Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a systematic platform for developing microbial consortia that inhibit soil-borne plant pathogens. This platform utilizes multivariate computer modeling and multidimensional ecological function balancing (MEFB) node analysis to develop microbial consortia, consortia, and inoculants. The present disclosure also relates to a model biocontrol system that allows farmers to have site-specific agricultural biological formulations developed for their specific site and target crop.
