AI Technical Summary
Conventional containers with droppers fail to extract all remaining liquid due to accumulation and spreading of liquid between the maximum width portion and the bottom, leading to residual liquid inside the container.
A container design with an annular recess featuring a deep and shallow section, a tilted mouth axis, and tapered bottom sections that guide liquid flow into a deep portion for extraction, using a dropper with an inclined extraction tip to ensure complete liquid removal.
The design allows for reliable and complete extraction of liquid, minimizing residual liquid and adhesion to the extraction tip, even with manufacturing tolerances, by utilizing the angled recess and tapered sections to direct liquid flow.

Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a container with an extraction part capable of extracting a liquid stored inside.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, as a container with an extraction part capable of extracting a liquid stored inside, a container with a dropper is known (Patent Document 1). As shown in FIG. 7, this container includes a container body 101 that stores a liquid inside, a lid body 106 that is disposed at the mouth part 103 of the container body 101 and has a through hole, and a dropper 109 that is inserted into the through hole of the lid body 106. The container body 101 has a bottom 102 and a mouth part 103. Further, in the container body 101, a position slightly lower than the center between the bottom 102 and the mouth part 103 has the maximum width. This maximum width portion of the container body 101 is the liquid reservoir part 104.
[0003] In this container, when the amount of liquid remaining in the container body 101 decreases, the container body 101 can be tilted to store the liquid in the liquid reservoir part 104, and then this liquid can be sucked by the dropper 109.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] However, in the above container, even if the container body is tilted, since the liquid spreads and accumulates between the maximum width portion and the bottom, it is impossible to suck up all the liquid with the dropper, and there is a risk that the liquid remains inside the container body.
[0006] An object of the present invention is to provide a container with an extraction part capable of sufficiently extracting a liquid stored inside.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0007] The present invention provides a container with an extraction section, comprising: a container body capable of holding liquid, having a bottom wall, a side wall rising from the bottom outer circumference of the bottom wall, and a mouth protruding outward from the side wall; a lid body that is detachable from the mouth, and a lid body provided on the lid body and equipped with a liquid extraction section that can be inserted into the container body via the mouth to extract liquid; the container body is composed of the bottom outer circumference of the bottom wall and a lower end portion that rises continuously from the bottom outer circumference of the side wall, and has an annular recess recessed downward from the radial center of the bottom wall, the annular recess comprising a deep portion formed in a part of the circumferential direction and a shallow portion arranged radially opposite to the deep portion and having a shallower vertical depth than the deep portion; and the mouth protruding from the side wall such that the mouth axis aligns with an inclined axis whose upper side is tilted toward the deep portion with respect to the vertical axis passing through the radial center of the bottom wall.
[0008] With this configuration, the annular recess has a deep section and a shallow section, and the opening is angled and protrudes toward the deep section. Therefore, when the amount of liquid remaining is small, tilting the container so that the deep section is facing downwards causes the liquid to flow from the shallow section to the deep section, where it accumulates. Thus, by inserting the liquid extraction section from the opening toward the deep section, the liquid can be fully extracted.
[0009] Furthermore, in the container with the extraction section, the bottom deep portion of the bottom outer circumference of the bottom wall, which forms the deep portion, comprises a first tapered portion that slopes downward toward the outer diameter, and a second tapered portion provided on the inner diameter of the first tapered portion, which slopes downward toward the outer diameter with a smaller slope than the first tapered portion, and the tip of the liquid extraction section inserted from the opening may be able to abut against or approach the second tapered portion.
[0010] With this configuration, the second tapered portion can form a shallow area in the diameter portion of the deep part, and the tip of the liquid extraction part can be positioned in this shallow area to extract the liquid, thereby ensuring reliable liquid extraction while suppressing liquid adhesion to the tip of the liquid extraction part.
[0011] Furthermore, in the container with the extraction section, the liquid extraction section comprises an extraction body along the extraction axis direction, and an extraction tip provided at the tip of the extraction body along an extraction inclination axis inclined with respect to the extraction axis, wherein the extraction tip may be able to contact or approach the second tapered section in a state inclined toward the first tapered section from the extraction body.
[0012] With this configuration, the extraction tip can be positioned in a shallow area while the container body is tilted toward the deeper area to extract the liquid, thus ensuring reliable extraction. [Effects of the Invention]
[0013] Based on the above, the present invention provides a container with an extraction unit that can sufficiently extract the liquid contained inside. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[Figure 6] Figure 6 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the container with the extraction unit during extraction. [Figure 7] Figure 7 is a cross-sectional view of a conventional container with an extraction section. It is a side view showing [the relevant part of the container]. [Modes for carrying out the invention]
[0015] Hereinafter, the container with an extraction part according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described while referring to FIGS. 1 to 6. This container with an extraction part is, for example, a container that can extract a liquid (such as a liquid cosmetic like a beauty liquid, a liquid medicine, a liquid food like a seasoning, or other liquids) accumulated inside. This liquid may be a liquid with low viscosity or a liquid with high viscosity.
[0016] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the container 1 with an extraction part includes a container body 2 having a bottom wall part 3, a side wall part 4 rising from the bottom outer peripheral part 30 of the bottom wall part 3, and a mouth part 5 projecting outward with respect to the side wall part 4. Further, the container 1 with an extraction part includes a lid part 6 having a lid body part 7 detachable from the mouth part 5 and a liquid extraction part 8 provided on the lid body part 7 and inserted into the container body 2 through the mouth part 5.
[0017] The container body 2 is a part that can store a liquid. Also, the container body 2 has a shape that can be placed on a horizontal container placement surface. For example, the container body 2 is a bottomed substantially cylindrical shape composed of a bottom wall part 3 and a side wall part 4, and in this embodiment, it is a bottomed cylindrical shape. The container body 2 is, for example, made of resin, but it may be formed of a material other than resin such as glass. Also, the container body 2 is formed by blow molding, but it may be formed by other methods.
[0018] Furthermore, the container body 2 includes an annular recess 20 formed by the bottom outer peripheral part 30 of the bottom wall part 3 and the lower end part 40 rising continuously from the bottom outer peripheral part 30 in the side wall part 4 (see FIG. 2).
[0019] The annular recess 20 is an annular recess recessed downward from the central part 31 in the radial direction of the bottom wall part 3. Also, in a state where the container 1 with an extraction part is placed on a horizontal container placement surface, the liquid tends to accumulate in the annular recess 20. As shown in FIG. 5, this annular recess 20 is substantially annular when viewed from above.
[0020] Furthermore, the annular recess 20 includes a deep portion 22 formed in a part of the circumferential direction (the left portion in FIG. 5), and a shallow portion 23 disposed radially opposite to the deep portion 22 (disposed in the right portion in FIG. 5) and having a shallower depth in the vertical direction than the deep portion 22. In the present embodiment, the annular recess 20 includes a connecting portion 24 that connects the deep portion 22 and the shallow portion 23 in the circumferential direction.
[0021] The deep portion 22 is a portion of the annular recess 20 that is deeper than the connecting portion 24 (see FIG. 2). In the present embodiment, the boundary between the bottom wall portion 3 and the side wall portion 4 in the deep portion 22 is a curved surface, but it may not be a curved surface.
[0022] The shallow portion 23 is a portion of the annular recess 20 that is shallower than the connecting portion 24. The boundary between the bottom wall portion 3 and the side wall portion 4 in the shallow portion 23 is, for example, a concave bottom with a changing inclination direction, which is a curved surface. In the present embodiment, it is a curved surface with a smaller curvature than the boundary between the bottom wall portion 3 and the side wall portion 4 in the deep portion 22. That is, in the annular recess 20, due to the different curvatures of the boundaries between the bottom wall portion 3 and the side wall portion 4, the deep portion 22 and the shallow portion 23 are easily formed. Note that the boundary between the bottom wall portion 3 and the side wall portion 4 in the shallow portion 23 may be a curved surface having substantially the same curvature as the boundary between the bottom wall portion 3 and the side wall portion 4 in the deep portion 22, or may not be a curved surface.
[0023] The connecting portion 24 includes a relay portion 241 in which a part in the circumferential direction has a narrower radial concave width than other parts (other parts of the connecting portion 24) (see FIG. 5). The connecting portion 24 also includes a deep connecting portion 242 that is continuous with the deep portion 22 and a shallow connecting portion 243 that is continuous with the shallow portion 23. The deep connecting portion 242 connects the deep portion 22 and the relay portion 241. The concave width of the deep connecting portion 242 gradually changes from the deep portion 22 to the relay portion 241. The shallow connecting portion 243 connects the shallow portion 23 and the relay portion 241. The concave width of the shallow connecting portion 243 gradually changes from the shallow portion 23 to the relay portion 241. Specifically, the concave width of the connecting portion 24 gradually narrows from the deep portion 22 side to the relay portion 241 side and gradually narrows from the shallow portion 23 side to the relay portion 241 side. Also, the central portion in the circumferential direction of the connecting portion 24 is narrow at the relay portion 241 and widens toward both ends.
[0024] The bottom wall portion 3 is the part that constitutes the bottom of the container body 2. In this embodiment, the bottom wall portion 3 is roughly disc-shaped.
[0025] The bottom outer circumference 30 is the part that comes into contact with the container mounting surface when the container body 2 is placed on the container mounting surface. The bottom outer circumference 30 is inclined downward from the radial center 31 of the bottom wall 3 as it extends outward. The bottom outer circumference 30 is also roughly annular in shape. In this embodiment, the outer edge of the bottom outer circumference 30 has a rounded shape (curved).
[0026] Furthermore, the bottom outer circumference 30 includes a bottom deep portion 32 that forms the deep portion 22. In addition, the bottom outer circumference 30 includes a bottom shallow portion 33 that forms the shallow portion 23. The bottom outer circumference 30 also includes a bottom connecting portion 34 that connects the bottom deep portion 32 and the bottom shallow portion 33.
[0027] The deep bottom portion 32 comprises multiple sections that are inclined at different angles with respect to the container mounting surface (e.g., a horizontal plane). Specifically, the deep bottom portion 32 comprises a first tapered section 321 that is inclined downward towards the outer diameter, and a second tapered section 322 provided on the inner diameter side of the first tapered section 321. The second tapered section 322 is inclined downward towards the outer diameter with a smaller inclination than the first tapered section 321. In this embodiment, the length of the first tapered section 321 in the inclination direction is longer than the length of the second tapered section 322 in the inclination direction. Also, the height of the upper end of the first tapered section 321 from the container mounting surface is lower than the height of the upper end of the second tapered section 322 from the container mounting surface. Note that the deep bottom portion 32 does not necessarily have multiple sections that are inclined at different angles with respect to the container mounting surface; that is, the entire deep bottom portion 32 may be inclined at a uniform angle with respect to the container mounting surface.
[0028] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the bottom deep portion 32 includes a central connecting portion 323 that connects the second tapered portion 322 and the radial central portion 31. In this embodiment, the central connecting portion 323 is convex upward and has an R shape. Note that the bottom deep portion 32 does not necessarily have a central connecting portion 323, and the second tapered portion 322 and the radial central portion 31 may be directly connected.
[0029] The shallow bottom portion 33 is inclined at a uniform angle with respect to the container mounting surface (e.g., the horizontal plane) of the bottom wall portion 3. The inclination angle of the shallow bottom portion 33 with respect to the container mounting surface is smaller than the inclination angle of the second tapered portion 322 with respect to the container mounting surface. The shallow bottom portion 33 may have multiple portions that are inclined at different angles with respect to the container mounting surface.
[0030] In this embodiment, the length of the shallow bottom portion 33 in the inclination direction is longer than the sum of the length of the first tapered portion 321 in the inclination direction and the length of the second tapered portion 322 in the inclination direction. The height of the upper end of the shallow bottom portion 33 from the container mounting surface is lower than the height of the upper end of the first tapered portion 321 from the container mounting surface.
[0031] The bottom connecting section 34 includes a bottom middle section 341 in which a portion in the circumferential direction is narrower in the radial direction than the other portion (the other portion of the bottom outer circumference 30). The bottom connecting section 34 also includes a deep bottom connecting section 342 that is continuous with the deep bottom section 32, and a shallow bottom connecting section 343 that is continuous with the shallow bottom section 33. The deep bottom connecting section 342 connects the deep bottom section 32 and the bottom middle section 341. The width of the deep bottom connecting section 342 gradually changes from the deep bottom section 32 to the bottom middle section 341. The shallow bottom connecting section 343 connects the shallow bottom section 33 and the bottom middle section 341. The width of the shallow bottom connecting section 343 gradually changes from the shallow bottom section 33 to the bottom middle section 341. Specifically, the width of the shallow bottom connecting section 343 gradually narrows from the deep bottom section 32 side to the bottom middle section 341 side, and gradually narrows from the shallow bottom section 33 side to the bottom middle section 341 side. Furthermore, the circumferential central part of the bottom connecting portion 34 is narrow at the middle of the bottom portion 341 and widens towards both ends.
[0032] The radial center portion 31 of the bottom wall portion 3 is the part located above and spaced apart from the container mounting surface when the container body 2 is placed on the container mounting surface. The radial center portion 31 is, for example, shaped like a roughly circular disc with a portion missing. In this embodiment, the radial center portion 31 is slightly inclined downward from the deep portion 22 side to the shallow portion 23 side. Specifically, the inclination angle of the radial center portion 31 with respect to the container mounting surface is smaller than the inclination angle of the shallow bottom portion 33 with respect to the container mounting surface. As a result, when the container body 2 is placed on the container mounting surface, liquid flows easily from the radial center portion 31 to the shallow portion 23. In addition, the deep bottom portion 32 can be formed to be deeper.
[0033] In this embodiment, the length of the radial central portion 31 in the inclination direction is longer than the sum of the length of the first tapered portion 321 and the length of the second tapered portion 322 in the inclination direction. Also, the length of the radial central portion 31 in the inclination direction is longer than the length of the shallow bottom portion 33 in the inclination direction. The height of the upper end of the radial central portion 31 from the container mounting surface is higher than the height of the upper end of the first tapered portion 321 from the container mounting surface. Also, the height of the upper end of the radial central portion 31 from the container mounting surface is lower than the height of the upper end of the second tapered portion 322 from the container mounting surface. Furthermore, the height of the upper end of the radial central portion 31 from the container mounting surface is higher than the height of the upper end of the shallow bottom portion 33 from the container mounting surface. The height of the upper end of the radial central portion 31 from the container mounting surface is higher than the height of the upper end of the bottom connecting portion 34 from the container mounting surface. The height of the lower end of the radial central portion 31 from the container mounting surface is lower than the height of the upper end of the first tapered portion 321 from the container mounting surface.
[0034] The side wall portion 4 is the part that constitutes the side wall of the container body 2. The side wall portion 4 has a mouth-installation opening 460 at its upper end, into which the mouth portion 5 is provided. In this embodiment, the side wall portion 4 comprises a lower portion 45 that is continuous with the bottom wall portion 3, and an upper portion 46 that extends upward from the upper edge of the lower portion 45 (see Figure 2). The lower end of the lower portion 45 constitutes the lower end portion 40 of the side wall portion 4.
[0035] The lower end portion 40 of the side wall portion 4 is substantially cylindrical. In this embodiment, the vertical dimension of the lower portion 45 is shorter at the portion located on the deep portion 22 side (the portion located on the left side in Figure 2) and longer at the portion located on the shallow portion 23 side (the portion located on the right side in Figure 2). The lower portion 45 opens in a state that is inclined toward the deep portion 22 side.
[0036] Furthermore, the lower end portion 40 includes a side deep portion 42 that forms the deep portion 22 and a side shallow portion 43 that forms the shallow portion 23 (see Figure 5). In addition, the lower end portion 40 includes a side connecting portion 44 that connects the side deep portion 42 and the side shallow portion 43. Each of the parts 42, 43, and 44 of the lower end portion 40 is a curved surface.
[0037] In the deep lateral section 42, the curvature is approximately uniform in all parts in the vertical direction. In the shallow lateral section 43, the curvature increases towards the lower part. Furthermore, the curvature of the shallow lateral section 43 is greater than the curvature of the deep lateral section 42. In addition, the inclination angle of the deep lateral section 42 with respect to the shallow bottom section 33 is greater than the inclination angle of the deep lateral section 42 with respect to the first tapered section 321. As a result, the deep section 22 is deep and narrow, and the shallow section 23 is shallow and wide. The curvature of the connecting lateral section 44 gradually changes from the deep lateral section 42 to the shallow lateral section 43. Furthermore, the curvature of the connecting lateral section 44 gradually increases from the deep lateral section 42 to the shallow lateral section 43.
[0038] The upper part 46 of the side wall 4 is roughly cylindrical in shape, with a smaller diameter towards the opening 5. The vertical dimension of the upper part 46 is shorter at the part located on the deeper part 22 side (the part located on the left in Figure 2) and longer at the part located on the shallower part 23 side (the part located on the right in Figure 2). The upper part 46 opens with an inclination toward the deeper part 22. Specifically, the upper part 46 is inclined toward the deeper part 22 more than the lower part 45. The upper end of the upper part 46 constitutes the opening 460.
[0039] The mouth-mounting opening 460 is provided continuously with the upper end opening of the upper part 46. The upper surface of the mouth-mounting opening 460 is a flat surface. The mouth-mounting opening 460 comprises an outwardly extending extension 461 and an inner flange portion 462 extending inward from the extension 461. The flange surface, which is the outer surface of the inner flange portion 462, is a flat, annular surface. The mouth portion 5 protrudes outward from this flange surface.
[0040] In the annular recess 20, the deep section 22, the deep connecting section 242, the intermediate section 241, the shallow connecting section 243, and the shallow section 23 are arranged in the circumferential direction in that order. Therefore, the amount of liquid that the annular recess 20 can hold is large in the deep section 22 because the deep bottom section 32 is deep and makes it easier to collect liquid, small in the connecting section 24 because the width of the bottom connecting section 34 is narrow, and large in the shallow section 23 because the width of the bottom shallow section 33 is wide.
[0041] The mouth portion 5 is located at the upper end of the container body 2 and is the part to which the lid body portion 7 is attached (see Figure 2). The mouth portion 5 is projected from the side wall portion 4 such that the mouth portion axis L3 aligns with an inclined axis L2, which is tilted upward toward the depth portion 22 with respect to the vertical axis L1 passing through the radial center C3 of the bottom wall portion 3.
[0042] The mouth axis L3 is inclined at approximately 40° to 60° with respect to the container mounting surface (e.g., a horizontal plane), preferably at approximately 45° to 55°. If the mouth axis L3 is 45° or more, the container body 2 will be less likely to tip over when placed on the container mounting surface. Also, if the mouth axis L3 is 45° or more, the liquid level will be higher when the same amount of liquid is contained in the container body 2, resulting in a better appearance. Furthermore, if the mouth axis L3 is 55° or less, it will be easier to insert the liquid extraction part 8 into the deep part 22 of the annular recess 20 when the amount of liquid in the container body 2 decreases.
[0043] In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, the mouth portion 5 comprises a base portion 50 that is continuous with the container body 2, and a mouth body portion 51 that protrudes outward (upward in Figure 3) from the base portion 50 and to which the lid body portion 7 can be attached and detached.
[0044] The base portion 50 is substantially cylindrical in shape. The base portion 50 also protrudes outward from the mouth installation opening 460. Specifically, the base portion 50 protrudes perpendicularly from the flange surface of the inner flange portion 462. The base portion 50 is configured to have a larger diameter than the mouth body portion 51 and has a raised base portion 52 in a part of the circumferential direction that is higher in the protruding direction (vertical direction in Figure 3) than other parts. Furthermore, the base portion 50 has a lower base portion 53 that is lower than other parts. That is, the raised base portion 52 is higher than the lower base portion 53. In this embodiment, the raised base portion 52 is provided in an area of less than half of the circumferential direction of the base portion 50.
[0045] The raised base 52 is positioned in a location corresponding to the deep section 22 in the circumferential direction, specifically, in a location that overlaps with the deep section 22 when viewed from the inclined axis L2. Furthermore, the upper surface 520 of the raised base 52 is higher in the protruding direction than the upper surfaces of other parts of the base 50. Therefore, a wider space in the protruding direction is secured on the inner diameter of the raised base 52 than in other parts of the base 50.
[0046] The lower base portion 53 is positioned in the circumferential direction at a location corresponding to the shallow portion 23, that is, at a location radially opposite to the higher base portion, specifically at a location that overlaps with the shallow portion 23 when viewed from the inclined axis L2. Furthermore, the upper surface 530 of the lower base portion 53 is lower in the projection direction than the upper surfaces of other parts of the base portion 50. Therefore, a wider space is secured on the radially outer side of the lower base portion 53 in the projection direction than on other parts of the base portion 50.
[0047] The mouthpiece body 51 is roughly cylindrical and has a male screw on its outer circumference. The inner diameter of the mouthpiece body 51 is smaller than the inner diameter of the base 50.
[0048] The lid portion 6 is a component that can be attached to the container body 2 (see Figures 1 and 4). Furthermore, the lid portion 6 serves as both a lid when the container 1 with the extraction unit is not in use (when storing it, Figure 1) and an extraction unit when extracting liquid (when extracting liquid from the container body 2, Figure 4).
[0049] The lid body portion 7 has a top plate 71 with a through hole 70 and a cylindrical portion 72 that is closed by the top plate 71. The inner circumference of the cylindrical portion 72 is provided with a female screw that can be screwed into the male screw of the mouth body portion 51. The inner diameter of the lid body portion 7 is larger than the outer diameter of the mouth body portion 51. Also, the inner diameter of the lid body portion 7 is larger than the outer diameter of the base portion 50.
[0050] The liquid extraction section 8 is a part that can extract liquid from the container body 2 (see Figure 2). In this embodiment, the liquid extraction section 8 is a dropper for sucking up liquid, but it may also be a cotton swab that can absorb liquid, or a rod-shaped member that can adhere to or scoop up liquid. The liquid extraction section 8 is inserted through a through hole in the lid body 7.
[0051] Furthermore, the liquid extraction unit 8 comprises an extraction body 80 aligned with the extraction axis L4, and an extraction tip 81 provided at the tip of the extraction body 80, aligned with an extraction inclination axis L5 that is inclined with respect to the extraction axis L4. The liquid extraction unit 8 also includes an extraction operation unit 82 for performing the extraction operation of the liquid extraction unit 8. In this embodiment, the extraction operation unit 82 controls the positioning of the extraction unit 8 and the extraction (suction) of the liquid.
[0052] The tip of the liquid extraction section 8 (in this embodiment, the extraction tip 81) inserted from the opening 5 can contact or approach the bottom depth 32 of the bottom wall 3. In this embodiment, it can contact or approach the second tapered section 322. Specifically, when the tip of the liquid extraction section 8 (in this embodiment, the extraction tip 81) is stored (see Figure 2), it is positioned about 1 mm to 3 mm above the upper surface of the bottom wall 3, so that the tip of the liquid extraction section 8 (in this embodiment, the extraction tip 81) does not get damaged by contacting the bottom wall 3. Also, when the liquid is extracted (see Figure 6), the tip of the liquid extraction section 8 (in this embodiment, the extraction tip 81) contacts or approaches the second tapered section 322. In this state, the hole for extracting liquid provided in the extraction tip 81, which is the tip of the liquid extraction section 8, faces the depth 22 side, specifically towards the first tapered section 321.
[0053] Furthermore, since the tip of the liquid extraction unit 8 (in this embodiment, the extraction tip 81) has a rounded shape, for example, it is less likely to be damaged when it comes into contact with the bottom depth 32. In addition, this rounded shape makes it less likely for liquid to drip from the time the liquid extraction unit 8 extracts the liquid until it is dripped. Note that the tip of the liquid extraction unit 8 (in this embodiment, the extraction tip 81) may not have a rounded shape.
[0054] In this embodiment, the extraction body portion 80 and the extraction tip portion 81 are integrally formed from glass. However, the extraction body portion 80 and the extraction tip portion 81 may be composed of separately formed components, or they may be made of a material other than glass, such as resin.
[0055] During extraction, the extraction tip 81 can contact or approach the second tapered portion 322 in a state inclined toward the first tapered portion 321 from the extraction body 80 (see Figure 6). The extraction inclination axis L5 is inclined toward the vertical axis L1 with respect to the extraction axis L4. When not extracting, the extraction tip 81 may be in any position. For example, the extraction tip 81 may be inclined toward the horizontal side from the extraction body 80.
[0056] In this embodiment, the extraction operation unit 82 and the extraction body 80 and extraction tip 81 are combined from separate components. The extraction operation unit 82 is made of, for example, rubber.
[0057] With the above-described container 1 with an extraction section, for example, when there is a lot of liquid remaining, the container body 2 is tilted so that the shallow section 23 is lower than the deep section 22 to extract the liquid. Also, since the annular recess 20 has a deep section 22 and a shallow section 23, and the opening 5 is projected inclined toward the deep section 22, when there is little liquid remaining, tilting the container body 2 so that the deep section 22 is lower than the shallow section 23 causes the liquid to flow from the shallow section 23 toward the deep section 22, and accumulates concentrated in the deep section 22. Therefore, by inserting the liquid extraction section 8 from the opening 5 toward the deep section 22, the liquid can be sufficiently extracted. Thus, even if the dimensions of the liquid extraction section 8 are shorter than the design value due to manufacturing tolerances, the liquid can still be sufficiently extracted from inside the container body 2.
[0058] In this embodiment, the boundary between the bottom wall 3 and the side wall 4 in the deep part 22 of the annular recess 20 is curved, making it easier to extract the liquid accumulated in the deep part 22 compared to a V-shaped configuration made up of flat surfaces. Also, because the boundary between the bottom wall 3 and the side wall 4 in the shallow part 23 of the annular recess 20 is curved, compared to a V-shaped configuration made up of flat surfaces, when the container body 2 is tilted so that the deep part 22 is at the bottom and the liquid flows from the shallow part 23 to the deep part 22, less liquid is left in the shallow part 23.
[0059] Furthermore, in the container 1 with an extraction section of this embodiment, the second tapered section 322 can form a shallow area within the diameter of the deep section 22, and the tip of the liquid extraction section 8 (in this embodiment, the extraction tip 81) can be positioned in this shallow area to extract the liquid. Therefore, when extracting the liquid, the liquid can be reliably extracted while suppressing the adhesion of the liquid to the tip of the liquid extraction section 8 (in this embodiment, the extraction tip 81).
[0060] In the container 1 with an extraction section of this embodiment, the extraction tip 81 is positioned in the shallow area, and the container body 2 is tilted toward the deeper area (towards the deep part 22) to extract the liquid, thus ensuring reliable extraction of the liquid.
[0061] Furthermore, in the container 1 with an extraction section of this embodiment, by providing a raised base 52 at a position corresponding to the deep part 22 of the base 50, a wide space is secured in the direction of protrusion on the inner diameter of the raised base 52. As a result, when inserting the liquid extraction section 8 from the opening 5, the liquid extraction section 8 is less likely to interfere with the inside of the base 50, and the liquid extraction section 8 can be inserted all the way to the bottom.
[0062] In the container 1 with an extraction section of this embodiment, a low base section 53 is provided at a position corresponding to the shallow section 23 of the base section 50 (a position radially opposite to the high base section). As a result, a wide space is secured on the outer side of the low base section 53 in the direction of protrusion, so that interference between the lid body section 7 and the base section 50 can be suppressed when inserting the liquid extraction section 8.
[0063] Furthermore, in the container 1 with an extraction section of this embodiment, the intermediate section 241, in which the radial recess width of the connecting section 24 is narrow due to the annular recess 20, allows the liquid flow to be accelerated in the intermediate section 241, thus enabling the solution to be smoothly moved from the shallow section 23 to the deep section 22.
[0064] It should be noted that the container with an extraction section of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. For example, the configuration of one embodiment can be added to the configuration of another embodiment, and a part of the configuration of one embodiment can be replaced with the configuration of another embodiment. Furthermore, a part of the configuration of one embodiment can be deleted.
[0065] For example, the extraction tip 81 was aligned with the extraction inclination axis L5, which is inclined with respect to the extraction axis L4, but it may also be configured to be aligned with the extraction axis L4.
[0066] In the above embodiment, the extraction tip 81 could contact or approach the second tapered portion 322 at an angle from the extraction body 80 toward the first tapered portion 321 during extraction. However, it may also contact or approach the second tapered portion 322 in a different orientation (for example, along the inclination axis L2). Furthermore, although the extraction tip 81 could contact the second tapered portion 322 during extraction, it does not have to contact or approach the second tapered portion 322; it is sufficient for it to contact at least the upper surface of the liquid contained in the container body 2. Even in this case, the liquid extraction unit 8 can still extract the liquid.
[0067] Furthermore, the radial width of the bottom outer circumference 30 constituting the annular recess 20 (the radial recess width of the annular recess 20) may be other dimensions, and may be approximately the same width in the deep bottom portion 32, the bottom connecting portion 34, and the shallow bottom portion 33.
