Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a fire detector that not only enables early detection and suppression of wildfires, but also has a honeycomb shape so as not to detract from the aesthetics of the mountain. Background Technology
[0002] When wildfires occur, they are influenced by variables such as wind, temperature, and humidity. In particular, it is known that the speed of wildfire spread increases by about 26 times when the wind speed is approximately 6 m / s or higher.
[0003] Although the average wind speed in Korea is around 2 m / s, there are many instances where the instantaneous wind speed exceeds 10 m / s, so if a wildfire is not responded to in the early stages, it can spread into a large-scale wildfire.
[0004] Therefore, it is necessary to prepare for wildfires escalating into large-scale fires through rapid detection using wildfire detectors.
[0005] Furthermore, since it is often difficult to reach the site of a wildfire even when it is reported promptly, it is necessary to respond quickly to wildfires by utilizing a function that generates sound signals to guide the fire to the optimal route, thereby compensating for this situation. [0030] Hereinafter, a fire detector (1000) according to the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.
[0031] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a fire detector according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view showing a fire detector according to the present invention, FIG. 3 is a plan view showing a fire detector according to the present invention, FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a lower body of a fire detector according to the present invention, FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a central body of a fire detector according to the present invention, FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing an upper body of a fire detector according to the present invention, FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 are perspective views showing a blocking member installed on the lower body and upper body of a fire detector according to the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a block diagram for explaining the operation of a fire detector according to the present invention.
[0032] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 9, the fire detector (1000) of the present invention may include a body part (100) having a passage through which air passes, a sensor part (200) located on the passage through which air passes of the body part (100) and collecting fire judgment information, a control part (300) that determines whether a fire has occurred based on the fire judgment information collected by the sensor part (200) and, if it is determined that a fire has occurred, provides the fire occurrence information to a stored object, and an alert part (400) that emits one or more of a warning sound and a warning light when it is determined that a fire has occurred by the control part (300).
[0033] To explain in detail, since external air passes through a passage formed in the body part (100), when the sensor part (200) is positioned in the body part (100), fire judgment information (carbon dioxide, temperature, humidity) is collected from the sensor part (200), so that the control part (300) can determine a fire by comparing the collected information with the stored information.
[0034] At this time, the sensor unit (200) may include one or more of a carbon monoxide sensor (210), a carbon dioxide sensor (220), a temperature sensor (230), and a humidity sensor (240).
[0035] And, when the control unit (300) determines that a fire has occurred, it provides fire occurrence information to a stored object so that the fire suppression team can be dispatched quickly, and by activating the notification unit (400) to emit a warning sound and light, it enables the fire suppression team to quickly locate the fire occurrence.
[0036] Additionally, the body portion (100) may include a lower body (110) in which an air inlet portion (111) is formed, a central body (120) in which an air passage (121) communicating with the air inlet portion (101) is formed, and an upper body (130) in which an air outlet portion (131) communicating with the air passage (121) is formed.
[0037] And, the lower body (110), the central body (120), and the upper body (130) may have a structure in which they are assembled through interlocking.
[0038] In addition, the central body (120) has a lock ring (A) formed on its outer surface, and a lock plate (B) with a fitting hole formed on its outer surface into which the lock ring (A) is fitted is hinge-coupled to the upper body (130), so that when a lock is fastened to the lock ring (A), the upper body (130) and the central body (120), which are fitted together, can be separated only by a manager holding a key.
[0039] Additionally, the passage formed on the body part (100) is formed by combining an air inlet part (111) formed on the lower body (110), an air movement passage (121) formed on the central body (120), and an air outlet part (131) formed on the upper body (130), and external air introduced through the air inlet part (111) can be discharged to the outside through the air outlet part (131) after passing through the air movement passage (121).
[0040] Also, the upper body (130) may have a display unit (C) formed at its edge, and the control unit (300) may display information received through the control unit (300) on the display unit (C).
[0041] Additionally, the lower body (110) may include a first lower body (110A) having an octagonal tube shape and a second lower body (110B) coupled to the lower side of the first lower member (110A) and having a diameter that narrows from the upper side to the lower side.
[0042] And, the central body (120) may include a first central body (120A) having an octagonal tube shape and a plurality of support means (120B) coupled to the inner surface of the first central body (120A).
[0043] In addition, the upper body (130) may include a first upper body (130A) located at the lower side and having an air discharge section (131) formed therein, wherein the diameter of the air discharge section (131) narrows as it goes from the lower side to the upper side, a plurality of spaced-space forming bars (130B) arranged in a circumferential direction spaced apart on the upper side of the first upper body (130A), and a moisture inflow prevention section (130C) coupled to the upper side of the spaced-space forming bars (130B).
[0044] Additionally, the support means (120B) may include a support means body (121B) having a fluid movement hole drilled in the thickness direction, and a detachment prevention member (122B) coupled to the edge of the support means body (121B).
[0045] To explain in detail, the support means (120B) is configured to combine the sensor unit (200), the control unit (300), and the notification unit (400). Therefore, when a supported object is positioned on the upper side of the support means body (121B), the anti-detachment member (122B) is configured to prevent the object positioned on the support means body (121B) from detaching by gripping its edge.
[0046] In addition, a fluid flow hole (121B-1) is drilled in the support body (121B) so that the support body (121B) does not obstruct the flow of air. Therefore, it goes without saying that information collection through the sensor unit (200) can be carried out more smoothly.
[0047] At this time, it is recommended that the total area of the multiple support means bodies (121B) be formed smaller than the cross-sectional area of the air passage (121) so that air can move between the multiple support means bodies (121B) so that air can be moved more smoothly.
[0048] Additionally, the above moisture ingress prevention part (130C) may have a connecting member coupling part (130C-1) formed on its upper surface for hanging a string such as a cord, and the connecting member coupling part (130C-1) may include an insertion groove (D) formed on the upper surface of the moisture ingress prevention part (130C) and a hanging bar (E) formed in the center of the insertion groove (D).
[0049] Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, the lower body (110) may include a first blocking member (110C) having a porous structure that is coupled to an inlet (111B) of a second lower body (110B), and the upper body (130) may include a second blocking member (130D) having a porous structure that is coupled to an outlet (131B) formed between a plurality of space-forming bars (130B).
[0050] To explain in detail, an inlet (111B) and an outlet (131B) are required for air circulation, but since there is a problem where a malfunction occurs if insects and small animals enter the interior through the inlet (111B) and the outlet (131B), a first blocking member (111C) and a second blocking member (130D) having a porous structure are combined at the inlet (111B) and the outlet (131B), respectively, so that air movement is possible but the entry of organisms is restricted.
[0051] In this case, the porous structure refers to a structure in which multiple holes are perforated. While the shape of the holes may vary, it is recommended that they have a hexagonal column shape. As an example, it may be a honeycomb structure having a honeycomb image.
[0052] Additionally, although not shown in the drawings, the fire detector (1000) of the present invention may further include a light reflecting member that is coupled to the outer surface of the body part (100) and reflects incident light.
[0053] To explain in detail, since it may be difficult to recognize a fire detector if its color is similar to the surroundings, a light reflector has been incorporated to make the fire monitoring unit easy to locate.
[0054] Although not shown in the drawing, it is recommended to further include an opening / closing door coupled to the second lower body (110B) to open and close the inlet (111B), and for the second lower body (110B) to be able to close the inlet (111B) using the opening / closing door when it is confirmed that the humidity is above a set level.
[0055] To explain in detail, when it rains, the need for fire detection is low, and since moisture evaporates and humidity enters the fire detector, causing a problem in the control unit (300), if the control unit (300) determines that it is raining based on the humidity information received from the sensor unit (200), the opening and closing door is operated to completely close the inlet (111B).
[0056] At this time, the opening and closing door may include a plate-shaped plate hinged to the second lower body (110B) and a motor that controls the hinge movement of the plate, and the control unit (300) can control the rotation of the motor to bring the plate into contact with or separate it from the first blocking member (110C) located at the inlet (111B).
[0057] In addition, the device includes a vibration detection sensor coupled to the body part (100) and a repellent spraying unit housed inside the body part (100), and the control unit (300) recommends that when vibration is detected by the vibration detection sensor for a period of time longer than a set time, the repellent spraying unit be activated to spray the repellent substance inside and outside.
[0058] To explain in detail, since small insects such as bees can build a nest on the outside or inside of the fire detector, if vibration is detected by the vibration detection sensor for a period longer than the set time, the control unit (300) activates the insect repellent spray unit to repel the insects.
[0059] The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and has a diverse scope of application. Furthermore, it is understood that anyone with ordinary knowledge in the field to which the present invention pertains can make various modifications without departing from the essence of the invention as claimed in the claims.
