Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a sample book of floor materials.
Background Art
[0002] When selecting a floor material, a sample book of floor materials in which a floor material sample cut into small pieces is attached to a mount is used. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a sample book in which a plurality of mounts 4 are attached to a back cover portion 50 by inserting a binding rod 2 through a through hole 11 of a side plate 16 fixed to the back cover portion 50 and a binding hole 40 of the mount 4 (the reference numerals are cited from Patent Document 1). Further, Patent Document 2 discloses a sample book in which a strip-shaped heat-melting adhesive is provided in the vicinity of the edge 20 on the binding side of the mount 2, and the surface thereof is pressed and smoothed by a smooth roller before the heat-melting adhesive is cured and used as a spacer 3 (the reference numerals are cited from Patent Document 2).

Summary of the Invention
[0004] However, in the sample book of Patent Document 1, the diameter of the binding hole in the mount board is larger than the diameter of the binding rod, and the mount board swings in the plane direction with respect to the binding rod. As a result, during use, the binding hole in the mount board expands, causing the mount board to swing even more, and when pulling, the edge of the mount board may bend or wear out. Further, in the conventional sample book, considering the swinging movement of the mount board, the edges of the front cover and the back cover extend outward beyond the edge of the mount board. However, due to its own weight during standing storage, the edges of the front cover and the back cover may bend or wear out. If the edge bends in this way, the appearance of the sample book may deteriorate. Also, in the sample book of Patent Document 2, a spacer is provided in the binding area. However, since such a spacer is made of a hot-melt adhesive, there is a risk that the spacer will be compressed when the binding area is pressed in the thickness direction. Further, since the spacer is formed by pressing and smoothing its surface with a smooth roller before the hot-melt adhesive cures, there is a risk that the spacer will peel off if not heated sufficiently, and its manufacturing is complicated, which contributes to cost increase.
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a sample book for a flooring material that is excellent in durability, can be easily manufactured, and has a good appearance.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] The sample book of the flooring material of the present invention has a booklet body having a plurality of mount boards to which flooring material samples are attached, and a front cover and a back cover that cover the front and back surfaces of the booklet body. In the sample book in which three edges are formed by integrating the binding areas of the respective mount boards and the binding areas of the front cover and the back cover, a plate member having substantially the same thickness as the flooring material sample is disposed in the binding area of the mount board to which the flooring material sample is attached. , front Retention rods are inserted into the respective binding areas of each of the mount boards, the front cover, and the back cover, including the plate member. The respective binding areas of each of the mount boards, the front cover, and the back cover and the plate member are strongly adhered to and integrated with the retention rods. , at the portions corresponding to the binding regions of the top and bottom edges of the booklet body, there are respectively provided blindfold portions having a main body piece and attachment pieces connected to both sides of the main body piece. Each of the blindfold portions is formed by bending a single sheet material at two locations. For the blindfold portion corresponding to the binding region of the top edge, the main body piece thereof extends flatly along the upper edge of the binding region of the top edge, and its two attachment pieces are fixed to the front and back surfaces of the booklet body. For the blindfold portion corresponding to the binding region of the bottom edge, the main body piece thereof extends flatly along the lower edge of the binding region of the bottom edge, and its two attachment pieces are fixed to the front and back surfaces of the booklet body. 。
[0007] In a preferred sample book of the floor covering of the present invention, the plate member is composed of an end material of the floor covering having the same thickness as the floor covering sample. A preferred sample book of the floor covering of the present invention The main body piece of the blindfold portion corresponding to the binding region of the top edge conceals the plate member when viewed from above, and the main body piece of the blindfold portion corresponding to the binding region of the bottom edge conceals the plate member when viewed from below. 。 In the sample book of the preferred flooring material of the present invention, the main body piece of the blindfold portion of the bottom edge is in close contact with the lower edge of the binding region of the bottom edge. In a preferred sample book of the floor covering of the present invention, the binding area between the plate member and the mount is integrated by the retaining bar without being fixed with an adhesive. This In a preferred sample book of the floor covering of the invention, the booklet body has a mount to which no floor covering sample is attached, and the binding area of the mount to which no floor covering sample is attached is in contact with the binding area of the adjacent mount without interposing a plate member.
Advantages of the Invention
[0008] In the sample book of the present invention, since each binding area of each mount, the front cover and the back cover and the plate member are strongly adhered to the retaining bar and integrated, the mounts and the like do not sway in the plane direction, and it has excellent durability. Further, since each mount and the like are integrated by the retaining bar, the sample book can be easily manufactured. Also, since a plate member having substantially the same thickness as the floor covering sample is disposed in the binding area of the mount in, booklet the booklet body is less likely to cause thickness imbalance, and it is possible to provide a sample book having a good appearance and excellent usability. Furthermore, since the attachment pieces of the blindfold portion formed by bending a single sheet material are fixed to the front and back surfaces of the booklet body, they are difficult to come off, and the blindfold portion can prevent damage to the binding region.

[0010] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with appropriate reference to the drawings. It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the "mounting board", "front cover", and "back cover" used are not meant to limit the material to be formed from paper. In this specification, a plan view means viewing from a vertical direction with respect to the surface of the front cover or the back cover of the sample book, and a top view and a bottom view mean viewing from a vertical direction with respect to the top edge and the bottom edge of the sample book, respectively. The top edge means the upper edge, the bottom edge means the lower edge, and the front edge means the edge on the open side of the mounting board.
[0011] [First Embodiment] FIG. 1 is a view of the sample book 1 of the floor material according to the first embodiment as seen from the front cover 31 side, FIG. 2 is a view as seen from the back cover 32 side, FIG. 3 is a view as seen from the top edge side, FIG. 4 is a view as seen from the bottom edge side, and FIG. 5 is a view as seen from the spine cover 33 side. FIG. 6 is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view of the sample book 1 cut along the vertical direction of the binding region X and enlarged, and FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the portion where the retaining bar 7 of the binding region X is provided cut along the horizontal direction and enlarged. In FIGS. 6 and 7, the intermediate parts with the same configuration are omitted. FIG. 8 shows the state of the sample book 1 opened. In FIGS. 6 and 7, the retaining bar 7 is not shown in cross-section.
[0012] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 8, the sample book 1 has a booklet body 2, a front cover 31, and a back cover 32. By integrating the binding area X of the booklet body 2 with the binding areas X of the front cover 31 and the back cover 32, a top flap, a bottom flap, and a front flap, which are three small flaps, are formed. Preferably, a spine cover 33 is further provided between the front cover 31 and the back cover 32.
[0013] The front cover 31 covers the front surface of the booklet body 2, the back cover 32 covers the back surface of the booklet body 2, and the spine cover 33 covers the back of the booklet body 2. The front cover 31, the spine cover 33, and the back cover 32 are formed by folding a single sheet material. It should be noted that the front cover 31, the spine cover 33, and the back cover 32 may be formed by joining a plurality of sheet materials for forming each cover with an adhesive or an adhesive tape (not shown).
[0014] The three small flaps of the booklet body 2 are aligned in a plan view. In the present embodiment, further, the three small flaps of the front cover 31 and the back cover 32 are also aligned in a plan view. In other words, the sets of the top flaps, the bottom flaps, and the front flaps of the front cover 31, the booklet body 2, and the back cover 32 respectively form planes. Therefore, when the sample book 1 is viewed from the front cover 31 side and the back cover 32 side, since the top flaps, the bottom flaps, and the front flaps of the front cover 31, the booklet body 2, and the back cover 32 overlap and are aligned, each of these small flaps appears to be substantially in a straight line. By aligning the three small flaps of the booklet body 2 with the three small flaps of the front cover 31 and the back cover 32 in this way, the sample book 1 can be smoothly inserted and removed from the bookshelf, so the handling property is excellent and the appearance of the sample book 1 is also good. Also, since the small flaps are aligned, even when the sample book 1 is stored standing on a bookshelf or the like, the load can be dispersed over the entire front cover 31, the back cover 32, and the booklet body 2, so the durability is excellent. Further, compared with the case where the small flaps of the front cover 31 and the back cover 32 are larger than the small flaps of the booklet body 2, the front cover 31 and / or the back cover 32 do not bend or the small flaps do not wear out, and the deterioration of the appearance over time can be prevented.
[0015] When the front cover 31 and the back cover 32 are roughly classified into regions corresponding to the mount 4, the front cover 31 and the back cover 32 have a display region Y that overlaps the display region of the mount 4 and a binding region X that overlaps the binding region of the mount 4. In order to facilitate opening of the display region Y of the front cover 31 and the back cover 32, it is preferable that a folding score line 35 is formed at or near the boundary between the display region Y and the binding region X of the front cover 31 and the back cover 32. Examples of the folding score line 35 include a push line as shown in the figure, and other lines not shown in the figure, such as a half-cut line, a perforation line, and a weak line. By providing the folding score line 35 of the front cover 31 and the back cover 32 and the folding score line 45 of the mount 4 described later at positions where they overlap in the thickness direction, the binding region X of the sample book 1 can be grasped with one hand, and the front cover 31 and the mount 4 can be rolled with the other hand to confirm the contents, thereby improving the handleability of the sample book 1. In this case, since the plate member 6 is disposed in the binding region X, the binding region X is particularly easy to grasp.
[0016] The booklet body 2 is composed of a laminate in which a plurality of mounts 4 are stacked. The plurality of mounts 4 include a mount 4 to which a floor material sample 5 is attached. Here, the floor material sample 5 is a sample obtained by cutting a floor material, which is a product, into a small size. As the floor material sample 5, a material obtained by cutting a floor material into a desired size can be used. Examples of the types of floor materials include resin floor materials having no fibrous materials such as pile or fabric on the surface, floor materials having pile provided on the surface, and floor materials having woven fabric or non-woven fabric pasted on the surface. Examples of the resin floor material having no fibrous material on the surface include composition vinyl floor tiles, multi-layer vinyl floor tiles, and floor sheets. Examples of the floor material having pile provided on the surface include tile carpets and wool carpets. Since it is difficult for the sample thickness to decrease over time, it is preferable that the sample book 1 of the present invention uses a resin floor material having no fibrous material on the surface as a sample. Now, specific examples of commercially available products are as follows. As for composition vinyl floor tiles, there are products named "Matiko V", "Cordera", "Lino Tester", etc. manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd. As for multilayer vinyl floor tiles, there are products named "Royal Wood", "Royal Stone", etc. manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd. As for floor sheets, there are products named "Matua", "Hitoe Fine", "NS Sheet", "Bath Nas Series", etc. manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd. The thickness of the floor material sample 5 is not particularly limited and is usually 1 mm or more and 10 mm or less.
[0017] The three short sides of the plurality of mountings 4 overlapping in the thickness direction are aligned in a plan view. In other words, the set of top short sides, the set of bottom short sides, and the set of front short sides of each mounting 4 forming the booklet body 2 form a plane respectively. Therefore, when the booklet body 2 is viewed from the front cover 31 side and the back cover 32 side, the top short sides, the bottom short sides, and the front short sides of each mounting 4 overlap, and these short sides appear to be substantially in a single straight line. Note that, in order to make it easier to roll up each mounting 4, a notch for finger hanging and / or an index tab (both not shown) may be partially formed in the front short side of the mounting 4. Even in the case including the mounting 4 in which such a notch and index tab are formed, when most of the three short sides of the plurality of mountings 4 overlapping in the thickness direction are substantially in a single straight line when viewed from the front cover 31 side and the back cover 32 side, it can be said that the three short sides of the plurality of mountings 4 are aligned in a plan view.
[0018] When the mounting 4 is roughly classified into regions according to its function, the mounting 4 consists of a display region Y and a binding region X. The display region Y of the mounting 4 is a region that becomes a facing page, and the floor material sample 5 can be attached to the front and back surfaces of the display region Y. Further, desired characters such as product descriptions can be printed or a seal with product descriptions etc. displayed can be pasted, and at the same time, the floor material sample 5 can be attached. The binding region X of the mounting 4 is a region for bundling a plurality of mountings 4 adjacent in the thickness direction so as not to vary, and is a region extending in a strip shape in the vertical direction on the side opposite to the front short side. Note that, as shown in FIG. 8, a folding score line 45 may be formed at the boundary between the display area Y and the binding area X of the mount 4. Examples of the folding score line 45 include a push line, a half-cut line, a perforation line, and a weak line. The folding score line 45 of the mount 4 is preferably provided at or near the boundary between the display area Y and the binding area X of the mount 4. The floor material sample 5 is attached to a desired location on the front surface or both the front and back surfaces of the display area Y of the mount 4, and preferably, as shown in the illustrated example, it is attached to a desired location on the front surface of the mount 4. The floor material sample 5 is attached to the mount 4 so as not to accidentally fall off, and for example, it is fixed to the mount 4 via an adhesive. Note that, as shown in FIG. 8, product descriptions and the like are displayed at appropriate locations in the display area Y of the mount 4.
[0019] The booklet body 2 has a plurality of mounts 4 to which the floor material sample 5 is attached, and, if necessary, has one or more mounts 4 to which the floor material sample 5 is not attached. For example, the booklet body 2 has a plurality of mounts 4 to which the floor material sample 5 is attached and one mount 4 to which the floor material sample 5 is not attached (see FIGS. 6 and 7). Hereinafter, when it is necessary to distinguish between the mount 4 to which the floor material sample 5 is attached and the mount 4 to which it is not attached, the mount 4 to which the floor material sample 5 is attached may be referred to as a "mount 4S with sample", and the mount 4 to which the floor material sample 5 is not attached may be referred to as a "mount 4N without sample".
[0020] The cardboard 4S with samples has a floor material sample 5 attached to the surface of its display area Y. In this specification, the surface of the cardboard 4 etc. refers to the surface on the front cover 31 side, and the back surface refers to the surface on the back cover 32 side. The attachment position of the floor material sample 5 on the cardboard 4S with samples is not particularly limited and can be set at an appropriate position. For example, (a) the floor material samples 5 may be attached such that all the floor material samples 5 of any two adjacent cardboard 4S with samples in the thickness direction completely overlap in the thickness direction, or (b) the floor material samples 5 may be attached such that all the floor material samples 5 of any two adjacent cardboard 4S with samples in the thickness direction do not overlap in the thickness direction, or (c) the floor material samples 5 may be attached such that one or more floor material samples 5 of any two adjacent cardboard 4S with samples in the thickness direction completely overlap and one or more floor material samples 5 partially overlap in the thickness direction, or (d) the floor material samples 5 may be attached such that one or more floor material samples 5 of any two adjacent cardboard 4S with samples in the thickness direction completely overlap and one or more floor material samples 5 do not overlap in the thickness direction, or a combination of (c) and (d) may also be used. Note that any two adjacent cardboard 4S with samples in the thickness direction in (a) to (d) include the case where they are directly adjacent and the case where they are adjacent with a cardboard 4N without samples in between.
[0021] When the floor material samples 5 of each cardboard 4S with samples are arranged so as to completely overlap in the thickness direction, each cardboard 4 is continuously supported by the floor material samples 5, so that the effect of supporting the display area Y like a pillar is produced. Also, the floor material sample 5 may be attached to both sides of the cardboard 4S with samples. In that case, by arranging the floor material samples 5 on the opposing surfaces between adjacent cardboard 4S with samples so as not to overlap each other, the thickness of the cardboard 4S with samples does not increase, and no difference in thickness occurs between the location where the floor material sample 5 is attached only to one side of the opposing cardboard 4S and the location where the floor material sample 5 is attached to both sides of the opposing cardboard 4S, which is preferable.
[0022] In order to make it difficult for the display areas Y of the plurality of mountings 4 to bend due to the load applied in the thickness direction of the sample book 1, it is preferable that all the mountings 4S with samples satisfy the following relationship. That is, it is preferable that all the mountings 4S with samples satisfy the relationship that at least one floor material sample 5 attached to one mounting 4 and at least one floor material sample 5 attached to the mounting 4 adjacent in the thickness direction thereto partially or completely overlap. Also, on the front and back surfaces of the mounting 4S with samples, it is better to arrange the floor material samples 5 moderately dispersed without concentrating them in one place, so that the load applied in the thickness direction of the sample book 1 can be dispersed and the bending can be reduced. When each mounting 4 becomes difficult to bend, aging deterioration and damage are reduced, and the durability of the sample book 1 is improved.
[0023] In the binding area X of the mounting 4S with samples, a plate member 6 having substantially the same thickness as the floor material sample 5 is arranged. The plate member 6 is provided to make the thickness of the binding area X of the booklet body 2 and the thickness of the display area Y substantially equal. Since the sample book 1 of the present invention is configured by stacking a plurality of mountings 4 to form the booklet body 2, the plate member 6 is arranged between the binding area of the mounting 4S with samples and the binding area of the mounting 4 directly adjacent thereto in the thickness direction. By arranging the plate member 6 in the binding area X of the mounting 4S with samples, it is possible to eliminate the thickness imbalance in the plane direction of the booklet body 2 caused by attaching the floor material sample 5 to the mounting 4. From the significance of such a plate member 6, for example, in the case of the mounting 4S with samples having the floor material sample 5 attached to the front surface side, the plate member 6 is arranged on the front surface side of the binding area, and in the case of the mounting 4S with samples having the floor material sample 5 attached to the back surface side, the plate member 6 is arranged on the back surface side of the binding area, and in the case of the mounting 4S with samples having the floor material sample 5 attached to both the front and back surface sides, the plate member 6 is arranged on each of the front and back surface sides of the binding area. Also, from the significance of the plate member 6, in the binding area of the sample-free mount 4N, without arranging and interposing the plate member 6, the binding area of the sample-free mount 4N is in contact with the binding area of the mount 4 to which the sample-free mount 4N is directly adjacent.
[0024] The plate member 6 is provided at least in a portion where a fastening bar 7 to be described later is inserted and in the periphery of that portion within the binding area X. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the plate member 6 is in a strip shape extending in the vertical direction in plan view. The plate member 6 may be substantially the same shape and size as the binding area X of the mount 4 in plan view, or may be substantially the same shape as and have a smaller area than the binding area X of the mount 4 in plan view, or may have a shape different from and a smaller area than the binding area X of the mount 4 in plan view. In the illustrated example, so that the upper edge of the plate member 6 does not protrude outside from the upper edge and the lower edge of the binding area X of the mount 4, the upper edge of the plate member 6 coincides with or is located near the upper edge of the binding area X, and the lower edge of the plate member 6 coincides with or is located near the lower edge of the binding area X, and the plate member 6 extends over substantially the entire vertical direction of the binding area X. With such a configuration, the strength of the binding area X can be increased, and a structure such as a core material can be imparted to the sample book 1 to increase the strength of the sample book 1. When the strength of the sample book 1 increases, it is difficult to be damaged and less likely to suffer from aging deterioration, so that the sample book 1 can be used for a long period of time. Also, since the portion to be gripped when inserting and removing the sample book 1 from the bookshelf is the binding area X, by adopting the above-described configuration with high strength of the binding area X, the handling of the sample book 1 becomes easy.
[0025] The plate member 6 is formed from, for example, the end material of a floor material having the same thickness as the floor material sample 5; papers such as cardboard and Japanese paper; synthetic resin sheets; woods such as veneer; composites thereof, and the like. Among these, a plate member 6 made of synthetic resin having flexibility and elasticity is preferable because it is difficult to break, lightweight, and easy to insert the fastening bar 7 when manufacturing the sample book 1. Those with high elasticity exhibit the effect of absorbing shock when an impact is applied to the binding region X, making it difficult for the booklet body 2 to be damaged. Among these, a plate member 6 made of vinyl chloride-based resin is preferable because it has suitable strength, flexibility, elasticity, and hardness, is lightweight, and has a low cost. Also, by using the end material of a floor material having the same thickness as the floor material sample 5, it is more preferable because it is cost-effective and does not require thickness adjustment. When using a resin floor material as the plate member 6 among floor materials, it is optimal because cutting and punching during processing are easy, and there is no generation of fiber dust such as in a floor material with pile provided on the surface.
[0026] The end material of the floor material means a small piece of the floor material, which may be intended for disposal, or may be usable for some purpose. In particular, using waste materials such as end materials generated during the production of the floor material as the plate member 6 is preferable from the perspective of environmental protection because it can effectively utilize materials that would otherwise be discarded. Also, the end material of the floor material having the same thickness as the floor material sample 5 may be the same end material of the floor material as the floor material sample 5 attached to the mount 4, provided that it has the same thickness as the floor material sample 5, or it may be an end material of a floor material different from the floor material sample 5. Examples of floor materials different from the floor material sample 5 include those that are the same as the floor material sample 5 except for the design color pattern being different; those that are the same as the floor material sample 5 except for some layer configurations being different; those that are the same as the floor material sample 5 except for the presence or absence of embossed unevenness; those that are the same as the floor material sample 5 except for the design color pattern and material being different; and the like.
[0027] The plate member 6 may be fixed to the binding area X of the backing paper 4 using an adhesive. However, since the sample book 1 can be easily manufactured, it is preferable that the plate member 6 is not fixed to the binding area X of the backing paper 4 adjacent to the plate member 6 in the thickness direction with an adhesive. In this case, the plate member 6 is in contact with the binding area X of the adjacent backing paper 4. In the present embodiment, the binding area X of the plate member 6 and the backing paper 4 is integrated with a fastening bar 7 without being fixed with an adhesive.
[0028] A light-shielding portion 8 is provided at a portion corresponding to the binding area X among the top and bottom openings of the booklet body 2. The light-shielding portion 8 is a member that covers the upper and lower edges of the binding area X of each backing paper 4 and the upper and lower edges of the plate member 6. By providing the light-shielding portion 8, the binding area X of each backing paper 4 and the plate member 6 cannot be seen in the top view and the bottom view, and the appearance of the sample book 1 becomes even better.
[0029] Referring to FIG. 6, the light-shielding portion 8 preferably has a plate-shaped main body piece 81 and further has a mounting piece 82 for mounting to the booklet body 2 or the like. For example, the light-shielding portion 8 has a plate-shaped main body piece 81 and plate-shaped mounting pieces 82 connected to both sides of the main body piece 81. The "connection" mentioned here includes cases where it is integrally formed of one material and cases where separate members are joined together. For example, the light-shielding portion 8 can be formed by bending a single sheet material at two locations. By forming it from a single sheet material, a light-shielding portion 8 that is easy to manufacture and excellent in strength can be formed.
[0030] For example, by arranging the light-shielding portion 8 at the top and bottom openings so as to cover the binding area X of the booklet body 2 with the main body piece 81 and fixing the two mounting pieces 82 to the front and back surfaces of the booklet body 2 with an adhesive, the light-shielding portion 8 can be provided at a portion corresponding to the binding area X of the booklet body 2. By fixing the two mounting pieces 82, the light-shielding portion 8 is firmly adhesively fixed at two locations, making it difficult to come off, and the light-shielding portion 8 also serves as a guard to protect the binding area X and prevent damage. Note that the attachment piece 82 of the blindfold portion 8 may be fixed to the back surface of the front cover 31 and the front surface of the back cover 32, or may be fixed to the front and back surfaces of the booklet body 2 and the back surface of the front cover 31 and the front surface of the back cover 32, respectively. Since the booklet body 2 with the blindfold portion 8 fixed can be easily integrated with the front cover 31 and the back cover 32 by the fastening bar 7, it is preferable that the blindfold portion 8 is fixed only to the booklet body 2.
[0031] The mount board 4, the front cover 31, the back cover 32, the spine cover 33, and the blindfold portion 8 are formed from various sheet materials such as papers such as cardboard and Japanese paper; synthetic resin sheets; synthetic papers; and composite sheets thereof. By using paper for the mount board 4 and the like, the sample book 1 becomes lightweight and has excellent handling properties. In particular, by using cardboard, high rigidity can also be ensured. Also, by using a synthetic resin sheet for the mount board 4 and the like, excellent abrasion resistance and water resistance can be obtained, and high durability can be ensured. In particular, by using a composite sheet in which a synthetic resin is coated on the surface of cardboard, it is lightweight and has excellent handling properties, and abrasion resistance and water resistance can be ensured by the synthetic resin film on the surface. Considering these, for example, a material obtained by laminating two or more cardboards, or a material obtained by laminating a large number of thin papers, or a material in which a synthetic resin is coated on the surface of a paper having a thickness and rigidity greater than that of cardboard is preferably used for the mount board 4 and the like.
[0032] Also, it is preferable that the front cover 31 and the back cover 32 are formed from a sheet material that is thicker and has higher rigidity than the mount board 4. Further, it is more preferable that the spine cover 33 is also formed from a sheet material that is thicker and has higher rigidity than the mount board 4. Also, from the viewpoint of reducing the types of materials used, it is preferable that the blindfold portion 8 is formed from the same sheet material as the front cover 31 and the back cover 32. For example, the mount 4 is formed of cardboard, and the front cover 31, the back cover 32, the spine cover 33, and the blindfold portion 8 are formed of a composite sheet in which synthetic resin is coated on a paperboard thicker than the cardboard. By covering the booklet body 2 with a material of high strength in this way, the strength of the entire sample book 1 can be increased and the durability can be improved. In addition, since the strengths of the front cover 31, the back cover 32, the spine cover 33, and the blindfold portion 8 are the same, it is difficult for strength unevenness to occur, and it is possible to prevent a part from being damaged, so the sample book 1 can be used for a long time. Also, by making the thickness of the mount 4 relatively thin, the sample book 1 becomes easy to turn, and the handleability can be improved. Note that the front cover 31 may have an inner cover (not shown) on the back side thereof. Similarly, the back cover 32 may have an inner cover (not shown) on the front side thereof. The inner cover is formed of a sheet material thinner than the front cover 31 and the back cover 32 and softer than the mount 4. For example, the inner cover is formed of plain paper.
[0033] The front cover 31, the booklet body 2, and the back cover 32 are integrated with a binding bar 7. Specifically, the binding bar 7 is inserted into the binding area X of each mount 4 and the binding areas X of the front cover 31 and the back cover 32. The binding bar 7 is inserted in the thickness direction of the binding area X. As described above, since the plate member 6 is disposed in the binding area X of the mount 4S with a sample, the binding bar 7 is inserted including the plate member 6 intervening in the binding area X. The binding area X of each mount 4, the binding areas X of the front cover 31 and the back cover 32, and the plate member 6 are strongly adhered to and integrated with the binding bar 7. The so-called strongly adhered and integrated means that the binding bar 7 and the binding area X of the mount 4 etc. are not fixed with an adhesive, but the mount 4 etc. cause material deformation and are forcibly expanded in the radial direction outside the diameter of the binding bar 7 and firmly adhered to the binding bar 7, and as a result, the binding area X of each mount 4, the binding areas X of the front cover 31 and the back cover 32, and the plate member 6 are integrated.
[0034] Also, by inserting the fastening rod 7, the front cover 31, the base paper 4, the base paper 4 and the plate member 6, the base paper 4 and the back cover 32, etc. are in contact with each other in their thickness directions. In FIGS. 6 and 7, although slight gaps are shown between the front cover 31 and the base paper 4, between the base paper 4 and the plate member 6, and between the base paper 4 and the back cover 32, it should be noted that this slight gap is shown for the purpose of indicating that the adjacent front cover 31 and base paper 4 in the thickness direction are not fixed with an adhesive. When a plate member made of an elastic synthetic resin is used as the plate member 6, when the fastening rod 7 is inserted, the plate member 6 contracts due to its elasticity and then restores after insertion, so that the plate member 6 is firmly fixed to the fastening rod 7, which is desirable. Also, when a plate member 6 made of a synthetic resin having appropriate flexibility is used, the fastening rod 7 can be easily inserted, so that the workability is improved.
[0035] The fastening rod 7 has, for example, a head portion 7a and a shaft portion 7b that is connected to the head portion 7a and has a smaller diameter than the head portion 7a. The fastening rod 7 is a member made of synthetic resin or metal. Here, the "connection" also includes the case where it is integrally formed of one material and the case where separate members are joined together. The synthetic resin-made fastening rod 7 has the advantages of being inexpensive, having excellent workability, and being lightweight, while the metal-made fastening rod 7 has the advantages of high strength and easy insertion. The head portion 7a of the fastening rod 7 is locked to the front cover 31 or the back cover 32. The shaft portion 7b of the fastening rod 7 is in strong contact with the binding regions X of the front cover 31, each base paper 4, and the back cover 32 and each plate member 6 and is inserted in their thickness directions. In the present embodiment, the fastening rod 7 used has a pointed tip of the shaft portion 7b. For example, a nail is used as the fastening rod 7. When a nail is used, it has the advantages of being easy to insert and inexpensive. However, when it is necessary to fix each base paper 4 more firmly, a screw or a nail having a stepped portion may be used. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, it is preferable that the tip of the fastening rod 7 with a pointed tip of the shaft portion 7b does not penetrate through the back cover 32 or the front cover 31. When the tip penetrates through the back cover 32 or the front cover 31, a cap may be attached to the tip so that the pointed portion is not exposed.
[0036] The number of the fastening bars 7 is not particularly limited as long as the binding regions X of the respective mounts 4 and the like can be integrated and the mounts 4 and the like can be prevented from swinging. As described above, since it is preferable that the tip of the fastening bar 7 does not penetrate through the back cover 32 or the front cover 31, it is preferable to use a fastening bar 7 having a length of the shaft portion 7b shorter than the thickness of the binding region X of the sample book 1. The thickness of the binding region X of the sample book 1 is the thickness of the binding region X of the booklet body 2 + the thickness of the front cover 31 + the thickness of the back cover 32. In this case, since the mount 4, the back cover 32, or the front cover 31 in which the shaft portion 7b is not inserted is generated ahead of the tip of the inserted shaft portion 7b of the fastening bar 7, at least two fastening bars 7, i.e., the fastening bar 7 having the head portion 7a locked to the front cover 31 and the fastening bar 7 having the head portion 7a locked to the back cover 32, are used. In the illustrated example, two fastening bars 7 having the head portion 7a locked to the front cover 31 and the tip of the shaft portion 7b inserted near the back cover 32, and two fastening bars 7 having the head portion 7a locked to the back cover 32 and the tip of the shaft portion 7b inserted near the front cover 31, are used. Note that the fastening bar 7 having the head portion 7a locked to the front cover 31 and the fastening bar 7 having the head portion 7a locked to the back cover 32 are inserted while being shifted vertically so that the shaft portions 7b thereof do not interfere with each other. Since the back cover 33 is connected to the front cover 31 and the back cover 32, by integrating the front cover 31 and the back cover 32 with the booklet body 2 using the fastening bar 7, the back cover 33 can be disposed on the back surface of the booklet body 2 without using the fastening bar 7 or an adhesive particularly.
[0037] The sample book 1 of the present invention can be manufactured, for example, as follows. Prepare a mount 4S with a sample, a mount 4N without a sample as needed, and a plate member 6, and form the booklet body 2 by aligning and stacking the respective mounts 4 in order while disposing the plate member 6 in the binding region X of the mount 4S with a sample. If necessary, the light-shielding portion 8 is fixed to the binding region X of the booklet body 2 with an adhesive. On the front, back, and backside of this booklet body 2, a front cover 31, a back cover 33, and an inner back cover 32 formed from a single sheet material are arranged. Nails, which are fastening rods 7, are driven into the binding area X from the front cover 31 side, for example, at intervals of two. Further, nails, which are fastening rods 7, are driven into the binding area X from the inner back cover 32 side, for example, at intervals of two. In this way, the sample book 1 of the present invention can be obtained.
[0038] The sample book 1 of the present invention can be easily manufactured because the booklet body 2, the front cover 31, and the inner back cover 32 can be integrated by driving the fastening rods 7 into the binding area X in the thickness direction. Further, since the plate member 6 exists in the binding area X of the mount 4, this plate member 6 functions like a receiving base when driving the fastening rods 7, and can prevent the driving deviation and driving error of the fastening rods 7. Also, after pre-drilling guide holes with a smaller diameter than the fastening rods 7 using a drill, laser light, etc. in the binding area X of the front cover 31, etc. and the plate member 6, the fastening rods 7 can be driven into the guide holes. However, by using the fastening rods 7 with pointed tips, the fastening rods 7 can be driven without forming guide holes in the binding area X of the front cover 31, each mount 4, and the inner back cover 32 and the plate member 6. Also, when the plate member 6 is not fixed to the binding area X of the mount 4 with an adhesive, that is, even when the plate member 6 is arranged in contact with the binding area X of the mount 4, these can be integrated by inserting the fastening rods 7, the material cost can be reduced, and since there is no need to apply an adhesive, the number of working steps can be reduced and the manufacturing cost can be lowered.
[0039] The sample book 1 of the present invention is such that the binding regions X of each mount 4, the front cover 31, and the back cover 32 and the plate member 6 are strongly adhered to the fastening bar 7 and integrated. Therefore, the mounts 4 and the like do not sway in the plane direction, and bending and abrasion of the mounts 4 can be prevented, so that it has excellent durability. Further, as described above, since each mount 4, the front cover 31, the back cover 32, and the plate member 6 are integrated by the fastening bar 7, the sample book 1 can be easily manufactured. Furthermore, since the plate member 6 having substantially the same thickness as the floor material sample 5 is disposed in the binding region X of the mount 4S with a sample, the thickness of the binding region X of the booklet body 2 and the thickness of the display region Y are substantially equal. For this reason, it is difficult for the booklet body 2 composed of a plurality of mounts 4 to cause thickness imbalance in the plane direction, and a sample book 1 having a good appearance and excellent usability can be provided. When the end material of the floor material is used as the plate member 6, the material cost can be reduced. In addition, when the booklet body 2 is provided with the light-shielding portion 8, in the top view and the bottom view, the binding regions X of the respective mounts 4 and the plate member 6 are concealed, and a sample book 1 having a better appearance can be provided. Furthermore, when the three short sides of the booklet body 2 and the three short sides of the front cover 31 and the back cover 32 are aligned in plan view, it is possible to prevent the short sides of the front cover 31 and the like from bending during standing storage or the like, and a sample book 1 having better durability and appearance can be provided.
[0040] [Second Embodiment] In the first embodiment described above, the belt-like plate member 6 extending substantially over the entire vertical direction of the binding region X of the mount 4 is exemplified. However, the plate member 6 is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the plate member 6 may be partially disposed in the vertical direction of the binding region X of the mount 4. Specifically, the plate member 6 is provided to extend in a portion where the fastening bar 7 is inserted and the periphery of that portion within the binding region X of the base paper 4S with sample. In the illustrated example, a first plate member 61 that extends in the periphery including the portion where the upper two fastening bars 7 are inserted, and a second plate member 62 that extends in the periphery including the portion where the lower two fastening bars 7 are inserted, are arranged in the binding region X of the base paper 4S with sample. A gap A is formed between the first plate member 61 and the second plate member 62. When providing the light-shielding portion 8, in order to facilitate attachment of the light-shielding portion 8, it is preferable that the upper edge of the first plate member 61 coincides with the upper edge of the binding region X of the base paper 4 or extends to the vicinity of the upper edge thereof. For the same reason, it is preferable that the lower edge of the second plate member 62 coincides with the lower edge of the binding region X of the base paper 4 or extends to the vicinity of the lower edge thereof.
[0041] [Third Embodiment] In the above first and second embodiments, the case where the fastening bar 7 having the head 7a on one side of the shaft portion 7b and the tip of the shaft portion 7b on the opposite side being pointed is used is illustrated. However, the fastening bar 7 is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, a fastening bar 7 having heads 71a and 72a on both sides may be used.
[0042] The fastening bar 7 shown in Fig. 10 has a first rod-shaped body 71 having a head portion 71a and a shaft portion 71b that is connected to the head portion 71a and has a smaller diameter than the head portion 71a, and a second rod-shaped body 72 having a head portion 72a and a shaft portion 72b that is connected to the head portion 72a and has a smaller diameter than the head portion 72a. The tip of the shaft portion 71b of the first rod-shaped body 71 and the tip of the shaft portion 72b of the second rod-shaped body 72 can be engaged. For example, a male thread is formed at the tip of the shaft portion 71b of the first rod-shaped body 71, and a hole portion with a female thread formed therein is formed in the shaft portion 72b of the second rod-shaped body 72. By screwing the tip of the shaft portion 71b of the first rod-shaped body 71 into the hole portion of the shaft portion 72b of the second rod-shaped body 72, a fastening bar 7 in which the first rod-shaped body 71 and the second rod-shaped body 72 are engaged and integrated can be configured. Instead of the screwing, a hole portion may be formed at the tip of the shaft portion 71b of the first rod-shaped body 71 or the tip of the shaft portion 72b of the second rod-shaped body 72, and the tip of the shaft portion 72b of the second rod-shaped body 72 or the tip of the shaft portion 71b of the first rod-shaped body 71 may be press-fitted strongly into the hole portion to engage the first rod-shaped body 71 and the second rod-shaped body 72. When using such a fastening bar 7, for example, a guide hole having a smaller diameter than the shaft portion 71b of the first rod-shaped body 71 is formed in the binding region X such as the front cover 31 and the plate member 6. After driving the first rod-shaped body 71 into this guide hole from the side of the front cover 31 or the back cover 32, the second rod-shaped body 72 is engaged with the first rod-shaped body 71 from the opposite side, whereby the sample book 1 in which each mount 4, the front cover 31, the back cover 32, and the plate member 6 are strongly adhered to the fastening bar 7 and integrated can be manufactured.
[0043] The fastening bar 7 shown in Fig. 11 has a first head portion 73a, a shaft portion 73b that is connected to the first head portion 73a and has a smaller diameter than the head portion 73a, and a second head portion 73c that is connected to the shaft portion 73b on the opposite side of the first head portion 73a. The first head portion 73a is locked to the front cover 31, the second head portion 73c is locked to the back cover 32, and the shaft portion 73b is strongly adhered to the front cover 31, the mount 4, and the back cover 32.
[0044] As shown in Fig. 11, the fastening bar 7 can be formed by crushing the tip of the fastening bar precursor. Specifically, a fastening bar precursor having a first head and a shaft like a rivet is formed of synthetic resin, and this precursor is driven into the binding region X of the front cover 31 and the plate member 6, and the tip of the shaft of the precursor is projected from the back cover 31. By thermally melting the projected tip and locking it to the back cover 32, a second head is formed. In this way, a sample book 1 in which each mount 4, the front cover 31, the back cover 32, and the plate member 6 are strongly adhered and integrated as shown in Fig. 11 can be manufactured. According to the present embodiment, since at least two fastening bars 7 are used to integrate each mount 4 and the like, the number of fastening bars 7 used can be reduced.
[0045] [Fourth Embodiment] In the first to third embodiments described above, the booklet body 2 having a plurality of mounts 4S with samples and one mount 4N without samples is exemplified. However, the booklet body 2 is not limited to this. For example, as shown in Fig. 12, the booklet body 2 may have a plurality of mounts 4N without samples. In the illustrated booklet body 2, one or a plurality of mounts 4N without samples are interposed between some mounts 4S with samples.
