Abstract

To provide a light receiving device which suppresses such a problem that a box body interferes with emission of light from a light source as compared with a case where the light source is installed on a substrate to which the box body having a light receiving unit is attached, and a measuring device.SOLUTION: A light receiving device 10 comprises: a first substrate 12 in which a first opening 30 is formed and which has, around the first opening 30, a light source 32 for irradiating an object 150 with light; a box body 16 in which a second opening 40 is formed and which has a light receiving unit 14 receiving light entering from the second opening 40 and reflected light from the object 150; a second substrate 18 which is attached to an opposite side of the second opening 40 in the box body 16; and a spacer 20 which fixes the first substrate 12 and the second substrate 18 in a posture in which at least part of the box body 18 is inserted into the first opening 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
