Abstract
To provide a store support system, a store support method, and a store support program that can improve the reliability of a self-scanning system.SOLUTION: A store support system 10 includes: an article acquisition processor 112 that acquires an article ID from a portable terminal 2 that reads an article when a shopper puts the article into a shopping basket; an image acquisition processor 113 that acquires an image from a camera 4 that captures an image of the shopping basket when the shopper checks out; and a reporting processor 116 that allows specific information to be reported based on the total number of articles read by the portable terminal 2 calculated based on the article ID obtained by the article acquisition processor 112 and the total number of articles contained in the shopping basket estimated based on the captured image obtained by the image acquisition processor 113.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
