[0048] <<Core>> The shape of the core 11 is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of being able to easily wind the sheet 12, it is preferable to use a circular core. It is preferable that the core 11 has a columnar or cylindrical shape. The core 11 shown in FIG. When the winding core is cylindrical, the channel of the winding device is inserted into the hole 11B of the winding core 11 in the width direction DR1. By inserting the locking member, the roll body 10 can be held. The winding core has a shaft member that penetrates the winding core, and by attaching the shaft member to the winding device, The roll body can be held on the winding device.
[0049] The width W1 of the core 11 (see FIG. 1) is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 0.1 m or more and 50 m or less. The lower limit of the width W1 of the core 11 may be 0.2 m or more, 0.3 m or more, 0.7 m or more. The thickness may be 1.0 m or more, 1.5 m or more, or 2 m or more, with an upper limit of 30 m. Below, 20m or less, 10m or less, 7m or less, 5m or less, 3.5m or less, 3m or less, or The width of the core may be 2.5 m or less. The width of the core is measured at 10 points and the width of the core is The arithmetic mean value of the widths of the eight points excluding the maximum and minimum values is calculated. It is possible.
[0050] The outer diameter of the core 11 is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 30 mm or more and 8000 mm or less. The inner diameter was measured at 10 points, and the maximum and minimum values were excluded from the eight points. It can be determined by calculating the arithmetic mean value of the inner diameter.
[0052] To mitigate the step caused by the beginning of winding the sheet, the position of the beginning of winding the sheet is A step is formed at the part where the sheet contacts the outer surface of the core so that the thickness of the sheet is lowered by the thickness of the sheet. However, the portion of the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 that contacts the sheet 12 is Such a step is not formed in the outer peripheral surface 11A. This allows for compatibility with sheets 12 of various thicknesses. "No step is formed at the part where the sheet contacts the outer surface of the core" means that the At the center and at each periphery of the part 100 mm or more away from the center in the width direction of the core, This means that there is no part where the difference in height between the cores is 3 μm or more. The outer peripheral surface 11A of the sheet 12 is in contact with the step having a height difference of less than 3 μm. The difference may be formed.
[0053] The material constituting the winding core 11 is not particularly limited. Examples of the material constituting the winding core 11 include: Examples include paper, plastic, and metal. Examples of suitable materials include iron, stainless steel (SUS), and aluminum.
[0054] <<Sheet>> The sheet 12 is long. Specifically, the sheet 12 has a thickness that is sufficient relative to the width. It is thin enough and long enough.
[0055] The width W2 of the sheet 12 (see FIG. 1) is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, 0.1 m or more and 50 m or less. In this specification, the "width of the sheet" refers to the width in the short direction of the sheet (the width of the core). The lower limit of the width W2 of the sheet 12 is 0.2 m or more and 0.3 m or less. The upper limit may be 0.5 m or more, 1.0 m or more, or 2.0 m or more, and the upper limit is 30 m. or less, 20m or less, 10m or less, 7m or less, 5m or less, 3.5m or less, or 3m or less The width of the sheet is measured at 10 points and the width of the sheet is The maximum and minimum values can be excluded from the arithmetic mean value of the width of the eight points. Cut.
[0056] The width W2 of the sheet 12 is preferably smaller than the width W1 of the core 11. This allows the sheet 12 to be reliably held by the core 11.
[0057] The length of the sheet 12 may be, for example, 20 m or more and 10,000 m or less. The "length of the sheet" in the above means the length of the sheet in the longitudinal direction. The lower limit may be 30 m or more, 40 m or more, or 50 m or more, and the upper limit may be 900 It may be 0m or less or 8000m or less.
[0058] The thickness of the sheet 12 is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 3 μm or more and 600 μm or less. The lower limit of the thickness of the sheet 12 may be 10 μm or more, 15 μm or more, 20 μm or more, or The upper limit may be 500 μm or less, 400 μm or less, 300 μm or less. It may be 1 μm or less, 200 μm or less, 110 μm or less, or 80 μm or less. Therefore, this does not apply when a thin film is preferred, and the thickness is 3 μm or more but less than 50 μm, or even 40 The thickness of the sheet is measured at 10 points, and the thickness of the sheet is preferably 10 μm or less. By calculating the arithmetic mean value of the thickness at eight points, excluding the maximum and minimum values, The above step is unlikely to occur when the sheet is thick, but when the sheet is thin, The present invention is applicable to thin sheets (80 μm or less, less than 50 μm, and This is particularly effective when the particle size is 40 μm or less.
[0059] The sheet 12 is made of, for example, an acrylic resin, a polyester resin (particularly, polyethylene terephthalate). When the sheet 12 contains a cycloolefin polymer, the sheet 12 The thickness is preferably 15 μm or more and 300 μm or less. When the thickness of the sheet is thinner, the step becomes more pronounced. If the thickness is made extremely thin, the above step tends to become smaller. If there is a heating process of 100°C or more, the deformation caused by the step cannot be eliminated if the sheet is thin. However, if the sheet thickness is to a certain extent (for example, 15 μm or more), If the sheet 12 is heated, the deformation may not be eliminated. This is particularly effective when the thickness is 15 μm or more. If either of these is included, if the sheet is too thick, a large amount of coating material will be required. From the viewpoint of cost reduction, the thickness of the sheet 12 is preferably 300 μm or less. In addition, if any of these resins is included, the step is unlikely to occur if the thickness exceeds 300 μm. If the sheet 12 contains one of these resins, The limit is more preferably 20 μm or more, 35 μm or more, or 50 μm or more. The upper limit of thickness of the sheet 12 is 250 μm or less, 200 μm or less, 150 μm or less, or 1 It is more preferable that the thickness is 0.00 μm or less. It is particularly effective when the thickness is not too thick.
[0060] In addition, when a fixing member 17 is provided, the sheet 12 is placed on the fixing member 17. Therefore, the total thickness of the sheet 12 and the fixing member 17 is the difference in level caused by the winding start end of the sheet. Therefore, for example, when the thickness of the fixing member 17 is 3 μm or more and 10 μm or less, In this case, the thickness of the sheet 12 is preferably thin, and the upper limit is 130 μm. Preferably, the thickness is 90 μm or less, and more preferably 90 μm or less. In this case, if the thickness of the fixing member exceeds 15% of the thickness of the sheet, the effect on the step will be even greater. Therefore, it is better that the thickness of the sheet 12 is not too thin. is preferably, for example, 20 μm or more or 35 μm or more.
[0061] Examples of the sheet include film, metal foil, paper, etc. It may be a resin film. When a resin film is used for the light-transmitting layer, the resin film preferably has optical transparency. The resin constituting such a resin film is not particularly limited as long as it has optical transparency. However, for example, acrylic resins, polyolefin resins (polyethylene resins, polypropylene resins) Polyolefin resin, cycloolefin polymer resin), polycarbonate resin, polyacrylic resin acrylate resin, polyester resin (polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphtha acrylate, etc.), aromatic polyether ketone resin, polyether sulfone resin, acetylene cellulose-based resins (e.g., triacetyl cellulose-based resins), polyimide-based resins, poly Triamide-imide resin, polyamide-based resin, or a mixture of two or more of these resins Among these, resin films with relatively high flexibility, such as acrylic resins, polyolefin resins, polyester resins, acetyl cellulose resins, poly Resin films containing imide resin, polyamideimide resin, or polyamide resin are , and deformation due to unevenness caused by the beginning end of the sheet winding or unevenness caused by the fixing member. Therefore, the technology of the present invention is effective. Furthermore, in recent years, large displays have become In the case of large displays, low moisture permeable resins are preferred. In many cases, the entire width of the sheet is used as the final product, so if there is any deformation due to unevenness even in a part of the sheet, For example, acrylic resin, polyester resin, cyclo Olefin polymer resins are preferably used for large displays, but the technology of the present invention This makes it possible to effectively prevent deformation due to steps and improve mass productivity. The technology of the present invention is particularly effective for sheets made of these resins. When thinness is required, for example, when using a film with a thickness of less than 50 μm, The technology of the present invention is suitable for films of any material.
[0062] When the sheet 12 is used for an optical film, it is particularly preferable that the sheet 12 is made of an acrylic resin or a cyclohexyl acrylate resin. When the sheet 12 contains a olefin polymer resin, the in-plane phase difference (retardation: R e) is preferably 10 nm or less. The fact that the optical distortion is small means that the residual distortion at the time of manufacturing the sheet 12 is small. In other words, the in-plane retardation Re of the sheet 12 is 10 nm or less. This means that the polymer in the sheet 12 is uniform, so when the sheet 12 is rolled into a long length, Any step is unlikely to cause a new step due to the polymer state inside the sheet 12. The upper limit of the in-plane retardation Re of the sheet 12 is set to 1 / 200 in the case of display applications. This means that uneven color and blackout, which are issues when used in combination with a polarizer, are unlikely to occur. From this viewpoint, it is more preferable that the thickness is 8 nm or less, or 4 nm or less. In the case of acrylic resins, if they are used for optical purposes, they will turn white when bent like conventional acrylic resin films. The phenomenon of the haze value (total haze value) being 1% or less or 0.5% or less does not occur. Lower and smaller are preferred.
[0063] Furthermore, when the sheet 12 is used as an optical film and contains a polyester resin, As mentioned above, it is better for the polymer in the sheet 12 to be uniform, because the internal polymer state When the sheet 12 contains a polyester resin, the material Since stretching is essential to obtain physical strength, in order to make the polymer state as uniform as possible, It is preferable to produce the film by sequential or simultaneous biaxial stretching at approximately the same stretching ratio in both the longitudinal and transverse directions. A sheet containing a polyester resin having a smaller in-plane retardation than conventional sheets can be obtained. The difference is small when the sheet thickness is 10 μm to 90 μm and the in-plane retardation is 1500 nm or less. It means that the wavelength is preferably 1200 nm or less, more preferably 1000 nm or less, More preferably, it is 800 nm or less. In order to improve the physical properties of the film, such as its elastic modulus and tear strength, the in-plane retardation It is better not to make it too small, and it is preferably 200 nm or more, and more preferably 400 nm or more.
[0064] In order to further improve the physical properties, it is necessary to improve the birefringence in the film thickness direction as well as the birefringence in the in-plane direction. It is also important to consider the balance with refraction. The Nz coefficient is an index for this. Since it is affected by the crystallinity and orientation within the film, it is related to the properties of the entire sheet. For example, in the case of polyethylene terephthalate, the Nz coefficient is usually 2 to 4. When a long roll is made, some unevenness may occur due to the state of the polymer in the sheet. In terms of preventing the occurrence of steps, it is preferably 5 or more, more preferably 8 or more, and most preferably Preferably, it is 10 or more. The upper limit of the Nz coefficient is about 80, preferably 70 or less, and at most It is also preferably 50 or less.
[0065] The in-plane retardation (Re) is the retardation in the slow axis direction, which is the direction in the plane of the sheet where the refractive index is the largest. a refractive index nx in the direction perpendicular to the slow axis direction in the plane; The refractive index ny and the thickness t (nm) of the sheet are expressed by the following formula (1): From the following formula (1), it can be seen that a small in-plane retardation is due to a low degree of orientation. It can be seen that there is a tendency that the bending resistance can be improved. Tsuka Electronics Co., Ltd.'s product name "RETS-100" and Oji Instruments Co., Ltd.'s product name "KOBR It can be measured using the "A-WR" and "PAM-UHR100". In-plane phase difference (Re)=(nx-ny)×t…(1)
[0066] The Nz coefficient is calculated by the following formula using the refractive index nz in the thickness direction of the sheet, the above nx and ny: It is expressed by equation (2). Nz coefficient=(nx-nz) / (nx-ny) …(2)
[0067] When measuring the above Re using the RETS-100, follow the steps below: First, turn on the light source of the RETS-100 to stabilize it. Leave it for 60 minutes or more. Then, select the rotating analyzer method and set it to θ mode (angle direction). By selecting this θ mode, the stage will rotate and tilt. This becomes the stage.
[0068] Next, the following measurement conditions are entered into the RETS-100. (Measurement conditions) Retardation measurement range: Rotating analyzer method Measurement spot diameter: φ5mm Tilt angle range: -40° to 40° Measurement wavelength range: 400nm to 800nm The average refractive index of the sample (e.g., N=1.617 for PET and N=1.617 for acrylic) In the case of polyethylene resin film, the ratio shall be 1.5. Thickness: Thickness measured separately using an SEM or optical microscope
[0069] Background data is then obtained without placing a sample in the instrument. This is a chain system and is performed every time the light source is turned on.
[0070] Then, the sample is placed on the stage inside the device. The sample size may be 50 mm or less. If there are multiple samples, they should all be placed in the same orientation. For example, it is necessary to mark all the samples in advance so that they are all placed in the same orientation. It is preferable to keep it attached.
[0071] After placing the sample, the sample was placed in an environment of 23±5°C temperature and 50±20% relative humidity. The stage is rotated 360° on a flat surface to measure the fast and slow axes. Select the slow axis. Then, measure while tilting the stage within the set angle range around the slow axis. The tilt angle and wavelength range data (Re) are obtained in 10° increments. The in-plane retardation Re is the value measured at an incident angle of 0° and with light of wavelength 589 nm. The in-plane retardation Re is measured at five different positions. Two imaginary lines IL1 and IL2 are drawn that intersect at right angles and pass through the center A1 of the sample SA so that the distance between the sample SA and the imaginary line IL1 is 1 / 2. Drawing these imaginary lines IL1 and IL2 divides the sample into four sections. Set one point equidistant from the center A1, and a total of four points A2 to A4, and set the center A1 and Measurements are taken at a total of five points, A2 to A4. Then, the maximum and minimum values are excluded from the five measurement points. The arithmetic mean value of the three points is defined as the in-plane retardation Re.
[0072] The sheet 12 may have a single layer structure, but may also have a laminated structure of two or more layers. Specifically, the sheet 12 may be a substrate alone or a functional layer alone, but for example, Alternatively, it may be a laminate (for example, an optical laminate) in which one or more functional layers are formed on a substrate. In this specification, the term "functional layer" refers to a layer intended to exert some function in the laminate. Specifically, the functional layer may be, for example, a base layer, a hard coat layer, an impact-resistant layer, or a Absorption layer, anti-glare layer, anti-static layer, conductive layer, heat dissipation layer, UV absorption layer, special wavelength absorption layer, special wave Long transmission layer, color reproducibility improvement layer, liquid crystal layer, retardation adjustment layer, viewing angle adjustment layer, reflection layer, colored layer, anti-reflection layer, anti-reflection layer (high refractive index layer, low refractive index layer), anti-fouling layer, water-repellent layer, oil-repellent layer, or a combination of these The "functional layer" in this specification may have a single layer structure, However, in this specification, the term "functional layer" refers to the use of the sheet 12. It does not include release liners, which are layers that are sometimes present but are removed during use. If a release liner is present on the sheet, defects are more likely to occur and there is a problem that is different from the above-mentioned step. If a release liner is provided on the sheet 12, is wound around the core 11 with the release liner peeled off.
[0073] The use of the sheet 12 is not particularly limited, but for example, optical use (for optical films) Applications include polarizing plates, display devices, fixtures, automotive interior decoration, battery components, and food. Among these, optical films have a tendency to crack at the beginning of the winding of the sheet. If there are any unevenness caused by the mounting or fixing parts, it will affect not only the appearance but also the light transmittance. Therefore, the technique of the present invention is particularly useful in optical applications.
[0074] The sheet 12 has a winding start end 12A (see FIG. 3) and a winding end 12B (see FIG. 1). In the roll body 10, the winding start end 12A is provided with a winding end 12B. In the roll body 10, as shown in FIG. The tip end surface 12A1 of the winding start end 12A located in the longitudinal direction DR2 is In a cross section along the longitudinal direction DR2 of the winding core 11 and the radial direction DR3 of the winding core 11, the fixing member 17 The term "almost aligned" in this specification means that the second end surface 17B is substantially aligned with the second end surface 17B, which will be described later. , the distance between the tip surface 12A1 and the second end surface 17B in the longitudinal direction DR2 of the winding start end 12A This means that the width W3 (see FIG. 4) of the fixing member 17 is within ±20%. The "+" signifies that the tip end surface 12A1 protrudes beyond the second end surface 17B, and the "-" signifies that the tip end surface 12A1 protrudes beyond the second end surface 17B. " indicates that the tip surface 12A1 is recessed from the second end surface 17B (i.e., the second end surface 17B protrudes from the tip surface 12A1.
[0075] <<Fixing parts>> The fixing member 17 is used to fix a part of the sheet 12 to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11. The fixing member 17 extends in the width direction DR1 of the core 11. A part of the core 11 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 along the width direction DR1 of the core 11. can be done.
[0076] The fixing member 17 has a first end face 17A and a second end face 17B on the opposite side. Both of the first end surface 7A and the second end surface 17B extend in the width direction DR1 of the winding core 11.
[0077] In FIG. 3, the fixing member 17 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 and the winding start portion of the sheet 12. The sheet 12 is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11. In the first turn of the sheet 12, the winding start end 12A is fixed. In FIG. 3, the entire surface of the fixing member 17 is not wound. 8, the winding start end 12A is fixed. For example, when winding, the winding start end 1 If the winding start end 12A is fixed to the fixing member 17 to such an extent that it does not come off, The first filling portion 14 may be inserted between the members 17 .
[0078] The fixing member 17 is not particularly limited, but may be an adhesive member or a pressure sensitive adhesive member such as double-sided tape. The fixing member 17 may have elasticity (cushioning properties). It has adhesive properties on both sides.
[0079] The width W3 of the fixing member 17 (see FIG. 4) is preferably 5 mm or more and 100 mm or less. If the width W3 of the fixing member 17 is 5 mm or more, the seal is securely attached to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11. If the thickness is less than 100 mm, the sheet 12 will not wrinkle. The sheet 12 can be wound without causing any damage. , the distance from the first end face to the second end face. is preferably 10 mm or more, 20 mm or more, or 30 mm or more, and the upper limit is Preferably it is 50 mm or less or 40 mm or less.
[0080] The thickness of the fixing member 17 is preferably 3 μm or more and 600 μm or less. If the thickness of the winding core 11 is 3 μm or more, a part of the outer circumferential surface 11A of the winding core 11 can be reliably fixed. Furthermore, if the thickness is 600 μm or less, deformation of the sheet 12 can be further suppressed. The lower limit of the thickness is preferably 5 μm or more, 10 μm or more, or 20 μm or more. The upper limit is preferably 200 μm or less, 100 μm or less, or 50 μm or less. The thickness of the fixing member was measured at 10 points and the arithmetic mean of the thicknesses at those 10 points was calculated. It can be found by finding the value.
[0081] <First gap> The first gap 13 is located in the longitudinal direction DR2 (see FIG. 3) at the winding start end 12A. Specifically, the first gap 13 shown in FIG. The outer peripheral surface 11A of the sheet 11, the back surface 12C of the first turn of the sheet 12, and the tip of the winding start end 12A. This is a gap surrounded by the surface 12A1 and the second end surface 17B of the fixing member 17. When the first gap is not provided, the first gap is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the core and the back surface of the first round sheet. and the tip surface of the winding start end.
[0082] The first gap 13 is a gap that contacts the tip end surface 12A1 and is a gap between the winding core 11 and the first turn of the winding core 11. The gap is located between the ports 12 and in contact with the second end surface 17B. It is also a time.
[0083] <Second gap> The second gap 15 is a gap that contacts the first end surface 17A of the fixing member 17. Specifically, as shown in FIG. The second gap 15 shown in FIG. 3 is formed between the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 and the back surface 11B of the first round of the sheet 12. 2C and the first end surface 17A of the fixing member 17.
[0084] <First filling section> The first filling portion 14 is filled in the first gap 13. That is, the first filling portion 14 is wound The outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11, the back surface 12C of the first turn of the sheet 12, and the tip of the winding start end 12A The end surface 12A1 is in contact with the second end surface 17B of the fixing member 17. When not provided, the first filling portion is the outer peripheral surface of the core, the back surface of the first round sheet, and In this specification, "filled" refers to the material that constitutes the filled portion. This means that the gap is mostly filled with the material. However, there may be voids (e.g. For example, it may have bubbles.
[0085] The sheet 12 has an effective area for use as a product and an effective area in the width direction of the sheet 12. and a non-useful area that is not used as a product, the first filling section being located on both sides of the first filling section. 14 exists at least in the effective area. The effective area is the area where the product is used. Therefore, the first filling portion 14 is present across the entire width of the effective area in the width direction DR1 of the winding core 11. If the first filling portion 14 exists in the effective area, it is preferable that the first filling portion 14 exists in the non-effective area. However, if the first filling portion 14 is present in the non-effective area, the first filling portion 14 There is a risk that the material may extend beyond the limits of Sheet 12, and the non-effective area is not intended to be used as a product in the first place. Since the first filling portion 14 is an area that is not used and there is no need to reduce the step, the first filling portion 14 is ineffective. The non-effective area may differ depending on the use of the sheet and the width of the sheet. However, normally, the distance is within 10mm to 30mm from both ends of the sheet in the short direction. When the first filling portion 14 is present in the non-effective area, the first filling portion 14 is However, from the viewpoint of suppressing protrusion, From each end of the sheet toward the center, the distance is 1 mm or more, preferably 5 mm or more, Preferably, they are located at a distance of 10 mm or more.
[0086] At the separation position P1 side where the first round of the sheet 12 separates from the core 11 in the first filling section 14 The edge thickness T1 of the tip portion 14A (see FIGS. 4 and 5) is large. Since there is a risk of new steps being formed, it is preferable that the thickness is thin. Depending on the purpose, it may be better to have some edge thickness T1 than not having it at all. The edge thickness T1 is preferably, for example, 50 μm or less. In this case, deformation caused by the step between the winding start end 12A and the winding start end 12A is no longer visible. The deformation relaxation length, which is the distance from the deformation point to the deformation point, can be shortened. At the beginning of winding, the thickness is preferably 10 μm or less, 5 μm or less, and more preferably 2 μm or less. Therefore, the more the step caused by the edge is reduced, the more the deformation of the sheet caused by this step is reduced. Therefore, the deformation relaxation length is shortened. In addition to the meaning of the length until the sheet deformation due to the step caused by the fixation is alleviated, It is used to mean the length until sheet deformation due to steps caused by components becomes undetectable. The deformation relaxation length is set so that the sheet deformation due to the step caused by the fixing member is not visible. When used to mean the length from the winding start end 12A to the fixed end, the deformation relaxation length is This is the distance to the point where the deformation caused by the step of the support member 17 is no longer visible. The shorter the length, the better. Specifically, the shorter the length, the better. Preferably, the length is 35 m or less, 20 m or less, or 15 m or less. If the relaxation length is 75m or less, there will be more areas where sheet deformation is not visible, so it is considered good. As mentioned above, the deformation relaxation length is the length until the sheet deformation due to the step is no longer visible. The length of the step is determined as follows: , in an indoor environment of 800 Lux to 2000 Lux, white light is projected onto a long sheet. The white light source tube (white LED lamp, white fluorescent lamp, etc.) is reflected on the sheet. If there is a part where the contour line is distorted compared to the other parts of the sheet, it is judged that there is a step. The outline of the white light source tube reflected around the area where the step was located was visible on the other side of the sheet. The part that can be judged to be the same as the part is judged to have no step. The length of the tube is aligned with the length of the sheet. The length of the color light tubes can also be changed. Specifically, the length of the white light tube is adjusted to the It is preferable that the length of the gap is such that it spans the area where the difference exists and the area where there is no step. This makes it easier to see where there are steps. If there is a white light source, the white light source tube itself may or may not be lit. It is important that the color light source tube is reflected on the sheet and its outline is visible. Therefore, the observation conditions should be selected so that the outline of the white light source tube is clearly visible. For example, the outline of the white light source tube is more visible on the back side of the sheet than on the front side. If this is the case, try projecting a white light source onto the back of the sheet to check if there are any steps. Specifically, for example, an anti-glare layer on the surface of the substrate can be applied to prevent reflection of the white light source tube. In the case of a laminate in which layers are stacked, check whether there are any steps when observing from the antiglare layer side. Therefore, in this case, it is necessary to apply the anti-glare layer to the back side of the substrate on which the anti-glare layer is not laminated. It is advisable to use a white light source tube to check whether there is a step. Various laminates are available, such as a laminate in which one or more functional layers are laminated on top of the polarizer, or a laminate in which the laminate is attached to a polarizer. It can also be used in rolls for various purposes. For example, an antiglare layer can be stacked on a substrate as a functional layer. When the film is layered, the uneven surface that provides anti-glare function is crushed by pressure and the shadow disappears. It is also possible to distinguish the color from the appearance of the material. If the white light source tube is not easily reflected on the visible side or the opposite side, change the shape as described above. This can be determined by the coloring that appears different from other parts due to shadows, etc.
[0087] In addition, when the sheet 12 is a thin film having a thickness of 3 μm or more and less than 50 μm, The thickness of the winding is larger than that of the winding start end 12A, and the winding start end 12A is more susceptible to the influence of the step caused by the step. When such a thin film is used, the edge thickness T1 is preferably 10 μm or less. In order to minimize the deformation relaxation length, it is preferable that the deformation relaxation length is 7 μm or less, 5 μm or less, or even 1 μm or less. m or less is more preferable.
[0088] From the viewpoint of minimizing the deformation relaxation length, the edge thickness T1 is preferably the thickness described above. However, the surface of the core is finished and may have irregularities. At the tip of the filling part, the material that makes up the first filling part is embedded along this unevenness. , there will be areas where the edge thickness T1 exists and areas where it does not exist, which may result in unevenness. However, if the edge thickness T1 is thin, even if such unevenness occurs, Therefore, if there are irregularities and they cause unevenness, the edge thickness T The thinner the edge thickness T1, the better. Specifically, the edge thickness T1 is 15 μm or less, for example, 10 μm or less. It is preferably 5 μm or less, and more preferably 1 μm or less.
[0089] On the other hand, there is also an effect due to the existence of the edge thickness T1. For example, the core is a roll For this reason, the core is often reused after use. The filling part is removed by peeling it off from the core or by cleaning or wiping it off. Therefore, for example, the first filling section 14 is It is preferable that the first filling portion 14 is not adhered to the winding core 11 so as to In the portions in contact with the core 11 and the sheet 12, the sheet 12 is in the first filling state. It is preferable that the sheet 12 can be peeled cleanly from the first filling section 14. If the first filling portion 14 is subjected to cohesive failure during the winding, it is necessary to remove the entire first filling portion 14 from the winding core 11. On the other hand, if the edge thickness T1 exists, it may be difficult to peel off the sheet smoothly. From the viewpoint of reworkability, it is recommended to make the edge thickness T1 as thick as possible. For example, from the viewpoint of reworkability, the edge thickness T1 is 5 The edge thickness T1 is preferably set to 1 μm or more depending on the material of the core and the sheet. The desired thickness may vary, and the edge thickness T1 may be 1.5 μm or more, or even 5 μm or more. The upper limit of the edge thickness is 30 μm, because there is a risk of new steps being formed due to the thickness. m or less is preferable.
[0090] The edge thickness T1 can be measured using a scanning optical interference surface measuring instrument. An example of such a surface shape measuring instrument is the "New Vie" manufactured by Zygo. Examples include the "w" series.
[0091] Specifically, a scanning optical interference surface profile measuring instrument (product name "New View7300", Using a Zygo product, the edge thickness T1 can be calculated as follows: When the entire sheet is unwound, the first filling portion 14 adheres to the sheet 12 and peels off from the core. If the first filling portion 14 is attached to the side of the sheet 12 that has been fed out, the sheet From the port, one or more samples each having a size of 0.5 mm square or more including the tip portion 14A of the first filling portion 14 are The sample is not limited to a square, but can be any rectangular shape as long as it is 0.5 mm square or larger. (e.g., 2 mm x 5 mm). The sample may be contained in the first filling section 14 and The sample is cut from an arbitrary location that is free of dirt, fingerprints, etc. Then, the following measurements are taken: The edge thickness T1 of the first filling portion 14 is measured under the following conditions. Measure the thickness at 10 points, and the thickness at 8 points excluding the maximum and minimum values of the 10 measured points. It can be determined by calculating the arithmetic mean value. (Measurement conditions) Objective lens: 10x ·Zoom: 1x ·Measurement area: 2.17mm x 2.17mm Scan Length: 5μm min mod:0.015
[0092] The thickness T2 (see FIG. 4) of the first filling portion 14 at the position where it contacts the tip surface 12A1 is If the fixing member 17 is present, the thickness of the fixing member 17 is greater than the total thickness of the fixing member 17 and the sheet 12. If the fixing member 17 is not present, the thickness is preferably greater than the thickness of the sheet 12. By making the thickness of the winding start end T2 as described above, the step caused by the winding start end 12A can be more effectively prevented. However, if the thickness T2 is too thick, the winding start end 12A may be damaged. Although this can reduce the step caused by the unevenness, it may have an adverse effect on the winding of the sheet 12. Therefore, for example, when the thickness of the sheet 12 is 50 μm or more and 200 μm or less, the thickness T 2 is preferably 52 μm or more and 220 μm or less, and more preferably 52 μm or more and 150 μm or less. When the thickness of the sheet 12 is 3 μm or more and less than 50 μm, the thickness T2 is 50.5 μm. It is preferable that the thickness is between 1 μm and 100 μm.
[0093] The thickness T2 of the first filling portion 14 at the position where it contacts the tip surface 12A1 is as follows: The thickness T2 can be measured when the fourth intermediate portion 18 is present and when the fourth intermediate portion 18 is not present. When the fourth intermediate portion 18 does not exist, the measurement method may be different. can be measured using a laser displacement meter or a stereoscopic microscope, and the presence of the fourth intervening portion 18 If the laser displacement meter or stereo microscope is used, measurement can be performed using a stereo microscope. The thickness T2 is measured under the conditions of 23±5°C and 50±20% relative humidity. Let's say.
[0094] The thickness T2 can be measured using a laser displacement meter as follows. The measurement method utilizes the reflection of laser light, so the sheet 12 is transparent and the first filling This is particularly effective when the part is not transparent (for example, colored). A jig for rotating the body 10 and a laser displacement meter (for example, product name "LK-G30" The jig is a winding core 11. The roll body 10 is inserted into the hole 11B in the width direction DR1 of the roll body 10 and is configured to rotatably hold the roll body 10. Although the LK-G30 is mentioned as a laser displacement meter, it is not the LK-G30. At the very least, an equivalent laser displacement meter such as a successor model may be used.
[0095] The laser displacement meter includes a laser source and a light receiving element. The laser light reflected on the surface of the first filling portion 14 is received by a light receiving element, and the light receiving position of the light receiving element is It is a device that can measure displacement by positioning.
[0096] The laser displacement meter is positioned above the roll body 10, and the laser light is projected onto the surface of the roll body 10. Three laser displacement meters are placed so that they can be directed towards the target. First, as shown in FIG. 9, the width of the sheet 12 is divided into three equal parts at the first position B1 and the second position B2. The first position B1 is a position in the width direction of the sheet 12 (the width direction DR1 of the core 11). ) on the first end 12G1 side, and the second position B2 is located on the second end 12G2 on the opposite side from the first end 12G1. The first laser displacement meter is located at the first position B1 and the first end 12G1. The second laser displacement meter is positioned so that the laser beam is irradiated at the midpoint C1 of the first The third laser is positioned so that the laser beam is irradiated at the midpoint C2 between the first position B1 and the second position B2. The laser displacement meter is set so that the laser beam is irradiated onto the midpoint C3 between the second position B2 and the second end 12G2. will be placed in.
[0097] Then, the roll body 10 is attached to a jig, and the first filling portion 14 is exposed from the roll body 10. Then, with the first filling portion 14 exposed, the core 11 is rotated. While rotating at a speed of 30 mm / s, a laser displacement meter was used to measure the distance, sampling at a rate of 200 μs. The displacement is measured continuously and plotted on a graph with the horizontal axis representing the position (mm) and the vertical axis representing the displacement (mm). This measurement is performed from the tip 14A of the first filling portion 14 to the tip surface 12 The measurement is performed toward the position in contact with A1, and in this measurement, the reference height (displacement 0 mm line) is the height of the winding core 11, and the difference between the reference height and the displacement of the first stuffing portion 14 is the thickness of the first stuffing portion 14. In addition, this graph has a horizontal axis with one division equal to 5 mm and a vertical axis with one division equal to 0.02 Let it be mm.
[0098] In this graph, at the location where the first filling portion 14 exists, the change from the tip portion 14A The displacement increases, but after the position where the first filling portion 14 comes into contact with the tip surface 12A1, the displacement Therefore, the position on the position displacement curve where the displacement begins to drop suddenly is Then, find the difference between the displacement amount 0 mm line and the displacement amount at position E1. Thus, the thickness T2 of the first filling portion 14 at the position where it contacts the tip end surface 12A1 is determined.
[0099] The thickness T2 can be measured using a stereomicroscope as follows. The part including the starting end 12A, the first filling part 14, and the second round of the sheet 12 is not crushed. The section is then taken and fixed. The cross section of the fixed section is then polished and the first filling The thickness T2 of the part 14 is measured using a stereo microscope (for example, product name "Digital Microscope VHX-7 The measurements were taken using a stereo microscope ("000" manufactured by Keyence Corporation). The Crossscope VHX-7000 is mentioned, but it doesn't have to be the VHX-7000; any successor model would be fine. An equivalent stereo microscope such as the NI 7000 Series may also be used.
[0100] The sheet 12 has two end portions 12G (see FIG. 1) extending in the longitudinal direction DR2. Therefore, the length of the first filling portion 14 in the width direction DR1 of the core 11 is If it is equal to or larger than the effective area for commercialization of the body 10, it is smaller than the width W2 of the sheet 12. It's okay if it's small.
[0101] The first filling portion 14 preferably contains a coloring material or a luminescent material. When the first filling portion 14 protrudes from the roll body 10, This makes it easy to check visually, and also makes it easy to check the thickness, length, etc. of the first filling portion 14.
[0102] When the first filling portion 14 is colored, the color of the first filling portion 14 is not particularly limited. However, the presence of the first stuffing portion 14 can be reliably detected, and the components of the first stuffing portion 14 can be accurately detected by the winding device. White, gray, etc. are preferred from the viewpoint that adhesion is less noticeable.
[0103] When the first filling portion 14 is colored, the first filling portion 14 includes a coloring material. If 14 is a cured product of the coating material, the coloring material must not hinder the curing. The coloring material may be either a pigment or a dye, and may also be an organic coloring material. Specific examples of coloring materials include thiazol-1, thiazol-2, thiazol-3, thiazol-4, thiazol-5, thiazol-6, thiazol-7, thiazol-8, thiazol-9, thiazol-10, thiazol-11, thiazol-12, thiazol-13, thiazol-14, th Examples of the binder include tungsten, carbon black, and mixtures thereof.
[0104] When the first filling portion 14 is colored, the content of the coloring material in the first filling portion 14 is 0. The content of the coloring material is preferably 1% by mass or more and 50% by mass or less. If the content is 50% by mass or less, the first filling portion 14 can be visually confirmed. For example, whether the coloring material is an inorganic material or an organic material, good reworkability can be maintained.
[0105] When the first filling portion 14 contains a luminescent material, the luminescent material is not particularly limited, but may be a fluorescent material. When the first filling portion 14 contains a fluorescent material or a phosphorescent material, By irradiating the first filling portion 14 with light such as ultraviolet light or visible light, the fluorescence in the first filling portion 14 is It can make materials and phosphorescent materials glow.
[0106] The shape of the surface 14B of the first filling portion 14 is preferably convex upward. If the shape is convex upward, the sheet 12 can be lifted more easily than if the shape is concave downward. Whether the shape of the surface 14B is upwardly convex or not depends on the thickness T As with 2, this can be determined from the graph of the position displacement curve. In the rough, the position where the first filling portion 14 exists is higher than the height of the winding core 11. Therefore, the displacement increases. The displacement 0 mm line and the position where the displacement starts to increase The position E2 (see Figure 10) is the intersection of the displacement curves. Draw an imaginary line IL3 (see Figure 10) that passes through the position displacement that exists between position E1 and position E2. The ratio of the number of peaks located above the imaginary line IL3 to the number of peaks on the curve is 50% or more. If there is a gap, it can be determined that the shape of the surface 14B of the first filling portion 14 is convex upward, and the position E1 Among the peaks of the position displacement curve existing between position E1 and E2, the number of peaks exceeding 50% is assumed to be If the ratio of the number of peaks located below the imaginary line IL3 is less than 50%, the first filling section 14 The shape of the curve is determined to be concave downwards. The graph for determining the shape of the first filling portion 14 is The markings are 5 mm and each division on the vertical axis is 0.02 mm.
[0107] When the shape of the surface 14B of the first filling portion 14 is convex upward, the imaginary line I The average distance D1 from L3 to the position displacement curve is preferably 0.003 mm or more. If the average distance D1 is 0.003 mm or more, the sheet 12 can be lifted effectively. Therefore, the step difference can be further reduced. The lower limit of this average distance D1 is 0.01 The upper limit of the average distance D1 is that if the surface is excessively convex, the new It must be 0.1mm or less, or even 0.07mm or less, as this may cause unevenness. The average distance D1 is preferably a distance from the virtual line IL3 to the reference line. Seven peaks that are convex upward are read, and the five values excluding the maximum and minimum values are averaged. The peak to be read is the larger part of the peak.
[0108] The slope of the imaginary line IL3 relative to the horizontal axis of the position displacement curve graph is 0.0020 or more and 0.0 It is preferably 130 or less, and more preferably 0.0030 or more and 0.0070 or less. It is preferable that the slope is 0.0050 or more and 0.0060 or less. , if it is 0.0050 or more, the filler material can be filled without denting, and 0. If the thickness is 0060 or less, the filling material can be filled without causing large protrusions. The lower limit of the slope must be 0.0020 or greater, 0.0030 or greater, or 0.040 or greater. is preferable, and the upper limit is 0.0130 or less, 0.0120 or less, or 0.0100 or less. It is preferable that there is.
[0109] The thickness of the first filling portion 14 gradually decreases from the vicinity of the separation position P1 toward the tip end surface 12A1. It is preferable that the thickness of the first filling portion 14 is increased. Therefore, the sheet 12 is Since sudden changes in height in the wire direction can be suppressed, the step caused by the winding start end 12A can be mitigated. It is possible.
[0110] If the thickness of the first filling part changes suddenly, deformation will remain due to this thickness change. As a result, the step caused by the winding start end may not be fully alleviated. It is preferable to ensure that the length of the first filling portion is sufficient for the thickness of the port. If increasing the length of the filling section has other effects such as winding, we will deliberately shorten the length of the first filling section. By making the length of the first filling portion shorter than the optimum state, the length of the first filling portion is made shorter than the optimum state. Although the deformation relaxation length is increased, it is preferable to shorten the deformation relaxation length than to provide no first filling portion. Therefore, when the fourth intermediate portion 18 is present as shown in FIG. The thickness T2 of the first filling portion 14 at the position where the first filling portion 14 is in contact with the tip surface 12A1 is The length L1 (see FIG. 4) of the sheet 12 in the longitudinal direction DR2 and the length L2 of the fourth intermediate portion 18 are The ratio of the total length L2 (see FIG. 4) of the sheet 12 along the longitudinal direction DR2 (length L1 It is preferable that the ratio of length (L2) / thickness (T2) is 90 or more. When the filling portion 18 does not exist, the first filling portion 14 is in contact with the tip surface 12A1. The thickness T2 at the position where the first filling portion 14 contacts the tip surface 12A1 is The length L1 (see FIG. 7) of the first filling section 14 along the longitudinal direction DR2 of the sheet 12 ) ratio (length L1 / thickness T2) is preferably 90 or more. The lower limit of these ratios is , from the viewpoint of shortening the deformation relaxation length, 100 or more, 110 or more, 120 or more, or 1 The upper limit of these ratios is preferably 40 or more. For example, 1200 or less, 1000 or less, 800 or less, 500 or less, or 300 or less. Good too.
[0111] The length L1 is the length of the tip surface 12 of the first filling portion 14 along the longitudinal direction DR2 of the sheet 12. The length L2 is the length from the position where the sheet 12 contacts the A1 to the end on the separation position P1 side. The first round sheet 12 and the second round sheet 12 are positioned directly above the tip surface 12A1 along the longitudinal direction DR2. The length L1 and the length L2 are the lengths to the end of the sheet 12 that contacts the thickness T As in 2, it can be obtained from the graph of the position displacement curve. The presence of the fourth intervening part is confirmed by the method. If the fourth intervening part is present, the position displacement bending The position E1 and the position E2 are found from the line graph. Then, passing through the position E2, , draw an imaginary line IL4 (see Figure 10) perpendicular to the displacement 0 mm line. If the intersection of 4 and the displacement 0 mm line is position E3, find the distance between position E2 and position E3. By doing so, the total length of the length L1 and the length L2 can be calculated. If there is no such position, the distance between position E2 and position E3 can be calculated by the above method. The length L1 can be calculated by
[0112] The length L1 is preferably as long as possible in order to reduce the step. If the thickness is 50 μm or more and 200 μm or less, the length L1 must be 110 μm or more. Preferably, in order to further shorten the deformation relaxation length, it is 1 mm or more, and further 10 mm or more. However, if the length L1 is too long, the first filling portion may be convex upward in processing. It is difficult to form the first filling part, and there is a risk of wavy thickness unevenness occurring in the first filling part. The upper limit of the length L1 is set so that the first filling portion 14 having an upward convex shape can be easily obtained and wavy thickness unevenness can be suppressed. From this viewpoint, it is preferable that the distance is 100 mm or less.
[0113] The above (length L1 + length L2) / thickness T2 or length L1 / thickness T2 is determined by the shape of the first filling portion 14. Although the shape can be roughly expressed, it is more accurate to express the shape of the first filling portion 14 as being convex upward. To express this, a plane including the longitudinal direction DR2 of the sheet 12 and the radial direction DR3 of the core 11 is further It is preferable to use the area of the first filling portion 14 in the plane. When the filling portion 18 is present, the first filling portion 14 is in contact with the tip surface 12A1. A plane including the longitudinal direction DR2 of the sheet 12 and the radial direction DR3 of the core 11 with respect to the thickness T2 The outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11 and the surface 14 of the first stuffing portion 14 in the plane (the plane shown in FIG. 4) B and the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11 and the fourth intermediate The ratio of the area S1 to the total area S2 (see FIG. 6) of the region R2 sandwiched between the surface 18A of the portion 18 (area S1 It is preferable that the ratio of area (S2) / thickness (T2) is 3.0 or more. The area S1 represents the cross-sectional area of the first filling portion 14. Also, the surface of the region R2 in FIG. The area S2 is the cross-sectional area of the fourth intermediate portion 18, the cross-sectional area of the sheet 12 in the region R2, and the cross-sectional area of the sheet 12 in the region R3. It represents the total cross-sectional area of the fixing member 17 in the region R2. The sheet 12 on the first filling portion 14 and the fourth intermediate portion 18 is peeled off to expose the first filling portion 14 and the fourth intermediate portion 18. 1 shows a state in which the fourth intermediate portion 18 is exposed. When the fourth intermediate portion 18 does not exist, the first charging The thickness T2 of the filling portion 14 is the longitudinal direction DR2 of the sheet 12 and the radial direction DR of the core 11. 3 (the plane shown in FIG. 7) The ratio of the area S1 of the region R1 sandwiched between the surfaces 14B (area S1 / thickness T2) is 3.0 or more. If these ratios are 3.0 or more, the area S1 and the thickness T2 are Since the total area S2 or the area S1 is large, the first filling section 14 can effectively hold the sheet 12. The lower limit of these ratios can be increased, thereby further reducing the step. From the viewpoint of further mitigating the above-mentioned difference, The upper limit of these ratios is not particularly limited. However, it may be, for example, 50.0 or less, or even 17.0 or less.
[0114] The sum of area S1 and area S2 and area S1 are, in the region from position E2 to position E3, As shown in FIG. 11, the product of the thickness t at each measurement point MP and the width d between each measurement point MP is calculated. The width between measurement points can be calculated by summing them up. It can be determined from the period, the rotation speed of the core, and the outer diameter of the core. The width between the two points can be calculated using the following formula (3). In formula (3), d(μ m) is the distance between measurement points, ΔT (s) is the sampling period, and r (rpm) is the core speed. is the rotation speed, φ (mm) is the outer diameter of the core, and π is the ratio of the circumference of the circumference to its circumference. d=ΔT×(r / 60)×φ×π×1000…(3)
[0115] As mentioned above, the core is often reused after the roll body is used, so reworkability is important. Therefore, the first filling portion 14 is not adhered to the winding core 11. If the reworkability is good, the core can be reused after the roll body has been used. In this specification, "a core in a state where it can be reused" means that the entire outer circumferential surface of the core can be visually observed. This means that there is no adhesion that could cause a step. The difference depends on the filler material used. In this case, it may be easier to remove the edge thickness T1 if it is thinner. If the hardness is not too high and the material has rubber elasticity, the thicker the edge thickness T1, the easier it will be to remove. In either case, visual inspection must show that no adhesions that could cause unevenness remain. In this specification, the term "adhesion" includes the concept of adhesion. Since the first filling portion 14 is not adhered to the winding core 11, the first filling portion 14 can be easily peeled off. The first filling section 14 is suitable for cleaning and wiping the core 11. The winding core 11 is wound around the end of the first stuffing section 14 using a blade-like tool so as not to damage the winding core 11. It is more preferable that the paper can be peeled off slowly from the core 11 with a finger or the like after creating an opening. It is more preferable that the first filling portion 14 does not substantially contain an adhesive component.
[0116] 90° peeling, in which the constituent material of the first filling portion 14 is peeled perpendicularly to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11. When the test was carried out, it was found that the film peeled off from the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 with a tensile force of less than 2.0 N. It is preferable that when the above-mentioned constituent material is peeled off with a tensile force of less than 2.0 N, the first filling portion can be easily removed. 14 can be peeled off, providing good reworkability and a pulling force of 0.3 N or less. If the above-mentioned constituent material peels off, the first filling portion 14 can be peeled off more easily. , and has excellent reworkability.
[0117] The 90° peel test was performed using a sample and a spring tension gauge (Ohba Instruments Manufacturing Co., Ltd.). Specifically, first, a mold larger than the size of the sample is used. The mold is then placed on the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11. Then, the first filling portion 14 is formed in the mold. A coating material for forming the layer is poured in and cured as necessary to obtain a material layer. The material layer is removed from the mold and cut into pieces of 20 mm x 100 mm using a cutting machine or the like. Then, ten samples are obtained, each of which is attached to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11. One end of the sample was held by a spring tension gauge and the temperature was 25°C and the relative humidity was 30%. Under an environment of 70% or more, the tensile force is measured, and the winding core 11 is wound perpendicular to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11. The end is then pulled up and the sample is peeled off at a peeling speed of 10 mm / sec. Among the 10 samples that underwent the peel test, the samples with the highest and lowest tensile strength were The arithmetic mean value of the tensile strength of the eight samples excluding the sample is taken as the tensile strength of the above constituent material.
[0118] The tensile strength of the material of the first filling portion 14 is preferably 3.0 MPa or more. If the tensile strength of the constituent material is 3.0 MPa or more, the first filling portion 14 can be easily peeled off. The filling portion 14 is resistant to tearing, and good reworkability can be obtained. The lower limit of the strength is 3.2 MPa or more or 3.4 MPa from the viewpoint of obtaining excellent reworkability. Furthermore, if the tensile strength of the above-mentioned constituent materials is too high, the first charging Since the cushioning property of the filling portion is poor, the upper limit of the tensile strength of the above constituent materials is set to a value that provides good cushioning property. To obtain the required pressure, the pressure must be 16.0 MPa or less, 8.0 MPa or less, or 5.5 MPa or less. It is preferable that:
[0119] The tensile strength of the above constituent materials is measured using samples and and Tensilon universal testing machine (product name "RTC-1310A", A&D Co., Ltd. Specifically, first, a sample with a size larger than the sample size can be measured. A mold is prepared and placed on the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11. Then, a first filling portion is formed in the mold. The coating material for forming 14 is poured in and cured as necessary to obtain a material layer. After that, the material layer is removed from the mold, and a punching blade (for example, Tensile No. 2 manufactured by Kobunshi Keiki Co., Ltd.) is used. Dumbbell-shaped punching blade) is used to cut the dumbbell-shaped No. 2 punch described in JIS K6251:2017 The material layer is punched to size to obtain 10 samples. The samples are then stored in an environment at 25°C. The sample is then held in a pair of gripping tools of the Tensilon universal testing machine for 24 hours. The initial gripping was performed by gripping both ends of the longitudinal direction in an environment with a temperature of 25°C and a relative humidity of 30% to 70%. The tensile test was carried out under the conditions of a distance between the grippers of 20 mm and a tensile speed of 100 mm / min. Measure the tensile strength of 8 samples out of 10 samples, excluding the maximum and minimum values. The arithmetic mean value of the tensile strength is taken as the tensile strength of the above-mentioned constituent material.
[0120] The elongation at break of the material constituting the first filling portion 14 is preferably 200% or more. If the elongation at break of the constituent material is 200% or more, the first filling portion 14 is easily elongated. When the filling portion 14 is peeled off, the first filling portion 14 is not easily torn off, and good reworkability can be obtained. The lower limit of the elongation at break of the above constituent materials is 250 % or more, 300% or more, or 350% or more is more preferable. The upper limit of the elongation at break of the material is 850% or less, 600% or less, or 500% or less. The elongation at break of the above constituent materials is based on JIS K6251:2017. Pull and Tensilon universal testing machine (product name "RTC-1310A", A-An Co., Ltd.) Tensile strength can be measured using a tensile strength tester (manufactured by Dow Jones Industrial Average) in the same manner as for measuring tensile strength.
[0121] The tear strength of the material that constitutes the first filling portion 14 is preferably 1.0 N / mm or more. If the tear strength of the above-mentioned constituent material is 1.0 N / mm or more, the first filling portion 14 can be easily peeled off. The filling portion 14 is difficult to tear, and good reworkability can be obtained. The lower limit of the tear strength is 2.0N / mm or more, 4.0N / mm or more, from the viewpoint of obtaining excellent reworkability. / mm or more, 6.0N / mm or more, 8.0N / mm or more, or 10N / mm or more It is more preferable that the upper limit of the tear strength of the above-mentioned constituent materials is 35 N / mm or less, 30 The tear strength of the above constituent materials may be J In accordance with IS K6252:2007, samples and Tensilon universal testing machine (product name Measurements can be performed using the "RTC-1310A" (manufactured by A&D Co., Ltd.). The samples shall be prepared as described in the tensile strength column.
[0122] The hardness of the material of the first filling portion 14 measured with a durometer type A is 95° or less. It is preferable that the pressure during winding is always applied to the tip of the first stuffing part. In addition, pressure may be applied due to changes over time or environmental changes (temperature, humidity and / or pressure). In order to suppress the step caused by the tip of the first filling part, the tip of the first filling part Thinness is also effective, but the hardness of the above constituent materials measured with a durometer type A is 95 By using the following soft resin, the first filling part will not deform due to the pressure when the sheet is wound up. The upper limit of the hardness is 95° or less, and the step caused by the tip of the first filling portion can be suppressed. It is more preferable that the angle is 80° or less, 70° or less, or 50° or less. When the difference in hardness between the sheet and the first filling part is large, such as when the first filling part is hard and the second filling part is soft. If the fourth intervening portion does not exist, only the first filling portion will be formed by the pressure when the sheet is wound. The sheet is compressed, and the step caused by the winding start end is not fully alleviated, causing some deformation in the sheet. Therefore, the lower limit of the hardness is set to 10° or more, 15° or more, 20° or more, Or, it is preferably 25° or more.
[0123] Durometer Type A hardness measurements are performed in accordance with JIS K6253:1997. Specifically, first, a mold larger than the size of the sample is prepared, and this mold is placed on the core 1. 1. Then, a coating material for forming the first filling portion 14 is applied to the mold. The material is poured into the mold and cured as necessary to obtain a material layer. Both are cut out using a cutting machine or similar to form a sheet of 100mm x 100mm thick. Ten samples of 10 mm each were obtained. Then, a durometer type A (product name "GS-71 9N (TYPE A), manufactured by Teclock Corporation) at a temperature of 25°C and a relative humidity of 30% Hardness is measured under an environment of ~70%. 8 of 10 samples, excluding the maximum and minimum values, are The arithmetic mean value of the hardness of the samples is taken as the hardness of the constituent material.
[0124] When the sheet is wound, the coating material flows to reduce the unevenness caused by the winding start edge. However, when the coating material is a curable polymer composition, it may shrink during subsequent curing. In this case, especially when the fourth intervening portion does not exist, the first filling portion does not sufficiently reduce the step, There is a risk that the sheet may be slightly deformed. The linear shrinkage of the above-mentioned constituent materials is preferably 1.5% or less. If there is a gap, the first filling part can be formed with excellent dimensional stability, and the first filling part can sufficiently reduce the step. The upper limit of the linear shrinkage rate of the first filling portion 14 is set to 0.5 mm from the viewpoint of more sufficiently reducing the step. From this viewpoint, it is more preferable that the content is 1.3% or less, 1.0% or less, or 0.7% or less. The lower limit of the heat shrinkage rate may be 0% or more.
[0125] The linear shrinkage of the above constituent materials can be measured as follows. A mold having a size of 130 mm or more is prepared, and a mold for forming the first filling portion 14 is prepared in the mold. The coating material is poured into the mold and hardened to obtain a sample (molded object). The dimensions of the sample were measured and compared with the inner dimensions of the mold, and the measurement was carried out in accordance with JIS K6249:2003 The linear shrinkage rate is calculated based on the results of the 8 samples excluding the maximum and minimum values of the 10 samples. The arithmetic mean value of the linear shrinkage coefficients of the samples is taken as the linear shrinkage coefficient of the constituent material.
[0126] The first filling portion 14 can be formed by flowing or deforming the filling material. If the filling material exhibits fluidity, it is necessary to As long as the filling material exhibits fluidity in some cases, it does not necessarily have to exhibit fluidity at all times. Examples include filler or filling tape.
[0127] The coating material is a coatable material, for example, a material that is flowable when coated or rolled. Mobility-sensitive coating materials include not only liquids but also materials that change from liquid to solid, and materials that change when heated, etc. The coating material may be a fluid solid or a curable material. In this case, the first filling portion 14 is formed from a hardened hardenable material.
[0128] Examples of coating materials include curable polymer compositions, thermoplastic resins, oils, starches, adhesives, etc. Examples of the adhesive include an adhesive, an adhesive agent, a sol, and the like.
[0129] Examples of the curable polymer composition include a curable resin composition and a curable rubber composition. When using thermoplastic resin as the fabric material, the fluidity is increased by heating during application and wrapping. It is necessary to create a state in which
[0130] The filling tape is a tape that becomes the first filling portion 14 by filling the first gap 13. and has the property of expanding by capillary action under the pressure of the sheet 12 when it is wound, The filling tape is attached to or adhered to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11. It is used in this way.
[0131] As mentioned above, the first filling portion is required to have reworkability. For example, if the coating material is a sealant material, the sealant material will adhere firmly to the core. In contrast, molding materials are designed to be removed from the mold. Therefore, from the viewpoint of reworkability, the filling material ( For example, as a coating material, a molding material is preferred.
[0132] The shear viscosity of the filling material (e.g., coating material) at 25°C and a shear rate of 1 / s is 500 For example, the filler material applied to the core (e.g., the coating Using a spatula or similar tool, spread the filling material and shape it before rolling the sheet. However, if the filling material is spread by such a process, it will cause a great deal of damage. In contrast, if the shear viscosity of the filler material is 500 Pa·s or less, the shear viscosity is The pressure applied when winding the sheet allows the filling material to be expanded into the desired shape, The special process of spreading can be omitted. The shear viscosity is 200 Pa·s or less. From the viewpoint of easily spreading the filling material, the shear viscosity is preferably 3. Preferably, the viscosity is 00 Pa·s or less, 100 Pa·s or less, or 50 Pa·s or less. .
[0133] On the other hand, the shear viscosity should be 10 Pa·s or more from the viewpoint of shortening the deformation relaxation length. Preferably, it is 75 Pa·s or less, and more preferably, it is 20 Pa·s or more and 50 Pa·s or less. If the shear viscosity is 10 Pa·s or more, the fluidity will not be too high, and the shear viscosity will be If the deformation of the first filling part can be alleviated and the pressure is 75 Pa·s or less, the deformation caused by the tip of the first filling part can be reduced. The shape can be suppressed.
[0134] Furthermore, from the viewpoint of further suppressing the overflow of the filling material, the shear viscosity is set to 15 Pa· If the viscosity is 20 Pa·s or more, or even 20 Pa·s or more, the filling from between the core 11 and the sheet 12 during application is This is preferable because it can prevent the filler from spilling out. Furthermore, the shear viscosity is 60 Pa·s or more. If the shear viscosity is 60 Pa·s or more, the fluidity of the filling material is The filling material is low and is pulled out from between the core and the sheet during application and / or by pressure during winding. However, this can prevent the ink from spilling over.
[0135] The shear viscosity of the filling material is measured using a dynamic viscoelasticity measuring device (e.g., Anton Paar Co., Ltd.). Specifically, a parallel plate with a diameter of 25 mm can be used. Using a sieve, the shear rate was 1 [1 / The shear viscosity of the filling material at [s] was measured 10 times, and the maximum and minimum values of the 10 shear viscosities were calculated. The shear viscosity is calculated by calculating the arithmetic mean value of the eight shear viscosities excluding the smallest value.
[0136] It is preferable that the filling material (for example, the coating material) does not contain volatile components such as solvents. Since the material does not contain volatile components, deformation such as cracks in the first filling portion 14 is prevented. It is small and does not leave sheet marks easily.
[0137] (Coating material) The coating material can be applied when the first filling portion is formed, but is fluid in the state of the roll body 10. In this specification, the term "a material having low fluidity in the form of a roll" is used. "No spillage of coating material from the roll body during transportation or manufacturing" means that the coating material does not spill out from the roll body. When forming the first filling portion 14 in the first gap 13, the coating material can be applied. However, if the coating material has high fluidity in the state of the roll body 10, it may become difficult to transport or manufacture the coating material. When manufacturing, the first filling part may protrude and cause stains. However, it can be applied when forming the first filling portion 14, and the fluidity is low in the state of the roll body 10. If the material is a non-abrasive material, the first filling portion 14 can be formed in the first gap 13 and the first filling portion 14 This prevents the resin from spilling out or staining. However, examples of materials that have low fluidity in the state of the roll body 10 include curable polymer compositions. It can be obtained.
[0138] When the coating material is a curable polymer composition, the coating material may be, for example, a curable polymer composition that is curable by ionizing radiation. Polymer compositions (ionizing radiation curable resin compositions and ionizing radiation curable rubber compositions), heat curable thermosetting polymer compositions (thermosetting resin compositions and thermosetting rubber compositions), room temperature curable polymer compositions (Polymer compositions that cure at room temperature of about 20 to 30 degrees Celsius) (Room temperature curable resin compositions and A thermally curable rubber composition, etc. can be used.
[0139] The room temperature curable polymer composition includes, for example, a two-component curable polymer composition consisting of a base agent and a curing agent. There are one-component curing polymer compositions that cure with moisture in the first filling section. The part in the center of the box is wrapped with a sheet and is almost sealed. In contrast, two-component curing polymers are difficult to come into contact with air and may not cure sufficiently. The reaction starts when the base compound and hardener are mixed, so hardening can be achieved simply by time management. In addition, the two-component curing polymer composition has a higher storage stability than the one-component curing polymer composition. This is preferable in that it has excellent properties.
[0140] Examples of the ionizing radiation curable polymer composition include those having a (meth)acryloyl group, a vinyl group, Examples of the composition include a composition containing a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group such as an aryl group. The ionizing radiation to be irradiated when curing the radiation-curable polymer composition includes visible light, ultraviolet light, and the like. , X-rays, electron beams, alpha rays, beta rays, and gamma rays.
[0141] The ionizing radiation curable polymer composition can be, for example, cured by irradiating it with ionizing radiation. Examples of the acrylic gel composition include an acrylic gel composition that forms a cellulose-based gel. Ethyl (meth)acrylate, n-propyl (meth)acrylate, i-propyl (meth)acrylate ) acrylate, n-butyl (meth)acrylate, i-butyl (meth)acrylate, 2-Ethylhexyl (meth)acrylate, n-Hexyl (meth)acrylate, n-Acetone Amyl (meth)acrylate, i-amyl (meth)acrylate, octyl (meth)acrylate acrylate, i-octyl (meth)acrylate, i-myristyl (meth)acrylate, Uryl (meth)acrylate, Nonyl (meth)acrylate, i-Nonyl (meth)acrylate acrylate, i-decyl (meth)acrylate, tridecyl (meth)acrylate, stearyl In this specification, the term "methacrylate" includes i-stearyl (meth)acrylate, i-stearyl (meth)acrylate, and the like. In this context, "(meth)acrylate" refers to both "acrylate" and "methacrylate." This includes the meaning of "how".
[0142] Examples of thermosetting polymer compositions and room temperature curable polymer compositions include urethane resins. Examples of such compositions include epoxy resin compositions and silicone compositions. A corn composition can be preferably used. As the silicone composition, a silicone gel can be used. Examples of suitable materials include rubber compositions and silicone rubber compositions, both of which are effective in reducing the above-mentioned unevenness and deformation. It is very suitable.
[0143] The term "cured silicone gel product" used herein refers to a silicone gel composition formed by curing the silicone gel composition. "(Silicone gel)" is a silicone gel with extremely low cross-linking density, mainly composed of organopolysiloxane. It is a cured product with a penetration of 10 mm according to JIS K2220:2013 (1 / 4 cone). This means that the hardness is up to 150. This is the rubber hardness measurement standard according to JIS K6249:2003. The measured value (rubber hardness value) is 0, and the hardness is so low that it does not show a valid rubber hardness value (i.e. In this respect, they correspond to so-called silicone rubber compositions and It is different from cured silicone rubber (rubber-like elastomer).
[0144] Silicone rubber compositions include one-component curing silicone rubber compositions and two-component curing silicone rubber compositions. One-component curing silicone rubber compositions are cured by a condensation reaction at room temperature. There are two types of rubber compositions: hardenable rubber compositions and addition reactive rubber compositions that harden when heated. The curable silicone rubber compositions include condensation reaction curable rubber compositions that cure at room temperature and addition reaction curable rubber compositions. There are two types of rubber: reactive rubber compositions that cure when heated, and addition-reactive rubber compositions that cure when heated. By modifying the rubber composition with other resins, it is possible to obtain an ionizing radiation curable rubber composition. In the present invention, any of the curing methods is possible, but among these, Two-component curing silicone rubber compositions are preferred because they can be cured uniformly and have excellent storage stability. Things are preferred.
[0145] Examples of silicone rubber compositions include RTV (Room Temperature RTV silicone rubber (RTV vulcanizing) The composition has a smaller shrinkage rate and better dimensional stability than ionizing radiation curable polymer compositions. Furthermore, since the resin has excellent fluidity before hardening, the gap between the core 11 and the sheet 12 and between the sheets 12 Furthermore, this RTV silicone rubber composition has low fluidity after curing. Because the material has deep curing properties, the curing reaction tends to proceed uniformly regardless of the thickness of the coating. In addition, this composition has excellent releasability, so the cured product can be peeled off and reassembled into a roll. This makes it easy to make the data available for use.
[0146] The RTV silicone rubber composition contains a condensation reaction curing RTV silicone rubber due to its curing reaction mechanism. Examples of the silicone rubber composition include silicone rubber compositions and addition reaction curable RTV silicone rubber compositions. Condensation reaction curable RTV silicone rubber The addition reaction curing RTV silicone rubber composition is preferred because it does not inhibit curing. In the present invention, the curing shrinkage is large. The thickness of the coating material required to reduce the step tends to be larger for thinner materials. In the case of a sheet (for example, the thickness of the sheet 12 is 3 μm to 45 μm), an addition reaction curing R A TV silicone rubber composition is preferably used.
[0147] The RTV silicone rubber composition is a liquid silicone rubber composition that does not require special processing equipment. Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) is preferred.
[0148] The above-mentioned various compositions may contain functional components to exert desired functions. For example, since a silicone rubber composition is generally an electrical insulator, the core 11 and the silicone The device may become charged by contact with the shield 12 or other objects. The silicone rubber composition may contain a conductive filler. Since it is possible to prevent the inclusion of foreign matter, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of the step.
[0149] The conductive filler mixed into the silicone rubber composition is carbon black (acetylene). black or ketjen black), silver powder, gold-plated silica or graphite, In recent years, ion-conductive silicone rubber has also been developed. This ion-conductive silicone rubber can also be used.
[0150] The silicone gel composition may contain optional components within the scope of the present invention. The optional components include, for example, a reaction inhibitor, an inorganic filler, a silicon atom, and the like. Organopolysiloxane containing no bonded hydrogen atoms and no silicon-bonded alkenyl groups, Examples of the additives include heat resistance imparting agents, flame retardant imparting agents, thixotropy imparting agents, pigments, and dyes.
[0151] The reaction inhibitor is a component for inhibiting the reaction of the composition, and specifically, for example, , acetylene-based, amine-based, carboxylic acid ester-based, phosphite-based, etc. reaction inhibitors Examples include:
[0152] Examples of inorganic fillers include fumed silica, crystalline silica, precipitated silica, and intermediates. Air filler, silsesquioxane, fumed titanium dioxide, magnesium oxide, nitrogen oxide Lead, iron oxide, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, zinc carbonate, layered Inorganic fillers such as mica, carbon black, diatomaceous earth, and glass fiber; Organoalkoxysilane compounds, organochlorosilane compounds, organosilazane compounds Examples include fillers whose surfaces have been hydrophobized with organic silicon compounds such as low molecular weight siloxane compounds. Silicone rubber powder, silicone resin powder, etc. may also be added. stomach.
[0153] When the application material is an adhesive, examples of the adhesive include a denture adhesive. Denture adhesives can be broadly divided into denture adhesives and home reliners. Dental adhesives can be used. The adhesive can be, for example, a powder type, such as a denture adhesive. When classified as a cream type or tape type, the adhesive used as a coating material is a powder or cream type adhesive.
[0154] The adhesive may be one that exhibits adhesiveness by itself or one that exhibits adhesiveness in response to moisture. For example, powder-type adhesives absorb water and become sticky when they come into contact with moisture. Cream-type adhesives are, for example, adhesive powder components made into a cream with an ointment base. This means that it exhibits adhesive properties.
[0155] The adhesive preferably contains a water-soluble polymer. The water-soluble polymer is not particularly limited. For example, alginic acid, alginates (e.g., sodium alginate, alginic acid potassium, ammonium alginate, alginate esters, etc.), natural polymer compounds (e.g. Gum arabic, gum tragacanth, locust bean gum, xanthan gum, guar gum gum, agar, gelatin, karaya gum, carrageenan, etc.), cellulose-based polymers (e.g., ethyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose , hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, etc.), polyethylene Polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol, methyl vinyl ether , carboxyvinyl polymer, copolymer of acrylamide and acrylic acid, polyacrylic Examples of the water-soluble polymers include sodium carbonate and polyethylene oxide. may be used alone or in any combination of two or more.
[0156] Among the above cellulose polymers, sodium carboxymethylcellulose is preferred. Sodium carboxymethylcellulose is a polycarboxymethyl ether of cellulose. It is the sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose, also known as carmellose sodium. Sodium sucrose is a powder that, when moistened, becomes hydrated and sticky or elastic. This gives the adhesive additional tackiness.
[0157] The adhesive as a coating material may be oil-based, water-based, or powder-based, as long as it can be applied. agents, gum bases, excipients, emulsifiers, humectants, pH adjusters, viscosity adjusters, plasticizers, pigments, etc. These bases and additives are widely used in denture adhesives. Examples of bases and additives used include:
[0158] For example, an oily base is used when preparing a paste-like adhesive such as a cream type. The oily base is used as a base for non-aqueous adhesives (e.g., cream tablets). Mineral oil components (e.g., liquid paraffin, petrolatum, gelatin, carbonized hydrogen, etc.).
[0159] Examples of cream-type adhesives include Shin Polygrip (registered trademark) S and Shin Polygrip Polident® V, New Poligrip® No Additives, Polident® NE Denture adhesives (both GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare) Japan Co., Ltd.), Tough Grip (registered trademark) Cream without additives (Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), Recto (registered trademark) Cream (Shionogi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) can be used.
[0160] If the applied material is an adhesive, the adhesive may be a denture adhesive home reliner ( Adhesives increase adhesion by improving the marginal closure effect. Such an adhesive agent may contain, for example, a water-insoluble polymer. The water-insoluble polymer is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, a polyvinyl acetate resin. Examples of suitable resins include vinyl resins.
[0161] Examples of adhesives include Polident® Cushion (GlaxoSmithKline) (manufactured by NEC Consumer Healthcare Japan Co., Ltd.), Tough Grip (registered trademark) cushion Transparent, Tough Grip (registered trademark) Cushion Pink, Soft Tough Grip (registered trademark) ) (both manufactured by Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), Cushion Correct (registered trademark) EZ (Shionogi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) Lion Corporation), New Liondent White, New Liondent Pink (both manufactured by Lion Corporation) ) etc. can be used.
[0162] When the coating material is a sol, examples of the sol include silica sol, alumina sol, and zirconium sol. Metals such as Nia sol, titanium oxide sol, cerium oxide sol, tin oxide sol, and niobium oxide sol Examples include oxide sols.
[0163] The coating material does not flow too much, while the first round of the sheet 12 is pulled from the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11. In order to make the coating material flow to the separation position (separation position) P1, It is desirable to appropriately adjust the viscosity of the ink.
[0164] The coating material is applied in a line shape, but the amount of coating material per unit width is 1 / 100 of the first filling section 14. It is preferable that the amount is such that the thicknesses T1 to T3 fall within the above ranges. Specifically, for example, the lower limit of the amount of coating material per unit width is 0.2 cm 3 / m or more If the amount of coating material is too small, for example, it may be difficult to apply the coating material with a syringe. When doing so, air may get trapped, making it difficult to dispense the application material from the syringe or the sheet. When applying the coating by running the roller, the coating may be incomplete. 3 / m or more, this can be prevented. The maximum amount is 3.5cm 3 / m or less. If the coating is too thick, the coating material may drip under its own weight or new unevenness may occur. The amount of fabric is 3.5cm 3 This can be prevented if the coating amount is less than the lower limit of 1 / m. is 0.3cm 3 / m or more, and the upper limit of the coating amount is 2.0 cm 3 / m or less, or 1.5cm 3 It is more preferable that the thickness is not more than 1 / m.
[0165] (Filling tape) The constituent materials of the filling tape include the adhesives, adhesives, or Examples of the gel include a silicone gel formed from the silicone gel composition. an acrylic gel, an acrylic gel formed from the acrylic gel composition, and a polyolefin Gel, polyurethane gel, butadiene gel, isoprene gel, butyl gel, Ethylene butadiene gel, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer gel, ethylene-propylene- Examples of the filling tape include diene terpolymer gels and fluorine-based gels. For example, Touch Collect (registered trademark) II (Shionogi & Co., Ltd.) and αGEL (registered trademark) ) (manufactured by Taica Corporation) can be used.
[0166] The length of the filling tape is equal to or greater than the width of the effective area in the width direction DR1 of the core 11. By setting the length of the filling tape to such a length, the first filling section can be made to have an effective area. 12 across the entire width of the effective area. The filling tape can reduce the step caused by the starting end 12A of the sheet 12. In order to prevent the filling tape from protruding during winding, the core 11 is 1mm or more, 10mm or more, or 30m from both ends of the short side of port 12 It is preferable that the filling tape is arranged so that it is spaced apart by at least m. This refers to the length in the width direction DR1 of the tape.
[0167] The width of the filling tape is preferably 5 mm or more. By doing so, the step caused by the winding start end 12A of the sheet 12 can be more effectively alleviated. The minimum width of the filling tape is 6 mm or more, 7 mm or more, or 8 mm or more. The upper limit of the width of the filling tape is set from the viewpoint of suppressing overlapping of the filling tape. From this viewpoint, it is preferable that the width of the filling tape is less than the outer circumferential length of the core 11. It means the length of the sheet 12 in the longitudinal direction DR2 of the tape.
[0168] The thickness of the filling tape is preferably equal to or greater than the height of the upper surface 12A2 of the winding start end 12A. By setting the thickness of the filling tape to such a thickness, the filling tape can be easily wound around the sheet 12. Since the tape can be spread over a wide area, the tape is not easily wound around the end 12A of the sheet 12. The thickness of the filling tape can be, for example, If the thickness of 12 is 50 μm or more and 200 μm or less, it is 52 μm or more and 220 μm or less. It is preferable that the thickness of the sheet 12 is 3 μm or more but less than 50 μm, and that the thickness of the sheet 12 is 50 μm or more but less than 50 μm. It is preferable that the thickness is 5 μm or more and 100 μm or less.
[0169] <Second filling section> The second filling portion 16 is filled in the second gap 15. That is, the second filling portion 16 is filled in the second gap 15. The outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11, the back surface 12C of the sheet 12, and the first end surface 17A of the fixing member 17 It is adjacent to.
[0170] The physical properties of the material constituting the second filling portion 16, such as tensile strength, are similar to those of the material constituting the first filling portion 14. Since these properties are similar to those of the tensile strength and other properties of the acrylic resin, the explanation will be omitted here.
[0171] The second filling portion 16 can be formed by applying or deforming a filling material. The filling material may be a coating material or a filling tape. The coating material and the filling tape are the same as those described in the first filling section 14. The second filling part is made of the same material as the first filling part. The material may be the same as that of the filling portion 14, or may be different.
[0172] The thickness of the second filling portion 16 is such that the first end surface 17A of the first turn of the sheet 12 is the thickness of the outer peripheral surface of the core 11. It is preferable that the width of the beam 11B gradually decreases toward the position P2 where the beam 11A reaches. This change in thickness of the second filling portion 16 prevents abrupt changes in the thickness of the sheet 12. Since the change in the height direction can be suppressed, the step caused by the fixing member 17 can be reduced. .
[0173] Both end portions 12G of the sheet 12 extending in the longitudinal direction DR2 are not used as a product. Therefore, the length of the second filling portion 16 in the width direction DR1 of the core 11 is It may be smaller than the width W2 of the sheet 12 as long as it is equal to or larger than the effective area for commercialization. .
[0174] <4th intervening part> Since the first filling portion tends to be softer than the sheet, the winding start end of the first filling portion If the height at the point where it contacts the tip surface of the sheet is the same as the top surface of the winding start end, the sheet will not be wound. When turning, there is a risk of a step occurring at the corner between the tip end of the winding start end and the top surface. However, when the fourth intermediate portion 18 is formed, the fourth intermediate portion 18 is connected to the first filling portion 14 and the sheet 12. Since the difference in hardness between the tip surface 12A1 of the winding start end 12A and the top surface 12A1 can be absorbed, The presence of the fourth intermediate portion 18 can reduce the step at the corner of 2A2. This can prevent stress from concentrating on the step portion caused by the winding start end 12A, and Since the subsequent deformation of the sheet 12 can be made gentle, this step can be alleviated. Cut.
[0175] The fourth intermediate portion 18 may contain a coloring material or a luminescent material, similar to the first filling portion 14. It is preferable that the fourth intermediate portion 18 contains a coloring material or a light-emitting material. When the fourth intermediate portion 18 protrudes, it is easy to visually recognize it. The coloring material and the luminescent material contained in the fourth intermediate portion 18 are easily confirmed. Since these are the same as the coloring materials and light-emitting materials explained in the previous section, their explanation will be omitted.
[0176] When the sheet 12 is transparent and the fourth intermediate portion 18 is colored, The presence or absence of 18 can be easily confirmed by visual inspection. The sheet 12 is unwound from the roll 10 until the surface becomes the second round of the sheet 12. In the roll body 10, the second turn of the sheet 12 is on the surface, and the vicinity of the winding start end 12A is Visually inspect the winding start end 12A to see if there is a colored portion on it. If a colored portion exists on the end portion 12A, it is determined that the fourth intermediate portion 18 exists. If the colored portion does not exist, the fourth intermediate portion 18 does not exist. It can be determined that:
[0177] Even when the sheet 12 is transparent and the fourth intermediate portion 18 contains a luminescent material, The presence or absence of 18 can be easily confirmed by visual inspection in the same manner as above. When the luminescent material is a material that emits light when irradiated with ultraviolet light or visible light, the The fourth intermediate portion 18 is then projected onto the target surface 11 to check whether it exists.
[0178] When the thickness of the sheet 12 is 50 μm or more and 200 μm or less, the thickness T3 ( The thickness T of the fourth intermediate portion 18 (see FIG. 4) is preferably 2 μm or more and 110 μm or less. If 3 is within this range, the deformation relaxation length can be shortened while avoiding adverse effects on the winding of the sheet 12. It should be noted that even when the thickness T3 of the fourth intermediate portion 18 exceeds 110 μm, Although the deformation relaxation length can be shortened, this may adversely affect the winding of the sheet 12. do.
[0179] When the thickness of the sheet 12 is 3 μm or more but less than 50 μm, or even 40 μm or less, the sheet 12 The sheet 12 is deformed by the step caused by the winding start end 12A compared to when the thickness is thick. For this reason, the thickness T3 of the fourth intermediate portion 18 is set to be 0.5 μm or more and 50 μm or less. If the thickness T3 of the fourth intermediate portion 18 is within this range, the sheet 12 can be easily wound. Therefore, the deformation relaxation length can be shortened while avoiding the influence of the deformation.
[0180] The thickness T3 of the fourth intermediate portion 18 is the maximum thickness of the fourth intermediate portion 18. The thickness T3 is measured as follows: First, the winding start end 12A, the fourth intermediate The part including the part 18 and the second sheet 12 is taken and fixed so as not to be crushed. Then, the cross section of this fixed portion is polished, and the thickness T3 of the fourth intermediate portion 18 is measured using a stereomicroscope. Microscope (for example, product name "Digital Microscope VHX-7000", Keyer Corporation) The measurement is performed using a meter (manufactured by lance).
[0181] The fourth intermediate portion 18 can be formed by applying or deforming a filler material. The filling material may be a coating material or a filling tape. The coating material and the filling tape are the same as those described in the first filling section 14. The fourth intermediate portion 18 is made of the same material as the tape, and therefore the explanation will be omitted. The material may be the same as that of the filling portion 14, or may be different.
[0182] <<Other roll bodies>> The roll body 10 is formed by connecting the tip surface 12A1 of the winding start end 12A of the sheet 12 with the fixing member 17. The second end surface 17B is a cross section along the longitudinal direction DR2 of the sheet 12 and the radial direction DR3 of the core 11. The sheet 12 is wound in a roll 20 shown in FIG. The tip surface 12A1 of the starting end 12A protrudes beyond the second end surface 17B of the fixing member 17. In this case, the second gap 15 is filled with the second filling portion 16, and the winding core 1 1 and the back surface 12C of the first round sheet 12, and The third gap 21 may be filled with a third filling portion 22.
[0183] <Third Gap> The third gap 21 is a gap that contacts the second end surface 17B of the fixing member 17. Specifically, as shown in FIG. The third gap 21 shown in 12 is formed between the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 and the back surface of the first turn of the sheet 12. 12C and the second end surface 17B of the fixing member 17.
[0184] <Third filling section> The third filling section 22 is similar to the second filling section 16 except that it fills the third gap 21. Therefore, the description will be omitted here.
[0185] In the roll body 10, the second gap 15 is filled with the second filling portion 16. In order to reduce the step caused by the starting end 12A, the first filling portion 14 is provided in the first gap 13. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 13, the second gap 15 is filled with the first The second filling portion 16 may not be filled. are.
[0186] In the roll body 10, the first gap 13 is filled with the first filling portion 14, but the fixing member 17 From the viewpoint of reducing the step caused by the above, if the second gap 15 is filled with the second filling portion 16, Therefore, as shown in FIG. 14, the first gap 13 is filled with the first filling portion 14. The roll body 40 has the first gap 13 formed as a hollow.
[0187] The roll body 10 has one fixing member 17, but as shown in FIG. 15, two or more fixing members 17 may be used. In the roll body 50 shown in FIG. In addition to the fixing member 7, a fixing member 51 is provided on the first end surface 17A side of the fixing member 17. In the roll body 50, the tip surface 12A1 of the winding start end 12A of the sheet 12 is fixed. Since it protrudes from the second end surface 17B of the member 17, the step caused by the fixing member 17 is suppressed. In order to do this, the second gap 15 is filled with a second filling portion 16, and the third gap 21 is filled with a third filling portion 16. It is preferable that the filling portion 22 is filled. In order to suppress the step caused by the fixing member 51, the fixing member 51 is The second gap 52 on the first end face 51A side is filled with a second filling portion 53, and the fixing portion A third gap 54 on the second end face 51B side of the material 51, which will be described later, is filled with a third filling portion 55. It is preferable that
[0188] <Fixing material> The fixing member 51 has a first end surface 51A and a second end surface 51B on the opposite side. Both the first end surface 1A and the second end surface 51B extend in the width direction DR1 of the core 11. Since 51 is similar to the fixing member 17, the description thereof will be omitted here.
[0189] <Second gap> The second gap 52 is a gap that contacts the first end surface 51A of the fixing member 51. The second gap 52 indicated by 15 is formed between the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 and the back surface of the first round of the sheet 12. 12C and the first end surface 51A of the fixing member 51.
[0190] <Third Gap> The third gap 54 is a gap that contacts the second end surface 51B of the fixing member 51. The third gap 54 indicated by 15 is formed between the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 and the back surface of the first turn of the sheet 12. 12C and the second end surface 51B of the fixing member 51.
[0191] <Second filling section and third filling section> The second filling portion 53 is similar to the second filling portion 16 except that it fills the second gap 52. The third filling portion 55 is filled in the third gap 54. Other than that, it is the same as the second filling section 16, so the explanation will be omitted here. .
[0192] The roll body 10 is provided with a fixing member 17, but as in the roll body 60 shown in FIG. The fixing member 17 may not be provided.
[0193] 12, 13, 15, and 16, the length L1, the length L2, the thickness T2, and the thickness T 3. Area S1 and area S2 are not shown, but in the roll bodies 20, 30, 50, and 60, , length L1, length L2, thickness T2, thickness T3, (length L1+L2) / thickness T2, (area S 1+S2) / thickness T2 is the same as in the case of the roll body 10.
[0194] The roll bodies 20, 30, 50, and 60 all have the fourth intermediate portion 18. In this case, the length L1 / thickness T2 and the area S1 / thickness T2 are as shown in FIG. This is similar to the case of the roll body 10 shown in FIG.
[0195] In FIG. 13, the entire surface of the fixing member 17 is in close contact with the winding start end 12A. 8, a first winding end 12A is provided between the winding start end 12A and the fixing member 17. The filling portion 14 may be embedded therein.
[0196] <<Roll body manufacturing method>> The roll body 10 can be manufactured, for example, by the following method. As shown in FIG. 1A, a fixing portion is provided on the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11 along the width direction DR1 of the winding core 11. Material 17 is placed.
[0197] After the fixing member 17 is placed, an application device such as a dispenser or a syringe is used to apply the fixing member 17 as shown in FIG. As shown in (B), the coating is applied to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 along the width direction DR1 of the core 11. Materials 201 and 202 are applied. The applied material 201 is in contact with the second end surface 17B of the fixing member 17. The coating material 202 is applied so as to come into contact with the first end surface 17A of the fixing member 17. In this case, for example, two coating devices are used to apply coating materials 201 and 202. may be applied simultaneously.
[0198] In the above, the coating material 201 is applied so as to come into contact with the second end surface 17B. The fabric material 202 is applied to the first end surface 17A so as to come into contact with the fabric material 202. If the viscosity of the coating material is low, the coating is applied so that it comes into contact with the second end face and the first end face. When the sheet is wound, the coating material penetrates between the winding start end and the fixing member, and There is a possibility that the coating material will spread between the two surfaces. However, excessive impregnation or spreading can result in curing in uncontrollable locations. In addition, if the viscosity of the filling material is high (for example, if the filling material is in a tape form), a new step may occur. When the wettability of the filling material or coating material is low, the placement of the filling material or coating material may cause the It is highly likely that the adhesive will only spread to the area around the adhesive and harden, so it will be difficult to prevent it from hardening by winding it in the subsequent process. If the material is not sufficiently wetted and spread, the material will harden in a thick state near the beginning of the winding. Therefore, the coating material 201 is It is preferable that the coating be applied close to the second end surface 17B of the fixing member 17. The material 202 is preferably applied so as to be adjacent to the first end surface 17 A of the fixing member 17 . In this specification, "close" means a position that is clearly separated from the winding start end or the fixing member. For example, even if the coating material is low viscosity, the The distance should be 0.3 mm or more. The distance should be 0.5 mm or more. From the viewpoint of maximizing stability, it is preferable that the distance be 1 mm or more. If the distance is too large, it will be difficult to achieve the effect of reducing the step. It is preferable to adjust the distance within a range that allows the part 14 to be completed. It is preferable that the distance is 10 mm or less, 7 mm or less, and more preferably 5 mm or less. If the distance exceeds 10 mm, the first gap may not be filled, and depending on the diameter of the core, However, there is a risk that the coating material may run off before the sheet is wound. If this is not possible, it is advisable to increase the amount of coating. The separation distance is measured at 10 points, and the The arithmetic mean value of the eight distances excluding the maximum and minimum values was calculated. Therefore, we seek.
[0199] If the viscosity of the coating material is high, the coating material will not spread easily, so the above separation distance should be closer. When the viscosity of the coating material is low, if the separation distance is too small, the coating material may If the separation distance is too large, the particles may be scattered in a different direction. The above distance should be kept small because the adhesive may spread too much and not fill the desired gap sufficiently. It is preferable that the size is not too small and not too large.
[0200] In the above, after the fixing member 17 is arranged on the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11, the fixing The coating materials 201 and 202 are applied to both sides of the member 17, and the following manufacturing methods (1) to (3) are used. The application of the application materials 201 and 202 and the arrangement of the fixing member 17 may be performed in the following order: Among these, the following manufacturing method (2) is preferred. The same is true.
[0201] In the manufacturing method (1), a fixing member 17 is placed on the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11, and then the fixing member 1 The coating material 201 is applied to the second end surface 17B side of the nozzle 7 so as to achieve the above-mentioned separation distance, and then The coating material 202 is applied to the first end surface 17A side of the fixing member 17 so as to achieve the above-mentioned separation distance. This is a method.
[0202] In the manufacturing method (2), after the coating material 201 is applied to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11, The fixing member 17 is arranged so that the distance from the material 201 is the above-mentioned distance. The coating material 201 on the fixing member 17 is spaced apart from the fixing member 17 by the distance described above. The coating material 202 is applied to the opposite side. By applying the coating 2 and arranging the fixing member 17, it is possible to arrange the fixing members 17 with a stable separation distance. Therefore, it is possible to prevent excess coating materials 201, 202, etc. from being applied onto the fixing member 17. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a new step from being generated on the fixing member 17.
[0203] In the manufacturing method (3), coating materials 201 and 202 are applied to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 at predetermined intervals. 2 is applied, and then a fixing member 17 is placed between the applied materials 201 and 202.
[0204] In addition, when the first filling portion 14 is formed but the second filling portion 16 is not formed, first, The cloth material 201 is applied, and then the cloth material 201 is fixed so that the distance from the applied material 201 is the above-mentioned distance. The fixing member 17 is arranged, and the second filling portion 16 is formed, but the first filling portion 14 is not formed. In this case, the coating material 202 is first applied, and then the distance from the coating material 202 is It is preferable to arrange the fixing member 17 so that the distance is kept constant.
[0205] The coating materials 201 and 202 are applied in a width direction DR1 of the core 11 so as to be equal to or greater than the width of the effective area. By applying the coating materials 201 and 202 in this manner, the first The coating material 201 to 205 is present over the entire width of the effective area of the filling portion and the second filling portion. This allows the step caused by the winding start end of the sheet 12 to be formed over the entire width of the effective area. The difference in height between the coating materials 201 and 202 and the difference in height caused by the fixing member 17 can be reduced. In order to prevent the coating materials 201 and 202 from spilling out when the sheet 12 is wound, In the width direction DR1 of the sheet 11, 1 mm or more is provided inward from both ends of the sheet 12 in the short direction. Preferably, the coating is applied at a distance of 10 mm or more, or 30 mm or more.
[0206] The coating material 201 has a width of 5 mm or more, 10 mm or more, or 30 mm or more. It is preferable that the coating material 201 is applied in such a manner as described above. This makes it possible to more effectively reduce the step caused by the winding start end 12A of the sheet 12. The upper limit of the width of the coating material 201 is set to the width of the core 11 from the viewpoint of suppressing overlapping of the coating material. It is preferably less than the perimeter.
[0207] The coating material 202 has a width of 0.5 mm or more, 1 mm or more, or 5 mm or more. It is preferable that the coating material 202 is applied in such a manner that the thickness of the coating material 202 becomes equal to or larger than the thickness of the coating material 202. This makes it possible to more effectively reduce the step caused by the fixing member 17. The upper limit of the width of 2 is set to be less than the outer circumferential length of the core 11 in order to prevent the coating material from overlapping. It is preferable that:
[0208] The thickness of the coating material 201 is the height of the upper surface 12A2 of the winding start end 12A. It is preferable that the coating material 201 is applied in such a manner as described above. As a result, a sufficient amount of coating material 201 is applied, and the winding start end 12A of the sheet 12 The specific thickness of the coating material 201 is as follows: For example, when the thickness of the sheet 12 is 50 μm or more and 200 μm or less, It is preferable that the thickness of the sheet 12 is 3 μm or more and less than 50 μm. In some cases, it is preferable that the thickness is 50.5 μm or more and 2000 μm or less. The thickness of the fabric material 201 is the thickness before the sheet 12 is wrapped around it.
[0209] The coating material 202 is applied so that the thickness of the coating material 202 is equal to or greater than the height of the surface of the fixing member 17. By applying the coating material 202 in this manner, it is possible to Since a large amount of coating material 202 is applied, the step caused by the fixing member 17 can be more effectively alleviated. Specifically, the lower limit of the thickness of the coating material 202 is 3 μm when the thickness of the fixing member 17 is 3 μm. In the case where the thickness is from 3 μm to 10 μm, it is preferably from 3 μm to 12 μm. The thickness of the coating material 202 is the thickness before the sheet 12 is wound.
[0210] After the application of the application materials 201 and 202, as shown in FIG. 18(A), The tip surface 12A1 of the winding start end 12A comes into contact with the coating material 201, and the sheet 12 is The winding start end 12A is placed so as to cover the material 202. The winding start end 12A of the sheet 12 is attached, and the winding start end 12A is fixed via the fixing member 17. is fixed to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11.
[0211] After the winding start end 12A of the sheet 12 is fixed to the winding core 11, as shown in FIG. As shown, the sheet 12 is wound around the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11. When the sheet 12 is wound, The coating materials 201 and 202 flow and spread, so that the coating material 201 fills the first gap 13. At the same time, the second gap 15 is filled with the coating material 202, and the second gap 15 is filled with the coating material 202. The first filling portion 14 and the second gap 15 are filled to form a second filling portion 16. The roll body 10 is obtained. Note that the coating material 201 etc. is reliably spread in the first gap 13 etc. In order to fill the sheet 12, if the sheet 12 exceeds 1000 m, the sheet 12 must be cut to 1000 m or more. If the sheet 12 is less than 1000m, the entire length of the sheet 12 can be wound. preferable.
[0212] In addition, when the coating materials 201 and 202 are curable polymer compositions, at least 2 After the sheet 12 is wound, the curable polymer composition is cured. In the case of a one-component curable polymer composition (a moisture-curable polymer composition), the composition is It reacts with the humidity in the air and hardens when left at room temperature, so it can be used without heating or ionizing radiation equipment. The curable polymer composition can be cured without using any special equipment such as a two-component curing device. In the case of a curable polymer composition, the base resin and the curing agent are mixed to cause curing. This can be done.
[0213] The roll body 20 can be manufactured, for example, by the following method. A fixing member 17 is arranged on the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11 along the width direction DR1.
[0214] After the fixing member 17 is placed, the fixing member 17 is applied by using an application device such as a dispenser or a syringe as shown in FIG. As shown in (A), the coating is applied to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 along the width direction DR1 of the core 11. Materials 203 to 205 are applied. The applied material 204 is in contact with the first end surface 17A of the fixing member 17. The coating material 205 is applied so as to come into contact with the second end surface 17B of the fixing member 17. The coating material 203 is applied to the second end surface 17B of the fixing member 17 and the coating material 20 The coating material 203 is applied to a location away from the winding start end 1 of the sheet 12. The coating material 204 is applied to the first end surface 12A1 of the fixing member 17. The coating material 205 is applied to the second end surface 17A of the fixing member 17. 7B. In addition, the fixing member 17 may be applied to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11. After placing the materials 203 to 205, the materials 203 to 205 are applied. After application, the application material 204 is placed in contact with or in proximity to the first end surface 17A of the fixing member 17. and the coating material 205 is in contact with or in proximity to the second end surface 17B of the fixing member 17. A fixing member 17 may be provided.
[0215] After the application of the application materials 203 to 205, as shown in FIG. 19(B), The tip surface 12A1 of the winding start end 12A comes into contact with the coating material 203, and the sheet 12 is The winding start end 12A is positioned so as to cover the materials 204 and 205. Specifically, The winding start end 12A of the sheet 12 is attached to the fixing member 17, and the sheet 12 is wound via the fixing member 17. The winding start end 12A is fixed to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11.
[0216] After the winding start end 12A of the sheet 12 is fixed to the winding core 11, as shown in FIG. As shown, the sheet 12 is wound around the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11. When the sheet 12 is wound, The coating materials 203 to 205 flow and spread, so that the coating material 203 fills the first gap 13. The second gap 15 is filled with the coating material 204, and the third gap 21 is filled with the coating material 205. The first gap 13 is filled with a first filling portion 14, and the second gap 15 is filled with a second filling portion 15. The third filling portion 22 is formed by filling the third gap 21 with the second filling portion 16. The roll body 20 is obtained. The coating material 203 is reliably spread in the first gap 13 and the like. Therefore, if the sheet 12 exceeds 1000 m, the sheet 12 must be wound up to 1000 m or more. If the sheet 12 is less than 1000 m, it is preferable to wind the entire length of the sheet 12. It's nice.
[0217] In any of the above manufacturing methods, the coating materials 201 to 205 are applied by winding the sheet 12. However, the coating material 201 may be flowed in advance before the sheet 12 is wound. However, if the coating material 201 or the like is made to flow before the sheet 12 is wound, the number of steps increases. It is preferable to make the coating materials 201 to 205 flow by rolling the sheet 12.
[0218] In the above manufacturing method, the coating materials 201 to 205 are applied using a dispenser, a syringe, or the like. The coating is done using a coating device, but a mold with a slit is used together with the coating device. The materials 201 to 205 may be applied using a mold having a slit. By applying the coating material 201 to 205, partial variations in the thickness and width of the coating material 201 to 205 can be eliminated. The material of the mold is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, a resin or a metal. etc.
[0219] Specifically, first, as shown in FIG. 20(A), a mold 210 having a slit 210A is prepared. This mold 210 is used to apply the coating material 201. The length, width, and depth of the slit 210A are the same as the length, width, and thickness of the coating material 201, respectively. Therefore, the description will be omitted here.
[0220] After preparing the mold 210, as shown in FIG. 20(B), the mold 210 is wound along the width direction DR1 of the winding core 11. The die 210 is placed on the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11. When viewed from directly above the die 210, The inner surface of the slit on the fixing member 17 side in the width direction overlaps with the second end surface 17B of the fixing member 17. are arranged so as to be adjacent to or in close proximity to each other.
[0221] After the mold 210 is placed on the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11, the coating material is applied with a dispenser, a syringe, or the like. Using the device, the coating material 201 is supplied into the slit 210A as shown in FIG. 20(B). The application device may be a dispenser or a syringe, but may also be a spray or a die coater. Thereafter, if necessary, the surface of the mold 210 may be removed with a doctor blade or the like. The excess coating material 201 is then scraped off. Then, the mold 210 is removed. The coating material 201 can be placed on the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11. The process is the same as that for the roller bodies 10 and 20. The coating materials 202 to 205 are also sprayed in the same manner. It can be placed using a mold 210 having slits 210A.
[0222] Instead of applying the coating materials 201 to 205, a filling tape is applied to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11. Specifically, first, as shown in FIG. 21(A), a device may be placed on the surface of a substrate 221. The coating material 201 is applied in a tape shape using a coating device such as a dispenser or syringe. 221 and a filler tape 222 made of the coating material 201 to form a laminate 220. In this example, the filling tape 222 is formed from the coating material 201. If the sheet is made of a material that spreads under the pressure of rolling, the coating material 201 is not required. Good too.
[0223] The material of the base material 221 is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, polyethylene terephthalate. polyester resins such as cellulose acetate, acrylic resins such as triacetyl cellulose, Also, a known release film may be used as the base material 221. When applying the coating material 201 to the surface of the substrate 221, alignment lines are formed on the substrate 221 in advance. 221A is drawn, and the coating material 201 is applied along the alignment line 221A. By drawing such a positioning line 221A on the substrate 221 in advance, it is possible to The positional deviation of the fabric material 201 can be suppressed. When applying the coating material 01, the coating device is fixed and the substrate 221 is unwound using an unwinding device. By unwinding the substrate 221 at a constant speed, uneven coating can be suppressed. can.
[0224] After forming the laminate 220, as shown in FIG. 21(B), the filling tape 222 is wound around the core. The laminate 220 is attached to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 so as to come into contact with the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11. The filling tape 222 is in contact with the second end surface 17B of the fixing member 17. Then, the substrate 221 is peeled off. This allows the filling tape 222 to be arranged on the outer peripheral surface 11 A of the winding core 11 . The subsequent steps are the same as those for the roll bodies 10 and 20 described above.
[0225] In the above, a laminate having one substrate and a filling tape is formed, but two substrates, A laminate having a filling tape and a thickness adjusting member may be formed. As shown in (A), the surface of the first substrate 231 is coated with a coating device such as a dispenser or syringe. Therefore, the coating material 201 is applied.
[0226] Then, as shown in FIG. 22(B), the coating material 201 and the desired coating material 201 are The coating material 20 is sandwiched between the thickness adjusting member 232 having the desired thickness to obtain the desired thickness. 1, a second base material 233 is placed on top of the first base material 231 to form a laminate 230. Examples of the material include spacers and particles. The peel strength of the first substrate 231 to the coating material 201 is smaller than the peel strength of the first substrate 231 to the coating material 201. By satisfying such a relationship, the second base material 233 can be easily peeled off. The peel strength of the second substrate 233 can be measured using a tensile tester (product name: "Single Column Type Material Tester"). The test is performed using the following method using a tester (STA-1150, manufactured by A&D Co., Ltd.) When measuring the peel strength, first, a sample is placed on both sides of a glass plate measuring 30 cm long x 2.5 cm wide. On the other hand, the laminate 230 is vertically aligned. The substrate was cut into a size of 200 mm x 25 mm in width, and the first substrate 231 side was attached to a double-sided tape on a glass plate. The film is then attached to a glass plate and held in a pair of jigs on a tensile tester. The laminate 230 is held in a pair of jigs of a tensile tester. When the second substrate 233 is to be removed from the laminate 230 by hand, the second substrate 233 is slightly peeled off beforehand. The second substrate 233 is held by one jig, and the glass plate and the laminate 2 are held by the other jig. 30. In this state, the peeling speed is 300 mm / min, the peeling distance is 50 mm, The second substrate 233 is peeled off at a peeling angle of 180°. The peel strength with the substrate 233 is measured. The peel strength is the arithmetic mean value of three measurements. The peel strength of the first substrate 231 is measured in the same manner as the peel strength of the second substrate 233. The first base material 231 and the second base material 233 are the same as the base material 221. It is possible.
[0227] After forming the laminate 230, a predetermined pressure is applied to the laminate 230. The thickness of the material 201 becomes the desired thickness. Then, the laminate 230 is cut out into a tape shape. This forms a laminate 230 having a filler tape 234 made of the coating material 201 .
[0228] Thereafter, the second base material 233 is peeled off as shown in FIG. Then, as shown in FIG. 22(D), the filling tape 234 comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11. The laminate 230 is attached to or adhered to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 so as to The rope 234 is arranged to contact or be close to the second end surface 17B of the fixing member 17. Then, the first base material 231 is peeled off. The filling tape 234 can be placed on the outer peripheral surface 11A of the roll 1. The process is the same as that for the bodies 10 and 20. Instead of the coating materials 202 to 205, a filling tape is used. The tape can be placed on the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 in the same manner as the filling tape 234.
[0229] A mold may also be used to form and transfer the filling tape. By transferring the tape, the filling tape can be easily installed at the same time as the fixing member 17. Specifically, first, a mold 241 is prepared as shown in FIG. The mold 241 has a longitudinal side surface that can be easily removed from the mold 241. Preferably, the mold 241 is open so that the filler tape described below can be removed. The mold 241 is, for example, U-shaped. The mold 241 is not particularly limited, but may be made of, for example, resin or metal. The length, width and depth of the opening 241A of the mold 241 can be determined by the filling tape. The length, width and thickness of the tube are the same as those of the tube, so the explanation will be omitted here.
[0230] After preparing the mold 241, as shown in FIG. 23(B), the coating material 201 is poured into the mold 241. The filling tape 242 is then poured into the filling tape 242 as shown in FIG. The die 241 is pressed against the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 so that the tape 242 comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11. When the coating material 201 is a material that becomes sticky when wet, It is preferable to wet the surface of the filling tape 242 with water to make it sticky. By making the surface of the film 2 viscous, it is stuck or adhered to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11. It is possible.
[0231] Thereafter, the mold 241 is removed from the filling tape 242. As a result, the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 The filling tape 242 can be placed on the roll bodies 10 and 20. The process is the same as that described above. Instead of the coating materials 202 to 205, a filling tape is used. It can be placed on the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 in the same manner as in 42.
[0232] The filling tape may be transferred to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 using offset printing. By using set printing to form and transfer the filling tape, time management is possible. This makes it easy to install the filling tape at the set time with high positional accuracy. As shown in FIG. 24A, the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate transfer body 251 (for example, the intermediate transfer roll) The coating material 201 is applied to the filled tape by a coating device such as a dispenser or a syringe. 24(B), the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate transfer body 251 is formed. The filling tape 252 formed in this manner is printed on the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 by offset printing. This allows the filling tape 252 to be placed on the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11. The subsequent steps are the same as those for the roll bodies 10 and 20. Instead of filling tape 205, filler tape is applied to the outer peripheral surface 11 of the winding core 11 in the same manner as filling tape 252. It can be placed in A.
[0233] According to this embodiment, the first gap 13 is filled with the first filling portion 14. The first round of the sheet 12 on the portion 14 is gently curved from the separation position P1 toward the tip end surface 12A1. As a result, the sheet 12 can be lifted up easily due to the roll-start end 12A. The difference in level can be reduced.
[0234] According to this embodiment, the second gap 15 is filled with the second filling portion 16. The first round of the sheet 12 on the portion 16 is gently moved from the first end surface 17A toward the arrival position P2. This can effectively reduce the step caused by the fixing member 17. do.
[0235] In the roll body 20, the third gap 21 is filled with the third filling portion 22. The portion of the first round of the sheet 12 on the filling portion 22 can be lifted up smoothly. As a result, the step caused by the fixing member 17 can be more effectively alleviated.
[0236] If the sheet is deformed, there will be parts of the sheet that cannot be used as a product. Therefore, in order to ensure the effective length, the effective length of the sheet is compensated. However, if the part that does not become a product becomes longer due to deformation, sheet loss increases. According to this embodiment, the step caused by the winding start end 12A of the sheet 12 and the fixing member 17, Since the step caused by the 51 can be reduced, deformation of the sheet 12 can be suppressed. This reduces sheet loss.
[0237] [Second embodiment] A roll body according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 25 is a perspective view of the roll body according to this embodiment, and FIG. 26 is a perspective view of one of the roll bodies of FIG. 27 is an enlarged view of the roll body shown in FIG. 25, and FIG. 28 is a view for explaining the dimensions of each component of the roll body shown in FIG. FIG. 28 is a diagram showing the maximum thickness and length of the second intermediate portion shown in FIG. 25. 29 is a diagram showing the cross-sectional area S3. 38 and 39 are enlarged views of a portion of the other roll body according to this embodiment. 3A to 3C are diagrams schematically illustrating a manufacturing process of a roll body.
[0238] <<<Roll body>>> The roll body 70 shown in FIG. 25 includes a core 11 and a sheet wound around the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11. The roll body 70 includes a long sheet 12. As shown in FIG. The first intervening portion 71 and the second intervening portion 72 provided between the following sheets 12, and the sheet 12 The sheet 12 further includes a fixing member 17 for fixing a portion of the sheet 12 to the winding core 11. The roll body 70 is wound around the core 11 multiple times, for example, two or more times. Since the second gap 15 is hollow, the first gap 13 is filled with the first filling portion 14. Furthermore, the second gap 15 is not filled with the second filling portion 16 .
[0239] <<First intervening part>> The first intermediate portion 71 is provided between the sheets 12 from the first round onward. The interposed portion 71 is located below the first interposed portion 71 (on the winding core 11 side), and The lower sheet 12 in contact with the first intermediate portion 71 and the second intermediate portion 72 are positioned above the first intermediate portion 71. The first intermediate portion 71 is sandwiched by the upper sheet 12 that is in contact with the first intermediate portion 71. The first intermediate portion 71 is always located above the sheet 12. Specifically, the first intermediate portion 71 is provided between the sheets 12 in the first and subsequent rounds. The first gap 13 is formed at least in the first region 12D corresponding to the first gap 13. The resident portion 71 extends in the width direction DR1 of the winding core 11.
[0240] A separation position P at which the upper sheet 12 is separated from the lower sheet 12 in the first interposition portion 71 The edge thickness T4 (see FIG. 27) of the end portion 71A on the side 3 (see FIG. 26) is thick. This thickness may cause new steps to be formed, so a thinner thickness is preferable. In practice, the edge thickness T4 is preferably 50 μm or less. 4 is preferably 10 μm or less, and more preferably 2 μm or less, in order to shorten the deformation relaxation length. More preferable.
[0241] In addition, when the sheet 12 is a thin film having a thickness of 3 μm or more and less than 50 μm, The thickness of the winding is larger than that of the winding start end 12A, and the winding start end 12A is more susceptible to the influence of the step caused by the step. When such a thin film is used, the edge thickness T4 is preferably 10 μm or less. In order to minimize the deformation relaxation length, it is preferable that the thickness is 5 μm or less, and more preferably 1 μm or less. preferable.
[0242] The edge thickness T4 was measured using a scanning optical interference surface profiler (product name: New View The thickness is measured in the same manner as the edge thickness T1 using a Zygo 7300. Alternatively, the measurement can be performed as follows. First, the end 71A and the end A portion including the lower sheet 12 and the upper sheet 12 that contact the portion 71A is cut out with a blade. A cross section of this part is obtained by cutting or polishing, and the cross section is examined using a stereomicroscope (for example, a microscope with the product name "Digital Microscope"). Observation will be performed using a microscope (VHX-7000, manufactured by Keyence Corporation). do.
[0243] As shown in FIGS. 26 and 27, the first interposition portion 71 corresponds to the first gap 13. The first portion 71B is located in the first region 12D, and the sheet 1 is located above the first portion 71B. The second portion 71 is located on the side of the arrival position P4 (see FIG. 26) where the lower seat 12 is reached. The first intermediate portion 71 has not only the first portion 71B but also the second portion 71C. This prevents stress from concentrating on the step portion caused by the winding start end 12A. This can suppress the deformation of the upper sheet 12 and subsequent sheets 12, thereby making the deformation of the upper sheet 12 and subsequent sheets 12 gentler. This difference in level can be alleviated.
[0244] The thickness T5 of the second portion 71C (see FIG. 27) is preferably 2 μm or more and 300 μm or less. If the thickness T5 of the second portion 71C is within this range, adverse effects on the winding of the sheet 12 are prevented. The deformation relaxation length can be shortened while avoiding the above. If the length exceeds 300 μm, the deformation relaxation length can be shortened. This may have a negative effect on winding.
[0245] The thickness T5 of the second portion 71C is the maximum thickness of the second portion 71C. The T5 is a scanning optical interference surface profiler (product name: New View7300, Zy It can be measured using a method similar to that for the edge thickness T1 using a thickness gauge (manufactured by Yahoo! JAPAN). can be measured as follows: First, the lower sheet 12, the second portion 71 C and the portion including the upper sheet 12 are taken and fixed so as not to be crushed. Then, the cross section of this fixed part is polished, and the thickness T5 of the second part 71C is measured using a stereomicroscope ( For example, the product name is "Digital Microscope VHX-7000" manufactured by Keyence Corporation. ) is measured.
[0246] If the thickness of the first interposed portion changes suddenly, deformation will remain due to this thickness change. As a result, the step caused by the winding start end may not be fully alleviated. It is preferable to ensure that the length of the first intermediate portion is sufficient for the thickness of the sheet. If increasing the length of the intermediate portion causes other effects such as winding, By making the length of the first intervening portion shorter than the optimum state, the length of the first intervening portion is made shorter than the optimum length. Although the deformation relaxation length is increased, it is preferable to shorten the deformation relaxation length compared to not providing the first interposed portion. Therefore, the winding start end 12A of the winding core 11 is wound from the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11 to the upper surface 12A of the winding start end 12A. A2 (see FIG. 27) The ratio of the length L3 from the corresponding position to the end on the side of the separated position P3 (length L3 / distance D2) is 1 or more This ratio is preferably 5 or more, and more preferably 5 or more, in order to shorten the deformation relaxation length. It is preferably 50 or more.
[0247] The length L3 can be measured as follows: First, the lower sheet 12 and The upper sheet 12 is left unwound, and the other sheets 12 are unwound. If the first intermediate portion 71 is transparent or semi-transparent, the area where the first intermediate portion 71 is present can be seen. From the tip surface 12A1 of the starting end 12A to the end of the first intermediate portion 71 on the separation position P3 side The distance is measured at 10 points in the width direction of the sheet 12 by observing the sheet 12 through a ruler or a tape measure. On the other hand, when the sheet 12 cannot be observed through the lens, In this case, first, the part including the lower sheet 12, the first intervening portion 71, and the upper sheet 12 This part is then fixed and polished to reveal the cross section. The distance from the position corresponding to the tip surface 12A1 of the first interposition portion to the end on the separated position side is The stereo microscope (for example, product name "Digital Microscope VHX-7000", stock Measurements are taken using a meter (manufactured by Keyence Corporation).
[0248] The longer the length L3, the better. For example, when the thickness of the sheet 12 is 50 μm or more and 200 μm or less, If the length L3 is less than 110 μm, the length L3 is preferably 110 μm or more. To shorten the length, it is preferably 1 mm or more, and more preferably 10 mm or more.
[0249] The physical properties such as tensile strength of the constituent material of the first intermediate portion 71 are similar to those of the constituent material of the first filling portion 14. The physical properties such as tensile strength are the same as those of the first filling portion 71. The material is the same as that of part 14, so the explanation will be omitted here.
[0250] <<Second intervening part>> The second intermediate portion 72 is provided between the sheets 12 from the first round onward. The sheet 12 is always present on the intermediate portion 72. In addition, the second intermediate portion 72 is Specifically, the second intermediate portion 72 is provided between the first and subsequent sheets 12. 2, and is provided in at least the second region 12E corresponding to the second gap 15. The second intermediate portion 72 extends in the width direction DR 1 of the winding core 11 .
[0251] The second intervening portion 72 is located between the same sheets 12 as the first intervening portion 71 (for example, between the second round of sheets 12 and the third turn of the sheet 12), the second intermediate portion 72 is provided between the first intermediate portion 71 It may be provided between different sheets 12.
[0252] The maximum thickness T6 of the second intermediate portion 72 (see FIGS. 27 and 28) is 0.01 mm or more. If the maximum thickness T6 of the second intermediate portion 72 is 0.01 mm or more, the fixing member 1 The maximum thickness T6 can effectively reduce the step caused by the step 7. From the viewpoint of alleviating this, the thickness is set to 0.02 mm or more, 0.03 mm or more, or 0.04 mm or more. On the other hand, if the maximum thickness T6 is too thick, the winding start end 12A may be damaged. Although this can reduce the step caused by the unevenness, it may have an adverse effect on the winding of the sheet 12. Therefore, the upper limit of the maximum thickness T6 is preferably 0.2 mm or less or 0.1 mm or less. I wish.
[0253] The maximum thickness T6 was measured in the same way as thickness T2 using a laser displacement meter and a stereo microscope. When measuring the maximum thickness T6 with a laser displacement meter, first, As with the measurement of T2 etc., the roll body 70 was attached to a jig and three laser displacement After the meter is placed in a predetermined position, the sheet 1 is wound around the roll body 70 until the second interposed portion 72 is exposed. 2. After that, with the second interposed portion 72 exposed, the winding core 11 is rotated at a rotation speed of 30 mm. While rotating at 1 / s, the laser displacement meter continuously changes the displacement at a sampling period of 200 μs. The position is measured and a graph is obtained with the horizontal axis representing the position (mm) and the vertical axis representing the displacement (mm). This measurement was performed on the second end 72A of the second intermediate portion 72 opposite to the first end 72A on the fixing member 17 side. 2B to the first tip 72A, and in this measurement, the reference height (displacement amount 0 mm line) The difference between the reference height and the height of the second intermediate portion 72 is the height of the second intermediate portion 72. The difference between the displacement amount at the 0 mm line and the position where the displacement amount is the highest is By calculating the maximum thickness T6 of the second intermediate portion 72, the maximum thickness T6 of the second intermediate portion 72 is calculated. It represents a plane including the longitudinal direction of the sheet and the radial direction of the core. In Figure 27, one division on the horizontal axis is 5 mm and one division on the vertical axis is 0.02 mm. In this case, the first tip 72 A is located directly above the fixing member 17 .
[0254] The maximum thickness T6 can be measured using a stereomicroscope as follows. The lower sheet 12, the second intermediate portion 72, and the upper sheet 12 are arranged so as not to be crushed. The section of the fixed part is then polished and the second interposition The maximum thickness T6 of section 72 is measured using a stereo microscope (for example, product name "Digital Microscope VHX -7000" manufactured by Keyence Corporation).
[0255] When the thickness of the second intermediate portion 72 is measured along the longitudinal direction DR2 of the sheet 12, The second intermediate portion 72 is formed by dividing the second intermediate portion 72 by the maximum thickness T6 (see FIGS. 27 and 28) in the longitudinal direction DR2. The length from the second tip 72B of the second intermediate portion 72 to the position where the second intermediate portion 72 has the maximum thickness T6 It is preferable that the ratio of the length L4 (see FIG. 27) to the maximum thickness T6 (length L4 / maximum thickness T6) is 12 or more. If this ratio is 12 or more, deformation remains in the vicinity of the second tip 72B of the second intermediate portion 72. If the thickness of the second intermediate portion is too thick, the wire may deviate from its perfect circle during winding. However, if this ratio is 12 or more, the second intermediate portion 72 is thick. Since the thickness of the second intermediate portion is not too large, it is possible to prevent the winding property from being deteriorated. If the ratio is too large, new deformation may occur due to the second interposed portion. If the ratio is 0.01, the occurrence of such new deformation can be suppressed. In order to shorten the relaxation length, 25 or more, 50 or more, 75 or more, 100 or more, 125 or more, It is preferable that the number of the fixing members is 150 or more, 175 or more, or 200 or more. From the viewpoint of effectively reducing the step, the maximum thickness T6 of the second intermediate portion 72 is preferably large. The upper limit of this ratio can be, for example, 2000 or less, 1000 or less, 500 or less, or 375 It is preferable that:
[0256] The length L4 is preferably as long as possible in order to reduce the step. If the thickness is 50 μm or more and 200 μm or less, the length L4 must be 5.0 mm or more. Preferably, in order to further shorten the deformation relaxation length, it is set to 7.0 mm or more, and further set to 9.0 mm or more. However, if the length L4 is too long, the second intermediate portion In the region R3 (see FIG. 28) from the second tip 72B to the position where the thickness becomes maximum T6, It becomes difficult to form a second intermediate portion with a convex surface, and wavy thickness irregularities occur in the second intermediate portion. Therefore, the upper limit of the length L4 is set to the surface 72 of the second intermediate portion 72 in the region R3. C is likely to become convex, and from the viewpoint of suppressing wavy thickness unevenness, it is set to 20 mm or less. It is preferable that:
[0257] The length L4 can be obtained from the graph of the position displacement curve, just like the maximum thickness T6. Specifically, first, when the second tip 72B of the second intermediate portion 72 exists, the amount of displacement increases. , the displacement amount 0 mm line and the position displacement curve graph at the point where the displacement amount starts to increase The first position is the intersection of the displacement curves. Then, the position where the displacement is the highest is found. Draw an imaginary line perpendicular to the 0mm displacement line. The intersection of the first and second positions is taken as the second position, and the distance between the first and second positions is calculated to obtain the length L4. can be obtained.
[0258] The above-mentioned length L4 / maximum thickness T6 can roughly represent the shape of the second intermediate portion 72. To more accurately express the convex shape of the surface 72C, the cross-sectional area of the second intermediate portion 72 may be further used. Specifically, it is preferable that the length of the sheet 12 relative to the maximum thickness T6 of the second intermediate portion 72 is In a plane including the hand direction DR2 and the radial direction DR3 of the winding core 11 (the plane shown in FIG. 28), The cross-sectional area S3 (FIG. 28) of the second intermediate portion 72 extends from the second tip 72B to the position where the maximum thickness T6 is reached. It is preferable that the ratio of the cross-sectional area S3 to the maximum thickness T6 is 2.5 or more. If is 2.5 or more, the cross-sectional area S3 of the second intermediate portion 72 is large with respect to the maximum thickness T6. The second intermediate portion 72 can effectively lift the seat 12, thereby making it possible to more easily overcome the step. The lower limit of the cross-sectional area S3 / maximum thickness T6 can be set to further reduce the step. From the viewpoint of Preferably, the cross-sectional area S3 / maximum thickness is 6.5 or more, or 7.0 or more. The upper limit of T6 is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, 20.0 or less, 17.5 or less, 15.0 or less, or The cross-sectional area S3 may be less than 12.5, or less than 10.0. The cross-sectional area of the region R3 (the area of the region surrounded by the solid line in FIG. 29) of the second intermediate portion 72 area) and each measurement in the region from the first position to the second position on the position-displacement curve graph. The thickness can be calculated by multiplying the thickness at each point by the width between each measurement point and adding up the results. Cut.
[0259] The physical properties such as tensile strength of the constituent material of the second intermediate portion 72 are similar to those of the constituent material of the second filling portion 16. The physical properties such as tensile strength are the same as those of the second filling portion 72. The material is the same as that of part 16, so the explanation will be omitted here.
[0260] As will be described later, the sheet 1 located outside the first intermediate portion 71 and the second intermediate portion 72 in the radial direction DR3 2 (upper sheet 12), there is a step or a difference due to the winding start end 12A of the sheet 12. Although the step caused by the fixing member 17 can be suppressed, the diameter of the fixing member 17 is larger than that of the first intermediate portion 71 and the second intermediate portion 72. In the sheet 12 (lower sheet 12) on the inner side (core 11 side) in the direction DR3, 12 and the fixing member 17. For this reason, the first intermediate portion 71 and the second intermediate portion 72 are located as far inside in the radial direction DR3 as possible (for example, , between the first sheet 12 and the second sheet 12, or between the second sheet 12 and the third sheet It is preferable that the distance between the sensor and the sensor is 12.
[0261] <<Other roll bodies>> The roll body 70 is formed by connecting the tip surface 12A1 of the winding start end 12A of the sheet 12 and the fixing member 17. The second end surface 17B is a cross section along the longitudinal direction DR2 of the sheet 12 and the radial direction DR3 of the core 11. Although the sheet 12 is generally uniform in surface area, as in the roll 80 shown in FIG. The tip surface 12A1 of the starting end 12A protrudes beyond the second end surface 17B of the fixing member 17. In this case, the second intermediate portion 72 is interposed in the second region 12E between the sheets 12. In addition, a third gap 21 between the sheets 12 on the second end face 17B side is formed. The third intermediate portion 81 may also be present in the third region 12F.
[0262] <Third intervening part> The third intermediate portion 81 is disposed in the third region 12F corresponding to the third gap 21, and is otherwise the same as the third intermediate portion 81. 2 is similar to the interposed portion 72, and therefore the description thereof will be omitted here.
[0263] The roll body 70 has a second intervening portion 72 provided in a second region 12E between the sheets 12. However, from the viewpoint of reducing the step caused by the winding start end 12A of the sheet 12, 31. The first intermediate portion 71 may be provided in the first region 12D between the first and second electrodes 12. As shown in the roll body 90, the second intervening portion 72 is formed in the second region 12E between the sheets 12. The roll body 90 shown in FIG. The sheets 12 are in close contact with each other.
[0264] The roll body 70 has a first intervening portion 71 provided in a first region 12D between the sheets 12. However, from the viewpoint of reducing the step caused by the fixing member 17, the second Since the second intermediate portion 72 is provided in the region 12E, the roll body 1 shown in FIG. 00, the first intervening portion 71 is not provided in the first region 12D between the sheets 12. The roll body 100 shown in FIG. 32 has the same sheet 12 in the first region 12D. The teacher is close by.
[0265] The roll body 70 has the first intermediate portion 71, but the roll body 110 shown in FIG. In this way, the first filling portion 14 may be provided instead of the first intervening portion 71. 3 is filled with a first filling portion 14, and a second region 12E between the sheets 12 is filled with a second filling portion 14. A recess 72 may be provided.
[0266] The second interposition portion 72 of the roll body 110 is located between the second round sheet 12 and the third round sheet 12. However, as in the roll body 120 shown in FIG. 34, the first round sheet 12 and the second round sheet 12 are A second intervening portion 72 may be provided between the sheets 12 .
[0267] The roll body 70 has the second intermediate portion 72, but the roll body 130 shown in FIG. In this way, the second filling portion 16 may be provided instead of the second interposed portion 72. A first intervening portion 71 is provided in the first region 12D between the first and second gaps 15. The filling portion 16 may be filled.
[0268] The roll body 70 includes a fixing member 17 for fixing the sheet 12 to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11. However, it is not necessary to provide the fixing member 17 as in the case of a roll body 140 shown in FIG. stomach.
[0269] In the roll body 70, the thickness of the sheet 12 is uniform. As shown in 150, the sheet 12 has both ends 12G extending in the longitudinal direction thereof, and the sheet 12 has both ends 12G extending in the radial direction of the core 11. A protrusion 12H protruding outward from the DR3 may be formed. When the viscosity of the coating material, the first intermediate portion 71, the second intermediate portion 72, or the third intermediate portion 81 is low If the thickness of the sheets is uniform, the filling material (e.g., coating material) will flow between the sheets. There is a risk that the filling material may protrude and end up in unintended places. By forming the protrusions 12H on both ends 12G of the port 12, the distribution of the filling material can be easily performed. After placement, for example, after application of the coating material, the filling material (e.g., coating material, etc.) at both end portions 12G is The both end portions 12G of the sheet 12 are cut off to prevent the sheet from being stuck together with the product. Since these are parts that are not used for the purpose of the sheet, the sheet does not have such convex parts 12H at both ends 12G. There is no problem with the product. The convex part 12H is formed by knurling or coating. Alternatively, a tape (for example, a side tape) may be attached. In the case of the filling, the same material as that of the first filling portion 14 can be used.
[0270] In the roll body 150 shown in FIG. 37, all of the portions of both end portions 12G of the sheet 12 However, the protrusions 12H may be provided partially. The protrusions 12H are first intermediate portions at both end portions 12G extending along the longitudinal direction of the sheet 12. 71, the second intermediate portion at both end portions 12G extending along the longitudinal direction of the sheet 12 72 and / or at both ends 12G extending along the longitudinal direction of the sheet 12. The protrusion 12H may be partially provided at a position sandwiching the third intermediate portion 81. When the first intermediate portion 71 is sandwiched between the first intermediate portion 71 and the second intermediate portion 72, the filling material (for example, the coating material) and the first intermediate portion 71 are sandwiched between the first intermediate portion 71 and the second intermediate portion 72. The protrusion of the second intermediate portion 72 can be suppressed, and the protrusion 12H is located at a position where the second intermediate portion 72 is sandwiched between the protrusions 12H. In this case, the filling material (for example, the coating material) and the second intermediate portion 72 are prevented from protruding. When the protrusions 12H are located at positions sandwiching the third intermediate portion 81, the filling material Therefore, the protrusion of the third intermediate portion 81 and the coating material (for example, coating material) can be suppressed.

This is the same as in the case of
[0272] 33 and 34, the entire surface of the fixing member 17 is wound at the winding start end 12A. Although they are in close contact with each other, similar to the roll body 10 shown in FIG. 8, the winding start end 12A and the fixing member The first filling portion 14 may be inserted between the first filling portion 14 and the second filling portion 17.
[0273] <<Roll body manufacturing method>> The roll body 70 can be manufactured, for example, by the following method. As shown in FIG. 1A, a fixing portion is provided on the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11 along the width direction DR1 of the winding core 11. Material 17 is placed.
[0274] After the fixing member 17 is placed, as shown in FIG. 38(B), the winding start end of the sheet 12 is The fixing member 17 is fixed so that the tip end surface 12A1 of the portion 12A is substantially aligned with the second end surface 17B of the fixing member 17. The winding start end 12A of the sheet 12 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11 via a fixing member 17. do.
[0275] After the winding start end 12A of the sheet 12 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface 11A of the winding core 11, ) the sheet 12 is wound around the outer peripheral surface 11A of the core 11 at least once. As a result, an intermediate roll body 73 having the first gap 13 and the second gap 15 is obtained. do.
[0276] After the intermediate roll body 73 is obtained, as shown in FIG. 39(A), The coating material 2 is applied to the surface 12I of the sheet 12 that constitutes the outer peripheral surface 73A of the intermediate roll body 73 along the The coating material 206 is applied to at least the first area corresponding to the first gap 13. 12D, and the coating material 207 is applied to at least the second region 12E corresponding to the second gap 15. The coating materials 74 and 75 are the same as the coating materials 201 and 202. The explanation will be omitted here.
[0277] After the coating materials 206 and 207 are applied, the core 11 is sealed as shown in FIG. 39(B). The sheet 12 is then wound again. This causes the coating materials 206 and 207 to flow and spread, The coating material 206 is provided in the first region 12D between the sheets 12 and The coating material 207 is provided in the second region 12E of the first intermediate portion 71 and the second intermediate portion 72. The roll body 70 is thus obtained. If at least one of the components 07 is a hardenable material, after rewinding the sheet 12 Then, the curable material is cured.
[0278] In the manufacturing method of the roll body 70, a mold 210 having a slit 210A is used to apply the coating. Although the materials 206 and 207 are not applied, the slit 210A is formed as in the first embodiment. The application of the application materials 206 and 207 may be performed using a mold 210 having the same structure. In the same manner as in the first embodiment, the filling sheet is used instead of the coating material 206, 207. The intermediate portion 71 and the second intermediate portion 72 may be formed.
[0279] According to this embodiment, the first intermediate portion 71 is provided in the first region 12D between the sheets 12. Therefore, the portion of the sheet 12 on the first intermediate portion 71 is gently curved toward the tip end surface 12A1. As a result, the sheet 12 can be lifted up easily due to the roll-start end 12A. The step can be effectively reduced.
[0280] According to this embodiment, the second interposed portion 72 is provided in the second region 12E between the sheets 12. Therefore, the portion of the sheet 12 on the second intermediate portion 72 can be smoothly lifted. This effectively reduces the step caused by the fixing member 17.
[0281] In addition, the step caused by the winding start end 12A of the sheet 12 and the step caused by the fixing member 17 Since the stress can be reduced, deformation of the sheet 12 can be suppressed.
[0282] When the first gap is filled with the first filling part and the second gap is filled with the second filling part, The second filling part may flow to the part where no pressure is applied. In this embodiment, the first intervening portion 71 and the second intervening portion 72 are provided between the sheets 12. The material that constitutes the first intermediate portion 71 and the second intermediate portion 72 is less likely to flow and spill out. [Example]

The shear viscosity of the corn rubber composition when applied is 10 Pa·s, and the applied amount per unit width is 0.8cm 3 / m, and between the double-sided tape and the two-component curing silicone rubber composition A roll body was obtained in the same manner as in Example 13, except that the separation distance was set to 3 mm.
[0330] Example 16 In Example 16, a two-component curable silicone was used to form the first filling portion and the second interposed portion. The shear viscosity of the corn rubber composition when applied is 10 Pa·s, and the applied amount per unit width is 1.2cm 3 / m, and between the double-sided tape and the two-component curing silicone rubber composition A roll body was obtained in the same manner as in Example 13, except that the separation distance was set to 3 mm.
[0331] <Comparative Example 1> In Comparative Example 1, the same procedure as in Example 1 was carried out except that no coating material was applied. A roll body was obtained.
[0332] <Comparative Example 2> In Comparative Example 2, the laminate used in Example 7 was used instead of the acrylic resin film. A roll body was obtained in the same manner as in Comparative Example 1, except that the above-mentioned method was used.
[0333] In the roll bodies according to Examples 1 to 16, the edge thickness T1 of the first filled portion was measured. The edge thickness T1 was measured using a scanning optical interference surface profiler (product name: New View7300) Specifically, first, the acrylic resin film and the PET When the entire film or laminate is unwound, the first filling part adheres to the laminate side, and the core Then, a 2 mm x 5 mm piece including the first filling part was peeled off from the laminate. The sample included the tip of the first filling part and was free of dirt and The sample was cut from an arbitrary location where there were no fingerprints or other marks. Then, the first charge was measured under the following measurement conditions. The edge thickness T1 of the filling part was measured. The edge thickness T1 was measured at 10 points. Of the 10 thicknesses, the arithmetic mean value of the thicknesses at 8 locations, excluding the maximum and minimum values, is calculated. This was determined by: (Measurement conditions) Objective lens: 10x ·Zoom: 1x ·Measurement area: 2.17mm x 2.17mm Scan Length: 5μm min mod:0.015 ·Temperature: 23℃ Relative humidity: 50%
[0334] <Measurement of deformation relaxation length> In the roll bodies according to the examples and comparative examples, acrylic resin films and PET films The unevenness caused by the film or laminate's winding start end and the unevenness caused by double-sided tape The length of the relaxation was measured from the beginning of the winding to the end of the winding. The difference in level becomes smaller as the film or laminate is repeated until the difference in level becomes visible. The film was unwound while measuring the unwound length (m). The laminate was cut out. Polyvinyl alcohol film was applied to the cut part of the film or laminate. When the film is attached, it is placed in an indoor environment of 800 Lux to 2000 Lux. A white LED light was shone onto the film and laminate, and visual observation was performed using the reflected light. Then, measure the distance from the point where the step is no longer visible to the end of the winding. The relaxed length is the outline of the white LED light reflected on the film or laminate. When there is a distorted part compared to other parts of the film or laminate, it is determined that there is a step At the periphery where the step exists, the contour line of the white LED lamp reflected is the same as other parts of the film or laminate The part that can be determined to be the same as other parts of the film or laminate is determined to have no step. The white LED lamp was arranged so that the longitudinal direction of the white LED lamp was along the longitudinal direction of the film or laminate. The white L The length of the ED lamp was set to the length across the part with a step and the part without a step in the film or laminate During observation, the side where the line of the white LED lamp can be clearly seen was appropriately selected, and the state where the white LED lamp was reflected on the film or laminate and the contour line could be seen was achieved. Also, the visual observation was performed from all angles (-180° to 180°) with the normal direction of the surface of the film or laminate as the reference (0°)
[0335] <Confirmation of the Existence of the Fourth Intervening Part> In Examples 3 and 7 to 16, it was confirmed whether the fourth intervening part exists on the starting end part Specifically, first, the laminate was unwound from the roll until the surface became the second laminate Then, in the roll where the second laminate became the surface, the vicinity of the starting end part was visually observed, and it was observed whether there was a colored part on the starting end part If there was a colored part on the starting end part, it was determined that the fourth intervening part exists, and if there was no colored part it was determined that the fourth intervening part does not exist. The number of observers was 15, and when all observers determined that there was a colored part on the starting end part, it was determined that the fourth intervening part exists
[0336] <Measurement of the Inclinations of L1, L1 + L2, T2, S1, S1 + S2, and IL3> In the roll bodies according to Examples 3 and 7 to 16, when the presence of the fourth intermediate portion was not confirmed, In this case, the length L1, thickness T2, and area S1 are measured, and the length L1 / thickness T2 and area S1 / thickness T2 was calculated. In addition, when the presence of the fourth intervening portion was confirmed, length L1 + length Length L2, thickness T1, T2, area S1 + area S2 are measured, and (length L1 + length L 2) / thickness T2, (area S1 + area S2) / thickness T2 were calculated. The thickness T2 and areas S1 and S2 refer to the portions shown in FIGS.
[0337] Specifically, first, a jig for rotating the roll body and a laser displacement meter (product name "L A "K-G30" (manufactured by Keyence Corporation) was prepared and placed in the designated positions. The filling material was inserted into a hole in the width direction of the core to rotatably hold the roll body.
[0338] The laser displacement meter is located above the roll body, and a laser beam is irradiated onto the surface of the roll body. Three laser displacement meters were placed so that they could be projected onto the target. The locations of the laser displacement meters were as follows: The first and second positions were determined to divide the width of the laminate into three equal parts. The first position is located on the first end side of the direction of the arrow, and the second position is located on the second end side opposite to the first position. The first laser displacement meter irradiated the laser beam at the midpoint between the first position and the first end. The second laser displacement sensor measures the laser at the midpoint between the first and second positions. The third laser displacement meter is positioned so that light is irradiated onto the second position and the midpoint between the second end. The sample was positioned so that it was irradiated with laser light.
[0339] Then, the roll body is attached to a jig, and the acrylic resin is removed until the first filling portion is exposed from the roll body. The resin film was then unwound. After that, the first filling section was exposed and the temperature was 23°C. In a 50% humidity environment, the core was rotated at a speed of 30 mm / s while measuring the laser displacement meter. The displacement is measured continuously at a sampling period of 200 μs, and the horizontal axis represents the position (mm). As a result, a graph (see FIGS. 40(A) to 40(C)) was obtained in which the vertical axis represents the amount of displacement (mm). This measurement is carried out from the tip of the first filling part to the position where it contacts the tip surface. The reference height (0 mm displacement line) is the height of the core, and the difference in height between the core and the first filling section is The thickness of the first filling section was calculated by the following equation. This graph shows a plane including the radial direction. In addition, the horizontal axis is divided into 5 mm increments. , and one division on the vertical axis is 0.02 mm.
[0340] In this graph, the position on the displacement curve where the displacement amount begins to drop suddenly is designated as position E1. If the presence of the fourth intervening part was not confirmed, the displacement was set to the 0 mm line. By calculating the difference in the amount of displacement at the position E1, the thickness of the first filling part at the position in contact with the tip surface can be calculated. T2 was calculated.
[0341] When the presence of the fourth intermediate portion was confirmed, the thickness T2 was measured by the following method. First, the part including the winding start end 12A, the first filling part 14, and the second round of the sheet 12 is A sample measuring 2cm x 2cm was taken from this area so as not to crush it, and fixed in place. The cross section of the fixed sample was polished and then stored at 23°C and 50% relative humidity. The thickness T2 of the first filling section was measured using a stereo microscope (product name: Digital Microscope VHX-70 The thickness T2 was measured using a stereo microscope. Coaxial epi-illumination was selected as the illumination for the tal microscope, and the magnification was 500x. The experiment was carried out in reflected light.
[0342] Furthermore, if the presence of the fourth intermediate portion is not confirmed, the length L1 is the same as the thickness T2. Specifically, first, the position E1 and the displacement were obtained from the graph. The intersection of the displacement 0 mm line and the position displacement curve where the displacement begins to rise is designated as position E2. Next, an imaginary line IL4 was drawn that passed through the position E1 and was perpendicular to the 0 mm displacement line. The intersection of the imaginary line IL4 and the displacement 0 mm line is set as position E3, and the intersection of position E2 and position The length L1 was calculated by calculating the distance from the position E2 to the position E3. In the area up to E3, calculate the product of the thickness at each measurement point and the width between each measurement point, and sum them up. The width between the measurement points was calculated based on the above formula (3). The value was calculated from the winding cycle, the rotation speed of the core, and the outer diameter of the core, and was found to be 6.24 μm. If the presence of the fourth intervening part is confirmed, The length L1 + length L2 was calculated in the same manner as for the length L1.
[0343] If the presence of the fourth intervening portion is not confirmed, the calculated length L1, thickness T2, Using the area S1, the length L1 / thickness T2 and the area S1 / thickness T2 were calculated. If the presence of the part is confirmed, the sum of the calculated length L1 and length L2, the thickness T2, and the area S1 and area S2, (length L1 + length L2) / thickness T2, (area S1 + area S2 ) / thickness T2 was calculated.
[0344] Also, in the above graph, a virtual line IL3 passing through position E1 and position E2 (see FIGS. 40(A) to FIG. 40(C)) was drawn, and the slope of this virtual line IL3 was determined.
[0345] <Measurement of L4, T6, S3> In the roll bodies according to Examples 13 to 16, the length L4, the maximum thickness T6, and the cross-sectional area S3 were measured, and the length L4 / maximum thickness T6 and the cross-sectional area S3 / maximum thickness T6 were determined. Note that the length L4 and the maximum thickness T6 mean the portions shown in FIG. 27, and the cross-sectional area S3 means the portion shown in FIG. 29. The length L4, the maximum thickness T6, and the cross-sectional area S3 were measured using a jig for rotating the roll body and a laser displacement meter (product name "LK-G30", manufactured by Keyence Corporation). Specifically, first, similar to the measurement of the length L1 etc., the roll body was attached to the jig and three laser displacement meters were arranged at predetermined positions. Then, the laminate was fed out until the second intervening portion was exposed from the roll body. After that, with the second intervening portion exposed, the core was rotated at a rotational speed of 30 mm / s while the displacement amount was continuously measured at a sampling period of 200 μs by the laser displacement meter, and a graph with the horizontal axis as the position (mm) and the vertical axis as the displacement amount (mm) was obtained. This measurement was performed from the second tip on the opposite side of the first tip on the double-sided tape side of the second intervening portion towards the first tip. In this measurement, the reference height (displacement amount 0 mm line) was set as the height of the core, and the difference in height between the core and the second intervening portion was taken as the thickness of the second intervening portion. The obtained graph represents a plane substantially including the longitudinal direction of the sheet and the radial direction of the core. Also, in this graph, one scale on the horizontal axis was set to 5 m m, and one scale on the vertical axis was set to 0.02 mm.
[0346] In this graph, find the position where the displacement is highest, and compare this with the displacement 0 mm line. The difference in the amount of displacement between the positions was determined to determine the maximum thickness T6 of the second intermediate portion.
[0347] In addition, from this graph, the displacement amount 0 mm line and the position change The first position, which is the intersection of the displacement curves, is found. Then, passing through the position where the displacement is the highest, Then, a virtual line perpendicular to the 0 mm displacement line was drawn. The intersection of the lines is set as the second position, and the length L4 is calculated by finding the distance between the first position and the second position. The cross-sectional area S3 is the thickness at each measurement point in the region from the first position to the second position. The product of the distance and the width between each measurement point was calculated and the sum of the results was calculated. The width of the interval is calculated based on the above formula (3), taking into account the sampling period, the rotation speed of the core, and the The outer diameter was calculated to be 6.24 μm.
[0348] Also, using the calculated length L4, maximum thickness T6, and cross-sectional area S3, length L4 / maximum thickness T6 The cross-sectional area S3 / maximum thickness T6 was calculated.
[0349] The results are shown in Tables 1 to 3 below. [Table 1]
[0350] [Table 2]
[0351] [Table 3]
[0352] The roll body according to Comparative Example 1 has a deformation relaxation length at the winding start end and a deformation relaxation length at the double-sided tape. The deformation relaxation length was long. This is because the first gap was hollow, and the acrylic The step caused by the beginning of winding the resin film was large, and the second gap was hollow. This is thought to be because the step caused by the double-sided tape was large. The roll bodies according to Nos. 1 to 12 have a deformation relaxation length at the winding start end and a deformation relaxation length at the double-sided tape. The deformation relaxation length was shorter than that of the roll body according to Comparative Example 1. This is because the deformation relaxation length was shorter than that of the roll body according to Examples 1 to 5. In the roll bodies according to 7 to 15, the first gap was filled with the first filling portion. The step caused by the winding start end of the kryl resin film is small, and the second filling part is in the second gap. Since the second intervening portion was filled in the area corresponding to the second gap, This is thought to be because the step caused by the loop was small. Since the first interposition portion was present in the first region corresponding to the gap, the winding start of the PET film The step caused by the end is small, and the second intervening portion is interposed in the second region corresponding to the second gap. This is thought to be because the difference in level caused by the double-sided tape was small.
[0353] The first filling portion of the roll body according to Examples 3 and 8 to 16 has a length L1 / thickness T2 or (length L1 + length L2) / thickness T2 is 90 or more, and / or area S1 / thickness T2 or Since (area S1 + area S2) / thickness T2 is 3.0 or more, length L1 / thickness T2 is The deformation relaxation length at the winding start end was shorter than that of the roll body of Example 7, which was less than 90. Ta.
[0354] The second intermediate portion of the roll body according to Examples 13 to 16 has a length L4 / maximum thickness T6 of 12 or more. and / or the cross-sectional area S3 / maximum thickness T6 was 2.5 or more, The deformation relaxation length in the loop was short.
[0355] In the roll bodies of Examples 1, 2, 6, and 13, the silicone resin composition and Since the shear viscosity of the silicone rubber composition was 60 Pa·s or more, the core and acrylic resin The composition may protrude from between the film and PET film during application and winding. No change was observed when pressure was applied. In the case of the acrylic resin, the shear viscosity of the composition at the time of application was less than 60 Pa·s, but it was 15 Pa·s. Since the thickness was more than 1 / 2 s, there was no overflow when applying, but pressure was applied when winding. In Examples 5, 11, 12, and 14 to 16, the composition was found to overflow during application. Since the shear viscosity of the composition was less than 15 Pa·s, the core and the acrylic resin film It was confirmed that the composition was leaking out from between the gaps.
[0356] Furthermore, a reworkability test was carried out on the roll body according to Example 3. Specifically, first, The acrylic resin film was unwound to expose the first filling portion. Make an opening with a blade at the end to avoid damaging the core, and slowly remove the core with your fingers. The evaluation criteria for reworkability was whether the first filling part peeled off cleanly. When the first filling portion was broken or the like and part of the first filling portion remained on the core, the result was judged to be good, and when the first filling portion was broken or the like and part of the first filling portion remained on the core, the result was judged to be bad. In this evaluation, the first filling portion of the roll body according to Example 3 was peeled off cleanly. The reworkability test was also favorable for the roll bodies according to the examples other than Example 3. When the test was carried out, the reworkability was found to be as good as that of the first filling part according to Example 3. The tensile strength of the material constituting the first filling portion in the roll body according to the examples other than Example 3 is 3.0 MPa. a or more and 5.5MPa or less, the elongation at break is 250% or more and 600% or less, and the tear strength is The hardness is between 6N / mm and 25N / mm, and the first charge is measured with a durometer type A. The hardness of the material of the filling portion is 10° or more and 50° or less, and the linear shrinkage of the material of the first filling portion is The rate was in the range of 0% to 1.0%. The edge thickness T1 of the first filling portion of the roll body according to Examples 1 to 16 is 1.5 μm or more and 20 μm or less. When peeling off the first filling part, or when cleaning or wiping it off, the edge thickness When T1 was thicker, it was slightly easier to peel or remove the first filling part.
[0357] In Examples 1 to 12, the silicone resin composition or silicone rubber composition was applied to a double-sided tape. The coating was applied so as to come into contact with the first and second end faces of the cap. When the distance between the silicone resin composition or silicone rubber composition and the double-sided tape is 1 mm, The silicone resin composition or silicone rubber composition is applied and double-sided tape is placed so that As a result, it was possible to stably produce roll bodies, and the obtained roll bodies were similar to those of Examples 1 to 3. The results of the evaluation and measurement of the roll body according to Example 12 were almost the same as those of the roll body according to Example 12. In Examples 1 to 12, the silicone resin composition or silicone rubber composition and the double-sided tape The silicone resin composition or silicone rubber composition was applied and both sides were coated so that the separation distance was 3 mm. By arranging the surface tape, the roll body could be produced stably, and the obtained roll body The evaluation results and measurement results for the roll bodies according to Examples 1 to 12 were almost the same as those for the roll bodies according to Examples 1 to 12. In these cases, first, a silicone resin composition or the like is applied in a line along the width direction of the core, and then After that, the distance between the second end face of the double-sided tape and the silicone resin composition or the like is 1 mm or 3 mm. The double-sided tape is placed so that the adhesive layer is adhered to the first end surface of the double-sided tape and the silicone resin composition. The silicone resin composition or the like is applied in the width direction of the core so that the separation distance is 1 mm or 3 mm. The process was carried out in the following order: applying the paint in a line along the
[0358] Furthermore, in Example 2, the distance between the silicone rubber and the double-sided tape is 5 mm. When the silicone rubber composition was applied and double-sided tape was placed as shown in the figure, the roll was stable. The roll bodies obtained also met the above evaluation results of the roll bodies according to Example 2. The measurement results were almost the same as those shown in the table. The edge thickness T1 was 2 μm. First, the silicone rubber composition is applied in a line along the width direction of the core, and then the double-sided tape is applied. The double-sided tape was placed so that the distance between the second end surface and the silicone rubber composition was 5 mm. Furthermore, the distance between the first end surface of the double-sided tape and the silicone rubber composition is set to 5 mm. The silicone rubber composition was applied in a linear pattern along the width direction of the core.
[0359] In Example 3, a silicone rubber composition having a shear viscosity of 40 Pa·s at the time of application was used. However, for example, if the shear viscosity during application is set to 7 Pa·s and the adhesive is applied to a double-sided tape and silicone rubber, When the separation distance between the rubber compositions was set to 11 mm, the rubber composition located on the first end face side of the double-sided tape The rubber composition flowed to the side opposite to the double-sided tape. The temperature was set to 250 Pa·s, and the sheet was placed in contact with the first and second end faces of the double-sided tape. When the acrylic resin film was wrapped around the rubber composition, After hardening, a slight step occurred at the beginning of winding. Wait. [Explanation of symbols]
