FIG. 1 is a structural block diagram of one embodiment of a wearable waste removal and cleansing device 100 according to the present invention. The wearable waste removal and cleansing device includes a wearable part 110, a receptacle part 120 detachably connected to the wearable part 110, and a control assembly 130 connected to the receptacle part 120 and a treatment host. After rinsing, waste water is removed via the suction passage 132b to an external treatment host, and the third water conduit 134c further guides the rinse water to rinse and clean the receptacle body 1211. After rinsing, dirty water is removed from the receptacle body 1211 via the suction passage 132b to an external treatment host, and the air supply conduit 132a provides airflow to dry the body and the receptacle body 1211.

1. 1. A wearable waste removal and cleansing device worn by a patient, the wearable waste removal and cleansing device comprising: a wearable part; a receptacle part detachably coupled to the wearable part; and a control assembly coupled to the receptacle part for automatic flushing, the wearable part comprising a sliding sleeve and wearable pants coupled to the sliding sleeve, and an engagement mechanism disposed between the sliding sleeve and the receptacle part; the receptacle part includes an upper housing having a receptacle body for receiving excrement, and the engagement mechanism is disposed between the upper housing and the sliding sleeve; The engagement mechanism includes a forward end of the upper housing of the receptacle part and at least one slot disposed in a lower surface of the sliding sleeve, and the forward end of the upper housing of the receptacle part is removably engaged with the at least one slot in the lower surface of the sliding sleeve. the receptacle part further includes a lower housing and a rear housing each connected to the upper housing; the control assembly comprises a coupling element, a detection element, and a control element configured to control the coupling element and the detection element, the control assembly being configured to be coupled to a processing host and the receptacle part; the connecting element comprises an air conduit having an air supply passage for supplying an air flow having a positive air pressure to the receptacle body and a suction passage for removing waste matter from the receptacle body with an air flow having a negative air pressure, and a water conduit for flushing the patient's body or the receptacle body with water; a receiving space formed between the upper housing and the rear housing and between the upper housing and the lower housing; the water conduits are disposed within the receiving space and extend toward the receptacle body, and include a first flush water conduit for flushing urine, a second flush water conduit for flushing the anus, and a third flush water conduit for cleaning the receptacle body.
2. The wearable excrement removal and cleansing device of claim 1 , wherein a first connecting portion is disposed on the sliding sleeve, and a second connecting portion is disposed on the upper housing corresponding to the first connecting portion.

The wearable excrement removal and cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the detection element comprises a camera assembly mounted within the upper housing and protruding from the receptacle body to identify excrement on the receptacle body, and a gravity sensor disposed within a receiving space formed between the upper housing and the lower housing.

The wearable excrement removal and cleaning device of claim 1, wherein at least a surface layer of the wearable pants is waterproof, and the wearable pants have an excretion opening, a buttocks portion around the excretion opening, a crotch portion and a urination portion connected to the buttocks portion, and at least one connecting part removably wearable to the waist of a human body.
5. The wearable waste removal and cleansing device of claim 4 , wherein the urination portion bulges outward to form a concave area.
6. The wearable waste removal and cleansing device of claim 4 , wherein an engagement portion configured to be engaged with the sliding sleeve is formed on a rear peripheral edge of the excretion opening.
