In the present invention, the wireless in-ear audio device 200 may be a related item that is inserted into a user's ear to produce sound, such as a wireless Bluetooth earphone or a wireless hearing aid. The pair of wireless in-ear audio devices 200 in this embodiment are two wireless earphones, and the storage box 300 is a charging case for the wireless in-ear audio device 200.
[0028] 1 to 3 , the anti-loss rope 100 includes a rope kit 1 and two connection mechanisms 2 respectively connected to the rope kit 1. The rope kit 1 includes a rope 10 having two free ends and an adjustment unit 13, and the rope kit 1 has a holding loop 11, a joint portion P, and two connection portions 12. The rope 10 has the holding loop 11 and the connection portion 12, the joint portion P forms the holding loop 11 and the connection portion 12 on the rope 10, and the joint portion P is located between the holding loop 11 and the connection portion 12. Each of the connection mechanisms 2 is used to connect to one of the wireless in-ear audio devices 200, the connection portion 12 may be used to wrap around the outer periphery of the storage box 300, and the holding loop 11 is covered around the outer periphery of the storage box 300 to prevent the rope kit 1 from being scattered.
[0029] 1 to 3 , after the connection between the two connection mechanisms 2 and the pair of wireless in-ear audio devices 200 is completed, the pair of wireless in-ear audio devices 200 are stored in the earphone storage chamber of the storage box 300, and the earphone storage chamber is closed with a cover of the storage box 300, thereby completing the storage of the wireless in-ear audio devices 200. One end of each of the connection portions 12 away from the joint portion P is at least partially stored in the storage box 300, and the portions of the two connection portions 12 exposed to the storage box 300 are wound around the outer periphery of the storage box 300 in the same direction, and the holding loop 11 is covered by the storage box 300 on the same outer periphery of the storage box 300 around which the connection portions 12 are wound, or is covered by the storage box 300 perpendicular to the outer periphery of the storage box 300 around which the connection portions 12 are wound (see FIG. 4 ).
[0030] 5 to 13 show an example of a specific embodiment of the loss prevention rope of the loss prevention device of the present invention.
[0031] 5 to 7, the rope 10 is an elastic rope, and the adjustment unit 13 is a round bead resembling a columnar structure, and the adjustment unit 13 has a through hole 131. The rope 10 passes through the through hole 131 twice and wraps around the adjustment unit 13 once, thereby forming the holding loop 11. The rope 10 forms the joint part P together with the adjustment unit 13 at the adjustment unit 13, and the rope 10 forms two connection parts 12 on both sides of the adjustment unit 13. That is, the two free ends of the rope 10 pass through opposite sides of the through hole 131 in both directions, and the connection parts 12 are formed at the parts of the rope 10 that protrude from the through hole 131, and the two connection parts 12 are located on both sides of the through hole 131, respectively, making it difficult for the adjustment unit 13 to detach from the rope 10. There are various types of implementation methods for the joint part P of the present invention, and the implementation method for the joint part P described above is one of the embodiments of the joint part P of the anti-loss rope 100 of the present invention.
[0032] 6 and 7, the rope 10 is movably connected to the adjustment unit 13 within the through-hole 131, and the size of the holding loop 11 is adjusted by moving the position of the adjustment unit 13 on the rope 10 to accommodate different sizes of storage boxes 300 (see FIG. 3). Specifically, the size of the holding loop 11 is adjusted by pulling the connection portion 12 or the holding loop 11. In another embodiment, the adjustment unit 13 is fixedly connected to the rope 10 by riveting or adhesive, so that the position of the joint part P is fixed and the size of the holding loop 11 is adjusted by changing the elasticity of the elastic rope to accommodate different sizes of storage boxes 300.
[0033] 5 and 8, the connection mechanism 2 is a circlip integrally curved from a metal wire, and the cross section of the metal wire is most preferably circular, but is not limited to circular and may be other shapes such as rectangular. The connection mechanism 2 has a first coupling portion 21, a second coupling portion 22, and a circlip 23 connected to the first coupling portion 21 and the second coupling portion 22. The circlip 23 is formed by bending the metal wire into a C-shape, and an engagement space J is formed inside the circlip 23. An opening 24 is formed by spacing the first coupling portion 21 and the second coupling portion 22, and the opening 24 is in communication with the engagement space J. The first coupling part 21 has a first through hole 211, the second coupling part 22 has a second through hole 221, the connecting part 12 passes through the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 221 and is connected to the second coupling part 22 by a coupling method, and the connecting part 12 is connected to the second coupling part 22.
[0034] 5 and 8, the first coupling portion 21 and the second coupling portion 22 are disposed opposite each other in the first direction, and a distance L1 between the first coupling portion 21 and the second coupling portion 22 in the first direction is shorter than a maximum distance L2 of the engagement space J in the first direction (see FIG. 6). When the wireless in-ear audio device 200 is inserted into the engagement space J, the opening 24 makes it difficult for the wireless in-ear audio device 200 to detach from the engagement space J. The connection portion 12 movably passes through the first through hole 211, and the length of the connection portion 12 located between the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 221 can be freely adjusted by pulling the connection portion 12. The opening 24 allows the wireless in-ear audio device 200 to pass through and be inserted into the engagement space J. In other embodiments, the connection portion 12 may be connected to the second coupling portion 22 in another manner.
[0035] 9 to 13 are schematic diagrams showing the wireless in-ear audio device 200 of the loss prevention device of the present invention.
[0036] 9 and 10 , the wireless in-ear audio device 200 includes a head 3, a rod 4, and an ear cap 5 that covers the head 3 and is firmly connected to the head 3 along an engagement direction. The head 3 is integrally connected to the rod 4, and includes an earphone 31 and an engagement slot 32 that is circumferentially disposed around the earphone 31. The ear cap 5 includes a fastening protrusion 51 and a flexible ear cover 52 that is connected to the fastening protrusion 51, and the ear cap 5 is integrally molded from a silicone material. The fastening protrusion 51 is engaged with the engagement slot 32, thereby fixing the ear cap 5 to the head 3, and the flexible ear cover 52 is fitted over the fastening protrusion 51.
[0037] As shown in Figures 11 and 13, the connection mechanism 2 and the connection portion 12 located between the first connecting portion 21 and the second connecting portion 22 are jointly covered on the outer periphery of the fastening protrusion 51.
[0038] 10 to 13, the connection step of the connection mechanism 2 and the wireless in-ear audio device 200 uses the first through-hole 211 to movably adjust the length of the connection portion 12 at the first through-hole 211 and the second through-hole 221, and the space formed between the connection portion 12, the first connecting portion 21, and the second connecting portion 22 is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the ear cap 5, so that the flexible ear cap 5 is turned inside out and placed in the space, and the circlip 23 or the flexible ear cap 5 moves, so that the wireless in-ear audio device 200 penetrates the opening 24 and further engages into the engagement space J. Specifically, the fastening protrusion 51 penetrates the opening 24, so that the wireless in-ear audio device 200 engages with the engagement space J, and the connecting portion 12 contracts in a direction approaching the joint portion P, so that the opening 24 is narrowed, and the circlip 23 and a portion of the connecting portion 12 are collectively covered by the fastening protrusion 51 and are arranged between the flexible ear cover 52 and the fastening protrusion 51, thus completing the attachment. In another embodiment, the connection mechanism 2 may be attached to the rod 4 of the wireless in-ear audio device 200.
[0039] 10 and 11 , by pulling the connection portion 12 in a direction approaching the second coupling portion 22, the length of the connection portion 12 between the first coupling portion 21 and the second coupling portion 22 is extended, and the first coupling portion 21 and the second coupling portion 22 are opened toward both sides, thereby opening the opening 24 outward. When the opening 24 is opened until the distance between the first coupling portion 21 and the second coupling portion 22 in the first direction is equal to or greater than the maximum diameter of the fastening protrusion 51, the wireless in-ear audio device 200 can be detached and removed from the connection mechanism 2.
[0040] 14 and 15 show another embodiment of the joint part P of the loss prevention rope 100 of the present invention. All of the above-mentioned embodiments of the loss prevention rope 100 employ the structure of the other embodiment of the joint part P. In this embodiment, the rope 10 passes through the through hole 131 three times and is wound around the adjustment unit 13 twice, with the holding loop 11 formed in one of the turns and the rope 10 being fastened to the adjustment unit 13 in the other turn. Specifically, two free ends of the rope 10 pass through the through hole 131 in both directions from opposite sides of the through hole 131, and one of the free ends is wound again and passes through the through hole 131 again from the same direction as it passed through the through hole 131 the first time. In this way, the size of the holding loop 11 can be adjusted by pulling one of the connection parts 12 connected to the other free end and the holding loop 11. If there is a large deviation in the size of the through hole 131 and the rope 10, the same effect can be achieved by winding the adjusting unit 13 twice to increase the friction between the rope 10 and the adjusting unit 13. There is no need to replace the rope 10 or the adjusting unit 13 with a different size, which reduces costs.
[0041] The loss prevention rope and loss prevention device according to the present invention have the following effects.
[0042] 1. By providing the rope kit 1 with the holding loop 11 for wrapping around the outer periphery of the storage box 300, the rope kit 1 can be easily organized and stored in the storage box 300, thereby preventing the rope kit 1 from being scattered and tangled.
[0043] 2. By using an elastic rope to configure the rope kit 1, the size of the holding loop 11 can be adjusted by changing the elasticity of the elastic rope, making it applicable to storage boxes 300 of different sizes.
[0044] 3. By installing the adjusting unit 13, the rope 10 passes through the through hole 131 at least twice and winds around the adjusting unit 13 at least once, with one of the turns forming the holding loop 11. The rope 10 forms the joint P together with the adjusting unit 13 at the position of the adjusting unit 13, and the size of the holding loop 11 can be realized by moving the adjusting unit 13 to different positions on the rope 10. This makes it possible to adapt to storage boxes 300 of different sizes.
[0045] 4. The rope 10 passes through the through hole 131 three times, and the rope 10 wraps around the adjustment unit 13 two times and then wraps around it again to be tightly fastened to the adjustment unit 13. If the diameter of the rope 10 is too small and the difference between the rope 10 and the through hole 131 of the adjustment unit 13 is too large, the friction between the rope 10 and the adjustment unit 13 will be insufficient. By wrapping the adjustment unit 13 two times and then wrapping it again to be tightly fastened to the adjustment unit 13, the friction between the rope 10 and the adjustment unit 13 will be increased, making it difficult for the adjustment unit 13 to slide.
[0046] 5. The connection mechanism 2 includes the first coupling portion 21, the second coupling portion 22, and the circlip 23 connected to the first coupling portion 21 and the second coupling portion 22, thereby forming the engagement space J inside the circlip 23, and the first coupling portion 21 and the second coupling portion 22 are spaced apart to form the opening 24. The first coupling portion 21 is provided with the first through hole 211, which allows the connection portion 12 to pass through the first through hole 211 and connect to the second coupling portion 22. The connection portion 12 movably passes through the first through hole 211, and the length of the connection portion 12 located between the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 221 can be freely adjusted by pulling the connection portion 12. The connection portion 12 forms a space between the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 221, making it easier to cover the outside of the wireless in-ear audio device 200. The opening 24 allows the wireless in-ear audio device 200 to pass through and engage with the engagement space J, and the wireless in-ear audio device 200 is surrounded by the first connecting portion 21, the circlip 23, the second connecting portion 22, and the connection portion 12 located between the first connecting portion 21 and the second connecting portion 22, making it difficult for the wireless in-ear audio device 200 to fall off.
[0047] 6. The flexible ear cover 52 is fitted over the fastening protrusion 51, and the connection mechanism 2 is fitted over the fastening protrusion 51 and is arranged between the flexible ear cover 52 and the fastening protrusion 51. Compared to a case where the connection mechanism 2 is fitted over the rod 4, the wireless in-ear audio device 200 is less likely to be damaged or broken, and the anti-loss rope 100 is less likely to come off the wireless in-ear audio device 200.
[0048] 7. Since the distance between the first connecting portion 21 and the second connecting portion 22 in the first direction is shorter than the maximum distance of the engagement space J in the first direction, when the wireless in-ear audio device 200 engages with the engagement space J, the opening 24 makes it difficult for the wireless in-ear audio device 200 to detach from the engagement space J.
[0049] Although the present invention has been described above using embodiments, the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the scope described in the above embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made to the above embodiments. It is clear from the claims that such modifications and improvements can also be included within the technical scope of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
