Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of packaging, and more specifically to cosmetic containers.
Background Art
[0002] Common cosmetic containers include cans, boxes, and sticks. Among them, lipstick and mascara are often seen in stick-shaped containers. Taking lipstick as an example, lipstick is a kind of lip cosmetic including lip cream, lip stick, lip gloss, lip glaze, etc. It not only makes the lips look beautiful and red, but also gives them luster, moisture, and protection. Conventional cosmetic containers mainly consist of a sleeve and a cap. The sleeve is provided with a bracket that can move up and down. The lipstick is placed on the bracket, and the sleeve and the cap are connected by a buckle or a screw. When the sleeve and the cap are connected by a buckle, it is difficult to grasp the tightening degree of the buckle. If it is loose, the sleeve and the cap are likely to be accidentally separated due to the shaking during carrying. If it is tight, special force is required to separate them, so it is easy to come off and inconvenient to operate. When the sleeve and the cap are connected by a screw, when rotating to separate, an incorrect operation may occur that the bracket in the sleeve rises before the sleeve and the cap are separated. Also, the sleeve and the cap may be accidentally separated due to the shaking during carrying.

[0024] In the following description, in order to clearly explain the structure and operation mode of the present invention, many directional terms will be used for explanation. [0025] The present invention relates to a cosmetic container for holding cosmetics such as lipstick. Hereinafter, a cosmetic container 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 3. Figure 1 is an exploded perspective view of the cosmetic container 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention, and Figures 2 to 3 are cross-sectional views of the cosmetic container 100 with lipstick attached according to one embodiment of the present invention in different states. As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the cosmetic container 100 comprises a housing 10, an operating member 20, a movable member 30, a driving member 40, and an elastic member 50. The movable member 30, the driving member 40, and the elastic member 50 are provided inside the housing 10. The movable member 30 is used to attach devices such as a sleeve 200 and is provided at the bottom of the housing 10, while the elastic member 50 is provided at the bottom of the housing 10. A drive member 40 is positioned below the movable member 30 to kick and drive the movable member 30 upward, restricting the movable member 30 to a first position (the position shown in Figure 2), and an operating area 13 is provided on the side of the housing 10, with an operating member 20 provided in the operating area 13, cooperating with the movable member 30 to restrict the movable member 30 to a second position (the position shown in Figure 3), and by operating the operating member 20 to release the position restriction of the movable member 30, the movable member 30 moves upward from the second position to the first position by the elastic force of the elastic member 50. For example, referring to Figures 2-3, lipstick is applied using a cosmetic container 100, the lipstick is applied to a sleeve 200, the sleeve 200 is installed inside the housing 10, specifically the sleeve 200 is installed inside the movable member 30 and driven by the movable member 30, and when not in use or when being carried, the movable member 30 is restricted to a second position inside the housing 10 by the operating member 20. At this time, the sleeve 200 is entirely housed within the housing 10. When using the lipstick, the operating member 20 is operated by pressing or other means, causing the operating member 20 to retract inward, for example, releasing the positional restriction of the movable member 30. The movable member 30 is then driven by the elastic force of the elastic member 50 to move the sleeve 200 and the lipstick upward, moving from the second position to the first position and pushing the sleeve out of the housing, thus making it convenient for the user to use.
[0026] The present invention, through the ingenious cooperation of the operating member 20, the movable member 30, and the driving member 40, reciprocates the movable member 30 between a first position and a second position to achieve extension and contraction of the sleeve and lipstick relative to the housing, making it extremely convenient for the user. Furthermore, the movable member can be restricted to the first position solely by the cooperation of the operating member and the movable member, and the movable member can be restricted to the second position solely by the cooperation of the driving member and the movable member. Compared to solutions that require multiple members to restrict the same position, this reduces the requirements for machining precision, saves machining costs, and ensures operational sensitivity.
[0027] Figure 4 is a perspective view of a drive member 40 according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figure 4, in one embodiment, the drive member 40 is provided with an elastic part 41, which cooperates with the operating member 20. When the movable member 30 moves from a first position to a second position, the elastic part 41 applies an elastic force to the operating member 20, pushing the operating member 20 outward and causing the bottom of the operating member 20 to coincide with the top edge of the movable member 30, thereby restricting the movable member 30 to the second position.
[0028] Preferably, as shown in Figure 4, the drive member 40 as a whole forms an annular structure, with a drive opening 42 formed in its side wall, the drive opening 42 as a whole forming an inverted "U" shaped groove, and the elastic portion 41 includes a first elastic portion 411 and a second elastic portion 412 that extend opposite to each other from both sides of the drive opening 42 and are separated by a certain distance in the middle portion. In this embodiment, since the first elastic portion 411 and the second elastic portion 412 extend opposite to each other from both sides of the "U" shaped groove, compared to a method in which a single elastic element is provided and connected to the top of the inverted "U" shaped groove, the solution in which a single elastic element is connected to the top of the inverted "U" shaped groove has the problem that when the upper or side edge of the operating member 20 is pressed with a finger during use, the bouncing motion of the movable member 30 cannot be activated, that is, the operating member 20 cannot overcome the elastic force of the elastic portion of the drive member 40, and the bouncing motion of the movable member 30 can be activated by pressing the middle or lower part of the operating member 20. This is mainly because when a finger applies force to the base and bottom of the elastic part, that force cannot be transmitted to the end because it overcomes the elastic force of the elastic part. Only when the finger's force is applied to the end of the elastic part can it overcome the elastic force of the elastic part, thereby activating the bouncing motion of the movable member 30, which in turn drives the sleeve to move from the second position to the first position. In contrast, the method of this embodiment is improved with this left and right dual elastic element, and by pressing the operating member from above, in the middle, or below, the bouncing motion of the movable member can be reliably activated, making operation easier and significantly improving the user experience.
[0029] Preferably, in one embodiment, the bases of the first elastic portion 411 and the second elastic portion 412 are connected to both sides of the opening, and the ends of the first elastic portion 411 and the second elastic portion 412 are twisted outward and extend naturally from the outer wall of the drive member, so that when the operating member 20 is attached to the operating area 13 of the housing 10, the first elastic portion 411 and the second elastic portion 412 can naturally apply elastic force to the operating member 20. Of course, those skilled in the art will understand that in some embodiments, it is also possible to have only one elastic portion.
[0030] Figure 5 is an exploded perspective view of a housing 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figure 5, in one embodiment, the housing 10 includes an outer housing 11 and an inner housing 12. The height of the inner housing 12 is lower than the height of the outer housing 11, and the inner housing 12 is provided inside the outer housing 11 and positioned below the outer housing 11. Preferably, the outer housing 11 is cylindrical with an open upper and lower end, and the inner housing 12 has an open upper end and a closed lower end. When the inner housing 12 is installed inside the outer housing 11, the outer housing 11 is fitted to the outside of the inner housing 12, and the bottom of the inner housing 12 becomes the bottom of the entire housing 10. The movable member 30 is installed inside the inner housing 12. The operating area 13 is an operating window provided on the side wall of the outer housing 11. The inner housing 12 is provided with a bypass opening 121 at a position corresponding to the operating window, and a bypass groove 122 is provided below the bypass opening 121. Preferably, the avoidance opening 121 extends downward from the top of the inner housing 12 and communicates with the avoidance groove 122, the width of the avoidance groove 122 is smaller than the width of the avoidance opening 121, and it is closed downward to form the bottom 123 of the avoidance groove.
[0031] Preferably, the outer wall of the inner housing 12 is provided with a plurality of vertical position limiting ribs, and the inner wall of the outer housing 11 is provided with a plurality of vertical position limiting grooves, and the inner housing is fixedly attached to the outer housing by the cooperation of the plurality of vertical position limiting ribs and the plurality of vertical position limiting grooves.
[0032] In one embodiment, returning to Figure 4, the upper part of the drive member 40 is provided with an outwardly projecting annular projection 43, which cooperates with the top of the inner housing 12, and the thickness of the projection 43 decreases above the drive opening 42, forming a groove equal in width to the drive opening 42, the width of which is approximately equal to the width of the avoidance opening 121 of the inner housing 12, and they are fitted together. When the drive member 40 is fitted into the inner housing 12, the bottom of the annular projection 43 of the drive member 40 presses against the top of the inner housing 12, the drive opening 42 and the avoidance opening 121 are aligned, the outer wall of the annular projection 43 of the drive member 40 is located on the same cylindrical surface as the outer wall of the inner housing 12, and they are fitted together inside the outer housing 11, with the ends of the first elastic part 411 and the second elastic part 412 twisted and extending from the outer wall of the inner housing 12.
[0033] Figure 6 is a perspective view of a movable member 30 according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figure 6, in one embodiment, the upper part of the movable member 30 is open to accommodate a sleeve for attaching cosmetics, etc., and an opening 31 is formed in the side wall. The side wall below the opening 31 protrudes outward by a certain distance to form a housing portion 32. That is, the inner wall of the housing portion 32 is recessed outward relative to the inner wall of the inner housing 12 to form a chamber that cooperates with the operating member 20. At the same time, the housing portion 32 cooperates with the avoidance groove 122 of the inner housing 12, and when installed, it is fitted into the avoidance groove 122 to restrict the rotation of the movable member 30 inside the inner housing 12. In other words, the avoidance groove 122 restricts the left-right position of the housing portion 32 so that the movable member 30 can only move up and down inside the inner housing 12 and cannot rotate left and right.
[0034] Preferably, returning to Figure 5, the bottom of the avoidance groove 122 is higher than the bottom of the inner housing 12, the movable member 30 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic member 50 and moves downward to a predetermined position, the bottom of the housing 32 (the portion that protrudes outward and exceeds the outer wall of the inner housing 12) comes into contact with the bottom 123 of the avoidance groove, and further downward movement of the movable member 30 is restricted.
[0035] Figure 7 is a perspective view of an operating member 20 according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figure 7, in one embodiment, the operating member 20 comprises an operating member body 21 and a locking portion 22 extending downward from the operating member body 21. The outer wall of the locking portion 22 is recessed by a certain distance from the outer wall of the operating member body 21, allowing it to enter the housing portion 32 of the movable member 30 when pressed. It is movable outward by the elastic force of the drive portion 41 of the drive member 40, and in cooperation with the top portion 321 of the housing portion 32 of the movable member 30, it restricts the upward movement of the movable member 30 under the action of the elastic force, thereby restricting the movable member 30 to a first position.
[0036] Returning to Figures 1 and 6, in one embodiment, the cosmetic container 100 further comprises an annular magnet and an annular weight. The bottom of the movable member 30 is provided with a downwardly projecting projection 33, and the annular magnet and annular weight are fitted sequentially to the outside of the projection 33. Because the annular magnet is thin, it is lightweight, and in order to ensure its effectiveness, an annular weight is added. The upper end of the elastic member is fitted to the outside of the annular magnet and annular weight, and the lower end of the elastic member is attached to the bottom of the inner housing.
[0037] In one embodiment, the cosmetic container further comprises an annular magnetic body 60, the bottom of which a projection 33 is provided that protrudes downward, the inner diameter of the annular magnetic body 60 matches the outer diameter of the projection 33, the height of the annular magnetic body 60 is the same as the height of the projection 33 and is fitted to the outside of the projection 33, the elastic member 50 is a spring, the upper end of the spring is fitted to the outside of the annular magnetic body 60 and the lower end of the spring is attached to the bottom of the inner housing 12. Compared to solutions using magnets and weights, the solution of forming the annular magnetic body 60 by magnetizing an annular iron block saves one part, simplifies installation and saves costs.
[0038] Preferably, the height of the locking portion 22 of the operating member 20 is approximately equal to the height of the protruding portion 33 of the movable member 30, and equal to the distance between the first position and the second position.
[0039] In one embodiment, the side walls of the avoidance opening 121 of the inner housing 12 are provided with lateral position limiting grooves 125 arranged symmetrically with respect to the avoidance opening 121, and the side wall facing the avoidance opening is provided with a longitudinal position limiting groove 126. The drive member 40 is provided with a lateral position limiting rib 45 that cooperates with the lateral position limiting groove 125 and a longitudinal position limiting rib 46 that cooperates with the longitudinal position limiting groove 126, respectively, in order to securely fix the drive member 40 to the inner housing 12 when the drive member 40 is attached to the inner housing 12.
[0040] In one embodiment, the cosmetic container of the present invention further comprises a sleeve 200 installed inside a housing for holding cosmetics such as lipstick, the sleeve being formed by injection molding with iron-containing powder added to plastic, and the magnetic material 60 applying a magnetic force to the sleeve when the sleeve is installed inside the housing 10.
[0041] Referring to Figures 2-3, during installation, the annular magnetic body 60 is fixedly attached to the outside of the protruding portion 33 at the bottom of the movable member 30, and the upper end of the elastic member 50 is fixedly attached to the outside of the annular magnetic body. Then, the movable member 30 with the annular magnetic body and elastic member attached is installed inside the inner housing 12, the opening of the movable member 30 is aligned with the avoidance opening 121 of the inner housing 12, the housing portion 32 of the movable member 30 extends from the avoidance groove 122 of the inner housing 12, the lower end of the elastic member 50 abuts against the bottom of the inner housing 12, and then the drive member 40 is attached to the top of the inner housing 12. When the drive opening 42 of the material 40 is basically aligned with the avoidance opening 121 of the inner housing 12, and the bottom side wall of the drive member 40 is aligned with the upper side wall of the movable member 30, and the upper annular projection 43 of the drive member 40 abuts against the top of the inner housing 12, the top 321 of the housing portion 32 of the movable member 30 becomes substantially flush with the bottom of the avoidance opening 121 of the inner housing 12, the elastic member 50 is in a slightly compressed state, maintaining a slightly upward elastic force, and the drive member 40 is clamped and fixed in cooperation with the lateral position limiting groove and the vertical position limiting groove of the inner housing 12 by the lateral position limiting rib and the vertical position limiting rib. In other words, if the lateral position limiting rib and the vertical position limiting rib are not engaged with the lateral position limiting groove and the vertical position limiting groove, the movable member and the drive member will move upward by a certain distance due to the elastic force of the elastic member.By engaging the lateral and longitudinal position limiting ribs of the drive member with the lateral and longitudinal position limiting grooves of the inner housing, the positions of the drive member and the movable member are limited against the slight elastic force of the elastic member, that is, the position of the movable member is limited to a first position by the drive member. The inner housing 12, to which the movable member, drive member, magnetic material, and elastic member are attached, is fixedly mounted inside the outer housing 11. The operating member 20 is mounted inside the outer housing 10 such that the operating member body 21 faces the operating window 13 and extends from the operating window 13, positioned on the same cylindrical surface as the outer wall of the outer housing 11. Preferably, the top of the operating member 20 can be formed with a structure that is recessed inward to engage with the housing. The locking portion 22 at the bottom of the operating member 20 enters into the housing portion 32 of the movable member 30, or, in conjunction with the upper surface of the housing portion 32, limits the position of the movable member. The sleeve 200 is installed inside the housing and is attracted to the bottom of the movable member 30 by the magnetic force of the magnetic material 60. The movable member 30 is restricted to the first position by the alignment and stopping of the locking part 22 of the operating member 20 and the housing part 32 of the movable member 30. At this time, the sleeve and cosmetics such as lipstick are housed inside the housing. When use is needed, the elastic member body is operated by pressing or other means, overcoming the elastic force of the elastic part of the drive member, the locking part moves inward and away from the top of the housing, the movable member 30 moves upward by the elastic force of the elastic member 60, the locking part of the operating member enters the housing, and the movable member moves the sleeve and cosmetics such as lipstick upward over the top of the housing, allowing the user to easily take out and use the cosmetics such as lipstick.
[0042] It should be noted that the sleeve can be replaced with other cosmetic carriers such as mascara, and that when the cosmetic container is closed, the sleeve can be secured within the housing using a buckle or the like.
