Method of obtaining a shelter from platyacantha schrenk (rosa platyacantha schrenk)

Abstract

The abstract relates to the field of pharmacy, in particular, to a method for obtaining extracts from medicinal plants and can be used for the production of biologically active additives, cosmetics and medicines with antioxidant, rejuvenating and anti-inflammatory effects. The essence of the utility model is the development of a technology for obtaining a liquid extract rich in biologically active compounds by ultrasonic processing of Rosa platyacantha Schrenk leaf raw materials. The method includes the following steps: 1. Preparation of plant raw materials (grinding to 5 mm); 2. Preparation of extractant (50% ethyl alcohol); 3. Extraction of raw materials and extractant in a ratio of 1:10 (Elma Elmasonic Easy 30H); 4. Filtration of the resulting liquid extract; 5. Packaging and labeling of the finished product. Extraction is carried out at a temperature of 35°C and a frequency of 37 kHz for 30 minutes. The technical result of the proposed approach is the development of a resource-saving technology for obtaining a liquid extract from the leaves of Rosa platyacantha Schrenk, ensuring a reduction in extraction time, a low temperature regime while preserving thermolabile biologically active substances, and an expansion of the raw material base through the use of previously unused parts of the plant.
