1. A decorative sticker used in a municipal disaster prevention administrative radio system that transmits various information simultaneously from a master station to slave stations, A substrate having a surface on which various signs can be printed, and a back surface provided on the opposite side of the surface and capable of being joined to the substation, A backing sheet is provided so as to cover the entire back surface of the substrate and is peelably attached to the back surface, A laminate film is provided so as to cover the entire surface of the substrate, and is inseparably bonded to the surface in such a way that the mark printed on the surface is visible through it. The device comprises an application sheet provided to cover the entire laminate film bonded to the surface of the substrate, and which is peelably attached to the laminate film. The decorative sticker has a four-layer structure in which the backing paper, the base material, the laminate film, and the application sheet are laminated in this order.
2. The decorative seal according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive force between the application sheet and the surface of the laminate film is set to be less than the adhesive force between the back surface of the substrate and the sub-sub

The decorative seal according to claim 5, wherein the peeling force application portion is configured to protrude from the application sheet while being continuous with each of the two adjacent cut edges, when the application sheet is cut in half in a plan view, thereby forming two adjacent cut edges.
8. The decorative seal has an adhesive portion for peelably attaching the application sheet to the surface of the laminate film. The decorative seal according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive portion includes an adhesive area in which the application sheet and the surface of the laminate film are peelably adhered to each other in at least one location within the entire contact area of the application sheet that contacts the surface of the laminate film.
9. The decorative seal according to claim 8, wherein the adhesive portion is configured such that the adhesive area and the non-adhesive area, in which the application sheet and the surface of the laminate film are not adhered to each other, are alternately repeated at equal intervals along the direction traversing the application sheet.
10. The decorative seal according to claim 1, wherein the laminate film has rigidity that allows the overall contour shape of the decorative seal to be maintained at a constant level.
11. The decorative seal according to claim 10, wherein the laminate film has the function of a reinforcing and protective member that reinforces the substrate and protects the mark printed on the surface of the substrate.

The decorative seal according to claim 1, wherein, in a state in which the backing paper is peelably attached to the back surface of the substrate, the laminate film is irremovably bonded to the surface of the substrate, and the application sheet is peelably attached to the surface of the laminate film, the adhesive force between the backing paper and the back surface of the substrate is set to be smaller than the adhesive force between the laminate film and the surface of the substrate, and the adhesive force between the application sheet and the surface of the laminate film.
