To provide a furniture unit which is capable of flexibly serving for purposes other than concentration work and is excellent in function expandability inside a small space.SOLUTION: A furniture unit 100 includes a chair 10 that has a seat 12 composing a seat surface 11, and a first auxiliary furniture 30 that can be placed adjacent to the chair. The chair is supported by a support structure 13 whose seat is arranged on a floor surface so that the seat surface becomes an uppermost surface from a floor surface, and a first direction heading for an outside of an outline shape along the seat surface is a seating direction. The first auxiliary furniture has a first functional surface 31 which is arranged almost as high as the seating surface, and the first functional surface can be arranged at a position adjacent to the second direction opposite the first direction with respect to the seating surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
