[0009] The embodiments of the present invention will now be described based on the drawings. Figures 1 to 6 show a first embodiment of the simple structure of the present invention. This simple structure is applied to a garden room installed in the garden of a house, and as shown in Figures 1 and 2, it comprises a simple building 1 installed away from the exterior wall W of the building, and a gap-filling material 2 that closes the gap between the exterior wall W and the simple building 1. The simple building 1 is installed on a dirt floor G, and a sliding window (not shown) is installed in the exterior wall W, allowing access to and from the simple building 1 from inside the building.
[0010] As shown in Fig. 1, the simple building 1 forms a rectangular frame by surrounding the front girder 3, the rear girder 4, and the left and right side girders 5, 5, and the frame is supported by four columns 6 arranged at the left and right ends of the front girder 3 and the left and right ends of the rear girder 4. The front girder 3, the rear girder 4, and the left and right side girders 5, 5 are all arranged horizontally, and the four columns 6 are of the same length. A roof 7 is provided at the opening of the frame composed of the girders 3, 4, 5, 5, and building fixtures 8 such as folding doors are provided at the front opening below the front girder 3 and the side openings below the side girders 5, 5.
[0011] The front girder 3, the rear girder 4, and the side girder 5 are formed by cutting an extruded profile of the same aluminum alloy into a predetermined length. As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, their cross-sectional shapes are all the same. The girders 3, 4, 5 have a hollow portion 9 with a rectangular cross-section and a concave portion 10 with a U-shaped cross-section whose lower side is open, continuously in the longitudinal direction. The concave portion 10 is closed by attaching a gusset plate 11 from below, except for the portion that swallows the column 6. On the upper surface of the bottom wall 10a of the concave portion 10, a back plate 12 for fixing the column is held slidably in the longitudinal direction of the girders 3, 4. The side girder 5 abuts against the rear side surface of the front girder 3 and the front side surface of the rear girder 4 at the longitudinal end faces (ends), and is fixed using a U-shaped connecting fitting 13 (see Fig. 3(a)). Caps 14 are attached to the longitudinal end faces (ends) of the front girder 3 and the rear girder 4 as shown in Fig. 3(b).
[0012] Figs. 8 and 9 show an embodiment of the cap 14. The cap 14 is composed of a main body 15 and a thin plate 16 sandwiched between the main body 15 and the ends of the front girder 3 and the rear girder 4. The main body 15 is formed of an extruded profile of an aluminum alloy, the extrusion direction is in the up and down direction, and the upper and lower end faces 17 are cut ends. On the back side of the main body 15, two rows of protruding (mounting parts) 19, 19 having tapping holes 18 are provided at intervals in the left and right direction. The protrusions 19, 19 are cut away at the upper and lower parts, and as shown in Fig. 8(c), the main body 15 is positioned in the up and down direction by fitting the protrusions 19, 19 into the hollow portion 9 of the girders 3, 4. The thin plate 16 is formed by pressing a stainless steel thin plate, and has holes 20 for passing through the protruding portions 19, 19 of the main body 15. At the same time, the upper and lower end portions are bent at right angles toward the main body 15 side, and small hole hiding portions 21, 21 for hiding the cut edges 17, 17 of the main body 15 are formed. As shown in FIG. 8, this cap 14 is fixed and attached by abutting the main body 15 against the small holes of the beams 3 and 4 with the thin plate 16 sandwiched therebetween, and screwing a screw 22 inserted through the upper wall of the beams 3 and 4 from above into the tapping hole 18 of the main body 15. The upper and lower cut edges 17, 17 of the main body 15 are hidden by the small hole hiding portions 21, 21 of the thin plate 16.
[0013] FIGS. 10 and 11 show other embodiments of the cap 14. The main body 15 is formed of an aluminum alloy extrusion, the extrusion direction is in the left - right direction, and the left and right end faces 23, 23 are cut edges. Plate - like protruding portions (mounting portions) 19, 19 are provided at intervals in the vertical direction on the back surface of the main body 15. The protruding strips 19, 19 have their left and right ends cut out. As shown in FIG. 10(c), when the protruding strips 19, 19 fit into the hollow portions 9 of the beams 3 and 4, the main body 15 is positioned in the vertical and left - right directions. A female screw hole 24 is formed in the upper protruding portion 19. The thin plate 16 is formed by pressing a stainless steel thin plate, and has holes 20 for passing through the protruding portions 19, 19 of the main body 15. At the same time, the left and right end portions are bent at right angles toward the main body 15 side, and small hole hiding portions 21, 21 for hiding the cut edges 23, 23 of the main body 15 are formed. As shown in FIG. 10, this cap 14 is fixed and attached by abutting the main body 15 against the small holes of the beams 3 and 4 with the thin plate 16 sandwiched therebetween, and screwing a screw 22 inserted through the upper wall of the beams 3 and 4 from above into the female screw hole 24 formed in the protruding portion 19 of the main body 15. The left and right cut edges 23, 23 of the main body 15 are hidden by the small hole hiding portions 21, 21 of the thin plate 16.
[0014] Thus, the cap 14 attached to the ends of the front beam 3 and rear beam 4 consists of a main body 15 and a thin plate 16 sandwiched between the main body 15 and the ends of the front beam 3 and rear beam 4. The thin plate 16 has end-concealing portions 21, 21 that hide the ends 17, 17 or 23, 23 of the main body 15. As a result, the ends of the front beam 3 and rear beam 4 can be easily sealed with the cap 14, and the ends 17, 17 or 23, 23 of the main body 15 are hidden by the end-concealing portions 21, 21 of the thin plate 16, thus improving the aesthetic appearance. Since the main body 15 is formed from an extruded aluminum alloy profile, its color and texture can be made the same as the front beam 3 and rear beam 4, thereby improving its aesthetic appeal. The main body 15 is screwed to the front beam 3 and rear beam 4 from above, so the screw heads are not visible, resulting in a good aesthetic design. The main body 15 has protruding parts (mounting parts) 19 for screwing into the front beam 3 and rear beam 4, and the thin plate 16 is provided with holes 20 for passing through the protruding parts (mounting parts) 19 of the main body 15, making it easy to attach the cap 14 to the front beam 3 and rear beam 4.
[0015] Column 6 is formed from an extruded aluminum alloy profile and, as shown in Figure 3, consists of a column body 26 having rectangular groove-shaped recesses 25 along its longitudinal direction on its left and right sides, and a joint plate 27 fitted into the recesses 25. The joint plate 27 is formed in a hollow shape with a roughly rectangular cross-section and, as will be described later, also serves as a downspout. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the front girder 3 and rear girder 4 are attached to the back plate 12 with bolts 29 that screw into the back plate 12, and the roughly U-shaped column mounting brackets 28 abut against the bottom wall 10a of the recess 10. The column 5 is connected and fixed to the underside of the girder 3 and 4 by inserting the column mounting brackets 28 into the hollow part of the column body 26, while the upper end of the column body 26 is swallowed into the recess 10 of the girder 3 and 4, and the upper end surface of the column body 26 abuts against the bottom wall 10a of the recess 10 of the girder 3 and 4, and screws 30 inserted from the side are screwed into the female screw holes formed in the column mounting brackets 28. The screws 30 are hidden by the cover plate 27. In this embodiment, the columns 6 are attached to both ends of the front beam 3 and the rear beam 4, but the columns 6 can be attached to any position along the longitudinal direction of the front beam 3, the rear beam 4, and the side beam 5.
[0016] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the roof 7 is constructed within a frame composed of girders 3, 4, 5, and 5, with a downward slope so that the front girder 3 side is lower. Specifically, as shown in Figure 2, a rafter hanger 31 is attached to a high position on the front side of the rear girder 4, a gutter member 32 is attached to a low position on the rear side of the front girder 3, gable rafters 33 and rafters 34 are installed between the rafter hanger 31 and the gutter member 32 at intervals in the left-right direction (see Figure 1(a)), and resin roof panels 35 are installed between the gable rafters 33 and rafters 34, and between the rafters 34 themselves. As shown in Figure 2, a locking member 36 is attached to the front side of the rear beam 4 with screws in order to attach the rafter hanger 31, and the rafter hanger 31 is hooked onto the locking member 36 and fixed below the locking member 36 with screws 37. The locking member 36 is a long material formed from an extruded aluminum alloy profile. Furthermore, in order to attach the gutter member 32, a locking member 36 is similarly attached to the rear side of the front girder 3 with screws, and the gutter member 32 is hooked onto the locking member 36 and fixed above the locking member 36 with screws 37.
[0017] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, an auxiliary gutter 38 is provided in a recess 10 at the bottom of the front beam 3 near the column 6. The auxiliary gutter 38 is a flat rectangular tubular member formed from an extruded aluminum alloy profile, with its front and rear surfaces facing the walls on both sides of the recess 10 of the front beam 3 open, and tapping holes 39 on the inside of the left and right side walls (see Figure 3(a)). As shown in Figures 2 and 3(b), the auxiliary gutter 38 is fixed with screws 40 that are screwed into the tapping holes 39, with its rear surface in contact with the front wall of the gutter member 32. A horizontally elongated rectangular hole 41 is formed in the front wall of the gutter member 32, and rainwater accumulated in the gutter member 32 flows from this hole 41 into the auxiliary gutter 38. The rear wall of the recess 10 of the front beam 3 and the rear wall of the cover plate 11 have notches in the parts that interfere with the auxiliary gutter 38. The front surface of the auxiliary gutter 38 is covered with a lid 42. The auxiliary gutter 38 is hidden from view by the cover plate 11 when viewed from below. As shown in Figure 3, a drainage component 43 is attached to the side of the auxiliary gutter 38 on the column 6 side, and the outlet of the drainage component 43 is inserted into the upper end of a cover plate 27 attached to the side of the column 6. Therefore, rainwater that flows from the gutter member 32 to the auxiliary gutter 38 flows through the drainage component 43 to the cover plate 27 and is drained through the cover plate 27.
[0018] In this simple structure, the gutter member (horizontal gutter) 32 is installed on the inner circumference side of the front beam 3, so the gutter member 32 is not exposed to the outside. Furthermore, the vertical gutter (cover plate) 27 is also housed in a recess 25 provided on the side of the column 6, and the auxiliary gutter 38 connecting the horizontal gutter 32 and the vertical gutter 27 is also housed in a recess 10 at the bottom of the front beam 3 and is hidden by the cover plate 11, so the rain gutters are not exposed to the outside, resulting in a clean and neat appearance.
[0019] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the gutter member (horizontal gutter) 32 has a water-stopping plate 44 attached to its longitudinal end, and then abuts against the inner surface of the side girder (closing member) 5, thus closing its end. This simple structure is equipped with an overflow pipe 45 to guide rainwater to the outside when it is about to overflow from the gutter member 32. As shown in Figure 3, the overflow pipe 45 is inserted and held in place by passing it through a water-stopping plate 44 and a through hole 46 formed in the side girder 5. The overflow pipe 45 is positioned at a height that allows drainage when rainwater has accumulated in the gutter member 32 to a height of 2 / 3 or more. The overflow pipe 45 is held in place by attaching caps 47, 47 to both ends from both sides so that it does not come out of the through hole 46 in the side girder 5. As shown in Figure 2, the caps 47 are provided with a mesh part 48 to prevent insects, debris, etc. from entering or exiting the overflow pipe 45.
[0020] As described above, this simple structure is equipped with a horizontal gutter (gutter member) 32, a blocking member (side beam) 5, and an overflow pipe 45. The blocking member 5 is a member installed in a direction intersecting the horizontal gutter 32 and blocks the end of the horizontal gutter 32. The overflow pipe 45 is inserted and held in place by a through hole 46 formed in the blocking member 5, making it easy to install the overflow pipe 45 and simplifying construction. By providing the overflow pipe 45, when rainwater is about to overflow from the horizontal gutter 32, the rainwater can be drained to the outside through the overflow pipe 45, thus preventing rainwater from leaking from the horizontal gutter 32. In this simple structure, caps 47, 47 are attached to both ends of the overflow pipe 45 from both sides to hold it in place so that it does not come out of the through hole 46. Therefore, the installation of the overflow pipe 45 is easy, and the overflow pipe 45 can be stably installed so that it does not come out of the through hole 46.
[0021] As shown in Figures 1 and 6, the gap-filling material 2 has an upper gap-filling material 49 and left and right vertical gap-filling materials 50, 50. As shown in Figure 4, the upper gap-filling material 49 extends outward from the exterior wall W like an overhang and is installed so as to overlap the upper surface of the rear beam 4 at intervals. The upper gap-filling material 49 has a rear wall 51 facing the exterior wall W, an upper wall 52 that slopes downward toward the front, and a horizontal lower wall 53. The upper gap-filling material 49 is attached to the exterior wall W by adhesive using an inner-circumferential sealing material 54 provided on the inner circumference of the rear wall 51 and double-sided tape 55 provided on the outer circumference of the inner-circumferential sealing material 54. A groove 56 is formed on the inner and outer circumferences of the inner-circumferential sealing material 54 of the rear wall 51, into which the inner-circumferential sealing material 54 fits when the upper gap-filling material 49 is pressed against the exterior wall W. Furthermore, the upper gap-filling material 49 has a seal pocket 57 on the outer circumference side of the rear wall 51, and the outer circumference sealing material 58 is filled into the seal pocket 57 to seal it with the outer wall W. A tie-down material 59 is provided hanging down from the front end of the lower wall 53. The tie-down material 59 is bent forward in the middle section, and its tip abuts against the upper surface of the rear beam 4.
[0022] An auxiliary member 60 is attached with screws to the rear end of the upper surface of the rear beam 4. The auxiliary member 60 is a long member formed from an extruded aluminum alloy profile, and is provided along the entire length of the rear beam 4, and is attached so as to protrude behind the rear surface of the rear beam 4. The gap between the front surface of the auxiliary member 60 and the upper surface of the rear beam 4 is sealed with sealant 61. The upper gap-filling member 49 is attached to the exterior wall W by adhesive with the auxiliary member 60 resting on top of it.
[0023] As shown in Figure 5, the vertical gap sealing material 50 consists of a column support material 62 attached to the column 6 of the simple building 1, an exterior wall mounting material 63 attached to the exterior wall W, and a side sealing material 64 connecting the column support material 62 and the exterior wall mounting material 63. The column support member 62 consists of a column mounting member 65 that is attached to the rear side of the column 6 with screws, and a cover member 66 that is fitted and attached to the column mounting member 65. A groove 67 for attaching the side tightening member 64 is formed in the cover member 66. As shown in Figure 4, the column mounting member 65 stops at a position where its upper end abuts against the lower edge of the rear beam 4, and the cover member 66 extends to a position where it abuts against the lower surface of the support member 60 attached to the upper surface of the rear beam 4.
[0024] As shown in Figure 5, the exterior wall mounting material 63 is attached to the exterior wall W by adhesive using an inner perimeter sealing material 54 provided on the inner perimeter side and double-sided tape 55 provided on the outer perimeter side of the inner perimeter sealing material 54, similar to the upper gap sealing material 49. The inner perimeter sealing material 54 has grooves 56 formed on both its inner and outer perimeter sides, into which the inner perimeter sealing material 54 fits when the exterior wall mounting material 63 is pressed against the exterior wall W. Furthermore, the exterior wall mounting material 63 has a seal pocket 57 on its outer perimeter side, and the outer perimeter sealing material 58 is filled into the seal pocket 57 to seal it with the exterior wall W. The exterior wall mounting material 63 has a groove 67 on its front surface for attaching the side tight material 64.
[0025] As shown in Figure 5, the side sealing member 64 is formed in a U-shape in cross-section, having a main body side wall 68, an outer wall side wall 69, and a recessed wall 70 connecting both walls 68 and 69 on the outer periphery. The mounting portion 71 formed on the main body side wall 68 is fitted into the groove 67 of the column support member 62, and the mounting portion 71 formed on the outer wall side wall 69 is fitted into the groove 67 of the outer wall mounting member 69, thereby attaching it across the column support member 62 and the outer wall mounting member 63. The side sealing member 64 has material removal 72 at each corner between the main body side wall 68 and the outer wall side wall 69 and the recessed wall 70, and on the back surfaces of the main body side wall 68 and the outer wall side wall 69, allowing it to bend at these points and absorb relative displacement between the simple building 1 and the outer wall W.
[0026] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the upper gap-filling material 49 is placed on the upper end of the vertical gap-filling material 50, and the upper end of the vertical gap-filling material 50 is connected to the upper gap-filling material 49 by a fitting 73.
[0027] Next, the installation procedure for gap-filling material 2 will be explained. First, marking, masking, and priming are performed on the exterior wall W. Then, the exterior wall mounting material 63 of the vertical gap-filling material 50 is attached to the exterior wall W using the inner perimeter sealant 54 and double-sided tape 55. Next, the column support members 62 of the vertical gap-filling material 50 are attached to the column 6, and the column 6 and girders 3, 4, and 5 are installed. Next, as shown in Figure 7(a), the auxiliary member 60 is attached to the upper surface of the rear beam 4. Next, as shown in Figure 7(b), the upper gap-filling material 49, which has the inner periphery sealing material 54 and double-sided tape 55 pre-applied to the rear wall 51, is pressed against the outer wall W while placed on the auxiliary material 60. Then, as shown in Figure 7(c), the upper gap-filling material 49 is adhered and fixed to the outer wall W by the inner periphery sealing material 54 and double-sided tape 55, and at the same time the upper gap-filling material 49 is placed on the upper end of the vertical gap-filling material 50. After that, the exterior wall mounting material 63 for the vertical gap sealing material 50 and the upper gap sealing material 49 are connected with a metal fitting 73. Next, a side sealing material 64 is installed between the column support material 62 and the exterior wall mounting material 63 of the vertical gap sealing material 50. Finally, the outer sealant 58 is filled into the outer seal pockets 57 of the upper gap sealant 49 and the vertical gap sealant 50, sealing the upper gap sealant 49 and the vertical gap sealant 50 to the exterior wall W.
[0028] As described above, this simple structure simplifies construction because both the upper gap-filling material 49 and the vertical gap-filling material 50 are attached to the exterior wall W by adhesive. The upper gap-filling material 49 and the vertical gap-filling material 50 can be stably attached to the exterior wall W by double adhesion using the inner periphery sealing material 54 and the double-sided tape 55 provided on its outer periphery. Furthermore, the adhesive strength to the exterior wall W can be increased by sealing it with the outer periphery sealing material 58 provided on the outer periphery of the double-sided tape 54. By providing an auxiliary material 60 on the upper surface of the rear beam 4 and pressing the upper gap sealing material 49 onto the outer wall W with the auxiliary material 60 on top, the auxiliary material 60 acts as a guide, making it easy to position the upper gap sealing material 49, thus simplifying the installation of the upper gap sealing material 49. Furthermore, since the upper gap sealing material 49 is placed on the upper end of the vertical gap sealing material 50, the auxiliary material 60 and the vertical gap sealing material 50 act as guides, making it easy to position the upper gap sealing material 49, further simplifying the installation of the upper gap sealing material 49 and preventing the upper gap sealing material 49 from falling after installation.
[0029] Figures 12 and 13 show other embodiments of the gap-filling material 2. As shown in Figure 12, the upper gap-filling material 49 consists of a girder support material 74 attached to the upper surface of the rear girder 4 and an upper surface tight material 75. The girder support member 74 consists of a girder mounting member 76 that is attached to the upper surface of the rear girder 4 with screws, and a cover member 77 that is fitted and attached to the girder mounting member 76. A groove 67 is formed in the cover member 77 for attaching the upper surface tightening member 75. The upper surface sealing material 75 is attached by fitting the mounting portion 71 provided at its front end into the groove 67 of the girder support material 74. It extends with a slight upward slope toward the exterior wall W, bends upward in the middle, and the end of the curve follows the exterior wall W and abuts against the exterior wall W.
[0030] As shown in Figure 13, the vertical gap sealing material 50 consists of a column support material 62 attached to the column 6 and a side sealing material 64. The column support member 62 is the same as that of the embodiment described earlier, and consists of a column mounting member 65 that is attached to the rear side of the column 6 with screws, and a cover member 66 that is fitted and attached to the column mounting member 65, with a groove 67 formed in the cover member 66 for attaching the side tightening member 64.
[0031] The side-tightening material 64 has a pair of fin pieces 78a and 78b that extend toward the outer wall W at intervals in the inner and outer directions, and a visible wall 79 that connects the pair of fin pieces 78a and 78b on the column 6 side. The mounting portion 71 formed on the visible wall 79 is fitted into the groove 67 of the column support material 62 for installation. Each fin piece 78a, 78b is formed to curve inward along the outer wall W by providing a material removal section 72 on the back side at a position slightly before reaching the outer wall W, so that its tip contacts the outer wall W in a manner that follows the outer wall W. This allows for the absorption of relative displacement between the outer wall W and the temporary building 1, and also provides a double waterproofing of the gap between the outer wall W and the temporary building 1 with the pair of fin pieces 78a, 78b.
[0032] In this embodiment, the gap-sealing material 2, consisting of an upper gap-sealing material 49 and a vertical gap-sealing material 50, is designed to seal the gap with the exterior wall W by bringing the tight materials 64 and 75 attached to the simple building 1 side into contact with the exterior wall W along the exterior wall W. Therefore, there is no need to attach any components to the exterior wall W, which simplifies the construction process. The side sealing material 64 of the vertical gap sealing material 50 has a pair of fin pieces 78a and 78b that extend toward the outer wall W at a distance from each other in the inner and outer circumference directions. Each fin piece 78a and 78b is formed so that its tip curves inward along the outer wall W. This allows it to absorb relative displacement between the simple building 1 and the outer wall W, and even if rainwater penetrates beyond the outer fin piece 78a, it can be stopped by the inner fin piece 78b, thus providing excellent watertightness. Rainwater that penetrates beyond the outer fin piece 78a is drained downward through the space 80 between the outer fin piece 78a and the inner fin piece 78b.
[0033] Figures 14 and 15 show a second embodiment of the simplified structure of the present invention. Similar to the first embodiment, this simplified structure is applied to a garden room installed in the garden of a house, and comprises a simplified building 1 installed away from the exterior wall W of the building, and a gap-filling material 2 that closes the gap between the exterior wall W and the simplified building 1. As shown in Figure 14, the simplified building 1 has a main body 81 and an eaves 82 that extends in front of the main body 81.
[0034] In this simplified structure, the left and right side girders 5, 5 are extended forward of the front girder 3 to form the eaves 82, and the eaves girder 83 is installed on the front ends of the left and right side girders 5, 5. The front column 6 is attached to the underside of the side girders 5. Caps 14 are attached to the longitudinal end faces of the eaves girder 83 and the longitudinal end faces of the rear girder 4.
[0035] As shown in Figure 15, the main body 81 has a roof 7a in a mountain shape. Specifically, a gutter member 32 is attached to the lower rear side of the front beam 3, a gutter member 32 is attached to the lower front side of the rear beam 4, a ridge beam 84 is erected between the left and right side beams 5, 5 at an intermediate position between the front beam 3 and the rear beam 4, gable rafters 33 and rafters 34 are erected between the ridge beam 84 and the front and rear gutter members 32, 32 at intervals in the left and right direction (see Figure 14(a)), and resin roof panels 35 are attached between the gable rafters 33 and rafters 34, and between the rafters 34 themselves.
[0036] As shown in Figure 15, the roof 7b of the eaves 82 is sloped downwards so that the front purlin 3 side is lower. Specifically, a gutter member 32 is attached to the lower front side of the front purlin 3, a rafter hanger 31 is attached to the rear side of the eaves purlin 83 at a position higher than the gutter member 32, and a resin roof panel 35 is attached horizontally between the rafter hanger 31 and the gutter member 32.
[0037] As shown in Figure 15, an auxiliary gutter 38 is provided near the column 6 within the lower recess 10 of the front girder 3, similar to the first embodiment. Rainwater flows into the auxiliary gutter 38 through holes 41 formed in the gutter member 32 of the eaves 82 attached to the front of the front girder 3 and the gutter member 32 of the main body 81 attached to the rear of the front girder 3, and the rainwater is drained through the cover plate 27 of the column 6 from a drainage component 43 attached to the column 6 side of the auxiliary gutter 38. Similarly, an auxiliary gutter 38 is provided near the column 6 within the lower recess 10 of the rear girder 4. Rainwater flows into the auxiliary gutter 38 through holes 41 formed in the gutter member 32 of the main body 81 attached to the front of the rear girder 4, and the rainwater is drained through the cover plate 27 of the column 6 from a drainage component 43 attached to the column 6 side of the auxiliary gutter 38. Each of the three gutter members 32 is provided with an overflow pipe 45, similar to the first embodiment. When rainwater is about to overflow from the gutter members 32, the rainwater is drained to the outside of the simple building 1 through the overflow pipe 45.
[0038] The main body 81 can also be provided with a roof 7a that slopes downwards, similar to the first embodiment shown in Figure 2, such that the front girder 3 side is lower. Additionally, a gutter member 32 can be attached to the rear surface of the eaves girder 83, and a roof 7b can be provided on the eaves 82 in a mountain shape, similar to the main body 81. Whether the roofs 7a and 7b are provided with a downward slope or in a mountain shape can be determined according to the dimensions of the roofs 7a and 7b in the front-rear direction. If the dimensions of the roofs 7a and 7b in the front-rear direction are less than or equal to a predetermined dimension, they are provided with a downward slope; otherwise, they are provided in a mountain shape.
[0039] In this simplified structure, gutter members 32 can be attached to the front and rear surfaces of the front beam 3. By attaching the gutter members 32 to the front and rear surfaces of the front beam 3, roofs 7b and 7a can be provided with a downward slope so that the front beam 3 side is lower than the eaves 82 and the main body 81. Furthermore, gutter members 32 can be attached to the rear side of the eaves beam 83 and the front side of the rear beam 4. By attaching the gutter members 32 to the front and rear surfaces of the front beam 3, and also by providing gutter members 32 to at least one of the rear surface of the eaves beam 83 and the front surface of the rear beam 4, roofs 7b and 7a can be provided in a mountain shape between the gutter members 32 of the eaves beam 83 and the front beam 3, and between the gutter members 32 of the front beam 3 and the rear beam 4. This simplifies the construction of a simplified structure having eaves 82 on the front side of the main body 81. By having an overhang 82 on the front side of the main body 81, it is possible to prevent rain from entering the simple building 1 even when the door 8 attached to the opening on the front of the main body 81 is open, or when the door 8 is not attached to the opening on the front of the main body 81. While the gutter section can be formed integrally with the girders (front girder 3, eaves girder 83, and rear girder 4), by using a structure in which separate gutter members 32 are attached to girders 3, 4, and 83, as in the embodiment, the cross-sections of girders 3, 4, and 83 can be made common, and the gutter members 32 can be attached to the necessary locations to freely configure the roofs 7a and 7b, thereby reducing costs while increasing the flexibility of the roof. While the roof 7a of the main body 81 has roof panels 35 arranged in a front-to-back direction, the roof 7b of the eaves 82 has roof panels 35 arranged in a left-to-right direction (see Figure 14(a)). This reduces the number of roof panels 35 for the eaves 82, thus simplifying the construction of the roof at the eaves.
[0040] Figures 16 and 17 show a third embodiment of the simplified structure of the present invention. Similar to the first embodiment, this simplified structure is applied to a garden room installed in the garden of a house and comprises a simplified building 1 installed away from the exterior wall W of the building, and a gap-filling material 2 that closes the gap between the exterior wall W and the simplified building 1. As shown in Figure 16, the simplified building 1 has a main body 81 and an overhanging eaves 85 extending to the side of the main body 81 (to the right when viewed from the front in the illustration).
[0041] As shown in Figure 16(a), the eaves 85 has a right-side beam 5, an eaves beam 86, a front beam 3a, and a rear beam 4a when viewed from the front, while the main body 81 has left and right side beams 5, 5, a front beam 3b, and a rear beam 4b. The front beam 3a of the eaves 85 and the front beam 3b of the main body 81, and the rear beam 4a of the eaves 85 and the rear beam 4b of the main body 81 are continuous in the longitudinal direction. The side beam 5 of the eaves 85 and the side beam 5 of the main body 81 are the same single member. Compared to the first embodiment shown in Figure 1, the front beam 3 and rear beam 4 protrude laterally beyond the side beam 5, and the eaves beam 86 is installed between the protruding ends of the front beam 3 and rear beam 4.
[0042] Similar to the first embodiment shown in Figure 2, the roofs 7c and 7a of the eaves 85 and main body 81 are provided with a downward slope such that the front purlins 3a and 3b sides are lower. Specifically, rafter hangers 31 are attached to the high positions on the front sides of the rear purlins 4a and 4b of the eaves 85 and main body 81, gutter members 32 are attached to the low positions on the rear sides of the front purlins 3a and 3b of the eaves 85 and main body 81, gable rafters 33 and rafters 34 are installed between the rafter hangers 31 and gutter members 32 at intervals in the left-right direction, and resin roof panels 35 are installed between the gable rafters 33 and rafters 34, and between the rafters 34 themselves.
[0043] The eaves 85 and the main body 81 can also be provided with roofs 7c and 7a in a mountain shape, similar to the main body 81 in the second embodiment shown in Figure 15. In that case, gutter members 32 are also attached to the front sides of the rear beams 4a and 4b of the eaves 85 and the main body 81.
[0044] The eaves 85 can be installed as an extension to the left of the main body 81 when viewed from the front, or as an extension to both the left and right sides of the main body 81. Furthermore, the eaves 82 can be installed as an extension to the front of the main body 81, and the eaves 85 can be installed as an extension to at least one of the left or right sides of the main body 81.
[0045] In this simplified structure, gutter members 32 can be attached to the rear surfaces of the front girders 3a and 3b of the eaves 85 and the main body 81. By attaching the gutter members 32 to the rear surfaces of the front girders 3a and 3b of the eaves 85 and the main body 81, the roofs 7c and 7a can be provided with a downward slope so that the front girders 3a and 3b sides are lower than the eaves 85 and the main body 81. Furthermore, gutter members 32 can also be attached to the front sides of the rear girders 4a and 4b of the eaves 85 and the main body 81. By attaching the gutter members 32 to the rear sides of the front girders 3a and 3b of the eaves 85 and the main body 81, and by attaching the gutter members 32 to at least one of the rear girders 4a of the eaves 85 and the rear girder 4b of the main body 81, the roofs 7c and 7a can be provided in a mountain shape between the gutter members 32 of the front girders 3a and 3b and the gutter members 32 of the rear girders 4a and 4b. This simplifies the construction of a simplified structure having eaves 85 on the side of the main body 81. By having an overhang 85 on the side of the main body 81, it is possible to prevent rain from entering the simple building 1 even when the door 8 attached to the opening on the side of the main body 81 is open, or when the door 8 is not attached to the opening on the side of the main body 81. While the gutter section can be integrally formed with the girders (front girders 3a, 3b and rear girders 4a, 4b), by using a structure in which separate gutter members 32 are attached to the girders 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b as in the embodiment, the cross-sections of the girders 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b can be made common, and the roofs 7a, 7c can be freely configured by attaching the gutter members 32 to the necessary locations, thereby reducing costs while increasing the flexibility of the roof.
[0046] As described above, this simple structure (first, second, and third embodiments) comprises a horizontal gutter (gutter member) 32, a blocking member (side beam) 5, and an overflow pipe 45. The blocking member 5 is a member provided in a direction intersecting the horizontal gutter 32 and blocks the end of the horizontal gutter 32. The overflow pipe 45 is inserted through a through hole 46 formed in the blocking member 5 and held in place (see Figure 3). Therefore, the installation of the overflow pipe 45 is easy, and construction can be simplified. By providing the overflow pipe 45, when rainwater is about to overflow from the horizontal gutter 32, the rainwater can be drained to the outside through the overflow pipe 45, thus preventing rainwater leakage from the horizontal gutter 32.
[0047] This simplified structure (second embodiment, see Figures 14, 15) comprises an eaves 82 and a main body 81. The girders constituting the eaves beam 83 of the eaves 82 and the front beam 3 and rear beam 4 of the main body 81 include the front beam 3 of the main body 81, which has gutter sections (gutter members) 32 on both the front and rear sides. When roofs 7b and 7a are provided on at least one of the eaves 82 and the main body 81 with a downward slope, the roofs 7b and 7a are provided with a downward slope from at least one of the eaves beam 83 and the rear beam 4 toward the gutter section 32 of the front beam 3. When roofs 7b and 7a are provided in a mountain shape on at least one of the eaves 82 and the main body 81, the gutter section 32 is provided on at least one of the eaves beam 83 and the rear beam 4, and the roofs 7b and 7a are provided in a mountain shape between the gutter sections 32 of the eaves beam 83 and the front beam 3, and between the gutter sections 32 of the front beam 3 and the rear beam 4. This simplifies the construction of the simplified structure with the eaves 82. The 82mm eaves prevent rain from entering. This simplified structure (second embodiment, see Figures 14 and 15) comprises an eaves 82 and a main body 81. Of the girders constituting the eaves beam 83 of the eaves 82 and the front beam 3 and rear beam 4 of the main body 81, the front beam 3 of the main body 81 has gutter members 32 attached to its front and rear sides. When roofs 7b and 7a are provided on at least one of the eaves 82 and the main body 81 with a downward slope, the roofs 7b and 7a are provided with a downward slope from at least one of the eaves beam 83 and the rear beam 4 toward the gutter member 32 of the front beam 3. When roofs 7b and 7a are provided in a mountain shape on at least one of the eaves 82 and the main body 81, the gutter member 32 is attached to at least one of the eaves beam 83 and the rear beam 4, and the roofs 7b and 7a are provided in a mountain shape between the gutter members 32 of the eaves beam 83 and the front beam 3, and between the gutter members 32 of the front beam 3 and the rear beam 4. This simplifies the construction of the simplified structure with eaves 82. The presence of eaves 82 makes it difficult for rain to enter. By attaching separate gutter members 32 to girders 3, 4, and 83, the cross-sections of girders 3, 4, and 83 can be made common, and the gutter members 32 can be attached where necessary to freely configure the roofs 7b and 7a, thus reducing costs while increasing the flexibility of the roof.
[0048] This simple structure (third embodiment, see Figures 16 and 17) comprises an eaves 85 and a main body 81. The eaves 85 has a left or right side beam 5, an eaves beam 86, a front beam 3a, and a rear beam 4a. The main body 81 has left and right side beams 5, 5, a front beam 3b, and a rear beam 4b. The front beam 3a of the eaves 85 and the front beam 3b of the main body 81, and the rear beam 4a of the eaves 85 and the rear beam 4b of the main body 81 are continuous in the longitudinal direction. The front beams 3a and 3b of the eaves 85 and the main body 81 have a gutter section (gutter member) 32 on the rear side, and roofs 7c and 7a are sloped downwards on at least one of the eaves 85 and the main body 81. When installed at an angle, the roofs 7c and 7a are installed on a downward slope from at least one of the rear beam 4a of the eaves 85 and the rear beam 4b of the main body 81 toward the gutter sections 32 of the front beams 3a and 3b. When the roofs 7c and 7a are installed in a mountain shape on at least one of the eaves 85 and the main body 81, the gutter section 32 is installed on at least one of the rear beam 4a of the eaves 85 and the rear beam 4b of the main body 81, and the roofs 7c and 7a are installed in a mountain shape between the gutter sections 32 of the front beams 3a and 3b and the gutter sections 32 of the rear beams 4a and 4b. This simplifies the construction of a simple structure equipped with eaves 85. The presence of eaves 85 makes it difficult for rain to enter. This simple structure (third embodiment, see Figures 16 and 17) comprises an eaves 85 and a main body 81. Gutter members 32 are attached to the rear side of the front beams 3a and 3b of the eaves 85 and the main body 81. Roofs 7c and 7a are provided on at least one of the eaves 85 and the main body 81 with a downward slope. When installing, the roofs 7c and 7a are provided on a downward slope from at least one of the rear beam 4a of the eaves 85 and the rear beam 4b of the main body 81 toward the gutter members 32 of the front beams 3a and 3b. When providing the roofs 7c and 7a in a mountain shape on at least one of the eaves 85 and the main body 81, the gutter members 32 are attached to at least one of the rear beam 4a of the eaves 85 and the rear beam 4b of the main body 81, and the roofs 7c and 7a are provided in a mountain shape between the gutter members 32 of the front beams 3a and 3b and the gutter members 32 of the rear beams 4a and 4b. This simplifies the construction of a simple structure equipped with eaves 85. The presence of eaves 85 makes it difficult for rain to enter. By attaching separate gutter members 32 to girders 3a, 3b, 4a, and 4b, the cross-sections of girders 3a, 3b, 4a, and 4b can be made common, and the gutter members 32 can be attached to the necessary locations to freely configure the roofs 7c and 7a, thereby reducing costs while increasing the flexibility of the roof design.
[0049] The capped profiles (front and rear girders) 3,4 of this simple structure are comprised of profiles 3,4 and caps 14 attached to the ends of profiles 3,4. The cap 14 consists of a main body 15 and a thin plate 16 sandwiched between the main body 15 and the ends of profiles 3,4. The thin plate 16 has an end-concealing portion 21 that hides the ends 17,23 of the main body 15 (see Figures 8-11). Thus, the ends of profiles 3,4 can be easily closed with the cap 14, and the ends 17,23 of the main body 15 are hidden by the end-concealing portion 21 of the thin plate 16, improving the aesthetic appearance. This simplified structure (first, second, and third embodiments) simplifies construction by using the capped profiles for the girders (front girder 3, rear girder 4, and eaves girder 83). The main body 15 is formed from an aluminum extruded profile, and the cut edges 17 and 23 of the main body 15 are hidden by the end-concealing portion 21 of the thin plate 16. This allows the profile 3, 4, and 83 and the cap 14 to have the same color and texture, thereby improving the design. The main body 15 has mounting parts (protrusions) 19 for screwing into the profiles 3, 4, and 83, and the thin plate 16 is provided with holes 20 for passing through the mounting parts 19 of the main body 15, so that the cap 14 can be attached easily and stably.
[0050] This simple structure (first, second, and third embodiments) comprises a simple building 1 installed away from the exterior wall W, and a gap-filling material 2 that fills the gap between the exterior wall W and the simple building 1. The gap-filling material 2 is attached to the exterior wall W by an inner-peripheral sealing material 54 provided on the inner periphery and double-sided tape 55 provided on the outer periphery of the inner-peripheral sealing material 54, and is sealed to the exterior wall W by an outer-peripheral sealing material 58 provided on the outer periphery of the double-sided tape 55 (see Figure 4). As a result, the gap-filling material 2 can be installed without drilling holes in the exterior wall W, thus simplifying construction. The gap-filling material 2 has grooves 56 on the inner and outer sides of the inner periphery sealant 54 into which the inner periphery sealant 54 fits when the gap-filling material 2 is pressed against the exterior wall W. As a result, the inner periphery sealant 54 is held within a predetermined range, and the gap-filling material 2 can be stably bonded to the exterior wall W with the inner periphery sealant 54.
[0051] This simple structure (the embodiment shown in Figure 13) comprises a simple building 1 installed away from the outer wall W, and a gap-sealing material 2 that seals the gap between the outer wall W and the simple building 1. The gap-sealing material 2 has a pair of fin pieces 78a and 78b that extend toward the outer wall at a distance from each other in the inner and outer circumference directions. Each fin piece 78a and 78b is formed so that its tip curves inward along the outer wall W. Therefore, the gap between the outer wall W and the simple building 1 can be sealed simply by pressing the fin pieces 78a and 78b against the outer wall W, simplifying construction. Because the pair of fin pieces 78a and 78b are spaced apart in the inner and outer circumference directions, even if rainwater penetrates beyond the outer fin piece 78a, it can be stopped by the inner fin piece 78b, resulting in excellent water-sealing properties. Since the gap-filling material 2 is attached to the simple building 1 via auxiliary material (column auxiliary material) 62 attached to the column 6 of the simple building 1, the installation of the gap-filling material 2 is easy, improving workability.
[0052] The method for manufacturing a simple structure according to the invention described in claim 1 (first, second, and third embodiments) includes the steps of attaching an auxiliary material 60 to the upper surface of the simple building 1 to determine the mounting height of the upper gap sealing material 49, and pressing and fixing the upper gap sealing material 49 to the outer wall W while it is placed on the auxiliary material 60 (see Figure 7), thereby making it easy to install the upper gap sealing material 49 and simplifying construction. The method for manufacturing a simple structure according to the invention described in claim 2 (first, second, and third embodiments) includes the steps of: attaching a vertical gap-filling member 50 to the exterior wall W; attaching an auxiliary member 60 to the upper surface of the simple building 1 to determine the mounting height of the upper gap-filling member 49; and placing the upper gap-filling member 49 on the auxiliary member 60 and pressing it against the exterior wall W to fix it, thereby placing it on the upper end of the vertical gap-filling member 50 (see Figure 7). This makes it easy to install the upper gap-filling member 49 and simplifies construction. By placing the upper gap-filling member 49 on the upper end of the vertical gap-filling member 50, the upper gap-filling member 49 can be held at a predetermined height position.
[0053] The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. The structure of the simple building itself is arbitrary; for example, it may be constructed by installing a gate-shaped independent frame away from the exterior wall and leaning the building against the independent frame. The material and cross-sectional shape of the upper gap-filling material and the vertical gap-filling material can be changed as appropriate. The means of fixing the upper gap-filling material to the exterior wall are not limited. The material and cross-sectional shape of the auxiliary material can be changed as appropriate. The type and properties of the exterior wall are not limited. The present invention can be applied not only to garden rooms but also to all kinds of simple structures such as carports and walkway shelters. [Explanation of Symbols]
