To provide a naked eye stereoscopic image display device which can display a high-resolution stereoscopic image with uniform luminance by making a joint of a connection portion of a plurality of element lenses inconspicuous.SOLUTION: A naked eye stereoscopic image display device according to an embodiment 1 of the present invention comprises: an image display part which displays element images observed from many different view point positions so as to be arrayed on an image display surface; and a light collecting system array part which is arranged on a front surface side on which projection light of the image display part is emitted. The light collecting system array part is constituted by a plurality of element light collecting system regions.
