Abstract

The present invention relates to a modular, configurable grip system for handguns, comprising a grip base structure configured to attach to a weapon frame and a plurality of interchangeable grip panels intended to be installed on different surfaces of said base structure. The base structure defines at least a right side, a left side, a front side, and a rear side, each of which incorporates attachment interfaces configured to receive interchangeable panels. These panels may have various geometric configurations, surface textures, structural patterns, or typographic configurations intended to modify the contact properties between the user's hand and the grip. The interchangeable panels can be attached to the base structure using a detachable fastening system comprising quick-release clamps and removable safety elements, allowing for the installation or replacement of the panels without requiring structural modifications to the weapon. In some embodiments, the panels can be manufactured with materials or structural configurations capable of absorbing or dissipating some of the energy generated during the weapon's recoil, contributing to improved control, stability, and ergonomics during use. The invention provides a configurable interface between the user and the weapon, adaptable to different usage conditions and ergonomic preferences.
