Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a fishing mounting member (fishing tray) that can be fixed on a ship using a rod holder (rod support) for locking a fishing rod during boat fishing, and on which fishing tools such as bait, needles attached to the fishing rod, and devices can be placed.

Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, a fishing rod holder for holding a fishing rod has been used during boat fishing. The holder can be attached to the ship's edge by inserting it into an upwardly open hole provided on the ship. To prevent the needle from coming off or falling onto the deck or into the sea due to the swaying and vibration accompanying the movement of the ship, a fishing tool tray is installed on the ship's edge or the like.

[0003] As such a fishing tool tray, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a tray body capable of storing a fishing mounting member and a fishing needle in an internal space from an upper opening to a lower bottom, a cylindrical body with both ends open, which can be attached by inserting it into an opening of a holder in which a fishing rod is stored, and a cap through which the fishing rod can be inserted in a state of being attached to the opening, and a cap holder connected to the tray body for holding the cylindrical cap such that the insertion direction into the holder opening coincides with the direction from the opening to the bottom of the tray body.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0022] Hereinafter, embodiments of the fishing mounting member according to the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The fishing mounting member can also be called a fishing mounting device or a fishing tray, but will be referred to as a fishing mounting member throughout this specification. The same reference numerals are given to common components in a plurality of drawings throughout the plurality of drawings. Note that each drawing is not necessarily drawn to an exact scale for convenience of explanation.

[0023] FIGS. 1 and 2 show a fishing mounting member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows the overall configuration when the fishing mounting member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is mounted on a ship, and FIG. 2 is a view showing the fishing mounting member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 1, in a ship 20 such as a boat or a fishing boat, an insertion member (for example, called a rod receiver (rod hanger), but referred to as an insertion member throughout this specification) 10 is inserted into a hole 22 in a ship's edge 21 provided in the ship 20 in advance (in the example of FIG. 1, a plurality of holes 22 are provided). Note that the position of the hole can be various positions on the ship, and it should be noted that it can be formed not only at an arbitrary position on the ship's edge but also at any other arbitrary position on the ship. One end of the insertion member 10 is inserted into the hole 22, and a holding portion 11 capable of holding a fishing rod 30 is provided at the other end.

[0025] Next, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main body portion 2 on which bait and fishing tackle can be placed, and an attachment portion 3 that is connected to the main body portion 2 and has a through hole 4 formed therein for fixing to a ship by the aforementioned insertion member 10. The cross-sectional shape of the through hole 4 as viewed in a plane perpendicular to the central axis X of the through hole 4 is configured to be a non-circular shape. In the fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the cross-sectional shape of the through hole 4 as viewed in a plane perpendicular to the central axis X of the through hole 4 is a polygonal shape. In the fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the cross-sectional shape of the through hole 4 as viewed in a plane perpendicular to the central axis X of the through hole 4 is a hexagonal or octagonal shape (in the case of FIG. 2). In addition, the cross-sectional shape of the through hole 4 can be a 2n-sided polygon (n is a positive integer). Since the cross-sectional shape of the through hole 4 is such a shape, the fixing force in the rotational direction can be significantly improved as compared with the case where the cross-sectional shape is a circular shape.

[0026] According to the fishing placement member according to an embodiment of the present invention, while making it easy to remove fishing tackle such as needles and devices attached to the bait and fishing rod that can be placed, it can be simply and surely fixed to a ship (for example, the ship's edge), thereby reducing the possibility that the bait and fishing tackle placed as a whole will fall onto the deck or into the sea. It is possible to provide a fishing placement member (fishing tray).

[0027] Further, as shown in FIG. 2, in the fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of protruding portions 5 extending from the inner surface 6 of the through hole 4 toward the central axis X of the through hole 4 are formed on the attachment portion 3. The plurality of protruding portions 5 are formed of a flexible material that can be elastically deformed, for example, but not limited to, synthetic rubber. When the insertion member 10 is inserted into the aforementioned hole portion 22, the plurality of protruding portions 5 are deformed in the insertion direction of the insertion member 10 and are arranged in close contact between the insertion member 10 and the hole portion 22, so that not only the movement in the rotational direction but also the movement in the central axis X direction can be prevented or reduced. Therefore, the fishing placement member can be simply and surely fixed to a ship (for example, the ship's edge), and it is possible to reduce the possibility that the bait and fishing tackle placed as a whole will fall onto the deck or into the sea.

[0028] Further, in the fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of protruding portions 5 are formed so as to face each other. For example, in the example shown in FIG. 2, four protruding portions 5 are provided, and two sets of two protruding portions facing each other are provided. In this way, it is possible to further prevent or reduce the movement of the fishing placement member in the rotational direction and the central axis X direction.

[0029] Further, in the fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of protruding portions 5 extending from the inner surface 6 of the through hole 4 toward the central axis X of the through hole 4 are formed in the attachment portion 3. When the cross-sectional shape viewed in a plane perpendicular to the central axis X of the through hole 4 is a polygonal shape, each of the plurality of protruding portions 5 is formed so as to extend from any one of the sides of the polygon (in the example of FIG. 2, a total of four sides leaving the two adjacent sides from each side of the octagon) toward the central axis X of the through hole 4.

[0030] In the fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of protruding portions 5 are configured such that their thickness decreases as they approach the central axis X of the through hole. In this way, the insertion member 10 can be smoothly inserted, and the strength at the base of the protruding portion 5 can be improved.

[0031] In the fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, a reinforcing portion is formed at one end portion 8 in the direction of the central axis X of the through hole 4 in the attachment portion 3. In the example of FIG. 2, a rib 7 is formed along the circumference of one end portion 8 (the through hole 4) of the attachment portion 3 of the fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention in the direction of the central axis X of the through hole 4. In this way, when the insertion member 10 is inserted, it is possible to withstand the distortion caused by the tensile force in the insertion direction.

[0032] Next, with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3, the fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 3(a) shows a top view of the fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, (b) shows a front view of the fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and (c) shows a side view (side on the second housing portion 16 side) of the fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in these figures, in the fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, a first side wall 12 capable of accommodating bait and fishing tackle is formed on the main body portion 2, and a first partition wall 13 is formed to form a first housing portion 9. Adjacent to the first housing portion 9, a second housing portion 16 defined by a second side wall 14 is formed. A part (reference numeral 15 in FIGS. 2 and 3) of the second side wall 14 is lower than the other part of the second side wall 14 (in the illustrated example, flush with the bottom of the second housing portion 16). One or a plurality of slits (a plurality of slits in the illustrated example) 17 are formed in the second side wall 14. In this way, it becomes possible to temporarily place a threaded needle or tackle. Further, since a part 15 of the second side wall 14 is formed at a low height, it is possible to slide a needle or the like temporarily placed in the second housing portion 16 from the low part 15 of the second side wall 14 and easily pull it out.

[0033] In the fishing placement member according to an embodiment of the present invention, the depth of the slit 17 ranges from 5 mm to 15 mm. In this way, a threaded needle or tackle placed in the second housing portion 16 can be clamped by the slit, improving convenience.

[0034] Next, with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, the fishing placement member 1 according to other embodiments of the present invention will be described. FIG. 4(a) shows a perspective view of the fishing placement member 1 according to other embodiments of the present invention, and (b) shows a side view of the fishing placement member 1 according to other embodiments of the present invention. Further, FIG. 5(a) shows a perspective view of the fishing placement member 1 according to other embodiments of the present invention, and (b) shows a side view of the fishing placement member 1 according to other embodiments of the present invention.

[0035] First, as shown in FIG. 4, in the fishing placement member 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention, a main body portion 2 for placing bait and fishing tackle, and a mounting portion 3 connected to the main body portion 2 and having a through hole 4 formed therein for fixing to the ship by the aforementioned insertion member 10 are provided. The main body portion 2 is formed with a base portion 18 on which bait and fishing tackle can be placed, and side portions 19 extending from each of the two opposing end portions 25 of the base portion 18, and a weight 23 is provided on the side portion 19. Here, regarding the mounting portion 3, since it is common to each configuration related to the aforementioned mounting portion 3, for details, please refer to the above. In this way, while it is possible to easily place bait and fishing tackle on the base portion, it is possible to fix it to the ship's edge or the like on the ship via the mounting portion, and the fishing placement member can be held more stably on the ship (especially the ship's edge) by the weight provided on the side portion.

[0036] According to the fishing placement member according to another embodiment of the present invention, while making it easy to remove fishing tackle such as needles and devices attached to the bait and fishing rod that can be placed, by enabling simple and reliable fixing to the ship (for example, the ship's edge), it is possible to provide a fishing placement member (fishing tray) that can reduce the possibility that the bait and fishing tackle placed as a whole will fall onto the deck or into the sea.

[0037] Next, as shown in FIG. 5, in the fishing placement member 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention, the fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main body portion 2 on which bait and fishing tackle can be placed, and a mounting portion 3 connected to the main body portion 2 and having a through hole 4 formed therein for fixing to the ship by the aforementioned insertion member 10. The main body portion 2 is formed with a base portion 18 on which a magnet 24 for placing bait and fishing tackle is arranged, and side portions 19 extending from each of the two opposing end portions 25 of the base portion 18, and a weight 23 is provided on the side portion 19. Regarding the mounting portion 3, similarly, since it is common to each configuration related to the aforementioned mounting portion 3, for details, please refer to the above. In this way, while it is possible to easily place bait and fishing tackle on the base portion, it is possible to fix it to the ship's edge or the like on the ship via the mounting portion, and metal parts such as needles can be held more stably by the magnet provided on the base portion 18.

[0038] According to the fishing placement member according to another embodiment of the present invention, while making it easy to remove fishing tools such as bait that can be placed, needles, and devices attached to the fishing rod, it can be simply and reliably fixed to a ship (for example, the ship's edge). Thus, it is possible to provide a fishing placement member (fishing tray) that can reduce the possibility that the bait and fishing tools placed separately will fall onto the deck or into the sea.

[0039] In the fishing placement member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the above-described main body portion 2 and the above-described attachment portion 3 are integrally formed. By doing so, it is possible to avoid the loss of any of these, and since there is no need to connect them separately, it becomes possible to use them simply. As materials for these, synthetic rubber can be considered, but it is not limited thereto.

[0040] The dimensions, materials, and arrangements of the respective components described in this specification are not limited to those explicitly described in the embodiments, and each of these components can be deformed to have any dimensions, materials, and arrangements that can be included in the scope of the present invention. Also, components not explicitly described in this specification can be added to the described embodiments, or some of the components described in each embodiment can be omitted.
