SHELVING SYSTEM FOR RETAIL MERCHANDISE AND DECK PANELS THEREOF

Abstract

A cover panel is provided for a shelving system. The cover panel includes a panel and a reinforcing rib region. The panel has a top surface configured to support retail merchandise and a bottom surface. The reinforcing rib region includes a plurality of ribs extending outward from the bottom surface of the panel. The bottom surface of the panel has a rim region that extends around the reinforcing rib region on at least three sides. The cover panel may be part of a shelf, which may be part of a shelving system.
