fastening elastic portion 267 is arranged to cross the lower opening 264 along the front-rear direction (X) of the control panel 200.

[0445] That is, the upper fastening elastic portion 266 extends along the side direction (Y) of the control panel 200, and the lower fastening elastic portion 267 extends along the front-rear direction (X) of the control panel 200. The upper opening 263 also extends in the side direction (Y) like the upper fastening elastic portion 266, and the lower opening 264 extends in the front-rear direction (X) like the lower fastening elastic portion 267.

[0446] As described above, since at least a portion of the upper end extension portion 320 of the lower frame 300 overlaps with the upper surface portion 220 of the control panel 200 and has a coupling relationship with the first front panel 112, etc., the upper surface portion 220 of the control panel 200 is configured to extend from the front portion 210 to a length shorter than the lower surface portion 230 in order to minimize structural interference with the upper end extension portion 320.

[0447] As a result, the upper surface fastening elastic portion 266 provided on the upper surface portion 220 is disadvantageous in extending in the front-rear direction (X) due to the short length of the upper surface portion 220, and therefore the upper surface fastening elastic portion 266 extends in the side direction (Y) of the control panel 200. The upper surface opening 263 also extends in the side direction (Y) like the upper surface fastening elastic portion 266.

[0448] In addition, due to the characteristics of the lower surface portion 230 having a longer extension length relative to the upper surface portion 220, the lower surface fastening elastic portion 267 provided on the lower surface portion 230 extends in the front-rear direction (X) unlike the upper surface fastening elastic portion 266, and the lower surface opening 264 also extends in the front-rear direction (X) like the lower surface fastening elastic portion 267. The panel fastening portion 260 protrudes upward from the upper surface fastening elastic portion 266 and protrudes downward from the lower surface fastening elastic portion.

[0449] Meanwhile, referring again to FIG. 5, the clothing treatment device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a drainage channel 270 extending in the lateral direction (Y) on the upper surface 220 of the control panel 200.

[0450] The drainage channels 270 extend in the lateral direction (Y) on the upper surface portion 220, and water that falls on the upper surface portion 220 flows in the lateral direction (Y) along the drainage channels 270 and is drained.

[0451] Specifically, as described above, the first treatment device 10 and the second treatment device 20 may have water inside, such as a washing machine or a condenser dryer, and water may leak during other operating conditions of the first treatment device 10.

[0452] Water falls along the first treatment device 10 or is provided on the control panel 200 in other ways. As described above, the control panel 200 is provided with the display unit 213 and the operation unit on the front side, and the electrical equipment unit 224 is provided inside. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent the water present on the control panel 200 from flowing into the control panel 200 or flowing along the front surface 210.

[0453] Therefore, in one embodiment of the present invention, a drainage passage 270 is formed on the upper surface 220 of the control panel 200, thereby minimizing water provided to the upper surface 220 of the control panel 200 through the drainage passage 270 from flowing into the front surface 210 or inside of the control panel 200.

[0454] In addition, since the control panel 200 is located below the first front panel 112, in consideration of the situation in which water flowing downward along the first front panel 112 falls onto the upper surface 220 of the control panel 200, in one embodiment of the present invention, a drainage flow path 270 is formed in the upper surface 220 of the control panel 200.

[0455] The drainage channel 270 may be formed in various shapes and in various ways as required. Figure 12 shows a state in which the drainage channel 270 that opens upward is formed in the upper surface 220 according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0456] The drainage flow path 270 extends along the side direction (Y) of the control panel 200. This allows water that falls onto the upper surface portion 220 to flow in the side direction (Y) on the upper surface portion 220, thereby preventing the water from flowing beyond the rear end of the upper surface portion 220 into the control panel 200 or flowing along the front surface portion 210 of the control panel 200.

[0457] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, the drainage channel 270 is formed by the upper end of the front part 210 and the channel rib.

[0458] Specifically, the top surface portion 220 of the control panel 200 extends rearward from an upper end of the front surface portion 210, and the upper end of the front surface portion 210 is located higher than the top surface portion 220. That is, the top surface portion 220 extends rearward from the front surface portion 210 at a position lower than the upper end of the front surface portion 210. In other words, the front surface portion 210 can extend upward such that its upper end is located higher than the top surface portion 220.

[0459] In addition, a flow path rib that protrudes upward and extends along the side direction (Y) is provided at the rear end of the upper surface portion 220. The upper surface portion 220 extends in the side direction (Y) of the control panel 200 like the front surface portion 210, and the flow path rib also extends in the side direction (Y) along the upper surface portion 220.

[0460] In addition, as described above, the upper surface portion 220 is provided with the coupling portion receiving groove 269, which is open toward the rear, on the rear end side, and the specific extension shape of the flow passage rib corresponds to the rear end shape of the upper surface portion 220. That is, the flow passage rib extends along the rear end of the upper surface portion 220.

[0461] A drainage channel 270 is formed on the upper surface portion 220 by the upper end of the front surface portion 210 and the channel rib.

[0462] That is, the upper end of the front portion 210 becomes one side wall of the drainage flow path 270, the flow path rib becomes the other side wall of the drainage flow path 270, and the upper surface of the upper portion 220 becomes the bottom surface of the drainage flow path 270, thereby forming the drainage flow path 270.

[0463] In one embodiment of the present invention, a drainage channel 270 is formed across the entire upper surface of the upper surface portion 220, so that water that falls or flows onto the upper surface portion 220 is generally located within the drainage channel 270 and flows in a lateral direction (Y) along the drainage channel 270 to be drained.

[0464] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper end of the side portion 240 of the control panel 200 is located higher than the top portion 220, and the flow path ribs are spaced apart from the opposing side portions 240 at both ends in the lateral direction (Y), thereby forming a drainage portion between the upper end of the side portion 240 and the flow path rib.

[0465] Specifically, the side surface portions 240 extending rearward on both sides in the lateral direction (Y) of the front surface portion 210 have upper ends positioned higher than the upper surface portion 220, similar to the front surface portion 210. The upper end of the front surface portion 210 and the upper end of the side surface portion 240 extend integrally, so that the front side and both sides of the upper surface portion 220 are surrounded by the upper end of the front surface portion 210 and the upper end of the side surface portion 240.

[0466] Both sides of the flow passage rib in the lateral direction (Y) are spaced apart from the upper end of the opposing side portion 240. That is, the drainage flow passage 270 is formed by opening between both ends of the flow passage rib and the upper end of the side portion 240 to form a drainage portion, and water present in the upper portion 220 is discharged from the upper portion 220 through the drainage portion.

[0467] Meanwhile, the electrical component part 224 installed in the control panel 200 is spaced apart from the inner surface of the side part 240 at both sides in the lateral direction (Y) by a certain distance to prevent contact with water discharged through the drainage part.

[0468] In this manner, the drainage flow path 270 defined by the upper end of the front portion 210 and the upper end of the side portion 240 prevents water falling onto the upper portion 220 from leaking out along the front portion 210 or the side portion 240, and is discharged from both sides in the lateral direction (Y) of the control panel 200 to the rear side through the drainage portion formed between the flow path rib and the side portion 240.

[0469] 5, the panel support part 268 and the panel fastening part 260 provided on the upper surface part 220 of the control panel 200 are located within the drainage channel 270. As described above, the panel support part 268 is provided on the drainage channel 270 to support the lower end bent part 113 of the first front panel 112, and the panel fastening part 260 passes through the lower end bent part 113 above the drainage channel 270.

[0470] A plurality of panel support parts 268 and a plurality of panel fastening parts 260 are provided, and are arranged alternately in alignment in the lateral direction (Y) along the drainage channel 270. As a result, the supporting force of the first front panel 112 by the panel support parts 268 and the fixing force of the first front panel 112 by the panel fastening parts 260 are appropriately mixed and distributed.

[0471] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface portion 220 further includes an inflow prevention rib 274. The inflow prevention rib 274 extends to surround the opening 262 formed in the upper surface portion 220 and protrudes upward to prevent water from inflowing into the opening 262. The opening 262 is an upper surface opening 263 in which an upper surface fastening elastic portion 266 is provided.

[0472] The panel fastening portion 260 is provided in the drainage flow path 270 and is provided on a fastening elastic portion 265 provided together with an opening 262. That is, the opening 262 in which the fastening elastic portion 265 is formed is provided in the drainage flow path 270, and water from the upper surface portion 220 falls into the control panel 200 through the opening 262.

[0473] Thus, in one embodiment of the present invention, the inflow prevention rib 274 surrounding the opening 262 is formed on the upper surface portion 220 , so that water leakage through the opening 262 can be prevented.

[0474] The inflow prevention rib 274 extends in a ring shape so as to surround the periphery of the opening 262. The ring shape varies depending on the shape of the opening 262, and has, for example, a polygonal or circular cross section.

[0475] As a result, water above the drainage channel 270 defined by the upper end of the front portion 210 and the channel rib is prevented from flowing into the opening 262 by the inflow prevention rib 274, and flows in the side direction (Y) along the drainage channel 270 to be drained.

[0476] Meanwhile, as described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, a coupling portion accommodating groove 269 is formed in the upper surface portion 220, and the flow path rib extending along the rear end of the upper surface portion 220 extends in correspondence with the coupling portion accommodating groove 269 to prevent water leakage into the coupling portion accommodating groove 269.

[0477] Meanwhile, Figure 16 shows a garment processing device 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention as viewed from the rear, Figure 17 shows an oblique view of the rear bracket 480, and Figure 18 shows a schematic view of the rear bracket 480 connected to the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 as viewed from the side (Y).

[0478] 16 to 18, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first processing device 10 is provided with a first rear panel 118 on the rear side, and the second processing device 20 is provided with a second rear panel 128 on the rear side. The first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 further include a rear bracket 480 made of an insulating material for fastening the first rear panel 118 and the second rear panel 128 together.

[0479] As described above, the first processing apparatus 10 and the second processing apparatus 20 are coupled to each other at the front side by the insulating connecting member 450 and the upper frame 400 while being electrically insulated from each other.

[0480] Furthermore, the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 are coupled to each other at the rear side via a rear bracket 480 while being electrically insulated from each other.

[0481] The first and second processing devices 10 and 20 are manufactured separately and then stacked together for use. Therefore, in order to ensure the structural stability of the garment processing device 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention, a structural fastening is required between the stacked first and second processing devices 10 and 20.

[0482] As described above, each of the devices includes an independent electrical consumer, such as a motor or a control unit, and therefore it is advantageous for the devices to be electrically insulated from one another.

[0483] As a result, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 can be fastened to each other at the front side of the stacked first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 via the upper frame 400 and the insulating connecting member 450, and the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20 can be fastened to each other at the rear side via the rear bracket 480.

[0484] The rear bracket 480 is made of an insulating material, for example, a plastic material, a rubber material, or a composite material of plastic and rubber, or other material having electrical insulation properties.

[0485] The rear bracket 480 has a length aligned in the lateral direction (Y) and may have a length corresponding to the width of the first processing device 10 or the second processing device in the lateral direction (Y). The rear bracket 480 is coupled together with the first rear panel 118 of the first processing device 10 and the second rear panel 128 of the second processing device 20 to fasten them together.

[0486] There are various types of connection between the rear bracket 480 and the first and second rear panels 118, 128. For example, the rear bracket 480 can be connected to the first and second rear panels 118, 128 together by screws or rivets, or a hook-type connection or a fitting-type connection can be used.

[0487] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 18, in one embodiment of the present invention, a rear bracket 480 is coupled to the first rear panel 118 and the second rear panel 128 to support the first rear panel 118 forward.

[0488] The rear bracket 480 has an upper portion connected to the first rear panel 118 and a lower portion connected to the second rear panel 128, thereby fastening the first rear panel 118 and the second rear panel 128 to each other.

[0489] At this time, an upper end 482 of a front surface 481 facing forward in the rear bracket 480 contacts the first rear panel 118, and a lower end 483 of the front surface 481 contacts the second rear panel 128. That is, in the rear bracket 480, the upper end 482 of the front surface 481 supports the first rear panel 118 at the rear, and the lower end 483 of the front surface 481 supports the second rear panel 128 at the rear.

[0490] As a result, when the first processing device 10 is placed on the second processing device 20, it is supported rearward at the front by the upper end of the second front panel 122 and supported forward at the rear by the rear bracket 480, thereby fixing its position in the fore-and-aft direction (X).

[0491] On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 18, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first rear panel 118 is positioned forward of the second rear panel 128, and the front surface 481 of the rear bracket 480 is provided with a step so that the upper end 482 supporting the first rear panel 118 is positioned forward of the lower end 483 supporting the second rear panel 128.

[0492] In one embodiment of the present invention, the first rear panel 118 and the second rear panel 128 are spaced apart from each other along the front-rear direction (X). For example, the first rear panel 118 is located forward or rearward of the second rear panel 128. The positional relationship of the first rear panel 118 to the second rear panel 128 is determined by design differences between the first processing device 10 and the second processing device 20.

[0493] For example, when the length of the first processing device 10 in the front-to-rear direction (X) is longer than the length of the second processing device 20, the first rear panel 118 is located rearward of the second rear panel 128, and when the length of the first processing device 10 in the front-to-rear direction (X) is shorter than the length of the second processing device 20, the first rear panel 118 is located forward of the second rear panel 128.

[0494] Alternatively, for assembly advantages in stacking the first processing device 10 on the second processing device 20, the first rear panel 118 can be located forward of the second rear panel 128. For example, in the process of assembling the garment processing device 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention, when the second processing device 20 is placed in the installation area and then the first processing device 10 is lifted above the second processing device 20, the first processing device 10 slides from the front to the rear of the second processing device 20 and is positioned above the second processing device 20.

[0495] During this process, the rear bracket 480 can be pre-installed on the second rear panel 128 of the second processing device 20, and the first processing device 10 is placed in a suitable assembly position with its rearward sliding distance limited by the rear bracket 480.

[0496] In order for the rear bracket 480 to function as a stopper in this manner, in one embodiment of the present invention, the length of the first processing device 10 in the front-to-rear direction (X) is made shorter than that of the second processing device 20, or at least the lower part of the first rear panel 118 is positioned forward of the second rear panel 128.

[0497] As shown in FIG. 18 , the front surface 481 of the rear bracket 480 has a step so that an upper end 482 of the front surface 481, which supports the lower part of the first rear panel 118 forward, is positioned forward of a lower end 483, which supports the upper part of the second rear panel 128 forward.

[0498] In the case where the lower portion of the first rear panel 118 is located rearward of the second rear panel 128, the front surface 481 of the rear bracket 480 may have a step such that the upper end 482 is located rearward of the lower end 483.

[0499] As such, since the front surface 481 of the rear bracket 480 has a step, the rear bracket 480 can be coupled to and fastened to the first rear panel 118 and the second rear panel 128 while allowing for a positional difference between the first rear panel 118 and the second rear panel 128, thereby stably implementing a support structure that supports the first rear panel 118 of the first processing device 10 located above the second processing device 20 from the rear.

[0500] 17, in the clothing processing device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, a handle portion 485 is provided on the rear bracket 480. More specifically, the handle portion 485 is provided on the lower portion of the rear bracket 480 and opens downward.

[0501] The handle portion 485 has a groove shape that is open downward and recessed upward. The groove of the handle portion 485 is provided so that a user can easily grip the handle portion 485 by inserting his / her fingers into the groove.

[0502] The position and shape of the handle portion 485 may vary, and Figures 17 and 18 show a handle portion 485 that forms part of the lower portion of the rear bracket 480, opens downwardly and is gripped by a user, according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0503] While the present invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations of the present invention are possible within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the following claims.
