Automatic system for rapid detection and identification of dimensions and configuration of defects in the vehicle of quarry technological roads

Abstract

The utility model relates to technical means for operating quarry technological roads, namely, to quarry dump trucks equipped with automatic systems for detecting and identifying road surface defects. The automatic system is additionally equipped with an analyzing electronics device with a comparator unit, a unit for setting the level of detection of roadway defects, a unit for recognizing the image of the event of the detected roadway defect and a unit of matrices of reference roadway defects, wherein the formation of the defect image by the unit for recognizing the image of the event of the detected roadway defect is carried out in the form of an event matrix R(mxp) Fig. 4 The technical result of using the proposed automatic system consists in expanding the functional capabilities and improving the technical characteristics, including the possibility of carrying out in automatic mode a reliable diagnosis of defects in the surface of quarry technological roads.
