(A) One or more selected from hydrogenated castor oil dimer dilinoleate and dimer dilinoleate (phytosteryl / isostearyl / cetyl / stearyl / behenyl) (B) Shea butter (C) one or more selected from heavy liquid isoparaffin, liquid isoparaffin, and light liquid isoparaffin (D) Cationic surfactant (E) Higher alcohol having 12 to 24 carbon atoms wherein the content of component (A) is 0.1 to 8% by mass and the content of component (B) is 0.001 to 1% by mass.

2. 2. The hair cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the component (C) is a heavy liquid isoparaffin and at least one selected from the group consisting of liquid isoparaffin and light liquid isoparaffin.

3. 2. The hair cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the content of the component (C) is 0.5 to 16% by mass.

4. 2. The hair cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the content of the component (D) is 0.3 to 5% by mass.
