To perform stable electrospinning.SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric manufacturing device is assembled with: a first equipment chamber where direct inflow of outside air is blocked, provided with an electrospinning apparatus which ejects a spinning dope by electric potential difference to form ultrafine fibers and a conveyance path of a sheet-like substrate for collecting ultrafine fibers ejected from the electrospinning apparatus; a second equipment chamber where direct inflow of outside air is allowed, provided with an unwinding drum which performs unwinding of the sheet-like substrate and a winding drum for performing winding of the sheet-like substrate; a continuous hole formed in a partition wall part for partitioning the first equipment chamber and the second equipment chamber, for making the sheet-like substrate pass; an exhauster for recovering and exhausting the air in the first equipment chamber; and an air supply apparatus for pumping conditioned air to the second equipment chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
