Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle body, and more particularly to a vehicle body in which a floor part of a skateboard type vehicle and a plurality of seat frame members are combined to form a vehicle body including a vehicle body pillar, and the seat frame members are provided with a seat having an independent space for a vehicle occupant. [Background technology]

[0002] As shared transportation based on MaaS (Mobility as a Service) becomes more commonplace than ever before, more people will use the same transportation together. Conventional technology places a large console (HVAC / CONSOLE) in the center of the vehicle and separates the front and rear seating spaces using the console. In this case, the placement of the large console occupies a large amount of the vehicle's interior space, reducing space utilization, and while the front and rear seats are separated, the passenger spaces between the left and right seats cannot be separated.

[0003] In addition, skateboard platforms have been proposed along with the electrification of vehicles to create a variety of vehicles that can be optimized for various purposes. However, such skateboard-type floors have difficulty maintaining the vehicle rigidity and ensuring collision safety that many existing members (elements of the vehicle body) have achieved. Therefore, there is a demand for a platform that can meet various rigidity needs with a minimum of additional members. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0024] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment of a vehicle body according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0025] FIG. 1 is a diagram showing two seat frame members of a vehicle body according to one embodiment of the present invention being connected together, FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a floor part and a seat frame member of a vehicle body according to one embodiment of the present invention being connected together, FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a body frame in which a main roof member of a vehicle body according to one embodiment of the present invention constitutes a body frame and the side of the seat frame member forms a vehicle pillar, and FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the completed state of a vehicle body according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0026] The vehicle body according to the present invention includes a floor part 100 having a driving part of the vehicle, and a seat frame member 200 on which a vehicle seat is mounted and selectively coupled to a plurality of points of the floor part to form the vehicle body, thereby simultaneously mounting the seat and forming the vehicle body. Here, the driving part is a device for driving the vehicle, and is a concept including all of a motor or an engine, a driving wheel, etc.

[0027] In addition, the lower end of the seat frame member 200 is connected to multiple points of the floor part 100 to form a ring-shaped body member, which is arranged along the width direction of the vehicle, with its sides forming vehicle pillars, and a vehicle seat is attached to the inside of the ring-shaped body member. In order to manufacture various types of vehicles that can be optimized for various purposes, a skateboard platform is provided along with the electrification of the vehicle. In the vehicle body of the present invention, in order to maintain the vehicle body rigidity of the skateboard type floor and ensure collision safety, ring-shaped seat frame members 200 are arranged in the width direction of the floor part 100 of the vehicle to reinforce the side rigidity, and the sides of the ring-shaped seat frame members 200 serve as pillars of the existing vehicle body to ensure the rigidity of the vehicle body, and the design and production process of the vehicle can be simplified by using a minimum number of members.

[0028] In addition, since the vehicle body frame is formed by combining the skateboard type floor part 100 and the seat frame member 200, when more or less seat frame members 200 are required for the floor part 100, the seat frame members 200 can be easily added and attached or removed. By lengthening or shortening the length of the floor part 100 and adding or removing the seat frame members 200 attached to the floor, various vehicles can be easily designed and produced according to the purpose. In other words, the concept of the vehicle body of the present invention allows the manufacture of vehicles ranging from small cars to large passenger cars or special purpose vehicles in a simple manner.

[0029] Meanwhile, in the vehicle body according to the present invention, the seat cushion 210 of the seat is attached to the inner lower part of the seat frame member 200, and the seat back 220 is connected to the rear of the seat cushion, so that when a passenger sits on the seat, the seat is surrounded by the seat frame member 200. Since the seat is attached to the inner side of the ring-shaped seat frame member, the seat can be installed on the vehicle body without a cross member for installing the existing seat, and the production process can be simplified. In other words, in terms of the production process, instead of producing a vehicle by welding or painting each vehicle in a factory as in the past, the floor part 100 and the seat frame member 200 are delivered and the vehicle body can be assembled by fastening them by bolting, so that the vehicle can be manufactured using a smart factory.

[0030] The vehicle body according to the present invention further includes a main roof member 205 arranged along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, which constitutes a body frame and is connected to a point between the upper ends of the seat frame members 200. Specifically, the main roof member 205 is arranged in the center of the vehicle along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle to constitute the body frame, and when two or more seat frame members 200 are arranged, the main roof member 205 is located between the seat frame members 200 and connected to each seat frame member 200. The installation of the main roof member 205 increases the rigidity of the entire vehicle. In particular, the front-rear rigidity and collision safety of the vehicle body are greatly increased, and the side of the seat frame member 200, the lower end of which is connected to the floor part 100, is also fixed, thereby reinforcing the front-rear rigidity of the seat.

[0031] In other words, as shown in the figure, the main roof member 205 basically extends from the roof in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and its front and rear ends are bent downward and connected to the front and rear ends of the floor part 100, thereby increasing the front and rear collision rigidity of the vehicle. Also, by being connected to a point between the upper ends of a pair of seat frame members 200, the lower end of the seat frame member 200 is fixed to the floor part 100 and the upper end is fixed to the main roof member 205, and the upper and lower ends are fixed together to ensure further rigidity. Also, in the case of a roof, the main roof member 205 and the seat frame member 200 form a lattice-shaped member, thereby increasing the overall torsional rigidity of the vehicle.

[0032] Meanwhile, in the vehicle body, the seat frame member 200 is provided with a display 230, and the angle of the display 230 can be changed depending on whether a passenger is seated in the seat or the reclining angle. The display 230 provided in the seat frame member 200 can be pulled out or stored according to the needs of the passenger. This allows the passenger to use the display 230 comfortably in various postures, and can freely move or move around in the seat, for example, by storing the display 230 out of sight when not in use.

[0033] In addition, in the vehicle body, the seat frame member 200 is provided with an individual air conditioning duct 240 on the inner surface thereof, so that air conditioning can be directed toward passengers seated in the seats. The seat frame member 200 is provided with the individual air conditioning duct 240 along a ring-shaped vehicle body member, so that air conditioning can be directed toward passengers seated in the seats from multiple directions. For example, when the individual air conditioning duct 240 is provided on the inner surface of the seat frame member 200, the passengers are surrounded by the inside of the seat frame member 200, and air conditioning is directed toward the passengers. Therefore, the desired air conditioning performance can be realized more quickly than air conditioning directed toward the passengers from the outside of the seat frame member 200, and air conditioning can be controlled individually by each seat frame member 200. Even if the entire space of the vehicle is not air-conditioned, passengers can feel sufficiently comfortable, so that it is also efficient in terms of energy.

[0034] Furthermore, when individual air conditioning ducts 240 are provided along the ring-shaped vehicle body member of the seat frame member 200, air conditioning can be performed from more directions than when individual air conditioning ducts 240 are provided on the inner surface of the seat frame member 200, allowing not only faster air conditioning, but also air circulation within the ring-shaped seat frame member 200 makes it possible to control the air conditioning individually and more efficiently in each seat frame member 200.

[0035] FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a side storage space provided on a side of a seat frame member according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a side partition provided between the left and right seat frame members according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0036] In the vehicle body according to the present invention, a side storage space 250 selectively exposed to the left or right side of the seat frame member 200 may be provided. Therefore, a passenger can pull out the side storage space 250 forward when necessary to store personal belongings, and after storing them, push the side storage space 250 back in to secure the side space, allowing for comfortable travel.

[0037] Meanwhile, in the vehicle body according to the present invention, a plurality of seat frame members 200 are connected to each other at their sides and arranged along the width direction of the vehicle, and a side partition 260 selectively exposed between the seat frame members may be provided. For example, when the side partition 260 is attached protrudingly, it is possible to separate the left and right seats from the vehicle to provide an independent space for passengers, and when there is a passenger, the side partition 260 can be pushed back again to share the space between the left and right passengers. In addition, as shared transportation means become more common in the future, it is expected that many people will use one transportation means together. In this case, the need for independent spaces will become greater, and the utilization rate of the vehicle body according to the present invention will be higher. In addition, when two seat frame members 200 are arranged side by side, the seat frame members 200 on both sides respectively constitute the both side pillars of the vehicle, and the two seat frame members 200 are connected to each other so that their internal parts are in contact with each other, thereby maintaining the overall lateral rigidity of the vehicle.

[0038] Figure 7 is a diagram showing an auxiliary frame with an auxiliary partition attached between front and rear seat frame members according to one embodiment of the present invention, Figure 8 is a diagram showing the upper plate of the auxiliary partition according to one embodiment of the present invention being used as a table, and Figure 9 is a diagram showing the lower plate of the auxiliary partition according to one embodiment of the present invention being used as an auxiliary seat.

[0039] In the vehicle body according to the present invention, an auxiliary frame 300 may be provided at a point spaced forward or backward from the seat frame member 200, the lower end of which is connected to the floor part 100 to form the vehicle body together with the seat frame member. An auxiliary partition may be attached to the auxiliary frame 300, the edge of which is connected to the auxiliary frame to shield the front or rear of the seat frame member, and the auxiliary partition may be composed of an upper plate 310 and a lower plate 320. This not only separates the left and right seat spaces using the side partition 260 as described above, but also separates the front and rear seat spaces using the upper plate 310 and the lower plate 320 of the auxiliary partition attached to the auxiliary frame 300, so that completely independent seat spaces can be provided for passengers when necessary.

[0040] Meanwhile, the upper plate 310 of the auxiliary partition can be used as a table when it rotates horizontally, and the lower plate 320 of the auxiliary partition can be used as a seat cushion of the auxiliary seat when it rotates horizontally with the upper plate 310 not rotated, and the upper plate 310 that does not rotate can be used as a seat back of the auxiliary seat. By configuring the auxiliary partition with the upper plate 310 and the lower plate 320, in addition to the function of separating the front and rear seats, the upper plate 310 and the lower plate 320 can be used as a table and an auxiliary seat in front of the seat for passenger convenience. Also, when the auxiliary partition is configured in multiple parts, the function of shielding the front and rear can be maintained even if the upper plate 310 or the lower plate 320 of any one seat is used as a table or an auxiliary seat.

[0041] FIG. 10 is a view showing a state in which the main door and the sub door are open according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0042] In the vehicle body according to the present invention, the seat frame member 200 includes a plurality of seat frame members spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and a main door 400 is provided on a side between the seat frame members 200, allowing passengers to get on and off through the main door 400. The main door 400 can be opened and closed by a butterfly method, a sliding method, etc., and an individual main door 400 is provided for each seat frame member 200, allowing passengers to get on and off independently through the individual main door 400. In addition, a sub-door 500 that faces the seat frame member 200 and is opened and closed is provided at the front or rear of the vehicle, allowing loading and unloading of goods through the sub-door 500 and allowing passengers to get on and off in an emergency.

[0043] The sub-door 500 can be opened and closed in a flip-up manner, and passengers can open it outside before boarding and store their luggage in the space between the sub-door 500 and the seat frame member 200. In addition, although the sub-door 500 is smaller than the main door 400, it has a structure that faces the seat frame member 200 when opened and closed, and has the advantage that passengers can get on and off through the sub-door 500 in an emergency when they cannot get on and off through the main door 400.

[0044] Meanwhile, there may be a small space facing the side storage space 250 of the seat frame member 200 between the sub-doors 500 facing the seat frame member 200 at the front or rear of the vehicle. This space may also be provided with a small storage space that can be opened and closed from the outside, allowing personal items or necessary items such as a first aid kit and personal mobility items that can be provided by the vehicle itself to be stored therein.

[0045] FIG. 11 is a view showing a process of pulling out a sensor from a sensor housing and operating it according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 12 is a view showing a process of cleaning a sensor in a sensor housing according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0046] In the vehicle body according to the present invention, the vehicle is an autonomous vehicle, and a sensor housing is provided on the upper end of the vehicle body, and a sensor for autonomous driving can be pulled out from the sensor housing and operated. As autonomous vehicles become more common in the future, the vehicle body will require space to mount various sensors for autonomous driving. Accordingly, the vehicle body according to the present invention can include a sensor housing 600 on the upper end of the vehicle body, and a sensor 610 is stored in the sensor housing 600, and the sensor is pulled out and operated in a pop-up drive manner or the like when necessary. Such a sensor 610 can be various sensors, such as a camera, a radar, a lidar, etc.

[0047] Also, the sensor housing 600 may be located at the top of the vehicle, specifically, inside the top of the main roof member 205. When the sensor housing 600 is located in the main roof member 205 forming the frame of the vehicle body, the sensor housing 600 can be fixed more firmly than if the sensor housing 600 were provided separately at the top of the vehicle body, and this can be said to be more advantageous in protecting the sensor 610 in terms of rigidity, durability, safety, etc.

[0048] Meanwhile, in the vehicle body, the sensor housing 600 is provided with a spray unit 620 and a cleaning unit 630 on its inner surface, so that when the sensor 610 is inside the sensor housing 600, the washer fluid is sprayed from the spray unit 620, and when the sensor 610 is pulled out of the sensor housing 600, the cleaning unit 630 can remove contaminants on the sensor surface. In autonomous driving, the sensor 610 necessary for autonomous driving is a very important component. However, if the sensor 610 becomes dirty due to the external environment, it may not function as it should or may malfunction. In order to prevent this and solve the problem, a cleaning system for the sensor 610 is essential.

[0049] For this reason, the vehicle body according to the present invention is provided with a cleaning system for the sensor 610, and before the autonomous vehicle departs or when the sensor 610 becomes dirty due to the external environment, the sensor 610 is stored for a while inside the sensor housing 600, and a washer fluid is sprayed toward the sensor 610 from a spray unit 620 inside the sensor housing 600, and when the sensor 610 is pulled out again, the surface of the sensor 610 is cleaned by a cleaning unit 630 located at the upper end of the sensor housing 600. Through this process, the autonomous vehicle can always keep the sensor 610 clean, smoothly provide data to the vehicle during autonomous driving, and prevent malfunction of the sensor 610.

[0050] Although the present invention has been illustrated and described based on specific embodiments, it will be apparent that the present invention can be modified and changed in various ways without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
