Abstract

To provide a connecting device that allows easy and reliable operation of a wedge plate as means for connecting an upper end of a timbering member to two upper and lower horizontal battens of a concrete formwork when the concrete formwork 1 is supported by a diagonal timbering member 11.SOLUTION: A connecting device 16 includes: a vertically oriented upper and lower receiving member 21 that is connected to an upper end of the timbering member 11; a T-shaped pressing member 19 that sandwiches two upper and lower horizontal battens 6a and 6b between itself and the receiving member; a rod-shaped body 18 that is integrated with the T-shaped pressing member 19 and passes through a through hole 22 in the receiving member 21; and a wedge plate 23. A stopper member 27 that can slide only between a one-end cylindrical portion 18b connected to a thick bar-shaped portion 18a and a bottom plate portion 21c of the receiving member 21 is fitted playfully to the thick bar-shaped portion 18a equipped with a wedge hole 17a of the rod-shaped body 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

Claims

1. In a connecting device for connecting the upper end of a slanted support member that supports concrete formwork to two horizontal bracing members, one above and one below the concrete formwork, The connecting device consists of a rod-shaped body with a wedge hole, a T-shaped pressing member integrally attached to the inner end of the rod-shaped body, a receiving member that clamps two horizontal battens between itself and the upper and lower protruding arms of the T-shaped pressing member, and a wedge plate. The receiving member has a grooved cross-section and includes left and right side plate portions and a bottom plate portion that clamp the two horizontal battens at their front edges. The bottom plate portion has a through hole through which the rod-shaped body passes. The wedge plate is driven into the wedge hole of the rod-shaped body that protrudes to the outside of the receiving member through the through hole. The lower end of the receiving member, when oriented vertically and intersecting the two horizontal battens, is connected to the upper end of the support member. The tip of the central shaft portion of the T-shaped pressing member of the rod-shaped body is welded. A connecting device between a concrete formwork and a support member, comprising a cylindrical portion at one end and a thick plate rod-shaped portion with a rectangular cross-section extending from the cylindrical portion at one end to the other end, the wedge hole being provided so as to penetrate the thick plate rod-shaped portion in the thickness direction, the through hole provided in the receiving member having projections on both sides in the diameter direction that allow the upper and lower protruding arms of the T-shaped pressing member to rotate only within a 90-degree range between a vertical position parallel to the length direction of the receiving member and a horizontal position perpendicular to the length direction of the receiving member, and a stopper member being loosely fitted to the thick plate rod-shaped portion of the rod-shaped body so as to be able to move only in the length direction of the thick plate rod-shaped portion between the cylindrical portion at one end and the bottom plate portion of the receiving member.

2. The connecting device for a concrete formwork and a support member according to claim 1, wherein the central shaft portion of the T-shaped pressing member and the rod-shaped body are welded and fixed together such that, when the upper and lower protruding arm portions of the T-shaped pressing member are in the vertical position, the wedge plate inserted through the wedge hole of the rod-shaped body is inclined obliquely with respect to the longitudinal direction of the receiving member, and the tip of the wedge plate protrudes laterally from the receiving member.

3. The connecting device for a concrete formwork and a support member according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the narrow tip portion of the wedge plate is provided with a retaining portion to prevent it from being pulled out of the wedge hole, and the wide rear end portion of the wedge plate is wider than the length of the wedge hole, so as to prevent passage from the wedge hole to the side with the narrow tip portion.
