Description

elevator

[0001] The present invention relates to an elevator.

[0002] In conventional elevators, a shielding plate is installed in the elevator shaft to detect the position of the car, and when the car passes through the shielding plate, a detector installed in the car detects the plate to detect the position of the car.In recent years, a technology has been proposed in which a tape-shaped detector is installed in the elevator shaft along the direction in which the car ascends and descends, and this detector is detected by a position detector installed in the car to detect the position of the car.

[0003] An example of such a technology is described in Patent Document 1. Patent Document 1 describes a technology in which a just level sensor is provided to detect when the car has landed at each floor landing. Patent Document 1 also describes a technology in which the car is manually operated to the top floor or the bottom floor, and then the car is moved back and forth within the elevator shaft, and the position on a magnetic tape when the just level sensor is activated is recorded as just level.

[0004] JP 2015-113180 A

[0005] However, the detection body is tape-shaped and long, stretching from the top to the bottom of the hoistway, which means that the detection body may be subject to large swings due to earthquakes or strong winds, and may become caught on other components installed in the hoistway.

[0006] In consideration of the above problems, the present invention aims to provide an elevator that can suppress the shaking of a detected object.

[0007] To solve the above problems and achieve the object, an elevator includes a car that moves up and down in a hoistway, a tape-shaped detection body, a position detector, a vibration suppression member, and an open / close switch. The detection body extends from the top to the bottom of the hoistway. The position detector is provided on the car and detects the position of the car by detecting the detection body. The vibration suppression member is provided in the hoistway, has an opening through which the detection body passes, and is formed to be openable and closable. The open / close switch detects the car and opens and closes the vibration suppression member.

[0008] According to the elevator having the above configuration, it is possible to suppress the swinging of the detection object and to prevent the detection object from getting caught on other components installed in the elevator shaft.

[0009] FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram showing an elevator according to an embodiment; FIG. 9 is a plan view showing an elevator according to an embodiment; FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing an example of an installation example of a detection body of an elevator according to an embodiment; FIG. 4(a) and FIG. 4(b) are perspective views showing another example of an installation example of a detection body of an elevator according to an embodiment; FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing the configuration around a lower clip of a detection body of an elevator according to an embodiment; FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing the configuration around a lower clip of a detection body of an elevator according to an embodiment; FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing an elevator car and a sway suppression member according to an embodiment; FIG. 14 is a front view showing the operation of the sway suppression member of an elevator according to an embodiment; FIG. 15 is a front view showing the operation of the sway suppression member of an elevator according to an embodiment; and FIG. 16 is a plan view showing the operation of the sway suppression member of an elevator according to an embodiment.

[0010] Hereinafter, an embodiment of an elevator will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 9B. Note that common members in each figure are given the same reference numerals.

[0011] 1. Example of embodiment 1-1. Elevator configuration First, the configuration of an elevator according to an example of embodiment (hereinafter referred to as "this example") will be described with reference to Figures 1 and 2. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram showing the elevator, and Figure 2 is a plan view showing the elevator.

[0012] 1 and 2, the elevator 100 includes a hoist 3, a car 4 for carrying passengers and luggage, and a counterweight 5. The elevator 100 also includes car-side guide rails 6 and 7 and counterweight-side guide rails 8 and 9.

[0013] Furthermore, the elevator 100 is equipped with a tape-shaped detection body 2 and a position detector 10 provided on the car 4 in order to detect the position of the car 4. The detection body 2 is inserted through an opening provided in the position detector 10. The position detector 10 detects the detection body 2, thereby detecting the position of the car 4.

[0014] For example, a magnetic tape is used as the detection body 2. A magnetic sensor that reads data from the magnetic tape detection body 2 is used as the position detector 10. For example, an absolute position detector is used as the position detector 10.

[0015] The detection body 2 is not limited to magnetic tape, but may be, for example, optical tape or any other tape-like detection body. The position detector 10 may also be an optical sensor or any other type of position detector.

[0016] The car 4 is formed in a hollow, approximately rectangular parallelepiped shape. The car 4 moves up and down in the hoistway 1 along car-side guide rails 6, 7. The car-side guide rails 6, 7 are arranged on both sides of the car 4. The car-side guide rails 6, 7 are also erected within the hoistway 1. The car 4 is also provided with a pulley (not shown). A main rope (not shown) is wound around this pulley. The main rope is wound around a sheave of the hoisting machine 3 and a pulley provided on the counterweight.

[0017] The hoisting machine 3 is installed at the top in the ascending / descending direction of the hoistway 1. The location where the hoisting machine 3 is installed is not limited to the top of the hoistway 1, but it may also be installed at the bottom of the hoistway 1. Also, a machine room may be provided in the hoistway 1, and the hoisting machine 3 may be installed in this machine room.

[0018] A counterweight 5 is disposed below the hoisting machine 3. The counterweight 5 moves up and down in the hoistway 1 along counterweight-side guide rails 8 and 9. The counterweight-side guide rails 8 and 9 are disposed on both sides of the counterweight 5. The counterweight-side guide rails 8 and 9 are erected in the hoistway 1.

[0019] The detection body 2 extends from the top 1a of the hoistway 1 to the bottom (pit) 1b in the ascending and descending direction of the car 4 within the hoistway 1. An upper bracket 12 is fixed to the upper part of the car-side guide rail 6, and a lower bracket 11 is fixed to the lower part of the car-side guide rail 6. An upper tape fixing part 13 is fixed to the upper bracket 12, and a lower tape fixing part 15 is fixed to the lower bracket 11.

[0020] An upper clip 14 is provided at the upper end of the detection body 2. The upper clip 14 is fixed to the upper tape fixing portion 13. Furthermore, a lower clip 16 is provided at the lower end of the detection body 2. The lower clip 16 is fixed to the lower tape fixing portion 15. Although an example in which the upper tape fixing portion 13 and the lower tape fixing portion 15 are provided has been described, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the upper clip 14 may be fixed to the upper bracket 12, and the lower clip 16 may be fixed to the lower bracket 11.

[0021] 1-2. Installation example of the detection body In order to accurately detect the position of the car 4, it is necessary to apply tension to the tape-shaped detection body 2 and install the detection body 2 in the elevator shaft 1 without bending. Next, an example of installing the detection body 2 while applying tension will be described with reference to Figs. 3 to 6. Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing an example of installation of the detection body 2. In the example shown in Fig. 3, an example of installation without providing the upper tape fixing portion 13 and the lower tape fixing portion 15 will be described.

[0022] As shown in Figure 3, an upper clip 14 provided at the upper end of the detection body 2 is fixed to the upper bracket 12. A lower clip 16 provided at the lower end of the detection body 2 is provided with a spring 21. The upper end of the spring 21 is fixed to the lower clip 16, and the lower end of the spring 21 is fixed to the lower bracket 11. A tension is applied to the detection body 2 by the spring force of the spring 21.

[0023] 4(a) and 4(b) are diagrams showing another example of installation of the detector 2. As shown in Fig. 4(a) and 4(b), an upper clip 14 provided at the upper end of the detector 2 is fixed to the upper bracket 12 or the upper tape fixing part 13. A lower clip 16 provided at the lower end of the detector 2 is inserted into the lower bracket 11 or the lower tape fixing part 15.

[0024] Figures 5 and 6 are perspective views showing the configuration around the lower clip 16. Note that the examples shown in Figures 5 and 6 show an example in which the lower tape fixing portion 15 is not provided. As shown in Figures 5 and 6, an insertion hole 11a is formed in the lower bracket 11. A lower clip 16 is inserted into the insertion hole 11a. The lower end of the lower clip 16 protrudes from the lower end of the lower bracket 11. A hook 16a is formed at the lower end of the lower clip 16. When the hook 16a abuts against the lower bracket 11, it is possible to restrict displacement of the detection body 2 in the contraction direction.

[0025] 5 and 6, a weight 22 is detachably attached to the hook 16a. As a result, the load of the weight 22 is applied to the detection body 2 via the lower clip 16, and tension can be applied to the detection body 2. The position at which the lower bracket 11 is fixed to the car-side guide rail 6 is set based on the state in which the detection body 2 is extended with the weight 22 hung on the lower clip 16.

[0026] 2. Vibration Suppression Member 2-1. Configuration Example of Vibration Suppression Member The detection body 2 may vibrate significantly in the hoistway 1 due to earthquakes or wind. Therefore, the elevator 100 of this example is provided with a member that suppresses the vibration of the detection body 2. Next, the configuration of the vibration suppression member for the detection body 2 will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 9B. FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the car 4 and the vibration suppression member. As shown in FIG. 7, a vibration suppression member 31 and an open / close switch 30 are installed in the hoistway 1. The vibration suppression member 31 is fixed to a bracket provided on the wall surface of the hoistway 1 or on the car-side guide rails 6, 7, etc. A plurality of vibration suppression members 31 are installed at predetermined heights in the hoistway 1. The vibration suppression members 31 are arranged at least in the middle of the hoistway 1.

[0027] The vibration suppression member 31 is formed in a ring shape with a circular opening. The detection body 2 is inserted into the opening of the vibration suppression member 31. In this way, the vibration suppression member 31 surrounds the periphery of the detection body 2, thereby preventing the detection body 2 from shaking significantly due to earthquakes or wind, and preventing the detection body 2 from getting caught on other members installed in the hoistway 1.

[0028] The vibration suppression member 31 is not limited to a circular ring shape, and may be formed in various other shapes such as a square, a hexagon, etc. However, by forming the vibration suppression member 31 in a shape with a circular opening, it is possible to prevent the detection body 2 from getting caught on the corners of the vibration suppression member 31.

[0029] Furthermore, it is preferable that the vibration suppression member 31 be made of a soft material such as rubber or resin. This makes it possible to prevent the detection body 2 from being damaged when the detection body 2 comes into contact with the vibration suppression member 31, and also makes it possible for the vibration suppression member 31 to dampen the vibration of the detection body 2.

[0030] The vibration suppressing member 31 is formed so as to be openable and closable by a drive unit (not shown). The size of the opening of the vibration suppressing member 31 when it is open is set to be larger than the size of the position detector 10.

[0031] An open / close switch 30 is installed above and below the vibration suppression member 31 in the lifting direction. A roller 30a that serves as a pressing portion is provided on the open / close switch 30. The open / close switch 30 is turned ON when the roller 30a is pressed by a cam 42, which will be described later.

[0032] A cam 42 is installed on one surface of the car 4 that faces the roller 30a of the open / close switch 30. The cam 42 extends from the upper end to the lower end of the car 4. The cam 42 has an upper inclined surface 42a, a lower inclined surface 42b, and a straight surface 42c. The upper inclined surface 42a is located at the upper end of the car 4, and the lower inclined surface 42b is located at the lower end of the car 4. The straight surface 42c is located between the upper inclined surface 42a and the lower inclined surface 42b.

[0033] The upper inclined surface 42a and the lower inclined surface 42b of the cam 42 protrude from the upper and lower ends in the vertical direction of the car 4. The upper inclined surface 42a and the lower inclined surface 42b of the cam 42 are disposed at least above or below the position detector 10 in the vertical direction. Therefore, the upper inclined surface 42a or the lower inclined surface 42b of the cam 42 comes into contact with the roller 30a of the open / close switch 30 before the position detector 10 passes the vibration suppression member 31.

[0034] 2-2. Example of Operation of the Vibration Suppression Member Next, the operation of the vibration suppression member 31 having the above-described configuration will be described with reference to Fig. 8A to Fig. 9B. Fig. 8A to Fig. 9B are diagrams showing the operation of the vibration suppression member 31. Note that Fig. 8A and Fig. 8B show the state before the car 4 passes through the vibration suppression member 31, and Fig. 9A and Fig. 9B show the state after the car 4 passes through the vibration suppression member 31.

[0035] Before the car 4 passes through the vibration suppression member 31, as shown in Fig. 8A, the roller 30a of the open / close switch 30 is not in contact with the cam 42 provided on the car 4. In this state, the open / close switch 30 is in the OFF state. Then, as shown in Fig. 8B, when the open / close switch 30 is in the OFF state, the vibration suppression member 31 is closed. Therefore, the detection body 2 is surrounded by the vibration suppression member 31.

[0036] In contrast, when the car 4 passes through the vibration suppression member 31, as shown in Fig. 9A, the cam 42 provided on the car 4 presses the roller 30a of the open / close switch 30. Therefore, the state of the open / close switch 30 is turned ON. Then, as shown in Fig. 9B, when the open / close switch 30 is turned ON, the vibration suppression member 31 opens. Note that the vibration suppression member 31 opens to a size that allows the position detector 10 provided on the car 4 to pass through. This makes it possible to prevent interference between the position detector 10 provided on the car 4 and the vibration suppression member 31, as shown in Fig. 9B.

[0037] Then, when the car 4 passes the vibration suppressing member 31, the cam 42 moves away from the roller 30a of the open / close switch 30. This turns the open / close switch 30 OFF, and the vibration suppressing member 31 closes as shown in FIG. 8B.

[0038] In this example, a mechanical switch operated by the roller 30 a and the cam 42 is used as the open / close switch 30 for opening and closing the vibration suppression member 31, but the present invention is not limited to this. Various types of switches such as a magnetic switch and an optical switch can be used as the open / close switch 30.

[0039] The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the invention as set forth in the claims.

[0040] For example, the above-described embodiments have described the configurations of the devices and systems in detail and specifically in order to clearly explain the present invention, and are not necessarily limited to those including all of the described configurations. Furthermore, it is possible to replace part of the configuration of the embodiments described here with the configuration of other embodiments, and it is also possible to add the configuration of one embodiment to the configuration of another embodiment. Furthermore, it is also possible to add, delete, or replace part of the configuration of one embodiment with other configurations.

[0041] The configuration of the elevator 100 is not limited to the 2:1 roping elevator shown in FIG. 1, but various other elevators such as a 1:1 roping elevator and a hydraulic elevator can also be applied.

[0042] In this specification, the words "parallel" and "orthogonal" are used, but these do not mean only "parallel" and "orthogonal" in the strict sense, but also include "parallel" and "orthogonal" and may also mean a "substantially parallel" or "substantially orthogonal" state within a range in which the functions can be exerted.
