Antibodies against influenza A virus

Abstract

The present disclosure provides antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof capable of binding to influenza A virus hemagglutinin (HA) and neutralizing IAV infection. Also provided are polynucleotides encoding the antibodies or antigen-binding fragments, vectors containing such polynucleotides, host cells capable of expressing the antibodies or antigen-binding fragments, related compositions, and methods of using the compositions disclosed herein, e.g., to treat or prevent IAV infection.
