Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a packaged absorbent article.

Background Art

[0002] Generally, absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, pantiliners, and incontinence pads are provided in a state of being packaged by a packaging sheet for hygienic reasons and for convenient carrying.

[0003] As such a packaged absorbent article (a packaged absorbent article or an individual package of an absorbent article), for example, in Patent Document 1, a release treatment layer is provided on the surface of a first layer made of a thermoplastic resin in a laminate film including a second layer made of a resin having higher heat resistance than the first layer, and when individually packaging the absorbent article, the release treatment layers face each other or the release treatment layer and the surface of the laminate film opposite to the release treatment layer are in contact with each other and heat-sealed for use. A packaging material for an individual package of an absorbent article is described.

[0004] Patent Document 1 describes that by using a thermoplastic resin layer for the first layer and a resin having higher heat resistance than the thermoplastic resin for the second layer and subsequent layers, the heat-sealability is improved, the take-out property when opening the individual package of the absorbent article is facilitated, and further, breakage and elongation of the packaging material do not occur.

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0006] In recent years, as the movement to reduce plastics intensifies, there is a demand to replace packaging materials and packaging containers with natural-derived materials or recyclable materials that, in many cases, are not very strong but have a low environmental impact. However, in the absorbent article package described in Patent Document 1, the strength of the entire packaging material is substantially increased to prevent the packaging material from tearing or stretching. There is no consideration for the case of using conventional packaging materials or when selecting natural-derived materials or recyclable materials with a low environmental impact.

[0007] One aspect of the present invention aims to provide an absorbent article package that suppresses damage to the packaging sheet when opening the package, regardless of the material constituting the packaging sheet.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0008] The first aspect of the present invention is an absorbent article package including a packaging sheet and an absorbent article to be packaged, which is detachably attached to the packaging sheet via a release sheet. The packaging sheet has a first region including one end in the longitudinal direction of the packaging sheet and a second region including the other end in the longitudinal direction. The first region is folded by overlapping it on the outer surface of the second region, and a sealing tape is attached over the outer surfaces of the first region and the second region. An adhesive layer for fixing the release sheet is provided on the inner surface of the first region. In plan view, the first region has a break-resistant portion that is difficult to break when opening the absorbent article package formed between at least the end portion of the sealing tape on the adhesive layer side and the end portion of the adhesive layer on the sealing tape side in the longitudinal direction.

[0009] According to the first aspect described above, a breakage-resistant portion is formed in the packaging sheet between the end portion on the adhesive layer side of the sealing tape and the end portion on the sealing tape side of the adhesive layer in the longitudinal direction in a plan view, which is a portion that is likely to be damaged when a force is applied during the opening of the packaged absorbent article. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet from being damaged when the packaged absorbent article is opened. Furthermore, since it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet from being damaged when the packaged absorbent article is opened, it can be opened smoothly, and the used absorbent article can be wrapped with the packaging sheet at the time of disposal. In this specification, "breakage" means tearing, breaking, elongation, or other deformations.

[0010] Also, according to this embodiment, for example, even in a packaging sheet made of a material having a relatively low strength compared to a resin, such as a natural-derived material, by forming a breakage-resistant portion in the portion that is likely to be damaged, it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet from being damaged when the packaged absorbent article is opened. That is, regardless of the material constituting the packaging sheet, including the materials conventionally used, it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet from being damaged when the packaged absorbent article is opened.

[0011] In a second aspect of the present invention, the breakage-resistant portion includes a high-rigidity portion having a higher rigidity than other portions of the first region.

[0012] According to the second aspect described above, it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet from being deformed when the packaged absorbent article is opened. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet from being torn due to deformation. In the packaging sheet, in many cases, the strength of the packaging sheet can be increased by increasing the rigidity. Therefore, in this specification, "high rigidity" includes high rigidity and high strength.

[0013] In a third aspect of the present invention, the high-rigidity portion is formed over the entire width direction of the packaging sheet.

[0014] According to the third aspect described above, even if the user applies a biased force when opening the packaged absorbent article, it is possible to suppress deformation of the packaging sheet. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet from being torn due to deformation.

[0015] In a fourth aspect of the present invention, the high-rigidity portion has a compressed squeezing portion.

[0016] According to the fourth aspect described above, the high-rigidity portion can be formed at a desired portion of the packaging sheet. Further, the high-rigidity portion can be formed regardless of the material constituting the packaging sheet.

[0017] In a fifth aspect of the present invention, the damage-resistant portion has a reinforcing agent coating portion.

[0018] According to the fifth aspect described above, since the damage-resistant portion has a reinforcing agent coating portion on which a reinforcing agent is applied, the rigidity or strength can be increased. Further, the damage-resistant portion can be formed at a desired portion of the packaging sheet. Furthermore, the damage-resistant portion can be formed regardless of the material constituting the packaging sheet.

[0019] In a sixth aspect of the present invention, the damage-resistant portion has water repellency.

[0020] According to the sixth aspect described above, since the damage-resistant portion has water repellency, for example, even when the hand is wet, it is possible to prevent the damage-resistant portion from getting wet. Therefore, even when the packaging sheet is made of a material with relatively low strength against wetting such as paper, it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet from being torn when opening the packaged absorbent article. Further, when wrapping the used absorbent article with the packaging sheet at the time of disposal, it is possible to prevent the oozing of menstrual blood and dispose of it hygienically.

[0021] In a seventh aspect of the present invention, in plan view, the damage-resistant portion overlaps with the sealing tape and / or the adhesive layer.

[0022] According to the seventh aspect described above, a breakage-resistant portion can be formed over the entire area in the longitudinal direction between the sealing tape and the adhesive layer in a plan view, which is a portion that is likely to be damaged when a force is applied during the opening of the packaged absorbent article, and it is possible to further suppress the packaging sheet from being torn when the packaged absorbent article is opened.

[0023] In the eighth aspect of the present invention, the breakage-resistant portion is formed such that the distance between the end portion of the sealing tape on the adhesive layer side and the end portion of the adhesive layer on the sealing tape side is 15 mm or less.

[0024] According to the eighth aspect described above, in a plan view, the area of the packaging sheet between the end portion of the sealing tape on the adhesive layer side and the end portion of the adhesive layer on the sealing tape side in the longitudinal direction, which is a portion that is likely to be damaged when a force is applied during the opening of the packaged absorbent article, can be reduced. In other words, the portion of the packaging sheet that is not adhered to the sealing tape and the adhesive layer can be decreased.

[0025] Also, when opening by pulling the sealing tape, the direction of pulling the sealing tape may deviate from the longitudinal direction. Then, a torsional force (shearing force) acts on the end portion in the short side direction of the first region, and there is a possibility that the portion between the end portion of the sealing tape on the adhesive layer side and the end portion of the adhesive layer on the sealing tape side is damaged. In a plan view, the greater the distance between the end portion of the sealing tape on the adhesive layer side and the end portion of the adhesive layer on the sealing tape side in the longitudinal direction, the greater the possibility of damage. However, by shortening the distance between the end portion of the sealing tape and the adhesive layer, the possibility of damage can be reduced. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet from being damaged when the packaged absorbent article is opened.

[0026] In the ninth aspect of the present invention, the packaging sheet is composed of a natural-derived material.

[0027] According to the ninth aspect described above, it is possible to promote plastic reduction and reduce the environmental load.

Advantages of the Invention

[0028] According to one aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide a packaged absorbent article that suppresses breakage of the packaging sheet when the packaged absorbent article is opened, regardless of the material constituting the packaging sheet.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0030] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In each drawing, unless otherwise specified, the same or corresponding components may be denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof may be omitted. Also, the drawings are schematic for helping the understanding of the invention.

[0031] (Packaged Absorbent Article) FIG. 1 shows a plan view of a packaged absorbent article 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional view taken along line I-I of FIG. 1. Further, FIG. 3 shows a plan view of the state in which the packaged absorbent article 100 shown in FIG. 1 is unfolded, as seen from the side on which the absorbent article 1 is placed. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing another example of the squeezing part 22.

[0032] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the packaged absorbent article 100 includes a packaging sheet 10 and an absorbent article 1 detachably attached to the packaging sheet 10 via a release sheet 40 and packaged by the packaging sheet 10. In other words, the packaged absorbent article 100 is an individual package that houses one absorbent article 1 in one packaging sheet 10. The packaged absorbent article 100 can be obtained by placing the absorbent article 1 on the unfolded packaging sheet 10 and folding the packaging sheet 10 together with the absorbent article 1 so that the regions at both ends in one direction of the packaging sheet 10 overlap, that is, by folding the packaging sheet 10 at least three times in a roll with the absorbent article 1.

[0033] More specifically, the packaging sheet 10 includes a first region R1 including one end 11 in the longitudinal direction (first direction) D1 of the packaging sheet 10 and a second region R2 including the other end 12 in the longitudinal direction D1 of the packaging sheet 10, and the region between the first region R1 and the second region R2 is defined as a third region R3. Adhesive layers 30, 31, 32 for fixing the release sheet 40 are provided on the inner surfaces of the first region R1, the second region R2, and the third region R3. In FIGS. 1 and 4 to 7, the adhesive layers 31 and 32 are not shown. The absorbent article 1 has a displacement-preventing adhesive portion on the non-skin surface and is detachably attached onto the release sheet 40 by the displacement-preventing adhesive portion. Then, by overlapping the first region R1 on the outer surface of the second region R2, the absorbent article 1 can be wrapped. At this time, the first region R1 is folded back along a first fold line L1 extending along the short direction (second direction) D2 orthogonal to the longitudinal direction D1. Also, the second region R2 is folded back along a second fold line L2 extending along the short direction D2 before the first region R1 is folded back.

[0034] When folding back the second region R2 along the second fold line L2, the other end 12 in the longitudinal direction D1 may be folded so as to reach the first fold line L1 of the first region R1, or as shown in FIG. 1, it may be folded so that the other end 12 is at a position separated from the first fold line L1. Further, when folding back the first region R1 along the first fold line L1, it is preferable that one end 11 in the longitudinal direction D1 of the packaging sheet 10 does not protrude from the second region R2 beyond the second fold line L2. Such a packaging method of overlapping the two regions at the ends of the packaging sheet 10 is simple and can reliably enclose the absorbent article without exposing it to the external environment, so it is preferable.

[0035] (Absorbent article) The absorbent article 1 used in the embodiments of the present invention may be a sanitary napkin, a panty liner (liner sheet), a light incontinence pad, or the like. In this specification, the absorbent article 1 has an elongated shape in plan view, but the plan view shape of the absorbent article 1 is not limited to the illustrated one. The absorbent article 1 may be, for example, of a shape that is packaged by a packaging sheet without being folded together with the packaging sheet, such as a regular polygon including a square, a circular body fluid absorption pad, or the like. When the absorbent article 1 has an elongated shape, the overall length of the absorbent article 1 can be 140 to 430 mm, and the width of the absorbent article 1 can be 50 to 120 mm.

[0036] The absorbent article 1 may have a structure in which a liquid-impermeable back sheet, an absorber, and a liquid-permeable front sheet are laminated in this order. As the back sheet, at least a sheet material having water-repellent properties such as an olefin resin sheet such as polyethylene or polypropylene can be used. A laminated nonwoven fabric in which a nonwoven fabric is laminated on a polyethylene sheet or the like, or a laminated sheet of nonwoven fabric in which a waterproof film is interposed to ensure substantially liquid impermeability can be used. Further, those having moisture permeability may be used.

[0037] As the surface sheet, a porous or non-porous non-woven fabric, a porous plastic sheet, or the like is preferably used. As the material fibers constituting the non-woven fabric, for example, olefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, synthetic fibers such as polyester and polyamide, regenerated fibers such as rayon and cupra, and blended fibers thereof, and natural fibers such as cotton can be used alone or in combination of two or more.

[0038] The absorbent body is not limited as long as it is a material that can absorb and hold body fluids, but preferably contains cotton-like pulp and a water-absorbing polymer. As the water-absorbing polymer, superabsorbent polymer granules (superabsorbent polymer (SAP)), superabsorbent polymer fibers (superabsorbent fiber (SAF)), and combinations thereof can be used. Examples of the pulp include those made of cellulose fibers such as chemical pulp and dissolving pulp obtained from wood, and artificial cellulose fibers such as rayon and acetate.

[0039] The thickness of the absorbent body can be in the range of 0.5 to 25 mm, and preferably in the range of 1.5 to 6.5 mm. The absorbent body can also have a bulged structure in a region corresponding to the body fluid discharge port (body fluid discharge port corresponding region) and a region facing the groove of the buttocks behind the body fluid discharge port corresponding region.

[0040] The absorbent body has dimensions and a shape that do not protrude from the surface sheet and the back sheet. At the front and rear edge portions of the absorbent body, the outer edges of the back sheet and the surface sheet are joined by an adhesive such as hot melt, heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or the like. Further, on the outer side of the side of the absorbent body, side non-woven fabrics may be provided along the longitudinal direction at both ends in the width direction. As the side non-woven fabric, a water-repellent treated non-woven fabric or a hydrophilic treated non-woven fabric can be used.

[0041] (Packaging sheet) The shape of the packaging sheet 10 is not particularly limited, but as shown in FIG. 3, in the unfolded state (non-folded state), it preferably has an elongated shape, such as a rectangle, an oval, etc. Thereby, the absorbent article 1 having an elongated shape and a planar shape can be hygienically packaged.

[0042] The dimensions of the packaging sheet 10 depend on the size and shape of the absorbent article 1 to be packaged. For example, when the packaging sheet 10 is unfolded, the length in the longitudinal direction D1 (which may simply be referred to as the length) can be 100 to 450 mm, and the length in the short transverse direction D2 orthogonal to the longitudinal direction D1 (which may simply be referred to as the width) can be 70 to 250 mm.

[0043] When packaging an absorbent article with a relatively long length, a packaging sheet 10 with a longer length can be used according to the length of the absorbent article. In that case, the length of the second region R2 is made longer than the length of the third region R3. When folding the second region R2, first, the second region R2 is folded along the third fold line extending in the short transverse direction D2 to a position between the second fold line L2 and the other end 12 on the side where the absorbent article is placed. Then, the entire second region R2 is folded at the second fold line L2, and subsequently, the first region R1 is folded at the first fold line L1 to obtain a four-folded packaged absorbent article as a whole.

[0044] The material constituting the packaging sheet 10 is not particularly limited, but from the perspective of reducing environmental impact and promoting plastic reduction, it is preferably a natural-derived material such as plant fiber (pulp), rayon, cotton, lyocell, etc. The form of the packaging sheet 10 is not particularly limited, and examples include paper, non-woven fabric, film, laminate, etc.

[0045] When paper is used for the packaging sheet 10, it is preferable in that it can reduce the environmental load and can impart a unique texture. In this specification, the paper can refer to a flat plate formed by adhering plant fibers or other fibers with an adhesive. In particular, it can refer to those mainly made of plant fibers (pulp), for example, those in which plant fibers account for 50% or more of the contained fibers, preferably 80% or more. The types of pulp contained in the paper may include wood pulp, non-wood pulp, and waste paper pulp, and these can be either mechanical pulp or chemical pulp. Additives may be added to the paper. Furthermore, specific examples of the paper used for the packaging sheet 10 can include various types of paper such as unbleached paper, Western-style paper, Japanese paper, processed paper, synthetic paper, etc. Also, paper that has been used for other conventional applications, for example, newsprint, printing paper (including high-quality paper), writing paper, drawing paper, packaging paper, tissue paper, hybrid paper, etc., can be used without processing or after processing.

[0046] When paper is used as the material for the packaging sheet 10, in order to make it easy to fold when packaging absorbent articles and to maintain the state after packaging, the packaging sheet 10 can be a thin tissue paper with a low basis weight. The thin tissue paper may be thin imitation paper, Indian paper, rice paper (used as cigarette rolling paper, etc.), glassine paper, tissue paper, toilet paper, filter paper, etc. Also, the packaging sheet 10 may be one that has been processed after papermaking. Examples of the above processing include, for example, creping, embossing, calendering, water repellent processing, slitting, plying, printing processing, etc. By performing creping or embossing, both the strength and flexibility can be improved.

[0047] When paper is used as the material for the packaging sheet 10, the basis weight of the packaging sheet is preferably 50 g / m 2 More preferably, it is 40 g / m or less 2 Even more preferably, it is 30 g / m or less 2 Even further preferably, it is 20 g / m or less 2 Even further preferably, it is 11 g / m or less 2 Even further preferably, it is 8 g / m or less 2The following can be adopted. Also, the lower limit of the basis weight of the packaging sheet 10 is not particularly limited as long as it functions as the packaging sheet 10, but it is preferably 5 g / m 2 or more, more preferably 10 g / m 2 or more. Also, the thickness of the paper packaging sheet 10 can be preferably 40 to 200 μm, more preferably 100 to 200 μm.

[0048] When a nonwoven fabric is used for the packaging sheet 10, the texture and softness can be improved, which is preferable. As the nonwoven fabric to be used, a meltblown nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, etc. are preferable, and those in which layers of these nonwoven fabrics are combined and laminated in multiple layers can also be used. Further, the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric are preferably natural-derived materials, but may also be polyolefins such as polypropylene and polyethylene, polyesters, polyamides such as nylon, etc.

[0049] As the packaging sheet 10, a single packaging sheet 10 may be a single-layer sheet made of the above-described materials, or a single packaging sheet 10 may be a laminated sheet formed by laminating a plurality of layers made of different materials. Thus, for example, it may be constituted by laminating a film on the above-described paper sheet.

[0050] As shown in FIG. 1, the packaged absorbent article 100 has peelable seal portions 15, 15 formed at both edge portions in the short-side direction D2. The seal portions 15, 15 prevent the absorbent article 1 from being exposed to the outside, and also prevent dust and the like from entering the inside of the packaged absorbent article 100. The seal portions 15, 15 may be formed, for example, by heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, pressure bonding, or the like, or by an adhesive.

[0051] (Sealing tape) In the packaged absorbent article 100, after the absorbent article 1 is wrapped by the packaging sheet 10, a sealing tape 50 is provided (Figs. 1 to 3). The sealing tape 50 is an adhesive tape having an adhesive layer on the surface facing the packaging sheet 10. The adhesive tape is a tape that can be attached to and detached from the outer surface of the packaging sheet 10 even after a certain period of time has passed.

[0052] The sealing tape 50 is adhered from the first region R1 to the second region R2 which is overlapped on the outer surface of the second region R2. In other words, the sealing tape 50 is adhered to the outer surface of the packaging sheet 10 so as to straddle one end 11 in the longitudinal direction D1 of the packaging sheet 10 included in the first region R1. By providing the sealing tape 50, the first region R1 can be at least partially fastened to the second region R2 so that the first region R1 does not open. Therefore, before the packaged absorbent article 100 is opened, it is possible to prevent dust and the like from entering between the first region R1 and the second region R2. In addition, it is possible to prevent hands or objects from accidentally entering between the first region R1 and the second region R2 and the first region R1 from being peeled off from the second region R2.

[0053] Further, the sealing tape 50 has a fixing portion 52 located on the outer surface side of the first region R1 and a gripping portion 51 located on the outer surface side of the second region R2. When opening the packaged absorbent article 100, usually, hold the vicinity of the second fold line L2 of the packaging sheet 10 with one hand, hold the gripping portion 51 adhered to the second region R2 of the sealing tape 50 with the other hand and pull, and peel the sealing tape 50 from the second region R2. Then, when the sealing tape 50 is further pulled, the seals of the seal portions 15, 15 are released, but the fixing portion 52 adhered to the first region R1 of the sealing tape 50 remains adhered to the first region R1. Therefore, by continuously pulling the sealing tape 50, the first region R1 can be lifted together with the sealing tape 50 and peeled off from the second region R2, and the packaged absorbent article 100 can be unfolded.

[0054] Note that the end 51a of the gripping portion 51 of the sealing tape 50 does not necessarily have to be adhered to the packaging sheet 10. For example, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the end on the gripping portion 51 side of the sealing tape 50 may be folded back to form an end 51a where the outer surface (the surface without the adhesive layer) of the sealing tape 50 faces the packaging sheet 10. Thereby, when the user opens the packaged absorbent article 100, the user can easily lift the gripping portion 51 of the sealing tape 50 by pinching the end 51a.

[0055] The shape of the sealing tape 50 is not particularly limited, and it may be a rectangle or a square with a constant width. The width of the sealing tape 50 is preferably 5 to 30 mm, more preferably 10 to 20 mm. Also, the overall length of the sealing tape 50 is preferably 10 to 50 mm, more preferably 15 to 40 mm.

[0056] (Tear-resistant portion) In the first region R1 of the packaging sheet 10, in a plan view, a tear-resistant portion 20 that is difficult to be damaged when the packaged absorbent article 100 is opened is formed between at least the end 52a on the adhesive layer 30 side of the sealing tape 50 and the end 30a on the sealing tape 50 side of the adhesive layer 30 in the longitudinal direction D1.

[0057] When the packaging sheet 10 is made of paper, non-woven fabric, or the like, the fiber orientation is in the width direction D2. When the packaging sheet 10 is made of a film or the like, the stretching direction is in the width direction D2. Therefore, the strength in the longitudinal direction D1 is relatively weak. In particular, between the end portion 52a (the end portion of the fixing portion 52) on the adhesive layer 30 side of the sealing tape 50 and the end portion 30a on the sealing tape 50 side of the adhesive layer 30, the packaging sheet 10 does not overlap the sealing tape 50 and the adhesive layer 30 in a plan view, and it is a portion that is relatively weaker in strength than other portions of the first region R1. At the time of opening the packaged absorbent article, when the user grips and pulls the gripping portion 51 of the sealing tape 50, and the first region R1 is lifted together with the sealing tape 50 and peeled off from the second region R2, a force is applied to this portion, making it easily damaged. By forming the damage-resistant portion 20 at this easily damaged portion, it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet 10 from being damaged when opening the packaged absorbent article 100. Furthermore, since it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet 10 from being damaged when opening the packaged absorbent article 100, it can be opened smoothly, and at the time of disposal, the used absorbent article 1 can be wrapped with the packaging sheet 10.

[0058] Note that the damage-resistant portion 20 may be formed in a plan view so as to extend beyond the area between the end portion 52a on the adhesive layer 30 side of the sealing tape 50 and the end portion 30a on the sealing tape 50 side of the adhesive layer 30 in the longitudinal direction D1, or may be formed over the entire first region R1.

[0059] Also, in particular, even for a packaging sheet 10 made of a material with lower strength than resin, such as a natural-derived material, by forming the damage-resistant portion 20 at the easily damaged portion, it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet 10 from being damaged when opening the packaged absorbent article 100. That is, regardless of the material constituting the packaging sheet 10, it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet from being damaged when opening the packaged absorbent article 100.

[0060] The breakage-resistant part 20 preferably includes a high-rigidity part 21 that is more rigid than other parts of the first region. By including the high-rigidity part 21, the breakage-resistant part 20 can suppress deformation of the packaging sheet 10 when the packaged absorbent article 100 is opened. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet 10 from being torn due to deformation.

[0061] The high-rigidity part 21 may have a squeezed part (emboss) 22 squeezed in the thickness direction of the packaging sheet 10. A plurality of the squeezed parts 22 may be formed intermittently. The planar shape of the squeezed part 22 is not particularly limited and may be circular, square, diamond, heart, etc., and may have a design property. By having the squeezed part 22, the high-rigidity part 21 can be formed at a desired part of the packaging sheet 10. Also, regardless of the material constituting the packaging sheet 10, the high-rigidity part 21 can be formed on the packaging sheet 10. Further, the squeezed part 22 may be a continuous pattern such as a cross pattern as in the example shown in FIG. 4. Thereby, the squeezed part 22 can be efficiently formed in a wide area.

[0062] The high-rigidity part 21 (breakage-resistant part 20) is preferably formed over the entire width direction D2 of the packaging sheet 10. Thereby, even if the user applies a biased force when opening the packaged absorbent article 100, deformation of the packaging sheet 10 can be suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet 10 from being torn due to deformation.

[0063] Further, it is preferable that the high-rigidity portion 21 (damage-resistant portion 20) is formed so as to overlap at least one of the sealing tape 50 and the adhesive layer 30 in the longitudinal direction D1 in a plan view. In the plan view, the overlap in the longitudinal direction D1 between the high-rigidity portion 21 and the sealing tape 50 and the adhesive layer 30 is preferably 5 mm or more, and more preferably 15 mm or more. Thereby, in the longitudinal direction, the high-rigidity portion 21 (damage-resistant portion 20) can be formed over the entire area of the portion where force is applied and is likely to be damaged when the packaging absorbent article 100 is opened, the deformation of the packaging sheet 10 when the packaging absorbent article 100 is opened can be further suppressed, and the tearing of the packaging sheet 10 can be further suppressed.

[0064] (Modification example of damage-resistant portion) FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a first modification example of the damage-resistant portion 20. FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a second modification example of the damage-resistant portion 20. FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a third modification example of the damage-resistant portion 20.

[0065] As shown in the example of FIG. 5, the damage-resistant portion 20 may have a reinforcing agent application portion 23 to which a reinforcing agent is applied. Examples of the reinforcing agent include cellulose nanofibers. The reinforcing agent application portion 23 can be formed, for example, by applying a reinforcing agent to the packaging sheet 10 using a known coating method. Examples of the coating method include printing and spraying with a sprayer. By having the reinforcing agent application portion 23, the rigidity or strength of the packaging sheet 10 can be increased compared to the portion where the reinforcing agent is not applied, and the tearing of the packaging sheet 10 when the packaging absorbent article 300 is opened can be suppressed. Further, the damage-resistant portion 20 can be formed at a desired portion of the packaging sheet 10. Furthermore, the damage-resistant portion 20 can be formed regardless of the material constituting the packaging sheet 10.

[0066] The breakage-resistant part 20 may have water repellency by performing water-repellent treatment. For example, a water-repellent agent containing a silicone-based resin, a paraffin-based resin, a fluororesin, etc. can be applied to the packaging sheet 10 to perform water-repellent treatment. Further, since the above-mentioned cellulose nanofibers have water repellency, they function as a reinforcing agent and a water-repellent agent, and by applying the cellulose nanofibers, the rigidity or strength can be increased and water repellency can be imparted. By having water repellency, the breakage-resistant part 20 can prevent itself from getting wet even when the hand is wet, for example. Therefore, even when the packaging sheet 10 is made of a material with relatively low strength against wetting such as paper, it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet from being torn when opening the packaged absorbent article. Also, when wrapping the used absorbent article with the packaging sheet at the time of disposal, having water repellency can prevent the bleeding of menstrual blood and enable hygienic disposal.

[0067] As shown in the example of FIG. 6, the breakage-resistant part 20 may have a printed part 24 that is visible from the outer surface side of the packaging sheet 10. The printed part 24 can be formed, for example, by performing printing processing such as printing a product name, a product brand name, a decorative pattern, etc. on the packaging sheet 10. Examples of the printing processing include flexographic printing and gravure printing. Since ink is added and reinforced by printing, the rigidity or strength of the packaging sheet 10 in the part where the printing processing is performed can be made higher than that in the part where the printing processing is not performed, and it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet 10 from being torn when opening the packaged absorbent article 400. Also, the visibility or designability of the product name can be imparted to the packaged absorbent article 400.

[0068] As shown in the example of FIG. 7, the breakage-resistant portion 20 may be formed such that the distance A between the end portion 52a on the adhesive layer 30 side of the sealing tape 50 and the end portion 30a on the sealing tape 50 side of the adhesive layer 30 is 15 mm or less. The example shown in FIG. 7 is different from the examples shown in FIGS. 1 and 4 to 6 in that the distance A is short and the high-rigidity portion 21, the reinforcing agent application portion 23, or the printing portion 24 is not formed. Thereby, in a portion that is likely to be damaged when a force is applied during the opening of the packaged absorbent article 500, in a plan view, the area of the packaging sheet 10 between the end portion 52a on the adhesive layer 30 side of the sealing tape 50 and the end portion 30a on the sealing tape 50 side of the adhesive layer 30 in the longitudinal direction can be reduced. In other words, the portion of the packaging sheet 10 that is not adhered to the sealing tape 50 and the adhesive layer 30 can be reduced.

[0069] Also, when opening by pulling the sealing tape 50, the direction in which the sealing tape 50 is pulled may deviate from the longitudinal direction D1. Then, a torsional force (shearing force) acts on the end portion in the short-side direction D2 of the first region R1 where the seal portion 15 has been released. In particular, the longer the distance A of the portion where the release of the seal portion 15 progresses and the greater the deviation from the longitudinal direction D1, the greater the shearing force, and there is a possibility of breakage occurring at the end portion in the short-side direction D2 of the packaging sheet 10. Therefore, by shortening the distance A, the possibility of breakage from the end portion in the short-side direction D2 of the packaging sheet 10 can be suppressed to a low level. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the packaging sheet 10 from being damaged when the packaged absorbent article 500 is opened.

[0070] Note that the breakage-resistant portion 20 may be configured by combining the examples shown in FIGS. 1 and 4 to 6.

[0071] As described above, the embodiments have been described. However, the above embodiments are presented as examples, and the present invention is not limited by the above embodiments. The above embodiments can be implemented in various other forms, and various combinations, omissions, replacements, changes, etc. can be made without departing from the gist of the invention. These embodiments and their modifications are included in the scope and gist of the invention and are included in the invention described in the claims and its equivalent scope.
