Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a system, device, and method for providing intermediary services for plogging activities. Background Technology

[0002] Plogging is a compound word of 'Plocka up,' which means 'to pick up grain' in Swedish, and 'Jogging,' which means picking up trash while jogging, and is considered an environmental protection movement that can protect the health of participants.

[0003] Meanwhile, such plogging activities have established themselves as a new trend in Korea and have also become an online cultural trend used by the MZ generation for self-promotion. By posting about their participation in plogging on social media, they strive to be seen as people who participate in environmental protection movements, and some media outlets have assessed that the younger generation's participation in plogging stems from a value consumption trend that prioritizes environmental friendliness and justice.

[0004] In other words, plogging activities in Korea are not merely an environmental protection movement; they have become part of consumption and even play a role in conveying value as a social component.

[0005] Plogging is a type of active environmental movement that did not previously exist in Korea, in that it is an active, universal, and voluntary environmental movement, unlike movements that arose to counter threats to human life.

[0006] However, there is a limitation in that participation in plogging activities is regarded as a ostentatious and one-time event, preventing it from developing into a universal movement. Accordingly, from the perspective of social movements, it is necessary to introduce measures that can guarantee the tangible and practical value of plogging activities in order to encourage voluntary and universal participation by various actors.

[0007] The technology forming the background of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Published Patent Application No. 10-2022-0111090. The problem to be solved

[0037] The present invention relates to a system, device, and method for providing intermediary services for plogging activities.

[0038] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a plogging activity mediation system according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0039] Referring to FIG. 1, a plogging activity mediation system (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a mediation service providing device (100) for plogging activities according to one embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as 'service providing device (100)'), a database (200), an organizer terminal (310), and a participant terminal (320).

[0040] The service provider device (100), database (200), organizer terminal (310), and participant terminal (320) can communicate with each other through a network (20). The network (20) refers to a connection structure that enables information exchange between each node, such as terminals and servers. Examples of such a network (20) include, but are not limited to, a 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) network, an LTE (Long Term Evolution) network, a 5G network, a WIMAX (World Interoperability for Microwave Access) network, the Internet, a LAN (Local Area Network), a Wireless LAN (Wireless Local Area Network), a WAN (Wide Area Network), a PAN (Personal Area Network), a Wi-Fi network, a Bluetooth network, a satellite broadcasting network, an analog broadcasting network, and a DMB (Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) network.

[0041] The organizer terminal (310) and / or participant terminal (320) may be any type of wireless communication device, such as a smartphone, smartpad, tablet PC, etc., and a PCS (Personal Communication System), GSM (Global System for Mobile communication), PDC (Personal Digital Cellular), PHS (Personal Handyphone System), PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), IMT (International Mobile Telecommunication)-2000, CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access)-2000, W-CDMA (W-Code Division Multiple Access), or Wibro (Wireless Broadband Internet) terminal.

[0042] For reference, in the description of the embodiments of the present invention, the service providing device (100) may be the same device or server as the main server (100) operated by an entity that provides a mediation service for recruiting participants for plogging activities through the plogging activity mediation system (10) disclosed herein, paying rewards for organizing / participating in plogging activities, and providing various information related to plogging activities and a community among users, or it may refer to a sub-module provided in the main server (100) to implement various functions of the main server (100). In other words, in the description of the embodiments of the present invention, the reference numeral 100 may be used interchangeably for the 'service providing device (100)' and the 'main server (100)'.

[0043] Additionally, in the description of the embodiments of the present invention, the database (200) may be a device or server for recording and managing user information of a user utilizing an application related to a mediation service for plogging activities disclosed herein, information on the history of plogging activities, information on rewards paid as compensation for organization and / or participation in plogging activities, etc.

[0044] FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an exemplary user information input interface according to a plogging activity mediation system according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0045] Referring to FIG. 2, the service providing device (100) is a user terminal (not shown) including an organizer terminal (310) and a participant terminal (320), and can provide a user information input interface (profile setting UI).

[0046] For example, the service providing device (100) can display a user information input interface through a user terminal and obtain personal information of the user, etc. using the displayed user information input interface.

[0047] More specifically, the user's personal information may broadly include the user's name, nationality, age, gender, address, mobile phone number, email, and web or application-based account (ID and password) linked to the plogging activity brokerage service.

[0048] Additionally, referring to FIG. 2, the service providing device (100) may provide a profile information setting interface to a user terminal that is linked to a setting for exposing information about a user who has subscribed to a plogging activity brokerage service to other users. For example, through the profile information setting interface, the user may select the type of representative image of the user's profile to be exposed to other users as a photo type or a virtual object type, and through the profile information setting interface, may enter a hashtag, which is a text-based introductory phrase that can represent the user's plogging activity participation history, preference information regarding plogging activities, etc., to other users. As another example, according to one embodiment of the present invention, in the case of a user for whom hashtag information is not entered through the profile information setting interface, a customized hashtag information selected based on the user's preference information may be exposed on the profile.

[0049] Meanwhile, in the description of the embodiments of the present invention, the organizer terminal (310) and the participant terminal (320) may be relatively distinguished according to the user-specific participation type for the mediation service for plogging activities disclosed in the present invention.

[0050] For example, a user terminal owned by a user requesting the registration of recruitment content to recruit participants for a specific plogging activity may be an organizer terminal (310), and a user terminal owned by a user who checks the registered recruitment content and sends a request to participate in the plogging activity corresponding to the recruitment content may be referred to as a participant terminal (320).

[0051] In addition, if a user corresponding to the organizer terminal (310) for a specific plogging activity sends a request to participate as a participant in another plogging activity and is matched, the user terminal may be treated as a participant terminal (320) for that plogging activity (i.e., a plogging activity other than the one for which the user recruited participants).

[0052] Below, the specific functions and operations of the service providing device (100) will be described in detail.

[0053] The service providing device (100) can receive attribute information about a plogging activity for which participants are to be recruited from the organizer terminal (310).

[0054] For example, the service providing device (100) may acquire attribute information including type information of a recruiting entity corresponding to the organizer terminal (310). More specifically, for example, the type information of a recruiting entity for a plogging activity may include an individual type, an organization type, and a company type.

[0055] As another example, the service providing device (100) may obtain attribute information including constraint information regarding the human characteristics of the participants who are allowed to participate in the plogging activity for which participants are to be recruited.

[0056] Additionally, the service providing device (100) can obtain attribute information including location information, time information, and recruitment information for the plogging activity to be organized from the organizer terminal (310).

[0057] Additionally, according to one embodiment of the present invention, if the type information of the recruiting entity for the plogging activity corresponds to a corporate type, the service providing device (100) may provide settlement information including a pre-set content registration fee to the organizer terminal (310).

[0058] In this regard, in the case of plogging activities organized by a corporate-type recruiting entity, they may be operated in the form of a corporate promotional event. Since this corresponds to a marketing event planned by the corporate entity, it may be evaluated as unsuitable for the essential social movement characteristics of plogging activities. Accordingly, the service providing device (100) disclosed herein may charge a content registration fee for registering recruitment content using a plogging activity brokerage service, unlike other recruiting entities such as individual types, if the type of recruiting entity seeking to recruit participants for plogging activities corresponds to a corporate type. Furthermore, settlement information regarding such content registration fees may be provided to an organizer terminal (310) corresponding to the corporate type to request settlement, and after the settlement process for the content registration fees is completed, the recruitment content for the plogging activity may be registered within the platform. Additionally, the content registration fee based on the settlement information received from the organizer terminal (310) of such corporate type may be utilized as a resource to generate rewards paid to each entity according to the organization and / or participation in the plogging activity described later.

[0059] In this regard, according to one embodiment of the present invention, a service providing device (100) may operate to reduce pre-set settlement information imposed on a company based on the participation history information regarding ESG management activities identified for the company (more specifically, management activities linked to Environment, Social, Governance, etc. that pursue sustainable development through eco-friendly and socially responsible management and transparent management from a long-term perspective) based on company information received from a company type organizer terminal (310).

[0060] FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating an exemplary interface for providing recruitment content for plogging activities according to a plogging activity mediation system according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0061] Referring to FIG. 3, the service providing device (100) may register recruitment content including received attribute information. For example, the recruitment content may be provided in the form of a post that can be viewed by each user through a platform or application providing the plogging activity brokerage service disclosed herein, but is not limited thereto.

[0062] Additionally, referring to FIG. 3, each recruitment content registered in the form of a post is individually exposed to include simplified key information about the plogging activity (e.g., meeting name, date of execution, organizer, etc.), and when a user who wants to check detailed attribute information about the plogging activity authorizes user input to select the recruitment content (e.g., user input of touching the 'More' tab), the attribute information obtained about the plogging activity may be provided in detail.

[0063] Additionally, the service providing device (100) can receive a participation request corresponding to the registered recruitment content from the participant terminal (320). Additionally, the service providing device (100) can generate matching information for the corresponding plogging activity in accordance with the participation request.

[0064] Additionally, the service providing device (100) can transmit the generated matching information to the organizer terminal (310) and the participant terminal (320), respectively.

[0065] Additionally, the service providing device (100) may obtain performance history information for a plogging activity for which matching information has been generated from at least one of the organizer terminal (310) and the participant terminal (320). For example, the service providing device (100) may collect log data (e.g., movement data, walking data, biometric data, etc.) collected from the organizer terminal (310) and the participant terminal (320) as performance history information, which satisfies the temporal range (e.g., time zone corresponding to the performance date and time information) and spatial range (e.g., area corresponding to a preset error range from the performance location information) according to previously collected attribute information as attribute information for the plogging activity.

[0066] As another example, the service providing device (100) can receive text-based review information about the plogging activity from the participant terminal (320).

[0067] Additionally, the service providing device (100) can generate rewards to be paid to each of the organizer terminal (310) and the participant terminal (320) according to the acquired performance history information and attribute information regarding the plogging activity.

[0068] In this regard, the service providing device (100) can determine the level of reward payment differently depending on the type information of the recruiting entity for the plogging activity.

[0069] Specifically, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the service providing device (100) can determine the reward such that the level of reward paid for plogging activities corresponding to the individual type information of the recruiting entity is greater than the level of reward paid for plogging activities corresponding to the institution type or corporate type information of the recruiting entity.

[0070] In this regard, considering that plogging activities can be evaluated as being in line with the essential characteristics of plogging activities when operated in the form of sports activities in which individual users voluntarily participate, rather than being organized by entities of the institutional type such as local governments or environmental groups, or organized by entities of the corporate type in the form of promotional events, the service providing device (100) disclosed herein may operate a reward-based brokerage service so that the rewards paid as compensation for the organization and / or participation in plogging activities are paid more significantly for plogging activities organized by entities of the individual type.

[0071] For example, in the description of the embodiments of the present invention, the term "reward" may broadly include means of value exchange issued intangibly online or on mobile, and may include, for example, various forms such as mobile coupons, gift certificates, tickets, points, and mileage that are transmitted and received electronically or via mobile between a server or user terminal and can be used directly online or offline or exchanged for goods / services. That is, the concept of a reward in the form of a mobile gift certificate in the present invention may be understood as encompassing all means of value that are transmitted and received online and can be exchanged for any goods / services, regardless of their specific form or method of service provision.

[0072] Additionally, the service providing device (100) can determine a higher level of rewards to be paid to the organizer terminal (310) for a plogging activity in which the eligible age for participation is set relatively high, based on constraint information including information on the eligible age for participation in the plogging activity, compared to other plogging activities in which the eligible age for participation is set relatively low.

[0073] In this regard, if plogging activities are treated as a culture only for the younger generation, it may cause a generation gap, and if a participant who wishes to participate in plogging activities is denied participation due to their age, it may not align with the original purpose of plogging activities, which is to dedicate oneself to and practice environmental protection. Therefore, among the rewards determined by the service providing device (100), the reward paid to the organizer terminal (310) (in other words, the first reward paid as compensation to the organization for plogging activities) may have no age limit for participation, or may be made larger as the age limit for participation becomes relatively higher.

[0074] As another example, the service providing device (100) may determine the level of rewards to be paid to the organizer terminal (310) based on evaluation information regarding the review information collected for the plogging activity. For example, the service providing device (100) may operate to evaluate the satisfaction felt by the participant through text analysis of text-based review information received from the participant terminal (320), and to determine the level of rewards to be paid to the organizer terminal (310) according to the evaluated satisfaction. To this end, the service providing device (100) may possess an artificial intelligence-based text analysis model trained to extract text portions indicating positive or negative emotions of the writer (participant) from text-based review information, but is not limited thereto.

[0075] As another example, the service providing device (100) may operate to obtain a satisfaction score according to a preset score system as review information collected for the plogging activity, and to determine the level of reward to be paid to the organizer terminal (310) based on the average information of the obtained satisfaction score.

[0076] Additionally, the service providing device (100) can transmit a reward (first reward) generated to be paid to the organizer according to the organization and performance of the plogging activity to the organizer terminal (310), and transmit a reward (second reward) generated to be paid to the participant according to the participation and performance of the plogging activity to the participant terminal (320).

[0077] Meanwhile, according to Klaus Offe's theory of new social movements, the goal of these movements is to criticize the rational system focused on materialistic progress. In the case of Korea, however, plogging, an environmental protection movement, is often utilized as a one-time corporate campaign, which contradicts the values advocated by the movement as it emerges as a new social movement. Furthermore, generational conflict arising from the 'new middle class'—as defined in Offe's theory—leading plogging activities has hindered the spread of the movement.

[0078] Consequently, in order to achieve the popularization of plogging activities, invisible conflicts between generations, companies, and the public regarding domestic plogging activities must be resolved. Considering this, the service provision device (100) disclosed in this invention can be understood as being designed to provide a plogging activity brokerage service that can induce various entities to successfully organize and participate in plogging activities, in order to restore the inherent pure value of plogging activities based on the simple and basic essential concept of plogging activities as 'exercise activities to promote the health of participants while protecting the environment.'

[0079] FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a mediation service providing device for plogging activities according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0080] Referring to FIG. 4, the service providing device (100) may include a content management unit (110), a matching execution unit (120), an activity log management unit (130), and a reward providing unit (140).

[0081] The content management unit (110) can receive attribute information about a plogging activity for which participants are to be recruited from the organizer terminal (310).

[0082] For example, the content management unit (110) can obtain attribute information including type information of the recruiting entity corresponding to the organizer terminal (310). More specifically, for example, the type information of the recruiting entity for the plogging activity may include individual type, institution type, and corporate type.

[0083] As another example, the content management unit (110) can obtain attribute information including constraint information regarding the human characteristics of participants allowed to participate in the plogging activity for which participants are to be recruited.

[0084] Additionally, according to one embodiment of the present invention, if the type information of the recruiting entity for the plogging activity corresponds to a corporate type, the content management unit (110) can provide settlement information including a pre-set content registration fee to the organizer terminal (310).

[0085] The content management unit (110) can register recruitment content that includes received attribute information.

[0086] The matching execution unit (120) can receive a participation request corresponding to the registered recruitment content from the participant terminal (320). Additionally, the matching execution unit (120) can generate matching information for the corresponding plogging activity in accordance with the participation request.

[0087] Additionally, the matching execution unit (120) can transmit the generated matching information to the organizer terminal (310) and the participant terminal (320), respectively.

[0088] The activity log management unit (130) can obtain performance history information for a plogging activity for which matching information was generated from at least one of the organizer terminal (310) and the participant terminal (320).

[0089] For example, the activity log management unit (130) can receive text-based review information about the plogging activity from the participant terminal (320).

[0090] The reward providing unit (140) can generate rewards to be paid to each of the organizer terminal (310) and the participant terminal (320) according to the acquired performance history information and attribute information regarding the plogging activity.

[0091] In this regard, the reward provision unit (140) can determine the level of reward payment differently depending on the type information of the recruiting entity for the plogging activity.

[0092] Specifically, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the reward providing unit (140) can determine the reward such that the level of reward paid for plogging activities corresponding to the individual type information of the recruiting entity is greater than the level of reward paid for plogging activities corresponding to the institution type or corporate type information of the recruiting entity.

[0093] Additionally, the reward providing unit (140) can determine a higher level of rewards to be paid to the organizer terminal (310) for a plogging activity in which the eligible age for participation is set relatively high, based on constraint information including information on the eligible age for participation in the plogging activity, compared to other plogging activities in which the eligible age for participation is set relatively low.

[0094] As another example, the reward providing unit (140) can determine the level of rewards to be paid to the organizer terminal (310) based on evaluation information regarding the review information collected for the plogging activity.

[0095] Additionally, the reward providing unit (140) can transmit a reward (first reward) generated to be paid to the organizer according to the organization and performance of the plogging activity to the organizer terminal (310), and transmit a reward (second reward) generated to be paid to the participant according to the participation and performance of the plogging activity to the participant terminal (320).

[0096] Below, based on the details described above, we will briefly examine the operation flow of the present invention.

[0097] FIG. 5 is a flowchart of the operation of a method for providing a mediation service for plogging activities according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0098] The method for providing an intermediary service for plogging activities illustrated in FIG. 5 can be performed by the service providing device (100) described above. Therefore, even if the content is omitted below, the description of the service providing device (100) can be equally applied to the description of the method for providing an intermediary service for plogging activities.

[0099] Referring to FIG. 5, in step S101, the content management unit (110) of the main server (100) can receive attribute information about a plogging activity for which participants are to be recruited from the organizer terminal (310).

[0100] For example, in step S101, the content management unit (110) may obtain attribute information including type information of the recruiting entity corresponding to the organizer terminal (310). More specifically, for example, the type information of the recruiting entity for the plogging activity may include individual type, institution type, and corporate type.

[0101] As another example, in step S101, the content management unit (110) may obtain attribute information including constraint information regarding the human characteristics of participants allowed to participate in the plogging activity for which participants are to be recruited.

[0102] Additionally, according to one embodiment of the present invention, if the type information of the recruiting entity for the plogging activity corresponds to a corporate type, after step S101, the content management unit (110) may provide settlement information including a pre-set content registration fee to the organizer terminal (310).

[0103] Next, in step S102, the content management unit (110) of the main server (100) can register recruitment content including received attribute information.

[0104] Next, in step S103, the matching execution unit (120) of the main server (100) can receive a participation request corresponding to the registered recruitment content from the participant terminal (320).

[0105] Next, in step S104, the matching execution unit (120) of the main server (100) can generate matching information for the corresponding plogging activity in response to a participation request.
