To provide a wire harness and a door opening / closing device provided with the same that can make compact a control portion that controls a driving portion for sliding a sliding door panel in a door width direction.SOLUTION: A wire harness 10 includes: a connecting portion 11 that is connected to a connected portion 22 provided in a control portion 21 for controlling a driving portion 27 for sliding a sliding door panel 3 in a door width direction; and a signal line 12 that connects the connecting portion to operation portions 6A, 6B on both sides in a door thickness direction, which are disposed on each side in the door thickness direction around the sliding door panel and output an open signal to the control portion. The signal line includes: operation portion side signal lines 14A, 14B that are respectively connected to the operation portions on both sides in the door thickness direction; and a connecting portion side signal line 13 in which these operation portion side signal lines are merged via a merging portion 12a and one end is connected to the connecting portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
