Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a method for assisting in the removal of sanitary paper using a sanitary paper removal aid to a packaging bag that contains a stack of sanitary paper such as paper towels, kitchen paper, tissue paper, etc., so that the sheets can be removed one by one, and to a sanitary paper removal aid and packaging bag that are directly used to implement this method. [Background technology]
[0002] A known example of this type of sanitary paper removal aid is disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 5546181 (Patent Document 1). As shown in Fig. 15, this sanitary paper removal aid Ka is attached to a commercially available packaging bag F that contains a stack W of sanitary paper sheets P so that they can be removed one by one. When attached, the aid presses down on the stack W by its own weight so that the topmost sanitary paper sheet P can be pulled out. The packaging bag F contains a substantially rectangular stack W in which multiple rectangular sanitary paper sheets P, each with a pair of folds, are folded in half along a fold line Z and stacked in order with the backsides of the folds facing each other. The packaging bag F can also have a slit S formed in the center of the top surface along the fold line Z of the stack W, through which the topmost sanitary paper sheet P can be pulled out. Generally, the slit S is sealed in unused packaging bags F and is activated by manually opening it before use.
[0003] This sanitary paper removal aid Ka is equipped with a rectangular presser plate 100 large enough to cover the top surface of the stack W, and is placed on the top surface of the stack W inside the packaging bag F. The presser plate 100 has a narrow opening 101 formed in the center of the presser plate 100 along the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 100, the opening 101 being slightly longer than the length of the fold line Z of the sanitary paper P, and this opening 101 is configured as a removal opening 102 through which the sanitary paper P can be pulled out and removed.
[0004] To use this sanitary paper removal aid Ka, the top of the packaging bag F is opened to form a slit S, the aid Ka is inserted into the packaging bag F through the slit S, and placed on the stack W. Next, the folded piece of the topmost sanitary paper P is pulled out, causing the sanitary paper P to protrude through the removal opening 102 and the slit S. In this state, the topmost sanitary paper P is pulled out one sheet at a time and removed. The aid Ka presses down on the stack W with its own weight, making it easy to remove the sanitary paper P. [0005] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 5546181 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0006] With the conventional sanitary paper removal aid Ka, as the sanitary paper P is used and the remaining amount decreases, the height of the stack W decreases, causing the portion of the packaging bag F above the aid Ka to become empty and bulky. Even if the stack W is pressed down and the topmost sanitary paper P protrudes, as shown by the two-dot chain line in Figure 15, this topmost sanitary paper P can become trapped in the empty, bulky portion of the packaging bag F and no longer protrude through the slit S, making it difficult to remove the sanitary paper P and reducing the ability to remove the sanitary paper P. Another problem is that when attaching the aid Ka, it must be inserted into the packaging bag F through the slit S each time, which reduces operability.
[0007] Furthermore, for example, if the sanitary paper P is a paper towel, when wiping hands after washing, the sanitary paper P is pulled out and used with wet hands, but if water on the hands falls onto the top surface of the packaging bag F, the packaging bag F is soft and wrinkled, so the water remains on the surface and easily wets new sanitary paper P, which is unhygienic. Wiping the water off is also an option, but it is difficult to do so on the soft and wrinkled surface of the packaging bag F.
[0008] To solve this problem, it is conceivable to place the auxiliary tool Ka on the top surface of the packaging bag F and press down and cover the packaging bag F. However, while there is no problem when the auxiliary tool Ka is stored inside the packaging bag F because it is held down by the packaging bag F and is therefore difficult to move, there is nothing to restrict it on the top surface of the packaging bag F, and because the auxiliary tool Ka is plate-shaped, it is prone to moving in the planar direction on the top surface of the packaging bag F and is prone to slipping or falling off, which causes a lack of stability and ultimately impairs the ability to remove the sanitary paper P.
[0009] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and aims to provide a method for assisting in the removal of sanitary paper that allows the sanitary paper removal aid to be attached so that it is difficult for it to move in a planar direction relative to the top surface of the packaging bag, thereby preventing a decrease in the ability to remove the sanitary paper and making it easy to deal with water that falls, thereby improving hygiene, as well as a sanitary paper removal aid and packaging bag that can be directly used to implement this method. [Means for solving the problem]
[0010] To achieve the above object, the method of assisting in the removal of sanitary paper of the present invention comprises attaching a sanitary paper removal aid to a packaging bag that contains a stack of multiple sanitary paper sheets and that can form a slit in the center of the top surface through which the topmost sanitary paper sheet of the stack can be pulled out, and that holds the stack so that the topmost sanitary paper sheet can be pulled out; and when the topmost sanitary paper sheet is pulled out from the packaging bag, the sanitary paper removal aid assists in the removal of the sanitary paper sheet. The sanitary paper removal aid is provided with a presser plate that covers the top surface of the packaging bag, and the presser plate is provided with a removal opening through which the sanitary paper pulled out from the slit of the packaging bag can be pulled out while the presser plate is covering the top surface of the packaging bag, a restricting means for restricting the movement of a pressing plate covering the upper surface of the packaging bag in a planar direction relative to the upper surface of the packaging bag; The pressure plate covers the top surface of the packaging bag, and the regulating means regulates the movement of the pressure plate in the planar direction relative to the top surface of the packaging bag, while the sanitary paper removal aid assists in removing the sanitary paper.
[0011] The packaging bags targeted by this invention are mainly commercially available general-purpose bags that store sanitary paper such as paper towels, kitchen paper, and tissue paper. Generally, packaging bags are made of a resin sheet, and when not in use, the slit is closed. When in use, the bag is opened and the topmost sanitary paper sheet of the stack is pulled out through the opened slit. In addition, the stack is generally made of multiple rectangular sanitary paper sheets that are folded in half and have a pair of folds separated by a fold line, stacked in order with the back surfaces of the folds facing each other. There are also stacks in which multiple sanitary paper sheets are simply stacked.
[0012] The size of the packaging bag varies depending on the size of the sanitary paper. When the length of the packaging bag is A, the width is B, and the height is C, examples of packaging bags include A = 70 mm to 300 mm, B = 70 mm to 180 mm, and C = 10 mm to 150 mm. The shape of sanitary paper folded in half is primarily rectangular, but squares are also available and come in a variety of sizes. For example, if the sanitary paper is a medium-sized paper towel, an example of a packaging bag would be A = 230 mm, B = 125 mm, and C = 65 mm. In the present invention, the dimensional relationships are appropriately determined to suit packaging bags within this range.
[0013] The auxiliary tool can be made of various materials, including resin, metal, wood, and paper. The weight of the auxiliary tool is set so that when the auxiliary tool is in use, its weight is applied to the stack via the top surface of the packaging bag, making it possible to pull out the sanitary paper from the outlet and remove it. When the total weight is G, it is desirable to set the weight so that 100 g ≦ G ≦ 600 g.
[0014] When using the sanitary paper removal aid, for example, in the case of a packaging bag containing an unused stack, the slit on the top surface of the packaging bag is opened in advance, the topmost sanitary paper of the stack is slightly pulled out through the opened slit, and the aid is then attached in this state. At this time, the pressure plate is attached to the packaging bag so that the sanitary paper pulled out from the slit in the packaging bag protrudes from the removal opening of the pressure plate, and the restricting means restricts the movement of the pressure plate in the direction of the surface of the top surface of the packaging bag.
[0015] When the sanitary paper is to be removed, the protruding sanitary paper is pulled out from the removal opening. In this case, the stack is held down by the pressure plate, and the weight of the auxiliary tool (its own weight) is applied to the stack, allowing for stable removal. In this case, the restricting means restricts the movement of the pressure plate in the planar direction relative to the top surface of the packaging bag, so even if the pressure plate tries to move in the planar direction relative to the top surface of the packaging bag, its movement is restricted. This prevents the pressure plate from shifting relative to the top surface of the packaging bag or falling off the bag, allowing for stable removal of the sanitary paper.
[0016] Furthermore, as the height of the stack decreases using sanitary paper, an empty portion will be created at the top of the packaging bag, but because the pressure plate covers and holds down the packaging bag, this empty portion will not be crushed and become bulky as in the past. This prevents the sanitary paper from getting into the empty portion of the packaging bag and making it difficult to remove, and the topmost sanitary paper can be reliably protruded from the slit and removal opening, preventing a situation in which the sanitary paper removal function is reduced.
[0017] Furthermore, in this case, for example, if the hands of the person taking out the sanitary paper are wet, the water will fall onto the surface of the pressure plate and stick to it, but since it is the surface of the pressure plate, it can be easily wiped off, making it easy to deal with the fallen water and improving hygiene.
[0018] If necessary, the restricting means is interposed between the back surface of the pressure plate and the upper surface of the packaging bag and is composed of an adhesive that peels off the pressure plate and adheres it to the upper surface of the packaging bag. Any adhesive can be used as the adhesive, such as a rubber-based adhesive, an acrylic-based adhesive, a urethane-based adhesive, or a silicone-based adhesive. For example, an adhesive made of polyurethane obtained by condensing compounds having an isocyanate group and a hydroxyl group can be used. The adhesive may be applied, for example, in advance to the back surface of the pressure plate, or to the top surface of the packaging bag, or prepared separately from the pressure plate and the packaging bag and interposed between the back surface of the pressure plate and the top surface of the packaging bag at the time of use. It is desirable to apply a protective sheet with a non-adhesive surface to the adhesive surface beforehand, and peel off this protective sheet at the time of use to expose the adhesive surface.
[0019]
[0003] As a result, when the auxiliary tool is attached, an adhesive is interposed between the back surface of the pressure plate and the top surface of the packaging bag, causing them to adhere to each other and restricting movement of the pressure plate in the plane direction relative to the top surface of the packaging bag. This prevents the pressure plate from shifting relative to the top surface of the packaging bag or falling off the packaging bag, ensuring stable sanitary paper removal. Furthermore, when removing the sanitary paper, the top surface of the packaging bag tends to be dragged by the sanitary paper and pop out of the removal opening, but because the adhesive is interposed between the back surface of the pressure plate and the top surface of the packaging bag, this prevents the top surface of the packaging bag from popping out of the removal opening, also preventing a decline in the sanitary paper removal function.
[0020] If necessary, the restricting means may be configured with legs of a predetermined height that hang down from the outer periphery of the presser plate and that follow the side of the packaging bag when the presser plate covers the top surface of the packaging bag. The predetermined height is set lower than the height of the packaging bag that contains the unused stack.
[0003] As a result, when the auxiliary tool is attached, the legs follow the side of the stack via the packaging bag. Therefore, even if the pressure plate attempts to move in the direction of the top surface of the packaging bag, the legs abut against the side of the packaging bag and hold it down, restricting movement. This prevents the packaging bag from shifting relative to the top surface or falling out of the packaging bag, ensuring stable sanitary paper removal. Furthermore, when the sanitary paper is used and the remaining amount becomes low, the legs are placed on the placement surface of the packaging bag. In this case, the weight of the auxiliary tool is no longer applied to the stack, and empty portions of the packaging bags are exposed below the pressure plate. However, this empty portion is compressed to a certain extent by the weight of the pressure plate, resulting in a wrinkled, shrunk portion beneath the pressure plate. Therefore, sanitary paper is unlikely to get caught in this portion, and the sanitary paper removal function is rarely impaired.
[0021] Furthermore, if necessary, the regulating means may be formed by a pair of protruding ridges on the back surface of the presser plate, which are inserted into the slit and can be placed on the stack, and which abut against one edge and the other edge of the slit, respectively, and face each other at a distance that allows the sanitary paper to pass through to the take-out opening. The pair of protruding ridges may be connected at both ends and protrude in a frame-like shape as a whole. In this way, when the auxiliary tool is attached, the protruding ridges enter the slit and are placed on the top surface of the stack. Therefore, the one edge and the other edge of the slit abut against the protruding ridges, respectively, keeping the slit open. This allows the sanitary paper to be removed stably while the stack is being held down by the protruding ridges.
[0022] In this case, even if the pressure plate tries to move in the direction of the top surface of the packaging bag, one edge and the other edge of the slit each abut against the ridge and hold it down, restricting its movement. This prevents it from shifting relative to the top surface of the packaging bag or falling out of the packaging bag, ensuring stable removal of the sanitary paper. Furthermore, when removing the sanitary paper, the top surface of the packaging bag tends to be dragged by the sanitary paper and pop out of the removal opening, but the one edge and the other edge that make up the slit each abut against the ridge, preventing the top surface of the packaging bag from popping out of the removal opening, also preventing a decline in the removal function of the sanitary paper. Other functions and effects are the same as those described above.
[0023] In order to achieve the above object, the sanitary paper removal aid of the present invention is attached to a packaging bag that contains a stack of multiple sanitary paper sheets and that has a slit formed in the center of the top surface that allows the topmost sanitary paper sheet to be pulled out and removed, and that holds the stack so that the topmost sanitary paper sheet can be pulled out. The device is provided with a pressure plate that is formed to a size that covers the upper surface of the packaging bag and can be placed on the upper surface of the packaging bag, and the pressure plate is provided with an outlet through which the sanitary paper that is pulled out from the slit in the packaging bag can be pulled out and removed while the pressure plate is covering the upper surface of the packaging bag, and an adhesive that can be peeled off and attached to the back surface of the pressure plate is attached.
[0024] Therefore, when using this sanitary paper removal aid, for example, in the case of a packaging bag containing an unused stack, the slit in the top surface of the packaging bag is opened in advance, the topmost sanitary paper of the stack is slightly pulled out through the opened slit, and the aid is then attached in this state. At this time, the pressure plate is placed on the top surface of the packaging bag so that the sanitary paper pulled out from the slit in the packaging bag protrudes through the removal opening of the pressure plate. When the pressure plate is placed, the top surface of the packaging bag is attached to the back surface of the pressure plate via the adhesive, since the back surface of the pressure plate is coated with adhesive.
[0025] When removing the sanitary paper, the sanitary paper protruding from the removal opening is pulled out. Because the sanitary paper is stacked in order, it can be removed continuously, sheet by sheet. In this case, the stack is pressed down by the pressure plate via the top surface of the packaging bag, and the weight of the auxiliary tool (its own weight) is applied to the stack, allowing for stable removal. In this case, an adhesive is interposed between the back surface of the pressure plate and the top surface of the packaging bag, bonding them together and restricting the movement of the pressure plate in the plane relative to the top surface of the packaging bag. This prevents the pressure plate from shifting relative to the top surface of the packaging bag or falling off the packaging bag, ensuring stable removal of the sanitary paper.
[0026] Furthermore, when removing the sanitary paper, the top surface of the packaging bag tends to be dragged by the sanitary paper and pop out of the removal opening, but because an adhesive is interposed between the back surface of the pressure plate and the top surface of the packaging bag, the top surface of the packaging bag can be prevented from popping out of the removal opening, which also prevents a decrease in the sanitary paper removal function.
[0027] Furthermore, as the height of the stack decreases using sanitary paper, an empty section will be created at the top of the packaging bag, but because the pressure plate holds down the packaging bag, this empty section will not be crushed and become bulky as in the past. This prevents the sanitary paper from getting stuck in the empty section of the packaging bag and making it difficult to remove, and the topmost sanitary paper can be reliably protruded from the slit and removal opening, preventing a situation in which the sanitary paper removal function is reduced.
[0028] Furthermore, in this case, for example, if the hands of the person taking out the sanitary paper are wet, the water will fall onto the surface of the pressure plate and stick to it, but since it is the surface of the pressure plate, it can be easily wiped off, making it easy to deal with the fallen water and improving hygiene.
[0029] If necessary, the adhesive is provided on the back surface of the pressure plate so that it can be attached to both sides of the slit. Since both sides of the slit on the top surface of the packaging bag are fixed to the pressure plate with the adhesive, it is possible to reliably prevent the top surface of the packaging bag from protruding from the take-out opening, and it is possible to reliably prevent a decrease in the ability to take out the sanitary paper.
[0030] In order to achieve the above object, the sanitary paper removal aid of the present invention is attached to a packaging bag that contains a stack of multiple sanitary paper sheets and that has a slit formed in the center of the top surface that allows the topmost sanitary paper sheet to be pulled out and removed, and that holds the stack so that the topmost sanitary paper sheet can be pulled out. The packaging bag has a pressure plate that is large enough to cover the top surface of the packaging bag and can be placed on the top surface of the packaging bag, the pressure plate has a take-out opening through which the sanitary paper pulled out from the slit in the packaging bag can be pulled out and removed when the pressure plate is covering the top surface of the packaging bag, and legs of a predetermined height are attached to the outer periphery of the pressure plate so as to follow the side surface of the packaging bag when the pressure plate covers the top surface of the packaging bag. The predetermined height is set lower than the height of the packaging bag that will contain the unused stack.
[0031] Therefore, when using this sanitary paper removal aid, for example, in the case of a packaging bag containing an unused stack, the slit on the top surface of the packaging bag is opened in advance, and the topmost sanitary paper of the stack is slightly pulled out through the opened slit. In this state, the pressure plate is placed on the top surface of the packaging bag so that the sanitary paper pulled out from the slit in the packaging bag protrudes through the removal opening of the pressure plate, and the legs are aligned with the side of the packaging bag. Because the legs are lower than the height of the packaging bag containing the unused stack, their lower ends rise above the surface of the packaging bag, so the aid is supported by the packaging bag and its weight (its own weight) is applied to the stack. The aid is then ready for use in this state.
[0032] When removing the sanitary paper, the sanitary paper protruding from the removal opening is pulled out. Because the sanitary paper is stacked in order, it can be removed one sheet at a time. In this case, the stack is pressed down by the pressure plate via the top surface of the packaging bag, and the weight of the auxiliary tool is applied to the stack, ensuring stable removal. In this case, the legs follow the side of the stack via the packaging bag, so even if the pressure plate tries to move in the planar direction of the top surface of the packaging bag, the legs abut against the side of the packaging bag and hold it down, restricting movement. This prevents the paper from shifting relative to the top surface of the packaging bag or falling out of the bag, ensuring stable removal of the sanitary paper.
[0033] Furthermore, as the height of the stack decreases using sanitary paper, an empty portion will be created at the top of the packaging bag, but because the pressure plate holds down the packaging bag, this empty portion will not be crushed and become bulky as in the past. This prevents the sanitary paper from getting stuck in the empty portion of the packaging bag and making it difficult to remove, and the topmost sanitary paper can be reliably protruded from the slit and removal opening, preventing a situation in which the sanitary paper removal function is reduced.
[0034] Furthermore, when the amount of sanitary paper remaining becomes small and the height of the packaging bag falls below the specified height of the legs, the legs are placed on the placement surface of the packaging bag. In this case, the weight of the auxiliary tool is no longer placed on the stack, and an empty portion of the packaging bag appears below the pressure plate. However, this empty portion of the packaging bag is compressed to some extent by the weight of the pressure plate, and is wrinkled and shrunk and interposed below the pressure plate. Therefore, it is unlikely that the sanitary paper will get caught in this portion, and there is almost no problem with the function of removing the sanitary paper.
[0035] Furthermore, in this case, for example, if the hands of the person taking out the sanitary paper are wet, the water will fall onto the surface of the pressure plate and stick to it, but since it is the surface of the pressure plate, it can be easily wiped off, making it easy to deal with the fallen water and improving hygiene.
[0036] If necessary, the legs may be formed in a plate-like, frame-like shape that hangs down from the entire outer periphery of the pressure plate. Because the legs are formed in a plate-like, frame-like shape, they surround the upper periphery of the stack with the packaging bag interposed between them. Therefore, even if the pressure plate tries to move in the direction of the top surface of the packaging bag, the legs reliably abut against the side surface of the packaging bag to hold it down. This reliably prevents the pressure plate from shifting relative to the top surface of the packaging bag or falling off from the packaging bag, and allows for an even more stable function of removing the sanitary paper.
[0037] Furthermore, if necessary, the predetermined height of the legs is set to 5 mm≦H≦50 mm, where H is the predetermined height of the legs. As a result, when the sanitary paper has been used and only a small amount remains, and the legs are placed on the placement surface of the packaging bag, the packaging bag and stack are within the height range of the legs, so even if an empty part of the packaging bag appears below the pressure plate, this empty part of the packaging bag is considerably compressed and wrinkled and shrunk and is interposed below the pressure plate, so it is possible to reliably prevent the sanitary paper from getting caught in this part and to reliably prevent a decrease in the ability to remove the sanitary paper.
[0038] Furthermore, the back surface of the pressure plate is provided with an adhesive that can be peeled off and adhered to the top surface of the packaging bag. As a result, when the height of the stack decreases with the use of sanitary paper, an empty portion is created at the top of the packaging bag, and as the sanitary paper is pulled out, the top surface of the packaging bag tends to be dragged by the sanitary paper and pop out of the take-out opening. However, because the top surface of the packaging bag is attached to the back surface of the pressure plate via the adhesive, it is possible to prevent the top surface of the packaging bag from popping out of the take-out opening, and in this respect, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the ability to take out the sanitary paper.
[0039] In this case, it is effective to provide the adhesive on the back surface of the pressure plate so that it can be attached to both sides of the slit. Since both sides of the slit on the top surface of the packaging bag are fixed to the pressure plate by the strip-shaped adhesive portion, it is possible to reliably prevent the top surface of the packaging bag from protruding from the dispensing opening, and to reliably prevent a deterioration in the function of dispensing the sanitary paper.
[0040] Furthermore, there is also provided a sanitary paper removal aid that is attached to a packaging bag that can accommodate a stack of multiple sanitary paper sheets and that can form a slit in the center of the top surface through which the topmost sanitary paper sheet of the stack can be pulled out, as needed, and that holds the stack so that the topmost sanitary paper sheet can be pulled out, The packaging bag is provided with a pressure plate that covers the top surface of the packaging bag, and the back surface of the pressure plate has a pair of protruding ridges that can be inserted into the slit and placed on the stack, and that abut against one edge and the other edge that make up the slit, respectively, and face each other with a gap that allows the passage of sanitary paper to the removal outlet.
[0041] Thus, when using this sanitary paper removal aid, for example, in the case of a packaging bag containing an unused stack, the slit on the top surface of the packaging bag is opened in advance, the topmost sanitary paper of the stack is slightly pulled out through the opened slit, and the aid is then attached in this state. At this time, the sanitary paper pulled out from the slit in the packaging bag is ejected through the removal opening of the pressure plate, and the ridges are inserted into the slit so that they abut against one and the other edges that make up the slit. The ridges enter the slit and are placed on the top surface of the stack, and the one and the other edges that make up the slit abut against the ridges, holding the slit open.
[0042] When removing the sanitary paper, the sanitary paper protruding from the dispensing opening is pulled out. Because the sanitary paper sheets are stacked in order, they can be removed one by one in succession. In this case, the stack is held down by the ridges, and the weight of the auxiliary tool is applied to the stack, ensuring stable removal. Even if the pressure plate attempts to move toward the top surface of the packaging bag, one edge and the other edge of the slit each abut against the ridges, restricting movement. This prevents the sanitary paper from shifting relative to the top surface of the packaging bag or falling out of the packaging bag, ensuring stable removal of the sanitary paper. Furthermore, when removing the sanitary paper, the top surface of the packaging bag tends to be pulled by the sanitary paper and protrude from the dispensing opening, but the one edge and the other edge of the slit each abut against the ridges, preventing the top surface of the packaging bag from protruding from the dispensing opening. This also prevents a decline in the sanitary paper removal function.
[0043] Furthermore, as the height of the stack decreases using sanitary paper, an empty portion will be created at the top of the packaging bag, but because the pressure plate covers the packaging bag, this empty portion will not be crushed and will not become bulky as in the past. This prevents the sanitary paper from getting into the empty portion of the packaging bag and making it difficult to remove, and the topmost sanitary paper can be reliably protruded from the slit and removal opening, preventing a situation in which the sanitary paper removal function is reduced.
[0044] Furthermore, for example, if the hands of the person taking out the sanitary paper are wet, the water will fall onto the surface of the pressure plate and stick to it, but since it is the surface of the pressure plate, it can be easily wiped off, making it easy to deal with the fallen water and improving hygiene.
[0045] In the configuration in which the ridges are inserted into the slits to hold down the laminate, it is also effective to apply an adhesive to the back surface of the presser plate so that it can be peeled off and attached to the top surface of the packaging bag. In this case, it is effective to apply the adhesive to the back surface of the presser plate so that it can be attached to both sides of the slit. The same actions and effects as those described above can be exerted synergistically.
[0046] In this case, it is also effective to provide legs of a predetermined height hanging down from the outer periphery of the presser plate so as to follow the side of the packaging bag when the presser plate covers the top surface of the packaging bag. It is also effective to form the legs in a plate-like, frame-like shape that hangs down from the entire periphery of the outer periphery of the presser plate. Furthermore, it is also effective to set the predetermined height of the legs, H, to 5 mm≦H≦50 mm. This also allows the same functions and effects as those described above to be exhibited synergistically.
[0047] Furthermore, if necessary, the presser plate may be formed in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped plate, and an opening may be formed in the presser plate through which the sanitary paper drawn out from the slit in the packaging bag can be pulled out and removed, the opening may be formed in an elongated shape that is slightly longer than the length of the sanitary paper and that follows the slit, and a guide wall may be provided on the front side of the presser plate to guide the sanitary paper drawn out from the opening along the edge of the opening and whose upper end forms the removal opening. As a result, when the sanitary paper is drawn out, it is guided by the guide wall, allowing the sanitary paper to be removed smoothly.
[0048] In this case, it is effective to form the guide wall into a cylindrical shape that can block water received on the surface of the pressure plate. As a result, for example, if the hand of a person removing sanitary paper is wet, water will fall onto the upper surface of the pressure plate and flow down through the opening, but because the guide wall is erected at the opening of the pressure plate, the flowing water is blocked by the guide wall and prevented from entering. As a result, water is less likely to enter under the pressure plate, making it less likely for the sanitary paper to get wet, thereby improving hygiene.
[0049] In this case, if necessary, the surface of the pressure plate can be configured to be inclined from the base end of the guide wall toward the outer periphery of the pressure plate. As a result, for example, if the hands of a person removing sanitary paper are wet, even if water falls on the upper surface of the pressure plate, the surface of the pressure plate is inclined toward the outer periphery, allowing the water to flow around the pressure plate, making it less likely for water to remain on the pressure plate, thereby further improving hygiene.
[0050] Furthermore, if necessary, the opening area of the upper end opening of the guide wall can be made smaller than the opening area of the opening. As a result, although falling water may reach the outlet directly and enter the interior through the outlet, the opening of the upper end opening of the guide wall, i.e., the outlet opening, is made smaller, making it more difficult for water to penetrate and less likely for water to seep under the pressure plate, making it less likely for the sanitary paper to get wet and improving hygiene. Furthermore, when removing the sanitary paper, the sanitary paper protruding from the outlet is pulled out, but because the opening is wider than the outlet, the sanitary paper can pass through easily, allowing for smooth removal of the sanitary paper.
[0051] If necessary, the guide wall may be configured to have a cutout formed at the top end into which a finger can be inserted. This allows the finger to be inserted into the cutout to grasp the sanitary paper, making it easier to pull out the sanitary paper.
[0052] Furthermore, if necessary, the guide wall may be provided with a canopy that covers the outlet of the guide wall. This prevents water from entering the interior through the outlet, as the water comes into contact with the canopy, making it more difficult for water to seep in. This also prevents water from seeping under the pressure plate, making it harder for the sanitary paper to get wet, further improving hygiene.
[0053] In this case, the canopy is formed in an arc-shaped or mountain-shaped cross section with a peak at the top, allowing water received on the surface of the canopy to flow down to the surface of the pressure plate. This allows water that comes into contact with the canopy to flow down to the surface of the pressure plate, preventing water from remaining on the surface of the canopy, thereby improving hygiene.
[0054] Furthermore, if necessary, the guide wall may be provided with a door that pivots to open and close the outlet and is constantly biased in the closing direction to abut against the sanitary paper being drawn out of the outlet so that the sanitary paper can be drawn out. As a result, when the sanitary paper protruding from the outlet is drawn out, the door is biased in the closing direction, blocking the outlet as the sanitary paper is drawn out. Therefore, even if falling water reaches the outlet directly and tries to enter the inside through the outlet, it hits the door, making it more difficult for water to penetrate. This also makes it more difficult for water to penetrate under the pressure plate, making it less likely for the sanitary paper to get wet, thereby improving hygiene.
[0055] In this case, it is effective to bias the door in the closing direction by its own weight. Since the door closes the outlet by its own weight, there is no need to provide a special mechanism for biasing the door, which simplifies the structure.
[0056] In this case, a stopper is provided to restrict the rotational position of the door in the opening direction. Since the door is not left open, water can be prevented from entering through the outlet at all times.
[0057] Furthermore, in this case, it is effective to form the door in an arc-shaped or mountain-shaped cross section with a peak at the top, so that water received on the surface of the door can flow down to the surface of the pressure plate. This allows water that comes into contact with the door to flow down to the surface of the pressure plate, preventing water from remaining on the door surface and improving hygiene.
[0058] Furthermore, if necessary, an antibacterial material is applied to at least the surface of the pressing plate that is exposed to the outside. If the legs, guide walls, umbrella body, and door are provided, it is desirable to apply the antibacterial material to their surfaces as well. It is also desirable to apply the antibacterial material not only to the front surface but also to the entire surface, including the back surface.
[0059] Antibacterial materials can be broadly divided into organic and inorganic types. Known organic antibacterial materials include surfactant-based, biguanide-based, alcohol-based, phenol-based, anilide-based, iodine-based, imidazole-based, thiazole-based, isothiazole-based, triazine-based, nitrile-based, fluorine-based, sugar-based, tropolone-based, and organometallic materials. Meanwhile, known inorganic antibacterial materials include antibacterial metals such as silver, copper, and zinc supported on inorganic powders such as zeolite, silica, alumina, zirconium phosphate, calcium phosphate, zirconium phosphate, calcium silicate, silica gel, glass, titanium oxide, and zinc oxide. Antibacterial metals, alloys, and oxides of copper, silver, iron, nickel, zinc, platinum, gold, tin, palladium, cadmium, cobalt, rhodium, ruthenium, bismuth, chromium, and titanium can be used singly or in combination. Among these, photocatalytic materials are effective. As the photocatalytic material, known metal compounds such as titanium oxide, zinc oxide, tungsten oxide, iron oxide, and strontium titanate can be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds.
[0060] The antibacterial material may be supported by the auxiliary tool itself, which may be made of the antibacterial material, or by coating the tool with the antibacterial material. The coating method can be realized by various methods, such as plating, which coats the tool with an antibacterial metal, vapor deposition, which coats the tool with an antibacterial material by vapor deposition, thermal spraying, such as flame spraying, high-velocity flame spraying, detonation spraying, electric spraying, or cold spray, sputtering, such as direct current sputtering, high-frequency sputtering, magnetron sputtering, or ion beam sputtering, liquid phase deposition, or painting, which paints the antibacterial material mixed with various pigments or additives.
[0061] This makes it possible to make at least the surface of the pressure plate hygienic. In particular, if water falls and adheres to the surface of the pressure plate, bacteria and the like are likely to grow, but the antibacterial material can prevent this, ensuring improved hygiene. If the entire surface of the assisting tool is covered with antibacterial material, even greater improvements in hygiene can be achieved.
[0062] In order to achieve the above object, the packaging bag of the present invention is a packaging bag that can accommodate a stack of multiple sanitary paper sheets and can form a slit in the center of the top surface that allows the topmost sanitary paper sheet of the stack to be pulled out and removed, A packaging bag to which a sanitary paper removal aid can be attached, which holds the stack so that the topmost sanitary paper can be pulled out, and which can assist in removing the sanitary paper when pulling out and removing the topmost sanitary paper, The sanitary paper removal aid is provided with a presser plate that covers the upper surface, and the presser plate is provided with a removal opening through which the sanitary paper pulled out from the slit can be pulled out while the presser plate covers the upper surface of the packaging bag, An adhesive is applied to the upper surface so as to be peelable and adhere to the back surface of the pressing plate.
[0063] Therefore, when using this sanitary paper removal aid, for example, in the case of a packaging bag containing an unused stack, the slit on the top surface of the packaging bag is opened in advance, the topmost sanitary paper of the stack is slightly pulled out through the opened slit, and the aid is then attached in this state. At this time, the pressure plate is placed on the top of the packaging bag so that the sanitary paper pulled out from the slit in the packaging bag protrudes through the removal opening of the pressure plate. When the pressure plate is placed, the top surface of the packaging bag is attached to the back surface of the pressure plate via the adhesive, since the surface of the packaging bag is coated with adhesive.
[0064] To remove the sanitary paper, the protruding sanitary paper is pulled out from the outlet. Because the sanitary paper is stacked with the backsides of the folded pieces facing each other, it can be removed one sheet at a time. In this case, the stack is pressed down by the pressure plate via the top surface of the packaging bag, and the weight of the auxiliary tool is applied to the stack, ensuring stable removal. An adhesive is interposed between the back surface of the pressure plate and the top surface of the packaging bag, adhering them together and restricting the pressure plate's movement in the plane relative to the top surface of the packaging bag. This prevents the pressure plate from shifting relative to the top surface of the packaging bag or falling off the packaging bag, ensuring stable removal of the sanitary paper. Furthermore, when removing the sanitary paper, the top surface of the packaging bag tends to be pulled by the sanitary paper and pop out of the outlet. However, the adhesive interposed between the back surface of the pressure plate and the top surface of the packaging bag prevents the top surface of the packaging bag from popping out of the outlet, thereby preventing a deterioration in the sanitary paper's removal function.
[0065] Furthermore, as the height of the stack decreases using sanitary paper, an empty portion will be created at the top of the packaging bag, but because the pressure plate holds down the packaging bag, this empty portion will not be crushed and become bulky as in the past. This prevents the sanitary paper from getting stuck in the empty portion of the packaging bag and making it difficult to remove, and the topmost sanitary paper can be reliably protruded from the slit and removal opening, preventing a situation in which the sanitary paper removal function is reduced.
[0066] Furthermore, in this case, for example, if the hands of the person taking out the sanitary paper are wet, the water will fall onto the surface of the pressure plate and stick to it, but since it is the surface of the pressure plate, it can be easily wiped off, making it easy to deal with the fallen water and improving hygiene.
[0067] If necessary, the adhesive is provided on both sides of the slit. [Effects of the Invention]
[0068] According to the present invention, the sanitary paper removal aid can be attached to the top surface of the packaging bag in a way that makes it difficult for it to move in the planar direction, preventing a decline in the ability to remove the sanitary paper. It also makes it easier to deal with water that falls on it, improving hygiene. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0070] The following is a detailed description of the sanitary paper removal aid and packaging bag used in the embodiment of the present invention, based on the accompanying drawings. The sanitary paper removal aid and packaging bag used in the embodiment of the present invention are implemented in the sanitary paper removal aid and packaging bag used in the embodiment of the present invention, and will be described in the explanation of their operation.
[0071] 1 to 3 show a sanitary paper removal aid K according to an embodiment. This sanitary paper removal aid K is attached to a commercially available packaging bag F, which contains a stack W of sanitary paper sheets P so that they can be removed one by one. It presses down on the stack W by its own weight, allowing the topmost sanitary paper sheet P to be pulled out. As shown in FIG. 15, the stack W is formed by stacking multiple rectangular sanitary paper sheets P, each folded in half along a fold line Z, with the back surfaces of the folds facing each other, to form a roughly rectangular parallelepiped shape, including a cube. The packaging bag F contains the stack W and can have a slit S formed in the center of its top surface along the fold line Z of the stack W, allowing the topmost sanitary paper sheet P to be pulled out and removed. The slit S is sealed in unused packaging bags F, and is activated by manually opening the bag before use.
[0072] This sanitary paper removal aid K is made of a transparent or translucent plastic such as styrene resin, ABS resin, or acrylic resin, and is equipped with a presser plate 1 sized to cover the top surface of a packaging bag F and capable of being placed on the top surface of the packaging bag F. The presser plate 1 is provided with an outlet 2 (described below) through which the sanitary paper P drawn out through the slit S of the packaging bag F can be pulled out and removed when the presser plate 1 is placed on the top surface of the packaging bag F. The presser plate 1 is shaped like a rectangular plate when viewed from above, and is formed with an opening 3 through which the sanitary paper P drawn out through the slit S of the packaging bag F can be pulled out and removed. The opening 3 is formed in the center of the presser plate 1 in the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1 and is rectangular and slightly longer than the longitudinal length of the sanitary paper P.
[0073] Further, a guide wall 4 is erected on the front surface of the pressure plate 1, guiding the sanitary paper P along the edge of the opening 3 as it is pulled out from the opening 3, and whose upper end forms the outlet 2. The guide wall 4 is cylindrical and capable of blocking water received on the surface of the pressure plate 1. The guide wall 4 is composed of one wall 5 and another wall 6 that are erected facing each other and along the longitudinal direction of the pressure plate 1, and a pair of support walls 7 that are erected facing each other and support the one wall 5 and the other wall 6. As shown in FIG. 3 , the one wall 5 and the other wall 6 are inclined upward so as to gradually approach each other, and the opening area of the upper end opening (outlet 2) of the guide wall 4 is smaller than the opening area of the opening 3. Furthermore, a substantially rectangular cutout 8 is formed in the center of the one wall 5 and the other wall 6, cut out from the upper end and allowing a finger to be inserted.
[0074] In addition, legs 10 are attached vertically to the outer peripheral edge of the presser plate 1 as a means for regulating a predetermined height along the side of the packaging bag F when the presser plate 1 is attached to the packaging bag F. The predetermined height is set lower than the height of the packaging bag F that contains the unused laminate W. The legs 10 are formed in a plate-like, frame-like shape that hangs down from the entire outer peripheral edge of the presser plate 1. As shown in FIG. 3(b), the legs 10 support the presser plate 1 on the installation surface of the packaging bag F when the height of the packaging bag F falls below a predetermined level due to the use of sanitary paper P.
[0075] The size of the packaging bag F varies depending on the size of the sanitary paper P, but examples of packaging bags F include those with A = 70 mm to 300 mm, B = 70 mm to 180 mm, and C = 10 mm to 150 mm, where A is the length, B is the width, and C is the height. The auxiliary tool K according to the embodiment is made to fit packaging bags F with A = 70 mm to 260 mm, B = 70 mm to 180 mm, and C = 20 mm to 150 mm. In the auxiliary tool K according to the embodiment, the plate thickness of the leg body 10 is t, the length of the presser plate 1 is X, the width is Y, and the predetermined height of the leg body 10 is H, and the following are set: 1 mm ≦ t ≦ 7 mm, 80 mm ≦ X ≦ 270 mm, 80 mm ≦ Y ≦ 190 mm, and 5 mm ≦ H ≦ 50 mm. For example, the dimensions are set to t = 3 mm, X = 240 mm, Y = 130 mm, and H = 30 mm, so that sanitary paper P with A = 230 mm, B = 125 mm, and C = 65 mm can be attached to a packaging bag F that contains medium-sized paper towels. Of course, there is a margin of error in the dimensions, so even if the dimensions of the packaging bag F vary slightly, it can be attached to a comparable type of packaging bag F available on the market. Multiple types of auxiliary tool K with different dimensions can be manufactured. Furthermore, when the total weight of the auxiliary tool K is G, it is desirable to set it to 100 g ≦ G ≦ 600 g. For example, G is set to 250 g to 300 g.
[0076] Additionally, an adhesive 20 is provided on the back surface of the presser plate 1 as a restricting means that can be peeled off and attached to the top surface of the packaging bag F. Any suitable adhesive can be used, such as a rubber-based adhesive, an acrylic-based adhesive, a urethane-based adhesive, or a silicone-based adhesive. For example, an adhesive made of polyurethane obtained by condensing compounds having an isocyanate group and a hydroxyl group can be used. Specifically, the adhesive 20 is provided on the back surface of the presser plate 1 so as to be able to adhere to both sides of the slit S. A pair of strip-shaped adhesives 20 are provided, each on the back surface of the presser plate 1, on either side of the opening 3 as a boundary, along the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1. It is desirable to previously attach a protective sheet (not shown) whose surface is non-adhesive to the rest of the adhesive 20, and to peel off this protective sheet at the time of use to expose the adhesive surface of the adhesive 20. Note that the adhesive 20 is not limited to a strip-like shape and may be formed in any suitable shape. Furthermore, the number of adhesives is not limited to one pair, and of course, three or more may be arranged in suitable positions.
[0077] Furthermore, at least the surfaces of the presser plate 1 and the legs 10 that are exposed to the outside are provided with an antibacterial material 30. It is also desirable to provide the antibacterial material not only on these surfaces but also on the entire surface including the back surface.
[0078] Antibacterial materials 30 can be broadly classified into organic and inorganic types. Known organic antibacterial materials 30 include surfactant-based, biguanide-based, alcohol-based, phenol-based, anilide-based, iodine-based, imidazole-based, thiazole-based, isothiazole-based, triazine-based, nitrile-based, fluorine-based, sugar-based, tropolone-based, and organometallic materials. Meanwhile, known inorganic antibacterial materials 30 include antibacterial metals such as silver, copper, and zinc supported on inorganic powders such as zeolite, silica, alumina, zirconium phosphate, calcium phosphate, calcium silicate, silica gel, glass, titanium oxide, and zinc oxide. Antibacterial metals selected from copper, silver, iron, nickel, zinc, platinum, gold, tin, palladium, cadmium, cobalt, rhodium, ruthenium, bismuth, chromium, and titanium, their alloys, and oxides, can be used singly or in combination. Among these, photocatalytic materials are effective. As the photocatalytic material, known metal compounds such as titanium oxide, zinc oxide, tungsten oxide, iron oxide, and strontium titanate can be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds.
[0079] The antibacterial material 30 may be supported by forming the presser plate 1 and the leg body 10 themselves from the antibacterial material 30, or by coating the presser plate 1 and the leg body 10 with the antibacterial material 30. The coating method can be realized by various methods, such as a plating method in which an antibacterial metal is plated, a vapor deposition method in which the antibacterial material 30 is coated by vapor deposition, a thermal spraying method in which the antibacterial material 30 is coated by thermal spraying, such as flame spraying, high velocity flame spraying, detonation spraying, electric spraying, or cold spray, a sputtering method such as DC sputtering, high frequency sputtering, magnetron sputtering, or ion beam sputtering, a liquid phase deposition method, or a coating method in which the antibacterial material 30 is mixed with various pigments and additives and then coated.
[0080] Therefore, when using the sanitary paper removal aid K according to this embodiment, assuming a packaging bag F containing an unused stack W, as shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3(a), the slit S in the top surface of the packaging bag F is opened in advance, and the topmost sanitary paper P of the stack W is slightly pulled out through the opened slit S. In this state, the aid K is attached. At this time, the presser plate 1 is placed on the top surface of the packaging bag F so that the sanitary paper P pulled out from the slit S of the packaging bag F protrudes from the removal opening 2 of the presser plate 1, and the legs 10 are aligned with the side of the packaging bag F. Because the height of the legs 10 is lower than the height of the packaging bag F containing the unused stack W, the lower ends of the legs 10 are raised above the surface on which the packaging bag F is placed. As a result, the aid K is supported by the packaging bag F, and the weight of the aid K is applied to the stack W. Furthermore, when the presser plate 1 is placed, since the adhesive 20 is applied to the back surface of the presser plate 1, the top surface of the packaging bag F is attached to the back surface of the presser plate 1 via the adhesive 20. The presser plate 1 is ready for use in this state.
[0081] When removing the sanitary paper P, the sanitary paper P protruding from the removal opening 2 is pulled out. The sanitary paper P is stacked in order with the backsides of the folded pieces facing each other, so that it can be removed continuously, sheet by sheet. In this case, the stack W is pressed by the presser plate 1 via the top surface of the packaging bag F, and the weight of the auxiliary tool K is applied to the stack W, so that removal can be performed stably. In this case, the legs 10 follow the side of the stack W via the packaging bag F, so that even if the presser plate 1 tries to move in the planar direction of the top surface of the packaging bag F, the legs 10 abut against the side surface of the packaging bag F and press down, restricting movement. This prevents the sanitary paper P from shifting relative to the top surface of the packaging bag F or falling off the packaging bag F, ensuring stable removal of the sanitary paper P. Furthermore, the legs 10 are formed in a plate-like, frame-like shape that hangs down from the entire outer periphery of the pressure plate 1, so that they surround the upper periphery of the stack W via the packaging bag F. Therefore, even if the pressure plate 1 tries to move in the direction of the top surface of the packaging bag F, the legs 10 will securely abut against the side of the packaging bag F and hold it down, so that it can be reliably prevented from shifting relative to the top surface of the packaging bag F or falling off the packaging bag F, and the sanitary paper P can be removed more stably.
[0082] Furthermore, an adhesive 20 is interposed between the back surface of the pressure plate 1 and the top surface of the packaging bag F, and these are adhered to each other, which synergistically restricts the movement of the pressure plate 1 in the planar direction relative to the top surface of the packaging bag F, preventing it from shifting relative to the top surface of the packaging bag F or falling off from the packaging bag F, and allowing the sanitary paper P to be removed more stably.
[0083] Furthermore, when the sanitary paper P is removed, the sanitary paper P is guided by the guide wall 4, making it possible to remove the sanitary paper P smoothly. In particular, when removing the sanitary paper P, the sanitary paper P protruding from the removal opening 2 is pulled out, and because the opening 3 is wider than the removal opening 2, the sanitary paper P passes through more easily, making it possible to remove the sanitary paper P smoothly. Furthermore, because a cutout 8 is formed in the guide wall 4, it is possible to insert a finger into this cutout 8 to grasp the sanitary paper P, making it easier to pull out the sanitary paper P.
[0084] Furthermore, when the sanitary paper P is removed, the top surface of the packaging bag F is dragged by the sanitary paper P and tends to fly out of the removal opening 2, but since an adhesive 20 is interposed between the back surface of the pressure plate 1 and the top surface of the packaging bag F, the top surface of the packaging bag F can be prevented from flying out of the removal opening 2, which also prevents a decrease in the removal function of the sanitary paper P.
[0085] Furthermore, as the height of the stack W decreases using sanitary paper P, an empty portion will be created at the top of the packaging bag F. However, because the pressure plate 1 holds down the packaging bag F via the adhesive 20, this empty portion will not be crushed and become bulky as in the past. This prevents the sanitary paper P from getting stuck in the empty portion of the packaging bag F and making it difficult to remove, and the topmost sanitary paper P can be reliably protruded from the slit S and removal opening 2, preventing a situation in which the removal function of the sanitary paper P is reduced.
[0086] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 3(b), when the sanitary paper P is used and the remaining amount becomes small, causing the height of the packaging bag F to fall below the predetermined height of the legs 10, the legs 10 are placed on the placement surface of the packaging bag F. In this case, the weight of the auxiliary tool K is no longer placed on the stack W, and an empty portion of the packaging bag F appears below the presser plate 1, but this empty portion of the packaging bag F is compressed to some extent by the load of the presser plate 1 and is wrinkled and shrunk and is interposed below the presser plate 1, so it is unlikely that the sanitary paper P will get caught in this portion, and there is almost no chance of a decrease in the ability to remove the sanitary paper P.
[0087] Furthermore, in this case, for example, if the hands of the person taking out the sanitary paper P are wet, the water will fall onto the surface of the pressing plate 1 and adhere to it, but since it is the surface of the pressing plate 1, it can be easily wiped off, making it easy to deal with the fallen water and improving hygiene.
[0088] Furthermore, water falls onto the upper surface of the presser plate 1 and flows through the opening 3 to seep under the presser plate 1, but because a cylindrical guide wall 4 is erected at the opening 3 of the presser plate 1, the flowing water is blocked by the guide wall 4 and prevented from seeping in. As a result, water is less likely to seep under the presser plate 1, making it less likely for the sanitary paper P to get wet and improving hygiene.
[0089] Furthermore, the surfaces of the presser plate 1 and the leg body 10 are supported with antibacterial material 30, which makes the surfaces of the presser plate 1 and the leg body 10 hygienic. In particular, if water falls and adheres to the surfaces of the presser plate 1 or the leg body 10, bacteria and the like tend to grow, but this can be prevented by the antibacterial material 30, thereby ensuring improved hygiene.
[0090] 4 and 5 show a sanitary paper removal aid K according to another embodiment of the present invention. This sanitary paper removal aid K is configured in a manner similar to that described above, but differs from the above in that a canopy 40 is provided on the guide wall 4 to cover the removal opening 2 of the guide wall 4. The canopy 40 is formed by extending either the first wall 5 or the second wall 6 (the first wall 5 in this embodiment) and has an arc-shaped or mountain-shaped cross section with an apex at the top end (arc-shaped in this embodiment), allowing water received on the surface of the canopy 40 to flow down to the surface of the pressure plate 1. The surface of the pressure plate 1 is also inclined from the base end of the guide wall 4 toward the outer periphery of the pressure plate 1. The surface of the canopy 40 also carries an antibacterial material 30. It is preferable that the antibacterial material be carried on the entire surface, including the back surface as well as the front surface.
[0091] Therefore, with this sanitary paper dispensing aid K according to another embodiment, even if falling water reaches the outlet 2 directly and attempts to enter the device through the outlet 2, the water contacts the umbrella body 40, making it more difficult for the water to penetrate. This makes it less likely for water to seep under the pressure plate 1, making it less likely for the sanitary paper P to get wet, further improving hygiene. Furthermore, because the umbrella body 40 has an arc-shaped cross section with an apex at its upper end, water that contacts the umbrella body 40 flows down onto the surface of the pressure plate 1, preventing water from remaining on the surface of the umbrella body 40 and thus improving hygiene. Furthermore, because the surface of the pressure plate 1 is sloped from the base end of the guide wall 4 toward the outer periphery of the pressure plate 1, even if water falls onto the top surface of the pressure plate 1, the water can flow around the pressure plate 1, making it less likely for water to remain on the pressure plate 1, further improving hygiene. Other functions and effects are the same as those described above.
[0092] 6 to 8 show a sanitary paper removal aid K according to another embodiment of the present invention. This sanitary paper removal aid K is configured in substantially the same manner as the above, but differs from the above in that the guide wall 4 is provided with a rectangular, elongated door 50 that opens and closes the outlet 2 by pivoting and that is constantly biased in the closing direction to abut against the sanitary paper P pulled out from the outlet 2 so that the sanitary paper P can be pulled out. A pivot shaft 51 protrudes from the left and right sides of the door 50 on one wall 5 side, and bearings 52 that support the pivot shaft 51 are erected at the upper ends of the left and right support walls 7 on the one wall 5 side, respectively.
[0093] The door 50 is configured to be biased in the closing direction by its own weight. Because the door 50 closes the outlet 2 by its own weight, there is no need to provide a special mechanism for biasing the door 50, which simplifies the structure. A stopper 53 is also provided to restrict the rotation position of the door 50 in the opening direction. The stopper 53 is formed by the end surface of the door 50 on the side of one wall 5 of the guide wall 4, which abuts against the upper end surface of one wall 5 of the guide wall 4 at a predetermined angular position in the opening direction of the door 50, thereby stopping the movement of the door 50 in the opening direction. The antibacterial material 30 is also carried on the surface of the door 50. It is desirable to carry the antibacterial material not only on these surfaces but also on the entire surface, including the back surface.
[0094] Therefore, when using the sanitary paper removal aid K according to this yet another embodiment, the door 50 is opened, and the topmost sanitary paper sheet P is pulled through the opening 3 and the outlet 2 of the guide wall 4, protruding from the outlet 2. In this case, the guide wall 4 has a cutout 8 formed therein that allows a finger to be inserted, so that the sanitary paper sheet P can be grasped by inserting a finger into the cutout 8, making it easier to remove the sanitary paper sheet P. When removing the sanitary paper sheet P, the sanitary paper sheet P protruding from the outlet 2 is pulled out. In this case, because the door 50 is biased in the closing direction, the outlet 2 is blocked while the sanitary paper sheet P is removed. Therefore, even if falling water reaches the outlet 2 directly and tries to enter the inside through the outlet 2, it hits the door 50, making it more difficult for water to penetrate. This makes it more difficult for water to penetrate below the pressure plate 1, making it less likely for the sanitary paper sheet P to get wet, thereby improving hygiene. Furthermore, since the surface of the pressure plate 1 is formed at an angle from the base end of the guide wall 4 toward the outer periphery of the pressure plate 1, even if water falls on the upper surface of the pressure plate 1, the water can flow around the pressure plate 1, making it less likely for water to remain on the pressure plate 1, further improving hygiene. Other functions and effects are the same as those described above.
[0095] Although not shown, a modified example of a sanitary paper removal aid K according to yet another embodiment is shown. In this example, similar to the umbrella body 40 shown in Figures 4 and 5, the door 50 is formed in an arc-shaped or mountain-shaped cross section with an apex at the top, allowing water received on the surface of the door 50 to flow down to the surface of the pressure plate 1. This allows water that comes into contact with the door 50 to flow down to the surface of the pressure plate 1, preventing water from remaining on the surface of the door 50 and thus improving hygiene.
[0096] Figure 9 shows a sanitary paper removal aid K according to yet another embodiment of the present invention. This sanitary paper removal aid K is a modified version of the sanitary paper removal aid K shown in Figures 1 to 3. In this case, the legs 10 serving as restricting means are formed in an angled shape with a concave L-shaped cross section and are attached integrally and hanging down from the four corners of the presser plate 1. As in the above, the four legs 10 follow the side of the stack W via the packaging bags F, so that even if the presser plate 1 attempts to move in the planar direction of the top surface of the packaging bags F, the movement can be restricted. The configuration of these legs 10 can also be applied to the type of aid K shown in Figures 4 to 8.
[0097] Figures 10(a) and 10(b) show a sanitary paper removal aid K according to another embodiment of the present invention. The sanitary paper removal aid K shown in Figure 10(a) is the aid K shown in Figures 1 to 3 with the legs 10 removed, and comprises a flat pressure plate 1 with guide walls 4, an adhesive 20 as a regulating means on the back surface of the pressure plate 1, and an antibacterial material 30 carried on the surfaces of the pressure plate 1 and the guide walls 4. It is also desirable to carry the antibacterial material not only on these surfaces but also on the entire surface, including the back surface.
[0098] The sanitary paper removal aid K shown in Figure 10(b) is the aid K shown in Figure 10(a) without the guide wall 4, and simply has an opening 3 in a flat pressure plate 1 configured as the removal opening 2, an adhesive 20 as a regulating means on the back surface of the pressure plate 1, and an antibacterial material 30 carried on the surface of the pressure plate 1. It is desirable to carry the antibacterial material on the entire surface of the pressure plate 1, including not only the front surface but also the back surface. In these devices, the packaging bag F is not held down by the legs 10, but the packaging bag F is held down by the adhesive 20, so the basic action and effect are the same as those described above.
[0099] Figure 11 shows a sanitary paper removal aid K according to another embodiment of the present invention. This is the aid K shown in Figures 1 to 3 above, with the adhesive 20 removed. Although it does not have the function of the adhesive 20, the legs 10 provide the same action and effect as above.
[0100] 12 and 13 show a sanitary paper removal aid K according to yet another embodiment of the present invention. This aid is obtained by removing the adhesive 20 from the aid K shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 above, and by providing a pair of protruding ridges 60, 60 on the back surface of the presser plate 1 as regulating means. The ridges 60, 60 can be inserted into the slit S and placed on the stack W, and they abut against one edge Sa and the other edge Sb of the slit S, respectively, facing each other with a gap that allows the sanitary paper P to pass through to the removal opening 2. The pair of protruding ridges 60, 60 are provided on the back surface of the presser plate 1, protruding parallel to each other along the longitudinal edge of the opening 3. The pair of protruding ridges 60, 60 may also be connected at both ends to form a frame-like overall shape.
[0101] As a result, when the auxiliary tool K is attached, the ridge 60 enters the slit S and is placed on the top surface of the stack W. As a result, one edge Sa and the other edge Sb that make up the slit S each come into contact with the ridge 60, keeping the slit S open. Therefore, the sanitary paper P can be removed stably while the stack W is being held down by the ridge 60.
[0102] In this case, even if the presser plate 1 attempts to move in the planar direction of the upper surface of the packaging bag F, one edge Sa and the other edge Sb of the slit S each abut against the ridge 60, restricting the movement. This prevents the presser plate 1 from shifting relative to the upper surface of the packaging bag F or falling off the packaging bag F, ensuring stable removal of the sanitary paper P. When removing the sanitary paper P, the upper surface of the packaging bag F tends to be pulled by the sanitary paper P and pop out of the removal opening 2. However, the one edge Sa and the other edge Sb of the slit S each abut against the ridge 60, preventing the upper surface of the packaging bag F from popping out of the removal opening 2. This also prevents a decrease in the removal function of the sanitary paper P. Other functions and effects are the same as those described above. This configuration achieves the required functions and effects without the need for legs 10. Of course, an adhesive 20 may be provided, as described above.
[0103] Figure 14 shows a packaging bag F according to an embodiment of the present invention. This is a packaging bag F that can be used with the sanitary paper removal aid K shown in Figures 1 to 10 above from which the adhesive 20 has been removed, or with the aid K shown in Figures 11, 12, and 13 above that does not originally include the adhesive 20. In Figure 14, the aid K shown in Figure 11 is shown as the aid K. As with the above, this packaging bag F is configured to accommodate a stack W formed into a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape by stacking multiple rectangular sanitary paper sheets P, and to have a slit S formed in the center of the top surface along the fold line Z of the stack W, through which the topmost sanitary paper sheet P of the stack W can be pulled out and removed.
[0104] The packaging bag F has an adhesive 20 on its top surface as a restricting means that is peelably attached to the back surface of the pressing plate 1. A pair of strip-shaped adhesives 20 are provided, one on each side of the slit S. A protective sheet 21, the surface of which is non-adhesive, is pre-attached to the surface of the adhesive 20. The protective sheet 21 is peeled off at the time of use, exposing the surface of the adhesive 20. The adhesive 20 is not limited to a strip-like shape and may be formed in any suitable shape. Furthermore, the number of adhesives is not limited to one pair, and three or more may be arranged in any suitable position.
[0105] As a result, when using this sanitary paper removal aid K, taking the case of a packaging bag F containing an unused stack W, the slit S on the top surface of the packaging bag F is opened in advance, and the topmost sanitary paper P of the stack W is slightly pulled out through the opened slit S, and in this state, the aid K is attached. At this time, the presser plate 1 is placed on the top surface of the packaging bag F so that the sanitary paper P pulled out from the slit S of the packaging bag F protrudes from the removal opening 2 of the presser plate 1. When the presser plate 1 is placed, the top surface of the packaging bag F is attached to the back surface of the presser plate 1 via the adhesive 20, since an adhesive 20 is applied to the surface of the packaging bag F.
[0106] When the sanitary paper P is to be removed, the sanitary paper P protruding from the removal opening 2 is pulled out. The sanitary paper P is stacked in order with the backsides of the folded pieces facing each other, so that it can be removed continuously, sheet by sheet. In this case, the stack W is pressed by the presser plate 1 via the upper surface of the packaging bag F, and the weight of the auxiliary tool K is applied to the stack W, so that it can be removed stably. In this case, an adhesive 20 is interposed between the backside of the presser plate 1 and the upper surface of the packaging bag F, and these adhere to each other, restricting the movement of the presser plate 1 in the planar direction relative to the upper surface of the packaging bag F. This prevents the presser plate 1 from shifting relative to the upper surface of the packaging bag F or falling off the packaging bag F, ensuring stable removal of the sanitary paper P. Furthermore, when the sanitary paper P is removed, the top surface of the packaging bag F is dragged by the sanitary paper P and tends to pop out of the removal opening 2, but since adhesive 20 is interposed between the back surface of the pressure plate 1 and the top surface of the packaging bag F, the top surface of the packaging bag F can be prevented from popping out of the removal opening 2, which also prevents a decrease in the removal function of the sanitary paper P.
[0107] Furthermore, as the height of the stack W decreases using sanitary paper P, an empty section will be created at the top of the packaging bag F, but because the pressure plate 1 is pressing down on the packaging bag F, this empty section will not be crushed and become bulky as in the past. This prevents the sanitary paper P from getting stuck in the empty section of the packaging bag F and making it difficult to remove, and the topmost sanitary paper P can be reliably protruded from the slit S and removal opening 2, preventing a situation in which the removal function of the sanitary paper P is reduced.
[0108] Furthermore, in this case, for example, if the hands of the person taking out the sanitary paper P are wet, the water will fall onto the surface of the pressing plate 1 and adhere to it, but since it is the surface of the pressing plate 1, it can be easily wiped off, making it easy to deal with the fallen water and improving hygiene.
[0109] In the above-described embodiment, the shape and size of each part are not limited to those described above and may be modified as appropriate. Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the material of each part is not limited to resin, but may also be metal, wood, or the like and may be modified as appropriate. In the above-described embodiment, the adhesive 20 is provided in advance on the back surface of the pressure plate 1 (FIGS. 1 to 10) or on the top surface of the packaging bag F (FIG. 14). However, this is not necessarily limited to this. The adhesive may be prepared separately from the pressure plate 1 and the packaging bag F and interposed between the back surface of the pressure plate 1 and the top surface of the packaging bag F during use. In this case, a strip-shaped adhesive such as double-sided tape may be used as the adhesive 20. It is desirable to previously attach a protective sheet with a non-adhesive surface to the surface to which the adhesive 20 is to be attached, and to peel off this protective sheet to expose the surface to which the adhesive 20 is to be attached during use.
[0110] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the laminate W packaged in the packaging bag F is described as being a substantially rectangular parallelepiped structure in which multiple rectangular sanitary paper sheets P, each having a pair of folded pieces separated by a fold line Z, are stacked in order with the back surfaces of the folded pieces facing each other. However, this is not necessarily limited to this, and it is of course also possible to simply stack sanitary paper sheets P in order. In this case, it is desirable to make the removal opening 2 and opening 3 large to make it easier to remove the sanitary paper sheets P. In short, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and those skilled in the art can easily make many modifications to these exemplary embodiments without substantially departing from the novel teachings and effects of the present invention, and these many modifications are within the scope of the present invention.
