To provide an adhesive composition which is excellent in reworkability at directly after bonding, can form an adhesive layer having excellent repeelability even when left standing in a high temperature and high humidity environment, and is excellent in liquid stability with time.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition contains: particles of a copolymer [A] containing a unit [a1] derived from a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer, 0.1-0.4 mass% of a unit [a2] derived from (meth)acrylic acid, and 1.1-3.0 mass% of a monomer unit [a3] having an ethylenic unsaturated group and a ketone group and / or an aldehyde group; particles of a copolymer [B] containing a unit [b1] derived from (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer, 20-50 mass% of a unit [b2] derived from (meth)acrylic acid, and 0-0.2 mass% of a monomer unit [b3] having an ethylenic unsaturated group and a ketone group and / or an aldehyde group; a hydrazide-based crosslinking agent; and water, wherein a content of the particles of the copolymer [B] is 0.5-2.5 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the particles of the copolymer [A].SELECTED DRAWING: None
