AI Technical Summary
Conventional elevator detection systems using tape-shaped detection objects are prone to significant shaking due to earthquakes or wind, and risk getting caught on other members installed in the hoistway, leading to inaccurate position detection.
Incorporating a vibration suppressing member in the hoistway that surrounds the tape-shaped detection body, formed into a semicircular or cylindrical shape with an opening for the position detector, to prevent excessive shaking and entanglement with other objects, and using a protective wire mesh to stabilize the detection system.
Effectively suppresses the shaking of the detection body and prevents it from getting caught on other members, ensuring accurate and reliable position detection of the elevator car.
Abstract
Description
elevator
[0001] The present invention relates to an elevator.
[0002] In conventional elevators, a shielding plate is installed in the elevator shaft to detect the position of the car, and when the car passes through the shielding plate, a detector installed in the car detects the plate to detect the position of the car.In recent years, a technology has been proposed in which a tape-shaped detector is installed in the elevator shaft along the direction in which the car ascends and descends, and this detector is detected by a position detector installed in the car to detect the position of the car.
[0003] An example of such a technology is described in Patent Document 1. Patent Document 1 describes a technology in which a just level sensor is provided to detect when the car has landed at each floor landing. Patent Document 1 also describes a technology in which the car is manually operated to the top floor or the bottom floor, and then the car is moved back and forth within the elevator shaft, and the position on a magnetic tape when the just level sensor is activated is recorded as just level.

[0005] However, the detection body is tape-shaped and long, stretching from the top to the bottom of the hoistway, which means that the detection body may be subject to large swings due to earthquakes or strong winds, and may become caught on other components installed in the hoistway.
[0006] In consideration of the above problems, the present invention aims to provide an elevator that can suppress the shaking of a detected object.
[0007] To solve the above problems and achieve the object, an elevator includes a car that moves up and down in a hoistway, a tape-shaped detection body, a position detector, and a vibration suppression member. The detection body extends from the top to the bottom of the hoistway. The position detector is provided on the car and detects the detection body to determine the position of the car. The vibration suppression member is provided in the hoistway, surrounds the detection body, and has an opening through which the position detector can pass.
[0008] According to the elevator having the above configuration, it is possible to suppress the swinging of the detection object and to prevent the detection object from getting caught on other components installed in the elevator shaft.

[0010] Hereinafter, an embodiment of an elevator will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 12. Note that common members in each figure are given the same reference numerals.
[0011] 1. Example of embodiment 1-1. Elevator configuration First, the configuration of an elevator according to an example of embodiment (hereinafter referred to as "this example") will be described with reference to Figures 1 and 2. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram showing the elevator, and Figure 2 is a plan view showing the elevator.
[0012] 1 and 2, the elevator 100 includes a hoist 3, a car 4 for carrying passengers and luggage, and a counterweight 5. The elevator 100 also includes car-side guide rails 6 and 7 and counterweight-side guide rails 8 and 9.
[0013] Furthermore, the elevator 100 is equipped with a tape-shaped detection body 2 and a position detector 10 provided on the car 4 in order to detect the position of the car 4. The detection body 2 is inserted through an opening provided in the position detector 10. The position detector 10 detects the detection body 2, thereby detecting the position of the car 4.
[0014] For example, a magnetic tape is used as the detection body 2. A magnetic sensor that reads data from the magnetic tape detection body 2 is used as the position detector 10. For example, an absolute position detector is used as the position detector 10.
[0015] The detection body 2 is not limited to magnetic tape, but may be, for example, optical tape or any other tape-like detection body. The position detector 10 may also be an optical sensor or any other type of position detector.
[0016] The car 4 is formed in a hollow, approximately rectangular parallelepiped shape. The car 4 moves up and down in the hoistway 1 along car-side guide rails 6, 7. The car-side guide rails 6, 7 are arranged on both sides of the car 4. The car-side guide rails 6, 7 are also erected within the hoistway 1. The car 4 is also provided with a pulley (not shown). A main rope (not shown) is wound around this pulley. The main rope is wound around a sheave of the hoisting machine 3 and a pulley provided on the counterweight.
[0017] The hoisting machine 3 is installed at the top in the ascending / descending direction of the hoistway 1. The location where the hoisting machine 3 is installed is not limited to the top of the hoistway 1, but it may also be installed at the bottom of the hoistway 1. Also, a machine room may be provided in the hoistway 1, and the hoisting machine 3 may be installed in this machine room.
[0018] A counterweight 5 is disposed below the hoisting machine 3. The counterweight 5 moves up and down in the hoistway 1 along counterweight-side guide rails 8 and 9. The counterweight-side guide rails 8 and 9 are disposed on both sides of the counterweight 5. The counterweight-side guide rails 8 and 9 are erected in the hoistway 1.
[0019] The detection body 2 extends from the top 1a of the hoistway 1 to the bottom (pit) 1b in the ascending and descending direction of the car 4 within the hoistway 1. An upper bracket 12 is fixed to the upper part of the car-side guide rail 6, and a lower bracket 11 is fixed to the lower part of the car-side guide rail 6. An upper tape fixing part 13 is fixed to the upper bracket 12, and a lower tape fixing part 15 is fixed to the lower bracket 11.
[0020] An upper clip 14 is provided at the upper end of the detection body 2. The upper clip 14 is fixed to the upper tape fixing portion 13. Furthermore, a lower clip 16 is provided at the lower end of the detection body 2. The lower clip 16 is fixed to the lower tape fixing portion 15. Although an example in which the upper tape fixing portion 13 and the lower tape fixing portion 15 are provided has been described, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the upper clip 14 may be fixed to the upper bracket 12, and the lower clip 16 may be fixed to the lower bracket 11.
[0021] 1-2. Installation example of the detection body In order to accurately detect the position of the car 4, it is necessary to apply tension to the tape-shaped detection body 2 and install the detection body 2 in the elevator shaft 1 without bending. Next, an example of installing the detection body 2 while applying tension will be described with reference to Figs. 3 to 6. Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing an example of installation of the detection body 2. In the example shown in Fig. 3, an example of installation without providing the upper tape fixing portion 13 and the lower tape fixing portion 15 will be described.
[0022] As shown in Figure 3, an upper clip 14 provided at the upper end of the detection body 2 is fixed to the upper bracket 12. A lower clip 16 provided at the lower end of the detection body 2 is provided with a spring 21. The upper end of the spring 21 is fixed to the lower clip 16, and the lower end of the spring 21 is fixed to the lower bracket 11. A tension is applied to the detection body 2 by the spring force of the spring 21.
[0023] 4(a) and 4(b) are diagrams showing another example of installation of the detector 2. As shown in Fig. 4(a) and 4(b), an upper clip 14 provided at the upper end of the detector 2 is fixed to the upper bracket 12 or the upper tape fixing part 13. A lower clip 16 provided at the lower end of the detector 2 is inserted into the lower bracket 11 or the lower tape fixing part 15.
[0024] Figures 5 and 6 are perspective views showing the configuration around the lower clip 16. Note that the examples shown in Figures 5 and 6 show an example in which the lower tape fixing portion 15 is not provided. As shown in Figures 5 and 6, an insertion hole 11a is formed in the lower bracket 11. A lower clip 16 is inserted into the insertion hole 11a. The lower end of the lower clip 16 protrudes from the lower end of the lower bracket 11. A hook 16a is formed at the lower end of the lower clip 16. When the hook 16a abuts against the lower bracket 11, it is possible to restrict displacement of the detection body 2 in the contraction direction.
[0025] 5 and 6, a weight 22 is detachably attached to the hook 16a. As a result, the load of the weight 22 is applied to the detection body 2 via the lower clip 16, and tension can be applied to the detection body 2. The position at which the lower bracket 11 is fixed to the car-side guide rail 6 is set based on the state in which the detection body 2 is extended with the weight 22 hung on the lower clip 16.
[0026] 2. Vibration Suppression Member The detection body 2 may vibrate significantly due to earthquakes or wind within the hoistway 1. For this reason, the elevator 100 of this embodiment is provided with a member that suppresses the vibration of the detection body 2.
[0027] 2-1. First embodiment Next, the configuration of the vibration suppression member according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 7 to Fig. 9. Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing the car 4 and the vibration suppression member according to the first embodiment. Fig. 8 is a plan view showing the vibration suppression member according to the first embodiment, and Fig. 9 is a front view showing the vibration suppression member according to the first embodiment.
[0028] As shown in Figure 7, vibration suppression members 31, protective wire mesh 41, and multiple anti-vibration brackets 42 are installed within hoistway 1. The multiple anti-vibration brackets 42 are fixed to car-side guide rails 6. The anti-vibration brackets 42 protrude from car-side guide rails 6 in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which detection body 2 extends. The multiple anti-vibration brackets 42 are installed within hoistway 1 at predetermined height intervals.
[0029] 7 to 9, a protective wire mesh 41 is fixed to the anti-sway bracket 42. The protective wire mesh 41 is supported by the anti-sway bracket 42 and is disposed opposite the detection body 2 with a gap therebetween. The protective wire mesh 41, like the detection body 2, extends from the top 1a of the elevator shaft 1 to the pit 1b.
[0030] In addition, a plurality of vibration suppression members 31 are provided on the protective wire mesh 41 at predetermined height intervals along the elevator shaft 1. The vibration suppression members 31 are attached to the mesh of the protective wire mesh 41 by wire material such as wire or resin.
[0031] The vibration suppressing member 31 is formed of a substantially semicircular member having an arc, and is disposed so as to surround the periphery of the detection body 2. The vibration suppressing member 31 also has an opening through which the position detector 10 can pass.
[0032] In this way, by surrounding the detection body 2 with the vibration suppression member 31, it is possible to prevent the detection body 2 from shaking significantly due to earthquakes or wind, and to prevent the detection body 2 from getting caught on other members installed in the elevator shaft 1. Furthermore, by providing an opening in the vibration suppression member 31 through which the position detector 10 can pass, it is possible to prevent the position detector 10 from coming into contact with the vibration suppression member 31 when the car 4 passes through it.
[0033] Although the example in which the vibration suppression member 31 is formed in a substantially semicircular shape has been described, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the vibration suppression member 31 may be formed in various shapes, such as a square or hexagon, having an opening through which the position detector 10 can pass. However, forming the vibration suppression member 31 in an arc shape prevents the detection body 2 from getting caught on the corners of the vibration suppression member 31. Furthermore, forming the vibration suppression member 31 in an arc shape allows the detection body 2 to slide along the wall surface of the vibration suppression member 31 and return the detection body 2 to the desired position.
[0034] Furthermore, it is preferable that the vibration suppression member 31 be made of a soft material such as rubber or resin. This makes it possible to prevent the detection body 2 from being damaged when the detection body 2 comes into contact with the vibration suppression member 31, and also makes it possible for the vibration suppression member 31 to dampen the vibration of the detection body 2.
[0035] Furthermore, by using the protective wire mesh 41 as a member for installing the vibration suppression member 31, the vibration suppression member 31 can be easily installed at any position. Furthermore, the protective wire mesh 41 is continuously arranged from the top 1a of the elevator shaft 1 to the pit 1b, facing the detection body 2. This makes it possible to suppress the vibration of the detection body 2 not only by the vibration suppression member 31 but also by the protective wire mesh 41. Furthermore, although an example in which the vibration suppression member 31 is attached to the protective wire mesh 41 has been described, this is not limiting, and the protective wire mesh 41 itself may be used as a vibration suppression member by bending the protective wire mesh 41 to surround the detection body 2.
[0036] In addition, the anti-sway bracket 42 is disposed to protrude from the car-side guide rail 6 in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the detection body 2 extends. Therefore, even if the detection body 2 sways significantly and comes off the vibration suppression member 31, the anti-sway bracket 42 can prevent the detection body 2 from coming into contact with other members.
[0037] Furthermore, a protective wire 45 may be fixed to the anti-sway bracket 42. The protective wire 45 extends in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the detection body 2 extends. This protective wire 45 also serves to prevent the detection body 2 from coming into contact with other components.
[0038] 2-2. Second embodiment Next, the configuration of the vibration suppression member according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 10 to 12. Note that parts common to the vibration suppression member 31 according to the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and duplicated explanations will be omitted. Fig. 10 is a perspective view showing the car 4 and vibration suppression member according to the second embodiment. Fig. 11 is a plan view showing the vibration suppression member according to the second embodiment, and Fig. 12 is a front view showing the vibration suppression member according to the second embodiment.
[0039] As shown in Figures 10 to 12, the vibration suppression member 51 is formed in the shape of a pipe with an opening on one side. The vibration suppression member 51 is formed in a generally cylindrical shape with an arc. The vibration suppression member 51 extends along the detection body 2 from the top 1a of the elevator shaft 1 to the pit 1b. As shown in Figures 11 and 12, the vibration suppression member 51 is fixed to the vibration-stop bracket 42 via, for example, a fixing screw 52. Note that the method of fixing the vibration suppression member 51 is not limited to the fixing screw 52, and various other fixing methods can be used.
[0040] Furthermore, the vibration suppression member 51 has an opening that continues from the top 1a of the elevator shaft 1 to the pit 1b along the detection body 2. The opening of the vibration suppression member 51 is formed to a size that allows the position detector 10 to pass through. This prevents the position detector 10 from coming into contact with the vibration suppression member 51.
[0041] Furthermore, the detection body 2 is inserted into the cylindrical hole of the vibration suppression member 51. Therefore, the detection body 2 is surrounded by the vibration suppression member 51. This makes it possible to prevent the detection body 2 from shaking significantly due to earthquakes or wind, and also makes it possible to prevent the detection body 2 from getting caught on other members installed in the hoistway 1.
[0042] Although the example in which the vibration suppression member 51 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape with an arc has been described, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the vibration suppression member 51 may be formed in a rectangular, hexagonal, or other angular tubular shape with an opening through which the position detector 10 can pass. However, forming the vibration suppression member 51 in a substantially cylindrical shape can prevent the detection body 2 from getting caught on the corners of the vibration suppression member 51. Forming the vibration suppression member 51 in an arc shape allows the detection body 2 to slide along the wall surface of the vibration suppression member 51 and return the detection body 2 to the desired position.
[0043] As shown in FIG. 12, the anti-vibration bracket 42 may be used not only to fix the vibration suppression member 51 but also to fix a wiring cable 55 connected to hall buttons on each floor.
[0044] In the second embodiment, the protective wire mesh 41 may also be installed, and the vibration suppression member 51 may be attached to the protective wire mesh 41 .
[0045] The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the invention as set forth in the claims.
[0046] For example, the above-described embodiments have described the configurations of the devices and systems in detail and specifically in order to clearly explain the present invention, and are not necessarily limited to those including all of the described configurations. Furthermore, it is possible to replace part of the configuration of the embodiments described here with the configuration of other embodiments, and it is also possible to add the configuration of one embodiment to the configuration of another embodiment. Furthermore, it is also possible to add, delete, or replace part of the configuration of one embodiment with other configurations.
[0047] The configuration of the elevator 100 is not limited to the 2:1 roping elevator shown in FIG. 1, but various other elevators such as a 1:1 roping elevator and a hydraulic elevator can also be applied.
[0048] In this specification, the words "parallel" and "orthogonal" are used, but these do not mean only "parallel" and "orthogonal" in the strict sense, but also include "parallel" and "orthogonal" and may also mean a "substantially parallel" or "substantially orthogonal" state within a range in which the functions can be exerted.
