To provide a method for producing granules for lithium adsorption in which elution of manganese in an elution process can be sufficiently suppressed in the case of producing lithium on a commercial basis.SOLUTION: A method for producing granules for lithium adsorption includes: a kneading process of kneading powder of precursor of lithium adsorbent and binding agent to obtain a kneaded product; a granulating process of mold-processing the kneaded product to obtain first granules; and a sintering process of sintering the first granules to obtain second granules. With this constitution, a valence of manganese included in the precursor of the lithium adsorbent can be changed from 2 to 4, and elution of manganese in an elution process can be suppressed. Further, it becomes possible to repeatedly use the lithium adsorbent in production on a commercial basis.
