AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
Conventional oil-proof ventilation systems require frequent maintenance due to filter element saturation, leading to reduced performance and shortened service life, necessitating costly and timely replacements.
Method used
An oil-proof assembly with a valve body, first and second filter members, and an elastic member that automatically expels excess oil from the first filter member when it becomes saturated, maintaining filtration and ventilation efficiency without frequent maintenance.
Benefits of technology
The system maintains filtration and ventilation performance by automatically expelling excess oil, reducing maintenance needs and extending the service life of the oil-proof assembly.

Abstract
To provide an oilproof assembly which enables reduction of maintenance costs and extends a useful life, and to provide an oilproof vent valve and a device with an oil tank.SOLUTION: An oilproof assembly includes: a valve body 1 which is provided with a cavity located in the center and penetrating through both ends of the valve body, and includes a first end and a second end, and in which an oil passage port allowing communication between the cavity and the outside is provided at the first end and the cavity communicates with an external ventilation passage at the second end; a first filter element 2 provided in the cavity at the first end; a stopper member 3 provided in the cavity at the second end and provided with a through hole for ventilation; and an elastic member 4 provided between the first filter element and the stopper member. The elastic member is configured to apply a thrust to the filter element after the first filter element absorbs oil to swell, so that at least part of the oil absorbed in the first filter element can be extruded by the thrust of the elastic member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
