Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0009] Hereinafter, a display stand according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the display stand. FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view taken along line A-A in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the display stand shown in FIG. 1.

[0010] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the display stand 1 has a circular appearance when viewed from the front, and a rear frame 11 which is the first component and a front frame 12 which is the second component are combined. The display stand 1 accommodates and displays an article such as a can badge 50 (see FIG. 3) having a circular shape in plan view in a space formed by combining the front and rear frames 11 and 12. That is, the front and rear frames 11 and 12 are configured to be detachable as will be described later, and a support leg 15 which is the fifth component is provided on the rear surface of the rear frame 11, and the front and rear frames 11 and 12 can be inclined and supported on the mounting surface 60 (see FIG. 1).

[0011] Here, as will be described later, the display stand 1 of the present embodiment is configured to be able to accommodate both a large-sized can badge 51 (50) and a small-sized can badge 52 (50) smaller than the first size.

[0012] In the following description, FIGS. 1 to 3 describe the case of accommodating the can badge 51 of the first size, and FIGS. 5 and 6 describe the case of accommodating the can badge 52 (50) of the second size. Also, in the cross-sectional views of FIGS. 2 and 5, the can badge 50 is shown as a side view. Further, a character C or the like is appropriately drawn on the surface of the can badge 50, and a mounting pin 55 such as a safety pin is provided on the back side, and the can badge 50 can be attached to clothes or the like for enjoyment.

[0013] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the rear frame 11 includes a cylindrical side outer peripheral wall 11b, an edge inner surface 11c connected at a right angle to the inside of the side outer peripheral wall 11b, and an inner inner surface 11d which is a flat surface having a step so as to be recessed toward the rear side of the rear frame 11 with respect to the edge inner surface 11c and is parallel to the edge inner surface 11c. The rear frame 11 is configured such that the side outer peripheral wall 11b surrounds the outer peripheral edge of the can badge 51, and the edge inner surface 11c and the inner inner surface 11d correspond to the back surface of the can badge 51 of the first size. That is, the outer periphery and the rear of the can badge 51 are positionally restricted by the inner peripheral surface of the side outer peripheral wall 11b and the edge inner surface 11c. Note that, on the outer peripheral surface of the side outer peripheral wall 11b, a pair of protrusions 18 (only one is shown) for connection to the front frame 12 are arranged at positions 180 degrees opposite to each other in the circumferential direction. Further, for example, a rear opening 21 which is an elliptical first opening is formed in the inner inner surface 11d.

[0014] In a state where the can badge 51 is accommodated inside the rear frame 11 (see FIG. 2), the attachment pin 55 of the can badge 51 is positioned inside the rear opening 21. Note that the attachment pin 55 is provided so as to be rotatable with respect to, for example, the attachment base 56 on the back surface of the can badge 51. Therefore, in a state where the attachment pin 55 is opened so as to be slightly separated from the back surface of the can badge 51 (the state shown in FIG. 2), as shown in the figure, a part of the attachment pin 55 is positioned inside the rear opening 21. Further, even when the attachment pin 55 is larger than that shown in the figure or the attachment base 56 is larger than that shown in the figure, the rear opening 21 can receive the attachment pin 55 and the like.

[0015] Further, the attachment pin 55 can be positioned inside the inner inner surface 11d in the folded state. Therefore, as shown by the imaginary line (two-dot chain line) in FIG. 2, when the attachment pin 55 is provided at a position not corresponding to the rear opening 21, the can badge 51 is accommodated such that the inner inner surface 11d faces the attachment pin 55. In this way, the can badge 51 can be accommodated regardless of whether the attachment position of the attachment pin 55 corresponds to the rear opening 21 or not.

[0016] The support leg 15 is provided so as to be openable and closable. For example, the support leg 15 is rotatably attached to an attachment portion 11g protruding from the back surface of the rear frame 11 with a support shaft 15a (see FIG. 7) provided at its upper end. Therefore, the support leg 15 can be in a state of supporting the front and rear frames 11 and 12 in an inclined standing state with the front and rear frames 11 and 12 opened as shown in the figure, and a state of being folded so that the lower end portion 15b contacts the back surface of the rear frame 11 (non-support state).

[0017] The front frame 12 has a circular front opening 23 which is a third opening, a front frame front surface 12a, and a cover side surface 12b extending rearward from the outer peripheral edge of the front frame front surface 12a, and has a substantially L-shaped cross-sectional shape. The front frame 12 is decorated on its outer surface. For example, the front frame front surface 12a is decorated with fine irregularities, and the cover side surface 12b is decorated with convex portions 12f that repeat a part of a cylindrical surface. The front opening 23 is formed large so that the design of the can badge 50 can be clearly seen.

[0018] When the front frame 12 is connected to the rear frame 11, the cover side surface 12b covers the outer peripheral wall 11b on the side portion of the rear frame 11, and the front frame front surface 12a covers the front end edge 11a of the rear frame 11 (see FIG. 2). Therefore, when the can badge 51 is accommodated, the front frame 12 decorates the badge outer edge region like a frame. Note that the front opening 23 is formed larger than the rear opening 21.

[0019] The front opening 23 is closed by a transparent light-transmissive sheet 14 which is a fourth component when connected to the rear frame 11. That is, the light-transmissive sheet 14 is sandwiched between the front end edge 11a of the rear frame 11 and the front inner surface 12e of the front frame 12 (see FIG. 2) and covers the entire front opening 23. Therefore, the front surface of the can badge 51 is covered and protected by the light-transmissive sheet 14 so that a design such as a character C can be seen.

[0020] FIG. 4 is an enlarged front view when the display stand 1 is placed on the placement surface 60 in an upright state. As described above, in the state where the support leg 15 is folded, it cannot be placed on the placement surface 60 in a supported state. However, as shown in FIG. 4, by bringing the cover side surface 12b into contact with the placement surface 60, it can be placed in an upright state.

[0021] This is because the convex portions 12f are formed on the outer surface of the cover side surface 12b. In this case, the two convex portions 12f of the cover side surface 12b form a virtual plane (a plane that coincides with the placement surface 60) including two contact lines L (shown as dotted lines in the figure) that are in contact with the flat placement surface 60. As a result, it becomes possible to place it upright on the placement surface 60.

[0022] Also, in the state where the support leg 15 is folded, the rear opening 21 of the rear frame 11 is closed by the support leg 15 in an elliptical central region (see FIG. 7). By closing the rear opening 21 in this way, the protection function of the can badge 50 is enhanced. In addition, a part of the rear opening 21 is formed on both sides of the support leg 15. The opening portions on both sides of the support leg 15 have a structure that makes it easy to place a fingertip when opening the support leg 15, for example.

[0023] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the display stand 1 with the second-sized can badge 52 accommodated therein. FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view of the display stand 1 shown in FIG. 5.

[0024] In the configuration shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, in addition to the configuration shown in FIG. 2, it further includes a middle frame 13 of a third component that can be accommodated inside the rear frame 11. The middle frame 13 has an outer peripheral wall 13b and a rear wall 13c, and is configured to have a size that just fits inside the rear frame 11. The outer peripheral wall 13b surrounds the outer peripheral edge of the can badge 52 of the second size, and the rear wall 13c positions the can badge 52 corresponding to the outer edge portion of the back surface of the can badge 52. Also, the rear wall 13c protrudes rearward such that its inner peripheral edge 13g corresponds to the inside (step portion) of the inner surface 11c of the edge side of the rear frame 11. The rear opening 22b of the middle opening 22, which is the second opening, is formed by this inner peripheral edge 13g. Also, the front opening 22a of the middle opening 22 is formed by the outer peripheral wall 13b having a larger diameter than the inner peripheral edge 13g. Thus, this middle opening 22 is an opening having a step such that the opening sizes are different in the front-rear direction, and is configured to be larger than the rear opening 21 and smaller than the front opening 23. Also, the outer peripheral front edge 13a of the middle frame 13 is configured to be slightly lower (so as not to protrude forward) than the position of the front end edge 11a of the rear frame 11 or to be at approximately the same position when accommodated in the rear frame 11. Therefore, the front frame 12 and the rear frame 11 can be connected even in a state where the middle frame 13 is accommodated, that is, in a state where the can badge 52 is accommodated.

[0025] On the outer peripheral front edge 13a of the middle frame 13, for example, a pair of front edge convex portions 13d provided at intervals of 180 degrees in the circumferential direction and a plurality of front edge notches 13e at predetermined intervals are provided. Also, a ridge 13f protruding toward the back surface side is formed on the rear wall 13c. In the state where the middle frame 13 is incorporated, the front edge convex portion 13d fits into the front edge recess 11e formed on the front end edge 11a of the rear frame 11, and the front edge notch 13e fits into the rib 11f formed inside the outer peripheral wall 11b on the side portion of the rear frame 11. Further, the ridge 13f fits into the groove 11k formed on the inner surface 11c of the edge side of the rear frame 11. By the fitting of these concave-convex structures, the middle frame 13 is fixed to the rear frame 11 in a predetermined orientation.

[0026] In a state where the can badge 52 of the second size is accommodated in the middle frame 13 (see Fig. 5), the mounting pins 55 of the can badge 52 are located in the rear opening 21 and inside the middle opening 22 (actually, inside the rear opening 22b of the middle opening 22). Note that when the mounting pins 55 are folded, they can be located inside the middle opening 22 (actually, inside the rear opening 22b of the middle opening 22). For example, when the mounting position of the mounting pins 55 is at the position indicated by the two-dot chain line, the mounting pins 55 are accommodated corresponding to the inner surface 11d inside the middle opening 22.

[0027] Fig. 7 is an enlarged perspective view for explaining the connection structure between the rear frame 11 and the front frame 12. As shown in Fig. 7, a pair of groove portions 28 are provided on the inner peripheral side surface 12c of the front frame 12 so as to face each other. The groove portions 28 are fitted with the pair of protrusions 18 of the rear frame 11 to connect and fix the front and rear frames 11 and 12 to each other. As shown in Fig. 7, the groove portion 28 is composed of a first groove 28a opened in the direction (X direction in the figure) in which the protrusion 18 of the rear frame 11 is attached and detached, and a second groove 28b extending in the intersecting direction (Y direction in the figure) of the first groove 28a and continuous therewith, forming an L shape. A locking projection 28d is provided on the groove side wall 28c of the second groove 28b. Further, a largely chamfered groove inclined surface 28e (see Fig. 8) is formed at the corner where the first groove 28a and the second groove 28b are continuous.

[0028] Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram for explaining the engagement operation between the protrusion 18 of the rear frame 11 and the groove portion 28 of the front frame 12. (a) shows the state during the overlapping operation of the front frame 12 and the rear frame 11, and (b) shows the state during the rotation operation of the front frame 12 and the rear frame 11.

[0029] When overlapping the front and rear frames 11 and 12, as shown in Fig. 8(a), first, the protrusion 18 is aligned with the first groove 28a of the groove portion 28, and the rear frame 11 is pushed into the front frame 12 (pushed in the direction of arrow X in Fig. 7). In this state, the protrusion 18 is only fitted into the first groove 28a and is in a free first state where it can be attached and detached. Then, the front frame 12 and the rear frame 11 are relatively rotated (the rear frame 11 is rotated in the direction of arrow Y in Fig. 7). By doing this, as shown in Fig. 8(b), the protrusion 18 moves to the back (right side in the figure) of the second groove 28b. When the protrusion 18 enters the second groove 28b, the groove inclined surface 28e functions as an inclination for guiding the protrusion 18 to enter the second groove 28b. By this rotation, the protrusion 18 enters a second state where it cannot be detached from the groove portion 28.

[0030] When a rotation of a predetermined angle is made, the protrusion 18 climbs over the locking projection 28d while its protrusion inclined surface 18a abuts against the locking projection 28d, and the rear end surface 18b of the protrusion 18 in the rotation direction of the protrusion 18 enters deeper than the locking projection 28d and engages with the locking projection 28d. By the engagement of the locking projection 28d and the rear end surface 18b, the protrusion 18 is locked so as to stay within the second groove 28b. The protrusion inclined surface 18a is inclined in a direction that makes it easy to climb over the locking projection 28d when the protrusion 18 rotates (rotates during engagement) toward the back of the second groove 28b. When the protrusion 18 climbs over the locking projection 28d, for example, a clicking sound such as "kachya" is produced, indicating that the engagement is completed. When removing the front and rear frames 11 and 12, rotate them in the reverse direction of the illustration to remove them.

[0031] As described above, according to the display stand 1 of the present embodiment, since the rear opening 21 is formed, when removing the can badge 50 mounted in the display stand 1, for example, the back surface of the can badge 50 can be pushed, and the can badge 50 can be easily removed. Further, even in the structure where the mounting pin 55 of the can badge 50 protrudes to the back surface side, the mounting pin 55 can be aligned within the rear opening 21, which is convenient to use.

[0032] In addition, in the exhibition stand 1 of this embodiment, the middle frame 13 is configured to be able to be stored inside the rear frame 11, so that a first size can badge 51 that fits into the rear frame 11 can be stored and displayed, and further, when the middle frame 13 is used, a second size can badge 52 that is smaller than the first size can badge 51 can be stored and displayed.

[0033] Furthermore, in the exhibition stand 1 of this embodiment, the opening size of the front opening 23 of the front frame 12 closest to the front is large, so that the design (character) of the can badge 50 can be seen clearly.

[0034] Furthermore, in the exhibition stand 1 of this embodiment, the rear opening 21 is formed to be smaller in size than the middle opening 22, so that the rear side of the can badge 50 can be securely held without being opened more than necessary.

[0035] Furthermore, in the exhibition stand 1 of this embodiment, the middle frame 13 is configured so as to be connectable to the rear frame 11 by means of concave-convex fitting or the like, so that when the middle frame 13 is in use, its position can be restricted relative to the rear frame 11, improving ease of installation.

[0036] Furthermore, in the exhibition stand 1 of this embodiment, the front frame 12 is provided with a cover side surface 12b that covers the side outer wall 11b of the rear frame 11, so that the rear frame 11 can be made to look neat when viewed from the side and is not visible.

[0037] Furthermore, in the exhibition stand 1 of this embodiment, the light-transmitting sheet 14 provided between the front frame 12 and the rear frame 11 protects the can badges 50 when on display and allows them to be clearly seen.

[0038] Also, in the display stand 1 of the present embodiment, a light-transmissive sheet can be firmly sandwiched and held between the front inner surface 12e of the front frame 12 and the front edge 11a of the rear frame 11. Further, since the outer peripheral front edge 13a of the middle frame 13 is configured to be located inside the front inner surface 12e of the front frame 12 when the middle frame 13 is attached, the middle frame 13 cannot be seen from the front side and the appearance can be beautifully displayed.

[0039] Also, in the display stand 1 of the present embodiment, the connection between the front and rear frames 11 and 12 is based on a fitting structure by the protrusion 18 and the L-shaped groove 28, so it can be easily performed by a pushing operation and a rotation operation continuous with the pushing operation, and moreover, the connection is surely made impossible to be detached.

[0040] Also, in the display stand 1 of the present embodiment, since the support legs 15 can be opened and closed, they can hold the front and rear frames 11 and 12 in a supported state and can take a folded non-supported state, which is convenient to use. Also, in the folded non-supported state, since the virtual plane formed on the cover side surface 12b can be used, the front frame 12 can be made to stand upright using the cover side surface 12b. Further, in the upright state, the vertical and horizontal directions can be freely changed, so that the orientation can be changed and enjoyed.

[0041] Also, in the display stand 1 of the present embodiment, when the support legs 15 are folded, a part of the rear opening 21 is blocked, so that the can badge 50 can be more reliably protected. Further, when the support legs 15 are folded, since a part of the rear opening 21 is open on both sides of the support legs 15, for example, when opening the support legs 15, fingers can be inserted into the rear opening 21 to easily operate the support legs 15.

[0042] As described above, an embodiment of the present invention has been described, but the present invention can be appropriately modified within the scope of its technical idea. For example, in the above embodiment, for the article, the circular can badge 50 is used, but it is not necessarily limited to a circle.

[0043] In the above-described embodiment, the can badge 50 has been described as having the mounting pins 55 provided on the back side. However, for example, a clip member may be provided in addition to the mounting pins 55, or a structure in which both the clip member and the mounting pins 55 are provided may be used.

[0044] In the above-described embodiment, the light-transmissive sheet 14 is a transparent sheet, but it is not necessarily limited to being transparent. As long as light can pass through, it may have a colored or patterned configuration.

[0045] In the above-described embodiment, the cover side surface 12b forms a virtual plane at the side where the two convex portions 12f contact the flat mounting surface 60. However, it is not necessarily limited to this configuration, and a virtual plane (a virtual plane formed by three or more points) may be configured by an appropriate protrusion structure.
