Abstract
The present invention provides an anchor unit and an installation method for the anchor unit that can exhibit high resistance to tensile forces from a wire rope. [Solution] The anchor unit 1 comprises a first member 10 and a second member 20. The first member 10 is provided with a fixing member 16 onto which the looped end 52 of a wire rope 50, whose end 52 is looped, is attached, and the second member 20 is provided with a folding member 26 onto which the middle portion 54 of the wire rope 50 is folded back. The first member 10 and the second member 20 are arranged such that the side surface of the first bearing member 14 of the first member 10 and the side surface of the second bearing member 24 of the second member 20 face each other in the ground while separated from each other.
