[0001] The present invention relates to a connector between frame elements of a temporary upper floor and a connecting method thereof.

Background Art

[0002] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, for example, in a factory or the like, a conventional method for manufacturing a temporary upper floor is to connect two parallel steel pipes 1 and 1 on one side and the other side by beams 2 and 2, and form a plurality of frame elements 3 formed in a rectangular frame shape, for example, in a desired shape, and bring the plurality of created frame elements 3 (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) to the site.

[0003] Then, at the site, a joint pin 4 is inserted and connected between the necessary left and right open end portions of each of the plurality of frame elements 3, and at the corner portions where the adjacent frame-shaped frame elements 3 face each other, the ends of a pulling tool such as a turnbuckle 7 are respectively engaged with the holes 6, 6 of the provided plate pieces 5, and the turnbuckle 7 is reduced to pull and fix the separating and contacting frame elements 3, 3 to form the frame of the temporary upper floor.

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0006] However, in the above conventional method, there is a problem that it takes time to attach the turnbuckle at the site.

[0007] Furthermore, the above method of connection had the disadvantage of low connection strength between frame elements.

[0008] This invention aims to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks. [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] The connector between frame elements of the temporary canopy of the present invention comprises a joint pin that connects adjacent first and second frame elements constituting the temporary canopy, a bolt portion that connects the first and second frame elements, and a brace provided between the first and second frame elements, each of the frame elements being formed in a frame shape by two parallel steel pipes and a beam connecting the first and second steel pipes, and the joint pin is made of the first and second steel pipes of the first frame element The first frame element and the second frame element are connected by inserting the bolt into the opening at one end of the pipe and the opening at the other end of the steel pipe on one and the other side of the second frame element, respectively. The bolt portion is composed of a bolt and a nut, and the connection is made by inserting the bolt into a bolt hole in a plate piece formed at the end of one of the steel pipes on one and the other side of the first frame element, respectively, and into a bolt hole in a plate piece formed at the end of the other steel pipe on one and the other side of the second frame element, respectively, and tightening the nut.

[0010] Furthermore, the brace is characterized in that it is connected by aligning the holes at both ends of the brace with the holes provided in the plate pieces formed at one end of the first and other steel pipes of the first frame element, and the holes provided in the plate pieces formed at one end of the second and other steel pipes of the second frame element, which are obliquely opposite to the first holes, inserting bolts, and tightening them with nuts.

[0011] Furthermore, the present invention provides a method for connecting frame elements of a temporary structure, comprising: a first step of creating a plurality of frame elements formed in a frame shape by connecting beams between two parallel steel pipes; a second step of inserting joint pins into one end opening of the first and second steel pipes of the first frame element and into the other end opening of the first and second steel pipes of the second frame element; a third step of inserting nuts into bolt holes in plate pieces formed at one end of the first and second steel pipes of the first frame element and into bolt holes in plate pieces formed at the other end of the first and second steel pipes of the second frame element; and a fourth step of providing bracing between the first and second frame elements. [Effects of the Invention]

[0012] According to the present invention, since turnbuckles are not used, there is the advantage that installation does not take much time.

[0013] Furthermore, the use of bracing increases the connection strength between frame elements.

[0014] Furthermore, the units can be connected using only bolts, improving work efficiency on site. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[0016] Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the following drawings. The same parts as those in the prior art are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.

Embodiment

[0017] The connector between the frame elements of the erection upper floor of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, includes a joint pin 8 that connects an adjacent first frame element 3a and a second frame element 3b, a bolt portion that connects the first frame element 3a and the second frame element 3b, and a brace 9 provided between the first frame element 3a and the second frame element 3b.

[0018] Each of the frame elements 3 is formed, for example, in a frame shape by connecting two parallel steel pipes 1 and 1 on one side and the other side by a plurality of beams 2 and 2 by welding or the like.

[0019] In addition, the beam 2 on the most end side of the adjacent first frame element 3a and the beam 2 on the most other end side of the second frame element 3b are provided at the inner end portion from the tip end portion of each frame element 3 so that a brace 9 can be provided between the beam 2 on the most end side of the first frame element 3a and the beam 2 on the most other end side of the second frame element 3b when the first frame element 3a and the second frame element 3b are connected.

[0020] The joint pin 8 is inserted into the one - end openings 10a, 10a of the one - side and the other - side steel pipes 1, 1 of the first frame element 3a and the other - end openings 10b, 10b of the one - side and the other - side steel pipes 1, 1 of the second frame element 3b, respectively, so that the first frame element 3a and the second frame element 3b are connected.

[0021] The above bolt portion is composed of, for example, a bolt 11 and a nut 12. The bolt 11 is inserted into bolt holes 14a of plate pieces 13a formed by welding or the like to one tip end portion of one side and the other side of the steel pipes of the above first frame element 3a, and bolt holes 14b of plate pieces 13b formed by welding or the like to the other tip end portion of one side and the other side of the steel pipes of the above second frame element 3b, respectively. By tightening the nut 12, the above first frame element 3a and the above second frame element 3b are connected.

[0022] Further, holes are respectively formed at both end portions of the above cross brace 9. The bolt 16 is inserted into each of the holes, first holes provided for cross brace engagement formed in plate pieces 15a formed by welding or the like to one end portion of one side and the other side of the steel pipes of the above first frame element 3a, and second holes provided for cross brace engagement formed in plate pieces 15b formed by welding or the like to one end portion of one side and the other side of the steel pipes of the above second frame element 3b which are diagonally opposed to the first holes, and tightened with nuts to be connected.

[0023] As shown in FIG. 1, the above cross brace 9 may be composed of two crossed ones and one diagonal one.

[0024] Since the connector between the frame elements of the present invention has the above-described configuration, first, a plurality of frame elements 3 having necessary shapes are created on site.

[0025] Then, those frame elements 3 are brought to the site, and the plurality of frame elements 3 are arranged in the axial direction of the steel pipes 1 respectively. Joint pins 8 are inserted and connected between the one and the other end openings 10a, 10b of each adjacent frame elements 3, 3. At the same time, bolts 11 are inserted into the bolt holes 14a and the bolt holes 14b and tightened with nuts 12. Further, the holes of the cross brace 16 are respectively overlapped with the first holes and the second holes, bolts 16 are inserted and tightened with nuts to form a frame of a temporary upper house.

[0026] Furthermore, some or all of the multiple frame elements 3 may be manufactured by connecting them together at the factory.

[0027] According to the present invention, since turnbuckles are not used, installation time is reduced compared to conventional methods.

[0028] Furthermore, by using bracing, the connection strength between frame elements 3,3 can be increased.

[0029] Furthermore, the units can be connected using only bolts, improving work efficiency on site. [Explanation of Symbols]
