This stampable sheet contains (A) a thermoplastic resin, (B) a flame retardant, (C) a dispersant, and (D) inorganic fibers. The contained amount of the inorganic fibers (D) is 1-80 mass% with respect to the total weight. The contained amount of the dispersant (C) with respect to 100 parts by mass of the flame retardant (B) is more than 0 but not more than 25 parts by mass. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a stampable sheet that has excellent strength, rigidity, and flame shielding ability, and excellent processability in such as stamping molding.
