To provide a holder in which a holder clip includes an adjustable opening to hold objects having different dimensions and can determine a holding force exerted on the objects in the opening.SOLUTION: A holder comprises: a tube 110 having a first end 110a and a second end 110b that is opposite to the first end; a movable clip 120 at the first end of the tube, the movable clip having an aperture 128 such that the object can be inserted through the aperture and held in the aperture; a cap 130 at the second end of the tube; a spring 140 inside the tube; a first retainer 112 inside the tube, where the first retainer couples the movable clip to the spring; and a second retainer 114 inside the tube, where the second retainer couples the cap to the spring.
