Abstract

The present invention relates to an axle hub separation device for a tiller, and more specifically, it is a separation device formed by attaching a fixed tube of a predetermined length to the direction of travel of the piston rod of a cylinder and connecting a separation device formed by a fastening plate at the tip of the fixed tube to a conventional hydraulic pump, then fixing the fastening plate to the hub and pressing the piston rod so that it is in contact with the axle to which the hub is fitted, thereby causing the fastening plate to retract so that the hub fixed thereto can be easily and quickly separated from the vehicle side. That is, it is an axle hub separation device for a tiller characterized by attaching a fixed tube (4) of a predetermined length to the direction of travel of the piston rod (3) of a cylinder (2), and connecting a separation device (1) formed by a fastening plate (5) having a plurality of coupling holes (5a) at the tip of the fixed tube (4) to a conventional hydraulic pump (6) via a connecting hose (8).

Description

The problem to be solved

[0003] The invention relates to an axle hub separation device for a tiller. More specifically, it involves attaching a fixed tube of a predetermined length to the direction of travel of the piston rod of a cylinder and forming a binding plate at the tip of the fixed tube to form a separation device. This device is then connected to a conventional hydraulic pump, and the binding plate is fixed to the hub. During the process of applying pressure to the piston rod so that it is in contact with the axle to which the hub is fitted, the binding plate retracts, thereby allowing the hub fixed thereto to be easily and quickly separated from the axle. Generally, since tillers are frequently exposed to soil and water outdoors, the axle requires repair after about 3 to 5 years of use. However, the hub fitted to the axle has rusted due to prolonged exposure to soil and water, making it difficult to separate easily. In other words, because the hub was not easily separated from the vehicle side, methods such as tying or cutting the hub section were used. This resulted in a significant amount of time—about 2 to 3 hours—for separation, and caused damage to expensive parts, thereby increasing repair costs for farmers. Effects of the invention

[0005] As such, the present invention has the advantage of reducing the burden of repair costs for farmers by allowing the separation of a hub that has been stuck in an axle for a long time and is difficult to separate to about 10 minutes using a hydraulically operated separator, thereby shortening the separation time from the conventional 2-3 hours to about 10 minutes. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0006] Figure 1 is a perspective view of the configuration of the present invention. Figure 2 is an exemplary cross-sectional view of the separator of the present invention. Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view of the separator of the present invention, showing the piston rod in an advanced state. Figure 4 is an example of the usage state of the present invention. Figure 5 is a diagram showing the state in which the hub is separated by the separator of the present invention. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0007] The present invention relates to an axle hub separation device for a tiller to solve these problems, and is described in detail with reference to the attached drawings as follows. A separation device (1) is formed by attaching a fixed tube (4) of a predetermined length to the direction of travel of the piston rod (3) of a cylinder (2) by welding or screw connection, and a connecting plate (5) having a plurality of connecting holes (5a) is formed at the tip of the fixed tube (4). The separation device (1) is connected to a conventional hydraulic pump (6) via a connecting hose (8), so that the separation device (1) can be operated by the operating handle (7) of the hydraulic pump (6). In the drawings, the unexplained reference numeral 9 is a hub, and 10 is an axle. With the present invention thus made, as shown in Figure 1, when hydraulic pressure is applied to the cylinder (2) by the hydraulic pump (6) while the piston rod (3) of the separation device (1) is retracted and positioned inside the fixed tube (4), the piston rod (3) moves forward to the outside of the fixed tube (4). In this state, in order to repair the axle of the tiller, the hub attached to the axle is separated from the wheel after the wheel has been removed. Then, as shown in Figure 2, the piston rod (3) located inside the fixed tube (4) and the protruding axle (10) are in a state where they are almost in contact, and the connecting plate (5) is fixed to the hub (9) with a bolt (11). Then, when the piston rod (3) is pressurized by a hydraulic pump (6), the connecting plate (5) is retracted because the axle (10) is fixed to the tiller during the process of pressurizing the piston rod (3), and the hub (9) fixed to it is separated. That is, as shown in Figure 3, hydraulic pressure is applied to the cylinder (2) while the connecting plate (5) and the hub (9) are fixed, causing the piston rod (3) to advance, but it cannot advance further due to the fixed axle (10). As a result of the action of retracting the cylinder (2), the hub (9) is forcibly separated from the connecting plate (5) of the fixed tube (4) connected thereto. As described above, the piston rod (3) is positioned at a predetermined distance within the fixed tube (4) when reversing so that it almost comes into contact with the protruding axle (10) when the hub (9) of the coupling plate (5) is coupled. This allows the coupling plate (5) to form a plurality of coupling holes (5a) so that it can be coupled to hubs of other types, and also allows the separation device of the present invention to be used when separating the flywheel of the tiller.
