Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle housing, and more particularly to a vehicle crankcase assembly. [Background technology]
[0002] FIG. 1 shows an example of a conventional crankcase device. As shown, the crankcase device 1 has a case body 11 that surrounds an internal space 110, an oil case 12 that is connected to the bottom of the case body 11 and surrounds an oil collection section 120 that communicates with the internal space 110, and a suction module 13 that extends to the oil collection section 120 and is used to suck the lubricating oil in the oil collection section 120.
[0003] The case body 11 is composed of a left case part 111 and a right case part 112 on the left and right sides, and the suction module 13 is disposed in the right case part 112 and has an oil suction pipe 131 that communicates with an oil suction port 139 of the oil collecting part 120, and an oil pump 132 attached to the oil suction pipe 131. The lubricating oil in the internal space 110 accumulates in the oil collecting part 120 due to gravity, so the oil pump 132 of the suction module 13 is used to suck up the lubricating oil in the oil collecting part 120 from the oil suction pipe 131 and then inject it again from above into areas where lubricating oil is needed.
[0004] However, parts that require lubricating oil are located in various locations, regardless of whether they are in the left case portion 111 or the right case portion 112, and the lubricating oil that flows downward due to gravity from these parts in various locations, along with impurities such as residue, eventually flows into the oil collecting portion 120. However, the lubricating oil that flows into a position close to the oil suction port 139 in the oil collecting portion 120 is sucked up by the oil suction port 139 at a relatively early timing due to its proximity, while the lubricating oil that flows into a position far from the oil suction port 139 is sucked up by the oil suction port 139 at a relatively late timing. In this way, the timing at which the lubricating oil that flows into the oil collecting portion 120 is sucked up by the oil suction port 139 varies depending on the position at which it flows into the oil collecting portion 120. When the lubricating oil is sucked up by the oil suction port 139 at a relatively early timing, the impurities contained in the lubricating oil, such as residue, do not have time to settle, and the quality of the lubricating oil is inevitably inferior to that of the lubricating oil that is sucked up by the oil suction port 139 at a relatively late timing. Therefore, the quality of the lubricating oil sucked up from the oil suction port 139 and recycled varies depending on the timing of suction, and since the quality cannot be checked or adjusted, it is also difficult to determine the appropriate time to replace the lubricating oil. [0005] [Patent Document 1] Taiwan Utility Model Registration No. M613380 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0006] In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a crankcase device for a vehicle that can ensure the quality of recycled lubricating oil. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] In order to achieve the above object, a crankcase device for a vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a first case portion; a second case portion attached to the first case portion and surrounding an internal space having an oil collecting portion at a lower portion thereof together with the first case portion; a first oil circulation means extending to be disposed within the oil collecting portion without contacting the bottoms of the first case portion and the second case portion and surrounding a first oil passage; an oil storage tank connected to the first oil circulation means and enclosing an oil storage space communicating with the first oil passage; a second oil circulation means connected to the oil storage tank and surrounding a second oil passage communicating with the oil storage space; an oil pump connected to an end of the second oil passage away from the oil storage space, the first oil circulation means has at least one oil inlet port in the first case portion that communicates with the oil collecting portion, The crankcase assembly for a vehicle is provided, wherein the oil storage space is disposed within the second case portion and is spaced apart from the at least one oil inlet. [Effects of the Invention]
[0008] With the above-mentioned configuration, the lubricating oil in the vehicle crankcase device of the present invention is collected by gravity in the oil collecting section (201) located at the bottom of the internal space (20), and only the supernatant oil passes from the oil inlet through the first oil passage and is stored in the oil storage space. The oil pump (26) then sucks up lubricating oil with fewer impurities from the oil storage space through the second oil circulation means (25) and re-injects it, so that only lubricating oil with fewer impurities circulates in the system, thereby providing a vehicle crankcase device that can ensure the quality of the recycled lubricating oil. [0010] The crankcase device for a vehicle of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
[0011] 2 to 5 show an embodiment of a crankcase device for a vehicle of the present invention. As shown in the figures, the crankcase device for a vehicle of this embodiment is configured to be suitable for inserting and installing a crankshaft 9, and includes a first case portion 21, a second case portion 22 attached to the first case portion 21 and surrounding an internal space 20 having an oil collecting portion 201 at its lower portion together with the first case portion 21, and a second case portion 22 extending laterally within the first case portion 21 and the second case portion 22 and extending so as to be disposed within the oil collecting portion 201 without contacting the bottoms of the first case portion 21 and the second case portion 22, and surrounding a first oil passage 230. an oil storage tank 24 connected to the first oil circulation means 23 and surrounding an oil storage space 240 communicating with the first oil passage 230; a second oil circulation means 25 connected to the oil storage tank 24 and surrounding a second oil passage 250 communicating with the oil storage space 240; an oil pump 26 connected to an end of the second oil passage 250 remote from the oil storage space 240; and a partition plate 27 disposed in the internal space 20 below the crankshaft 9 and above the oil collecting portion 201.
[0012] The following description of this embodiment assumes that lubricating oil has already been injected into the internal space 20 and is being recycled. A conventional technique can be used for injecting the lubricating oil. Additionally, as shown in FIG. 5 , the crankshaft 9 is attached to a crank mounting hole 90 formed in the first case portion 21 and the second case portion 22. The partition plate 27 is disposed below the crankshaft 9 and above the oil collecting portion 201. Even if a weight or other component rotating with the crankshaft 9 comes into contact with the surface of the lubricating oil contained in the oil collecting portion 201 during operation of the crankshaft 9 and splashes the lubricating oil upward, the partition plate 27 can shield the lubricating oil and minimize any adverse effects on the operation of the crankshaft 9.
[0013] 3 and 4, a first oil drain hole 208 communicating with the oil collection portion 201 is formed so as to pass through the first case portion 21, and a first lid member 209 that closes the first oil drain hole 208 is removably attached. Therefore, the lubricating oil used in each component arranged in the internal space 20 accumulates in the oil collection portion 201 by gravity, and impurities that flow into the oil collection portion 201 along with the lubricating oil settle to the bottom of the oil collection portion 201 and become sludge. However, by removing the first lid member 209 attached to the first oil drain hole 208 at the time of repair or maintenance, for example, the sludge and lubricating oil that has oxidized / deteriorated due to prolonged use can be discharged from the first oil drain hole 208. Incidentally, although the first oil drain hole 208 in this embodiment is formed in the first case part 21, it is also possible to form the first oil drain hole 208 in the second case part 22, that is, as long as it is a position that makes it easy to discharge the sediment / sludge at the bottom of the oil collecting part 201, the first oil drain hole 208 can be formed in an appropriate position corresponding to the overall design of the vehicle.
[0014] 3, 6, and 7, the first oil circulation means 23 extends laterally within the first case portion 21 and the second case portion 22, and has an oil inlet 231 that opens downward toward the oil collection portion 201 within the first case portion 21 and communicates with the oil collection portion 201. Therefore, when the lubricating oil used for each component arranged in the internal space 20 accumulates in the oil collection portion 201 due to gravity, it mixes and cools within the oil collection portion 201, and impurities settle to the bottom of the oil collection portion 201, so that only the cooled supernatant oil can enter the first oil passage 230 via the oil inlet 231 of the first oil circulation means 23. Therefore, even if there is a temperature difference in the collected lubricating oil due to, for example, a temperature difference between the components, the lubricating oil is mixed and the temperature difference is eliminated, so that it is possible to prevent lubricating oil that flows into the oil collection portion 201 at a relatively high temperature from being reused at a high temperature.
[0015] The oil storage tank 24 is disposed at a location away from the oil inlet 231 of the first oil circulation means 23, and a second oil discharge hole 241 communicating with the oil storage space 240 is formed so as to pass through the oil storage tank 24. A second cover member 242 is formed as a plug and removably attached to close the second oil discharge hole 241. The oil storage space 240 is disposed at a location away from the oil inlet 231 in the second case portion 22, and as shown in FIG. 6, at least a portion of the oil storage space 240 is within a projected range of the crankshaft 9 in the vertical direction V, so that the oil storage space 240 is disposed at a location that generally corresponds to the center of the vehicle. In addition, at least a portion of the oil storage space 240 is located lower than the first oil passage 230 in the vertical direction V, so that the lubricating oil that enters the first oil passage 230 via the oil inlet 231 can flow into the oil storage space 240 by gravity. For example, by removing the second cover member 242 attached to the second oil drain hole 241 at the time of repair or maintenance, sediment and oxidized / deteriorated lubricating oil accumulated at the bottom of the oil storage space 240 can be discharged through the second oil drain hole 241.
[0016] The second oil circulation means 25 is disposed in the second case portion 22 so as to extend along the vertical direction V, and the second oil passage 250 of the second oil circulation means 25 has an oil suction port 251 facing the oil storage space 240, and a filter 252 is disposed in the oil suction port 251. Therefore, the lubricating oil injected and stored from the oil collection portion 201 into the oil storage space 240 by the first oil circulation means 23 has impurities filtered out by the filter 252, is then sucked up by the oil pump 26, and is provided again to each component in the internal space 20 that requires lubricating oil, for recycling.
[0017] In this way, in the vehicle crankcase device 2 of the present invention, the lubricating oil does not enter the first oil circulation means 23 until the liquid level of the lubricating oil in the oil collection section 201 reaches the height of the first oil circulation means 23, so the circulation mechanism is not activated while there is sufficient lubricating oil during operation, and there is no oversupply of lubricating oil.
[0018] In addition, the lubricating oil pumped up by the oil pump 26 and recycled is mixed, cooled, and settled at least twice, once in the oil collection section 201 and once in the oil storage space 240, so its quality remains relatively unchanged, and the problem of accelerated oxidation caused by reusing the oil at a high temperature can be avoided.
[0019] Furthermore, since at least a portion of the oil storage space 240 is located lower than the first oil passage 230 in the vertical direction V, the influence of left and right rocking that occurs, for example, when changing direction while the vehicle is running is minimal, and the lubricating oil can be circulated stably by utilizing gravity.
[0020] To summarize the above, in the vehicle crankcase device 2 of the present invention, the lubricating oil that falls from each component requiring lubricating oil in the internal space 20 accumulates in the oil collecting section 201, and only the supernatant enters and is stored in the storage space 240 via the oil inlet 231 and the first oil passage 230. This ensures that there is enough time for the lubricating oil stored in the storage space 240 to mix, cool, and settle, and the second oil passage 250 can circulate and supply relatively high-quality lubricating oil to each component requiring lubricating oil in the internal space 20.
[0021] Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications are possible without departing from the spirit of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
