Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to an attachment structure of a functional unit.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] Inside the lower space of the bathtub, for example, other equipment devices such as a pump for ejecting the hot water of a jet bath may be installed. Therefore, the functional unit needs to be installed in the limited space inside the lower space of the bathtub while avoiding interference with other equipment.
[0006] However, the wall surface facing the inside of the lower space of the bathtub is not necessarily a flat and vertical surface. When the wall surface is an inclined surface, a convex portion, or a surface having a step, it is difficult to install the functional unit in an appropriate orientation and posture by a fixing metal fitting.
[0007] Therefore, the inventor of the present invention has found a problem of enabling the functional unit to be easily attached to any position inside the lower space of the bathtub.
Means for Solving the Problem
[0008] The present disclosure is an attachment structure of a functional unit disposed in a lower space of a bathtub, comprising a support portion that supports the functional unit and a fixing portion that fixes the support portion, wherein the functional unit is attached to the inside of the lower space of the bathtub via the support portion and the fixing portion.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0010] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the mounting structure of the functional unit will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the functional unit 1 is installed in the bathroom unit 100.
[0011] The bathroom unit 100 is installed by assembling a washroom floor 110, a waterproof pan 120, a bathtub 130, wall panels (not shown), ceiling panels (not shown), etc. inside the building body. The bathtub 130 is installed inside the waterproof pan 120. Hereinafter, the mounting structure of the functional unit 1 will be described by taking the bathroom unit 100 as an example. The functional unit 1 is not limited to the bathroom unit 100 and can also be applied to bathrooms constructed by conventional construction methods.
[0012] In the bathroom unit 100, the waterproof pan 120 and the bathtub 130 are substantially rectangular in shape that is long in one direction in plan view. In the direction shown in the figure, the X1-X2 direction is the longitudinal direction of the waterproof pan 120 and the bathtub 130 when viewed in plan. The longitudinal direction is the extending direction of the long sides of the waterproof pan 120 and the bathtub 130. The Y1-Y2 direction is the short-side direction of the waterproof pan 120 and the bathtub 130 when viewed in plan. The short-side direction is the extending direction of the short sides of the waterproof pan 120 and the bathtub 130.
[0013] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the waterproof pan 120 has a bottom surface 121 on which the bathtub 130 is placed, and three standing wall portions 122A, 122B, 122B that rise from three sides around the bottom surface 121. The standing wall portion 122A is arranged on the long-side of the waterproof pan 120. The two standing wall portions 122B, 122B are arranged opposite to each other on the short-side of the waterproof pan 120. The standing wall portion 122A on the long-side is arranged on the side far from the washroom floor 110 of the bathroom unit 100. In the waterproof pan 120, an apron body 123 (see FIG. 8) is provided on the long side adjacent to the washroom floor 110.
[0014] A bathtub lower space S is formed between the waterproof pan 120 and the bathtub 130. The bathtub lower space S is a space surrounded by the bottom surface 121 of the waterproof pan 120, the vertical wall portions 122A, 122B, 122B, the apron body 123, and the bathtub 130. The upper part of the bathtub lower space S is blocked by the flange portion 131 of the bathtub 130.
[0015] The functional unit 1 is configured by assembling devices for performing various functions with respect to the bathtub 130 inside a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped case 11. The functional unit 1 of the present embodiment constitutes a part of the components of the bathtub cleaning device. That is, the functional unit 1 mixes the hot water supplied from a water supply path (not shown) and the detergent liquid supplied from a cleaning tank (not shown) to generate cleaning water, and has a function of sending it out to a cleaning nozzle (not shown) installed in the bathtub 130 via a hose (not shown). The functional unit 1 has a small-area side surface 1a as one side surface of the case 11. This side surface 1a is a functional component mounting surface to which various functional components such as a hose (not shown) are attached. The configuration of such a functional unit 1 is the same as that described in Patent Document 1, for example.
[0016] The functional unit 1 is installed inside the bathtub lower space S. The functional unit 1 of the present embodiment is arranged on one of the vertical wall portions 122B on the short side of the waterproof pan 120 in the bathtub lower space S. Specifically, the functional unit 1 of the present embodiment is attached to the inner wall surface 124 of the vertical wall portion 122B facing the bathtub lower space S.
[0017] The functional unit 1 is installed inside the bathtub lower space S in an appropriate orientation and posture. The appropriate orientation of the functional unit 1 of the present embodiment means that the depth direction of the functional unit 1 along the Y1 - Y2 direction in the figure is along the extension direction of the vertical wall portion 122B in the Y1 - Y2 direction, and the functional unit 1 is arranged such that the side surface 1a faces the washroom floor 110 side. The appropriate posture of the functional unit 1 of the present embodiment means that the functional unit 1 is arranged such that its vertical direction is along the substantially vertical direction.
[0018] Since the functional unit 1 is attached to the inner wall surface 124, the margin space in the lower bathtub space S that can be accessed from the side of the washroom floor 110 becomes wider. Therefore, the lower bathtub space S can be effectively utilized. The functional unit 1, when attached to the inner wall surface 124, has a width in the X1-X2 direction that is sufficiently smaller than the height in the vertical direction and the depth in the Y1-Y2 direction. Therefore, according to the orientation and posture of the functional unit 1 of the present embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the amount of protrusion of the functional unit 1 from the inner wall surface 124 toward the bathtub 130 side inside the lower bathtub space S can be suppressed.
[0019] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the functional unit 1 is attached to the inner wall surface 124 by the attachment member 2. The attachment member 2 has a support portion 20 that supports the functional unit 1 and a fixing portion 30 that fixes the support portion 20. The attachment member 2 is configured by integrally assembling two members, the support portion 20 and the fixing portion 30. The support portion 20 and the fixing portion 30 are each formed by bending a metal plate.
[0020] As shown in FIG. 4, the support portion 20 of the attachment member 2 has a support plate portion 21 and a pair of side plate portions 22, 22. The support portion 20 has a structure that is symmetric in the width direction along the X1-X2 direction.
[0021] The support plate portion 21 is formed in a rectangular plate shape that is long in the vertical direction. The plate surface of the support plate portion 21 faces the Y1-Y2 direction. The length of the support plate portion 21 in the vertical direction is substantially the same as the length of the side surface 1b of the functional unit 1 in the vertical direction. The side surface 1b of the functional unit 1 is the side surface opposite to the side surface 1a that is the functional component mounting surface. The width of the support plate portion 21 in the X1-X2 direction is slightly larger than the width of the side surface 1b of the functional unit 1.
[0022] A first latching portion 23 is provided at the upper end portion of the support plate portion 21. The first latching portion 23 is a latching portion that detachably latches the upper end portion of the functional unit 1 to the support portion 20. The first latching portion 23 has an extending wall portion 23a and a downward wall portion 23b.
[0023] The extending wall portion 23a extends from the upper end portion of the support plate portion 21 toward the functional unit 1 side at a substantially right angle to the plate surface of the support plate portion 21. The downward wall portion 23b extends downward from the extending end portion of the extending wall portion 23a at a substantially parallel to the plate surface of the support plate portion 21. Thus, the first latching portion 23 has a claw shape that opens downward.
[0024] A second latching portion 24 is provided at the lower end portion of the support plate portion 21. The second latching portion 24 is a latching portion that detachably latches the lower end portion of the functional unit 1 to the support portion 20. The second latching portion 24 extends from the lower end portion of the support plate portion 21 toward the functional unit 1 side at a substantially right angle to the plate surface of the support plate portion 21. A horizontally long rectangular latching hole 24a penetrating in the vertical direction is formed in the second latching portion 24.
[0025] The side plate portions 22, 22 extend from both end portions in the width direction of the support plate portion 21 toward the side opposite to the functional unit 1 at a substantially right angle to the plate surface of the support plate portion 21. The plate surfaces of the side plate portions 22, 22 face the X1-X2 direction. The vertical length of the side plate portions 22, 22 is the same as the vertical length of the support plate portion 21. A plurality of screw holes 22a penetrating in the plate thickness direction are formed at intervals in the vertical direction in the side plate portions 22, 22. Female threads are provided on the inner peripheral surfaces of the screw holes 22a.
[0026] As shown in FIG. 4, two positioning protrusions 25 protruding in the width direction are formed at intervals in the vertical direction at the respective boundary portions between the support plate portion 21 and the side plate portions 22, 22. The positioning protrusions 25 are formed by cutting up a part of the side plate portions 22, 22 substantially parallel to the plate surface of the support plate portion 21.
[0027] In order to be supported by the support portion 20, the functional unit 1 has an upper protrusion 12 latched to the first latching portion 23 of the support portion 20 and a lower protrusion 13 latched to the second latching portion 24 of the support portion 20.
[0028] The upper protrusion 12 protrudes upward from the upper end of the side surface 1b of the functional unit 1. The upper protrusion 12 is in the shape of a flat plate parallel to the side surface 1b. The vertical height of the upper protrusion 12 is slightly smaller than the vertical length of the first latching portion 23 of the support portion 20. Reinforcing plates 12a, 12a are respectively provided at both ends in the width direction of the upper protrusion 12. The reinforcing plates 12a, 12a prevent the upper protrusion 12 from deforming in the falling direction.
[0029] The lower protrusion 13 protrudes downward from the lower end of the side surface 1b of the functional unit 1. The lower protrusion 13 is in the shape of a flat plate parallel to the side surface 1b.
[0030] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the functional unit 1 is attached to the support portion 20 by the tipping method. Specifically, first, the upper protrusion 12 of the functional unit 1 is inserted obliquely downward into the first latching portion 23 of the support portion 20. The upper protrusion 12 is accommodated between the support plate portion 21 and the downward-facing wall portion 23b of the first latching portion 23. Next, the posture of the functional unit 1 is returned along the support plate portion 21 so that the side surface 1b of the functional unit 1 is parallel to the support plate portion 21. Thereafter, the functional unit 1 descends due to its own weight, and the lower protrusion 13 of the functional unit 1 is inserted into the latching hole 24a of the second latching portion 24 of the support portion 20.
[0031] As shown in FIG. 5, the functional unit 1 is placed on the second latching portion 24 by its own weight in a state of being latched by the second latching portion 24 of the support portion 20. At this time, since the upper protrusion 12 of the functional unit 1 is maintained in a state of being latched by the first latching portion 23, the functional unit 1 is supported by the support portion 20. The functional unit 1 is removed from the support portion 20 by the reverse operation of the above. Therefore, the functional unit 1 is detachably provided with respect to the support portion 20. Therefore, even after the functional unit 1 is installed, replacement work of the functional unit 1 can be performed. Since the support portion 20 has the first latching portion 23 and the second latching portion 24 that latch the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the functional unit 1 respectively, the attachment and detachment of the functional unit 1 can be easily performed.
[0032] As shown in FIG. 4, the fixing portion 30 of the attachment member 2 includes a first fixing plate portion 31, a second fixing plate portion 32, and a connecting plate portion 33. The fixing portion 30 has a structure that is symmetric in the vertical direction. The width of the fixing portion 30 in the Y direction is slightly smaller than the depth of the functional unit 1 in the Y direction.
[0033] The first fixing plate portion 31 is a portion for fixing the support portion 20. The first fixing plate portion 31 is formed in a rectangular shape that is longer in the vertical direction than the width in the Y1 - Y2 direction. The plate surface of the first fixing plate portion 31 faces in the X1 - X2 direction. The length of the first fixing plate portion 31 in the vertical direction is slightly shorter than the length of the support portion 20 in the vertical direction and also slightly shorter than the height of the functional unit 1 in the vertical direction.
[0034] A plurality of screw insertion holes 31a penetrating in the plate thickness direction are formed in the first fixing plate portion 31. The plurality of screw insertion holes 31a are arranged corresponding to the positions of the plurality of screw holes 22a formed in the side plate portion 22 of the support portion 20. Further, two positioning holes 31b, 31b penetrating in the plate thickness direction are formed in the first fixing plate portion 31. The positioning holes 31b, 31b are arranged corresponding to the positions of the two positioning protrusions 25, 25 protruding from the side plate portion 22 of the support portion 20.
[0035] The second fixing plate portion 32 is a portion fixed to the inner wall surface 124 of the standing wall portion 122B. The second fixing plate portion 32 is formed in a rectangular shape that is longer in the vertical direction than the width in the Y1 - Y2 direction. The plate surface of the second fixing plate portion 32 is parallel to the plate surface of the first fixing plate portion 31 and faces in the X1 - X2 direction. The length of the second fixing plate portion 32 in the vertical direction is the same as that of the first fixing plate portion 31.
[0036] A plurality of screw insertion holes 32a penetrating in the plate thickness direction are formed in the second fixing plate portion 32. The plurality of screw insertion holes 32a are arranged in two each, separated in the Y1 - Y2 direction, at the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the second fixing plate portion 32, respectively.
[0037] The connection plate portion 33 connects the first fixed plate portion 31 and the second fixed plate portion 32. The connection plate portion 33 of the fixing portion 30 of the present embodiment connects the end portion of the first fixed plate portion 31 on the side of the washing floor 110 and the end portion of the second fixed plate portion 32 on the side opposite to the washing floor 110 so as to intersect at substantially right angles. The plate surface of the connection plate portion 33 faces in the Y1 - Y2 direction.
[0038] The connection plate portion 33 forms a step between the position of the first fixed plate portion 31 and the second fixed plate portion 32. As a result, the position of the first fixed plate portion 31 and the position of the second fixed plate portion 32 are displaced in the X1 - X2 direction by the connection plate portion 33. That is, the first fixed plate portion 31 is disposed closer to the bathtub 130 side than the second fixed plate portion 32. In other words, the second fixed plate portion 32 is disposed farther from the bathtub 130 than the first fixed plate portion 31. This connection plate portion 33 functions as a position adjustment portion for maintaining the position of the functional unit 1 fixed to the fixing portion 30 via the support portion 20 in an appropriate orientation and posture with respect to the inner wall surface 124 when attaching the fixing portion 30 to the inner wall surface 124 as described later.
[0039] The fixing portion 30 of the attachment member 2 is fixed to the side plate portion 22 of the support portion 20 by a fixing screw 34 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The positioning protrusion 25 of the support portion 20 is inserted into the positioning holes 31b, 31b of the first fixed plate portion 31 of the fixing portion 30, and the support portion 20 and the fixing portion 30 are positioned. At this time, the screw hole 22a of the side plate portion 22 and the screw insertion hole 31a of the first fixed plate portion 31 coincide. The fixing screw 34 is inserted from the side of the screw insertion hole 31a and screwed into the screw hole 22a. Thereby, the fixing portion 30 is fixed to one side plate portion 22 of the support portion 20, and the support portion 20 and the fixing portion 30 are assembled integrally.
[0040] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, the mounting member 2 in which the support portion 20 and the fixing portion 30 are integrated before supporting the functional unit 1 is attached to the inner wall surface 124 of the standing wall portion 122B of the waterproof pan 120. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the inner wall surface 124 has a wall body 124a that rises substantially vertically and an inclined surface 124b that inclines toward the inside of the lower space S of the bathtub as it goes toward the bottom surface 121. FIG. 6 shows a rectangular mounting area R for mounting the functional unit 1 on the inner wall surface 124. This mounting area R straddles the wall body 124a and the inclined surface 124b of the inner wall surface 124. Within the mounting area R, the wall body 124a is disposed on the side far from the standing wall portion 122A on the long side with respect to the inclined surface 124b (the side close to the washroom floor 110).
[0041] The mounting member 2 is attached to the mounting area R on the inner wall surface 124 by the second fixing plate portion 32 of the fixing portion 30. Specifically, the second fixing plate portion 32 is attached to the wall body 124a in the mounting area R. The second fixing plate portion 32 is attached to the inner wall surface 124 by a fixing screw 35 that is inserted through the screw insertion hole 32a from the inside of the lower space S of the bathtub. The fixing screw 35 passes through the standing wall portion 122B. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, on the back side of the standing wall portion 122B, for example, an auxiliary fixing plate 36 made of a wooden rectangular flat plate or the like is disposed. The fixing screw 35 that passes through the standing wall portion 122B further passes through the auxiliary fixing plate 36. Thereby, the standing wall portion 122B is sandwiched between the second fixing plate portion 32 and the auxiliary fixing plate 36 of the fixing portion 30, and the mounting member 2 is stably fixed to the inner wall surface 124 of the standing wall portion 122B.
[0042] The width of the connection plate portion 33 of the fixing portion 30 in the X1-X2 direction is formed to be larger than the maximum value of the step between the wall surface main body 124a and the inclined surface 124b in the mounting region R. Therefore, when the second fixing plate portion 32 is fixed to the wall surface main body 124a, the first fixing plate portion 31 is positionally adjusted and arranged inside the bathtub lower space S more than the inclined surface 124b by the connection plate portion 33. Accordingly, the support portion 20 and the functional unit 1 do not interfere with the inclined surface 124b. Since the first fixing plate portion 31 is parallel to the second fixing plate portion 32 and forms a substantially vertical plane inside the bathtub lower space S, the functional unit 1 is installed in the appropriate orientation and posture inside the bathtub lower space S.
[0043] Since the support portion 20 of the attachment member 2 has a structure symmetric in the width direction in the X1-X2 direction and the fixing portion 30 has a structure symmetric in the vertical direction, the fixing portion 30 can be fixed to any of the pair of side plate portions 22, 22. Therefore, the functional unit 1 can be similarly attached to, for example, the other vertical wall portion 122B side of the waterproof pan 120, and the degree of freedom in attachment inside the bathtub lower space S is further improved.
[0044] As shown in FIG. 2, the bottom surface 1c of the functional unit 1 attached to the inner wall surface 124 is arranged above the bottom surface 121 of the waterproof pan 120 arranged inside the bathtub lower space S. The waterproof pan 120 of the present embodiment has a protruding surface 121a in which a part of the bottom surface 121 protrudes upward below the functional unit 1. The bottom surface 1c of the functional unit 1 is arranged to be spaced upward from the protruding surface 121a. Thereby, interference between components such as a drain valve (not shown) protruding from the bottom surface 1c of the functional unit 1 and the protruding surface 121a is avoided.
[0045] Since the attachment member 2 is composed of a support portion 20 that supports the functional unit 1 and a fixing portion 30 that fixes the support portion 20, it is possible to change only the fixing portion 30 to one of any shape. Therefore, depending on the shape of the wall surface to which the functional unit 1 is attached, specifically, depending on the presence or absence of an inclined surface, the angle of the inclined surface, the size of a convex portion or a step, etc., it is possible to select and use a fixing portion having an optimal shape such that the functional unit 1 assumes an appropriate orientation and posture.
[0046] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, in the fixing portion 30 of the present embodiment, a step is formed between a first fixing plate portion 31 and a second fixing plate portion 32 by a connection plate portion 33. As a result, the first fixing plate portion 31 is disposed closer to the bathtub 130 side than the second fixing plate portion 32. Therefore, the fixing portion 30 of the present embodiment can easily avoid a convex portion formed by a step between a wall surface main body 124a and an inclined surface 124b formed on the inner wall surface 124. Moreover, since a gap with a step is formed between the functional unit 1 and the second fixing plate portion 32, interference between a fixing screw 35 that fixes the second fixing plate portion 32 to the inner wall surface 124 and the functional unit 1 can also be avoided.
[0047] FIG. 9 shows an example of attaching the functional unit 1 using the attachment member 2 to an inner wall surface 124 having an inclined surface 124c that is inclined along the Y1 - Y2 direction. In this case, only the fixing portion of the attachment member 2 is changed to a fixing portion 30A. The connection plate portion 33 of the fixing portion 30A connects the first fixing plate portion 31 and the second fixing plate portion 32 in an inclined manner along the inclined surface 124c. Thus, the attachment member 2 can maintain the functional unit 1 in an appropriate orientation and posture inside the lower space S of the bathtub by forming the connection plate portion 33 of the fixing portion 30 in various shapes according to the shape of the wall surface of the attachment region where the functional unit 1 is attached.
[0048] As shown in FIG. 10, the second fixing plate portion 32 of the fixing portion 30 may be attached to the inner wall surface 124 via a spacer 200 formed in an appropriate shape as needed.
[0049] As described above, the mounting structure of the functional unit 1 of the present embodiment is a mounting structure of the functional unit 1 disposed in the lower space S of the bathtub, and includes a support portion 20 that supports the functional unit 1 and a fixing portion 30 that fixes the support portion 20. The functional unit 1 is mounted inside the lower space S of the bathtub via the support portion 20 and the fixing portion 30. According to this, depending on the shape of the wall surface to which the functional unit 1 is mounted, a fixing portion having an optimal shape can be selected and used. Therefore, the functional unit 1 can be easily mounted at an arbitrary position inside the lower space S of the bathtub. Since only the fixing portion 30 of the mounting member 2 is changed, the functional unit 1 can be mounted on various wall surfaces with a minimum design change.
[0050] The functional unit 1 of the present embodiment is mounted on the inner wall surface 124 facing the lower space S of the bathtub. According to this, the blank space of the lower space S of the bathtub that can be accessed from the side of the washroom floor 110 becomes wider. Therefore, the lower space S of the bathtub can be effectively utilized.
[0051] The fixing portion 30 of the present embodiment has a shape in which the functional unit 1 can be arranged while maintaining a predetermined orientation and posture with respect to the shape of the inner wall surface 124. According to this, regardless of the shape of the wall surface on which the functional unit 1 is installed, the functional unit 1 can be firmly fixed in an appropriate orientation and posture.
[0052] The fixing portion 30 of the present embodiment includes a first fixing plate portion 31 that fixes the support portion 20, a second fixing plate portion 32 that is attached to the inner wall surface 124, and a step formed by a connecting plate portion 33 between the first fixing plate portion 31 and the second fixing plate portion 32. The first fixing plate portion 31 is disposed closer to the bathtub 130 side than the second fixing plate portion 32 via the step. According to this, even if there is a convex portion on the wall surface on which the functional unit 1 is installed, the fixing portion 30 can easily avoid the convex portion by the step. Since a gap corresponding to the step is formed between the functional unit 1 and the second fixing plate portion 32, interference between the fixing screw 35 that fixes the second fixing plate portion 32 to the inner wall surface 124 and the functional unit 1 can also be avoided.
[0053] The functional unit 1 of the present embodiment is detachably attached to the support portion 20. According to this, even after the installation of the functional unit 1, replacement work and the like can be easily performed.
[0054] The support portion 20 of the present embodiment has a first latching portion 23 and a second latching portion 24 which are latching portions for latching the functional unit 1. According to this, the support portion 20 can easily attach and detach the functional unit 1.
[0055] The bottom surface 1c of the functional unit 1 of the present embodiment is disposed at a distance from the protruding surface 121a which is the bottom surface of the lower space S of the bathtub. According to this, even if there are components protruding downward from the bottom surface 1c of the functional unit 1, interference with the bottom surface of the lower space S of the bathtub can be avoided.
[0056] In the above embodiment, the functional unit 1 is attached to the inner wall surface 124 of the vertical wall portion 122B on the short side of the waterproof pan 120. The attachment position of the functional unit 1 is not limited to this, and depending on the bathroom structure, it can be attached to various positions inside the lower space of the bathtub.
