Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a cab.
Background Art
[0002] In the cab of a construction machine such as a hydraulic excavator, an air conditioner is provided. A configuration is disclosed in which a duct is arranged inside the ceiling in order to direct the air from the air conditioner onto the head of the operator in the cab (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003] In a hydraulic excavator, for example, the front glass of the cab may be configured to be openable and closable so that the operator can operate while looking into the excavation target during excavation work. When the front glass is opened, the front glass is stored below the ceiling.
[0004] When such an openable and closable front glass is provided, if a duct is arranged below the ceiling in order to direct the air from the air conditioner onto the head of the operator, the front window may interfere with the duct when the front window is stored below the ceiling. In order to avoid such interference with the skylight, a configuration in which a duct is arranged inside the ceiling is disclosed (see FIG. 5 of Patent Document 2).

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0006] On the other hand, the cab of a hydraulic excavator may be provided with a skylight for visual recognition from above, and a roller blind for blocking sunlight is arranged on the skylight.
[0007] However, since the internal space of the ceiling is small, when a roller blind is arranged, interference occurs between the roller blind and the outlet of the duct, and the duct cannot be arranged at the desired position. In this case, the louver of the duct outlet is located behind the upper body including the crew member's head, making it difficult to direct the wind onto the upper body.
[0008] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a cab that can direct wind onto the upper body of a crew member even when a roller blind for shading a skylight is arranged.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0009] The cab according to the first aspect of the present disclosure includes a ceiling portion, a roller blind, a first duct, and a louver. The ceiling portion has a skylight. The roller blind has a screen and a winding device. The screen is arranged inside the skylight. The winding device is arranged behind the skylight and inside the ceiling portion to wind up the screen. The first duct is arranged inside and passes below the winding device. The louver is arranged in front of the winding device of the ceiling portion and at the first outlet of the first duct.
Effects of the Invention
[0010] According to the aspect of the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a cab that can direct wind onto the upper body of a crew member even when a roller blind for shading a skylight is arranged.

[0012] The cab of the construction machine according to the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0013] <Configuration> (Overview of Cab 1) FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the cab 1 of the construction machine according to the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is a front view of the cab 1. FIG. 1 corresponds to the cross-sectional view at the position between AA' of FIG. 2. The arrow in FIG. 1 indicates the direction of the wind.
[0014] The cab 1 is arranged on a construction machine as a driver's seat where the operator sits during operation. Examples of the construction machine using the cab 1 include a hydraulic excavator.
[0015] The cab 1 includes a bottom surface portion 11, a front surface portion 12, left and right side surface portions 13, a rear surface portion 14, a ceiling portion 15, a seat 16, an air conditioner 17, and a roll blind 18.
[0016] A space S1 surrounded by the bottom surface portion 11, the front surface portion 12, the left and right side surface portions 13, the rear surface portion 14, and the ceiling portion 15 forms a driver's cab.
[0017] The bottom surface portion 11 forms the floor of the driver's cab. The front surface portion 12 is arranged upward from the front end of the bottom surface portion 11. The upper part of the front surface portion 12 is inclined rearward. The left and right side surface portions 13 are arranged upward from the left and right ends of the bottom surface portion 11. The rear surface portion 14 is arranged upward from the rear end of the bottom surface portion 11. The ceiling portion 15 is arranged so as to connect the upper ends of the front surface portion 12, the left and right side surface portions 13, and the rear surface portion 14. The ceiling portion 15 is curved downward at the front so that the front end is positioned below the center in the front-rear direction.
[0018] The seat 16 is where the crew member sits. The seat 16 is arranged within the space S1. The air conditioner 17 adjusts the temperature of the space S1. The roll blind 18 shields or opens the skylight 24 arranged on the ceiling portion 15.
[0019] In the cab 1, the front, rear, left, and right are determined based on the crew member sitting on the seat 16. In the figure, the front direction is indicated by the arrow Xf, and the rear direction is indicated by the arrow Xb. Also, as shown in FIG. 2, the right direction is indicated by the arrow Yr, and the left direction is indicated by the arrow Yl.
[0020] (Front surface portion 12) As shown in FIG. 2, the front face portion 12 has a lower glass 21 and an upper glass 22. The lower glass 21 is disposed at the lower part of the front face portion 12. The upper glass 22 is above the lower glass 21 and is disposed at the upper part of the front face portion 12.
[0021] As shown in FIG. 1, guide rails 23 are disposed along the horizontal direction on the inner surfaces of the left and right side face portions 13 (see also FIG. 8A described later). Rollers (not shown) are disposed at the widthwise ends of the upper glass 22. By guiding the rollers along the inner surface of the guide rail 23, the upper glass 22 slides rearward in the direction of arrow Xb as shown by arrow C at its upper end side, and the lower end side of the upper glass 22 slides upward as shown by arrow D. The moving upper glass 22 is shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1. Thereby, when fully opened, the upper glass 22 is stored below the ceiling portion 15 and parallel to the ceiling portion 15.
[0022] (Ceiling portion 15) FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the front portion of the ceiling portion 15 viewed from the inside of the cab 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the ceiling portion 15 has a skylight 24. The skylight 24 is disposed at the front portion of the ceiling portion 15. In a hydraulic excavator or the like, an operator can visually recognize the upper side through the skylight 24.
[0023] The skylight 24 is rotatable upward at the front end about the rear end. A hinge 25 (see arrow F in FIG. 7A described later) is disposed at the rear end of the skylight 24, and the front end can be lifted about the hinge 25. As shown in FIG. 3, a lock portion 26 is disposed between the front end of the skylight 24 and the edge portion 15a of the ceiling portion 15 on the front side of the skylight 24, and the skylight 24 can be locked in a closed state. A handle 24a for being gripped by an operator when opening and closing the skylight 24 is provided on the lower surface of the skylight 24.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 1, the ceiling portion 15 has a decorative panel 27 facing the space S1 and an outer surface panel 28 facing the outside. In the internal space S2 between the decorative panel 27 and the outer surface panel 28, the front and rear duct portions 42a, 42b (described later) of the air conditioner 17 and the winding device 54 of the roll blind 18 are arranged.
[0025] As shown in FIG. 3, a lamp 29 for illuminating the inside of the cab 1 is arranged substantially at the center in the left - right direction on the rear side of the skylight 24 of the ceiling portion 15. The lamp 29 is also arranged substantially at the center in the front - rear direction.
[0026] (Air conditioner 17) FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the ceiling portion 15 and the air conditioner 17 viewed from above. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the ceiling portion 15 and the air conditioner 17 viewed from below. FIG. 6 is a rear view for showing the duct structure in the ceiling portion 15. In FIGS. 4 to 6, the walls partitioning the plurality of ducts in the ceiling portion 15 are hidden by the decorative panel 27 and the outer surface panel 28 and thus not visible, but are shown by solid lines for the purpose of explanation.
[0027] The air conditioner 17 has an air conditioner main body 31, a front duct 32, a front louver 33, a rear duct 34, a rear louver 35, and a defroster duct 36.
[0028] As shown in FIG. 1, the air conditioner main body 31 is arranged behind the seat 16. The air conditioner main body 31 houses a fan, a heat exchanger, and the like.
[0029] The front duct 32 supplies air from the air conditioner main body 31 to the vicinity of the center in the front - rear direction of the ceiling portion 15. The front duct 32 has an up - down duct portion 41 (see FIG. 5) and front - rear duct portions 42a, 42b (an example of the first duct) (see FIG. 4).
[0030] The upper and lower duct portion 41 extends from the air conditioner main body 31 to the ceiling portion 15. The upper and lower duct portion 41 is disposed at the corner between the right side surface portion 13 and the rear surface portion 14. The upper and lower duct portion 41 is connected to the opening 27a (see FIG. 6) of the ceiling panel 27 of the ceiling portion 15. The opening 27a is formed at the upper right rear portion of the ceiling portion 15.
[0031] The front and rear duct portions 42a and 42b shown in FIG. 4 are disposed in the internal space S2 of the ceiling portion 15. As shown in FIG. 6, the duct portions 42a and 42b are branched in the left - right direction from the opening 27a and extend forward.
[0032] As shown in FIG. 6, the front and rear duct portion 42a extends from the opening 27a toward the front direction Xf to the rear end portion 15b of the skylight 24. As shown in FIG. 6, the front and rear duct portion 42b extends obliquely forward from the opening 27a toward the left front and then extends forward to the rear end portion 15b of the skylight 24.
[0033] The front and rear duct portions 42a and 42b are disposed so as to sandwich the lamp 29 in the left - right direction.
[0034] FIG. 7A is a cross - sectional view taken between AA' of FIG. 2 showing the front portion of the ceiling portion 15. FIG. 7B is a cross - sectional view taken between AA' of FIG. 2 showing the rear portion of the ceiling portion 15. FIGS. 7A and 7B show the cross - section of the front and rear duct portion 42a. FIG. 7C is a cross - sectional view taken between BB' of FIG. 2 showing the front portion of the ceiling portion 15. FIG. 7C is a cross - sectional view of the front portion of the ceiling portion 15 at the center in the left - right direction. In FIGS. 7A and 7B, the air flow in the front and rear duct portion 42a is indicated by arrows.
[0035] As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the front and rear duct portions 42a are connected to two air outlets 42c (an example of the first air outlet) formed in the decorative panel 27 and open into the space S1 of the cab 1. As shown in FIG. 6, the air outlets 42c are formed elongated in the left-right direction. The two air outlets 42c are arranged side by side in the front-rear direction. The front louvers 33 are arranged at each of the two air outlets 42c as shown in FIG. 7A.
[0036] FIG. 8A is a perspective view of the cross-section between EE' in FIG. 2 viewed from below. FIG. 8B is a perspective view of the cross-section between EE' in FIG. 2 viewed from above. FIG. 8C is a partially enlarged view of FIG. 8B.
[0037] As shown in FIGS. 6, 8A and 8B, the front and rear duct portions 42b are connected to two air outlets 42c formed in the decorative panel 27 and open into the space S1 of the cab 1. The air outlets 42c are formed elongated in the left-right direction. The two air outlets 42c are arranged side by side in the front-rear direction. The front louvers 33 are arranged at each of the two air outlets 42c as shown in FIG. 8A.
[0038] The front louvers 33 are attached to the air outlets 42c rotatably about the left-right direction as the central axis. By rotating the front louvers 33, the wind direction can be changed.
[0039] Note that by arranging the two front louvers 33 side by side in the front-rear direction in this way, the air blowing can be freely changed according to the needs of the crew, such as concentrating the wind only on the head, dispersing the wind to the head and the parts other than the head of the upper body, or adjusting the air supply area by closing a part.
[0040] Also, since the internal space S2 of the ceiling portion 15 is narrow, small-sized front louvers 33 are used, but by arranging two of them side by side in the front-rear direction, the air volume of the blown air can be ensured.
[0041] Also, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the front and rear duct portions 42a have a constricted portion 42d with a reduced thickness in the height direction at the rear side of the front louvers 33. Further, as shown in FIG. 8A, a constricted portion 42d is also formed in the front and rear duct portion 42b at the rear side of the front louvers 33. Above these constricted portions 42d, a winding device 54 for the roll blind 18 described later is disposed.
[0042] As shown in FIG. 4, the rear duct 34 supplies air from the air conditioner main body 31 to the upper end of the rear surface portion 14. The rear duct 34 has upper and lower duct portions 43 and left and right duct portions 44.
[0043] The upper and lower duct portions 43 extend along the rear surface portion 14 from the air conditioner main body 31 to the lower side of the ceiling portion 15. The upper and lower duct portions 43 are arranged side by side with the upper and lower duct portions 41 at the corner between the right side surface portion 13 and the rear surface portion 14. The left and right duct portions 44 extend leftward from the upper end of the upper and lower duct portions 43 along the lower side of the ceiling portion 15. In the left and right duct portions 44, air outlets are formed side by side, and rear louvers 35 are disposed at each air outlet as shown in FIGS. 5 and 8A.
[0044] The defroster duct 36 supplies air from the air conditioner main body 31 to the front end of the ceiling portion 15. The defroster duct 36 has upper and lower duct portions 45 and front and rear duct portions 46a, 46b (an example of a second duct) as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.
[0045] The upper and lower duct portions 45 extend from the air conditioner main body 31 to the ceiling portion 15. The upper and lower duct portions 45 are arranged side by side with the upper and lower duct portions 41 and 43 at the corner between the right side surface portion 13 and the rear surface portion 14. As shown in FIG. 4, the upper and lower duct portions 45 are connected to an opening 27b (see FIG. 6) of the decorative panel 27 of the ceiling portion 15. The opening 27b is formed at the right rear portion of the ceiling portion 15. The opening 27b is formed outside the opening 27a.
[0046] The front and rear duct portions 46a and 46b are arranged in the internal space S2 of the ceiling portion 15. As shown in FIG. 6, the front and rear duct portions 46a and 46b are separated in the left-right direction from the opening 27b and extend forward.
[0047] As shown in FIG. 6, the front and rear duct portion 46a extends from the opening 27b to the front end of the ceiling portion 15 in the forward direction Xf. As shown in FIG. 6, the front and rear duct portion 46b extends obliquely forward and leftward from the opening 27b and then extends to the front end of the ceiling portion 15 in the forward direction Xf. The front and rear duct portions 46a and 46b are arranged outside the left and right directions of the skylight 24.
[0048] FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view perpendicular to the front and rear direction of the ceiling portion 15. In FIG. 9, the locking members 61, 62, and 63 described later are omitted. As shown in FIG. 9, the front and rear duct portion 46a is arranged on the right direction Yr side of the front and rear duct portion 42a, and the front and rear duct portion 46b is arranged on the left direction Yl side of the front and rear duct portion 42b. The front and rear duct portions 46a and 46b are arranged so as to sandwich the front and rear duct portions 42a and 42b in the left and right directions.
[0049] As shown in FIG. 6, the front and rear duct portion 46a is connected to the air outlet 46c formed in the decorative panel 27 and opens into the space S1 of the cab 1. FIG. 10 is a side cross-sectional view including the air outlet 46c. As shown in FIG. 10, the front and rear duct portion 46a has an inclined portion 46d connected to the air outlet 46c. The inclined portion 46d is inclined downward and forward. Specifically, the upper surface 46da of the inclined portion 46d is inclined downward as it goes forward. The upper surface 46da is curved convex upward.
[0050] With such a configuration, even though the air outlet 46c opens downward, the air can be discharged forward and applied to the upper glass 22.
[0051] (Roller blind 18) The roller blind 18 is provided to close the skylight 24. The roller blind 18 is attached to the ceiling portion 15.
[0052] As shown in FIG. 8A, the roller blind 18 has a screen 51, a tip portion 52, a grip portion 53, and a winding device 54.
[0053] The screen 51 is pulled out from the winding device 54. The screen 51 is biased in the direction of being wound around the winding device 54. The screen 51 is pulled out from the rear end portion 15b of the skylight 24 and covers up to the front end of the skylight 24. The screen 51 can be black for light shielding, but is not particularly limited. The screen 51 may be configured such that the upper side of the screen 51 is visible through to the crew, or may not be visible through. It is preferable that the screen 51 has a width covering the left - right direction of the skylight 24 and a length covering the front - rear direction, but a part of the skylight 24 may not be covered.
[0054] The tip portion 52 is disposed at the tip of the screen 51. The tip portion 52 is rod - shaped and is disposed along the left - right direction. The tip portion 52 is locked to the locking members 61, 62, 63 (see FIG. 3) to hold the position of the screen 51 stretched from the winding device 54.
[0055] As shown in FIG. 3, a pair of locking members 61, a pair of locking members 62, and a pair of locking members 63 are fixed to the skylight 24. The pair of locking members 61 are disposed at the rear portion of the skylight 24. The pair of locking members 61 are arranged side by side in the left - right direction. The pair of locking members 61 are disposed near both ends of the skylight 24. The locking member 61 on the left - hand side Yl is disposed near the left end of the skylight 24, and the locking member 61 on the right - hand side Yr is disposed near the right end of the skylight 24.
[0056] FIG. 11 is a view extracted from FIGS. 7A showing the skylight 24, the roll blind 18, and the front and rear duct portions 42a. As shown in FIG. 11, each locking member 61 has a hook portion 64 and a fixing portion 65. The hook portion 64 extends downward from the skylight 24, curves forward, and is folded upward. The curved portion of the hook portion 64 is formed convex downward, and the tip portion 52 can be disposed inside thereof. The fixing portion 65 fixes the hook portion 64 to the skylight 24. By locking the tip portion 52 to the curved portions of the pair of hook portions 64, the position of the screen 51 can be held.
[0057] A pair of locking members 62 are disposed at substantially the central portion in the front-rear direction of the skylight 24. The pair of locking members 62 are arranged side by side in the left-right direction. The pair of locking members 62 are disposed near both ends of the skylight 24. The locking member 62 on the left direction Yl side is disposed near the left end of the skylight 24, and the locking member 62 on the right direction Yr side is disposed near the right end of the skylight 24. Since the locking member 62 has the same configuration as the locking member 61, the description thereof is omitted.
[0058] The pair of locking members 63 are arranged at the front part of the sunroof 24. The pair of locking members 63 are arranged side by side in the left - right direction. The pair of locking members 63 are arranged near both ends of the sunroof 24. The locking member 63 on the left - hand direction Yl side is arranged near the left end of the sunroof 24, and the locking member 63 on the right - hand direction Yr side is arranged near the right end of the sunroof 24. Each locking member 63 has a hook portion 66 and a fixing portion 65. The hook portion 66 extends downward from the sunroof 24, curves forward, and is folded back upward. The curved portion of the hook portion 66 is formed convex downward, and the tip portion 52 can be arranged inside thereof. The fixing portion 65 fixes the hook portion 66 to the sunroof 24. As shown in FIG. 3, the locking member 63 is arranged outside the locking portion 26 in the left - right direction. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7C, so as to avoid the screen 51 interfering with the locking portion 26, the hook portion 66 is formed to extend longer downward than the locking portion 26. By locking the tip portion 52 to the curved portions of the pair of hook portions 64, the position of the screen 51 can be held.
[0059] In addition, in FIG. 7C, the state where the tip portion 52 of the roller blind 18 is locked by the locking member 63 is shown by a solid line, the state where the tip portion 52 of the roller blind 18 is locked by the locking member 62 is shown by a two - dotted chain line, and the state where the tip portion 52 of the roller blind 18 is locked by the locking member 61 is shown by a two - dotted chain line. The same applies to FIG. 7A. FIG. 8A shows a state where the tip portion 52 is locked by the locking member 63 and the screen 51 covers the entire sunroof 24. In FIG. 7C, the handle 24a is shown and is shown overlapping the screen 51, but actually, the pulled - out screen 51 will be located below the handle 24a.
[0060] When the screen 51 is pulled out, the gripping portion 53 is gripped by the crew member. As shown in FIG. 8A, the gripping portion 53 is disposed at the center in the left - right direction of the tip portion 52. The gripping portion 53 is a substantially plate - shaped member. The gripping portion 53 protrudes downward from the tip portion 52. When the tip portion 52 is not locked to any of the locking members 61, 62, and 63, due to the biasing force, the screen 51 is wound up by the winding device 54, and the gripping portion 53 (shown by the two - dot chain line) abuts on the rear - end portion 15b of the skylight 24 in the ceiling portion 15 as shown in FIG. 7C. Note that since the cross - sectional position in FIG. 7C is different from that in FIG. 7A, the gripping portion 53 is shown.
[0061] As shown in FIG. 7C, by locking the tip portion 52 with the locking member 63, the skylight 24 can be completely closed. Also, by locking the tip portion 52 with the locking member 62 or the locking member 61, the open state of the skylight 24 can be changed. Further, by releasing the hand from the gripping portion 53, the screen 51 is automatically wound up by the winding device 54, and as shown in FIGS. 3 and 7C, the gripping portion 53 abuts on the rear - end portion 15b of the skylight 24 in the ceiling portion 15.
[0062] The winding device 54 is in a roll shape, rotatable about the left - right direction as the central axis, and winds up the screen 51. Or, the screen 51 is pulled out from the winding device 54. As shown in FIG. 7A, the winding device 54 is disposed in the internal space S2 of the ceiling portion 15. The winding device 54 is disposed along the left - right direction. In FIG. 6, the winding device 54 is schematically shown by a dotted line.
[0063] As shown by the dotted line in FIG. 6, the winding device 54 is disposed on the rear - direction Xb side of the plurality of front louvers 33. In the left - right direction, the winding device 54 is disposed from approximately the center of the front - rear duct portion 46a, straddling the front - rear duct portions 42a and 42b, to approximately the center of the front - rear duct portion 46b.
[0064] As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, a front and rear duct portion 42a that sends air to the front louvers 33 passes in the front - rear direction below the take - up device 54. As shown in the constriction 42d of FIG. 7A, the thickness of the front and rear duct portion 42a below the take - up device 54 is reduced.
[0065] Also, as shown in FIGS. 8A - 8C, a front and rear duct portion 42b that sends air to the front louvers 33 passes in the front - rear direction below the take - up device 54. As shown in the constriction 42d of FIG. 8C, the thickness of the front and rear duct portion 42b below the take - up device 54 is reduced.
[0066] Also, as shown in FIG. 7C, the take - up device 54 is arranged on the rear Xb side of the lamp 29.
[0067] By arranging the take - up device 54 on the rear Xb side of the front louvers 33 in this way, the front louvers 33 can be arranged above the head of the occupant.
[0068] Also, as shown in FIG. 7A, a part of the take - up device 54 overlaps the front louvers 33 in the vertical direction. That is, the horizontal line from the lower end of the take - up device 54 hits the front louvers 33, and the horizontal line from the upper end of the front louvers 33 hits the take - up device 54. The part of the take - up device 54 and the part of the front louvers 33 located between these two horizontal lines (see g in the figure) overlap in the height direction (vertical direction). Thereby, the thickness of the ceiling portion 15 can be suppressed.
[0069] As shown in FIGS. 7A, 7C, and 11, a space S3 is formed in which the screen 51 is disposed from the take-up device 54 to the rear end portion 15b of the sunroof 24. The space S3 is above the front and rear duct portions 42a, 42b and the lamp 29, and is formed below the outer panel 28. As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7C, the lower surface 71 of the space S3 is formed to be obliquely inclined downward and forward. Therefore, the screen 51 disposed in the space S3 is also disposed obliquely inclined downward and forward. By forming the space S3 for pulling out the screen 51 from the take-up device 54 to slope downward and forward in this way, the take-up device 54 can be positioned as high as possible in the internal space S2, and a space for forming a duct can be secured below the take-up device 54.
[0070] (Feature) (1) The cab 1 of the present embodiment includes a ceiling portion 15, a roller blind 18, front and rear duct portions 42a, 42b (an example of a first duct), and a front louver 33 (an example of a louver). The ceiling portion 15 has a sunroof 24. The roller blind 18 has a screen 51 and a take-up device 54. The screen 51 is disposed inside the sunroof 24. The take-up device 54 is disposed behind the sunroof 24 and in the internal space S2 (an example of the inside of the ceiling portion) of the ceiling portion 15, and winds up the screen 51. The front and rear duct portions 42a, 42b are disposed in the internal space S2 and pass below the take-up device 54. The front louver 33 is on the front side of the take-up device 54 of the ceiling portion 15 and is disposed at the air outlet 42c (an example of a first air outlet) of the front and rear duct portions 42a, 42b.
[0071] By disposing the front louver 33 through which air blows out in front of the take-up device 54 in this way, the position of the front louver 33 can be disposed above the head of the occupant, so that it is possible to direct air at the upper body including the head.
[0072] (2) In the cab 1 of the present embodiment, the lower surface 71 of the space S3 where the screen 51 from the winding device 54 to the rear side of the sunroof 24 is disposed is inclined downward toward the forward direction Xf.
[0073] The ceiling portion 15 of the cab 1 is formed to be curved such that the front end is lower than the center in the front-rear direction, and by forming the space S3 where the screen 51 is disposed to slope downward in accordance with this curvature, the winding device 54 can be disposed above the internal space S2 of the ceiling portion 15, making it easier to secure a space for disposing the front and rear duct portions 42a, 42b below the winding device 54.
[0074] (3) In the cab 1 of the present embodiment, the front and rear duct portions 42a, 42b are disposed from the rear toward the front to the rear side of the sunroof 24.
[0075] Thereby, since the position of the front louver 33 can be disposed in the vicinity of the rear of the sunroof 24, it becomes easier to dispose a louver above the occupant's head, and it becomes easier to direct wind onto the upper body.
[0076] (4) In the cab 1 of the present embodiment, in the height direction, it is disposed so as to overlap the winding device 54.
[0077] Thereby, since the thickness of the ceiling portion 15 can be reduced, it is possible to suppress an increase in the height of the cab 1 and secure a space up to the ceiling portion 15 above the occupant's head.
[0078] (5) The cab 1 of the present embodiment further includes locking members 61, 62, 63. The locking members 61, 62, 63 are disposed at both ends of the sunroof 24 and lock the screen 51.
[0079] Thereby, the screen 51 can be easily held inside the sunroof 24.
[0080] (6) The cab 1 of this embodiment further includes front and rear duct portions 46a, 46b (an example of a second duct). The front and rear duct portions 46a, 46b are arranged on the ceiling portion 15 and pass through the sides of the skylight 24 from the rear to the front. The front and rear duct portions 46a, 46b have a blowout port 46c (an example of a second blowout port) and an inclined portion 46d. The blowout port 46c is arranged at the front end of the ceiling portion 15. The inclined portion 46d is connected to the blowout port 46c, and the upper surface 46da side is inclined downward toward the forward direction Xf.
[0081] By providing the inclined portion 46d in this way, it becomes possible to direct the wind against the upper glass 22 without directing the blowout port 46c forward. Since there is no need to direct the blowout port 46c forward, the thickness of the ceiling portion 15 can be reduced.
[0082] (Other embodiments) Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the invention.
[0083] (A) In the above embodiment, the lamp 29 is arranged at the center in the left - right direction, but it does not have to be limited to the center. Also, the position of the front louver 33 may be appropriately changed according to the position of the lamp 29.
[0084] (B) In the above embodiment, two front louvers 33 are arranged side by side along the front - rear direction, but it does not have to be limited to two. It may be one or three or more.
[0085] (C) In the above embodiment, the cab 1 having a configuration in which the upper part of the front window glass is movable has been described as an example, but a cab having a configuration in which the front window glass cannot move may also be used.
[0086] (D) In the above embodiment, the skylight 24 is configured to be openable and closable, but it may also have a configuration in which it cannot be opened and closed. (E) In the above embodiment, it has been described that the cab 1 is arranged on a hydraulic excavator which is an example of a construction machine. However, it is not limited to a hydraulic excavator, and it may be arranged on a crane, a forestry machine, or the like.
Industrial Applicability
[0087] The cab of the present disclosure has an effect of being able to direct wind to the upper body including the head of the operator even when a roll blind for shading the skylight is arranged, and is useful for construction machines and the like.
