Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] This invention relates to a holder that can be attached to a magnetic wall surface to support rectangular parallelepiped items such as wrap cases and tissue boxes, and more specifically to a free-size holder that can accommodate not only the length but also the thickness of the item. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, patent documents 1 and 2 disclose magnetic holders that are attached to magnetic walls such as refrigerator doors to support wrap cases and the like, and that accommodate the length of items by using a pair of supports. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-2835 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 03-119348 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] However, the holders in Patent Documents 1 and 2 have fixed dimensions in the front and back widths (depths), so they can only support items with a thickness that corresponds to that depth, which means that there is a problem in that the types of items that can be supported are limited.
[0005] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to provide a pair of magnetic holders that are attached to a magnetic wall and are free-size holders that can accommodate not only the length but also the thickness of items. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention uses a means in which two supports that support the corners of a rectangular parallelepiped article are provided symmetrically on the left and right, each of the supports consisting of a combination of a holder base and a slider, the holder base having a fixed angle section consisting of a side plate section and a bottom plate section protruding from the front of a back plate section that has a magnet on the back side, and the slider has a movable angle section consisting of a movable side plate section and a movable bottom plate section that correspond to the side plate section and bottom plate section of the holder base, and is configured to be extendable and contractible back and forth relative to the fixed angle section.
[0007] This means that when attaching each support to a magnetic wall or the like, the spacing can be adjusted to accommodate the length (width) of the item, and in this invention, the depth of the entire holder can be adjusted by extending or retracting the slider, so it can also accommodate the thickness of the item. That is, the front-to-back width of the fixed angle part of the holder base is the minimum depth, and when the slider (movable angle part) is fully extended from this, the depth becomes the maximum, and it is possible to accommodate the thickness of the item within this range.
[0008] Furthermore, if each support has a plurality of convex portions at equal intervals between the front and rear on one of the fixed angle portion and the movable angle portion, and the other has claw portions that can be disengaged and engaged with each of the convex portions when the movable angle portion is extended or retracted, the slider can be extended or retracted intermittently each time the claw portions engage with the convex portions, making it possible to adjust the depth of the entire holder in stages. Furthermore, if the engagement force is adjusted in advance when molding the claw portions and convex portions so that the claw portions do not disengage unless the slider is pushed in or pulled out with a relatively strong force, the slider will not inadvertently extend or retract when left stationary, and the depth once set can be maintained.
[0009] Furthermore, by providing a rail section with a U-shaped cross section that allows one edge of the side plate and bottom plate of the fixed angle section, or the other edge of the movable side plate and movable bottom plate of the movable angle section, to be slidably inserted into the other edge, the slider can be reliably slid in the extension / contraction direction without falling off.
[0010] The movable angle unit has a front panel that faces the back panel of the fixed angle unit, so an item can be clamped between the front and back panels. Therefore, when the supports are attached side by side to a vertical wall to support both ends of an item from below, the front panel not only prevents the item from falling, but also, by placing the supports diagonally opposite each other, it is possible to support an item at a diagonal angle, whether the support is attached to a vertical wall or a horizontal surface such as the back of a table.
[0011] In addition, by using two pairs of book holders and placing them at the four corners of an item, the holding power of the item can be increased. [Effects of the Invention]
[0012] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a free-size magnet holder that can accommodate not only the length but also the thickness of an article. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0014] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIGS. 1 to 4 show a one-size-fits-all holder according to a first embodiment of the present invention, which includes two support bodies 1 and 2 arranged symmetrically. Each support body 1 and 2 is comprised of a holder base 1a or 2a and a slider 1b or 2b. The sliders 1b and 2b are extendable and contractible relative to the holder base 1a or 2a. FIG. 1 shows the sliders 1b and 2b in an extended state, fully pulled out from the holder base 1a or 2a, while FIG. 2 shows the sliders 1b and 2b in a contracted state, fully housed within the holder base 1a or 2a. In this extendable structure, the dimensions of each support body 1 and 2 are, for example, 70 mm in height and width, and 65 to 115 mm in depth.
[0015] Next, the supports 1 and 2 will be described in detail. Because the supports 1 and 2 are symmetrical, the left support 1 will be described here using Figures 3 and 4. As described above, the support 1 is composed of a holder base 1a and a slider 1b. The holder base 1a has a back panel 3 and an L-shaped fixed angle member 6, consisting of a left side wall 4 and a bottom panel 5, which protrudes horizontally forward from the back panel 3. In other words, the support 1 forms a three-sided corner member with open top, front, and right sides. As shown in Figure 4, a magnet 3a, such as a rubber magnet, is attached to the back of the back panel 3. In the fixed angle member 6, reference numeral 7 denotes a rail with a U-shaped cross section provided on the edge of the side wall 4 and the edge of the bottom panel 5. Reference numeral 8 denotes a claw provided at the inner corner of the fixed angle member 6, which engages with the concave and convex portions of the slider 1b (described later). While three claws 8 are provided in this embodiment, the number is not limited to this; a minimum of one may be used.
[0016] In contrast, the slider 1b is equipped with an L-shaped movable angle portion 11 consisting of movable side wall portions 9 and a movable bottom plate portion 10 that correspond to the side plate portions 4 and bottom plate portion 5 of the holder base 1a. In addition, a front plate portion is erected at the lower front end of this movable angle portion 11 in parallel with the back plate portion 3 of the holder base 1a. In this embodiment, this front plate portion 12 is formed in an L shape, but the shape is not limited to this and may be triangular or rectangular like the back plate portion 3.
[0017] The edges of the movable side wall portion 9 and the movable bottom plate portion 10 of the movable angle portion 11 of the slider 1b are formed thinner, and an extendable structure is formed by inserting them into the rail portion 7 of the holder base 1a. Note that reference numeral 13 denotes a stopper that engages with the rear end of the rail portion 7 when the slider 1b is pulled out to the maximum, preventing the slider 1b from being pulled out of the rail portion 7 and falling off.
[0018] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 4, slider 1b has multiple convex and concave projections 14 formed on the outer corners of movable angle section 11. These convex projections 14 are portions with which claws 8 on the holder base 1a can be engaged and disengaged, and intermittent engagement of the claws 8 allows slider 1b to extend and retract in stages.
[0019] This holder is equipped with a pair of symmetrical supports 1 and 2, so that when supporting a rectangular parallelepiped object, as shown in Figure 5, by adjusting the spacing between the supports 1 and 2, which are arranged side by side against the magnetic wall, it can accommodate both long objects (Figure 5(a)) and short objects (Figure 5(b)).In addition, each support is composed of a holder base 1a with a magnet 3a on the back plate 3, and a slider 1b with a front plate 12 attached so that it can be extended and contracted in the front-to-back direction. As a result, by extending the slider 1b, it can support thicker objects (Figure 5(c)), and objects of various thicknesses can be clamped between the back plate 3 and the front plate 12.
[0020] If supports 1 and 2 are arranged side by side as shown in Figure 5, items can be taken in and out from above, but for items such as tissue boxes where the contents are taken out while supported (Figure 5(c)), they can be arranged diagonally opposite each other to support the diagonal corners of the item. Furthermore, if two sets of this holder consisting of supports 1 and 2 are used, it is possible to increase the supporting force by supporting the four corners of the item. This diagonal or corner arrangement can be applied not only to vertical walls, but also to horizontal back surfaces such as the backside of a table.
[0021] Furthermore, in slider 1b, front plate 12 is the part that holds an article between itself and the back plate, but this can also be omitted. In this case, the usage mode is limited to arranging supports 1 and 2 side by side on a vertical wall and placing articles on bottom plate 5 and movable bottom plate 10. However, the object of the present invention, which is to provide a one-size-fits-all holder that can accommodate not only the length but also the thickness of an article, can be achieved.
[0022] 6 to 9 show second to fifth embodiments, illustrating variations in the stepwise extension and retraction structure of the slider. Specifically, instead of the protrusions 13 provided at the outer corners of the movable angle portion 11 in the first embodiment, multiple protrusions 20 may be provided at equal intervals on the upper outer surface of the side wall portion 4 of the holder base 1a (FIG. 6), multiple ridges 21 may be provided at equal intervals on the outer surfaces of the movable side wall portion 9 and movable bottom plate portion 10 of the slider 1b (FIG. 7), multiple protrusions 22 may be provided at equal intervals on the upper inner surfaces of the movable side wall portion 9 and movable bottom plate portion 10 of the slider 1b (FIG. 8), or wavy protrusions 23 may be provided on the edges of the movable side wall portion 9 and movable bottom plate portion 10 of the slider 1b (FIG. 9). Note that, although the claws that engage with the protrusions 20 to 23 are hidden in these figures, it goes without saying that these claws are provided at positions corresponding to the protrusions 20 to 23.
